A mysterious floating castle appears above Equestria, an nopony knows where it came from.
Just after Twilight becomes the new ruler of Equestria, an incident occurs that changes the life of her and everypony in Equestria forever.
A castle floating on nothing but a piece of earth appears above Canterlot, and it brings unspoken horrors with it that Twilight has never faced before in her life. She is put to the ultimate test as the new ruler of the country, and she can only do it with the help of her friends.
