Okay, so... calmed down, watched the ep again now that my head wasn't exploding for the last five minutes of it.
Overall, a great episode. Very strongly reminiscent of Magical Mystery Cure, and considering what happens it's an appropriate parallel. The numerous songs, the transformation at the end, the letter to Celestia. This felt like a season finale, in a good way, because it was grand and world-changing.
I'm fully aware how later I am, but I have a full fledged explanation!
I started orientation for work yesterday (by the way I got a job, go me) but I didn't get to sleep till like midnight, woke up at 5, couldn't sleep again, was at orientation nine to six, came home, ended up passing out at like eight, and eventually woke up, tried to go to sleep, sleep, said screw it, played Borderlands till four.

I'm a little bit in shock right now. Season 5 is just so... progressive? Not the implication I'm looking for, but the best definition.

Had a couple ideas for new stories, let me know what you think if I should pursue them or not:
Idea 1: Applebloom wakes up Sweet Apple Acres, same as usual...except she claims its all wrong! She claims that she's learning magic under Twilight Sparkle, that Diamond Tiara lives in Sweet Apple Acres and even claims they're the bearers of the elements of harmony! What could have happened to make her act like this?

Guys and girls, I think that Po-Gi-Oh Two is confirmed, it maybe confirmed everyone. No one will no for sure but there some written down stuff and pictures that might make this true.
After becoming the Queen of Games, Sweetie Belle felt great from hating the game to it becoming her favorite. The game of Duel Monster or how she and the creator like's calling it Po-Gi-Oh, she's the best she could be.
In order of my favourite to least favourite Mane Six Ponies:
Apple Jack because she is like me, and I love her accent. Rainbow Dash because she is funny and looks so cool. I also relate to her, but not as much as Pinkie or AJ.
Rarity because although I am not into fashion, she is so funny and she quotes awesome things, especially when protecting her friends.
Pinkie Pie because she is crazy and funny but a little annoying.
So, uh, PresentPerfect mentioned there's only two weeks (and four eps) of the show left. ENDGAME TERRITORY. Even though there have already been spoilers and leaks and whatever. It's fine.
