I'll just get it over with: The ponies are fucked.

The chapter was a last minute decision to write. I had originally wanted chapter 11 to be about the Mane 6 figuring things brainstorming for ideas about what was happening in Ponyville, hoping to decifer the motives of the Crafter and the ENdermen. But... there was something missing. There are two things that happen later in the story that I could write, but I wanted it to be more believable and not sound contrived. I needed a little buffer, thus the induction of this chapter.

I started using the wind as the main perspective to both flesh out the scale of Equestria and to illustrate the severity of what just happened with the Wither and "Abaddon" as I'll call it for this blog. The suddenness of the wind's demise was to show the turning point of the series, just like with the "Emperor" in chapter 9. At the End has officially started it's second arc, and the machinations of evil are starting to take root. Just as the Nether Portal violently silenced the wind, evil coming into Equestria will change it to its very core. Darkness is falling, and the angels are starting to sing.

And yes, that is a Wither. A Wither is a very new mob added to minecraft, and a boss no less. I did not start with any intention to add the Wither, but a few of my fans got me thinking. There are two scenes where something happens later in the story. One is bad, the other is really bad. The first is where I will shift the rating as well. The Wither can help me accomplish the end goals I have with much more ease.

Now Abaddon. We'll be seeing Abaddon again. As to what is Abaddon, why is it here, what is its name, and what is its quest, that will come. In time. But the real danger comes from it spawning a Wither by popping a zit. Three very, and I mean critically important, things pertaining to Abaddon's nature were revealed in this chapter. I won't say what, because i like to see you all squirm.

Not much really happened besides the Wither and Abaddon. Later down the line, I'll talk about it more, but since this is a short chapter, it gets a short blog entry.
