I was speaking to me proofreader recently, mainly about why I never killed Redheart in either of my stories, but we ended up on the topic of what happens for the survivors and Equestria as a whole following the events of Bullet Storm. While I always had an idea in my own mind as to what would happen afterwards, I never intended to write about it (and indeed I NEVER will) because I wanted to leave it open to readers imagination.
