This is roughly the final word count of the unedited draft. There are two minor, um, I'd guess you'd call them intermission scenes or something to work on. After that, I need to give it one more editing pass and deliver it to an editor whose waifu I kidnapped.
Chores are done, holidays are over, Steam sale is history, and I'm comfortably moved in.
I will have a new chapter of At the End finished by the end of the week. That is a promise.
She took a moment to examine herself. Her once immaculate coat had already been marred by sweat, dust, and some minor wounds. An arrow had slashed at her skin just short of her cutie mark, leaving the area flush with the bright-red hue of blood. It stuck out all the more due to the alabaster shine of her coat.
And yet the pain that should have had her on the floor moaning in agony, or at least nursing a nasty wound, gave her no more than a dull ache of protest.

One thing I had planned on doing for a while now was to have five publish dates over the course of a week. SCP-███, At the End, and most of Grey Hat have been done for a while. I wanted to touch up Grey Hat a little bit, along with publish those two additional stories with one publish each date.
Man, it's been awhile since I've done one of these.
