The issues with chapter 8 have been fixed! Just figured out the last one tonight, haha. The only thing that might delay the update is my computer. It’s out of commission right now but once that’s fixed I’ll get it uploaded and include the illustration for the chapter. As soon as tomorrow or as late as Monday 11/29. I hope it will be worth the wait! ^^;

I also have a couple of My Little Inktober stories to share, so expect to see those soon too.

I'm starting to sound like a broken record at this point, but I'm breaking off another chapter. Where I'm stopping is over 3,000 words and honestly it's a relief. This will be great for the flow of the story and not to mention give you a quicker update. :) I already made an illustration for chapter 8 and all I'm doing now is making slight revisions, so hopefully it will be out soon. Maybe even this weekend.

It's hard to believe it's already been three months since the last chapter! o.o Thankfully I've been getting kudos on Archive for this story so I finally sat down to work on it again today.

The chapter is currently over 4,000 words aaand I still have a good amount to go before it reaches the end. I'm trying my best to keep the story contained in this one final chapter though, hehe. ^^; Not sure when I'll finish it, but it's looking like I'll have some time on my hands pretty soon here...

So I beat my last writing record of two months today. I wrote chapter 7 in less than a month! :D It's thanks to all the commenters across the different sites that I have this story posted on. Comments mean so much to me. Chapter 7 is also not the last. I'm trying my best not to rush the story, and in order to do that the setup for the final scene took more wordage than expected. So this weekend you can look forward to a new chapter! No artwork for this one.

Great news!! I finished chapter 6 last night! I think that's the fastest I've ever written a chapter; I'm getting better at writing! Well, maybe. I would hope that after two years of writing I would be. :P Anyways, I did the final edits this afternoon and I've been working on an illustration for this chapter, too. Chapter 5 is finally finished! :D It was a long five months, but I had a lot of challenges with my health and motivation during that time, only fitting in 2-4 hours a month for writing. I finished the raw writing last month and just tonight I got through the final edits. It will be out soon. I have an illustration I’m trying to finish for it first, but if we’re lucky I’ll have the update posted this weekend.

After 7 long months, it's finally done. That's right, I did it!!! And it comes in at a whopping 2,900 words. Just a heads up, this chapter does not skimp on dialogue. Bad news is, I've been laid off. Good news is, I'll have time to work on NLA... Uh yeah, that's pretty much it. :P

I have writer's block right now for No Longer Alone. I also have a vision for how I want to rewrite it which has been distracting me, but of course I need to finish the story first before I get there. So we're waiting for the final chapter of No Longer Alone. I still need to write the chapter, but at least I know how it's going to end. I'm just waiting for my brain to supply words for what I have in mind. :p Meh, I've been sick so that's definitely causing a delay. I'm hoping to make progress on it this weekend though.

This is just a quick update for No Longer Alone. So I've worked really hard on Chapter 3 and I'm almost ready to post it. Unfortunately, I've been working on it for five hours straight and I can't think any more, otherwise I'd have it posted tonight. Hopefully I will have time to work on it tomorrow. Regardless, it shouldn't be too long before there's another chapter to read. :)

I am now officially a writer on FimFiction and I am so excited! I've been working on this story for over a year now and I have spent countless hours drafting and revising it. Writing is like pulling teeth for me, excruciatingly slow and painful. I hope that this short story will help me become a better and faster writer.
