By some minor miracle, I got lucky and didn't get called in to work today. I actually managed to get work done on Chapter Five, too.

Fingers are tightly crossed that I'll be able to get more done tomorrow, but that's gonna depend upon a lot of factors outside of my control. Still, better this good news than none at all.

Got delayed due to my internet service provider experiencing an outage this morning, but Chapter Four is up and online in all the usual places.

The good news is that I've just finished Chapter Four. The bad is that I'm not sure how soon it'll be before I get it released. Hoping for within the next twenty-four hours, but we'll see how that goes.

Managed to get just a tiny little bit more of Chapter Four knocked out tonight. I'm not optimistic that I'll get the remainder done tomorrow, so...yeah. Missed deadline. Not fun. I blame my coworkers.

We'll see what happens, though.

It's not done yet, but I feel comfortable enough to set a release date for Chapter Four of Legends of Magic - September 27, one week from tomorrow.

Two chunks left to finish. At this rate, I think I can manage it.

Work, I'm happy to say, is continuing on Legends of Magic. The remainder of Chapter Four is blocked out, as is the whole of Chapter Five. With any luck, the former will be completed and ready for release by the end of this month. So, Legends of Magic is somewhere in the neighborhood of about halfway done, and thus far, reception has been positive. This, obviously, pleases me.

I wish that I could say that I was making more progress on the next chapter. Alas, this is very much not the case. Still, I have a clear enough idea of what I want to do that Chapter Four should be done with little trouble, assuming I'm able to find the time to write.

Chapter Three for Legends of Magic is online!

Well, the commission is finally done, and I've resumed proper work on Legends of Magic. I'm going to do everything in my power to have Chapter Four completed by the end of next month, and with any luck, it will be ready.

Chapter Three is still due out next week, however.

Chapter Three for Legends of Magic is finished! Some content that I'd initially considered for it is moving to Chapter Four, however, but I doubt that anyone will object to that. Least of all me.

Expect it the last week of the month.

A little bit more is done on both that commission and on the third chapter for Legends of Magic. If I'm lucky, the former will be done tomorrow, and the latter will be done on Monday.

Cross your fingers, everyone.

Despite my time being taken up by so very much during my vacation week, progress has actually been made on Chapter Three for Legends of Magic. All of the present-day sequences for the story are done, and I just need to sit down and knock out the flashbacks.

Three days left. Let's see how much I can do.

After several days of getting distracted by real life concerns and having my attention diverted towards other projects, I finally got the chance today to sit down and get more done on the next chapter to Legends of Magic. Chapter Three getting done before the end of the month is looking more and more likely, though I'm worried that it's gonna be a big one.

I'm happy to see that Legends of Magic is continuing to get such a positive reception. I'm also happy to report that a little bit more work is done on what will be the third chapter - it's currently sitting at around four thousand words, and with any luck, I'll have it finished before the end of next week.

Be warned, however, that the next chapter is going to see me implement some headcanon. It's headcanon that others have suggested, but it's still headcanon.

Chapter Two of Legends of Magic is up and online, miracle of miracles.

Now to pray that I get Chapter Three ready by the end of August.

The commission is almost done. Progress for Chapter Three for Legends of Magic is happening, albeit at a slower pace than I'd like due to lack of time and distractions. Seriously, it's no fun dealing with both a heatwave and an attention-starved cat.

But, I have at least a little reason to be optimistic.

Regardless, Chapter Two is still due out two weeks from today.
