So presumably, I would have gotten a chapter out last week but unfortunately, I got a sickness, not an excuse to stop writing. Trust me, I love to write but there's just so much going on that it I have to stop for a period of time. Anyways, that's not all. I have also been given three more assessments, so I've got a lot to work with. When I started this intermittent fasting journey, I was at 303 lbs. That's not absolutely huge because of my height of 6'4, but still needed to get under control. I stopped posting updates about my progress a few weeks back because I came to my first plateau at 280 lbs, and that frustratingly persisted for three weeks.

Luckily, I pushed through it, and last week, weighed in at 277, and just this morning before a late (and lite) breakfast, I came in at 274.
