Name: Horous
Species: Unknown. He calls himself a "Rahabian".
Quote: "Oh yes, because it's always an alicon or a draconequus. Alicon this, draconequus that. There's more than just those kids out there, you know. I'm Horous. So get that straight."
Appearance: A pony-sized hawk with arms with two big hands floating above him. He is made of grey light and his eyes are glowing pools of dark green light. His eyes turn red when he's angry, and blue when he's sad. All in all, think Pale Night from Dungeons and Dragons.
Abilities: Basically, he can do almost anything. He's even more powerful than Discord, more powerful than any and all members of the pantheon who aren't elders, and he's not restrained by any rules. He also claims to have been even stronger, but was weakened somehow. He refuses to talk about it. His most dreadful ability, however, is his touch. Touching him drains the very life force from others very quickly, causing death if they touch him long enough. Immortals will become comatose; waking up takes a very long time. He activates his powers by creating a smoking ball of white light and throwing it. It then explodes and, regardless if it hits something or not what he wants to happen happens.
Weaknesses: He only has a few, but they're big ones: He has no soul. When he dies, he'll just be, well, gone. No resurrection for him. He can't heal damage instantly. He can heal from almost any injury, but it takes time. Fortunately for him, he can just make himself incorporeal. Any injury that would kill a normal person will kill him. As one might expect, he tries not to get into fights.
Voice: He sounds like Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls. He acts kind of like him too, especially the part where he makes deals with others.
Personality: Smart, calm, and unrevealing. He's really, really old and thus treats everyone like a little kid. He believes everyone should treat him with respect though. He calls everyone "kid", even the elders. He is a liar and is very good at lying. In fact, when he lies, not even somebody like Liarjack or Rarigreed can tell he's lying! However, he lies easily but never gratuitously, he always has a purpose in mind. He's also Neutral Evil.
Allies/Enemies: The closest he has to allies are the soulless, nearly mindless creatures he's created that live in his pocket dimension. They all look like animals or monsters, but they also look similar to the Earthbound Immortals from Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. He considers all elders, alicons and draconequi his enemies, although they don't all feel that way about him. Most of them don't even know he exists.
Bio: Mysterious and enigmatic, Horous claims to be an ancient creature even older than the elders -Certainly he is one of the oldest beings in existence. There may even be some truth to this, as none of the elders remember creating him. He is an enigma. An ancient creature who as around before the elders even thought about giving birth, he dwells in many magnificent castles scattered throughout his realm, all made of bones. He's come up with millions of back stories but the one he uses the most is that he's one of many beings like him called "Rahabians" that live in another universe. He created the multivere and the elders because he wanted to rule over his own multiverse (with the elders as his servants) but something happened (implied to be a rebellion) and now he barely rules over anything. He also implies that he's not the strongest of his kind, and he's a part of a hierarchy.
Fighting Style: He prefers to summon monsters to fight for him, but if pressed, he trusts to his incorporeality and swoops in to attack. He immediately unleashes attacks that cause instant death, then tries to use his life-draining touch on as many people as possible. If he has time to prepare, he either possesses someone or creates a body of his own. (usually one that looks like it came from a lunatic's nightmares) Once he has secured a host, he uses the body to destruction before abandoning it for another. If he even thinks it looks like he's going to lose or even die, he instantly runs away.
Goals: His goal is simple: He wants to rule over everything. This includes Pony Hell, Pony Heaven, Oblivion... Pretty much everything. He'll do anything to do it, of course. This is because he claims he ruled everything first, and (at least in his mind) the elders are foul usurpers that don't deserve to rule over anything, much less what they currently rule over.
Note: Please tell me what you think of him. You can use him in your stories or draw him if you want, but I want to know how and where. I reserve the right to say no if I don't like what will happen.
