Please forgive me for my stupidity, I failed to post the link on the last post . Reposting here:
A new AUDIO DRAMA OF LUNA'S CUDDLE DUNGEON (Chapter 1) IS AVAILABLE HERE. It was created by the amazing TheWingman from VAs he recruited online; and they all did a great job! I'm looking forward to the next chapters!
Everyone go, take a listen, and leave a nice little note!
Some users may remember that one story I wrote about Nightmare Moon. You know, the one with the melodrama. Well, I'm happy to announce that there is now a new dramatic reading of it by ObabScribbler! Find it over here.
Join me today at 10pm BST for the premiere of this one-off charity audio drama!
I just spent a couple of hours recording each of the carols from Thorax the Red-Nosed Bughorse, and each song now has a YouTube with audio at the top of the lyrics! You might need to refresh the page if you don't see it.
Here's something that might help you authors with your future writing projects — I discovered on Sunday that the back seat of a police cruiser is a LOT less comfortable than you'd assume.
Hello all!
So it seems I haven't done any blog posts since back when I wrote La Cama Izzy, shortly after Everfree Northwest. Whoops. But I've definitely been keeping very busy in the fandom since then!
To wit, I've now written four stories since then, which I'll link below:
There is a reason I haven't done a New Years-type of blog. Hopefully, more on that will follow eventually. Anyway, there are two audio readings I would like to share with y'all. Thank you to Lotus Moon and Obabscribbler for taking the time to make these. Oh, and a reminder that a complete list of audio readings, fan art, and reviews can be found on my page.
Think Pink (Probably)'s newer version, by Lotus Moon
Hi, you guys! I've got some pretty exciting news. A selection of chapters from my scraps/short stories/poems/bonus stuff have been given lovely audio readings by the generous Lotus Moon. I'm so happy with this, and really suggest that those who liked the minific version of Twitch (which was done fantastically and probably my favorite) and my other poems, like Equinty, Everything Begins, and other shorts, like
Let me get this out of the way right now: Adding sound effects to fanfic readings takes time. A single sound that a listener may hear once for a half a second could take you upwards of a half an hour to find, edit in, and fine tune to fit exactly how the story is interpreted. But adding sounds can really make your finished product come alive in a way that a normal reading would not be able to accomplish.
The talented Obabscribbler has done another audio reading for one of my stories. Euphoria, Robbed was the story that was selected, and it certainly wasn't a story that I thought would get a reading, partly because its a monologue-style story and due to the subject matter. However, the comments on the video thus far have been lovely. I'm glad that so many people were able to relate to Trixie in a way that was optimistic for their futures, especially with all that's been happening lately.
Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone! Whether you're with someone or not, no matter who they are, just know you're all the best!
