The chapter I've just posted, "Mare Problems," is most definitely not Christmassy. Seriously not. It's horribly dark.

I see I also posted the horribly dark third chapter, "Waste Products," last Christmas season. I'm not sure why the holidays sometimes make me so dark.

I have a feeling that I offended some of my audience by what I represented Sweetie Finemare as doing in Chapter 3 of Trinity. No, I'm not talking about pre-marital sex in front of a quantum-mechanical experimental apparatus. I'm talking about her mercy-killing her beloved husband Rich Greentree, and doing it without explicitly asking his consent (though, actually, he was semi-coherently begging for death by that point).
