This is a story of a little purple dragon who's in the another world called Neverland.
Book One
This is a story of a small purple dragon who was sending to another world he did not know. But began his adventure to find a way back home or perhaps remain to save Neverland from evil.
Tonight is the night at the crystal castle for the mane six and Starlight Glimmer, to be ready to headed to Canterlot for the Grand Galloping Gala. They're all dressed and ready to go soon, except Spike who doesn't want to go there. He just want his friends to enjoy their fun.
"This is it girls." Twilight said. "The Grand Galloping Gala is now starting, isn't it exciting?"
"Ah dont know Twi." Applejack said. "Did y'all forget the last time we went there, it just went crazy disaster."
"Oh, it was a long time ago, darling." Rarity said. "Sure it went disaster, but it won't happen again once we try for sure."
"Really." Rainbow Dash said while fly down. "Like you're gonna make your move on every stallion and ask to marry you."
The other giggles while Rarity blush with an embarrassing thoughts.
Pinkie Pie hopping around with excitement and said with a smile. "Did you all know there's gonna have a super duper gigantic cake they made, I wonder what flavor is gonna be? Oh who cares, it's cake!"
Fluttershy stepped in and said softly." I just glad to be with all of you girls."
Twilight walked inside the library and saw Starlight looking all gloomy, she approaches to her and said. "Are you alright Starlight, you look at bit down all of the sudden. Are you not excited for the Gala?"
Starlight said. "Oh no, I am happy to go there but, why am I wearing this stupid dress? I know Rarity making it look good on me, but I look ridiculous."
"What?" Twilight said while placing her hoof on her shoulder. "You don't look ridiculous, you look great, this teal colored dress really does suits you. Besides you can make another friends there, right?"
"Oh yeah." Starlight said. "The friends who just minded their own business and being civilized at all."
"Okay that's true." Twilight admitted. "But I can assure you, it's gonna be a blast."
"Hurray." Starlight said with regret. "By the way, where's Spike, doesn't he want to come too?"
"Actually he don't want to." Twilight said. "Because he told me, he want us to enjoy our free time. Speaking of, I should call out Spike, get ready."
** Spike's Room **
Spike is sitting on his chair, reading a Power Ponies comic book. He said while reading it. "Hah, the Power Ponies finally stopped maniac."
"Spike!"
He heard Twilight calling out to him from down stairs.
"Coming!" Spike responded, as he make his way down stairs to the front door where the others is.
He approaches to Twilight and she said. "Okay Spike, girls and I are gonna be back really late, so take care of yourself while were gone, can you promise me that?"
Spike said. "I will Twilight, and can you promise me that when you girls came back, I want to hear all about it, okay?"
Twilight and the girls smiled and nodded together. The mane six and Starlight make their way out of the castle door and walked away while Spike waving at them when they left. Spike went back inside and closed the door.
** Meanwhile **
Spike's finally finished reading his comic book and starting to feel hungry, he said. "Well, I guess it's time to have a snack now." He headed down stairs to the kitchen for delicious gems.
As he entered the kitchen, he checked every cabinets if there are gems treats. But sadly, none of them have gems. Spike had other ideas, there's only one place that has plenty of gems, the gem cave. But unfortunate, it's in the Everfree Forest, so Spike has no choice but to go to there.
** Everfree Forest **
Spike walked slowly to be on high alert for any scariest creatures that ever lived their. Chimeras, Manticore, Parasprite, Ursas, Cockatrice, And Timberwolves. It was terrifying for Spike to be here in this spooky forest. He said to himself. "Okay Spike, the gem cave should be close by. All I have to do is get every gems and get out of here, yeah this should be easy, I think."
Spike heard a twig snapped over there, the bushes were shaking like the wind blew but something's is behind it which Spike's startled. Spike had a bad feeling like he's been watched, until he smell something disgusting odor with a bright yellow eyes and the sound of many steps, a familiar things he knows.
He turned around slowly from behind and what shock him is that their are three Timberwolves growling and waiting to attack. Spike had to walk back slowly and began to run when the Timberwolves started to chase their prey.
The chase is on. Spike was running for his life while the Timberwolves were behind him. He tripped by a branch and landed on the ground. He try to get up quick, but one Timberwolf jumped on top of him. It uses its teeth to chomp on Spike's backpack, lifting him up, shaking him side to side. He was struggling to break free, but he has to remove his backpack off. It sending him flying to the ground again and start running away while Timberwolves were fight over there.
Spike reached the hill top by the ledge, he notice that he wasn't followed. He feels relieved to know he's save, until the ledge started to crack around him and sending him falling down the longest hill, rolling backwards and hit his head by a stone unconscious.
Spike's eyes started open up when he his head hurts really bad. He looked everywhere when he sees an unfamiliar area where he's at. The area has circle hill with big stone slab around the hill, it looks ancient. When Spike looked at the bright light crystal from the middle on top the stone, it shapes like a stars from the night sky. It surprises him when it look so... pretty.
He said. "Woah it looks so... amazing, Twilight's gonna flip out when I tell her." But he realized he should go back to Ponyville. So he was about to take his leave, but he stopped when he heard the echo voice whispered around him. Spike doesn't know why his hand reaches for the bright crystal. He said. "Maybe I should go closer to it." He walked towards the bright crystal and place his hand on it.
On that momment, the bright crystal gets brighter when its activated to let out lots of sparkles surrounding him. He said while he's floating higher. "Wha... what's happening... AH!!!" He screams when he goes more higher straight up to the night sky. He looked up and saw a bright star glows and the portal is open. He covered his eyes when he's entered and... *Twinkle*.

*** Elsewhere ***
The sun rises in the horizon on the beach, spike is on the sand unconscious. He started to open his eyes slowly and getting up slowly and rubbing his eyes clearly. He can now see he's on the beach the serious question he said in shock. "Where... am I?" A young purple dragon did not know he's in another world called... Neverland.
In the middle of the day at the beach, Spike's walking side to side desperately. He rubbed his head with both hand, trying to think and said to himself. "Okay Spike focus, what's the last thing I remember?" But then, he remembered now. "The girls went to the Gala, I was reading my comic book, got hungry for gem treats, headed to Everfree Forest, chase down by three Timberwolves, fell down on the ledge, and..." His words cut off as he remembered the last part. "That light crystal."
"So, I must be in another world or something." He said in depression. He lay down his body to the sand, looking at the sky as he feels like he's losing hope to go back home. But that moment, he sits up straight and said. "No! I'm not giving up. There has to be way back home, I just have to. But how?" He looked back at the jungle, thinking that he should go to the destination. So he walked toward the trees, until a strange small sparkling light from above watching a purple dragon. It was curious and decided to follow him.
**Meanwhile**
Spike kept walking and walking throw the trees and bushes trying to figuring way. But sadly, he ended up lost. "AUGH!!! How am I gonna find my way back if I don't know where I am!" He complained to himself.
However, he heard a sound of sparkling everywhere that he doesn't know where it come from. Finally he sees a small bright yellow figure from above, he believes it was following him. "Whoa! What is that?" He shocked. A small light figure moved back like it was scare. "Hey it's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you." He calmed. A light figure coming down toward the purple dragon, knowing that he's not a threat.
As it get closer to Spike, it reveals itself that it was a dragonfly. "Wow, you're a dragonfly and I'm a dragon too." Spike surprised.
Dragonfly said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Of course, but we're different kind.'
Spike is shocked when he heard what the dragonfly say to him. He respond. "I can understand you."
Dragonfly said. *Squeaking* as in, 'You do? Hu, that was unexpectedly surprise.'
"Yeah." Spike agreed. "I mean, it's pretty neat."
Dragonfly said. *Sqeaking* as in, 'So what is your name anyway.'
"I'm Spike the dragon from Equestria." He introduced. "And you are?"
Dragonfly said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Hi my name is Sparx with an *x*, nice to meet you Spike.'
"Nice to meet you too Sparx." Spike said. But he'll tell Sparx a question. "Um, what is this world am I on exactly?"
Sparx answered. *Squeaking* as in, 'Well, this world is called Neverland. Are you not from around here.'
"Neverland, uh." Spike said. "So I am in another world. Um Sparx, do you know where to find a town or someplace?"
Sparx was thinking to know where. Luckly, he knows one. He said. *Squeaking* as in, 'I know the place to go there, Tribal Territory.'
"That's great." Spike said. "But are they friendly?"
Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Of course they are, I promise you that.'
"Hm... alright then." Spike agreed. "Lead the way little buddy."
And so, Spike began to follow Sparx to the direction he know through the trees.
**An hours later**
The sun went down on the horizon, Spike's starting to feel tired and hungry after a journey. However, Sparx sees Spike emotions, so he too is hungry until he spotted a fruits on top of the trees. A few minutes later, both of them finished their appetites. Spike grabbed one of leafs to make a pack for the fruits. Now they're started again to go the same direction.
**Another few hours later**
The sky went dark until the moon rises in the horizon. luckily for them, Spike can see everything in the dark with his dragonic eyes and Sparx still glowing as always. They realize it's late and needed rest for tomorrow. So Spike spotted a small cave to rest there. Spike gathered all the sticks and leafs to breath green fire on it.
For a while, Spike's laying next to Sparx who's on top of the rock. A dragonfly looked at Spike looking sad. Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'what's wrong Spike?'
"Oh, its nothing Sparx." He said looking back at Sparx. "I just miss home and friends back to Equestria that's all."
Sparx said. *Sqeaking* as in, 'don't worry Spike, you'll see them soon once we find a way to send you back, I hope.'
"Yeah, you're right." Spike agreed. " thanks buddy." He yawned when he feels sleepy. "Well, we're gonna wake up tomorrow morning, good night Sparx."
Sparx respond. *Squeaking* as in, 'good night Spike' he sleeps while turned down his glow.
Spike looked at the night sky seeing one star he familiar. He pictured Twilight and her friends. Rarity, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Starlight. He smiled in tears believing he'll go back to them. He said in whisper while closing his eyes. "Good night girls."...
A train arrived to Ponyville Train Station from canterlot. The mane seven stepped out the train looking all messy. Their manes messed up, ruined dresses, and covered in dust and stains. But they all laughed about it while they walked down the train station.
"Ah told y'all it went crazy disaster." Applejack said. "This is what happens when y'all listen to me."
"Then you are right after all." Twilight agree with Applejack. "This was the worst gala ever... again."
The others nodded agreement with Twilight. Pinkie Pie jumped in front with a smile and said. "But at least I know what flavor to that super duper gigantic cake, and it was cherry, tasty too." Others chuckles for Pinkie.
They finally reach Ponyville and ready to depart. But first, Twilight was thinking for the morning. "Girls, I was thinking." She said. " we could have breakfast at the castle, how's that sound?" The girls agreed with Twilight's idea.
"Oh what a splendid idea darling." Rarity said. "A breakfast would be simply divine, just for the seven of us."
"Um, Rarity?" Fluttershy said softly. "Its eight of us, because Spike's gonna be with us." Rarity accidentally forgot about Spike.
"Speaking of Spike." Applejack said. "We do promise him to tell what happened at the Gala." The other nodded.
"Yeah, I'm guessing he's gonna laugh at it." Rainbow Dash said. "But don't tell him about what I did a crazy stunned I pull, it would be embarrassing."
Anyways, the plans was settled. Now they departed to their homes. Applejack head to the farm, Rainbow Dash head to Cloudsdale, Rarity head to Boutique, Pinkie Pie head to Sugarcube Corners while hopping, Fluttershy head to cottage, and Twilight and Starlight head to the Castle.
**Meanwhile**
Twilight and Starlight finally reached the castle, the alicorn use her magic to open the big door. They went inside and going upstairs.
"Phew, what a night." Twilight said. "Have a good nap Starlight."
Starlight respond. "You too Twilight."
The two of them separate to head to there rooms. But first, Twilight had to check on Spike if he's sleeps well. She approach to his room and use her magic to open the door slowly and quietly. When her head enter his room, a shock from her face when spike is not on his bed. She entered to see if he's their but he's not.
"Spike? Spike?!" She said in worry. "SPIKE, WHERE ARE YOU?!"
The sun rises in the horizon, inside the small cave was a little purple dragon and a dragonfly are both still sleeping. Until a one tiny water on the cave ceiling dropping down to Spike's nose and he's starting to wake up. He rubbed and open his eyes heavily, yawning to stretch arms, legs, and tail. He was hopping that everything was a dream. But sadly, it's not.
Sparx also waking up as well. He stretch his wings and taking flight. He flew towards Spike and said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Good morning Spike, how did you sleep.'
"Oh, morning Sparx, I slept fine but it feels hard to sleep comfortable." Spike said and Sparx understand the feeling. "So buddy, how far do you think this Tribal Territory is."
Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Pretty far, only just passing throw two mountains right over there.'
"Great." Spike said happily. "But first, let's have some breakfast. We can't travel with an empty stomach." Sparx had agreed on Spike about it.
**Couple Minutes Later**
Spike is all set for their travel to the same direction. He carried a pack made of leafs on his back. "Okay, I got everything I need." Spike said. "Are you ready little buddy?" A dragon fly around on Spike and nodded. "Alright then, let's get going." And so, they're going to there destination to Tribal Territory and went to the trees. However, a mysterious moving shadow on the ground swoop fast to the tree's shade.
It was a long travel for the two of them. Jumping on rocks in the river, going around the trees, hiking on hills, and climbing up and down on cliffs carefully. Sparx spotted a lake, thinking that they should take a break because they're getting exhausted. Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Hey Spike, let's have a break over there.'
"Yeah, good idea." Spike said tiredly. "I'm really thirsty and tired." They headed to the lake, he sat closer to the water and scooping it with both hands to drink it.
Sparx was curious to know more about Spike and said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Hey Spike, can you tell me more about your world and your friends because I like to know.'
"Sure." Spike nodded. "Equestria is a big world where I'm from, there are ponies, dragons, changelings, griffins, yaks, hippogriffs ,every creatures for all I know." Sparx's eyes widened when he was impressed on what spike's saying. "Now my friends, first is Twilight, she's smart and likes books... a lot. But she's also a princess of friendship and my sister. Second is Rarity, the most beautiful pony I have ever seen in all Equestria. Third is Fluttershy, she's so kind to everypony but afraid of everything for no reason but who can blame her. Fourth is Pinkie Pie, she likes parties and make everypony smile. Fifth is Applejack, an apple farmer who never lies. Sixth is Rainbow Dash, the fastest and loyal pegasi I have ever seen. And last is Starlight Glimmer, she's a student of Twilight. Though she was once evil but that's all in the past, so that's it."
Sparx didn't have a word to but say, but he still impressed. However, he sees something moving from the sky causing him very nervous. Spike looked on Sparx seeing him nervous but he doesn't what, until they saw an object falling slowly, it appears to be a feather which makes Sparx a shock and Spike was Confuse. Sparx said to Spike in Terrifying. *Squeaking* as in, 'Spike, we need to leave right now!'
"What is it Sparx?" Spike said in confuse.
But all the sudden, a big drop and crash down behind them. They turned around slowly and gasped for what they saw is a big bird skull with googly eyes, feather wing opened wider, and a clicking noise from its beek. Their eyes widened and terrified of the one called... neverbird.
*CAWK!!!*
"RUUUNN!!!" Spike shouted instinct.
Spike and Sparx began to run for their life together while a neverbird start chasing fly lower to the ground. "First Timberwolves, now a big ugly bird, can this day get any worse!?" Spike said desperately. A neverbird reach out its foot claw and miss grabbing spike's tail four time. However, it finally grabbed his tail, starting to fly up to the sky.
Spike was trying to set himself free, but the neverbird trying to reach to eat him, luckly Spike was keeping avoid from its beek. Sparx rushing in to save Spike, a dragonfly uses its brightness to blind a neverbird's vision. Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Quick, set yourself free while I distract it!' He swoop around the bird's head.
Spike is thinking quickly until he figured it out. He took a deep breath and release his fire ball on its foot claw. *SHRIEK CAWK* a neverbird shouted in pain when its foot claw was burning. It let go of Spike's tail, but Spike is falling down to the ground and landed hard on the bush. Sparx head to Spike where he landed, he was checking if he's hurt or not, Spike is struggle to getting up. "Ow... I'm gonna feel that in the morning." Spike said in pain. Sparx feels relieve that he's alright.
They heard a neverbird from above, Spike is looking somewhere to hide until he sees a hole under the tree. "Quick hide in here." He whispered at Sparx, They rushed to it and silent. A neverbird looking everywhere to see the little purple dragon and a dragonfly while making clicking noise from its beek. But they're no sight of them 'luckily', it took off and fly away.
*CAWK FADED*.
Spike looking up to see if it's there, now it's gone. Both of them sigh in relieve as they got out under the tree and laying down on the other tree. Sparx laying down on Spike's belly, but he feels guilty.
Sparx said in apology. *Squeaking* as in, 'Spike, I'm sorry about to mention there are dangerous creatures somewhere in Neverland.'
"It's okay buddy." Spike said. "But thanks for saving me, you're a lifesaver."
Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'That's what friends do, right?
Spike nodded, both of them are getting tired after all that chase. They closed their eyes to fall a sleep.
**Couple Minutes Later**
They both still asleep, until Sparx woke up when he heard a twig snapped. He take flight to take a look further and saw something moving from the bushes. All of sudden, he knew that something is not right. He headed to Spike's face and said. *squeaking* as in, 'Spike wake up, there's something out there, we gotta-' His word cut off when something grabbed him.
Spike opened his eyes and said. "*Yawn* What wrong little bu-" His word were cut off when he sees a sword pointed on his face. He looked up slowly and what's in front of him were the Diamond Dogs, but not just Diamond Dogs, they're Pirates. One Pirate Dog holding Sparx on his paw.
"Well well well, what do we have here boys?" Second Pirate Dog said. "A talking purple lizard and a dragonfly, today's our lucky day." Three of them started laughing.
"Knock it down!" Third Pirate Dog said to second Pirate Dog.
Second Pirate Dog quickly raise his paw with a sword and SMACK on Spike's head, causing him to collapse on the ground. Spike's sight getting blurry, he's about to unconscious and slowly closed his eyes.

***Equestria, Ponyville 7am***
It is a beautiful morning in Ponyville, the five girls are all together and headed to Twilight's castle. Each of them were talking and laughing about anything and brought some meals for breakfast. Like Applejack brought an apple pie for everypony it looks delicious.
"Take a deep breath y'all." Applejack said. "What do ya smell?"
"Uh, is it a guessing game?" Pinkie Pie said in excitement. "Challenge accepted. Is it flower, is it food, is it Rarity's perfume?" She keeps guessing on and on, until Rainbow Dash can't take it anymore.
"It's apple pie Pinkie." Rainbow Dash said.
"Wrong." Applejack uncorrected. "It's a nice fresh air in the morning." The others finally get it.
Now they've arrived at Twilight's castle. Applejack is about to knock the door, until Starlight popped out of the door. "Girl, thank goodness you all here!" Starlight said in worry. "We needed your help!"
"What is the matter Starlight." Fluttershy said softly.
"Its Spike, he's gone!" Starlight said. The girls gasped together for what they hear from Starlight Glimmer.
"Gone? What do you mean gone?" Rarity said in worry.
"Last night, Twilight told me he wasn't there in his room when we arrived." Starlight said. "We've looked for him everywhere inside the castle. The kitchen, library, and every rooms, but he's still not there."
"Where is Twilight?" Pinkie Pie said.
"She's in the library." Starlight answered. "She's waiting for you girls, come on."
"Then let's get going sugarcube." Applejack said. The others followed Starlight to the library where Twilight is.
The eyes blinking and his vision is blurry for the little purple dragon. He started to wake up his conscious. His vision is back to normal. "Ugh... what, ow... my head hurts, what happen?" He said in headache until he see hanging both his wrists and ankles.
"Look what's finally waking up." One pirate dog said while holding Spike's head and letting go.
Spike tried to break free, but the ropes on his wrists and ankles are to strong. He looked around and spotted Sparx, who struggling inside the jar. He looked to the other pirate dogs and he said a question with tone. "Hey, where are you mutts taking us?"
"We're taking ye two to our ship." One pirate dog answered. "Yer going to meet our captain, but ye will be quiet and show he respect. Understand ye purple lizard?"
They arrived to the beach and headed towards their canoe boat. Two other pirate dogs removed a stick from Spike's wrists and ankles and toss him in the canoe boat pretty hard. "OW! Hey watch it!" Spike said in angry tone, but three pirate dogs didn't care when they laugh. One pirate dog push the canoe boat while the others are in and set sails to the ocean.
Spike is getting sit up, his eyes widened when he sees a biggest dark cherry color pirate ship with black blankets flows by the wind. He has never seen. "That's one big ship right there." He surprised.
A canoe boat finally reach a ship, one pirate dog giving a signal to the ship. The other two strap a winches on canoe boat and pulling down the winches to go up the top of the ship. One pirate dog untie Spike's ankles just to make him get out of the canoe boat. Spike sees all the pirate dogs, there like hundreds of them. They were singing, throwing knifes a bullseye, and drinking a barrel full of beer.
One small pirate dog with red corrito, blue and white strips, and a friendly smile approaches to them and said. "Good afternoon maties, what brings ye three have brought?"
"We brought something interesting for the captain, a purple lizard and a dragonfly." One pirate dog said.
He moved his head to the left side and see Spike and Sparx behind them. "Oh my, are ye sure the captain would be impressed? I- I mean he doesn't like to be disturb and-"
"Just shut up and take us to the captain, Mr. Smee." One pirate dog said in anger which makes Mr. Smee startled.
"Y- yes, follow me." Mr. Smee said in whimper. They follow Mr. Smee to the captain's room while they push Spike to make him walk.
They finally went inside the captain's room while Mr. Smee call him out from his office. One pirate dog place Spike in front and said. "Kneel, ye smelly reptile."
"First of all, I'm not a reptile." Spike said in tone. "And second, I kneel to no one."
"Ye should be." One pirate dog said while grabbing Spike's head and push him down. "Because he is THE pirate that all pirates feared. Cleverest and invincible. The original nightmare. The one he call himself, Captain Hook."
A pirate captain walked out of the door and approach to them. He's a hound wears a red coat and hat with black feather, a black belt with golden belt buckle holding a sword, a fancy mustache, and a left hook for a hand.
He looked at his maties and looked down at the purple dragon." Well? You better not wasting my time and tell me, why you three bring that... thing and a dragonfly to my ship?" Captain Hook said in fancy words with a serious look on his face.
"W-we found it, when that lizard was sleep in the middle of the forest." One pirate dog said in nervous. But the captain is not amused.
"Hey, I said I'm not a lizard, I'm a dragon!" Spike said in anger tone at them. They were quiet for the moment until they start to laughing at him. "It's not funny, I'm serious."
"It says it's a dragon, that's funny." Second pirate dog said. He moved his head closer to Spike's face. "What are ye gonna do, breathe fire?"
For that moment, Spike haven't thought about it. His makes a smirk face to that pirate dog. "Actually, that's what I'm about to do." Spike said. He unleashed his green fire and blow on pirate dog's face. "Who's laughing now, huh?" He stopped his flame. A pirate dog's face covered in smoke, coughing out his mouth, and passing out to the floor. The others didn't say a word, but what Captain Hook sees from spike, he was... intrigued when he place his under hook under his chin.
"*growl* Now ye gonna pay for this, ye little!" Third pirate dog said in anger while raising his sword. But Captain Hook grab his sword with his hook to stop him.
"Now now, that's not the way to treat our guest here." Captain Hook said. A pirate dog lay down his sword and calm down his growl. "Oh, where are my manners? Would you be so kind is to unty his wrists please."
The pirate dogs was confuse for what they heard the captain saying. "Huh? B-but captain."
"I said... unty him, now." Captain Hook said while glaring at him. So another pirate dog pulled out his knife and cut the rope from Spike's wrists. "Mr. Smee, take this dragonfly to the third bottom . And the rest of you, leave us." The pirate dogs nodded to the captain and headed out. He went to his table to take a seat on his chair. He looked back to Spike. "Please forgive my crew, they forgot to learn there manner. Have a seat." Spike cross both his arms with a tone. "No? Suit yourself."
"Where have they taking my friend?" Spike said in tone.
"A dragonfly? Oh, you don't have to worry about it dragon, it's perfectly safe now." Captain Hook said. "Say, do you have a name? I'm not gonna call you dragon."
"... Spike, my name is Spike." He introduced.
"Spike, huh? That's quite a usual name." Captain Hook said. "But it's not important now. What's important is that you look like your not from around here in Neverland, are you?"
"Its because I'm from another world called Equestria." Spike answered.
"Really, and how did you get here in the first place?" Captain Hook asked question.
"Well, I just went to the Everfree forest to get some gems. But I was chase by Timberwolves but I lost em. Until I fell and found a bright crystal shape like a star. And then I ended up here. So I need to find a way to get back home." Spike answered.
The captain eyes widened for what he heard from Spike's answers about the bright crystal. He got up quickly, walk toward to him and grab both his shoulders. "So you're the one awoken the first Neverstar." He said.
"Y-yes I did." Spike said.
Captain Hook let go of his shoulder and calm down. "I see you don't know about it, don't you?" He said. "Follow me, I want to show you something." Spike followed the captain to the right side of the wall where he has books, maps, and chests. The captain grab a medium size chest on top and opening it to get from the inside. "Does it look like this?" Captain Hook reveal a one piece of Neverstar crystal to his hand.
Spike's eyes widened as he seen that crystal from before.
**Flashback**
"woah it looks so... amazing, Twilight's gonna flip out when I tell her."
"Maybe I should go closer to it."
"Wha... what's happening... AH!!!"
**Flashback End**
"Ye-yeah, that's the one." Spike said. "But it's missing few pieces."
"Yes, it is true."captain Hook said. "When I found it, they were shattered and scattered all over Neverland. My crew and I have been searching for the remains for years, we'll never stop until these... savages get to them first." He turned around to see Spike. "But when you found the first Neverstar crystal, I believe you could be the key to all the pieces of the second Neverstar crystal."
"I am?" Spike said in confuse.
"Yes dear boy." Captain Hook said. "Once we put them all together into one, I can conquer Neverland and be a god. And I can send you back home as promise. So what do you say, do we have a deal? He lift his right hand, waiting for Spike to shake his hand.
For a moment, Spike thought when he heard a word 'conquer'. He believe that his ideas are just... evil. So, he looked up to the captain and start to say one word. "No."
"... Disappointed." Captain Hook said. "I thought you were gonna say yes, but I was wrong." He snapped his fingers to give a signal for two pirate dogs. They open the door and they grabbed Spike's arms.
"H-hey, let me go!" Spike said while trying to break free. There gribs are to strong. "Tell them to get off me and face me like a... dragon... dog... somethin."
"I wish I can fight you. But not today or soon." Captain Hook said. "Because tomorrow, you're gonna walk the plank. Take him to cell and prepare the execution by morning." The two pirate dogs nodded to their captain and they drag Spike to the Third bottom while the door is shut closed.
In the middle of the day, the mane six and Starlight began their search for their missing dragon friend. They separate a three teams two Ponies. One team is Twilight and Starlight in the castle library to find any spells find him. Two team is Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie walks everywhere in Ponyville, asking everypony if they see him. And three team is Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy flying around and look down to the ground to see if they spotted him.
It took them an hours and still no sight of him. They regroup to each other, except for Twilight and Starlight who are still looking for spell.
"Did you girls found him yet?" Rainbow Dash said.
"I'm afraid not, darling." Rarity said.
"But I did found one coin on the ground, finders keepers." Pinkie Pie said, but they others are make a serious tone on Pinkie. "Um, nevermind."
"Anyways, we've asked everypony If they see him, but none of them have." Applejack said.
"Oh, I'm so worried about him." Fluttershy said in worry. "He's probably scared, hungry, and alone."
"We all do, Fluttershy." Rarity said while place her hoof around her.
"Yeah, Its like he's banished into thin air or something." Rainbow Dash said.
"Well we gotta head back to the castle, come on girls." Applejack said.
They arrived at the castle, making their way inside to the library where Twilight and Starlight are. "There you girls are." Twilight said. "Good news, Starlight and I found a tracking spell, come on." The other girls are happy to here what Twilight tell them.
"Then what are we waiting for, work your magic!" Rainbow Dash said.
"Alright, all I need is his piece of scale." Twilight said. "Luckily I found one from his room. So let's hope it work, stand back girls." She uses her horn to cast a spell on Spike's scale. A scale started to glow and slowly lifted up to the air. It would seem the spell worked.
"Hurray, you did it Twilight, you did it!" Pinkie Pie said in excitement and hopping. "So... what now?"
"Now, we can follow it where Spike is." Starlight said. A glowing scale flew out to the library while the mane six and Starlight began to follow it.
They went outside of the castle, they walked to the right side out of Ponyville. For a moment, they stopped there track for what's in front of them. The glowing scale had led them to the Everfree forest.
"So Spike was in the Everfree forest?" Applejack said.
"Didn't he know that this forest so s- s-scary?" Fluttershy said in fear. All the other girls know that.
"... Well I don't care scary it is." Twilight said in bold. "That's my little brother and our friend out there and we have to save him."
"You're right Twilight, this is for Spike." Fluttershy said while rise up and make a brave face.
"Yeah, that's the spirit Fluttershy." Rainbow Dash cheered.
"Alrighty girls, let's do this." Applejack said.
And so, the mane six and Starlight nodded and headed towards to the Everfree forest for their dragon friend.
In the night, inside the ship were two pirate dogs dragging Spike to the cell and toss him inside. Spike got up quickly and run towards the cell door, but he's too late because it's lock. He place his hand to the bars and shake to break.
"Don't waste yer strength lizard." One pirate dog said. "Because ye about to walk the plank, nice knowing ye lizard." They walked out the door.
As soon as they left, Spike looked around to find a way to getting out. Until he saw a glowing jar hanging on the ceiling, it appears to be Sparx. Spike is happy to see his friend again.
"Sparx it's you, are you alright?" Spike said, A dragonfly nodded to him. "Don't worry little buddy, I'll find a way to get out of here, but I need to think." He walked side to side to think of their escape. Sadly, he got nothing when he stop and look down in shame. Suddenly, he heard something behind him. He turn around a little faster and said. "Wh-who's there?"
He walked down slowly and saw a figure in the shadow. "Don't take another step, creature." A female voice said in warning. He can finally see a figure clearly, revealing a figure was a earth pony, a light brown color body, straight down black mane with white and red feather, and a tiger cutie mark on her flank. "I won't ask you again."
Spike was happily surprised to see a pony here, not only in Equestria. "Wow, a pony here? This is incredible." He said while approaching to her. however, she grabbed, slam him to the floor and pinned him down. "Ow... that's smarts." He said in pain.
"What are you, creature?" She threatened to Spike.
"I-i'm a dragon." He answered.
She moved her head down and said. "There's no such thing, creature."
"But I'm telling the truth, I really am a dragon." He said. A mare looked into his eye to know he's telling the truth. But now, it tells her he's not lying. She let go of him and sit back to the wall. Spike on the other hand, was thinking to sit next to her, but not to closely because he believes she'll slam him again.
"I'm Spike, by the way." He introduce himself to her, but she doesn't want to respond back him. "So, um... how did you end up here?" She still doesn't respond to him. Spike is starting to give up talking to her and look back to the cell.
She look back to him, feeling bad for him. "I'm sorry little one, it just... I've never seen a creature like you on Neverland." She said.
"Apology accepted." He said. "It's because I'm not from this world, I'm from another called Equestria. Until I touched that... that never... star thingy."
The mare's eyes widened for what she heard from Spike tell her. "Wait... did you say Neverstar crystal?" She said, spike nodded her question. "Did you awaken the first one?" He nodded again. "At last, there's hope after all."
"Really, what do you mean?" Spike said in confusion.
"I have no time for explanation, I must leave now and speak to my father." She said.
"Can we come with you?" He said, when he walk towards her.
"I'm sorry, I cannot little one." She said when she look back to him and then turned front.
"But I want to go home to my family, please." She begged to her.
On that moment on, she again feels bad for him have no choice but to take them with her. "*sigh* Alright I'll take you both with me, but you will listen what I said." She said. "Now listen, I have a plan."
**In The Morning**
*clang, clang, clang* "RISE AND SHINE LIZARD!" One pirate dog shouted, causing Spike, Sparx, and a mare to wake up startled. "Today's the day for ye to walk the plank." He open the cell door and grab Spike's arm to pull out.
"No, no please." Spike begged the pirate dog while hitting him on the belly. "Don't throw me over board, I have so much life to live, please I beg of you."
A pirate dog push Spike down to the floor and said. "Quit yer whining lizard, only me captain can decide, now be quiet." He grab Spike's head and headed out.
"Gosh I hope the plan works." Spike whisper to himself while a pirate dog opens the door and slam it.
Outside the ship, captain Hook ordered his pirate dogs prepare the plank, until Mr. Smee approaches the captain and said. "Um excuse me captain, may I have a word with you."
"Yes yes, what is it Smee." Captain Hook said when he start to get annoyed. "You better not waste my time."
"Y-yes of course captain, It just that what I heard you said this little dragon is the key to find other shards, right?" Mr. Smee said.
"Your point?" Captain Hook said when he turned and glaring at him.
"M-my point is, maybe he could be still useful a-and give a second chance." He said.
Captain Hook picked up Mr. Smee with his bare hook with anger. "You dare you telling this, he made his choice, just like that... flying brat before, so never ask me again, understand?" Captain Hook said. Mr. Smee nodded nervously to agree with him. "Good, now go."
"Aye aye captain." Mr. Smee said in sad moment.
**Couple Minutes Later**
The door is open, a pirate dog come out with Spike been hold and then place him down. "Alright, keep moving." Pirate dog said while shoving him. Spike being forced to move towards the plank, he starting to get scared to take a step on it, but the pirate dogs keeps poking him with their swords.
Spike looked down to the water, it was pretty far FAR down causing him to get terrified by how high it is.
Captain Hook appears in front and began his speech to his fellow maties. "Today, this little dragon has disagree my offers, but now, he shall be send to death by the plank, may the afterlife have mercy on his soul." He turned around to look at Spike. "So tell me... Spike, do you have any last words?"
For that moment, Spike saw something glowing moving in the sky, it was Sparx swoops down without getting caught. And on the other side to the right, behind the strapped barrels was a mare giving a signal to him.
"Yes, I have one... NOW!" Spike shouted.
Sparx swoops down quicker in front of all pirate dogs and uses his flash to blind all of them. They stepped back to recover their vision until they sees a mare unstrap the barrels, causing to roll down and knock every pirate dogs down.
Spike, Sparx, and a mare regroup to each other. "I can't believe your plan worked, awesome." Spike said.
"Thank you, now we must abandon the ship." She said in focus. But first, I need to retrieve the Neverstar shard, I'll be right back."
"Wait, what are we gonna do?" Spike said.
"Keep them busy." She said when a mare ran to the door and going inside.
"Well Sparx, I guess we can give it a shot, right?" Spike said.
Sparx said. *sqeaking* as in, 'okay let's do this.'
The pirate dogs start to get up by the floor while moving the barrels aways. They're starting to get very angry when they spotted Spike and Sparx, they draw their sword. "Attack!" One pirate dog shouted.
They began to charge towards them, until Spike used his green fire breath to block them before their attacks.
**Meanwhile**
At the captain's office, a mare burst out the door and start looking for the Neverstar shard. But suddenly, the door shut when she turned around and see captain Hook stand there with a sinister look on his face. "Looking for this, my dear?" He said while showing her a shard at his hand. "If you want to take it, then fight for it."
She looks around quickly and saw a sword hang on the wall to pick it up with her hoof. "The Neverstars does not belong to you, they belong to each other and the Neverland Hook." She said when she pointed a sword at him.
" I disagree." He said, he drew his sword out. They began their swords fight while they clinging each other multiple times. A mare keeps blocking and dodging his attacks. "I must admit, I underestimated you. But it is a pity your flying boyfriend couldn't live to see."
She let out her anger towards him when Hook mentioned someone who she most cared for. A mare keeps swinging with all her rage. But the captain was easily dodged her moves. Until then, he grab her sword with his hook and took it away from her and toss it to the floor. "Sparing your life was a greatest mistake I've ever made, but no more. Now, you will die, just like him." He said when he pointed his sword at her.
**Meanwhile**
Outside the ship, Spike out ran the pirate dogs, trying not to get grabbed or be killed. It is a good thing for Spike, because the pirate dogs are to stupid to get him. Spike stopped his tracks when he sees a cannon, he move it to aim on them and launch a cannon ball, they jumped out the ship really quickly landed on water pretty far and painfully to land. It was pretty funny to Spike when he chuckle.
Sparx swoops down to the big pirate dog's face. The big one was really angry when a dragonfly make a fool of him. The big one grab a frying pan on the table and swing to hit Sparx. But instead, he accidentally hit all of his maties multiple times because Sparx keeps dodging him really fast. Finally, Sparx landed on top of his head and another accidentally hit himself in the head and collapse to the floor. Sparx fly toward to Spike to join him.
"I think that's the last of them, Sparx." Spike said. "But what are we gonna do now?" They started to think very quickly as they can. Until Sparx pointed out a steering wheel. "Good idea buddy, let's go." They head to the steering wheel on top.
Unfortunately, one pirate dog jumped in and grab Spike by the head and covered his mouth to stop his fire breath. Spike recognized that dog's smoked face.
"Got ye now little lizard, this time ye ain't gonna use yer fire at me face." He said closely to Spike face. However, Spike lift up and pulled out his two fingers and poked his eyes. "ARGH, me eyes!" He dropped Spike. Next, goes around him and breathe fire a little bit on pirate dog's tail. A pirate dog smell something burning and feel something hot. Until he look around and see his tail is on fire. He make dog whimper sound and jumped out of the ship.
"That was a close one Sparx. Now, where were we." He said to his little buddy. He grab a steering wheel and looked where to stop the ship. However, he spotted a rocks. "Sparx, I can stop this ship to those rocks." He spin the wheel to the right really fast.
Back at the captain's office, captain Hook raised his sword and said. "Now, prepare to-." His words cut off when he collapse because the ship is moving. A mare sees the captain drop the Neverstar shard to the floor. It's the best chance for her to take and get out of here. He look at here holding a shard. "No!" He shouted.
She made her way outside and spotted Spike and Sparx in the middle. They ran turn her and spike said. "We need to get out of here before this ship crash to the rocks." She nodded and looked everywhere to get out.
However, a mare saw a canoe boat, a perfect chance for them to escape. "There's a canoe, let go." She said. They ran towards the canoe boat as fast as they can. They hop on board while a mare stand on top. "Hold on to it." Spike is holding on the seat and Sparx also holding on to Spike's shoulder. A mare cut the rope with her sword and the canoe boat falling down with them. They screamed while they fell and landed on water barely survived without wrecked the boat.
Captain Hook burst out the door. looking for them, but all he sees is his maties wounded and the ship is now closer to the rocks. "NOOOO!!!." He shouted. The ship now crashed to the rocks, causing the ship break in two pieces and everything flying out.
The three of them standing on the canoe boat, watching the ship wrecked apart while they stroke to Neverland.
"Well, I guess they won't bother us anymore, right?" Spike said.
"No." A mare answered. "Because no matter how many times they lose, they'll be coming back, always."
"Oh." He said
The two of them were quiet for a moment, Until she look back to him, feeling thankful and then she spoke up. "Thank you... Spike... for saving my life."
"I did?" He said in confusion, she nodded. "I mean of course I did, that's why I'm Spike the brave and glorious.
Sparx said. *Squeaking* as in, 'Hey, don't forget about me.'
"Yes, you're hero too Sparx." Spike said. He look back to her. "So, what now."
"Now we must go to my tribe." She said.
"Okay." He said. "But before we go, I need to know your name."
"*sigh* Alright." She said. "My name is Tiger Lily, daughter of the chief, and princess of the tribe." They're almost ahead to the beach to begin their journey.
The mane six and Starlight still following the glowing scale while they calling out his name. It only took them an hour for them to walk through the trees and bushes. Rarity try to get that dirt out of her hoofs when she feel disgusted. Pinkie Pie popped out her head the trees and bushes. Fluttershy talk to the animals to know have they seen a small purple dragon, but they didn't. And Rainbow Dash fly up to look somewhere.
"How much further could he be Twilight, we've been searching for hours." Rainbow Dash complained.
"She's right darling." Rarity said in exhausted. "Could we at least a break?"
Twilight looked to her friends tired, so it would be okay to agree with Rarity. "You're right, let's take five minutes and then we continue."
They all sat down to the ground while they pulling out their snacks. Except for Applejack and Starlight who's not tired and decided to look around. "Y'all can take a rest now, Starlight and I can look around." Applejack said. They nodded until those two left.
"I hope they'll found him already." Twilight said in sadness.
"We hope so too dear." Rarity said while her hoof around Twilight's shoulder. "But worry not, we know Spike is a smart dragon like you taught him."
"Yeah, she's right Twi." Rainbow Dash said. "I mean, what could possibly go wrong?"
"*gasp* Rainbow Dash, don't jinx it!" Pinkie Pie popped out behind her. "Do you know what happened when somepony jinx it?"
"W-what happened?" Fluttershy said softly but nervously, causing her body to shake.
"TWILIGHT, GIRLS!" A call out came from Starlight. They got up and rushed to find Applejack and Starlight. Finally, they found them.
"What is it, did you two found Spike?" Twilight said in worry.
"Afraid not Twi, but we found this." Applejack said. She turned revealing Spike's shredded backpack. Twilight and the others gasp because they know who this backpack belongs to.
"W-what happened here? Fluttershy barely said.
"It would seem he's been attacked by Timberwolves." Starlight said when she knowing the footprints. The others were shocked for what Starlight told.
"Y-you think he's." Rarity said spoke, almost letting out her tears from her eyes.
"Ah don't think so partner, there's more of his footprints." Applejack said, showing more of his footprints that's in front of them. "He's must've escape from them."
"And besides, the scale is still moving." Starlight said. The others sigh with relieve, knowing he's still okay.
"Phew, that's a relieve." Rarity said wiping out tears in her eyes.
Rainbow Dash fly towards and turned to the others and said. "Are we just gonna stand there, or are we gonna keep moving on." She said bluntly.
"She's right, let's keep moving now y'all." Applejack agreed.
The mane six and Starlight now continued to search for their lost friend. Twilight walk slowly behind them, looking down at Spike's backpack while she's holding it. "Hang in their Spike, we're coming for you." She said. She walked faster to join the others for their search.
On the rock island, a couple of pirate dogs were fixing a huge to sail it again, they keep telling them to hurry up to put the half of the ship together. It was really heavy for them to do that. Captain Hook on the other hand was standing their, looking at Neverland with an aggressive look on his face.
"C-Captain, I have good news and... b-bad news." Mr. Smee said when he nervously shivered. "The good news is, we completely fixed your ship."
"And what's the bad news?" Captain Hook said when he turned his head and look at Mr. Smee.
"T... the bad news is, it will take days to set sail. The got really tired of working so..." Mr. Smee said.
"... Tired?" Captain Hook angrily said while walking towards Mr. Smee. "Mr. Smee, do you why the crew gets tired?" Mr. Smee nervously shook his head side to side. "It's because they lost to a small weakling dragon and the princess. And now, they took the shard from my grasp, THOSE INCOMPETENCE MUTTS!" He shouted to his pirate dogs and then turned around.
"How will you gonna take that shard back to your hand when they have it?" Mr. Smee questioned.
"It's quite simple, I've send ten crews to find them and eliminate the dragon except the princess, I wanted her alive along with my shard. They better not return empty hand, if they do, they will answer to me." Captain Hook said.
*Meanwhile*
On the beach where the canoe boat, Spike, Sparx, and Tiger Lily made it their to Neverland. They hopped out the boat and Tiger Lily is start to speak. "Alright, my village are far with in twenty-four hours by tomorrow once we continue to travel. If I'm remembered correctly, our destination is that way. She pointed her hoof to north.
"Yes ma'am, you'll lead the way." Spike nodded and saluted.
"Alright, let's go." She said. Spike and Sparx head to direction where Tiger Lily pointed at. Tiger Lily walked slowly behind, she reach out her pocket and pulled out the Neverstar shard. It is sad for her to see it broke. She sigh and put it back to her pocket and walk normally towards them.
They traveled for an short hours through the forest, stopping for there breaks and continued travel for another hours. The sun's almost setting down on horizon, every is getting dark for them walk through. A minute later, they started to camp the spot for the night to sleep. They sat in front of the fire which is Spike already started one and eating fruits from the trees. Tiger Lily looked at Spike and said to him. "Spike, do you ever miss your family along with your kind."
"My kind?" Spike confused until he understand what she means. "Oh, oh yeah... actually, I didn't live among dragons in my life, I was raised by ponies and accepted as one of there own."
"Really?" She surprised. "Then that means, you don't know about your parents either, are you?"
"I... I never knew them, at all." Spike sadly sighed.
"I'm sorry I asked, I shouldn't have said that to you." Tiger Lily regretted.
"No no it's okay, I'm over it now." Spike said. "So how did you end up pirate's ship anyway?"
Tiger Lily look away from Spike and said. "It's... complicated."
"It's okay, if you don't want to talk about it, I understand." He said while place his hand on her.
"You both should get some rest now for tomorrow." She said.
"Okay, good night Tiger Lily, and good night Sparx." Spike yawned, they all start to fall asleep.
*Few Minutes Later*
The three of them were still sleeping, until something glowing happened from Tiger Lily's pocket. It let out its beam and placed on Spike's head while he still asleep. Spike closed eyes were twitching because of its magic by going into his mind.
* Spike's Dream*
it reveal itself as a unbroken Neverstar until it shattered by itself into four shards. One shard faded because they had one, but the rest were showing three locations of them. First, a the rock shape like skull. Second, a forest full of flowing glowing dust. And third, a two peak mountain. "Bring them all into one." A female voice echo.
"AH!" Spike gasped when he woke up in the morning, the others had already woken up before him.
"Are you alright Spike?" Tiger said.
"Y-yeah I'm alright, I just had a strange dream but, I don't think it is." Spike said. "I think i know where all the shards are."
I shocking face came from Tiger Lily when she heard him. "You do, but how do you know?" She said.
"I don't know but, it just happen." He said
"Then we must get to my village now. but first, we must gather things trav-." She cut off her words when she heard something. Her eyes moved side to side, noticing there's something watching them, she draws her sword to prepare.
"Tiger Lily, is something-" his words cut off when she shushed him.
Suddenly, what's jumping out are ten pirate dogs, circling surrounding them. One pirate dog stepped forward and said. "Ye have something belongs to me captain, hand it over and we'll spare yer lifes."
"If you want it, then come and claim it." She said when she pointed her sword to them.
"Okay... ATTACK!!!" One pirate dog shouted.
They began to charge towards a mare, baby dragon, and dragonfly. Until Spike used his green fire breath to stop them. Tiger Lily jumped through the fire and said to Spike and Sparx. "Go, I'll hold them off!"
"But what about you?" He worried.
"Do not worry about me, just go!" She shouted.
Tiger Lily threw herself for with a double kick on two pirate dogs. Another pirate dog grabbed Tiger Lily from behind, she tried to struggle to be free. But suddenly, a rock hit pirate dog's head, letting go of her and collapse to the ground. It was Spike who throw a rock.
"I told both of you to go!" She said.
"No!" He said. "We can't just run away when you face them alone, so I'm staying and were doing this together rather you like it or not."
Tiger Lily hated to admitted but she can't fight them all alone, so she nodded to Spike. She now continues to fight while Spike throw more rock and Sparx distracts them by uses his brightness.
The battle lasted near minutes between three of them and the pirates dogs. The pirate dogs had no choice but retreat, but one pirate dog pull something out behind him, a bomb.
"If we don't kill them, then this one will!" A pirate dog said while lighting up the tomb and throwing it at them.
The bomb landed in front of them. "TAKE COVER!" She shouted to Spike and Sparx. They ran far from it but Spike tripped to the ground, he tried to get up quickly but when the spark reached inside, he said. "Uh-oh."
*BOOM!!!* Spike was caught in explosion.
"SPIKE!" She shouted while she and Sparx rushing towards to look for Spike and finally found him. "Spike, Spike wake up, please." But no respond from a baby dragon until he coughed out a smoke from his mouth and barely opened his eyes. They felt so relieved by knowing he's alive.
"Ouch." Spike said.
"We're glad your alive, how did do survive?" Tiger Lily confused.
"Heh heh, dragon scales are fire and explosive proof." He said but in pain.
"It is good to know but your badly injured. We need to get you healed once we reached my village." She said and Spike nodded without saying a word. Tiger Lily lift him up and place him on her back to rest. "Okay, let's go Sparx." A dragonfly nodded to her.
And so, they began head to the village which they're nearly getting closer to help Spike from his injury.

***Equestria, Everfree Forest***
The Mane six and Starlight are still on track and made out through the forest for an hour, until they see floating light stop its track on the hill top ledge.
"Uh Twilight, are you sure it led us here?" Rainbow Dash said. "Because it's a dead end."
"According from the book, this spell knows exactly where he is." Twilight explained. A floating light moved down there to the cliff almost to the ground.
"Oh my goodness, he's down there, why?" Rarity confused
"Ah'm guessing he must've falling down when the ground breaks." Applejack explained when she pointed her hoof to Spike's footprint and broken piece of ledge. They gasp for what Applejack say to them.
"Oh no, he could be hurt, we need to hurry and help him." Fluttershy worried.
Twilight uses her horn to teleport herself and her friends to go down where the floating light is. As soon as they made it, the floating light started to glow brighter, Twilight knows only one thing.
"Uuuh sparkly, what does it mean?" Pinkie question.
"It means that Spike is near, come on!" Starlight happily. The others were excited for what Starlight say to them.
They rushed to follow the floating light when it glow even more while they call out his name to if he's close by. But unfortunate, a floating light was stopped and popped up. The others and even Twilight are confuse for what happen to it. They were expected Spike to be here but all they found is... nothing but grassy spot.
"I... I don't understand, that spell would've find Spike but he's not here." Twilight confused and worried.
"Maybe you cast it wrong?" Starlight said when she walk side her.
"No, I read it correctly but, why? It doesn't make any sense." Twilight said. It is hard to see Twilight looking disappointed herself in front of her friends, until Applejack stepped in to her.
"Here's an idea Twi, we could go back to Ponyvill, gather our camp supplies, and meet back here in this spot to search for Spike, right?" Applejack said.
Twilight look up to Applejack and said. "You're right, let's go girl, we need to get stuff and came back here." The others and Starlight all nodded to her, thanks to Applejack's idea.
They headed back up there to Ponyville to get there camping supplies to come back here where Spike was in the beginning.
In the forest, there travel the Tribal Territory is almost near. Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx were exhausted after battling against the Pirate dogs, and Spike's little bit recovered from the bomb he had caught but still wounded.
"How are you feel, Spike." She said.
"I'm feeling fine now, just a bit sore that's all." Spike said. "I just wished those pirates won't bother us for the moment." And Sparx totally agree with him.
"Well, your in luck now, because were here." Tiger Lily said when she stop her track. Spike jumped off her back to see what she saying. "Spike and Sparx, welcome to my homeland."
Spike was Surprised to see her village full of houses look like a cone and the rest of the native ponies. They headed down to the village when they ran with excitement.
At the front of the village were two stallion guards with the same mohawk and the battle paint on their faces. They saw something moving in front of them, they stand their ground and prepare there spear to fight of what's coming. However, one guard look closely to the intruder far and then gasp when he sees Tiger Lily.
They lay down their spears, one guard approach to her and said in native language. "Princess, we are relieved you've returned at last!"
"And I am happy to be return home, I need to speak to my father immediately." She said in native language.
"Understood princess, and um..... why's there a reptile with now?" Another guard confused in native language.
"He is a friend who saved me from the pirates." She answered in native language. "So he and a dragonfly are with me." The two guard nodded and let them pass to the village.
While they walked foward, Spike's eyes widened to see more ponies here on Neverland like Tiger Lily. The natives were happy to see their princess return and confuse when they looked at Spike like he's a stranger. He nervously smile and waved at them. Tiger Lily was happy to see her tribe, until she saw her father standing wait for her. The Chief who wears a hat with many feathers on his head and holding a staff.
Tiger Lily rushed toward her father and both hugging each other. "Father!" She said in native language.
"My Daughter, I am glad you have come home, how did you manage to escape from the pirates?" The Chief said in native language.
"It was thanks to them who saved me." She said in native language while showing Her father to Spike and Sparx while they waved at him. "This is Spike and his companion Sparx, this dragon is from another world, the one who awoken the first Neverstar." The natives ponies gasp for what they heard from their princess say.
But that's not all, she reached out her pocket and showing the shard to her father and the tribe. The natives once again gasp by its appearance.
"Father, once we find the rest of the shard, we can restore Neverland back to normal, we only need is your help." She said in native language.
"... Then we will." The Chief said in native language. "But first, tonight we celebrate for your return!"
The natives started cheered for what the Chief said out loud, but Spike and Sparx didn't understand he says but they believe it's a good thing the way they cheer, so the two of them had to go with it.
*Tonight*
The sun moves down on the horizon and the moon rises to the night sky, the natives enjoy themselves when they dancing while the others play the music. The rest were chatting and smoking a wooden pipe to pass down to another pony to take their turn. Spike and Sparx got out the tent when the baby dragon finally healed from the bomb and headed to join Tiger Lily where she sat with her father.
"Here, drink this Spike." She said while passing a bowl to him.
Spike nodded and took a gulp the hole thing. Though its flavor was a bit... bitter of its tastes. "It's um.... delicious, what is that?" Spike said.
"Courage." She answered.
"Well, this courage taste like hay. Not that it's bad at all, it's good you know." Spike said not feeling bad about it.
"It's okay to tell the truth Spike, but it does help you." She chuckled and then started to introduce. "Spike, this is my father, chief Screaming Eagle."
"Its nice to meet you sir i-i mean your chief.... ness, I'm sorry." Spike Apologized while he shake his hoof.
Chief Screaming Eagle chuckled and said. "There's no need to apologize young dragon, you and Sparx are the guest after all. Tiger Lily told me all about you two and how you arrived here in Neverland."
"To be honest, the first time I got here, I thought it was a dream." Spike said when he low his head.
"Sometimes dreams can be real in our minds or perhaps dreams can be illusions with any thoughts we have. But here and now, it is all real." Chief Screaming Eagle said wisely.
Spike understand for what he said. "Is there a way to send me back to my world?" Spike questioned.
Chief Screaming Eagle was thinking if there is, until now. "Yes there is, only one who created two Neverstars and a power to send you back, 'The Fairy Queen.'" He said.
"Wow... who is she?" Spike said.
"That's the story I will tell you now." Cheif Screaming Eagle said when he prepared.
*Story Time*
Long time ago, there was the fairy queen. We do not know where she comes from, but only she has a magic to create new world in her image and bring forth a living creatures. She declare a name for this world 'Neverland'. Until she created two the most powerful crystals she ever made 'Neverstars'. The Neverstars has a magic to travel between one world to another. In her final day, the fairy queen become one or perhaps two with Neverstars and send one Neverstar to your world and one remain here, waiting to be reunited once again.

"That's when it all happen ever since we first arrived before you for a hundred years." Chief Screaming Eagle said.
"Wait, wait... you all been here for long time?!" Spike shocked when his eyes widened.
"Yes, the reason why this world is called Neverland, is because we never aged forever." Chief Screaming Eagle said.
"Wow, this is amazing!" Spike surprised until he speak a questioned. "How did you all get here in the first place?"
The chief wanted to answered to Spike but it was getting late for him.
"A good question for another day, you and Sparx should rest for now." He said.
Spike nodded to him, he and Sparx headed back to the cone to sleep for tomorrow. The chief look back to his daughter, noticing a sad look on her face.
"Is something wrong my child." He said in native language while place his hoof around her.
"Father, ever since I got captured by those pirates, I couldn't stop thinking of what happen back then when..." she said in native language when her tear were released.
"I know." He said in native language. "But his death wasn't your fault, you cannot blame yourself for it." Tiger Lily nodded to her father while she wipe her tears, but the guilt still sticked to her like a glue. "Come, you should rest as well for tomorrow." Tiger Lily walked with him to the cone.
Meanwhile, in the far distance in the woods were few pirate dogs watching them.
"There's the lizard and a princess, let's get 'em. First pirate dog said in hesitation, but the second pirate dog stopped him.
"Hold it ye moron, there are many savages down there, we can't attack if they on alert." Second pirate dog said. "Here's the idea, were going to hear the information about the Neverstar and give words to the captain. Just follow me lead."
The pirate dogs were chuckled to accept the second pirate dog idea. They headed down towards village without getting spotted by them.

**Equestria, Ponyville**
The mane six and Starlight made it back to Ponyville, but it only took them an hours get through the forest. All they have to do is start gathering camp supplies to head back where they went. "Okay girls, once we regroup here and then go back, right?" Twilight said to her friends, they nodded to lavender alicorn. "Good now let's... huh?" But suddenly, her words stopped when she spotted mail pony Derpy calling out to Twilight.
"A mail delivery to Princess Twilight Sparkle from Canterlot." Derpy said.
"Oh um, thank you... Derpy." Twilight said in confusion, A gray mail pony took off. She looked at the mail letter until she confusingly gasp.
"What is it Twilight?" Starlight said while stepped in.
"It's from Princess Celestia." She answered when she open the letter and read in front her friends.

I know you and your friends have been searching for Spike. But I know exactly where he is, but he's not in this world or anywhere else you think. In case if you and your friends are confuse, I will explain to all of you once you've come to canterlot to meet me and Luna.

"What did she mean he's not in this world?" Rainbow Dash said in confusion.
"Maybe it's a guessing game, challenge accepted. Could he be... in Dragonland, or Appaloosa, or-" Pinkie Pie words cut off when Applejack place her hoof to cover her mouth.
"Ah don't think that's not what the letter meant Sugarcube." Applejack said.
"Anyways, I don't know what she means, but I had a feeling that the plan's change." Twilight said. "Girls were going to Canterlot." The mane six and Starlight now headed to Ponyville Train Station to travel Canterlot for them to know what Princess Celestia knows where there baby dragon friend is.
In the morning on Tribal Territory, the natives began there day to do anything. And as for Spike along with Sparx, got out the cone to find Tiger Lily. Luckily, Spike just saw her shooting an arrow at the bullseye. "Hey, good morning Tiger Lily." Spike said while he walked towards her.
"Oh, good morning you two, I see you both slept well." She said.
"We sure do, thanks for asking." Spike said. "So, what are you doing?"
"Target practice." She answered. "It helps me focus on my senses and prepared."
"Ah good to know, the way I see it, your pretty good at it." Spike said.
"Thank you." She said. "Care to give it a try?"
"Um... hehehe, I wish I could but I'm not good at, sorry." Spike refused. "But at least I can use fire."
Tiger Lily nodded to him and move out the way for him to aim on bullseye. He took a deep breath and start to blow a green fire ball, but suddenly... he's ran out of it and Tiger Lily and Sparx were confused."Uh oh, I think I'm out of my fire." Spike said.
"How can you get your flame back?" She questioned.
"Well, I need to eat gems to charge the flame within me." Spike answered. "Do you guys have gems here?"
"I'm afraid we do not." She said when she shake her head side to side.
"Then I guess it doesn't matter now." Spike said. "But don't worry, hopefully someday I'll get my fire back in no time, right Sparx?" Sparx nodded to him.
"Speaking of gems." She reminded. "Spike, do you remember you told me where the other shards are?"
"I did?" Spike think while he looking up and scratched his head with his finger. Until now, he remembered. "Oh yeah, but I don't know where the places are."
Tiger Lily was thinking about it, until she has an idea. "You don't know where, but I believe the map does." She said. "Follow me." Spike and Sparx followed Tiger Lily to the cone where the map to Neverland is.
Behind the bushes were pirate dogs spying on them to hear everything they want to know. Right now, they've heard everything from them. "Did ye hear what I hear?" One pirate dog said to the others.
"Yes... hear what?" Second pirate dog said stupidly confused.
"From that lizard ye bonehead." One pirate dog said angrily while hit him in the head. "It said it knows where the location of three shards. But we need to listen more, let's move quietly." They chuckled.
*Meanwhile*
Inside the cone, Tiger Lily was looking for the map of Neverland inside her chest box while Spike is walking and looking around curiously. Then something shiny caught Spike's attention to the left side, he spotted a dagger on the table and grabbed it. It is pretty cool and there's two ponish letters on the dagger said 'P.P' on. Tiger Lily finally found it and pull out the chest box, but then she saw Spike holding a dagger. "Be careful Spike, you don't want to cut yourself." She warned him.
"Oh sorry, I was just looking at it." He apologized. "Is that yours?"
"No, it belongs to friend of mine." She answered.
"Really, then where is your friend?" He questioned, but he see the sad look on her face
"It..... it was a long time ago." She barely said without looking at him.
Spike now understand what she mean and said. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ask you question." He placed the dagger back to the table.
"It's fine, just don't hurt yourself, okay?" She said and he nodded to her. She place the map on the floor and roll it open to show the image to Spike. "You don't know where the three shards are, but you can describe the places you seen in your dream."
Spike closed his eyes and rubbing his head, trying to remember it. He said. "Okay, hmm..... so we have one shard, the second place is on... a cave shape like a... skull, that's scary."
"The skull rock." She said while mark the circle spot on the map.
Spike continued. "The third is... in the forest full of some sparkly dust."
"The fairy forest." She said while mark the circle spot on the map.
"And the last one, is on the highest mountain with two peaks." He finished and Tiger Lily mark the circle spot map last.
Through the tiny hole of the cone, a pirate dog eye see the map three mark on it. So, pirate dog away from the hole and sneak out to join the other dogs to tell them. "Ye, send letters to the captain, that we now have the locations of three shards." One pirate dog whispered, while the second pirate dog wrote and send a bird to deliver to Captain Hook. They left the territory to head back to the ship.
Back inside, Tiger Lily started to said. "Now we their locations, I need to speak to my father, let's go." Tiger Lily, Spike and Sparx headed outside the cone and headed to where the chief is.
At the inside of the other cone, the chief and the council members were talking about the safety of their Tribe. But when he sees his daughter and the baby dragon come in, he dismiss the council to speak another time. "Daughter, what brings you and your friend here." Chief Screaming Eagle said.
"Father, we need to speak with you." Tiger Lily said.
The chief nodded and said. "Farewell then, but your friend will wait outside, you can speak with me alone."
"Yes father. Spike, you and Sparx will have to wait outside, it won't take long." She said and Spike nodded to her and the chief.
Spike and Sparx waited out for an minute or more while they chatting and playing each other until Tiger Lily came out. "So, how did it go, did he agree to let us go?" Spike asked.
"Yes, we need to get started by tomorrow the morning." She nodded.
*Meanwhile*
The night at the pirate dogs ship, Mr. Smee was sitting on the barrel, drinking mead and humming his song to enjoy the night. Until that time, he saw the message bird flying towards him. He grabbed the letter and delivered to the captain.
In the captain's room, Captain Hook was looking on the map, desperately sparing at it where the other shards are. He hear the knock from his door and it was Mr. Smee. "Well don't just stand there Mr. Smee, come in." He shouted. "What is it you want, can't you see I'm busy."
"You have received a message for you Captain." Mr. Smee said while passing the letter to him. Captain Hook swiped it and reading it. Mr. Smee was curious to know what was written when he sees Captain Hook makes a smile menacing look. "What does it say?"
"Mr. Smee, it seems the opportunity never ceased to surprise me." He said. "Awakened the others, we're going to set sail now." Mr. Smee saluted him and headed outside to wake the pirate dogs. He looked on the map and said. "Soon, once I bring all the pieces together, the power of the Neverstars and Neverland will be mine."
*Morning in Tribal Territory*
The canoe boat was ready to set sail on the river, Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx were on it. However, before they leave, Chief Screaming Eagle asked. "Remember, the quickest way to the Skull rock is this river once you pass through the lagoon."
"Understood." Tiger Lily nodded.
"Daughter, make sure you and friend will be safe." He said and hugged her.
"We will." She said and hugged him back. So, they ride on the canoe boat on the river to begin their quest. The tribes were watching them leave while they wish them with best of luck including the chief.
"Do you think we can it on skull rock in time?" Spike questioned.
"We can only make it their by an hour or more." She answered.
"Oh okay, that wasn't so bad." Spike said. "I mean, what could Possibly goes wrong."

**Equestria, Canterlot**
The mane six made to Canterlot from the train station and Starlight Glimmer remain back in Ponyville, they now headed to the castle to meet the two princesses. They finally entered the throne room and see two princesses in their throne.
"Twilight Sparkle, girls. We are so glad you all here." Princess Celestia greeted them while they bow each others heads.
"Thank you Celestia." Twilight said to her mentor, then she start to cut to the chase. "Please tell me, do you know where Spike is?"
"Of course, please follow us, we need to show you all something." Celestia nodded. Princess Celestia and Luna lead the mane six to the outside the balcony. They looked back to them and Princess Celestia said. "Before I tell you, do you see this huge star in the sky?"
Twilight is confused for what her mentor said to them, so she has to do what she say by looking which star she's talking about, however Twilight now see the huge star in the night sky. "Yes, I see it. I've never seen this star like this." Twilight said in confusion. "What about it?"
"Because this is where Spike is." Princess Luna stepped in, causing the mane six to gasp for what the moon Princess said to them.
"Beg mah pardon your highnesses but, what did y'all mean by that?" Applejack stepped in and in confusion.
"We can explain it to all of you how it all started." The sun goddess began to tell the back story.

After the gala became a mess and you all have to flee, my sister and I saw some light out. But not just any light, it is a magical crystal. It shoots up to the shy and joined the rest of the stars in the night sky. But it is no ordinary star, it is called Neverstar.
Luna uses her vision to see, until we now know, it was Spike. He alone has awaken it and sending him another world.

"No wonder why the tracking spell failed at the end." Twilight now understand the situation and start asking question. "What's the name of this world he in?"
"It is a small world called 'Neverland'. Princess Celestia answered to her.
"What's a Neverland?" Pinkie Pie whispered to Fluttershy next to her, and a yellow pegasi do not know.
"Never... land? I haven't heard or known about it, not even in every books I've read, including Neverstar." Twilight said.
"So you're saying that Spike somehow, awakened this so called 'Neverstar', and send him up flying to the another world?!" Rarity said in worry and the two princesses nodded. The white unicorn just fainted and almost fell on the floor, but luckily Applejack just caught her.
"Is there any ways to travel Neverland and get Spike back?" Rainbow Dash asked.
The two princesses looked on each other with a regrettable face, so Princess Celestia is the first to said. "We fear there isn't, without the Neverstar to travel there, none of us can." The mane six emotions turned into sadness, but the hope isn't loss yet when the sun goddess tell them. "But there is only way for him to return, is he must awaken the second Neverstar."
"B-but what if he gets hurt or worse, we can't stand there and do nothing." Fluttershy said in worry.
"I understand how you all feel." Princess Celestia said. "But fear not, each of us known Spike very well and we must have faith in him to return safe."
"Then let's hope you're right about this, for our sake." Twilight said and then looking at the star. "Where ever you are Spike, please be careful and come back soon."
The river flow down the stream in the middle of the dark cloudy day, a canoe boat appears down the stream with a mare, baby dragon, and dragonfly. Tiger Lily was stroking a water to move a boat, Sparx was just flying around, and Spike's bored himself until his stomach growl for hunger. He grabbed an apple under his seat and took a bite of it. However, he sighed because he remembered and caught Tiger Lily's attention. "Is something wrong Spike?" She said.
"Oh nothing, it just that apple reminds me a friend of mine who makes lots of delicious apple pie." Spike answered.
"I see." Tiger Lily started to get curious. "So, tell me more about your friends, what were they like in your world?"
Spike has started said to her same as he told to Sparx. "Okay, first is Twilight Sparkle, she's my sister who likes to read books especially ancient books. She's much of bookworm than anypony, and she was once a unicorn and became an alicorn to be the princess of friendship." Spike said.
"A princess, like me?" She said.
"Yeah like you, expect you don't have magical horn and wings." Spike said. "Anyways, second is Rarity, she's a fashion designer and a totally gorgeous. My heart never stop beating hard when she needed my help. Third is Rainbow Dash, she's the most fastest pegasi in the Equestria. She always wanted to be a wonderbolt, but her dreams finally come true."
"Wonder... bolt?" She said in confusion.
"Uh don't worried about it." Spike said. "Fourth is Fluttershy, she's a caretaker to any animals but a bit nervous to anything and any places. But sometimes she's brave. Fifth is Pinkie Pie, she like to party and turn everypony frown upside down especially on every birthdays and holidays. Sixth is Applejack, she's a farmer who has lots of apple trees. I remember she saved me from Timberwolves and I saved her too. Last but not least is Starlight Glimmer, she's a apprentice to Twilight and a good friend, she used to be evil when stole everypony's cutie mark and try to change the past by using time magic. Thank's to Twilight, she changed her mind and taught her the ways of friendship." He finished.
"Incredible, I don't know much about them, but they sound like a magnificent friends." She respected to Spike.
"How long are we there to the lagoon?" Spike asked, looking at front side of the river.
"We're nearly there." She answered. They heard the sound of the waterfall, which means they've made it the lagoon. It was a sight for them of this place but its springs were foggy. It is hard for them to see everywhere and everything.
Suddenly, Spike looked down and saw something moving down in the water. "Uh Sparx, Tiger Lily, did you all see that?" He said to them, but Sparx shook his head side to side.
"I didn't see anything." Tiger Lily shook her head too. But she heard so far from it, a ticking sound. "Spike, do you hear something?"
Spike and Sparx try to listening the sound what Tiger Lily say, until they now hearing it. "Yeah, it sounded like..... clock?" Spike said.
*SPLASH*
what jumped over the canoe boat and into the water, was a massive crocodile. Bigger than a tree, dark green and brown scales, scars everywhere, and meaner than ursa miner. The others were very scaredy shock by its appearance, the crocodile's circling around them.
"SWEET CELESTIA!" Spike shouted. "Was that a giant crocodile?!"
Tiger Lily grab some sticks and lighted them on fire with flints. "Here keep waving it, it's afraid of the light, we need to find the way out of lagoon." She said while she give Spike a torch and Sparx light up too. They began to keep distance from a crocodile and looking for way out. The crocodile start to swam straight toward the boat, ready to chomp it.
But luckily, Tiger Lily move the torch and blinded the crocodile's eyes. It swam back and making for its next move, They do their best to defend themselves from it. The worst part is, the crocodile goes down deep, making them think it retreated. "Where did it go?" Spike asked in nervous.
"I don't know, but we need to keep our distance." Tiger Lily said.
The crocodile pop back up, grabbing the canoe boat with its mouth. It tries to crush it very hard to break it along with them. Sparx thankfully, rush in to save Spike and Tiger Lily in the boat by blinding the crocodile's eyes again. It releases the boat back to the water and retreated again. "Thank you Sparx." Spike gratefully said to his dragonfly friend, But it is not over yet while the crocodile still swimming their.
They kept trying to find the exit, until Tiger Lily spotted the exit way of lagoon. "Over there, we need to pedal forward." She said when Spike and her pedalling, but they saw the crocodile swam behind them, so they prepare for its attack. "Get ready."
But the unexpected has instore to them when the crocodile dive down and unseen. "There it goes again." Spike said. The clock ticking sound still but they don't where it is. But out of nowhere was its tail pop up behind them and slam hard on top of the boat, causing Spike to fly and fall into the water when he screams.
"SPIKE!" Tiger Lily shouted in worry, and Sparx rushed towards him.
In the water, Spike's rose up and gasping to breath, looking both ways to find a boat. "Tiger Lily, where are you!" He called out to her but he can barely swim.
"Hold on, I'm on my way!" She shouted while she pedal towards Spike.
Sparx spotted Spike, he's trying to swim but he can't. Sparx's circling around him to protect him from it, but it wasn't enough. Spike just now holding his breath before he goes down. He heard again the sound of ticking, which means it's coming. He spotted the crocodile swimming towards him, he try to swim fast away from it but he's too slow for his size.
The crocodile gets closer and closer to Spike when it opened its mouth with a roar. Spike never thought his fate would end up as its dinner when he covered his eyes.
But suddenly, an unknown light hit the crocodile's eye. It looked around to see what hit it. A three shadowy figures are appears in front of the crocodile and keep hitting it with their lights. The crocodile had no choice but to run away from them.
By the time he hear a ticking sound faded, Spike opened his eyes to what's going on. He sees there are three figures with lights on their fins around him, they appears to be Maremaids. He is very surprised to see them look so pretty. One Maremaid looked at him very closely, knowing that he's young and gentle creature. So both of Maremaids grabbed hold of him and taking him back up to the boat.
Tiger Lily and Sparx were frustrated to where Spike is while she calling out to him, until she some light in the water. The lights getting close and Spike popped up, gasping to catch the air for his lungs. "Spike, you are alright." She said in worry while she grabbed him and pull back in the boat.
"I am, if it weren't for them, I would have been crocodile's meal." Spike said gratefully while both of them looking down at the Maremaids.
"Thank you for saving my friend." She said in thankful, the Maremaids nodded to her and left. After that, the fog was clear out the lagoon and cloudy turned to sunny day, they pedal towards the exit. They finally made it out the lagoon to the sea and their epic quest to the Skull Rock is just getting started.
But the far away behind, the crocodile attempts to follow them, slowly and quietly.

**Equestria, Canterlot**
The mane six were waiting on the Canterlot train station to catch a ride home while they were chatting. Twilight on the other hoof, couldn't stop stare at the Neverstar in the night sky.
Rarity walked in next to Twilight and asked. "Twilight darling, is something the matter?"
"Huh? Oh, yes I'm fine Rarity, thanks." Twilight responded. "I'm just thinking."
"About what, sugarcube?" Applejack asked.
"About Spike, I know we must have faith in him but. What if there is way to travel to Neverland?" Twilight said.
"Yeah, like it would be easy for us to fly up their or some magic you got." Rainbow Dash said.
"The Elements of Harmony, Rainbow you're a genius!" Twilight said to her.
"I am, I mean of course I am, because I'm awesome." Rainbow Dash proud to herself.
"Are you sure the Elements can do it?" Rarity asked.
"Yes, they have the power to do anything, including travel places to places." Twilight answered.
"Then what are we waiting for, let's do this partner." Applejack said.
"Uuuh. And after we bring Spike back, we can throw him a 'Welcome Back From Neverland Party'." Pinkie Pie bounce in with the others.
"That's sounds pretty good idea." Fluttershy said in agreement, the others agree too. The train has arrived and they enter to head back to Ponyville. Twilight was hopping that the ideas of using The Elements of Harmony could work for her sake and Spike's too.
It's a beautiful day at the sea since the cloudy day disappear. A huge sneeze coming from Spike and the rest of his friends in the canoe boat down there."*Sniff* Sorry." Spike apologized. "I've must've catch cold when I was in the water."
"Here, have this." Tiger Lily said while giving Spike a bottle. He took a gulp when he drank, but his face turn green, feeling like he'll throw up because the drink taste awful. "I know it is not pleasant flavor, but it helps you stop your sickness."
"Thank... you." Spike barely said when he feel disgusted, but he still drinking it. "What kind of stuff is made out of?"
"You do not want to know." Tiger Lily answered.
*Meanwhile*
The Pirate Dogs ship were on sail to Skull Rock. Through the telescope, the pirate dog spotted a canoe boat which appear who's on it was a tribe's princess and a baby dragon there. He rushed to speak the captain about it. He sees Captain talking with Mr. Smee and said. "Captain Hook, I saw the boat in the far distance in front of us." One pirate dog said.
"Then it must be Tiger Lily and her little friend Spike, they've must've headed to Skull Rock to get the second shard before us." Captain Hook guess correctly said.
"H-how are we gonna get their, before they got their first captain?" Mr. Smee asked.
"It's quite simple Mr. Smee, we wait." Captain Hook answered, causing the other pirate dogs confuse look on their faces. "Shocking I know, but what if i tell all of you that they will find the shard for us first. And then, we take it from them." The pirate dogs completely understand him now.
"But what if we fail?" Mr. Smee questioned but he knew he shouldn't asked because the pirate dogs, even Captain Hook glare at him for what he said.
"Smee, let me remind you that FAILURE is not an option, never question it again, understood?" Captain Hook said and Mr. Smee nodded in nervous at him. "Good, now set sail to Skull Rock."
"Aye, aye Captain!" All the pirate dogs saluted him. The ship moving forward to head to Skull Rock to claim the shard before they do.
*Meanwhile*
Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx nearly there to the Skull Rock while they were pedal their boat. However, they only see the fog. Which it could only mean one thing, they've made it to the Skull Rock. It is the most scariest place has ever seen in Spike's life. This place have skeletons everywhere where they hanging on cages, skulls on spears, and a warning signs say 'turn back or your fate is sealed & beware', no wonder why this place is called Skull Rock. "We're finally their Spike... Spike?" Tiger Lily said and caught her attention of seeing Spike shivered in fear, especially Sparx when he hold tightly on Spike's head. "Come, there is nothing to be afraid."
"Easy for you to say, I'd rather stay on the boat." Spike said.
"You'll be safe once you're close with me." Tiger Lily convinced to him until she say. "There are gems inside for you to eat."
Spike popped up really quickly when he hear a magic word from her and said. "Really, well in that case, we're ready."
"Great, but before we go in, you will need this." Tiger Lily said while passing him a dagger once belong to someone else she know.
"Um thanks but, I don't want to use it to hurt anyone." Spike refused to have it.
"It is true, but you need it also to defend yourself." She said. Spike have to admitted that Tiger Lily got a point so he grabbed it and strapped on his hip with a belt. "Are you two ready?" Both Spike and Sparx nodded to her. So they began to enter the mouth of the Skull Rock to get the second shard and get out of their as quickly as they can.
The inside of the it was so dark to see where they suppose to go. However, Sparx lighted up himself in the dark to see everything and. "Thanks little buddy." Spike thankfully to his dragonfly friend. They now can see what this place looks abandon for years like no ponies is home. "What happen to this place?" He asked.
"No pony knows it's dark past, the elders in my tribe once told the Skull Rock is a symbol of curse for those who dare stepped on." Tiger Lily answered. "I never thought I'd be coming back here after all these years."
"Wait, you've been here before?" Spike asked.
"Yes, it was a long time ago." Tiger Lily answered while they keep moving on.
"So how can we find the other shard somewhere in a place like this?" Spike asked while looking around.
"I believe the answer you're looking for is right in front of us." Tiger Lily said while she showing him when she stopped. His eyes widened really big and gasping up really much, because there are a huge pile of treasures filled with gold, jewelries, and gems right before his eyes, even Sparx make a same look as Spike did. "Let us quickly find the shard, and then we leave this place." She said and Spike and Sparx nodded to her.
So they began to spit up to do a digging out the golden coins and look every carefully when find the right one. Spike spotted a delicious gem down there and started to eat and dig at the same time. By the time he's eating, Tiger Lily said in curious. "Does it hurt when you ate those?"
"No, not really." He said while he's talking with gems in his mouth and swallowed. "Dragons have the most strongest teeth to crush every single gems. By the time their done, they devour to recharge their flames like what I'm doing right now."
"Interesting, but be careful what you ate, one of those gems could be the second shard we were looking for." She said in reminder. Spike paused himself from eating the gems, believing he almost ate it. So the best for him is to find the shard first and then eat the rest of the gems he could see.
They've kept looking for minutes to minutes and still didn't find it yet. The frustration has started to get them. "*grunt* Why is so hard to look for it in the middle of the treasures!" Spike said in anger when he kicked the treasures and then sitting on it hard like he lose faith.
Tiger Lily have to agree on Spike, it is very difficult for them. She reach out her pocket to grab a shard and said in calmly. "If you can hear my words, please give us the way to find your remains then you will be hole again, I beg of you." Suddenly, what caught her attention is the first shard is glowing meaning that the second shard is close by, this is the first time she's ever seen. "Spike, come look." She said.
Spike hear her response when he turned his head around. "What is it Tiger Lily?" Spike asked while he and Sparx headed towards her.
"The shard is glowing, it knows the other is near." Tiger Lily answered. She moving her hoof around with the shard. Once they spotted something glow over there, which means it's right there in the far distance.
"There it is." Spike said in excitement and then he ran towards the light, and Sparx following him. By the time he got there in time, he grabbed it and headed back to Tiger Lily. "That's two down and two more to go." He said while he passes the second shard to her.
"Good, now it is time for us to leave." She said while putting the shards in her pocket.
They now headed out treasures place, but something caught Spike attention. He saw a big ball of pearl which it looks very shiny. He picked it up and said. "Wow, it looks amazing, Rarity's gonna love this when I gave it to her." He put it inside his pack as a souvenir and rejoined the others.
They're almost there to the exit the mouth of the Skull Rock. But suddenly, Tiger Lily hears the sound of the foots steps not coming from Spike and herself. She believed that there's someone is watching them and then she stopped. "Hold on Spike." She said while she blocked his way and he got confused.
"What wrong Tiger Lily?" Spike asked.
"We are not alone." She said while she looking around and see all shadowy figure. "I know you all here, come out." She shouted. Who appears out of the shadow and stand in front of them was Captain Hook with a smirk of his face. "Spike, get behind me." She said while pulling out her axe.
"Hello my dear and to you too Spike." Captain Hook greeted to them. "I must say, I am pleased you two have found other shard, now would you be so kind is to hand it over and I'll let you walk freely."
"I'd rather fall than letting have them for evil Hook." Tiger Lily said.
"Yeah." Spike agreed with Tiger Lily. "Besides, there's only three of us and one of you."
"Really, you and what army." Captain Hook said when fourteen Pirate Dogs and Mr. Smee appeared from behind the rocks and draw their weapons to threading a mare, a baby dragon, and a dragonfly. Spike knew he should've kept his big mouth shut. "Did you really think I came here alone? Now last chance, have it both over and I'll spare you all."
"Spike, is your flame within you have return yet?" Tiger Lily said in whisper and then Spike nodded. "Like I told you before, I'd rather fall than letting you have them."
"Hm... pitty." Captain Hook said when he took a step back. "Get them." He said to his pirate dogs and then they began their charge on the three of them.
"Now." Tiger said to a baby dragon. Spike started to breath his green fire on the ground to stop the pirate dogs, Tiger Lily charged back and took down three pirate dogs and they fall to the water. Five more pirate dogs circling around to surround her, she prepared for their next move.
"You four, get that little dragon." Captain Hook said to the pirate dogs. They ran to get a Spike. However, Spike draw his dagger to defend himself.
"Okay you mutts, which one of you goes first." Spike warned those pirate dogs, but they laughed at him. One pirate dog goes at Spike, trying to grab him, but Spike slide under pirate dog and poke at his buttock. Causing the pirate dog to scream painfully when he jump up and landed on his head pretty hard. "Ow, that's gotta hurt."
Tiger Lily had defeated five pirate dogs so easily, now she going after Captain Hook. However, Captain Hook was right their behind her. "You know, this place brought back some memories." Captain Hook said to her. "I remember the time when your flying boyfriend of your rescued you from me. But where is he now when you needed him." Tiger Lily charge towards him with an anger, clanging their weapons multiple times.
Spike and Sparx on the other hooves, managed to get away from the pirate dogs but two more were stand in their way. Luckly, Spike release his fire ball at them, causing them to jump off and into the water. Spike and Sparx can now see Tiger Lily fighting Captain Hook and seeing five pirate dogs are getting up to fight back. "Oh no, we gotta help, but how?" Spike said while he's thinking until he got one but he's not gonna like it. He reach out a big ball of pearl, making a regrettable face. "Sorry Rarity." He walked to the top and whistle really loud to catch every dogs attention. "WHO WANTS THE BALL?!"
"Me me me me me!" All the pirate dogs shouted while jumping and wiggling their tails.
"THEN FETCH!" Spike shouted while he toss a big ball of pearl to the water and then all the pirate dogs jumped in to water except Captain Hook and Mr. See.
"Fools, don't get distracted, come back here!" Captain Hook said in anger at his maties.
Spike and Sparx rejoined Tiger Lily to face against Captain Hook. "It's over Hook." Tiger Lily said.
But Captain Hook makes a smirk of his face and said to them. "Or is it now?" He snapped his finger to calling out more pirate dogs, they grabbed Tiger Lily and grabbed Spike by the head and closed his mouth for not breathing fire, and Mr. Smee catch Sparx with the jar. "You know my dear, the only way you defeated your opponent in the game, is to outsmart them, but sadly you didn't. Now it's time to claim what belongs to me." He reach out his hand to get the shards on her pocket.
*TICK TOCK*
Suddenly, he stopped when his hand twitch so does his too and his ear pumps like a heartbeat when he hears a familiar ticking sound, which it could only mean one thing. "Oh no... Smee, Is that what i think i heard?" Captain Hook said in fear.
Mr. Smee shiverly nodded to Captain Hook and nervously said. "I'm afraid it is Captain, its a... it's a, c-c-cr-"
"CROCODILE!!!" One pirate dog shouted in fear when the Crocodile rise up out of the water with a roar. The pirate dogs running for their lives while they scream, leaving their captain behind with it. By the time when Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx are free, they have their chance to get out of Skull Rock.
When the Crocodile keep trying to eat them while crawling, it spotted Captain Hook standing there while he shivers in fear. The Crocodile makes a smirk face when it remembered him and then it ran towards him to eat. Captain Hook began to run away on top from the Crocodile while it keeps chomping him and he screams to call out Mr. Smee's name many times. "SMEEEEEE, HELP MEEE!!!"
"I'm coming Captain!" Mr. Smee said while he pedalling a canoe boat fast to save him.
Captain Hook had stopped running jump out the top and the Crocodile almost chomped him. He is about to landed on the canoe boat but he just landed on water, because Mr. Smee just missed catching him. The Crocodile also jumped out the top. "NOOO!!!" Captain Hook shouted when the hit on top of him.
Mr. Smee looked down and said. "Captain?"
The Crocodile pops up its head and Captain Hook was holding its mouth, trying not let it closed with all his strength. "SMEE, DO SOMETHING YOU IMBECILE!" Captain Hook said in anger at Mr. Smee. Mr. Smee was thinking quick until he got one when reach out and pull out a pepper salt. He blow the pepper to the Crocodile's nose, causing it to sneeze really hard by launching Captain Hook in the air while he scream and this time he landed on canoe boat. "GET ME OUT OF HERE!" They pedaled their canoe boat really fast while the Crocodile still chasing them to the sunset.
Meanwhile on the other side, Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx made it back to Neverland while they got out the canoe boat on the beach. "We made it." Spike gladly said.
"Indeed we have." Tiger Lily said. "The Crocodile must've followed us their."
"I was just thinking the same thing." Spike said. "But do you think it got him?"
"No, because he always survives and always does." Tiger Lily answered.
"So, what's next?" Spike asked.
"Now, we shall go to the Fairy Forest to obtain the third shard, we should go." Tiger Lily said while Spike and Sparx saluted her. They now began to ventured into the woods to find the Fairy Forest.
The Mane Six made it back to Ponyville on midnight, a few of them made their way back home to get some rest for tomorrow. By the time Twilight Sparkle came back to the castle, she told Starlight Glimmer everything about Spike's disappearance while they walked in the hallway, Starlight was shocking to hear that. "So let me get this straight, Spike somehow travel to another world we are not heard about it and a magical star take him?" Starlight asked.
"That's correct." Twilight answered.
"Wow, this is incredible." Starlight said until she asked question. "But how will girls get their when it's right up their?"
"Simple, The Elements Of Harmony." Twilight answered. "Once we use their magic, we can travel to Neverland and help Spike."
"Of course, but what if it... doesn't work?" Starlight asked.
"It'll have to work Starlight." Twilight said and then looking up to the stars through the window. "It has to."
It is a beautiful day in the horizon in the forest, the flowers blooming, birds chirping, and the sky is clear. Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx just woken up in the morning and had breakfast after they headed to the next destination 'The Fairy Forest'. While they traveled, Spike was about to start asking her a question. "Tiger Lily, how long do we make it their to the Fairy Forest?"
"We'll be their by the next day once we get through the woods and fields." Tiger Lily answered.
"Oh." Spike sigh until something caught his attention, he see something shiny far over the distance. "Tiger Lily, did you see something over their?"
She look around for what Spike sees until she did now. "Yes, what is this?" Tiger Lily asked.
"I don't know but let's go see." Spike said when he ran towards a shiny and Sparx following him.
"Wait Spike hold-." Her words cut off when they already left her behind. "*Sigh* Children." She said in native language and ran towards them.
By the time when they stopped running, Spike spotted a pile of gems on top of chopped trees. "Sparx, looks like we got a delicious jackpot." Spike said while he licking his lips. "Hellooooo lunch." He ran to those gems, but Tiger Lily just stopped him by grabbing his tail with her mouth.
"Hold on Spike." Tiger Lily said when she let go of his tail. "Didn't you feel suspicious why their's gems in the middle of the open space?"
"Oh sorry, I just got carried away at all." Spike Apologized and then walk towards those. "But I don't see any traps, so there's nothing to wor- WOOAAH!" Spike's words cut off when he's caught by the net up high. "I stand corrected."
"Spike, are you alright up their?" Tiger Lily asked while Sparx fly up to a baby dragon.
"Yeah I'm fine, just hanging around." Spike answered. "But can you help me get down please, I'm stuck."
"Don't worry, I will." She said while pulling her axe and started to cut the rope. But suddenly, she stopped when she heard a noise coming from the bushes, so she grabbed a rock and throw it to the bushes.
"Ow!" A mysterious voice like a child, shouted in the bushes and familiar to her.
"Oh no, the pirates knows were here, ATTACK!" Another voice said. They were six colts wearing hats like animals, jumping out the bushes and charge towards while they shout out their war cry. Suddenly, they stopped charging when they saw Tiger Lily. "Boys, its Tiger Lily." One colt said in excitement. They once again ran towards and giving her a hug. "It's so good to see you again."
"It is good to see you too boys." She greeted to them.
"Um Tiger Lily, do you know these guys?" Spike asked in confusion. Tiger Lily forget to get Spike down from the net, so she chop the rope and the net fell down to the ground. When Spike finally got out the net, the colts reacted to his appearance when they're battle stands with their weapons at the baby dragon.
"No, stand down, he is a friend." She stopped them. "He risk his life you mine, I owe him." Six colts lower their weapons out at Spike. Tiger Lily walked towards Spike and starts to introduce to six colts. "Spike, these are the lost colts. That's Bear, Fox, Rabbit, Raccoon twins, and Skunk, both of them are friends of mine. Boys, this is Spike the dragon from another world and his companion Sparx." They wave at them.
"Wow, you're a real dragon, this is cool." Bear said in shock, but all of them were shock as well.
"Yep, the one and only." Spike said. "Nice to meet you all."
"What are you all boys doing here?" Tiger Lily asked.
"Its a long story princess." Fox answered and asking a question the samething. "What are you doing here too?"
"We are headed to the Fairy Forest." Spike answered.
"The Fairy Forest, why?" Rabbit asked.
Tiger Lily reached for her pocket to pull out two Neverstar shards to show them the reason when they gasp. "Because we needed to find the rest more to restore it together to save Neverland and send him home." She answered while putting the shards back to her pocket.
"Well, if it means to save Neverland, then we can help." Fox said with bravery tone "but first, we should head to our hideout so you and this dragon can rest." The others nodded when they agree with Fox.
Tiger Lily also have to agree with him, because it is getting dark by the time when sun setting in the horizon. "Alright then, lead the way." She said. So they following the lost colts to their hideout
*Meanwhile*
At the pirate dogs ship in captain's room, Captain Hook was still angry from what happen yesterday and feeling humiliated because of the crocodile he fear while he look at his map. "Blasted that crocodile, after all this years it's still never leaves me alone." He said in anger while he slam his table with his hook. "But no matter, Tiger Lily and Spike headed to the next place to the third shard. But they poorly not know, is that my Fortress is close by to Fairy Forest and imprison a few other faires they've captured and harvest the pixie dust."
He heard a knock coming from his door, Mr. Smee goes in the Captain's room while holding captain's dinner. "Excuse me Captain, I have brought your favorite."
" excellent Mr. Smee, and I also need you to write down and send a word to the fortress. They must know they are coming, along with the shards they have." Captain Hook said while Mr. Smee saluted and written down the paper.
Mr. Smee finished writing the paper and place on the bird to deliver a message to the fortress when it flies out at the window. "The message has been sent captain." Mr. Smee said.
"Another excellent, soon they will fall into their trap, like a fly caught in the spider's web." Captain Hook chuckled while he's eating his dinner.
*Meanwhile*
The moon rises in the horizon and the sky turns to night. They've arrived to the lost colts's hideout, it is an old tree branch with a small door on the bottom. "Here we are, home sweet home." Fox said.
"This is your hideout, it looks small." Spike said in confusion when he looked at it.
"Oh you ain't seen nothing yet, once we've enter." Rabbit said. Everypony went enter the small door, so Spike had to go with and enter a small door along with Sparx. By the time they got in, Spike's amazed to see how big space on the inside and alot of stuffs they've got. "It doesn't look much, but its home."
"Okay, I gotta say, this is incredible." Spike admitted. "Although this place reminds me and Twilight used to live a house made of tree, until a big red centaur destroyed it."
"What's a centaur?" Bear asked in confusion.
"Uh, it doesn't matter." Spike said in sigh. A baby dragon looked around with his dragonfly buddy while the others were talking along with Tiger Lily. But the time when he looked around, he sees a picture of a young teal stallion with green hat and red feather. He turn his head around and said to them. "Excuse me, who's this stallion?" He asked to everypony.
"He is our greatest leader." Fox said.
"The best of the best." Bear said.
"Neverland's protector." Rabbit said.
"A champion to all." Raccoon twins said at the same time.
"Peter Pan!" The lost colts said together at the sametime, except for Skunk because he doesn't talk much.
"Peter Pan, is he some kind of hero?" Spike asked.
"Oh he is much more of a hero." Fox answered. "Everyone in Neverland worship him, except for pirates because they hate and try to kill him..... until then." For the moment, Spike can see the sad look on everyone including Tiger Lily like she knew. Spike finally solved the puzzle of what P. P. Means on the dagger.
He turn to see her and asked a serious question. "Tiger Lily, tell me, what exactly happened to your friend, no more secret and no more lies."
Tiger Lily feels like she can't escape the truth when she looked at him in the eyes, couldn't say any words to avoid it, so she sigh and decided to tell him what really happen. "Okay, I shall tell how it all happen many years ago."
There was a young stallion who never want to grow up, raised by the fairies and chose to be Neverland greatest protector from the pirates dogs who attempt to claim this world for themselves. They've named him Peter Pan.
In order to protect this world, the fairies give him a magical dust to fly without wings he never needed and the tribal taught him the ways of the swordsmanship, it only took him sometime to mastered it until he did. Though he didn't want to do this alone, so he bring out his worthy companions The Lost Colts.
Many years, they protected everyone and everything, big and small. And many years, they fought against pirates dogs and they've won. Especially when Peter Pan defeated his arch nemesis Captain Hook, even when he being a child, mocking and humiliated Hook all the times.
The Neverland went peaceful thanks to him. The natives, the lost colts, the fairies, and I looking up to him as a hero, and legend never truly die.
But the legend never lasted, when all things about to change. Captain Hook discovered a way to become much more powerful than Peter Pan himself, 'the Neverstar'. Legend says the Neverstar has the power of the Fairy Queen Herself who ever wielded. Its location lives to the two peek mountains far away, all he needed is a guide and he know just one.
When Peter Pan heard the pirate dogs were their at the mountain, he made his way over their, but he is too late be on time when the pirate dogs got here first and held me hostage. Captain Hook demanded him to surrender and kneel before him. Peter Pan had no choice but to do what he said in order to save me.
By the time Captain Hook forced him to surrender, he now about to claim Neverstar by his own hand. But suddenly, Peter Pan couldn't let anything happen if Captain Hook get his hands on it. So he no choice to destroy it. Peter Pan flew fast and I have witnessed. In the end, he destroyed the Neverstar in four remain and..... it happens.
*BOOM*
When I woke up, I only see is dust everywhere falling down. I try to look for him, but all I found is the Neverstar shard..... He die because of me and I forever blamed myself for that day.
*Story Tell End*
Tiger Lily finished the rest of her story to Spike. A baby dragon completely understanding how she feels, almost letting out his tears, but she not the only one who is sad. "Tiger Lily, I... I don't what to say, I'm sorry." He Apologized while he placed his hand on her shoulder.
"You shouldn't be, it is my fault for what I've done." Tiger Lily said.
"Princess, it doesn't matter what you've done, you have to forgive yourself." Fox said.
"I wish it was easy." She said while look away from him.
Everyone went quiet until Spike rise up give them a speech. "Listen, I may not know or met him, but does he ever want you all to be sad." He said and the others admittedly agree for what he say. "It's true he's gone, but that doesn't mean he die for nothing. He did save Neverland multiple times, now our turn to return the favor." Spike finished with his speech, and everyone happily agreeing with a baby dragon, almost everyone because Tiger Lily when she's thinking about it.
*Couple Minutes Later*
Everyone is preparing to rest for the next day for Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx continuing their quest to obtain the third shard before it's too late when the pirate dogs do. Everyone is asleep, except for Tiger Lily who couldn't sleep because she wasn't tired yet. She decide to headed outside to clear her head for while, making sure she doesn't wake them up. By the time she got out the door, Tiger Lily was looking up to the night sky,remembering the time when she first met Peter Pan for a very long time. For a while she looked down and thinking of what Spike said about back then, so she accepted to forgiving herself when she placed her hoof to her heart and looking back up the night sky.
*In The Morning*
Everyone is outside, ready to departed for their mission. Tiger Lily the lost colts to head to her tribe to keep them safe, so they nodded to her. "Alright, I wish you all with best of luck." She said to them.
"You too princess." Fox said and then he look to a baby dragon. "Spike, you better promise nothing happens to Tiger Lily, got it?"
"I will." Spike promised with a thumb up. They now departed while everyone waving each other when they go on different ways. Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx now continuing headed to the Fairy Forest to obtain the third shard.
Before that, Tiger Lily wanted to say to a baby dragon. "Spike, I wanted to say, thank you for making me feel like I'm myself again." She said.
"Um... you're welcome." Spike said confusion but he has to go with it. "Hey Tiger Lily, can you tell us more about him, if you don't want to that's okay."
Tiger Lily didn't want to, but she has to tell Spike and Sparx about Peter Pan more, so she nodded. "Alright I'll tell you both." Tiger said while they still traveling. "When I first met Peter, I thought of him as a playful child. But by the time I get to know him, he became my friend."
"That amazing." Spike said. "I'm happy you have more than one friend. Twilight once said 'friendship is the powerful to anypony'."
"Thank you." She said with a smile. While they traveled, they believed they're almost there to the Fairy Forest for the third shard and then the final quest to the fourth shard once and for all.

**Equestria, Ponyville**
At Twilight's castle, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy were hanging out together, waiting patiently in the hallway for Twilight to let them in. But Rainbow Dash flies back and forth because she's doesn't waiting. "Ugh, how long do we have to wait, it been way to long." Rainbow Dash said.
"Oh calm now darling, it has been seven minutes since we're here." Rarity said while trying to calm Rainbow Dash down.
"She's right, ya need to wait for Twilight to let us in." Applejack said. "Besides, she has an idea to use the elements for us to travel Never world."
"Neverland actually." Fluttershy said.
"Speaking of Neverland." Pinkie Pie said while she popping up behind them. "Do you think there are ponies living their too, uuuuh I bet they like party."
"Easy pinkie, we don't if there are anypony were in Neverland." Applejack said, and Pinkie Pie believe that she has a good point.
Starlight Glimmer opens to the others and said. "Okay girls, you can come in now."
"Finally." Rainbow Dash said with relief. They now headed inside the library to hear Twilight's idea to travel to Neverland.
It is the middle of the day on Neverland, Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx were almost nearly to the Fairy Forest. But before they get their, Tiger Lily teaching Spike how to fight back when they uses sticks from the tree to train. She gave him every strike while he block her attack, but a baby dragon just failed in thirty seconds when he tripped. "You were supposed to move your legs while I moved forward." She said while getting a baby dragon up.
"Yeah, sorry about that." Spike Apologized when he blush in embarrassment. "This is my first time."
"And it would be your last if you don't concentrate, again." Tiger Lily said while both of them doing training again. She began to strike while Spike kept blocking her attack with all his strength. "Remember, once you are facing against your opponents, they can be bigger and stronger than you, but one more thing they also have is lack balance and weaknesses, then you've won." She gave him an advice.
"Wow, thanks for the advice." Spike said while still blocking her attack. "Back then, you've fought against those pirate like it was nothing. All except for Hook, I wasn't sure if he has a weakness."
"He does." Tiger Lily said when she stopped attacking him. "His greatest weakness is his fear of crocodile."
"Crocodile?" Spike asked in confusion until he remembered. "You mean the one that was on the Skull Rock?" He asked again and Tiger Lily nodded him with correction. "Why's he afraid of it?"
"It just say, when it was small, it ripped off Hook's hand and ate it." She answered.
"Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark." Spike said when he holding his wrist.
"Yes, the two of them have not relationship history." She said. "But that's enough training, right now we must move on." Spike nodded to her and they started to grab their stuff to continue to travel. They walking up hill to see the view, but very exhausted when they're almost at the top.
"Tiger Lily, how far is it to the Fairy Forest?" Spike asked while catching his breath head down.
"You should see it for yourself." Tiger Lily said when she stopped and looked in front. Spike move his head up and looked as she did. To his eyes, he sees a beautiful trees he's ever seen. They're made of pink leafs with glowing neon flowers on it and white branches. Spike's eyes and mouth widened with surprise, even Sparx make a same face as he did. "Welcome to the Fairy Forest."
"This is beautiful." Spike said when he admitted and Sparx nodded to him with agreement. "Fluttershy is gonna love this place when I tell her." They've continued to move downhill to the Fairy Forest. By the time they got their in time, everywhere was pretty but the problem is, it's very quiet, causing them to be confused. "I don't get, where are all the fairies?" He asked.
"I... don't know, but something is not right." Tiger Lily said with suspicions. But suddenly, the blue fog appears out of thin air and it smells kinda sweet, but it causing the others a bit dizzy and sleepy.
"What's.... happening." Spike barely said when he started yawning. "It... smells... so... gooooooood." He falls asleep when he collapses to the ground, especially Tiger Lily collapse and Sparx landed on Spike's face. When the fog is clearing out and three of them are sleep, there are couple of lights moving towards them with a sounds of flapping.
Tge eyes grew heavy when it opens, a version gets blurry to the eye, and the sound mumbles throw the ear. Spike is starting to wake up and yawning like he had good nap. "what happen?" Spike asked when he got up from the ground until he noticed Tiger Lily and Sparx were already woken up and surrounded by fairies. "Uh... Tiger Lily, are those-"
"Yes Spike, these are the fairies." Tiger Lily said when she cut off his words. Seeing all the fairies, they're glows are colorful like a rainbow and making shriek noise. They've taken their equipment and the shards.
Spike listening to those fairies and he can clearly understanding them. He looked to Tiger Lily and said. "I can hear them talking about us and they're not happy."
"You can understand them?" Tiger Lily asked and a baby dragon nodded. The fairies move out the way to let five elder fairies pass in towards the three of them. One elder fairy first to talking, but she can't understand what it said until she ask Spike. "What did it say?"
"He said, 'You dare entering our land and bringing our queen's greatest creation?' " Spike translated and the fairies showing them the two shards.
"Elder fairies, I am princess Tiger Lily, and they are my companions." Tiger Lily introduced to them and started telling the elder fairies the reason why they're here. "And the reason why were here, is because we want to obtain the third shard."
The elder fairy next to talk and Spike translated. "He said, 'obtaining the third shard, we refused to let you taken them, not after what Peter Pan have done.'"
"It wasn't what you think." Tiger Lily said. "Peter Pan had to destroy because the pirates is about use it for evil. He sacrificed himself to save Neverland."
The elder fairy next to talk and Spike translated. "He said, 'And yet, Neverland is now doomed thanks to him.'"
"Please, is there any way to trust us?" Tiger Lily asked.
The elder fairy next to talk when it shook his head and Spike translated. "He said, 'there's nothing we can trust you all, now begone and never come back.'"
"But we needed it to be restored and send this dragon back to his world." She try to convince them while she pointed at the baby dragon.
The elder fairy next to talk and Spike translated. "He said, 'it is not of our concern and the shards must remain safely with us, now leave.'"
By the time when the elder fairies and the rest of the fairies left along with a shards, the three of them have no choice but to do what he say while they leave the Fairy Forest. But there is one fairy on top of the tree without getting spotted, seeing them pass by. While they almost walked out of here, Spike asked. "Great, now what do we do?"
"I.. don't know, but we can't go back and take back the shards by force, there has to be a way for them to gain our trust, but how?" Tiger Lily said when she thinking and the two of them are also thinking with her.
"I got nothing, do you Sparx?" Spike asked to his dragonfly friend. Sparxwas thinking but he shook his head, meaning that he doesn't. But suddenly, Spike heard flapping sound and it's not from Sparx, it sounded like... a bell. Spike looked around until he looked up and spotted one fairy moving down. "Tiger Lily, look." He said to her when he pointed at it.
Tiger Lily looked up to see what the baby dragon saw, until she did and it is familiar to her. "Could it be?" Tiger Lily said when she look very closer, until she finally recognize this fairy really well with a smile. "Tinkerbell."
In the Fairy Forest, the three groups mare, baby dragon, and dragonfly already their and met all the fairies, but the elder fairies did not accept their welcome. They kicked the three of them out without the second Neverstar shards, Spike's only chance of going home to Equestria. But suddenly, one fairy named Tinkerbell have come to them. "Tinkerbell, it has been a while ever seen." Tiger Lily said with a smile and a fairy nodded to her with a bell sound and smile also.
"Do you two know each other?" Spike asked in confusion while pointed at them.
"Of course." Tiger Lily answered when she nodded to him. "She is an old friend of Peter Pan, they have been an adventure for years."
"Wow." Spike's surprised and start to introduce to the fairy. "Hi Tinkerbell, I'm Spike the dragon and this is my friend Sparx." He raised his hand to shake hand. But Tinkerbell prefer to shake his finger because she's small so that counts. Tinkerbell started talking with a bell sound, luckily spike can translate of what she saying. "She said, 'what are you here in the forest'?"
"We're here on a quest to restore Neverland." She said to her a reason why. "We needed to fix the Neverstar and send Spike back to his world. But the elder fairies have the shards, maybe you can convince them." Tinkerbell looking down with a frown and shook her head, meaning that she can't.
So she talked with a bell sound and Spike translated. "She said, 'I can't because the elder fairies... banished me'." Tiger Lily was gasping to here what Tinkerbell tell.
"Banished you, why?" Tiger Lily asked in serious question.
Tinkerbell starts to explaining while Spike translated. "She said, 'After the incident, the fairies began their fear of the destruction of Neverstar. The elder fairies found out it was Peter Pan who destroyed it, they became so enraged and blaming on him for bringing doom among us in Neverland. But I did not believe them, I convinced them to understand the reason why he did, but non of them listen. I try everything to them, until the time, they banished me and never return'."
"So that is why they don't trust us." Tiger Lily said when she completely understand.
Tinkerbell next to talk and Spike translated. "She said, 'Yes, now Neverland went to chaos, and the pirate dogs were everywhere and taken over anywhere as their territories'."
Tiger Lily felt so sorry to the fairy and she had to make things right to help her. "Tinkerbell, I wish we can you but... how can we do to gain their trust and get the shards back?" She asked when they started think of the way.
Until that time when Tinkerbell figured it out the idea how when she start to make a bell sound. "What is it?" Spike asked.
Tinkerbell starts to say to them and Tiger Lily asked to Spike. "What does she say?"
"She said, 'I know the way, follow me'." Tinkerbell flies to the east and they starts to follow her where.
A couple of minute later, Tinkerbell was slowing down to let the others to catch up on and so they did. She pointed out to let them see what she sees. Threw their eyes, they saw big fortress made of stones and woods full of pirate dogs. They don't understand why she led them here. "What is this place." Spike asked. Tinkerbell told him with a bell sound, meaning that 'this is the pirate dog's fortress'. "A fortress?" He said in confusion.
"Why are you brought us here?" Tiger Lily asked to Tinkerbell in confusion.
Spike started to translate when Tinkerbell tell Tiger Lily the reason why. "She said, 'this place has kept the rest of the fairies from the forest imprisoned. I was thinking if we free them, the elder fairies would change their minds and give you back the shards'."
Tiger Lily believes that Tinkerbell's idea might actually work. "This could work." She agreed. For a while, Tiger Lily looked at the fortress, seeing there are watch tower and pirate dogs doing all the work, but there are no way to enter. "But there's nothing we can go in without getting spotted by them." She sigh.
"I think I do." Spike spoke up while he looked down at the other side where pirate dogs doing the laundry. He was thinking that the only way to get inside, is to disguise Tiger Lily and himself as pirate dogs. It took them a couple of minute to sneak in, stole the clothes, and dress up like them and painted their faces, looking like a dog and it worked. That made Tiger Lily very intrigued of his ideas. "So, how do I look?" Spike asked when he showed her himself.
"You look like them." Tiger Lily answered, Tinkerbell and Sparx nodded for agree with her.
"Thanks, and you look great too." Spike thankfully to her.
"Good, now here's the plan." Tiger Lily while she keeps on telling each other the plan to get in the fortress.
Meanwhile, two pirate dogs were guarding the big front door, waiting if they spotted for a friend or enemy. But they do look very bored to do this all day and night. However, they spotted two figures walking towards them and it appears to be Spike and Tiger Lily in disguise as pirates, holding Tinkerbell and Sparx in the jar, pretending they are prisoners. One guard pirate dog steps towards them and asked. "Hold, who are ye and what's yer business here?"
Spike was about to say something to the pirate dog, but he frozed and eyes widened when he forgot the part about the fake names for him and Tiger Lily. "W- we're here to bring this uh... fairy and a dragonfly to be your prisoners... and my name is Sp- Sp- Sp- Sparrow and this is my mate uh... brown eyes." Spike barely nervously said introduces to himself and her to them with a pirate accent.
The pirate dog look closer to Spike's face with suspicions, causing the baby dragon nervously sweat and gulp. Tiger Lily was about draw her weapon if they know they're imposters. "Okay, ye can go in now." One guard pirate dog said when they move out the way and opening the big door.
"Oh, uh... Thank you... matie." Spike thankfully said to the pirate dog while they pass inside the door, it was a good thing those pirate dogs are stupid enough to fall for it. By the time they got inside the fortress, their eyes widened to see the biggest operations of mining the gems, explode the stones, and collecting a barrels full of some kind of glowing dust. They believe that this is gonna be harder than they thought. "Now what are we gonna do?" Spike asked in whisper to Tiger Lily.
"What we do, is to find the fairies somewhere in this place, but I do not know where they are." She answered in whisper, while looking around with her eyes.
"Ye their!" The other pirate dog shouted while walking towards Spike and Tiger Lily with aggressive tone and look. "What are ye doing to those fairies, put 'em back to their cage and ye, get back to work."
"Uuuuuh, yes... sir." Spike said in pirate accent and saluted along with Tiger Lily while the pirate dog walks away.
"Okay Spike, I have to find the fairies and you stay outside if something goes wrong, understand?" Tiger Lily said in whisper and Spike nodded until they split up. By the time they split, Tiger Lily walk and look around without being suspicious while holding Tinkerbell and Sparx in the jar. However, she saw a sign of fairy with an arrow pointing left, she believed that this could be where the fairies are.
Meanwhile, Spike was pretending to be working and look around, he couldn't help but seeing gems in the cart, looking so tasty when he drools. But he can't because he remember why he's here.
*Bell Rang*
Spike jumped in panic, believing that they caution him and Tiger Lily somewhere in the fortress. But it's not, because the bell rang, meaning that its lunch time. Pirate dogs dropped the pickaxes and headed to eat while Spike had to stay behind. He felt relieved, but the pirate dog spotted him and said. "Ye their, its break time, move on."
"Uh, actually... I'm not hungry." Spike said in pirate accent while rubbing his head behind.
"I said, MOVE!" Pirate dog shouted while grabbing Spike's head and dragged him.
"Ow, okay okay." Spike said with attitude face while he's been forced. "Tiger Lily, where ever you are, please hurry." He whispered.
Meanwhile, Tiger Lily got inside, looking for the cages where the pirate dogs kept the fairies. However, she saw a door made of metal with one pirate dog guarding. It is to easy for her to take down the guard, so she walked towards the guard and said. "Excuse me, would you hold them." The pirate is confused when she gave him a jar with Tinkerbell and Sparx inside. And then, she flying kick the guard in the face and grab the jar. "Thank you." She said while she take the guard's key for the metal door.
When she unlocks and open the metal door, she finally found the fiaries hanging in cages. The fairies making so much noises like they're panicking, Tiger Lily try to shushing them to calm down while opening the jar to let Tinkerbell and Sparx out. "It is okay, we're here to free you all." Tiger Lily said while they opened every single cages. The fairies are finally free from the tortured place while flying in groups and thankful to the three of them. "You are welcome." She nodded. "Now, all of you must follow us very quietly."
At the outside, Spike was stuck in the middle of all the pirate dogs while they'll chowing down. Until, he spotted Tiger Lily opening the door a little bit without. But the situation is troubling because she and the others can't get out when the pirate dogs everywhere. But luckily, Spike has an idea to distract the pirate dogs. The only way to do that, is to give them a joke.
He climbed up the stage and shouted in pirate accent. "Attention pirates, do you all wanna here jokes, because i got some you really like." All the pirate dogs caught his attention. Spike was thinking to remember a hilarious jokes from Pinkie Pie back then. So he said the first one. "What would bears be without bees? Ears!"
The pirate dogs started to laugh at his joke, it appears Spike's ideas is working, and then start a second joke. "Have you heard the joke about the peach? It's pitiful." He said while they'll laugh again. Spike seeing Tiger Lily get all the fairies out and fly away to the sky, but he has to keep going for the third joke. "Why was the potato alone at the party? Because it got there oily." He said while the pirate dogs laugh and the other one spit out a drink on Spike face. The face paint dripping down on Spike's face and the pirate dogs gasp. "Heheh..." He nervously laughed.
"GET IT!!!" One pirate dog shouted when they charged to the baby dragon. Luckily, Spike managed to jump over them and ran to join Tiger Lily.
Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx finally got all the fairies out of the fortress when they went to the sky. But suddenly, Tiger Lily heard a noise coming from behind her. Until, her eyes widened she sees Spike been chased by couple of pirate dog. She look around quickly until she sees a barrels full of gunpowder. "SPIKE, HURRY!" Tiger Lily said while she stab the barrel and letting the gunpowder out.
Spike finally made it to join the others on time. "What are you doing?" Spike asked in confusion.
"Getting those pirates away from us." Tiger Lily answered and Spike now understand what she's doing. She is planning to scare off the pirate dogs by blowing up the fortress. "Spike, light up the powder."
Spike took a deep breath and spit out his green fire on the lined up powder. "So what now?" He asked.
"Now, we run." Tiger Lily said and the four of them are running out the fortress as fast as they can.
By the time they got out, the pirate dogs on the other hoof, have stopped running because they saw a fire on the gunpowder headed straight to the barrel. "RUN FOR YE LIVE!" One pirate dog shouted and the rest of them were running back away from it.
"Take cover." Tiger said while pointed hoof and jump down on the small hill and covering their hearding because it's gonna be a biggest explosion ever.
*Weak Boom*
Suddenly, it wasn't the biggest explosion they've expected at all. Spike had to look up to the fortress and said. "Huh, that's weird, I was excepting for a huge-"
*Bog Boom Loud*
The fortress has been blown to Oblivion, causing everything fly sky high and falling down to the ground when it cut off Spike's words. A baby dragon's face was covered in black smoke and moved down to look at Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx. "Nevermind, it now did happen." He said and coughing out smoke of his mouth, But at least they all get to laugh at.
Meanwhile at the Fairy Forest, the fairies were flying around until they spotted a few more fairies that were imprisoned. They fly down to reunite with their family and friends when all of them are hugging each other, The Elder fairies are shocked to see them return. When they Spike, Tiger Lily, Sparx, and Tinkerbell arrived, they believed that there the ones who freed the fairies. All this time of blaming, they were wrong for not believing Tinkerbell.
Tinkerbell fly towards the Elder fairies and the first one said to her like they were wrong to not trusted and banished her. And lastly they fly down to where Spike, Tiger Lily, and Sparx are. The first Elder fairy said to them and Tiger Lily asked to Spike. "What did he say."
"He said, 'we wanted to say... thank you and... we're sorry for not trusted you,... we are forever grateful for saving our fairies.'" Spike translated.
"You are welcome, i now understand your judgment." Tiger Lily said when she nodded.
The Elder fairy said when Spike translated. "He said, 'And for that, we will return the Neverstar shards to you along with the third one.'" The Elder fairies order the fairies to bring the the Neverstar shards and handed over to them back. By the time they got the shards back, the Elder fairies wanted Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx to follow them to get the third shard. "He said, 'down to this hole is where the Neverstar shard is, now try to reach it.'" But unfortunately, Tiger Lily can't grab it because she has a hoof and Spike's arm is too small to reach. Luckily for Sparx, only he can go in to get it.
Sparx got out the hole when he's holding the shard with all his strength to fly and Tiger Lily can help him hold it. They now finally obtain the third Neverstar shard. Tiger Lily bowed her head to the Elder fairies with a thanks and they bowed their heads too.
Meanwhile at the destruction of the Fortress, Captain Hook and Mr. Smee made it the to fortress, but the place is destroyed and the captain became furious because of his pirate dogs failing to keep the fairies imprisoned and he already knows who's responsible for this catastrophe. "Mr. Smee, this business becoming bad for my time, but I can assure, i will end it now." Captain Hook said with a sinister look to his eyes.
In the night of the Fairy Forest, the fairies are happily reunited with the others that are imprisoned from the fortress. The Elder fairies offered Tiger Lily, Spike, and Sparx stay for the night to regain their strength. Tinkerbell on the other hoof, is finally to be returned back to the forest from her banishment. Hearing the songs from the fairies is nice and calmly to listen, like everyone's at peace, who knew the fairies can do that so good.
Tiger Lily was sitting and listening to their songs while Spike and Sparx were chatting at each other, but something in her mind feels troubling when she looked at Spike. Tinkerbell appears next to her with a bell sound. "You know Tinkerbell, after we obtained the final shard and place them all together, Spike has a chance to return to a world where he belongs." Tiger Lily said to Tinkerbell. "But the part of myself wasn't ready to say goodbye to him when he leaves, but I have to respect his decisions."
Tinkerbell understand what she means, although she may not know Spike yet, but when she looked at a baby dragon and dragonfly, they reminded of Peter Pan and herself for a very long time and their adventures. It was a good time for her life to be with him, until moan for his sacrifice. Her tear run down to remember it.
In the morning when the sun rises in the horizon, Spike, Tiger Lily, and Sparx are ready to start on their journey. But before they go, the Elder fairies wants to give them something for their quest. One Elder fairy said when Tiger Lily asked Spike to translate. "What did he say?"
"He said, 'Before you all go, take this with you on your quest.'" Spike translated while the Elder fairies giving them one bag. "He said, 'within this bag is a pixie dust, use it wisely on your journey if something goes terribly wrong.'"
Tiger Lily nodded to them for thanking them for the bag of pixie dust. Suddenly, Tinkerbell appears to them when she circling around, wishes to go with them. "Are you sure you want to come with us?" Tiger Lily asked and Tinkerbell nodded for sure.
They now left the Fairy Forest while waving all the fairies. Their next and final destination is two Peaks Mountain where the last Neverstar shard is, luckily it is not far from here for five hours. They've traveled across the land, up and down hills, and through over the river. Spike feeling excited to go home to Equestria and he's gonna tell Twilight and the others about his adventures, but he feels like Twilight's gonna be mad for leaving the castle. However they finally almost made it their destination. "We made it, we actually made it." Spike said while looking at two peaks mountain. But suddenly, he sees there is a strange message written in stone and a baby dragon couldn't understand what it says. "What does the sign say." He asked to them.
Tiger Lily walked aside to him to see the message and reading when she speak. "What you see inside the mountain, isn't real from those you have known and unknown. Face your fear or forever be lost." She finished reading. However, Tiger Lily believes it's a riddle but she know what it means.
"What do you think it means?" Spike asked.
"I... am not quite sure, the message wasn't their when I was arrived to the mountain from the beginning." Tiger Lily answered when she still looked at it. But she can't focus on it, right now they must go to the high up mountain to get the shard when they entered the cave.
The inside of the cave was very cold as ice and the wind blew the sound of whistle, everyone beside Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell, feel a bit nervous about this. "Tiger Lily, do you know where we going?" Spike asked.
"Hopefully I do." Tiger Lily answered when she looks around. "I barely remembered when I got here."
Suddenly, a mist appears below them when they walking up. "This is starting to get very creepy." Spike said when he noticed the mist lifted and Sparx nodded to agree with a baby dragon. However, they stopped when Spike not noticed that Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell were not there with them. "Uuuh... Sparx, where are they?" He asked to his dragonfly friend until he shook his head, meaning he don't know.
"Spike... Sparx, Where are you two?" Tiger Lily asked in worry when she shouted while Tinkerbell was flying around to look for those two, but no sight of seeing for the baby dragon and a dragonfly. Until... Tiger Lily spotted a shadow figure standing in front of them, shape like a pony. "Who are you?" She asked to the figure. But suddenly, the shadow figure run away from them. "Wait... wait!" Tiger Lily shouted while she started to chasing the figure and Tinkerbell is catching up with her.
Meanwhile, Spike and Sparx were looking for Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell the same way as they do, but still no sight of them. But something makes Spike caught attention when he turned around and spotted a door appears out of nowhere. "What, that wasn't there before." Spike said while he and Sparx walking towards it.
Spike knows he shouldn't have to do it, but he's curious when he placed his hand on the handle and twisted to open it. By the time he opened, the flash of light blinded them when they covered their eyes. When the flashes is down, Spike and Sparx ended up to a place that the baby dragon is familiar. "Wait, is this... a castle library?" Spike said in confusion, feeling like he came back.
Back to Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell, they were still chasing a shadow figure for a minute. until they've stopped and lost it. "Ugh, it's gone." Tiger Lily said in frustration.
"Hello Tiger Lily, it's been awhile." A mysterious male voice said to her but a familiar one to them. Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell slowly turned around and gasping to see who's behind them. It is Peter Pan who stand before them.
Back to Spike and Sparx, a baby dragon is very confuse of how he and Sparx ended up here at the castle library. Everywhere and everything looks real but still quite put a finger on. But suddenly, Spike heard the sound of a hoof steps coming from the hallway. "Hello, is anypony there?" Spike said. But there are no response, so Spike and Sparx had to follow the sound of hoof steps.
By the time they got here, Spike's eyes widened to who stands in front of them, his sister Twilight Sparkle was standing there to the map room. "Twilight!" Spike shouted while running towards her and gave her a hug. "Twilight, I missed you so much, you're gonna believe when what I've something to say." However Twilight Sparkle didn't respond back to him. "Um... Twilight?" He said, feeling a bit nervous.
A baby dragon looked up to see a purple alicorn and seeing she is mad when she glared at him. "Why... why didn't you come back?" Twilight said in aggressive tone while pushing him away.
"I... I had to come back." Spike said. "I've only been gone for almost two weeks."
"Two weeks, TWO WEEKS?!" She shouted in high voice while opening her wings and stomping hoof. "You've been gone for years, and Equestria is in ruins because of you!"
"Ruins?" Spike said in confusion. "What do you mean Equestria is in ruins?"
"I'll show you." Twilight said when she use her magic to lift Spike and Sparx. And then throw them hard outside to the front door of the castle.
Spike was getting up from ground, just for Sparx if he is hurt. "Sparx, are you okay buddy?" Spike asked and a dragonfly nodded, meaning that he is okay. "Oh thank Celestia." He's relieved, until he look up and his eyes widened to see a horror sight before his very eyes. Equestria became a wasteland. The natures were burned, the buildings were destroyed, even the clouds of ashes falling down from the dark red sky. "Oh no..... no no..... no NO NO!" Spike started to tearing up and his heartbeat pounded really hard to see a horrible sight when he get down on his knee.
Back to Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell, a mare is completely speechless to see Peter Pan again. "Are you gonna say something?" He said while waiting for her to say anything.
"Peter, is it really you?" Toger Lily asked when she step forward slowly.
"What do you think?" Peter Pan said in attitude, causing her to stop taking her step. "You let this happen to me when I destroyed the Neverstar."
"It was an mistake." Tiger Lily said when she try to reason with him. "I was tricked by Hook, he is the one who done this."
"It doesn't matter now." He said, moving towards her while she took a steps back. "What matters, is I have to give you a choice. Fight me... or perish." He drew his dagger from the handle and going on battle stands. Tinkerbell swoops in front of him to stop him. But the worst part, Peter Pan smack the fairy to move out the way.
"Tinkerbell!" Tiger Lily shouted in gasp to see Tinkerbell get hurt, until she reacted to notice Peter Pan swiped his dagger when she dodged his attack. "Peter please, I do not wish to fight you." She said while drew her axe out.
"Wrong answer." Peter Pan said when he is flying up and then he flew towards her to strike, until Tiger Lily block his attack. Their weapons push against each other.
Back to Spike and Sparx, a baby dragon get up on his feet from ground and wiping tears on his cheek. "How could this happen?" Spike asked in worry while he look around.
"The apocalypse happened." Twilight Sparkle said whe she appeared on his right side, looking all messy all over the purple alicorn's body.
"Apocalypse?" Spike said in confusion and worry to her. "I don't understand, what do you mean?" Twilight Sparkle moved her hoof to the sky, making Spike to look up the eclipse. Spike was so shock to witness and then Twilight Sparkle disappeared. "Twilight... Twilight where are you?"
Suddenly, the sound of roar and the light become from behind them. Slowly turned around and gasping with eyes widened in fear to see the red darkness firing eye, looking at them. "I see you." it said with a demonic voice, causing a baby dragon to collapse backwards in panic and Sparx swoops behind him. "there will be nothing left... but ashes... and apocalypse.
Back to Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell, she had try her best to avoid and block his attack with all she can, but It will never last. "Come on Tiger Lily, you've easily defeated those pirates all on your own." He said. "But you couldn't beaten Hook by your self. Do you know why, its because you're afraid of losing anyone who faced Hook alone."
For what he said, hits her by the truth she now admitted. Until the time, she remembered about the message from the beginning saying 'face your fear' part, Tiger Lily now know the answer of this riddle. It is illusion of fear. So, she dropped her axe and said to him the truth. "You are right, I am afraid of losing anyone, afraid of facing Hook by myself because of my anger."
Peter Pan looked at her in the eye and seeing that she's telling the truth with his serious face. For the moment, he smile and putting the dagger back to the handle and said. "At least you admitted, but for now... you pass." Tinkerbell getting up from the ground and fly back to Tiger Lily. By the time they're together, Peter Pan just dissapeared, It turns out that he is an illusion. "But before you go, you might want to help that little dragon friend of yours, follow his voice." An echoing voice said until it vanished. She nodded and both of them are out to look for Spike and Sparx.
Back to Spike and Sparx, they are surrounded by the red flames of darkness, causing them to find no way out if this. Spike's heart beating harder than before, feeling like he'll pass out. Sparx is doing his best to calm him down but it's not working. "Spike." A familiar female voice said to him. "Everything you see, is an illusion to control your fear. Close your eyes, breathe calmly to your mind." So both of them have to do what that voice say, they closed their eyes and breathe in and out to slow down the heart beat. Everywhere went clear and the flames are out, until they've opened their eyes and finally see Tiger Lily and Tinkerbell. "There you both go, feeling better?"
"Yeah... we feel much better." Spike nodded along with Sparx while moving his eyes around to see everywhere. "So... everything is not real?"
"No it is an illusion." She answered. "Its meant to testing our courage to pass through our fear."
"I see, but it felt so... real l." Spike said. "Its like Twilight was there and... oh never mind, where to now?" The answer to his question right there to everyone's side. The hole from the light appears to be an exit. "Please tell me that's another illusion."
"I don't believe it is an illusion." She said while raising her hoof out and feel the wind blow. "It is our way out, come on." The group were following her the light and finally made it out from the cave. When the shards are growing from her bag, so does the last one glow from all the way from the top is when they see. "There it is, we are almost there."
"Fourth shard, here we come." Spike said while they continue to walk up hill on the mountain. Their quest of obtaining the last shard is almost at it end.
Almost at the top of the mountain, the four of them were managed to get out the cave from the illusions that shows their fear. Luckily, they did face it. And now they have keep on going to the fourth and last shard to the peak. But unfortunately, there is one problem, their path is blocked by a couple of boulders. "So... how are we gonna through to this?" Spike asked.
"No, we won't." Tiger Lily answered. "Even if we pass through those boulders, it'll cause the rock slides and dragging us with it."
"Oh." Spike now understand when he looked at boulders. "Then how are we going to do?"
"We climb." Tiger Lily said while taking out rope, she tied it up for something to hold. After that, Tiger Lily spinning it and throw it on top of the stone. She testing the rope if it is strong enough to hold, but now it is. But suddenly, when she looked at Spike, he seemed to be very nervous. "Do not worry, I will be right behind you the whole time."
"Uh... thanks." Spike said to her until he asked to himself. "Why can't I be hatched with wings?" They now began to climb up with a rope, it was really high up for them get their in time. A baby dragon still nervous to look up, but he has to keep on going when Tiger Lily was behind. Tinkerbell and Sparx on the other hoof, were so lucky they can fly in no problem.
They now finally made it to the other side when they go on the ground. "See, it wasn't so bad now, is it?" Tiger Lily said while she untying the rope.
"Yeah, it wasn't that bad, but let's not do that again." Spike said after catching up his breath. Tiger Lily can see the grow from the shards in her bag, it is only matter of time before they get their on top. They now continues to move up forward to their destination. "Wow, I can't believe we're really on top." He said to Sparx next to him when he sees Neverland better down and a dragonfly nodded.
"It is indeed the highest mountains in Neverland." Tiger Lily said to give the baby dragon a correction. "Once you return to your world, what will you do?"
For the moment, Spike was just thinking if he returns to his world until he answered to her. "Hmm... well now what you mentioned, I can tell my friends where I've been and how amazing our adventures is, although I'm pretty sure Twilight is gonna be mad and grounded me for leaving the castle."
"I can imagine it." Tiger Lily said when she chuckled. "But I am sure she won't be upset for this, just only be worry for you."
"I guess so." Spike said when rub his head behind. "I wonder how they're doing at the Grand Galloping Gala? But I think it's worst than the last time."
"Worst than the last time?" Tiger Lily said in confusion.
"Um, you don't want to know." Spike said. After their conversations, it seems they've now made it to the top of the mountain and finally spotted the last shard in the stone. "There it is!" The baby dragon ran towards it and grabbed it to join the others. This is the moment they finally have all four shards in their position.
"This is it, my father once said to me, 'once you have all four of them, you must combine them together at the same time,and then place it back to the stone to ignite its power.' are you ready Spike?" Tiger Lily said to Spike while she passing the other shard and she holds two shards.
But before they do it, The baby dragon wanted to say to Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx. "Guys, I wanted to admitted... it has been the best adventure I've ever been in my life, and... thank you." Spike said with a smile on his face, but seeing Sparx looking so sad. "Don't worry Sparx, I promise I will see you again someday. After all, we are still friends." Because of Spike promised, Sparx has turned his sad face to smile to accept it when he nodded.
Spike and Tiger Lily are now ready to combine the shard into one, just like an voice said in Spike's dream back then. A native mare start to count down. "One... Two... Three." They now place the shard together. However, the shards began to glow more and more and then the cracks is starting to fix itself. By the time when its finished glowing, the second Neverstar is completely fixed. Now for the last part, it needs to be placed to the stone. Tiger Lily is about take to the stone, until... she hear a clapping metal sound, coming from behind them.
"What an magnificent scene." Captain Hook said when he's causing everyone to get shock by his appearance. "Though I must admit, I wanted to congratulate you all of your successful noble quest of restoring the Neverstar."
"Hook?!" Spike gasp. "How did you get here right now?"
"It's quite easy dear Spike." Captain Hook said to answering them. "We took our own path instead of the one you took."
"We?" Spike said in confusion, until there are all pirate dogs appears, even Mr. Smee and surrounded them in full circle, draw their weapons and a few blocking the stone. Tiger Lily and Spike also draw their weapons and the four of them take stands of defending the Neverstar.
"If you are gonna take the Neverstar, you will have to get through to us." Tiger said while putting the Neverstar in her bag.
"Oh, I attempted to." Captain Hook said until he notice their's a fairy on their side, a fairy he recognize. "Is that you Tinkerbell... well now, it is a pleasure to see you again my dear, I haven't seen you from the demise of Peter Pan."
Tinkerbell started to glow red, meaning that she is angry and she started fly towards Captain Hook to attack him. But Spike stopped her by grabbing her wings with his fingers. "Don't do it Tinkerbell, it's not worth it." He said until a fairy's glow turned back to normal and he let go.
"You're right Spike." Tiger Lily said. "We cannot let our anger corrupted us, we need to not let Hook get his paws on the Neverstar."
"Enough speak." Captain Hook said while he took a step back. "The rest of you, get them and bring me the Neverstar."
The pirate dogs begins to attack a native mare and the baby dragon with full charge while Mr. Smee giving Captain Hook's foldseat and passing him a gold cup of wine. Thanks to Tiger Lily, she completely taught Spike how to fight and how to defend himself. The baby dragon is starting to get good at this when he uses the dagger and breathe green fire one at a time. Tiger Lily is doing all her best to not let the pirate dogs taking her bag from her when she's fighting still. Sparx and Tinkerbell worked together as team to distracted the pirate dogs by blinding them and hitting themselves to one another. It would seem the pirate dogs are about to lose by them, until Captain Hook hate to see his crew are failing.
"It looks like they're winning Captain." Mr. Smee said.
Captain Hook standing up out of his seat and said with a sigh. "Must I do everything myself." He draw his sword and walked over to Spike, and then kick the baby dragon to the ground, causing Spike to lose his dagger. Spike was just about breathe green fire on Captain Hook, but he can't because Captain Hook squeezed his neck with his foot to stop breathing fire. "Enough, surrender and hand over the Neverstar and I will let Spike go as promised." He said when Tiger Lily and others stop, even the pirate dogs stop their attacks.
Tiger Lily was shock to see Captain Hook holding down Spike on the ground. "Don't hurt him, he need to return to his world." Tiger Lily said in worry.
"Don't worry... about me... Tiger Lily, just don't give... it to him." Spike barely said while he try to break free from Hook's foot from his neck.
"Last chance Tiger Lily." Captain Hook said when he pointed his sword at the baby dragon. "You do not want this to happen to Spike now, do you? Hand it over, and I will use it to send him home as promise, you have my word."
Tiger Lily began to be struggling with thoughts of choices. It's either giving him the Neverstar, or he'll end Spike's life. "Okay... I will give it to you." Tiger Lily said when she had no choice. She pulled out the Neverstar from her bag and walked towards him. At this moment, Captain Hook had hold to the Neverstar on his hook with an evil smile. "Now let him go."
"Hmm... Actually, I change my mind." Captain Hook said when he tricked Tiger Lily, causing her to gasp in shock. He snapped his fingers to his pirates to grab Tiger Lily and the others to grab Tinkerbell and Sparx while putting them in the bag.
"You said you have your word." Tiger Lily said while she struggling.
"I lied." Captain Hook said while he grab Spike by the neck with his bare hand. "You see, there is the only lesson you haven't learn... is never trust the pirate's deal." Captain Hook began to laugh along with a pirate dogs too. To this moment, Spike managed to break free his neck and start to bite him by the forearm, causing Hook to be pained. "Argh! You little... BRAT!" He tossed Spike to the cliff.
"NOOOO!" Tiger Lily shouted to see a horrible moment of Spike's demise, hearing his screams when fall to his doom. When the baby dragon's scream faded, she kneel down to the ground and her tears dripping down from eyes, believing that Spike's truly gone.

**Equestria, Everfree Forest**
The mane six and Starlight made it towards obtained The Elements Of Harmony where the abandoned castle of the two sisters is. Twilight Sparkle give her friends the elements when its glows to appears the necklaces and a crown. "Now that we have the elements, it's time to go Neverland." Twilight said while the others are nodded.
They walked out to the cave where The Tree Of Harmony, but a purple alicorn stopped when feels something. This feeling was not a good, it's bad way. "Are yah alright Twi?" Applejack asked on her right side while the others stopped their tracks.
"I... I dont know." Twilight answered. "It feels like... something wrong with Spike... like he's in terrible trouble."
"Whatever it is Twilight, we'll be there for him in no time." Rainbow Dash said while flying around and others nodded to agree with her.
"You're right Rainbow, let's do this." Twilight said like her spirit is rising to the top. They now begin to go to the spot where Spike was when he was sent to Neverland.
In the afternoon was a tragic day on the two peak mountains, Captain Hook got the Neverstar at his grasp, Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx were captured, and Spike... has fallen to his demise. "C- Captain you... you killed him." Mr. Smee said when he looked down.
"I do it, because this is what happens to those who rejected my deals Mr. Smee, I do not take loose ends." Captain Hook said while he walks to Tiger Lily and then placing his hook under her chin to lift her head up. "First Peter Pan, and now Spike. No matter where they follow you, you've led them to their doom. Take them away, we are going back to the ship." Captain Hook and the pirate dogs are now leaving the mountain along with Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx as prisoners and the Neverstar.
At the farthest down to the cliff where Spike is, the baby dragon was unconscious to the stone slab. However, he's starting to wake up when he is twitching his hand and eyes opened heavy. "Ugggh... hugh... my head..." he barely said until he come to his senses when he gasp and shock. "Tiger Lily, I gotta help my friends and then... wooah!" He gasp in fear when the baby dragon didn't realized that he's in a middle of stone slab which no where to go.
Spike was frozed to keep himself steady not to move a single inch until he'll figured it out how to get out of this situation. "Come on Spike, think." He said to himself. But suddenly, the stone slab is starting to crack slowly. "Uh-oh, this can't be good." But there's hope for him that he noticed is he had a bag that the Elder fairies gave him. The baby dragon reached out to the bag slowly and surely. But the worst part is... the slab is broken and falling with Spike when he screamed.
The bag in Spike's hand just slipped out of him, causing the baby dragon to try to grab it before he reach the ground. "Come on... come on, reach!" He shouted while he almost reached the bag with his finger. However, Spike now finally has the bag at his hand. By the time when he opened the bag, the pixie dust just blow right out on his face all over, causing him to cough and sneezed. But the pixie dust is starting to glow all around him.
To this moment, he is near to the ground when he sees it. Spike couldn't imagine when he end up splat to the ground when he closed his eyes and forearms block, until... his falls stopped. The baby dragon strangely noticed that he couldn't landed and air did not blow on him. He opened his one eyes and now realized he's flying. "I- I'm... flying?" Spike asked to himself until he turns to excitement. "Yeah ahaha, now this is my chance to help my friends." He now fly back up to the peak of the mountain to save them but clumsy to use it magic. By the time Spike got their, he was too late. He knew exactly where they taken them. So instead going after them, he need some help and he knows just the place where he will be.
*Meanwhile*
At the pirate dogs ship, the pirate dogs are celebrating their victory for Captain Hook to have Neverstar by cheering his greatness. Captain Hook wears the Neverstar around his neck as a trophy. He stand up from his seat and speak to all his pirate dogs when they starts to pay attention to him. "My fellow crew, for years we suffered of failing to take over Neverland... but no more. With this Neverstar around my neck, we can claim this world in my own image, starting now. Let us a toast to our victorious." He finished giving them speech when he's back to his seat while his followers are enjoying it.
Inside the ship in the cell room, Tiger Lily was in the cells bar in shackle on her hoof legs. Tinkerbell and Sparx are in the jar together on the table, trying to break free but didn't work. Tiger Lily couldn't say a single word when she got their, she never stop thinking about poor Spike and his chance to return to Equestria. "I am sorry Spike..." She said while her tear runs down to her face.
*Meanwhile*
At the Tribal Land, the natives and the lost colts are around the fire, doing feasting and telling stories. But suddenly, one pony native spotted something flying towards their territorial land. The pony native sound the alarm with a battle cry to alert the other natives. They all prepare their weapons and take their battle stands for whatever it's coming to here. "Hold!" The chief said to his tribe in native language when he recognized small figure and it was Spike who is flying but clumsy when he hits the ground. "Spike the dragon, what has brought to here and... where is my daughter?" He asked.
"Captain Hook got her and the Neverstar." Spike answered, causing every native and the lost colts to gasp to hear what he said. "I could've got their in time to save them, but I didn't. Oh who am I kidding back in my world, I'm just an assistant and baby dragon, not some 'THE' hero that I am."
The native chief took a few step towards the baby dragon and said. "Listen to me young one, becoming the hero is the hardest difficulty to all, but does it mean to you that you given up right now?"
"Now that you mentioned it, you're right, I never give up." Spike said when the chief is right.
"This is the answer I wanted you to remember." The chief said.
"Thank you, your chiefness. But right now, I came here because I needed your help, all of your help to fight back the pirate dogs and rescue them." Spike said to all the natives.
"Then you are right, the pirate dogs have been terrorized Neverland for the last time. Chief Screaming Eagle said when he makes a serious face. "It is time we fight back." All the natives and the lost colts agreeing with the chief by standing on to themselves and ready to battle against the pirate dogs.
*Meanwhile*
The pirate dogs drags Tiger Lily and bringing Tinkerbell and Sparx in the jar to the long branch what holds the jolly roger. They tied them up while Captain Hook walk towards her and said. "It hurts, doesn't it." He lifted her chin up. "But no matter, you shall witness as I take over Neverland by destroying every single land you've known, including your tribe."
The worst moment suddenly hits Tiger Lily by words from Captain Hook when she struggling in anger. "If you ever harm them, I swear i will-"
"Now now, let's not get to hasty my dear." Captain Hook said when he cut off her words. "After all, they all will becoming my slaves when I'm done with all of this, for right now... sit tight and enjoy the show." Captain Hook now walks away and headed up to the top where the wheel turn is along with Mr. Smee following him. "Are all the other six of ships ready Mr. Smee?" He asked.
"Indeed they are captain." Mr. Smee answered.
"Excellent, time for the uprising begins now." Captain Hook said when he removed the Neverstar on his neck and reach out up high with his arm. The Neverstar began to glow to releases its power to spread around all the seven ships with its sparkling dust. The pirate dogs feels the shake on the ship and started to rise up from the water and to all the pirate dog's ship, causing Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx to react in shock.
All flying ships began to moved towards Neverland, reading to load on each canon to fire every land on each spots. "...fire." Captain Hook said to order his pirate dogs. The pirate launched canon ball on every target on land, causing all animals and magical creatures that lived their running for their lives. Captain Hook is enjoy the show while he chuckles, but Mr. Smee feels bad for doing terrible things with them while watching everywhere is destroyed.
Tiger Lily couldn't stand seeing such horrible sights. "You coward!" She shouted to Captain Hook while she struggle.
"HEY!" A young voice shouted to catch everyone's attention, and familiar to Tiger Lily.
Tiger Lily was looking around to find where the voice coming from, until she looked up and spotted at what's in her eyes. "Spike." She said when she sees the baby dragon floating in front of the big ship, causing all the pirate dogs to gasp to see he is flying, even Captain Hook is surprised to see him alive.
"Why is this not possible to get rid of that small weakling dragon?" Captain Hook asked, but he didn't care how Spike survived. "The rest of you, get him." He order his pirate dogs to attack the baby dragon, until Spike just swoops in and releases his green fire to the floor, making the pirates dogs back off.
Spike landed with a slide and save Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell and Sparx by cutting the rope on her and opening the jar that Tinkerbell and Sparx are inside. Sparx immediately swoops out and give Spike a hug on his face, especially Tiger Lily just rush in for a hug at the baby dragon. "Thank goodness you're alright. I thought you were gone." Tiger Lily said.
"It takes more than a simple fall to take me out, but I'm fine thanks to pixie dust." Spike said while passing weapon to her. "Right now, we need to stop the ships before they wiped out Neverland."
"And we will." Tiger Lily nodded and so does Tinkerbell and Sparx.
Spike, Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx now face forward to take face to face on Captain Hook and the rest of the pirate dogs. "Well... I see you're still alive from the fall, I'm impressed dear boy." Captain Hook admittedly underestimated the baby dragon. "But it is foolish to come here all alone to rescuing your friends and face me and my army."
"Actually Hook... you're right. It was pretty stupid of me to face all of you." Spike said until he makes a smirk. "And also, who says I've come here alone."
Captain Hook was confused for what the baby dragon said. Until he suddenly noticed to hear the sound of scream and stomps, coming from over the distance closer to the cliff. The sound came from the native ponies charging towards the ships with a battle cry. "Pirate dogs... TO BATTLE!" Captain Hook shouted to ordering his crew while pointed his sword up high.
The natives are preparing jump off the cliffs to landing on each seven ships, and so they did. Like moth to a flame, two sides are drawn to the battle of Neverland. Tonight... is their last stand.
The mane six and Starlight made their way back to the spot where Spike's disappearance. They've circled up each other for the moment they will use the elements to transport them to Neverland to find their baby dragon friend. "Alright, are you girls ready?" Twilight asked to her friends.
"Ah am ready as a apple falling out the tree, partner." Applejack nodded.
"As do I." Rarity nodded.
"Okie dokie lokie." Pinkie Pie nodded while she jumped.
" you betcha." Rainbow Dash nodded.
"I'm ready." Fluttershy nodded with a soft words.
"Okay, here we go." Twilight said. A purple alicorn closed her eyes and focused on her magic on the element of magic. By the time the elements of Harmony began to glow together, they shoots out its beam at the Neverstar in the night sky. The mane six and Starlight are amazed to see it's working when the beam hit the Neverstar. The Neverstar began to glow more bright until the beam is finished. The glowed Neverstar went out... to nothing happens, causing these ponies to get shocked and confusion.
Starlight Glimmer stepped in next to Twilight and asked. "Uh Twilight... does this supposed to happen?"
"N-no, it wasn't." Twilight answered to her pupil with such confusion. "I don't understand... the elements should've worked." A purple alicorn sat down on the ground, feeling disappointed at herself while Starlight placed her hoof around her. The others walked towards Twilight and giving her a comforts to cheer her up. "I'm sorry Spike, I try." Twilight said while looking up at the Neverstar.
The battle rages on between the Tribe and the Pirate Dogs, clashing to one another on each ships their on. Captain Hook have his advantage to flee from the battle with the Neverstar at his position while Spike and Tiger Lily were kept fighting the pirate dogs. "He's getting away with the Neverstar." Spike said while he keeps fighting.
"We need to get it back from him, but there are too many pirates block our path." Tiger Lily said.
They managed to defeated a few pirate dogs, but more of them keeps on coming and blocked their way to get to Captain Hook. Suddenly, the lost colts came to aid for their help. "You both go get Hook, We'll hold these pirates." Fox said to Spike and Tiger Lily.
"We will, thank you boys." Tiger Lily thankfully to the lost colts when they nodded to her. She now turns to the baby dragon. "Let us go Spike." Now, both Spike, Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx are on their way to find Captain Hook and stop him while going to the back of this huge ship.
They all made it up to the stairs at the back of the huge ship, but there is no sign of Hook anywhere when they got their, until now he appears behind. He drew out his sword slowly and taking his battle at them. "If you all going to take the Neverstar, you are to have to fight me for it." Captain Hook said while Spike and Tiger Lily drew out their weapons.
"And we will." Tiger Lily said when the baby dragon nodded to agreeing with her.
"That's right, because we're gonna stop you once and for all." Spike said.
"Oh... I'm going to enjoy this." Captain Hook said with a sinister smiling face.
They now began to charge towards to Captain Hook and then strike with their weapons, but Captain Hook just immediately just block their attack like it was nothing when he pushed them back. Both of them clanging their weapons multiple times to keep it up. It was really difficult for the mare and the baby dragon to beat Hook with all their might. To Hook, it is pretty easy for him when he is mocking them and seriously make his strike of attack. Tinkerbell and Sparx swoops in rushed to attack on the pirate captain, but Hook just smacked them away pretty hard with his hand. Spike gasp for Tinkerbell and Sparx gets hurt, until he looked back at Hook with an angry. The baby dragon releases his green fire ball to blasted to Hook, but the pirate captain just dodged it. "Is this the best you can do Spike?" Captain Hook asked.
Tiger Lily jumped from behind Hook for a sneak attack, but the pirate captain knew she is right behind him when he grabbed her by the hoof and tossed her out of the huge ship. "TIGER LILY!!!" Spike shouted when he reached out to her. Luckily, Tiger Lily landed on the other ship from the bottom unharmed.
"I am alright Spike, just stop Hook." Tiger Lily shouted to the baby dragon up their.
Spike nodded to her as a promise, although he's a bit nervous because he is only one left who can face Hook alone. But right now, he needs to be brave to accept he will stop the pirate captain and take the Neverstar. "Now it's just you... and me Spike." Captain Hook said while approaching to the baby dragon.
"You're gonna pay for hurting my friends." Spike said with an aggressive tone while taking his stand.
"Atta boy." Captain Hook said with an evil smile while taking his battle stands.
Spike starts to run towards the captain until he flies and then go for the strike with a scream. But the baby dragon stopped his flying because Captain Hook pointed at him with a sword. It is Captain Hook's turn to make his move by clanging weapons each other, causing Spike to move back. It is getting much harder for Spike because he is small to face the final boss, but Spike had a trick on his sleeve. He unleashes his green fire breath at his face, but he misses by burning Hook's hat.
Captain Hook quickly removed his hat and tossed it away while it burns itself, until he now started to feel like he had enough of this. The pirate captain swipe Spike's chest, causing the baby dragon to feel pain. And then, he kicked the baby dragon hard to the ground. Captain Hook is about to end life when lifted his sword and swipes down, but Spike block his attack while holding back up with all strength. "For the first time we've met, I had offered you my deal of opportunity, but you have spat in my face." Captain Hook said while holding the baby dragon down with his sword, but now he will use his hook to finish him. "Any last words, Spike?"
The baby is ready to say his final words, but until he was caught attention when he see the Neverstar in the night... started to glow and then, it shoots out the beam from the elements of Harmony. "Look, behind you." Spike warned.
"Hah, how fool do you think I... huh?" Captain Hook asked until his question is cut off and noticed the sound of the beam coming from the night sky. He turned around quickly and saw the beam's head towards his position because it's target is the second Neverstar on his neck.
The tribe and the pirate dogs has stopped their fighting and witnessed the beam was shoots out by the Neverstar, even Tiger Lily witnessed. Until for this moment on... the beam of the elements hits the second Neverstar. Causing Captain Hook to scream in panic by its incredible power. The string that hold the second Neverstar burned away and the second Neverstar lifted by itself while spinning really fast, and then... it shoots up to the night sky until everywhere goes light flashes and blows everyone hard.
The flash of light faded and the sparkling dusts falling down the night sky while everyone is getting back up to stands. Spike getting up on his feet and rushed towards his small flying friends, making sure if they're alright. "Hey... are you two alright?" He asked Tinkerbell and Sparx until the two of them nodded, meaning that they are okay. He then notice the sound of struggling figure, it turned out to be Captain Hook is holding to it with his bare hook in order not to fall.
Spike walk slowly towards to the pirate captain to keep his distance. Captain Hook sees the baby dragon is approach and barely said to him. "Please... help me Spike... don't let me fall to my... doom, be a good dragon." Spike knew to himself that he's not the bad guy who let everypony die. So, he decided to help Hook by grabbing his right hand. by the time when Spike pulled him, Hook makes smirk face by tricking the baby dragon when he raises his hook to end his life.
"SPIKE LOOK OUT!" Tiger Lily shouted when she rushed towards them. Spike gasp when he sees Hook is going to kill him. However, when Hook almost swipes at the baby dragon, He let go of his hand and letting him fall to the sea for his doom.
Captain Hook falling down from the sky, preparing to be landed on water. He knew he would survived the fall to the water, but unexpectedly... the crocodile pops out of the water and opened wide to eat him.
"Oh, shiver me timber..." Captain Hook said his last words, until...
*CHOMP*
The crocodile finally got what it wanted, burping out his hook and let it drown to the bottom while it swims away.
Up to the sky where the huge ship is, Spike just witnessed the demise of Captain Hook got eaten by the crocodile while Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx were approach next to him. "Hook he... he didn't have to..." Spike barely said, but couldn't have to say anything.
"It's okay Spike... it's over." Tiger Lily said while giving the baby dragon a hug to comfort, along with Tinkerbell and Sparx. The sun rises up to the horizon in the morning, battle of Neverland... is over, Captain Hook... is no more.
Meanwhile, the seven ships were moved back down to the seas. The natives have defeated the few remaining the pirate dogs that they are now imprisoned in the ships, except for Mr. Smee because he quit being a pirate to be a lackey for them. By the time when they all done, everyone is out of the ships and back to the land where the beach is.
The everypony were gathered around each other and the chief said to his tribe in native language. "My ponies, this battle is over, all thank to this brave young dragon named Spike the dragon." Tribe and the lost colts cheered for the baby dragon. "Because of his bravery and selflessness, he had defeated Hook and his followers who threatening Neverland and finally reunited the Neverstars among the stars."
Chief Screaming Eagle turns to Spike and said. "Thank you Spike the dragon for saving Neverland from evil. With your heroism, we are forever grateful in your debt."
"Actually your chiefness, I didn't do this alone." Spike said honest words. "Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx were the ones who also saved Neverland."
The chief nodded to agreeing to the baby dragon when he is telling the truth and looking at his daughter and two flying with such proud face. Although, the chief noticed that Spike's face is frown, because the second Neverstar is among the stars, his best chance to return to Equestria is gone.
But suddenly, two Neverstars is started to glow together when everypony eyes widened. Two sparkling dusts appeared out of them and comes down when its twisted altogether, causing everyone to gasp by its attention on the beach. By the time when it joins them, the sparkling light appearing the figure from the white light. The figure turn out to be... The Fairy Queen herself. Tall as princess Celestia, eyes like the cosmos, wings shapes like butterfly but shines as rainbows, and beautiful like the sun shines in the morning.
"The Fairy Queen." Chief Screaming Eagle said in native language when everyone and him immediately bow to her appearance, the baby dragon also bow to her when she is in front of him.
"No young dragon, it is I who be bow to you." The Fairy Queen said with such beautiful voice while she lower her head. "because of you, the Neverstar is now a hole to reunited with another and Neverland is restored peace, how can I ever repay you child?"
"I... I just wanted to go home, to Equestria with everypony I know and love." Spike said.
"and I shall." The Fairy Queen nodded to him until she sees Tiger Lily walking up next to Spike.
"Fairy Queen, long ago, my friend Peter Pan have sacrificed himself to save Neverland, do you somehow have the power to bring him back?" Tiger Lily said along with Tinkerbell.
"I do know of Peter Pan very well. But sadly, it is beyond my power to bring those you have known. I am truly sorry." The Fairy Queen said with regrets when she sees a mare makes a sad face, so does the lost colts. "But do not weep, his spirit will forever live on each every one of you. He will always be with you."
Tiger Lily completely understand a words coming from her. But she is right, Peter Pan's spirit will live on.
"Now young dragon, before I send you to your world, you must say your goodbye. " The Fairy Queen said.
The baby dragon forgot to do when he nodded to her. Spike ran to Tiger Lily, Tinkerbell, and Sparx and said to them. "Well, this is it... again. It has been amazing time we have, thank you guys."
"No, I'm the one who should be thanking you, for make me feel like myself again. I will never forget you, my friend." Tiger Lily said until she gave him a hug, and then he hugged back.
Sparx feeling a bit sad to see him leave, but he come up with one idea when swoop towards The Fairy Queen and whispered to her. "Is this what you wish for?" She asked to him until the dragonfly nodded. "very well then."
"Sparx?" Spike said in confusion while the dragonfly flies around him.
"your little friend wishes to go with you to your world." The Fairy Queen said.
"Really, are you sure Sparx?" Spike asked and the dragonfly nodded to him, meaning that he is sure. Spike smiled at him and said. "Alright buddy." Spike and Sparx are now preparing to leave Neverland to be send back to Equestria when they are standing in front of The Fairy Queen. "We're ready."
The Fairy Queen nodded to him, until... she turns herself into sparkling dusts and flows around the baby dragon and dragonfly. This is the moment when everypony, even Tiger Lily can see the last of them while floating up to the air and then... they shoots up fast straight up to the second Neverstar. While they flying up straight, Spike looked down to see last of Neverland, and then he closed his eyes with a smile when the light flashes as they gets closer to it.
It is an early morning in the Everfree Forest, Twilight's friends have tried to comfort a purple alicorn with everything they can, but it doesn't help at all, because she had hopes to bring her baby dragon brother back. "It's alright Twilight, I'm sure it could a delay to happen, right?" Starlight said to her, but it doesn't help her still.
"Starlight's right, its not like you technically messed it up with a spell." Rainbow Dash said. But the others besides Twilight are just glaring at her for what she said, causing a light-blue pegasi to sweat in nerv. "Yeah... i'll stop talking."
"What Rainbow is trying to say is, ya probably miss something from the spell ya read." Applejack sigh.
"I didn't." Twilight said to explain. "I just read the opening portal spell book and I never miss read it." But then she sigh in sadness. "Come on girls, we'll be back later tonight, I gotta go recheck the spell again." Twilight Sparkle gets up from the ground and making her way out of the Everfree Forest along with her friends following her.

But suddenly, the mane six and Starlight stopped their track because of the sound when the second Neverstar appeared out of nowhere. Their eyes widened and gasping by its appearance right next to the first Neverstar and shoots out the sparkling dusts like it's a shooting star. "Uuuuuh, a shooting star, let's make a wish." Pinkie Pie said in amazed by it.
"I do not believe it is a shooting star, pinkie." Rarity said when the sparkling dusts started to get closer to the ground fast, forcing them to take a step back.
By the time when it hits to the ground, Twilight Sparkle look closely when she sees a small figure appears. They gasp because the small figure turn out to be Spike. "SPIKE!" Twilight shouted in joy when she ran towards the baby dragon.
"Twilight?" Spike said in confusion, until she gave him a biggest hug. The others were catching up to Twilight and also gave him a hugs too. "Girls, what are guys doing here?"
"We're here to rescue you." Fluttershy answered.
"Rescue me?" Spike said still in confusion when they let go of him. But he notice that Sparx is with him and started to introduce him to everypony. "Oh yeah, Sparx these are my friends. Girls, this is Sparx."
The mane six and Starlight began to say hello to the dragonfly and then Sparx waving at them by meaning hello to them back. "He said 'hello to you too'." Fluttershy said in translation and started to like Sparx already and he also started to like her too with a blush.
"Twilight, girls, you're not gonna believe where I been." Spike said to start explaining the time he's been.
"Actually Spike, we do know where you've been." Twilight said. But then she gasp by noticed theirs a red cut line on Spike's chest. "Oh my goodness, your hurt."
"Oh that, it was nothing, it's just a scratch." Spike stubbornly said to her.
"This is not nothing, come on let's get you patched up at the castle." Twilight while using her magic from her horn to lift up the baby dragon and placing him atop of her back.
"Oh okay, but after that, I still gotta explain to you all everything." Spike said.
Couple of hours later when the sun rises in the horizon into the morning, they all managed to made it back Ponyville. Everypony are having the tastiest breakfast pancakes and Spike telling them his story of his adventure while Twilight managed to patched him with bandaid and Zercora's healing cream on his chest. "And that's how it all happened when we saved Neverland." Spike finished telling them his story.
Everyone is speechless to hear that story from him, even Twilight Sparkle was flipping out as the baby dragon predicted back then. However, Rainbow Dash is the first to said. "That was awesome, you've fought those pirates single handedly all on your own."
"Well, I didn't do it alone. Tiger Lily, Sparx, and I fought them together." Spike explained.
"Huh, Ah don't know who Tiger Lily is, bit ah like her already." Applejack said when she is amused. "Although, ah have no idea there are different natives that are ponies than the buffaloes back in Appaloosa."
"Especially those pirates are similar to diamond dogs, but much brutal." Rarity added.
"Oh, I wish I want to go to Neverland to see all the beautiful fairies and other critters that lived their. Except the crocodile. " Fluttershy said softly when she feels a little bit jealous and terrified at the end.
"Speaking of the crocodile, I can't believe that pirate captain got eaten by it, that was super insane." Pinkie Pie said after she took a massive bite on her pancakes covered in maple syrup and butter like it was nothing. But it is mistake to bring that up on Spike.
"I didn't mean for that to happen, it was an accident." Spike said, but he's feeling ashamed of himself for that to happen.
Twilight Sparkle placed her hoof around him and said. "I know you didn't mean it Spike. Sometimes everyone had only does this to themselves, not by those who done it." The baby dragon had to think about what she say for a few moments until he nodded to her.
"So tell us Spike, how long does it take you both to find all four shards?" Starlight asked.
Spike tries to remember when he uses his fingers counts how many days has he been doing all the quest until now. "It took us about... two weeks."
"WHAT!" The mane six and Starlight shouted altogether in shock, causing the baby dragon to reacted to their surprises.
"No, wait." Pinkie Pie said when she forget to drink the water and spit it out of her mouth. "WHAT!"
"But you've been gone for two days, how could you be on Neverland for two weeks?" Rainbow Dash asked with such confusion.
"I believe I do know how." Twilight said when she figured it out. "Neverland's time has somehow moved much quickly than Equestria's time, especially stopped everypony's aging forever. That would explain why he's been on Neverland for weeks."
"Oh my, I could imagine if I stay this young forever." Rarity said while she brushed her mane up.
"Me too." Spike said when he looked at her like she's beautiful while letting the tiny hearts out of his head with a blush. But suddenly, the baby dragon started to belching out the scroll that was send by princess Celestia. He opens the scroll and start to read it out loud.

Dear, Spike
My sister and I are relieved you are safe returned from Neverland. We do not know how you have done it, but have succeeded to awaken both Neverstars and reunited each other among the stars, I am very proud of you for being a good dragon and a good friend to everypony in both worlds.

By the time when he finished reading the scroll, the mane six and Starlight were gathered in the baby dragon's sides with a smile at him. "Oh, which reminds me, you know what time it is?" Pinkie Pie asked everypony, ready to pop up with a magic words. "Its time for, wait for it... 'WELCOME BACK FROM NEVERLAND SPIKE PARTY!'" Pinkie Pie shouted with joy while pulling out a party canon and blasted out the confetti, causing everypony to laugh.

Couple of days later back at the Neverland, so much has change since Spike and Sparx left this world. Like for example, Mr. Smee has becoming more than pirate, he became a book writer that he always wanted to be in his life.
The lost colts began their ways of becoming the new protectors of Neverland, just like their leader before them. They will honor Peter Pan's legacy and never letting him down. So does Tinkerbell is also helping them too.
Since Captain Hook is gone, the pirate dogs is decided to forgive them for doing the bad things they've done. In order to be forgiven, they have to clean up the mess they've done around Neverland and learn their lesson.
And finally, Tiger Lily's father has stepped down of his responsibilities of being a chief and pass down to his daughter as the new chief of the tribe. She accepted to take responsibility for her tribe and the duties. If it weren't for Spike, who knows what will happen to Tiger Lily, but he gave her that no one has... is her hope.
Neverland is now at peace, thanks to Spike the dragon from Equestria.

After the party that Pinkie Pie plans at the night time, Spike and Sparx were outside at the castle while taking a walk. When they stopped, they looked up at the two Neverstars in the night sky. "You know Sparx, ever since I got their on Neverland, I wasn't even sure if I was brave enough to wandering on my own. But for right now, I am." Spike said to his dragonfly friend. "Although, I have a feeling that our adventure is just getting started." Sparx had to agree with Spike on this one, they're adventure... has only just beginning.
