It finally hit the big Two-Double-Oh! In upvotes, at least. Only took, what, four years after initial release?

Like, no joke. Audio drama related. Nova Shine got fanart, and it would appear Twilight now has some competition.

I added a little scene to the end of Chapter 15, and this has affected dialogue between Clover and Nova on the battlements in Chapter 16. Give it a read

Normally, I wouldn't be this interactive with chapters I've finished and don't think I'll be touching, aside from grammar fixing and such, but with the audio drama, I felt like Nova, Clover, and Steel needed one more scene in the middle to really cement the dynamic before their farewell.

1) A new scene at the beginning to recap what's happened in the week after Chapter 5. My previous editor told me it was boring before, when it was purely exposition. I heeded his words and had Nova thinking back the entire time. Think it worked out better that way.

It's about 7k words in, and I think it's going to be a bit longer than its original incarnation.

There's going to be an additional scene, in which Twilight and Celestia discuss Twilight's feelings for Nova, but other than that, the chapter has mostly been retooled and rewritten but still falling into the same line as the original.

Genlemen, ladies, truesailorcomet and I present to you the first public trailer for an audio drama adaptation of The Apprentice, the Student, and the Charlatan.

A few changes in this chapter. Some weren't big, but others were massive.

1) A whole new scene, in which Twilight pretty much forces Nova to start questioning whether he truly wants what he thinks he wants. Further should establish Nova's mixed feelings about his burgeoning relationship with Twilight, and get him moving toward where he needs to be.

2) For those of you who have read the story already, Future Nova makes a cameo! See if you can spot him!

Yeah, I moved out of my town and am unpacking in at my new place. Might have to postpone Apprentice's newest chapter a couple more days while I get everything settled in. The new chapter's almost done, though. Shouldn't be too much longer.

I take my last final tomorrow, and I have to make a 20 on it to get a D (which stands for diploma), a 45 for a C, 70 for B, 95 for A.

I saw the Christmasowe'en special a few minutes ago, so I'm changing the chapter with Hearth's Warming to reflect it with Twilight and Spike. It's not a spectacularly huge edit, and the chapter will probably stay untouched in my revision (since it's well past the original stopping point I had planned). Just a minor thing you can look into when I get done.

There were a lot of changes this chapter, and there will be quite a few next chapter as well, but these next four should see the largest amount of changes, since this is where most of the early plot advancement and character development happens. After that, the remaining chapters will be mostly the same as they were.
