Claymari Captured Part 1: Confusion

Author's Note:

I published some Sword Mare side stories between this and the last chapter, suggest reading to add conext to events and possible future storylines.

Sword Mare Origins #1: Zero Endless

Sword Mare Origins#2: Claymari

Zero Endless climbs across his bed and snuggles with the small Cat Pony next to him.

“Tell me a story about the war?” Petty Kitty asked.

The happy look on Zero's face left him. “Why would you want to hear that?”

“You come from a time of lazars and pipbucks,” Petty Kitty answered.

“Well, lazars and pipbucks really weren’t that prominent in my time,” Zero blushed, “To us gunpowder is new,” Zero shakes his head. “But why would you want to hear about death?”

“Don’t you like telling war stories?” Petty Kitty asked, “When I was a barmare, warriors would tell stories of their battles.”

“In my time war was fought by foals,” Zero explained.

Petty Kitty gasped.

“Not literal foals, But young colts and mares too innocent to send off to war,” Zero sighed, “Befor the war, we lived in a era of sunshine and rainbows.”

“I get your point,” Petty Kitty nods her head.

To reassure her that everything was alright Zero kisses the Cat Pony on the cheak. “I’d admit there was some times with my mother that was fun.”

A loud wail disrupts the lovers.

“That sounds female,” Zero points out.

“That sounds like Philia,” Petty Kitty noted.

“Is that like a mare thing?” Zero remarks, “You can tell each other by your wails?”

Petty Kitty raised a your being stupid dear eyebrow before getting up out of bed and walking over to the door. Philia was standing outside the door with a letter being held in her magic. She was sobbing.

“What’s the matter?” Petty Kitty asked as she and Zero walked out into the hall.

“Claymari has been kidnapped by a Gryphus,” Philia answered.

Zero snickers a little, “Wait? What?”

“This isn’t funny,” Philia snaps.

“I’m sorry, I’m just having a hard time imagining Claymari as kidnapped,” Zero answered trying to stop himself from snickering.

“Ahhh!” Philia shriek as she rears up and strikes Zero with her forehoof. She strikes him again and again slamming the Pegasus into the wall. Then suddenly she straightened her neck and rams him.

“Yahout!” Zero howled as her Unicorn horn went into his shoulder.

Philia pulls her horn out, she sees the blood and feels wet in her mane. The Unicorn touches her head with her hoof and looks at it. She sees that it was covered in blood.

Petty Kitty dashes between Zero and Philia, She was baring her cat fangs and her hair was raising straight up.

Philia stares at Zero in horror as blood runs down his body. She gasps and starts crying, “I’m sorry! I’m sorry!” She said in a panic. Then turned and ran away.

Petty Kitty sighs in relief. “That Unicorn as too much Earth Pony in her.” She then puts a cloth over Zero’s wound. “You don’t go pissing off Unicorns. Poor thing, most Unicorns don’t like to use their horns as weapons. It just feels wrong to them.”

Zero winced in pain, “Yeah, I see your point.” He groans.

“We should get you to the infirmary,” Petty Kitty tells Zero.

Zero nods his head in agreement.

Philia runs outside and stopped at the fountain in the courtyard. She looks at her reflection in the water. She sees herself with the blood running down her face. This caused Philia to shake her head violently from discussed. Once she calmed down, Philia dunks her head into the fountain and shakes out her mane with her hooves. Philia pulls her head out of the water and shakes her head off. After she was done, Philia found herself shaking from shock. She needed to go and get out of there, someplace to clear her mind.

“At the infirmary…”

“That wound of yours looks really bad,” a blue mare with a purple mane wearing a doctor’s uniform remarks. She was an Earth Pony, but had eyes and ears that resembles a Bat Pony.

“Zumba…”

“Will he be okay?” Petty Kitty asked Zumba concerned.

“Well luckily it only looks bad,” Zumba remarks as she wraps up the wound. She looks at Zero’s patched up wing, “That has to be ready to be off by now.”

“That would be nice,” Zero smiles.

Zumba unhooked Zero’s wing brace. The Pegasus stretched out his wings, then winced in pain for moment.

“Zero!” Petty Kitty shouted.

“I’m fine just a little sore,” Zero told the Cat Pony. He turns to Zumba, “Can I fly now? Even with the shoulder injury?”

“Well, I’m no expert,” Zumba remarks, “but I have treated injured Pegasus brought in from the battlefield. In the end I suppose that you would know better than I if you’re ready to fly.”

Zero nods his head, then he looks toward the open window.

“What are you thinking?” Petty Kitty asked with a nervous look on her face.

Zero takes a few steps forward, and sticks his head out the window looking down. He was three or four stories up. Then the Pegasus leaps out the window his wings stretched out. He dropped off at first, then glided straight up into the air.

Petty Kitty rushed toward the window. She watched the brown Pegasus sore around. Zero noticed Petty Kitty and flew down to her.

“It feels good to fly again,” Zero remarks to Petty Kitty holding up his injured arm tenderly.

Petty Kitty smiles at Zero. “As long as you be careful.”

Zero looks up at a bunch of clouds floating by. “Do you mind if I explore and do some Pegasus stuff?”

“Sure, I suppose in the meantime I can take Winkz and look for Philia to tell her that you will be fine,” Petty Kitty suggests.

Zero nods his head. “Yeah, we are going to have to talk later.”

“Philia finds herself wondering the main plaza of the Earth City Capital...”

Philia thought a good walk would help calm her down. But the assault she committed with her horn, made the Unicorn a little squeamish of equine contact. Someone would bump her and she’ll flinch away. Her obvious distressed look and being a Unicorn caused many in the crowd to give her glances.

“Oh sweetie you look horrible,” Generous Thread walked up to Philia.

The Unicorn could sense the Earth Pony’s abnormal magical presence and it felt soothing to her and calmed her mind.

“What happen to you?” Generous Thread asked Philia as she led her away.

Philia spoke in a flat tone. “My mother was kidnapped and I stab someone with my horn.”

“That sounds horrible,” Generous Thread responded, “How about I get you off the streets dear.”

“Meanwhile... Mare herd house...”

As she sat on her hunches reading a paper, Butterfree hears a knock on the door. She attempts to roll over but couldn’t.

“Cat! Please get the door for me!” Butterfree calls out.

Catfish the green Cat Pony walked over to the door and opens it.

“We don’t know anyone else,” Winkz replied as soon as she seen Catfish. Petty Kitty was standing behind her.

“Well, there’s Knives but he lives outside the city,” Petty Kitty add before pausing to look at Catfish.

“Oh, yeah the two of you are Cat Ponies, do you know each other?” Winkz asked.

“No, I live with other Miniature Cat Ponies,” Petty Kitty answered.

“I’m actually an insect hybrid,” Catfish points out, “Gives me a bunch of weird freaky abilities.”

“What’s the matter?” Butterfree asked as she walks over.

“Our friend Philia had a breakdown and took off,” Winkz explained, “We know that she’s going to get into trouble wondering around by herself and we need help finding her.

“I can see how a Unicorn wondering around by herself can be an issue,” Catfish nods her head.

“Can I feel?” Petty Kitty asks Butterfree.

“Sure,” Butterfree answers.

Petty Kitty put her paw on Butterfree’s belly.

“How far along are you?” Butterfree asks Petty Kitty.

“What do you mean?” Petty Kitty asked.

“You don’t know yet?” Butterfree answered.

“Know what?” Petty Kitty replied.

“Well, I could be wrong but my Earth Pony senses tells me your pregnant,” Butterfree blushed.

Petty Kitty blushed, “But I’m out of season.”

“Still,” Butterfree shrugged.

“Where is Blaster and the young ones?” Winkz asked.

“Blaster is working to day at the Church of the Holy Sky,” Catfish explained, “They also do schooling there so she took the foals with her.”

“I see, so will you help us?” Winkz asked, “You two know this city better than us.”

“Sure,” Catfish answered.

“I could use the exercise,” Butterfree remarks popping her back.

“Over the Capital City…”

Zero sat on a cloud changing his bandages, putting the used ones into his saddle bag. When he was done, he laid down looking over the cloud. He could see La Dawn flying into a tower. Out of the corner of his eye, Zero could see a strange brown splotch sitting on top of another cloud.

Staring at the splotch Zero soon realized it was pony shaped. The most likely candidate was this was another Pegasus. Zero knew there wasn’t supposed to be other Pegasuses in the Earth Capital other than himself and La Dawn.

Zero quickly assessed that the end of the brown pony that was closest to the edge of the cloud that it was on must be it’s head end. He lands on a lower cloud facing its rear. This gave him a good view of the Pegasus’s is flank, enough to tell that it was female judging from the view he got. She was pumpkin pie colored, her coat the color of the piecrust and her mane the color of the brown filling. The Pegasus had cutie marks that oddly resembled the Ponyville flag. The mare’s legs were bandaged up and she had odd Band-Aids stuck randomly on her body.

“Well hello there Ponyville,” Zero spoke up startling the mare.

“Ack!” The Pegasus screamed as she spun around to face Zero. “W–what d–did you call me?”

“Ponyville, you know the cutie mark that you have,” Zero points at the mare’s rump.

“Ponyville is not my name,” The mare quickly answered, “Wait? You’re a Pegasus, there’s not supposed to be anymore Pegasus around here?” She began to gnaw on her foreleg and mutters to herself, “Not good, not good.”

“ Then what do I call you?” Zero hoped to calmed down the mare.

“I don’t think I’m allowed to give you my name,” The mare squeaked.

“Then you shouldn’t mind if I call you Ponyville Ponyville,” Zero remarks.

“Urg, what do you want from me?” Ponyville asked, “Are you going to turn me in?”

“I don’t believe I’m in any shape to take you down,” Zero points out to Ponyville. “Perhaps we can be friends?”

“I don’t know if I should,” Ponyville mutters to herself.

“Why are you here?” Zero asked.

“I’m supposed to watch a pony, by haven’t seen her around lately,” Ponyville answered.

“Who are you watching for?” Zero pursued.

Ponyville turns away and starts rubbing her hind leg very hard with her forehoof. “I don’t think I should tell.”

“I’m a friend it’s okay to tell,” Zero said with a smile.

Ponyville starts hitting her head with her forehooves. “What to do!”

“It’s okay! It’s okay!” Zero shouts pulling Ponyville’s hooves away from her.

“Claymari,” Ponyville quickly answered, “I hope I'm not going to regret that, Loyal Gold I’m sorry.”

“Claymari has been gone for quite a few days now,” Zero explained, “Actually she’s been captured by the Gryphus.”

“How did I miss that!” Ponyville shouted. She takes off to the sky and bolts leaving Zero sitting there on the cloud tilting his head.

“Philia found herself… being led down a blue alley…”

“Your home is down here?” Philia asked as she eyed the walls of the narrow alley. Mild claustrophobia was setting in.

“My home and main shop is down here,” Generous Thread explained, “My tent at Plaza Road is rented two days a week.”

“Only two days?” Philia asks.

“It takes time to make dresses,” Generous Thread points out, “I choose the two best days to sell the most dresses. Some rent out spaces for less time some for more. Example merchants from far off cities might come once a year and rent out bigger lots and stay for a week or two. Someone from a nearby town might come in once a month and rent space for five days. More local people might have permanent spaces that they use daily or weekly like me.”

“I see,” Philia nods her head, “This must keep things constantly different?”

“Here we are,” Generous Thread stops in front of a door. A sign said “Thread and Rope’s Fabric’s”

Philia pondered the name as Generous Thread opened the door. Inside was full of rolls of fabric. There were also stands and displays with finished dresses and suits. The sound of a machine moving back and forth with a clunk could be heard.

“Velvet Rope! I’m back and I’m with a guest!” Generous Thread called out.

The thumping stopped and a back door opens. A white mare with a silver mane walks into the room. Her cutie mark was that of a silver velvet rope between two polls. The mare’s body structure was alluring. She wore a sun hat on her head.

With the hat and body Philia could tell this mare, this Velvet Rope was a Unicorn. Only a Unicorn could be that hot.

“You’re not on normal Earth Pony are you?” Philia said.

“Well you figure me out real quickly,” Velvet Rope noted Philia’s look and takes off her hat to reveal her horn.

“You know it is risky being an Unicorn around here without one of these,” Philia holds up her forehoof with the metal bracelet that showed that she was allowed to be in the city.

Velvet Rope smiles at her, “Oh, there are plenty of Unicorn around here.”

“Really?” Philia asked.

Velvet Rope looks Philia up and down and notes how sickly she was looking. “Would you like some tea?”

Philia slowly nods her head.

“It will take a minute,” Velvet Rope walked off into the kitchen. Philia walked around the store a bit as she waited for the tea to boil. After sometime passed, Velvet Rope comes back out with a hot kettle. She pours the hot water into teacups and put teabags inside of them. The three ponies then set down around a little coffee table and drinks the tea.

Philia looks back and forth at the two mares.

“Is there something you want to say?” Generous Thread asks.

“I know you’re a Holic,” Philia stated.

Velvet Rope smiles as she sips her tea, “Not that many people knows what a Holic is. I’m rather impressed with your education.”

“I spent my educational years as a Unicorn noble,” Philia answered.

“Am I being a Holic going to be an issue to you?” Generous Thread asks.

“No, I’m well accommodated as well as well educated, I’ve seen plenty of odd magical beings in my lifetime,” Philia explains.

“My your a curious one,” Velvet Rope smirks.

“May I ask how you came to be and how you two met?” Philia wondered.

“Sorry but I don’t remember much from the beginning of my life,” Generous Thread answered.

“And I’m her Familiar created about the same time,” Velvet Rope added.

Philia gives a look of shock at this reveal. “You’re a Familiar!”

“I guess that was something you didn’t figure out already,” Velvet Rope laughed.

“Well I thought you were a normal pony,” Philia points out, “At most you’d may be a wizard or something.”

“I see you thought that I might have made her,” Velvet Rope answered.

“I didn’t know that Holics could have Familiars that seems a little redundant to me,” Philia notes.

“Well Holics are objects thats been endowed with so much emotion and or energy that they gain a soul of their own and project a physical body,” Generous Thread explains, “A Familiar can be a piece of soul that possesses something else or a piece of soul that gain it’s own life. This could include Holics.”

“But unlike Generous here I don’t have a magic powered object that sustains me,” Velvet Rope points out, “As best as I can tell my life is sustained by hers. If she dies I die. But unlike her I can’t be killed.”

“So, You’re a Holic,” Philia points at Generous Thread. “And you’re a what? Fractal Holic?” She then points at Velvet Rope.

“If you want to call me that?” Velvet Rope shrugged.

“Now dear what brought you into the state I found you in?” Generous Thread asked.

“My mother is being held hostage by Gryphus in the between boarder lands,” Philia started shaking, “I got mad at a friend and stabbed him with my horn.”

Generous Thread looks at Velvet Rope for deeper insight.

“Horns are very precious and sacred things to some Unicorns,” Velvet Rope explains, “Think of it in terms of sex, How would you feel if you woke up one morning to find out you forgot the night before and that you assaulted some pony.”

“I’ll feel horrified,” Generous Thread answered, “Sex is suppose to be love.”

“They say stabbing somebody have some sexual undertones,” Velvet Rope remarks. “Entering the flesh, feeling the warmth, the wet of the blood.”

Philia freaks out and hits the table. “Stop it!” She starts sobbing

“I’m sorry for upsetting you,” Velvet Rope apologized.

“I-it’s okay,” Philia answers.

“You should come and fallow me,” Velvet Rope walks over to the back room. Philia gets up and fallows her.

In the back room lay a large loom with a half done roll of fabric.

“Unicorn magic makes this device easy to operate,” Velvet Rope points out.

“What you want me to do with this?” Philia asks.

“Weave dear, just weave,” Velvet Rope answered.

Philia sits down and moves the machine with her magic. She seemed to know how to work the thing as if it was telling her what to do.

“Look into the weaves,” Velvet Rope said in a cool hypnotic voice, “With in it you can see the past, present and future.”

“The past...”

Philia saw herself as a foal, she and Claymari walked into an inn. Her hair was squiggly with the bits of dried slime in it from her recent birthing. The foal’s legs was covered in mud up to her kneecaps.

“Stay here sweetie,” Claymari told the foal Philia. The foal just look back at Claymari too young to understand.

“Ma!” The young Philia called out as Claymari walked away.

Claymari walks up to the check in counter. “Do you have any open rooms? Preferably one with a bath?”

The clerk pony looks around Claymari to look at the young dirty foal. She notes the horn on the Unicorn with her eyes then notes that Claymari has no horn.

“Yeah, she’s mine,” Claymari growls at the clerk.

“Sorry ma’am, it’s just if I didn’t know better I’d say she was just born,” the clerk said.

A trio of stallions sitting at the bar gets out of their seats.

“Can you prove that that foal is yours?” One of the stallions asks Claymari as the other two start to reach for their swords.

Claymari starts to reach for her sword. “Are you really going to attack a mother over this?”

“If you are her mother Earth Pony,” the stallion snaps.

Claymari swings her blade before two of the stallion’s could react. She cuts a leg each off of the two of them. The third stallion jumped back and drew his blade. Claymari sword clashes with his blade, the stallion forces the larger mare back. He thrust in for an attack but Claymari knocks his blade aside and stabs him in the shoulder.

Claymari glares down at the injured stallions. “I left you your lives be thankful for that.” She turns to the pony clerk at the desk. “Sorry about the mess we can go and find a different place to stay if you want?”

“Umm, we are sorry for the harassment madam,” the clerk pony replied, “We will send a messenger to get a healer pony and the local sheriff to recover this riffraff.”

“The present...”

Ponyville lands in a forest clearing. A Pegasus stallion follows her.

“Why are you following me?” Ponyville whined to the stallion.

“You look like you need help,” Zero told the mare. “If you are looking for Claymari I can take the message.”

“I don’t need your help Barbells,” Ponyville snaps before she starts
gnawing at her leg.

“Barbells?” Zero exclaimed.

“You call me Ponyville because of my cutie marks I call you barbells because of your cutie marks,” Ponyville explains.

“Well my name is Zero,” Zero answered with a smile. “Now will you tell me your name?”

“Fag-“

“Well looks like we may have a couple Pegasus spies here,” An Earth Pony stallion interrupts. Two stallions were with him. Oddly enough one of them had a missing leg.

“Oh, not good, not good, not good,” Ponyville mutters.

“This bitch looks crazy, I think she already beaten herself up,” One of the stallions points at Ponyville.

“I may bleed, but my blood is pointless,” Ponyville remarks.

“I am Capt. Zero Endless, under the protection of the Earth Nation,” Zero shows off his certification bracelet.

“Those things can be faked,” one of the stallions replied. “Besides only one of you has a bracelet, there for the other must be a spy.”

“Actually I think she maybe mentally ill,” Zero points out. “You’d be surprised how far Pegasus can get on their own. She may have heard about Claymari, you know the Sword Mare? And in her crazed mind decided it was a good idea to come here.”

“You’re a Captain! We are the same rank,” Ponyville cheered, “Sorry for the disrespect sir.” Ponyville gives him a salute.

A stallion forces Ponyville to the ground by pressing his foot onto her back. This left her rump up into the air as another stallion walked around to examine her.

“Leave her alone!” Zero shouts rushing forward. A stallion slams him in the face with the hilt of his sword. This caused Zero to stumble back.

The other stallion sticks his muzzle into Ponyville’s coot and takes a big long with. Ponyville squeals at the intrusion.

“She doesn’t smell unhealthy, in fact she doesn't smell like anything?” The stallion that sniffed Ponyville remarks.

“So basically her shit doesn’t stink,” The stallion that struck Zero jokes.

Suddenly a green blur comes down from the sky striking the stallion that had sniffed Ponyville knocking him out. The Pegasus turns and La Dawn draws his sword. The stallion nearest to Zero started to unsheathe his sword. But La Dawn stuck his rapier through his neck before the stallion could finish. The stallion with the missing leg had his sword already drawn and he faced La Dawn.

La Dawn came forward to strike him, the stallion swings. La Dawn ducks and parries and sees an opening where his missing leg was at. He slices across the stallion's sheath. The stallion screams in horror and falls to the ground holding his hoof over his bleeding number.

La Dawn points his sword at the stallion's face. “I’ll give you your life to tell this heroic tale of La Dawn.”

The stallion nods his head and limps off at a fast pace.

La Dawn sighs, “He’ll live he's lucky.”

Ponyville was crying, needing to decompress from the incident she just had. La Dawn puts his forelimbs around the crying mare.

“Is my lady hurt?” La Dawn asks put in his lips close to Ponyville’s.

“That’s enough of that,” Zero had to separate the two ponies. “The last thing she needs is to be molested by you!”

“It’s not my fault if she follows her animal urges,” La Dawn defends himself. “You know only females has a specialized organ that only exists for masturbation?” La Dawn points out. “That tells you how much more sexual creatures mares are when compared to stallions.”

Ponyville actually blushes at the turn of the conversation. Zero rolls his eyes at La Dawn's logic.

“We need to take her back to the city and give her some professional help,” Zero remarks.

“The future…”

Snow blows across Philia’s body. The wind whips a scarf around her neck. Everything around her was white.

Two figures starts to emerged from the white. One a large Dore mare and other a small Unicorn. The Dore was covered in blood from a bullet wound. The Unicorn held a revolver with three apples on the hilt in her magic.

“Littlepip!” Philia shouted over the wind as the Unicorn’s long red scarf flapped loudly.

“Philia I had to she was going-“ Littlepip starts to answer.

“I guess you finally found out who would win a fight between you two,” Philia said coldly.

“It wasn’t meant to end this way!” Littlepip shouted over the wind.

Philia’s eyes glowed lavender as she starts to use her mind control magic. Littlepip resisting as much as she could slowly turns Little Mac on to herself. The gun fires hitting the base of the neck and cutting a major artery. Within seconds all her blood and body heat with it sprays out of Littlepip’s body, much of it taken away by the wind showering the snow behind her in red.

“Ring-ding… Ring-ding…”

Philia left her visions. Tears were streaming down her eyes.

“Ah, what brilliant fabric,” Velvet Rope pulls the roll off the loom. “And the colors match your soul. Now why don’t you help me with the stitching?”

Philia looks at the roll of fabric she just made. “Are you trying to use me to do your work for you?”

“Ah, my dear this is therapy,” Velvet Rope points out, “Tell me you don’t feel better?”

“Better and confused,” Philia then mutters to herself, “Who the heck is Littlepip?”

The pink Unicorn wonders back out to the store front. To her surprise she saw Blaster talking to Generous Thread. She had a pile of Mustangateer uniforms next to her on the counter.

“It’s tonight before they come back with it,” Philia over hears Blaster say to Generous Thread.

Blaster looks at Philia and smiles a fake smile. “Oh, Philia what a shock it is running into you here? How is that castle these days?”

“Not so bad,” Philia replied, she was trying to keep her horn's glow to a glimmer as she tries to cast a mind reading spell. “Picking up uniforms I see.” The spell was too weak and Blaster was too strong minded for it to work.

“Back at the herd home…”

Zero reads the note on the door. “This says that they went to the Plaza Road for the next few hours.”

“We can’t keep dragging my'lady from place to place like this,” La Dawn motioning to Ponyville under an orange cloak.

“I really should head back anyway,” Ponyville said nervously, “Loyal Gold is going to worry about me soon. “

La Dawn strokes Ponyville’s mane gently. “It’s okay dear, The mare we know will help you.” He looks deeply into her eyes.

“You make me feel funny,” Ponyville said nervously.

“This is natural,” La Dawn moves in for a kiss.

Zero grabs La Dawn’s caller and pulls him away before he made contact with the mare. “What’s wrong with you,” He shouts at La Dawn.

“Magic, the magic of love,” La Dawn replied honestly with a shrug.

“Well she doesn’t need you confusing her sexually,” Zero snaps.

“I’m no more confused than usual,” Ponyville remarks.

“Maybe I should just do a quick fly around Plaza Road and see if I can spot them,” La Dawn suggests.

“Yeah, you should do that,” Zero agreed.

La Dawn takes to the air. The Pegasus circles around the mile long strip that is Plaza Road. He saw the pastel pony crowd below him trying to spot the patterns of the ponies that he was looking for. Two Cat Ponies together caught his attention.

La Dawn lands on a nearby rooftop. He then hops down to an uncrowded alleyway, where he covers his wings in a cloak. La Dawn then steps out onto Plaza Road watching for the two Cat Ponies that he saw. He sees something green and stripy and walk towards it.

“My name is La Dawn, you are Catfish right?” La Dawn said as he approached the green cat pony with the clamshell cutie mark.

Catfish was startled by La Dawn sudden appearance.

“I’m sorry if I scared you?” La Dawn replied, “But don’t you know the pony Butterfree?”

“Butterfree already has a bun in the oven hope you know,” Catfish remarks.

“I’m seeking Butterfree for professional help,” La Dawn points out.

“Good for you sir,” Catfish smirked, “you obviously have issues with intimacy and relationship with mares.”

“It’s not for me,” La Dawn shook his head then paused, “What do you mean by intimacy? And my relationship with mares is fine thank you very much.”

“We should meet back up with Butterfree and Winkz at the end of that block here,” Petty Kitty points out.

“Elsewhere... On Plaza Road...”

Blaster and Philia steps out onto Plaza Road from a side alley.

“Philia!” A voice shouted.

“Blaster!” Another voice shouted.

The two mares look up their heads to see Winkz and Butterfree heading towards them.

“What are you two doing here?” Blaster glared at Butterfree, “You especially don’t need to be stressed in your condition.”

“I’m fine,” Butterfree told Blaster, “Philia’s friends came to us for help because we knew our way around the city.”

“My friends?” Philia starts to get a nervous look.

“It’s okay Philia,” Winkz tells the nervous Unicorn.

“Where is Zero?” Philia asks as she looks around.

“From what Petty Kitty told me, he’s flying above the castle somewhere,” Winkz says as she points her hoof up in the air and moves it in a circling motion.

“So he’s flying again?” Philia asked.

“It seems that way, that brace had to come off sometime,” Winkz answered.

“You know you gave us a scare,” Petty Kitty remarks as she walks up with Catfish and La Dawn behind her.

“What is La Dawn doing with you?” Philia asks.

La Dawn rushes forward and puts Philia between his hooves. “A young maiden was in trouble and I could not help but to help find her wayward heart.”

“Well I’m flattered,” Philia blushed.

“Well I’m glad to be of service, but you are not the maiden I’m talking about,” La Dawn remarks.

Philia's replied was a confused look.

“Later...”

Philia and Zero sat across from each other in awkward silence. Philia was the first one to speak.

“I’m sorry for attacking you,” She said to the stallion.

“I suppose I could’ve been more sensitive,” Zero rubs his wounded shoulder.

Petty Kitty was staring at Zero in an over expressive angry glare.

“What!” Zero snaps at the Cat Pony.

“So you spent a lot of time alone with this Pegasus mare today didn’t you?” Petty Kitty said accusingly.

“You’re seriously doing this now?” Zero groaned, “You saw her right? How mental she is? After how much I tried to keep La Dawn from getting underneath her tail. I don’t need you accusing me of doing it.”

Butterfree’s office door opens up. She walks out and looks at the group of ponies. “The mare obviously has something wrong with her mental state. She suffers from chronic confusion and anxiety. Her anxieties makes it hard for her to make choices and makes her even more confused.”

“So what should we do about her?” Zero asks.

“We should arrange her to be kept in custody at a safe place well we send a messenger to the Pegasus Nation,” Butterfree tells them, “Surely someone in the Pegasus Nation cares enough for her to come down here and pick her up.”

“Well if I had to guess she must be a noble or scholar,” Philia remarks.

“What makes you think that?” Zero asks.

“Her cutie mark is the symbol of Ponyville,” Philia points out.

“In your point being?” Zero remarks.

“Well it may not mean much to you because you’re from a different time,” Philia starts to explain, “But in our time Ponyville is a forgotten place. Your average pony would have not been able to see the forgotten town’s symbol by cutie mark age. So either her cutie mark just happens to look like Ponyville's crest or she saw it in an old book. The kind of book that scholars and nobles would have access to. Then there is the off chance she actually been to Ponyville’s ruins and saw the flag somewhere.”

“Or she could have seen it on some other pony’s flank too,” Petty Kitty chimed in.

“Anyway, I see your point,” Zero nods his head, “But there’s still the problem where are we going to keep her that's safe?”

“I’ll keep the lady in my tower until her love one’s come to retrieve her,” La Dawn raises his hoof.

“We said a safe place,” Zero snaps at La Dawn.

“I can make the ladies feel nice and safe thank you very much,” La Dawn says proudly.

“La Dawn?” Butterfree spoke up, “You modified that tower you live in so that only flying creatures can access it right?”

“Why yes,” La Dawn said stroking his own ego. “If I had a normal home, I would be mobbed with the displeased lovers of my conquests putting my very life at risk.”

“So it’s basically one of the most secure places in the city?” Butterfree notes.

“If you’re hiding from Earth Ponies,” La Dawn answered.

“Didn’t you say you and this Ponyville was attacked by Earth Ponies?” Petty Kitty points out to Zero.

“I can’t believe we’re seriously contemplating this,” Zero roll his eyes.

“I’ll promise I’ll be civil,” La Dawn tells the ponies. “Ponyville come out here.”

Ponyville walks out of the office. “What do you want?” She said nervously.

La Dawn starts poking the mare with his hoof over and over again.

“Stop it!” Ponyville cried.

La Dawn stopped poking the Pegasus. “See I can take a hint.”

“Are you comparing yourself to a little poke?” Catfish mocked.

La Dawn blushes, “Don’t understate me my’lady, it’s not becoming.”

Zero, Petty Kitty, Winkz, Philia and La Dawn with Ponyville all exit the home.

“Hey Winkz?” Philia speaks up as she walked back to the Crystal Pony. “You can teleport to anyone right?”

“Anyone I know,” Winkz answered.

“And this is anywhere?” Philia asks.

“Yes,” Winkz told her.

“So you can teleport to my mother right?” Philia wonders.

“I suppose I could,” Winkz replied as if she just thought of the idea.

“So is there any reason why you couldn’t quickly blink to Claymari in quickly blink back here?” Philia asks.

“Well two teleports in a row is my limit,” Winkz told her, “Given how the spell works, my body surges with adrenaline, it allows me to do a second teleport within seconds of my first teleport. So I could teleport in and if I grab Claymari and teleport out within seconds I could come back here.”

“What are the chances of such an action being successful?” Philia asks.

“Quite high I suppose,” Winkz answered.

“So you seriously think he can pull this off?” Zero asks overhearing the conversation.

Winkz nods her head.

“Then I say go for it,” Zero told her, “I would love to see the look on those bastards faces.”

Winkz instantly disappears. She reappears in some kind of darkness. “Shit! Claymari!” Winkz shouts as her eyes adjust taking up precious seconds of her adrenaline high.

“Winkz? I’m over here,” Claymari cries hoarsely.

“Stay there I’m going to teleport you out,” Winkz tells Claymari.

“I am also here,” Azrael replied.

“That night... At the castle...”

A silver mist hits two castle guards and they pass out. A white Unicorn with a silver mane strolls past the unconscious bodies. She pushed open the door to Leo’s lab. The Unicorn casts a spell that illuminates the sword Inspiration from inside its case.

“Hello baby mommy’s home,” Velvet Rope announces to the sword.

In the background the alarm bell in one of the guard towers goes off and a loud amplified voice starts calling out. “Invasion! Invasion! Invasion!”
