I’m trying to put in a cover art on my story but it keeps saying 500 error I keep getting that and my friend worked so hard on the art. I tried everything and it didn’t work. what do I do and how do I fix it?

7470219 Try random other pictures and see if you get the same error. If you find a picture that works, it means there's an issue with your cover art picture (too big, too small, wrong format,...)
