You know, I love it when Thomas gives someone a nice harsh lesson on how to be at the very least civil. The irony of a one man army doing that is delicious.
Sounds like Miss Jubilee was none too pleased with Rarity a while later in their lives.
Yay more of Thomas's past! Actually doesn't surprise me he grew up as a tribal. Well kind of a tribal. But even when he was young he was taking hands and scalps eh? I wonder how good he was at fighting even before he came to the Mojave.
I agree that discriminating against someone based on their appearance is unacceptable (except if they dress like raiders), but I've always imagined my gut reaction to seeing a ghoul in person is to at least flinch. Now Moonbeam did more than that, but I think that her initial reaction is at least understandable if not justified.
“That was something I picked up from raiders,” Thomas admitted. “Met a group that would capture travellers, slap bomb collars on them and watch them run. They didn’t find it so funny when I returned the favour,” the man said, chuckling darkly.
I am loving all the black comedy here. It's delicious, and so... Fallout!
“Go fuck yourself.”
“I offered, but my brain didn’t want to go along with it,” the man replied with a shrug. “What?”
4322575 Person who killed the president of the Enclave and destroyed their main base of operations, whilst also killing Frank Horrigan was also a tribal.
4325999 Arming a nuke is quite hard when you think about it. Then there's also the ridiculous amount of terminals locking you out of rooms, that one room that is a literal death maze, and then trying to figure out how to kill Frank Horrigan. That's quite devious. Also posing as a new recruit at Navarro to steal the Vertibird plans, that's genius.
Well, before I start reading this, I've checked out your other fic's (description's) that you've wrote and well, I found this to be far more interesting and better suited crossover.
You've ever Fallout Equestria: New Pegas? Its set in New Vegas story wise, although it takes place during Littlepip's and other big Fallout Equestria characters adventures. Thought you'd might be interested.
Ohhhhh snap
oo this was a good one

Another great chapter.
Wait... The guy who thought of an SIIED is a tribal? He knows his tech.

That one took me a second, but I lol'd

4325967 that's just murder and gunfire, SIIED's are devious.

4326018 hmm... You talking about fallout 1 or 2? I've never gotten my hands on those...
4326075 Fallout 2. Also, for reference: img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20100811232531/fallout/images/1/1a/FO02_NPC_Frank_Horrigan.png He has 999 hit points, a unique plasma MINIGUN, and a unique knife. Also I think his DT is something like eighty.
4326367 daaaamn. That seems harder than taking on Elijah. (did a melee/light armor run)
4326390 It'd be even harder if he had stimpaks. Also all his skills and S.P.E.C.I.A.L are the highest you can get them, because Enclave fuckery.

That part was so weird but Old World Blues was an amazing DLC! And I am still laughing at that line!
