I just got a preview of an artwork being done and I am squeeing so hard right now!

It features the Humane Seven + Sirens as they appeared in Forgotten Legacy, including My Shimmercorn.

It isn’t done just yet from what I gather, but still.

Legacy is now over. We now enter into guest week starting tomorrow. I've decided to kill the deadline on submissions. If you put forth something it will go onto the shelf marked guest week and will be pointed out on the next round.

For those curious, I used the original Edgar Allen Poe poem the song was based around, not the Disney version. I needed something a little more spooky.

I try to have each of my long stories outdo the previous ones in word count, but I may not do that in this one...I'd have to do another 9K+ to beat Chaos Theory and I already feel I padded it enough.

Forgotten Legacy is a stretch in terms of what I feel is realistic in terms of MLP in my canon. There is one other full-scale incursion that I have planned for another fic, but it's not going to be nearly as bad as this is, and there is some more unpleasantness coming.

Buckle in folks, because this is where the story gets bloody.

Two chapters for Legacy done.

Also had a wonderful impromptu girls night. Chili's enchiladas are amazingly delicious.

I'm delightfully full and creatively drained for the day.

Mega Man 4 for me till I feel sleepy.

I sent off two character chapters off to the editors and will do some more of the like until we get back to the main plotline. These interludes are to display just how the human Mane 6 are adapting to pony life and their interactions with their counterparts.

Tonight you'll be getting two chapters of Legacy and, depending on how well my equipment cooperates, a reading of Into the Sunset as well.

Providing, of course, I can find an appropriate piece of art to serve as the backdrop.

This is the first story since The Wooing of Sunset Shimmer that has made it to the top main feature section. It's horribly unfinished but I'm touched by this.

I just had a massively horrible thought about something I could do in Legacy....and it made me feel like I should go to confession.

I'm not Catholic if that helps give you a hint of the evil involved.

Oh, I'm going to have to think on this one long and hard.

I like it, but it's grim and darker than I thought I could be. And so mean to whomever I unleash it upon.

I'm going to level with you all. This story is going to be different than my usual fare. It's going to take place almost exclusively in Equestria, but we will see SciTwi and have some portal crossing by the Human 6. That's going to be fun designing their pony forms since due to logic put in place WAAAAAAY back in Homecoming, their magic and lives have diverged enough to warrant different looks and cutie marks just as Sunshine did.
