The sun rarely comes out, and even then for only several hours every week or so. The casinos are still good-if you like some mold and dust. Most of the city is somewhat rundown, and the main attractions are nearly collapsing. A perfect environment for the children of the night.....

Stringer slowly breathed in and out as he nursed his bruised face. Leaning over the sink in his bathroom, he spit out a bloody tooth, and moaned as he rubbed his cheek. Looking at his guitar case near the door, he sighed and leaned down against the wall of the bathroom. When he moved to Las Pegasus several weeks ago, he didn't expect most of his clientele to be driven off by a massive cloud bank. Fortunately, they still had water piped in from Canterlot falls, but some people have been reported dying of what was considered "Attacks by wild animals". They would be find dead, drained of blood or torn apart: the homeless and other ponies who thrive in the alleys and abandoned buildings. He would've left already, if not for the the gang "Los Pegasos Diablos" taking control of the city's train system. If you didn't pay them, you had to walk through 50 miles of the desert. It didn't help that their thugs constantly extorted money and "protection fees". Spitting out some more blood, he thought "Screw 'em....", and walked into the now dark streets of Las pegasus.

I don't have the time to "put on the mask" at the moment, since I'm committed to my stories, but this certainly feels like you've put a lot of work into it. The problem seems to be that you have no fans at the ready to help you partake of the world. Might I suggest writing and publishing a short three-thousand word story in your little 'verse? That would get you some exposure, and possibly draw interested minds to your RP. )

luna's light lit up the darkness in the alley ways, several masses shifted about, wild monstrosities of their former selves, feral and drunk on the blood of their latest kill. the literal bloody mess sprayed on the walls, contrasting crimson against sun bleached grey stone. as they tore the poor thing to bits throwing gnawed limbs and bits of bone without care, not noticing a shadow approach them from behind.
"Well, i see you lot made a mess, shame too looks like you happened to catch something that smells quite good" as the small pack of ghouls( feral vampires that didn't fully transform for some reason) turned to face the grey blue unicorn behind them, their blood stained fangs and muzzles curling into snarls as they locked their glowing yellow eyes on him.
"Its careless ones like you all that make the rest of us who have sentience look bad you know, oh well, by order of her highness you are t be killed for your crimes against the clan and endangering the species, how do you plead?" as he stepped closer not showing any hesitation in his gait.
the pack lunged at him, 5 in total he counted, the alpha being a bulky earth pony, no unicorns among them, that was good he thought to himself, as two Pegasus took to flying along the walls and diving down at him in an attempt to flank him from both sides. before they fell down mid flight heads falling aside as they hit the ground, causing the remain 3 earth ponies to stop.
" if that is your response then i shall carry out the sentence " as he disappeared only to reappear behind them, his horn glowing a faint silver as his eyes glowed pitch " your sentence is death" as they fell to pieces, before disappearing into the shadows, leaving no trace of them as he walked over to the remains of their victim, " I'm sorry i could not find them sooner you have my deepest apologies" as he lit the remains on fire, the deep lilac flames consuming it in an instance leaving only ashes as he himself disappeared into the shadows

Hearing a small commotion in the nearby alleyway, Stringer looked in and only noticed a Grayish unicorn. Thinking "Well, i swore i heard something....", he shouted out "Hey, you OK over there?"

As he entered the alley he found no trace of the unicorn, only an empty street. Darkness as deep as the abyss, only briefly interrupted by the occasional street lamp flickering, struggling to stay on, but ultimately failing as only the shadows of buildings and faint lights from the other half of the city cast a the darkness over the neighborhood.

Struggling on the ground, Stringer shouted "HELP MEEEEEEE!"
