With mostly radio silence with vague/broken promises, a lot of you are probably wondering what's going on with the last chapter.
With mostly radio silence with vague/broken promises, a lot of you are probably wondering what's going on with the last chapter.
An update about the update.
Due to work, exhaustion, and other reasons, the release of the final chapter will be a teeny bit later than when I first predicted. I need some extra time because when I have worked on it, it's been frenzied 'WRITE-WRITE-WRITE' on a timer without editing. I've learned before never to skip the editing step, especially with something like this.
So I've been asked this in response to the last journal a couple times: What about Room 213?
My third year fimfiction anniversary is the 23rd of October and I think the conclusion of that story would be a great way to celebrate. Also, keep in mind that I'd like to do two extra scenes suggested and voted upon via readers, so use this time to think up some ideas.
So... I had forgotten about a certain agreement I had with another individual regarding the final chapter to Room 213. Let me say that, while the conclusion is getting worked on, chances are that it won't be ready before the predicted April 8th.
However, I promise to have something else ready by that time. In fact, a little before that.
Let's say... in two weeks?
The final chapter. If I can manage it by when the story turns two years old, I'd have had an average of an update under every two and a half months.
Who knows what will happen? Will you and Octavia have a happy ever after? Will her meddlesome bandmates get in the way? Only one way to find out... and that's for me to write it.
But I need a little help from you guys.
Astute readers could gleam from my last blog that I was planning an update. A Room 213 update, to be precise. However, I've hit an old snag that comes up a lot. It seems whenever I try to plan an update, I get sick. So now I'm a bit too loopy to try and write and with the deadline approaching, there's not much I can do.
But don't fret! All is not for naught!
