Note that this list of 141 tags includes two graduates: Spike (EqG) - graduated March-April - and Tempest Shadow - graduated January-February, though I seem to have overlooked it at the time. There are 139 recorded as below 100 stories apiece, as of today.
And to round off the September-October check, I've made sure stories are in the right folders, though really there was all of one story to add to an extra folder, and that was it. I am thinking "Background Characters" and "Side Characters" will need to be reshuffled next year, though. They're getting unwieldy.
Caught one! Should expect 269 tags on the next check, barring further inclusions, so we now have 142 tags which are of interest to our modest group.

As for the new year, I'll put up a miscellaneous folder, since the 2018 folders are out-of-date. Hopefully, I'll come back and create more fine-tuned 2019 folders, but in the meantime, I'll need time to reconsider our current scheme. Some groups are too heavy or vague to be of much use in the new year, namely the "Side Characters" one.
