With the advent of the Thought Prism's RE sequel, I thought I should update you all on current progress, for those that aren't in my Discord.
Am I still writing? Eh... sorta. I'm working on something big and (I hope) special. I'm keeping things quiet for now but I hope you'll all like it.
One of my editors for Rekindled Embers, Thought Prism, has published Chapter 1 of his follow up to my epic.
I know new content from me has been quiet for a while. I do have some stuff coming down the pipeline.

Yeah, I'm sure you've all seen a million blog posts like this.
Rekindled Embers is on a slower update schedule for a bit. I just purchased a house (which is profoundly time consuming) and now must begin the process of moving (which is also profoundly time consuming). Also work is getting busier as xmas approaches.
It also means every single one of my other projects is delayed as well, including a Rekindled side story.
I promise I'm hard at work at it! It's coming!

So a friend of mine, CommissarVulpin, apparently owns several old typewriters. Anyways, they created two very cool photographs of a couple of the primary documents I've written for Rekindled Embers.
The first is from back in Chapter 2:

Last year, on May 19, I published the first chapter of Rekindled Embers. Tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of Chapter 1.
Wow. One year.
I've been thinking a lot of what I've experienced, what I've learned, and what I've done in the past year. So I thought I'd make a little blog post to share some thoughts about my experiences.

I don't know how frequently I'll be tweeting stuff, but I'll try to include updates/teasers for Rekindled Embers, maybe even story ideas, future plans, that sort of thing. Feel free to follow.
So Rekindled Embers is getting a Chinese translation, apparently!

This honestly feels pretty cool. It's weird but good to think that other people could be reading my stuff in another language I don't even understand.
So yeah. We might be done with chapter 33 in time for an evening release. But maybe not.
My editor and I have been struggling with how to fix some of the problems with it for the last two weeks. We finally found the solution this morning: Cut a bunch of the crap and do some re-writing!
Needless to say, the suddenness of the solution means I may not drop it today. It might have to be tomorrow. We'll see, though. Sorry!
