History:Tumblers was born and raised in ponyville 18 and a half years before it became raider territory. His family were Hunters so being close to the forest meant that they could easily hunt and make a profit from selling their wares from Leather armor to animal meat. Tumblers along with his brother Falls was trained by their Mother and Father to be hunters. after he learnt all there was to learn he left at the age of 16 to pursue his own life. upon returning 3 years later he found out his parents had been killed by Raiders when they took over ponyville for themselves.

Personality: Serious when alone or on a job. a little childish or paranoid around people sometimes. heavily dislikes drug users. other then that he's a generally well mannered professional.

Perks:
Hit the Deck!: You react very quickly to the sound of an explosive coming your way. You only take ½ damage from ranged explosive weapons, round up. This includes damage from concussion and shrapnel.

Lunar Sight: Your senses are very well accustomed to the darkness of the Wasteland. You gain a +1 bonus to Perception in the dark, and penalties for light levels are reduced by 50%.

Brown Muzzle: You've learned how to suck up to your superiors. You get +1 Charisma and another +10 speech for reaction roles when dealing with authority figures for each rank of this perk

Distinguishing Features: Beside being bigger than most male griffins and having a hide more clean than most wastelanders then no... Beside her eyes that have a little glow over them, as if she was faintly radioactive, even while looking to be with full health.

Gear: Railway Rifle with bandoleers of rails going over her torso, a reinforced duster and cowpony hat to hold her look, but does never wear the hat but haves it in a string around her neck.
History: Being the youngest of a litter of eight did Zappar not get much attention, food or love before she grew older, and kept growing, outgrowing even her fathers size in a age of 16.

Growing into the biggest, while being the youngest was not easy for Zappar, while technically being in the top of the pecking order did she always get the broken weapons and cloth that was full of holes. While most in her family first took the Big Contract when they where in their twenties did she take it when she turned 17, not having looked back since, but sent many a postcard to her old nest.
Personality: One word can describe Zappar rather well, explorative. Always listening to tales of old, looking behind nooks after hidden things, and herself being the first to tell stories around the fireplace when it is time to relax. As the big bird she is does she look rather terrifying, but inside is there hiding something small with big eyes that want to hear all about the world.

Mane: Short and hanging loose.
Coat: Have rather few stripes for a zebra, most of them being at her legs, leaving her stomach bare from them, and weirdly enough making her tail look like a black and white candycane.
Glyph: A dashed circle with a octagon in the middle.
Distinguishing Features: While being small and petite with the first look, almost looking like a filly, is it clear that this zebra is more than meets the eye. Her legs showing well kept muscles, hiding both rather great strength and agility, and if you really get close to her can small and thin scars be seen at her hoofs, so thin and straight that they almost only could have been made with clinical tools, and other scars shows clear signs of countless rope burns, a single line on each of her legs, all no bigger than an inch, all hairless because of those burns.

History: As Zenith was born was she left behind the same day, her travelling prospector parents not wanting any "dead weight" with them, or that is the story she have been told time and time again.

From foals legs have she worked at a little in, her small frame, cute stripes and round curves being one of the single things that kept her fed for so long. In her early teens did Airknife rest at the inn Zenith worked at, and from that day have they travelled the wasteland thick and thin together.
Personality: Living the life as a wastelander waitress have left its marks on Zenith, even with her young age, her hunger for sexual contact with others bigger than most other wastalanders, almost being an addiction to her.

Gear: Ghost wears a long black duster and a matching Desperado hat, and carries dual .45 auto pistols, a suppressed sniper rifle, and a bowie knife.

History: Ghost was born and raised on a small ranch in the wasteland, not too far from New Appleloosa. Growing up, he was the oldest of three siblings, having both a younger brother and sister. Being the oldest, his father taught him from a young age on how to properly use and clean firearms, so that in case anything were to happen to him, his family would still have a protector.

When he was nineteen, raiders attacked his family's farm and after an hour of exchanging bullets, he and his sister were the only survivors. After burying his parents and younger brother, he took his sister, and they traveled the wastes for a few weeks, until they were ambushed by another group of raiders on the road. He and his sister tried to outrun them, but his sister tripped on a piece of rubble on the road and was taken by the raiders back to their camp.

He eventually tracked them down, and attempted to sneak into their camp and rescue his sister as quickly and quietly as possible, but when he found her, the only way he recognized her was because she still had the necklace he had made for her when she got her cutie mark. He was so enraged that he drew his pistol and proceeded to murder every raider in the camp without a second's hesitation, and when he found the leader, he holstered his pistol, took out his knife, and proceeded to butcher him without remorse.

Over the years he perfected his craft and became very skilled with guns, knives, and of course, stealth. He made it his mission to help the people of the Equestrian wasteland by helping those that he could whenever given the chance. Eventually he became a well renowned mercenary and assassin, best known for his kind demeanor and offering his services to those in need. Over time, he eventually became the leader of a mercenary group, whose main targets were raiders, bandits, slavers, and all the other scum in the wasteland.

One day he was double crossed by a member of his group, and was the only survivor, left in the middle of the wasteland to bleed. He would have died that day had it not been for a traveling priest that passed by and when he realized that he was still alive, he treated his wounds and nursed him back to health.

After his near death experience he left the professional ring and began drifting from place to place, all the while continuing his mission to help those in need by doing what he could, when he could, all the while hoping to make a difference.

Personality: Tends to travel alone, although he prefers company to solitude, and he always tries to do the right thing, and help as many as he can. He's a part time mercenary, a part time assassin, and a full time wanderer, never remaining in one place for too long. He also has no tolerance towards raiders for obvious reasons, as well as other scum that inhabit the wasteland. Despite his professions he's a rather kind and caring individual once you get to know him, and has been known to offer his services free of charge to some of the poorer families in the wasteland.

When you get angry, your strength skill increases by 5. However, it lowers your intelligence and perception to one, as well as making you attack just about anything that moves due to your bloodlust. There is no way to personally contain this yourself, and you fight till severely wounded or all creatures in the area are dead.

History: There are always ponies out in the world who believe they are doing what is best for Equestria. Killing. Murdering. Ponynapping. All of this can be done in the name of a better future, and even the kindest of souls will look the other way because they too want a better future.

Blue likes to think it was this mindset her mother had when she was handed over to a mad scientist, because hoping for a better future is better then just getting some bottlecaps, right? Blue was born to a Alicorn who still had not gained full control of her mind. She faded in and out of sanity and during one of her 'fits' gave her only daughter to a mad pony who preached that he could find a cure for anything if he had the proper test subjects. The pony often muttered something about 20 bottlecaps for a blue alicorn, but Blue chooses to ignore this in hopes her mother just wanted others to have a better life.

She was raised in a cage, tested on daily basis since before she even had a true pony name. Stories were told about the creatures that lived outside this lab, out in the wastelands, but she never believed them. Other test subjects came and went, died and were used for their purposes. Blue was taught how to talk by these subjects, sometimes learning bad words, but more often then not they were kind to her.

One stallion, a blue pegasus, remained alive for a lot longer then Blue had expected. He was young when he arrived and only two days since he arrived he seemed to have aged a hundred years. Barely able to keep his head up on his now skinny and malnourished form. However, he always talked to Blue. Asked her what she thought of the outside world, where she was from, if she knew how to hold a gun. She attempted to explain to him on a daily basis that this cage was her entire life, but that never seemed to register with him. He told her stories of what he had done to raiders and slavers on his travels. His breif time as a slave before he ran away only to get caught and then sold to the scientist. However the way he spoke was hopeful.

Like he was expecting someone to rescue him. The hope would soon die, it always did.

He looked Blue in her eyes, and made her promise to carry his name to his family in a city he had not be able to name. "Blue Phoenix... Phoenix's never die, eh kid?" He chuckled at her before he closed his eyes for the last time.

A mere day later something happened. Ponies were swarming the lab and they weren't even test subjects, they were all free and had guns. The scientist was gunned down by one of the ponies but they never stopped moving, they ransacked the shelves and took all the radaway and any other medicine there was. During the chaos of the first ransacking they didn't notice Blue's cage that was covered by blankets in the corner, and when a screw driver rolled across the floor to be closer to her... Blue wondered...

She used her magic to lure the screw driver closer to her, and using a mere bobby pin that had been dropped on her over the years she managed to pick the lock on her cage. She even managed to sneak around most of the raiders, even looted a body quickly for the saddlebags and gun he dropped. She escaped...

For some reason she believed she owed her escape to the pegasus who had her name before her. With her eyes set on the wastelands for the first time she decided to repay the favor... If she could.
Personality: No matter how young and determined she looks she is still just a filly. Her wings are almost useless due to her years in the cage. Her interactions with other ponies are limited as well, so she lacks social skills unless she's gunning for something she wants. She can twist words better then most merchants at times, but some might say this is only because she doesn't understand the words she speaks. Her innocence was long ago taken, but she still has her youth and plans on using it as an asset if she can.
Perks: Come back to this once she's got some experience.

History:Due to being in cryosleep since the bombs fell Steam has lost all memories. Due to this he has no moral code cause he doesn't know right from wrong. Driven by curiosity Steam became a raider overlord just to see how others would react. After realizing what he has done he blew up his army with a megaspell. The blast knocked him unconscious and launched him to a town he was supposed to destroy. Nobody recognized him due to the fact that he had always kept his identity a secret. Trying to make up for all the wrongs he had done, Steam became a guardian of the town he was known as The Sentinel. After helping the town as much as he could Steam left out to wander the wastes, helping any pony along the way.

Personality: Steam acts a little goofy sometimes, but when dealing with friends or young ones he takes on a protective carrying nature. Don't get on his bad side though due to his morality problem Steam has done some pretty horrific things to other people who threaten him, friends, innocents, or young ones. When steam takes on a serious or sad tone, its interesting to hear what he has to say.

History: A history of violence, a history of crime, a history that some will forget and others wont forgive. A smooth talker of sorts and a madman underneath a gentleman. Sickle was born into poverty, he was born into a clan of communist who have forgotten the troubles outside their own walls. Everyone shares and everyone gives. His father was a proud soldier, for a cause he was willing to die for. In a slum of a city, their main politics were who was going to get shot next and who could step on the backs of the poor. Sickle was the not the type to forgive and forget, so when his father was executed for "treason" he sought to get his own by taking. He took from those who deserved it the least, from caps to clothes, to a colts life.It was a confusing and tough time, but he had others to help him along in his quest to retake the city from the fake communist who believed that it was the rich to govern the poor. But this was politics so a lot of time passing it shows nothing has changed except the self exile of a young boy who has a target on his back. He roamed the wastelands for years looking to drop his skills in a town and just settle down. Unless his irrational side takes over once again...

History: The Enclave’s isolated life above the clouds requires a very specific population count to maintain, and everypony must work their hardest to ensure the survival of the civilization. Unfortunately for Sleet Gray she is next to useless. She isn’t strong enough for the military, nor pretty enough to find a husband and raise a family. On top of that, her special talent is obsolete, since the pegasi no longer control Equestria’s weather, what good is a weather pony? In the face of her brothers taunting and her military officer father’s disappointment, Sleet desperately sought anything she could do to be useful. Turning to technological pursuits, Sleet mastered basic terminal operation and learned to be a reasonably proficient hacker. Her first major accomplishment was to access an Enclave Military database of files retrieved from the surface but still encrypted. Hoping that she would one day be recognized as a data specialist for the military, Sleet set to cracking the ancient files. While it wasn’t exactly legal, nopony cared enough about the old files to bother her.
But as fate would have it, there was one file many ponies did care about. In the junk folder, hidden from the rank and file, was a triple encoded folder that Sleet was determined to crack. After toiling a full day, she finally broke into the file, named Operation: Cauterize. Inside, she found plans to slaughter life on the surface, burning away all obstructions that would prevent the Enclave from reclaiming Equestria not as saviors but as conquerors.
Stunned and horrified, wondering what to do with this terrible information, Sleet didn’t notice that her intrusion had been spotted and a squad of soldiers were coming for her until her brother kicked down her door. Desperately, Sleet tried to talk her way out of the situation, and might have succeeded had her own mother not sold her out, testifying that she saw her daughter hacking into the file. Betrayed and facing execution at her brother’s hooves, Sleet panicked and her special talent went wild. A terrible freezing gale erupted from the frightened mare, consuming everything and everypony around her. It ultimately saved her life, but the strain of it nearly killed her anyway, knocking her unconscious as the world froze around her. The neighborhood she had grown up in was frozen solid and plummeted into the Wasteland far below, with Sleet the sole survivor. Now stranded on the surface, Sleet seeks desperately to avoid the pursuing Enclave long enough to warn the surface of the coming holocaust.

Personality: Usually rather reserved, Sleet can modify her personality as the situation demands. A stern business mare when negotiating with merchants, a kindly older sibling when dealing with foals, a friendly stranger when talking with the local sheriff, Sleet can effectively put on a charade for any occasion.
When not in a situation requiring any acting, Sleet suffers from an inferiority complex that makes her feel inept at just about everything. However, when placed in a situation where she excels (primarily situations that would call upon her Tag skills), she gains a surprising measure of confidence and excitability. Sadly, these boosts in self-worth quickly fade after her triumphs and she will rarely acknowledge her achievements as anything more than mediocre.

Perks: Winter Weather Pony (Rank 2): You are a natural born weather pony, before the apocalypse you would have been in charge of bringing snow and ice for the winter. At Rank 2 your skill at manipulating winter elements has increased and you can freeze a greater area without suffering mental and spiritual strain.

Scarred by the Abyss: You've looked into the Abyss, and it's looked into you. And like it or not, it raped you with its eyes. You will no longer be threatened by any sort of dark manifestation. They see you as one of them, because you kind of are. Your body is warped due to your exposure.
When at full hp, it will simply look like a very odd splash of black coating. It will look natural... Almost. At 3/4ths hp it will begin to look like a shadow has been cast on those areas of your body. At half hp it will begin to actively avoid light by spreading across your body, you will also hear the voice of the void. At a quarter hp it will bubble in light and actively shift around in the areas where you are tainted. At 10% hp it will grow tendrils and attempt to kill any threat to it. Light, living things and it will not kill you, but it will attempt to knock you unconscious for your own safety. At 5 % hp it will engulf your entire body, and take over, using your body for as long as it takes for you to regenerate to a quarter of your hp, or until sunrise, whichever comes first. You will have no active memory of the things you do in this state, but you may relive them in nightmares or be forced to remember them by your shadow half.
You will have persistent nightmares until the day you die, and perhaps not even then will they stop.
You also have a connection with the void. This gives you a multitude of powers you don't fully understand or can control.
You have a shadow half of yourself effectively giving you schizophrenia. It always sees the worst in you, brings out the worst in you, but is not overtly evil to you, or anyone else. It's only purpose is to make you question all of your actions and truly hate yourself. It only ever tends to agree with you when your life is on the line.

History: Many times great descendant of the vice president of the MAS. She was born in the Wasteland to unicorn parents and has no connection to any of the pegasi. She lost her parents when she was very young and so, she had to grow up very quickly in order to survive. She grew up in a settlement with only fillies and colts, and learned a lot about how to survive in the Wasteland. When she was 17, she went to Fillydelphia to recover a memory orb that belonged to her ancestor. She was captured by Red Eye's forces and made to compete in The Pit. After she won, she made a deal with Stern to join Red Eye's army in exchange for the memory orb. She left the army after Red Eye died. With the settlement that she grew up in destroyed by the Enclave, and everyone that she knew dead, she is now trying to find her place in the world. She is now living in a settlement with fillies and colts, whose parents were killed by the Enclave, and several pegasi who were left homeless after the cloud curtain was destroyed. She is protecting the foals so that they don't have to grow up fast like she did. The pegasi have elected her mayor of the town, since the foals are too young and the other pegasi don't know enough about Equestria.

Personality: While Lightning initially comes off as cold and uncaring, she actually holds a high value for all life, and only resorts to killing when she has no other choice. She only comes off as cold because she has gone through a lot, and finds it difficult to open up. She will always try to find another way to resolve things, so that they don’t have to resort to murder, but she also recognises when it’s the only choice, and she’s smart enough not to walk into a dangerous situation. She holds a burning hatred for all raiders, who she shoots on sight. She also absolutely hates the Enclave. While she acts cold to people she meets, she cares deeply for her family and close friends, and is always willing to risk her life to help them. Throughout her life, she has remained unchanged by the Wasteland, and strives to do good in a world that is not.

Perk #1 Cyberpony -- Your cybernetic enhancements make you stronger, but also slower. Your Strength and Endurance are both increased by 1, but Agility is reduced by 2. Magic Energy is increased by 10. +10% to Poison Resistance and RAD Resistance.

After his step-sister was kidnapped, he participated in the fight to save her. Eventually he was able to exit the Vault, He tried to go back in but found that it was locked by mistake. No one could hear him cry for help, not sure of where to go, he travels to Baltimare. And found a large settlement, after his adventures he usually resides there. Strangely, despite living on the opposite coast, he once traveled to New Pegas(-us) and took a job as one of the six couriers ( he was most known as courier 3).

History: Misty's unicorn parents were a little surprised to have a pegasus as a child, but dormant genes are dormant genes, even if the original holders are generations back. Her foal years were spent being carried around with her parents, who lived on the road as tried and true scav&survivors. As she learned to take her first steps, her folks decided it was time to find a place to settle down somewhere safe.

New Appleloosa was a nice, stable childhood, as far as wasteland childhoods go, anyway. Misty would go out foraging with her mother,and her father certainly did his best to teach her to fly (which in the end resulted in him just having to buy her a book off a passing caravan) One day, when she was out alone looking for berries and flowers when she was set upon by a hungry Radigator. Not having time to test out her half-trained flying chops, she darted into a nearby patch of radiation enlarged Morning Glory, where the animal lost site of her. She pelted the beast with a near rock about the size of an adult hoof and knocked the beast out, flying, falling, and sprinting home as fast as she could. She screamed and cried into her mother's chest, immediately elated to have her non-blank flank pointed out to her.

Around the age of 20 Misty would start leaving New Appleloosa regularly to make her fair share of caps for her and her family, usually taking up jobs as a caravan guard. Over her first few years she got pretty dang good at popping raiders coming for the caravans, and started to perform bigger, deadlier versions of her cutie mark story in combat, finding the best hide around, then dropping every opponent her cross-hairs happened to find.


Personality: Quiet, an introvert pony who reserves her chattery side for ponies like her parents. Despite this, she is quite easily exciteable.

History: On the Last Day, Eldritch, Amber, and her friends escape Canterlot before the shield comes down. They then decide to go to the nearest Stable for safety. Once they enter, they discover that the stable that they found was designed to preserve its inhabitants in suspended animation/stasis until the conditions outside are met. As they try to escape the Stable, the shield collapses, releasing Pink Cloud-saturated water onto the door, bending and breaking the mechanism. Most of them decide to go into Sleep, as they have no choice. The only survivors 197 years later are Eldritch and a young Gryphon named Ky, the rest dying over the centuries in stasis.

History: Puzzle is a changeling that took the place of an enclave pegasus during a ground mission. He did this to A.) see the clouds, B.) Loot the clouds, and C.) Adventure. He has been living the day to day life of Sky Lock, the pegasus he replaced. By the time he was called in for combat during the battle of Stalliongrad, he had Sky Lock down flawlessly. [Sky Lock was born and raised into the enclave, getting his cutie mark during a training exercise when he spotted another pegasus, trying to break the cloud layer. Sky Lock was soon accepted into the enclave, and served until around age 20, when he was killed by Puzzle during a scouting mission on the ground. ] He is currently an Enclave captain, and often directs the battle from a Vertibuck.

History: Like many ponies out in the wasteland Dirt Patch never knew her her father. Her mother had been raped by a raider and left to deal with the results, a small brown filly with a pension for wandering. Her mother was a unicorn so finding the little filly was never too much trouble, but some might say that she had a death wish considering how often she made her mother worry.

Her mother, not being too great with a gun or her own magic, had taken to working on a small farm that was left alone by raiders only because they promised them food in exchange for safety. However they still liked to raid every now and then. Just to get 'what they were owed.'

Dirt Patch loved to work on the farm. She proved to have quiet the green hoof and often nursed tainted soil to a rich and healthy brown where the greatest of crops could be grown. It wasn't much a shocker when she got her cutiemark. Some other fillies often joked that her cutiemark would be nothing but a black outline on her already dirty flank. Patch proved to be quite the valuable farmer, and her mother knew that girl had to protect herself. She paid one of the local stallions to train her daughter how to use a shotgun, but Patch proved to be even more capable with a scythe, having used one on a daily basis to tend the fields. During a raid she managed to stand her ground with a scythe gripped in her muzzle.

As a birthday gift for her mother Dirt Patch worked out a deal with Tenpony Tower. In exchange for a room, and a small store, they would get fresh crops on a daily basis. Her mother would work and maintain the shop and Patch would grow the crops. It took two years of negotiations but finally on the eve of which the deal was proposed it was approved. Patch moved her mother into the tower and started her own farm outside the ruins of the city. When ponies are down on their luck, or in need a job, they are often sent to her. Patch hires workers and guardsmen on daily basis to work the farm and protect the people.
Personality: A good soul but a fast talker. She tends to think more with her mouth then with her head. She's clearly not the most intelligent pony in the world, but she makes up for that with her typical good nature. She's a business pony, and can work out a deal with most ponies who cross paths with her. Its perhaps the only reason she is still alive. Having been held hostage more times then she can count, but only to work out a deal and have the raider working on her farm within the next few hours.

History: Born to Talon, Bred by Talon, Sayker strives to be everything that Talon stands for. He's fair when he can be and dedicated to whatever cause he's pledged to. History: Knightlight is an ex raider suffering from amnesia. When his raider clan did something that he considered crossing the line, he kill them all in the night while they slept and took all their supplies. Living in the small town of Welcome, content with just letting life pass him by. Until the day a mare ran into town shouting for somepony to save her son. After the colts rescue Knightlight decided it was time to venture out into the Equestria Wasteland to discover who he once was.
In his travels he saved a German Shepherd from a band of raiders. He called the dog Elite after seeing that the number 1337 had been scratched into the dog, and the dog has been his most loyal (and only) party member.
Personality: After traveling through the wasteland alone with only his K9 companion, the wasteland has turned Knightlight from an open minded adventure into a cold-blooded killer. Most of time not caring about his enemies lives and focuses more on his mission to discover who his was. Although he is highly trained in melee combat skills and the art of stealth from his travels, Kightlight can only work basic computer functions. He also has a phobia of ghouls.

History: Growing up in a militaristic family, Midas was named after an old minotaur tale of a warlord who could turn anything he hit into gold, and suffered defeat only when he was out smarted by a tricky zebra into hitting his own reflection... Midas was trained from birth to be a fighter and survivor, but his mother taught him that a bullet with no direction will just miss, and showed him how to be more than a hired goon. Of course,that's all he really was for the begining years of his life. He served on many a job as hired muscle for a caravan company, until he "found his way" and began to freelance. Thats when his career took off. Roaming from one side of the wastes to the other,he's seen about all there is to see. He's killed hellhounds with his bare hands (its rumored he was hired to clear an entire plateau of the beasts and in the process lost both a hand wrestling a hellhound the size of a house),he's even rumored to have killed a dragon by breaking out through its chest (where its rumoured he lost his other hand). Known as a minotaur of his word, its no secret he's had to clash with Talon at times (its rumoured he had a fight with Gawd but by the end of the week long struggle the two respected each other too much to kill the other... Also rumoured is that he was the father of her two children.) over matters of contracts. The legend of Midas is a long one, but even he'll admit many of the rumours surrounding him aren't entirely true. He's lived a long life for a sole mercenary who makes as many enemies as he does myths.

Personality: Not a very stoic person by nature,idas speaks his mind when he wishes, and holds his tongue when it suits him. Buthe's no fool, and is wise enough to know when not talking, or saying the right thing would be best. Prone to wax on about tales from his past,he's somewhat of a geezer at times, but not entirely for the sake of boasting, usually theres a moral to the story at hand that is insightful in some way.

He isnt the sort to do something you could do yourself, and values the merits of learning from your own mistakes.

He is a man of modest tolerance. He doesnt have a terrible temper like some minotaurs, but he is still an ox man. Best to not push his buttons too, too much.

He's the sort to settle his score, not liking to leave anything unfinished.

He'll do whatever it takes to get the job done, but in a controlled manner. It may seem reckless at times but he honestly weighs the risks of his actions before doing.
