So I'm looking for a story like Halo: On The Wings of Angels were a pony is transpoted to the UNSC and becomes a soldier. But then returns to Equestria and its about how the ponds they are friends with react to how they changed. If you know of any please leave them below. Thank you.
I think you could try Helljumpers by CommanderApplejack. The ponies reacting to the change in their friends is towards the end but the story is great.
