Alrighty, kids, today we're gonna talk about a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country (not my van) with a set of seemingly simple symptoms but which turned into an adventure.
But first, y'all know what to do!
...when this happened:
What kind of fic do you think I'm writing, Gdocs?!
Behold, direct translations (So says Seth) of Chinese pony names.

My previous LDC post was about a very omnipresent cliché. Today, I’d like to discuss a similarly common, and no less frustrating trope; the phonetic accent.
What is it? The phonetic accent is when a writer attempts to spell a word how it sounds. There is (usually) no guidelines or reasoning to it, and it’s often far disconnected from normal spelling.

Words cannot describe how exhausted I am. This has easily been the most brutal NaNoWriMo I’ve ever done. Ironically, it hasn’t been because of my word count goals.
It’s been everything else.
But, it is the end of National Novel Writing Month, right? So we should probably talk word counts.
Sometimes, I get so bored that I drink. I'm saving the last of the whiskey for my love. I tried three seconds of tequila and it was pretty good. It didn't have the same effect as whiskey so I made myself a cosmopolitan. It tasted delicious! It still didn't give me the desired effect so I gave myself two seconds of tequila. That shit tastes so much better than whiskey. The only problem was that my insides burned when I sneezed. Here's the recipe for the
Aaaand we’re finally here.
What can I say, folks – it’s been a journey. I almost feel emotional writing this announcement.
This contest literally started as me idly muttering “would be cool to make one of those m’self one day” in a public chat. And now look at this! Forty-seven entries, more than four thousand views in the original announcement, we took over the featured box, and overall? I’m sure we all had a lot of fun.
I have written something new, spontaneously and unexpected. When I was rewatching Markiplier's infamous Let's Play of "My Little Foundation: Containment is Magic", I got inspired and had a little vision. It's less than 1,000 words and I'm not sure if it will become a full story, because I feel that the beauty of it lies in detailing that one moment and that explaining what exactly happened or telling what happens afterwards would ruin the feeling, but I wanted to share it here:
.
Hey folks,
First I want to say thanks again for enjoying A Whole New Responsibility, the love you've all given it really has made the entire process worthwhile, and I wouldn't trade it for the world, however... I've read a lot of comments and several PMs in regards to the last chapter, and a fair amount of them are talking about a sequel, well I think I should tell you right here and right now.
It's not happening.

Ladies and Gentlemen, darf is back from his very short hiatus and has done three things on the site that speak for themselves.
I’m not a huge fan of sweet or sappy stories.
Somehow, today, I stumbled into five of them.
I really need to watch my step, or else I’ll end up looking like the crusaders after one of their misadventures.
Still, even so, I found something to like.
Today’s stories:
Let a Smile be Your Umbrella by Pascoite
Change is Good by ocalhoun
Gone So Long by Skywriter
Today, I Marry My Best Friend by Jade Ring
And that's saying something, mind you?
Check the wordcount! I just posted 90k words on this website in one go. Nine chapters. Whodaman.
Yeah, been working on this for a year. Honestly, fuck releasing on a schedule, right? I dislike having incomplete stories I gotta update like, every two days or some shit. Huge pain in the ass, and a lot of readers dislike reading Incomplete-tagged stories. Me included!
And thus ends the first half of "Moonlight, Moonlight, Let My Fangs Gleem Tonight." This was a pretty good one, gave you a ton to work with. This has been a fruitful first half of the month.
