So I've sort of started writing a story about Twilight, Applejack, and the crusaders going on camping trip to northern marechigan, when they stop in the town of saddileac for directions to a good spot to set up camp they are warned off by locals because of a strange legend, but set up camp anyway.

Any thought on if this is a good idea?

Are they going to team up with a sombie slaying Marechigan State University Student with a hatchet for a hoof? Details.

They find several dead animals of progressively larger size in the woods, then paw prints around the camp with a bit of blood, then they see it and a supernatural chase scene ensues with possible character death.
