Twilight gets a full time job since she is in massive debt, the bank threaten to take her house away, and the Mafia is on her tail, she finds a job on the internet as a cashier in Sugarcube Corner, ran by Pinkie Pie. As the days and nights go by, Twilight notices sinister things happening all the time and notices her co-workers dissapear.

Twilight sits on her bed, her grin was upside down, her pupils in her eyes were shaking.. She is in a rough situation and unsure of what to do. Twilight said, "What will I do?" She then looks outside and sees a pegasi in a tuxedo with sunglasses, he knocks on the door, he has a white coat and yellow mane and tail. Twilight then quickly goes downstairs and opens the door.
The Pegasus said, "Hello, my name is Money Banks... I work for the Ponyville Bank... you haven't paid your mortgage lately... such a shame... you have a week to pay your mortgage loan or we will have no choice but to seize this house, I am sorry!"
Twilight had fear in her eyes, she couldn't bare the thought of this house being taken away, she has no where to stay, and houses are getting expensive nowadays, she was scared of becoming homeless and being look down on. She could stay in her friend's house but she will just miss her tree home. She's been through a lot with the tree house, she got it when she moved to Ponyville, her house survived many disasters even when Tirek destroyed it.
The Pegasus walked away, she then walked inside, a stab of guilt entered her heart. She did a lot of experiments, some blew up her house roof, some even got Spike and her friends sick, she had to splash a lot of money to fix the roof and to give her friends the treatment they need. She is in massive debt. She spent so much money on repairs, magic books, learning about advanced magic spells like time travel, age spells, and even being able to manipulate the weather. She said, "I can't pay my taxes, everything is getting expensive.. and I don't get paid as the town's librarian for some reason!"
Spike was eating ice-cream on the red couch, he was watching a commercial for Sugar Cube Corner. Pinkie Pie was on screen she was standing in Sugar cube Corner, she was saying, "Sugar Cube Corner is a great place if you want affordable treats and great service. And we are hiring... new employees can expect... $20 per hour, vacation time, 2 years of martial leave, and free treats during breaks!" Spike was eating ice-cream with a spoon, the ice-cream box that Spike was holding was white and has the words, "Low Fat Vanilla Ice-cream"
Spike then glanced at Twilight, her grin was upside down, she looked at the floor, she was mumbling, "What to do?" she can be heard groaning.
Spike then asked, "What's wrong Twilight?" He raised an eyebrow. He is concerned for his friend/master.
Twilight said, "Spike, I am in a rough situation, the bank threatens to steal my home if I don't pay my mortgage, I can't pay taxes, I am broke, in massive debt.. and everything is getting sooo expensive.."
Spike said, "Well, um..." sweat drops were reaching down his face, he looked away. He knew Twilight is going through an tough time and he didn't wanna add more burdens for Twilight.
Twilight asked in an angry tone, "What, Spike?"
Spike then sweated and said, "Uh.... today is a beautiful day.. don't you think?" Spike looked left and to the right. Twilight gave him a death stare. She wants to know what happened, she doesn't like when Spike tried to hide things.
Twilight then whispered, "What. Happend? did you break another plate, it's fine you did.. I can always buy more.."
Spike then sighed, looked Twilight in the face and said, "Fine.. I will tell you because you asked SO nicely,"
He then continued, "Well... you got a letter.... from... the Ponyville... Mafia.. and.. there is a red skull on the envelope!" Spike then gave Twilight the letter. The envelope was black and had a red skull. She saw the signature of the Ponyville Mafia leader who is Lighting Dust, an ex-wonderbolt."
She opens it and looks at the letter. It reads in red ink, "Dear, Miss Twilight Sparkle, you owe us money for the time we helped you pay your previous mortgage, the time we helped you pay your taxes, and that time we helped you find a good insurance company when you tree home was destroyed by that giant, red beast... we repeatedly and repeatedly asked you to pay us back.. you better pay us back by Saturday or else we will rob your home and maybe take your pet, Spike! Love- The Ponyville Mafia"
Twilight yelled, "EVEN THE MAFIA IS ON MY TAIL?" She had an upset look on her face, her eyes were flooding with water, she has so much burdens, she didn't wanna be robbed, or lose her house, she loves this house very much and refuse to stay at another place.
Twilight then went on her computer, she was looking for a job. If she finds a high paying job, she can pay the mafia, the mortgage and bride the bank to not confiscate her home.. and afford necessitates.. She then went on a job searching website, she then scrolled down the list of jobs that are currently hiring. There was a job to be a part time surgeon by the Ponyville hospital. Twilight said, "No, I don't know anything about surgery or how to preform it and... I don't even have a license.. it's illegal to perform surgery if you don't have a license and I don't wanna break the law... again..."
She then scrolled down and saw a job posting for a lumberjack. She then asked, "Why would I cut down trees? that's just wrong and they contribute a lot to nature.. like for example... they provide a place for birds to make nests, they provide fruits, they provide homes for squirrels, they look amazing, and they freshen air!" She had an upset grin on her face.
Then, she scrolled down and saw a cashier job opening at Sugar cube Corner. She then said, "Sure, I will take it.." She then clicked applied, filled out the form with her name, address, what days she can work, She liked the idea of being a cashier, it was interesting to her and she gets to meet new friends. She knows Pinkie Pie works there so she will see Pinkie everyday and all the time.
Then, after two hours, Twilight was reading fanfiction on a site dedicated to a show about talking ponies, friendship also other things. She also read ancient spells and practice them. Then, she had a bored look on her face, Spike was asleep, he was holding the pint of ice-cream, drool escape his mouth. Then, her computer said in a robotic voice, "You got mail!"
Twilight opened the pop up that says "NEW MAIL" in gold font. She looked at the mail which leads, "Hello, Twilight Sparkle, you've applied for the cashier job at Sugar cube Corner... we've read your application and wish to continue the hiring process by asking you to attend an in-person interview at Sugar cube Corner at 12:00pm... sharp.."
Twilight cracked a small smile, she was happy she was about to get hired, she felt her troubles and worries about the bank and Mafia melt away like winter snow. She then said, "Spike!"
When she said that Spike closely opened his eyes and said, "Huh? what is it Twilight?"
Twilight said, "I am going to an interview for the job at Sugar cube Corner!" She said with pride glowing in her heart.
Spike said, "That's amazing.. when you get your first paycheck... can you buy more ice-cream?"
Twilight then asked, "Don't we have more ice-cream downstairs?" She raised an eyebrow.
Many hours later, it was now 11:50am. Twilight ran to Sugar cube Corner, she likes attending events early, it's better than arriving late. She has a smile on her face, she hopes she gets the job. Twilight saw the sun, ponies doing their daily activities, the sky glowing a blue hue. The birds can be heard chirping and singing.
Twilight, then arrived in Sugar cube Corner, she saw ponies sitting on booths and chairs eating, and chatting, like usual. She saw Pinkie Pie cleaning the counter of where the cash register, tip jar and the case of doughnuts & pastries are. Twilight walks up to Pinkie Pie and says, "Hello, my name is Twilight Sparkle... I- I am here for the interview!"
Pinkie Pie looks up and sees Twilight. Pinkie Pie then said, "Oh, hey Twilight... sooo you are here for an interview.. come with me!" Twilight followed Pinkie Pie to a booth, it was red and soft.
Pinkie Pie asked, "Why do you want this job?"
"I need money or the bank will take away my home.. the Mafia threaten to rob me if I don't pay by Saturday and I am in SUCH Massive debt... I- I wish I travel back in time and didn't ask the mafia to help me.. or.. or.. didn't do things that now caused me to be in massive ass debt!" Twilight explained with sorrow in her heart, a tear escaped her eye.
Pinkie Pie then said, "What days can you work?"
Twilight replied, "Every day." She said with confidence but a sting of regret was still in her heart.
Pinkie Pie then said, "Why should we hire you?"
Twilight then said, "I am organized, I will try my best and make sure to satisfy your company's needs.."
Pinkie Pie then nodded her head and said, "I am glad to announce... you got the job.. welcome to the team, Twilight!"
She then heard a yelp for help, it sounded like a stallion, maybe a mare or a filly. Twilight thought she heard it from the kitchen, Twilight had an uncomfortable look on her face, she glanced at Pinkie who had a shocked look and had a look like if she was trying to hide something. Twilight asked, "What's... that?"
Pinkie Pie then started sweating and said, "Oh... maybe a filly or stallion got hurt... nothing to worry about.. other ponies will them him or her!"
Twilight then said, "Ah..o- okay.."
Then, she went into the employee changing room and changed to her uniform, it was black and had a yellow apron with a cupcake with pink frosting and a smile. She walked to the counter. Then, a mare walked to the counter, it was Lyra.. She had a grin on her face, you could see part of her teeth. She then said, "Hello.. can.. I have some cupcakes.. it's for my birthday!" She then screeched like a fangirl.
Twilight said, "Coming up!" She then turned around, picked up two purple boxes and packed twelve cupcakes into each box. She then turned around, put the two purple boxes into the counter. Lyra paid ten bits and grabbed the two boxes and left the store.
Then, after many hours of working here, it was 9:00pm, the moon was sitting on the sky, the sky was glowing a purple and black hue, the stars were sitting on the sky shining brightly, the comets were flying through the nighty sky. She then went to the employee's changing room and got out. Then, Flash Sentry, said, "Oh hey Twilight.." Twilight looked at Flash Sentry and smiled.
Twilight said, "Hello, Flash!"
Flash then said, "How's your first day working here? I- I've been working here for many moons.. to be honest.. I been hearing screams, and manaicial laughs and one time I thought I saw Pinkamena put pony guts and a pony kidney into a pie.. but I think it was a dream.. I mean I am pretty sure someone will noticed the pie is filled.... with guts.... and there would be a police search.. and Pinkie Pie is a nice boss!"
Twilight then rolled her eyes and said, "Stop trying to scare me... I know you only said that to scare me cause I am a newbie.. I know Pinkie or Pinkie's alter ego, Pinkamenia would never do that.. she has been my friend for years.. I know she will never do anything like that!!"
Flash Sentry then heard hoofsteps, it sounds like it is getting closer and closer, the echos of the hoofsteps get louder and louder. The door opens and Pinkie is standing there with an evil grin. Her mane and tail is flat. She asked, "Flash Sentry.. I need to talk to you... about something.. important.."
Flash Sentry said, "Oh.. okay... is it because I was telling her something I saw and that I was NOT trying to scare her!" He then rolled his eyes. As Flash Sentry walked over to where Pinkie Pie, who was standing outside the kitchen. Her eyes turned black, there was a small red pupil in her eyes. Not to mention, a dark red substance leak from her eyes and fell on the floor, after a few seconds, there was a puddle of dark red substance on the floor.
The door closed, Twilight then shrugged it off and walked home, a memory of what happened still haunt her mind. She said, "It's nothing... Flash.. is maybe getting a promotion.. or he is being asked to do overtime!"
The memory of Pinkie Pie's eyes turning black, a red pupil in her eyes and the dark red substance haunt her, when she remembered that memory she gasp, and asked, "Why did her eyes turn black, and her eyes leaking a dark red substance?"
After a long goodnight rest, Twilight opened her eyes, her eyes glanced at the clock, "6:00am" it reads. She then got up and used the bathroom, brushed her teeth. She then organized books, which was her favourite hobby. After it seemed like forever, Twilight looked up at the clock and it read, "7:30am" Twilight then said, "Oh, I got to go to work, my shift starts at 8am!" Spike was on the couch, sleeping, he was also seen holding a small black device with a red button with several buttons with numbers on it.
Twilight then ran out of the home, she likes to be early to events, it would be rude to be late.Twilight looked at her surroundings, the sky was glowing blue, many clouds fly in the sky, there were many birds, of different colors like yellow, blue, and even red. There were ponies outside, doing what they always do. There were even ducks heading south for the winter. After five minutes, which felt like a short time, she reached Sugarcube corner. She saw the sign, "Sugar Cube Corner" glow with yellow and purple lights. She then went inside.
Then, a mare greeted her from the counter, she had a rainbow mane and a cyan coat, and her magenta eyes shine. Twilight then said, "Oh hey Rainbow!"
Rainbow Dash then said, "Hey, Twilight..." Rainbow Dash then flew over to where Twilight was standing.
Rainbow then said, "I am working part time here... I am still in the Wonderbolts but... you don't earn bits when you are in the Wonderbolts and I thought if I work two jobs, I get more experience and I can get more job offers.. it's like.. a golden ticket..."
Twilight then said, "That's great!"
Rainbow Dash then said, "Have you seen... Flash Sentry? He was suppose to be here.. like thirty minutes ago.."
Twilight was shocked, she then said, "Uh.. no.."
Rainbow Dash then shrugged and said, "He may overslept!" She then flew back to the counter.
Twilight decided to work in the kitchen today since Rainbow Dash is working behind the register today. She then went into the kitchen and saw Pinkie Pie. Pinkie was hard at work, she was rolling dough. There was a tray of doughnuts with different frostings and sprinkles, there were pancakes, and even muffins like chocolate chip and banana. Twilight thought she saw a dark red substance under Pinkie Pie's chin..
Twilight then asked, "You.. got something under your.... chin.."
Pinkie Pie then blush and said, "Oh, silly me... I think I was.. was... uh.. using ketchup and.. some of it... got.... under.. my chin!"
Twilight looked around, she didn't see any ketchup, she doesn't believe Pinkie Pie's story because Sugarcube Corner doesn't use ketchup, and the substance under her chin was darker than ketchup. She then saw Pinkie Pie was getting uncomfortable, she decided to change the subject and asked, "So.. how was your talk with Flash Sentry?"
Pinkie Pie then giggled and said, "Oh.. uh... I told him he can take tomorrow off since we got more hires... and he won't stop screaming... I mean... I get it your excited to have free time tomorrow but that doesn't mean you can keep screaming like there was no tomorrow... or maybe he was THAT happy to take tomorrow off."
Twilight then said, "I thought he loved working here, why would he be that excited to have a day off... I hated day offs at school... I mean what's the point?"
Pinkie Pie then giggled and said, "He's sooooooooo silly!"
Twilight giggled and replied, "Yeah.."
Twilight then glanced over but noticed something... off.. the doughnuts smell a bit... weird and the frosting looks a bit different than before. Twilight couldn't put her hoof on it. Then, suddenly, breaking the silence, Twilight asked, "What's up with the doughnuts?"
Pinkie Pie then said, "Uh... well.. I used different frosting.. I wanted to change things up... I used secret ingredients and more sugar... if you give customers the same thing over and over again... they will get bored and we will stop getting bits means I can't pay you and avoid debt with the mafia and bank.. there is nothing wrong with that!"
Twilight backed away and said, "Okay, okay.."
Then the doorbell can be heard, a mare with a gray coat, yellow mane, and cunning yellow eyes came forward. She said, "Hello.. can I have.... a doughnut.. and a mocha, please!"
Rainbow Dash said, "Sure, Derpy!" She then told the other workers that are hard at work Derpy's order. Pinkie Pie then hand Rainbow Dash a doughnut with red frosting and sprinkles, Twilight then made the mocha. She knew how to make coffee without any training because when she was a filly she made coffee when she was pulling an all-nighter to study or a test or to make up missing assignments.
Twilight hands Rainbow Dash the mocha, she feels pride in her heart. Rainbow Dash then said, "Five bits, please!" Derpy pays up and Rainbow hands her her order. Derpy takes a bite of the doughnut and says, "This.... feels.... funny... but I like it!" She looked inside and saw an eyeball.. and what she can make out a small chunk of pony liver, it was red and lumpy.. She raised an eyebrow and asked, "Is this a late Halloween prank?"
Derpy then yelled, "I LOVE IT!" Derpy then flies away, she can't wait to start her job as the delivery pony. Twilight was happy that she made somepony happy today. She had a smile on her face. Today was a slow day, but it was finally over, Twilight was bored, she drank coffee to stay energized.
She then thinks back to when Derpy was complaining about the doughnut. She said, "Wait... was the frosting... blood... or drugs," She then think for a moment, she remembers when Pinkie Pie said that Flash won't stop screaming and thought Pinkie Pie killed Flash and used his blood for doughnuts. She then continued, "No... Pinkie would never do that.. she is a nice friend and won't do anything that breaks the law!"
Twilight ran to Pinkie Pie who was in the kitchen making gingerbread cookies. She applied some frosting which had a darker color and more runny than normal frosting. The workers went home, they were all working part time or had important events to go to like a funeral or going on a date. Twilight asked, "Did you kill.... Flash Sentry?"
Pinkie turned to her, her grin was sharply upside down, her eyes narrow at her and said, "TWILIGHT," She then paused an continued, "You know.... I- uh... I will n- n-.. never do anything like that.. I AM a good pony, I am like perfect.. if you ask that again I WILL fire you and we can't... be friends.."
Twilight squint her eyes and walk away, then she went home and went to sleep. But the thought of Pinkie Pie potentially killing Flash Sentry and Pinkie lying to her still haunts her like a ghost, she is scared that she will be next, her eyes were open, her eyes had a light red tint. She knew Pinkie Pie was a good pony, maybe it was an another baker. She doesn't know what to do, there was an erie silence. She then heard a knock on the door which broke the silence.
Twilight then went downstairs, she opened the door and saw Rarity, she had a worried grin on her face, she looked like she is about to say something but is too shy. Twilight, still sleepy and a bit cranky asked, "Wha- what do you want?"
Rarity said, "I heard about your financial troubles... I overheard some mafia ponies saying something about robbing a tree home if a purple mare doesn't pay up, some I took a plane here and... well... came here.. so I am here to give you some bits.."
Twilight said, "Oh, you shouldn't have..." She stands there, holding the door.
Rarity then replied in an angry tone, "Oh, you must.. I don't want your house to get robbed or destroyed by some hot head, egotistical bitches," She then made her horn glow blue and made it float and lay behind Twilight. She then said, "There is ten million bits.. I make a ton of bits from sales and from fashion show tickets." She then winked and left.
Twilight said, "Thanks, Rarity.."
Then, she went back to sleep, she felt like her burden melted like snow. But, she knows she needs more money to avoid trouble from the Mafia and bank. The next day, she woke up, she was still tired, she feels like she just closed her eyes and went to sleep only to get interrupted by her alarm clock. Part of her mind wished she didn't have a job. She then went to work, she is determined to find more evidence that shows Pinkie killed Flash. She ran to Sugar cube Corner, it was the fastest she ever ran.
When she got to Sugar cube Corner, she saw Pinkie Pie hanging up a banner with the words, "Happy Hearts Warming" She even changed the curtains from purple to red and green. Twilight then said, "Wow, I love the decorations you put up.. the curtains felt nice.." She then touch the curtains and it felt fuzzy and smooth like if it was mane and hair belonging to a pony. She asked, "Where did you get this?"
Pinkie Pie closed her eyes and said, "The supermarket, silly... w- where did you think I... got this?" she then chuckled to herself. Twilight nodded her head. She went inside and put on the uniform. She then waited for customers. Then, Pinkie Pie went over and placed a beautiful pastry, it was large and had a blueberry filling, it had a cherry on top. But the cherry looked off to Twilight, she took a closer look and saw a hint of magenta and a small black pupil. She then asked, "What's up with the cherry?"
Pinkie Pie replied, "These are special... cherries... from Appleossa.. found in a hidden cave... yeah..."
Twilight said, "Umm okay.. I don't know much about Appleossa or these... rare cherries but fine.."
Then, at noon Twilight took her break, she took a sigh of relief and sat down. She then saw Mr. Cake eating the pie with the weird cherry, she grabbed the cherry and ate it. Mr. Cake spit it out and said, "That... cherry is horrible... and why was it covered in paint.. and looks like a pony's eye?"
Everypony was looking at Mr. Cake, they were chattering amongst themselves about the weird cherry. Then, Pinkie Pie said, "It's a rare cherry and you cover it in paint... so.. it taste better... it is usually sour once it's... ripe..."
Mr. Cake then said, "Oh... um.. I never heard of a cherry like that before.." He went back to eating the pie. He then cringed, unbeknownst to him there were chunks of pony liver, guts, and even sugar in the pie. Twilight was confused what was going on, she was too scared to ask.
After a long day, which felt like it went by shortly, Twilight is getting ready to go home, she then decided to ask Pinkie if she can get a raise. She then went to the kitchen, her jaw dropped, and she stepped back.
She saw Pinkie Pie holding a knife, a dead body of Rainbow Dash's body was on the cutting board, there was a dark red substance on the blade, part of it dripped to the floor, Rainbow Dash's head was separate, Mr. Cake, Mrs. Cake were laying on the floor, you can't see their face, there was a puddle of Red liquid on the floor. Rainbow Dash's dead was on the table, she was missing eyes, her smile was stitched together, her mane was gone too. Blood leak from Pinkie Pie's mouth and eyes. Flash Sentry body was hanging on a hook, along with Derpy's head. Her eyes were gone, and there was blood on her head. Pinkie's torso and face had red stains. Apple Bloom was laying on the floor, she was missing a hoof, and a head. One of her eyes were dangling and one of her eyes were missing.
Pinkie Pie said, "Uh oh... you got me.." she grinned evilly.
Twilight said, "So.. you are the one who killed Flash.. and all these innocent ponies.." She then stepped back causing a huge gap between the two ponies.
Pinkie Pie said, "Yes... I kill these ponies to use for cupcakes, doughnuts.. and many things... and the doughnut frosting the other day was.... actually blood.. and I turned somepony's hooves into long johns..."
Twilight said, "You.... why... oh... I thought you were a nice pony.. you yourself... said.. you were a good pony... uh.. how... never mind.. I am going to stop you. Pinkie Pie then disappeared.
Then Twilight said, "Uh.. what happend?" She had a confused look on her face and looked away. She then slipped on something, it was a banana peel, then she felt a strong pain in her back. It was a loud roaring sound, louder than a lion. Twilight was heard screaming and crying for help.
Twilight's eyes slowly closed, her mouth was open.. There was blood on the floor and swimming out of the cut wound. Twilight fell and made a flesh smacking noise when she fell on the floor. Pinkie Pie then chuckled, she was holding a chainsaw, it had red stains on the blade, she used this to defeat Twilight. There was a splash of blood on her face. She then can be heard chuckling. She then moaned, "I hit it from behind!" she then kick Twilight in the head.
Then, her guts were stuffed into a pie, the pie smelled horrible. She then said, "That was fun, I hope I can do that again.." She then said, "It's a shame... she's dead.... I kinda miss... stuffing a chainsaw against her back."
