Waking up to an explosion and a shower of cold water is not how most people start their day. Neither do people typically find themselves turned into pony/ship hybrids with a possibly unwanted sex change thrown on top for good measure. As the snow falls across the land in preparation of Heartswarming Eve, ponies went about their business. Buying presents, cooking delicious food, hanging decorations. It was all apart of the upcoming holiday season. Even so, there were still some problems that would inevitably slow things down. A celebration was to be held in the Crystal Empire for the 5th anniversary of the kingdom's return, but something stopped anypony from reaching the northern kingdom. Heavy snow blocked the tracks that lead north, causing delays to come to Equestria's railways. And for most, this would put a major damper on the party plans. But as the ruler of the Crystal Empire, Princess Cadence would not let this stop her kingdom from being celebrated. And so, with the help of a friend, she sets of in search of an answer. But the answer she gets, is not what she was thinking of.

In 1938, a portal opened in the Soviet Union to a previously unexplored land by none of the people. After some time, an agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation was concluded between the USSR and Equestria. Now the Red Army troops are stationed on the territory of Equestria.
Chkalov, a test pilot, is going on this business trip.

Grimlock was a Decepticon Gladiator in Kaon before he joined the Autobots. He formed a team called the lightning strike coalition force built out of other gladiators who all joined the Autobots. They were captured by the insecticons and were experimented on by the Decepticon Shockwave. When Grimlock broke free from containment, his rampage was so epic, he brought down an entire space bridge tower and killed a clone of Shockwave. However he was launched into space after the tower exploded and was never seen again.

A millennium later, he lands on the planet earth which is ruled by organic equine life. How will the brutish and slow minded Grimlock adjust?
