I have a few in mind, I just started a group myself... It originally crashed and burned, but I fixed it, so now it's back up and running. And it works on same bases as yours, but it works on giving all fics a chance as opposed to people. But the group is still a love and tolerate place...
Anyway, back to the matter at hand. I have some rules, but would you have penalties for breaking them? Or would they just be a guideline everyone should follow... Seeing as by your group motto, you should love and tolerate even trolls and haters.

and of you need a 'no spamming threads' rule
