Because this is a group project, when I make ideas I’ll let you guys oversee them and give me your opinions. This is mostly just off the top of my head, and I have horrid handwriting so sorry about that.

Still alive, summer has been brutal and my motivation to do stuff after work has been pretty low.
However, I have done some larger copy editing for the general flow of some later chapters. Right now I'm working on actually adding a new chapter or two to help fill out where the story is and better the overall flow. This also gives me more time to do what I should have done when I wrote this part of the story before. Which is do more with introducing the city and the town Moony is staying in.
The writing process is something I don’t often comment on. Just as consuming fiction relies on subjective tastes and preferences, so does writing fiction rely on techniques and processes unique to oneself. How one writes is a very individualistic thing, which is why writing advice often needs to be non-committal and generic to be even remotely useful.
Filly Misty chases a bunnycorn. Ponies walk up glowing paths into a tree. A mysterious market inside a distorted spacetime. A door leads to the Land of the Dragons. Magic has indeed returned to Equestria.

Greetings, everyone!
Today, I would like to look back on what has become one of my favorite stories that I’ve written, From Finner. It’s been almost a year since I completed it and posted it on FIMFiction, and the responses I’ve gotten to it and to Finner himself have made me smile and touched my heart. It’s a long one this time, but I have a lot to say about this story. So, without further ado, let’s jump in to this writing reflection!
I am now going to put up a voting pool for what name the armed forces of the upcoming chapter will be named as.
You get ONE VOTE FOR EACH ARMY. You vote here on this Blogpost, no PMs and NO Comments on the story. I do not want votes to clutter the story comments.
Now for the Categories and Names. Note that I have added some more names to give you some more options.
So its been almost a two weeks since I've updated anything. There is a reason. Someone in my family just suffered a stroke and I had to be the one to sign the paper that gave them permission to operate on them... I didn't like having that kind of power. Regardless that was only the first hurdle.
So I'm finally going to get to work on the third chapter. I honestly believe that writing this chapter is going to be easier than the first two since I already have most of the characters in place/where I need them to be.
We might get some more end of the day bed talk, which I feel like making a thing between AJ and Naruto. It's a good turn in point for each chapter since we can always be guaranteed an moment of fluff for you guys to watch.
Hiya, lovely peeps!
Itʼs 2023 and I thought maybe I could do something new this year. I want to show you my creative process and how I create art. If youʼre interested, here are my two galleries.
For this blog, I will use my most recent piece, the evolution of Sunset Shimmer, #64 in my gallery. Letʼs begin.
I'm tearing up on an outline for that wastelander Lyra Fallout: Equestria thing I mentioned a while back. It'll be short for a Fo:E thing, but I'm estimating* it'll still be up over 100K words. My longest work ever! I'll probably start serializing it sometime early next year.
In my editing career, I have met many authors who possessed...tenuous self-esteem about their work. My blunt critiquing style and frequent lack of tact have damaged many an author's self-esteem further. And I take full responsibility for that. I've often had a strained relationship with my own work as well. I recently did some editing for an IRL friend new to writing, and these topics came up multiple times in our discussion. I thought it a good thing to discuss.
Some pretty big and fun sets of news to share!
It's a battle of wills in my new one-shot story, now published for all to read!
Hello loyal(?) fans(?)! I have a new story to share!
The process of writing is as subjective as the product. Sometimes, however, hearing about the creative process of others can be interesting. It might help one consider things that you had not. It might give one insight into one’s own creative process. It might reaffirm why one does things the way they do.
For today’s blog post, I’d like to discuss the different degrees of planning/outlining I use.
Well, it took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but I'm happy to announce that I'm ready to start publishing the sequel to my first fic, "Late-Night Conversations", beginning tomorrow! This is a direct follow-up to the first story, taking place two days later, centered on Sunset and Wallflower as they face each other after a year of distance following the events of Forgotten Friendship. The story is five chapters plus
Octavia’s Story Making-Of
I originally intended to make this a complete bare-bone story. As in, no outline, no character sketches or location analyses. I wanted to write without preparing anything. But, being the I-hate-editing-so-I-outline-every-single-thing kind of writer that I am, I wrote two quick pages of potential making-of material anyway. Sorry, I couldn’t help myself! But then again, now you have some interesting behind-the-scenes material to read.
