My thought is his weakness is Flutterpony and stoners.

Purple- destructive and corrupting

Green- lithovoric, mostly passive, but still destructive if it gets too out of hand

Well, this one didn't have witches animating him and backing him up, but he still managed to grow with every gem he ate, so he could definitely become close to a grey goo scenario. Also, he's definitely stronger than alicorn magic, and may even be stronger than "rainbow power," considering the Mane 6 were unable to break free from him. Of course, that assumes they actually have the ability to summon their Rainbow Powers at will, rather than it just being a one-time thing. Looks like chaos magic and earth pony magic are his weaknesses. And yes, I assume a mass fluttering of breezies or changlings would also wipe him out.

We know that discord can get sick by this thing if he spay by its flu.

If there are the revamped witches out there in Equestia we may have a another Smooze flood and Discord can't do nothing about it.
