Eagle-eyed viewers who obsessively check their notifications might've seen an alert that Often Rhymes, a fittingly May-December romance story for a contest themed around seasons, got an update last night. That's because my art, by the wonderful SciSetDaily, came through.
I made a few minor changes to ...But It Often Rhymes, and I forgot to talk about them in the blogpost where I talked about ...But It Often Rhymes. So that wasn't very Cheerilee of me.

Whenever I win, or even just rank, in a contest of any sort, I feel like Mabel Pines in that Gravity Falls bit, where all the characters are playing cards and Mable keeps winning, even though she doesn't know what game they're playing or what the rules are.
I started last month hoping to finish and post my "TMG" sequel, as well as update PGS. The Sunset Shipping Contest threw those plans out of whack, and gave me a third project to worry over. I thought I could juggle all three, and get them out the door in short order, but as work piled on, I had less time for horsewords, so I ultimately focused exclusively on my contest entry.
