Here are the new rules for the Group so we can hopefully start getting more traction in here as well as having a way to solve any dispute we could face (si quieren leer las reglas en Español bajen al fondo).

This Group:

1.- This group has been primarily designed to bring in all people who comes from Latin America and loves My Little Pony or loves to read/write fiction of My Little Pony.

2.- This group has also been designed so all people interested in Latin America, its customs, its history, its people, etc. can come in and meet up and get to know more about the region

What Will be Allowed:

3.- Political Post celebrating a date, figure, etc. Are Allowed. No exceptions.

4.- Historical Post, whether to debate a historical event or to remember it, are allowed.

5.- Any post with the desired effect of bringing humor (memes, jokes, humor itself) are allowed, this include drawings and paintings regardless the author of the drawing.

6.- Lewd Post are allowed as long as they don't break the site rules

7.- Necroposting is allowed.

Behavior:

8.- While Latin America has a huge variety of individuals and knowledge of how some countries behave, as long as the conversations and post remains respectful enough (any sport related post/discussion included) no thread shall be locked unless the behavior is broken.

9.- Personal Attacks, as in post dedicated to denigrate or wishing evil upon an individual on this group or site, aren't allowed. In other words, don't be a jerk.

10.- Any report of potential misbehavior will be analyzed to see if it breaks the rules before sending an appropriate punishment.

Punishment

11.- Any first time breach of the group's rule will be result of a warning from the group's administrators so the user knows that he is breaking the rules. This will be followed a second and even a third time if said user breaks the rules.

12.- If the user hasn't listened to the warnings given by the administrators, the user will get a strike. All users can get up to three strikes before further punishing. There is no new warning after the first strike.

13.- After three strikes have been delivered, if the user is still breaking the group's rules, the user in question will be temporarily banned from the group for seven (7) days.

14.- If after the temporary ban has been delivered and the user is still breaking the rules, after a debate between administrators and moderators alike, the user will be permanently banned from the group.

How to raise on the group

15.- Any good behavior will be taken into account when the time comes to choose moderators for the group, if the admins manage to agree upon it, the users will be turned into one.

16.- If the moderators excel at their job and manage to get good reputation, and after another debate between administrators, the user may get raised to become an administrator himself.

Regarding The Administrators and The Creation of New Rules

17.- Should there be a desire to open up a new story folder, name a new moderator, name a new administrator, delivering strikes, delivering a ban, demoting an user or creating/amending a rule, the administrators on the group will have to debate it and approve it first and foremost by a 50% + 1 vote on the group.

18.- All the rules on this group can be debated over and changed if there is determined to be a sufficient amount of reasons to change them, provided both the desire from the users on the group and the proper debate done by the administrators as long as the change in said rules doesn't go against the site rules.

Lo que se permitirá:

3.- Se permite el posteo político celebrando una fecha, figura, etc. Sin excepciones.

4.- Posteos históricos, ya sean para debatir un evento histórico o para recordarlo, están permitidos.

5.- Se permite cualquier publicación con el efecto deseado de traer humor (memes, chistes, humor en sí), esto incluye dibujos y pinturas independientemente del autor del dibujo.

6.- Posteos de contenido sexual están permitido siempre y cuando no rompan las reglas del sitio

7.- Se permite el necro-posteo.

Comportamiento:

8.- Si bien América Latina tiene una gran variedad de individuos y conocimiento de cómo se comportan algunos países, siempre que las conversaciones y publicaciones sean lo suficientemente respetuosas (cualquier publicación/discusión relacionada con el deporte incluida), ningún hilo estará bloqueado a menos que se rompa el comportamiento.

9.- No se permiten los ataques personales, como en la publicación dedicada a denigrar o desear el mal a una persona en este grupo o sitio. En otras palabras, no seas idiota.

10.- Se analizará cualquier informe de posible mal comportamiento para ver si infringe las reglas antes de enviar un castigo adecuado.

11.- Cualquier infracción por primera vez de la regla del grupo será el resultado de una advertencia de los administradores o moderadores del grupo para que el usuario sepa que está infringiendo las reglas. Esto se seguirá una segunda vez e incluso una tercera vez si dicho usuario rompe las reglas.

12.- Si el usuario no ha escuchado las advertencias de los administradores o moderadores, el usuario recibirá una huelga. Todos los usuarios pueden obtener hasta tres strikes antes de continuar el castigo. No hay nueva advertencia después del primer strike.

13.- Después de que se hayan dado tres strikes, si el usuario todavía está infringiendo las reglas del grupo, el usuario en cuestión será expulsado temporalmente del grupo durante siete (7) días.

14.- Si después de que se haya terminado la prohibición temporal y el usuario sigue infringiendo las reglas, después de un debate entre administradores y moderadores, el usuario será excluido permanentemente del grupo.

Cómo crecer en el grupo:

15.- Cualquier buen comportamiento se tendrá en cuenta cuando llegue el momento de elegir moderadores para el grupo, si los administradores logran ponerse de acuerdo, los usuarios se convertirán en un moderador.

16.- Si los moderadores se destacan en su trabajo y logran obtener una buena reputación, y después de otro debate entre administradores, el usuario puede ser graduado para convertirse en un administrador.
