The TwiDash Army Presents: Ava and Bassie's Really Real Reality Competition!

Prompt: TwiDash. Any genre (except clop). Write a story that is based on real life events, be those events that happened to you specifically, or events that happened to someone very close to you. Collaborations accepted, but prize will be split. The two of you will have to work out how that will work amongst yourselves.

Judges may enter, but just for fun. If a judge wins or places, their place doesn't actually count for anything, and they cannot accept the prize. That just wouldn't be fair.

After all, not everypony here can claim to be a bicurious celebrity with a book fetish, right? I can't see why you shouldn't use the event as a starting point and tweak it in certain ways to turn it into a contest-worthy story, as long as you don't tweak it too much, haha.

On a more serious note, I'm very aware that I can use artistic license but I honestly see no way how I could tweak that particular event-based idea (and the central theme) to meet with Bassie's requirements. Oh well, if last contest is any indication, I'm gonna have it slowly stew somewhere in the back of my head, and an idea will pop up like five days before the deadline

Okay, I'm a fan of going against expectations, but it's going to be difficult to merge those two stories... unless the Flounder and the Pastry Chef is the story-within-a-story that Rainbow Dash is trying to write! And Twilight taught her about parables and Rainbow took it way too far and the Pastry Chef is a blatant satire of Pinkie Pie, who's totally into Twilight and trying to steal her away but Twilight is way too cool and level-headed, and Twilight is the flounder because she, like, has eyes on the back of her head or something and we're totally not talking about the possible symbolism of fish. No way.
And then Pinkie Pie breaks in through the bay window and slaps Rainbow across the face with an oddly-shaped fish, leaving the other side of her face damp. Because... because reasons!

Blame it on gummy bear-flavored Mountain Dew and the fact that I've listened to nothing but Lead Belly, Violent Femmes and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah all day.

Couple days ago, I wrote an atrocious story about how the rainbow power in the season 4 finale switched the minds of Cadance and Twilight. They explain what happened to Shining Armor, and Cadance, in Twilight's body, wonders how they will continue their tradition of having a night of wild sex every time a threat to Equestria is defeated. What ensues is probably close to what you would expect.

Did I say this was atrocious? Because it really, truly was.

I've also kicked an idea around that involves Pinkie Pie handling peanuts in Sugar Cube Corner. It turns out every pony in Ponyville is allergic to peanuts, and Pinkie's hugs spread the allergy around like a virus. Soon, it spreads all over Equestria, putting everyone's life in danger. Twilight magics Rainbow into being immune, and the only way to cure every pony if for Rainbow to hug them. She runs out of time, and the story culminates in a Sonic Rainboom into the Crystal Heart, spreading the cure across the land.

I also have a story about Fluttershy leading her animals in bloody revolution against their pony overlords.
