This blog is also the message on my user page, just for those who see the mirror message and wonder.
Apologies to all my followers, but I've come to the realization that FIM does nothing for my creativity anymore. The show has become dull, and the consistant ideas that used to spring to the forefront of my mind do so no longer. I realize that I haven't written anything in a while, and the reason for that is because I simply couldn't find the drive I used to have, the spark that used to fuel my desire to paint my words for you to read and enjoy.
So it is with a sad smile that I announce my retirement from FIM. That being said, I will still be around every so often for those who wish for advice, or at least whatever I can give in that regard.
For the last time my friends, stay snuggly.

I will miss you Zammy, I have been reading your stories for so long and it truly makes me sad to see you go, you truly will be missed. Although you don't need to keep watching the show to keep writing, I will always hold onto the slim hope that you will come back just to finish those stories or at the very least come back to us. I wish you the best of luck.

It's weird to think that I've been following you for three years, ever since you posted your first story. It's a damn shame to see you leave, but I know how you feel, sometimes you just lose interest. Being one of only four writers I follow and even inspiring my interest in romance writing, I have to say thanks for the entertainment your stories brought me through those years. However, I know that as a writer, you'll be back, maybe not for MLP, but a fanfiction writer always has a story inside of them worth telling.
I rarely leave comments outside of my own fictions, but I felt that if any author deserved a moment of my time, it would be you. Cheers and here's to hoping your life is filled with good fortune.

Though it deeply saddens me that the author of the first stories I've read in Fimfiction is retiring, I am glad that at least you've made an announcement, unlike most users who just simply dissapear. Best of luck to you Zammy.

Oh this is sad. Too often I end up discovering good authors just as they are leaving, close to it, or have already left. I really have enjoyed what stories of yours I have read, and I do look forward to reading what I haven't yet too. I usually leave a comment on every story that I found to be quite an enjoyable read, so I hope that you saw them. I regret not being there to have read them when they were posted and updated, but I still am glad to have read them nonetheless.
Perhaps you might find that spark again and pick up where you left off, but sadly such things seem to be a rarity indeed. Well regardless...thank you for writing what you did. You brought me entertainment, some memories, inspiration, and a few lessons, all for free; and I want you to know that I appreciate that. Take care.

You never wrote porn, you wrote art. You wrote the definition of lovemaking and described perfectly how it was to give yourself at fullest to that special one, not for pleasure or fun or stress relief but for love REAL LOVE. So reading something like this was incredible, in thid category is mostly filled with cheap clop with bad arguments and same shit, but your stories really stood out from the rest.

I took your works of writing as an inspiration to try and get into this fan work site. I don't need to be part of the MLP fandom to enjoy stories like yours or to make my own, especially when I work with a group of people in real life to make something that could compare to others.
Zam, A while back, I was sitting with a tablet asking if you would make a story with Chrysalis. And I was there the minute you released it and read it the minute the first chapter came out.
I appreciate that, because to me that mattered. I have to say I'm grateful that if we have questions, you'll still be here to answer them.
And I know I will have things to ask later down the road.
Whatever happens, don't go ahead and feel bad about leaving us, that's the point of life, choosing what to continue with and what not to. If you plan on continuing writing for something not part of MLP, I would still enjoy reading it.
