This is actually a parody of Blue (Da Ba Dee) by Eiffel 65, released in 1998 (1999 internationally). The track I'm Good (Blue) by David Guetta and Bebe Rexha is a remade version with different lyrics, and the Rainbow Dash song uses the original lyrics.
