I found Neon's Sister's Pony-form !!!! · 9:03am May 28th, 2014
At first, I wanted to create an OC for her, but then I found Her in the list of Musician Ponies on the MLP Wiki: (Why was she on that list, I don't know! Probably because of the comics or the books...)
She could be Nylon Tights Neon Lights' little sister, right?
I mean both are unicorns and have three stars for Cutie mark.... (for all that counts)
What's inside that pink curly haired head of hers? What's her position in relation to Teacher Scratch? What instrument does she even play? (All that in next GTVS chapter as soon as I'm writing it :p)
I believe that's Twinkleshine. She's sort of established as being almost a popular background pony. I think if you wanted to make her Neon Lights' sister nobody could complain, especially since this isn't even the "real" universe.

Wait, so she's joining the music department? Man, I must be slipping when I read the more world/conflict building parts (that have no taviscratch or Class of Pon-3 in it...)
That makes it all the more interesting to see how/what happens. 
Twinkleshine was the second character to speak in MLP:FIM lol, before all the mane 6 except Twilight and the first character to talk directly to another

Also note this almost put me off mlp before it even began simply due to how Twinkleshine's speaks all the lines including answering her own question in a clear and hilarious animation error similar to the "but you have glasses too" thing from the simpsons (I'm not kidding, check that link above, they fked the animation because Twinkleshine speaks, then says something in another voice, then answers her own question in the first voice again, meaning it was meant to Lemon Hearts line). But anyway, I somehow doubt she is musical judging by the other 2 she is with, but this raises the question
Twilight obviously had friends in Canterlot, so much so that Twinkleshine ran around looking for her so they must be good friends. And then she ditched them and she is never spoken of again. And this also defeats the point of "make some friends".
She already had friends.
Well that breaks the entire storyline of the show but LETS JUST IGNORE IT. It was a really bad first impression on the show for me though, honestly was probably the weakest episode so far other than MMDW. Anyway how did I get to reviewing this again?

Maybe Twinkleshine is just a really nice pony who knew Twilight didn't have any friends so she went out of her way to invite her to her party.
