I'm about to implement music to the story to catch certain moods, yet am uncertain to what degree I should do that.

Here's the thing: I could do that to certain situations in the story, even to those chapters already posted. Whosoever reads the books anew, might find a pleasant surprise then. This comes with another obstacle, though: the linked videos might get down for a myriad of reasons, meaning maintenance from my side.

Folks, what is your take on that?

I was thinking about this and I think that adding links to music could be a great idea and about the videos getting down it will seem sketchy and many may not use it, if it even works, but you could try and put links to songs that are a free download. but Again it will be seen as very sketchy.
