The TARDIS has the form of a 1960s police box. The reason for this is because she has a broken chameleon circuit. One time she was forced out of the tardis into a human body intended to have her die in peace but was put back into the tardis before that could happen. Though on 25 December 2013 in tranzalore he was granted another set of lives much to the Dalek's surprise. 11:05 pm in the tardis. The Doctor: we all change if you think about it. So as long as you remember who you used to be. With this, he regenerates quickly not knowing he was sucked into another world. The Crystal Empire the night of flurry hearts' 10th birthday.
Flurry Heart POV. I was minding my own business until I heard something crash outside the castle. When I went to look out with the guard accompanying me I saw what looked like a blue box and I told the guards to check inside. I wish I did myself cause they got confused and a weird earth pony steps out of the box. “Hello?” the strange earth pony says. Who are you?” I hear one of the guards say. “I'm The Doctor.” the earth pony who goes by the doctor suddenly sees me. “Are you a combination of a pegasus and a unicorn? My god the humans were on to something.” this strange ‘earth pony' did not seem like he knew about unicorns, pegasi, and alicorns. “Where on earth am I?” the ‘earthpony’ says. “Before you ask. Cause you apparently are not even from around here you are on a planet called Equestria. In the country of the crystal empire, I am flurry heart the daughter of the ruler and captain of the royal guard. I am an alicorn youngest of the four on equis. And you are an earth pony.” I say. “No, I am not. I am a human or at least look like one.” the doctor says. “Yes, you are. Have you not looked in a mirror? Also, look like one?” I ask. “No have not. Ah yes catching on quickly. I'm the doctor I am a time lord from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of casterberous.” he says. “And this blue box?” I ask “The TARDIS. Time And Relative Dimensions In Space,” he says as he soon passes out.
TARDIS POV.(yes the essence of the tardis has a slight part in this book) When the doctor regenerated I had a feeling a black hole was pulling me in. But I could not do anything cause he “forgot” how to pilot me. Now I need to wait till he re-enters me. Might as well change the interior a little
No one's POV. Flurry heart along with the guards accompanying her put the doctor in a spare room on a bed. "Dang your majesty. Don't you think you should talk to your parents about this? I don't want this to sound mean." one guard says "If I do then they will ask more questions like why I was up so late or how he got there." flurry heart says In the morning the doctor wakes up and looks in a mirror "Dang, I really am a pony. I should probably get back to the tardis" the doctor says As the doctor was heading to the exit he was seen by cadence but she looked like she was stressed out. Soon enough he re-enters the tardis and sees minor changes "I see you added a few more things in here old girl" the doctor says A few years later the doctor returns to the crystal empire when flurry heart is 19 "Why did you bring me back here old girl?" the doctor says Little did he know trouble was about to happen with sontarins

The tardis landed right in the throne room of the crystal castle unknowingly to the doctor.
Cadence POV.
I was minding my own business but then all of a sudden this weird blue box appears. “Hello?” I heard somepony say. A guard comes in and recognizes the box almost instantly as a strange earth pony comes out of the box. “Hello. Your majesty.” the earth pony says and he bows down. “I’m the doctor” this ‘earthpony’ says. I then remember my daughter mentioned her saving an earth pony named the doctor. ‘Guess I should ask him about this blue box.’ i thought. “What is this blue box?” I ask. “Your daughter not tell you what I told her? This box is a Time And Relative Dimensions In Space(TARDIS) and she must have brought me back here cause of trouble about to happen.” the doctor says. “Trouble? What kind of trouble?” I ask. “That’s what I need to figure out.” the doctor says. Right as he says this some strange beam appears and somepony strange appears from it. “SONTAHA SONTAHA.” this figure says. “Ah yes. The sontarins you did not learn the first time trying to take over another world that is protected?” the doctor says. Flurry heart walks in and gets startled and this creature says this. “Don’t move. You three you are perfect for this trap.” the Sontaran says. “One flaw there though.” the doctor says. “And that is?” the Sontaran says. “You have me in the trap. I’m the doctor.” the doctor says. “Just try and stop us. I am GENERAL TEX. The only survivor of the tenth Sontaran fleet.” the Sontaran says. “What exactly do you have planned for this world?” the doctor says. “It would not be wise to tell the enemy plans. You will see for yourself doctor.” the Sontaran says as he gets beamed away. I was about to say something until something fell to the ground outside. The doctor and my daughter go take a look.
Flurry heart POV.
“What was that doctor?” I ask. ' “A Sontaran. I have faced them before but it seems they have come back. And that points to the device that has landed can change the atmosphere.” the doctor says. A hologram appears. “Animals of Equestria. This device will start changing the atmosphere after this message is over. Just try and stop us this time doctor.” the message ends. And it counts down starting at 30:00. “To the TARDIS. No that does not sound right.” the doctor says. “Why are you worried about a catchphrase!? When there is a literal danger now!?” I say. After a bit of running, we enter the blue box. “It’s bigger on the inside.” I say. “I bet you can’t figure it out.” the doctor says as he pulls a lever and a familiar sound is heard.
“Dimensionally transcendental”. I say. “There is a mirror that leads to another dimension in this world. Though the only ones on record who have gone through it are my aunt twilight and starlight glimmer along with spike my aunt’s assistant. From what she described it to be and I quote ‘weird and everyone has a counterpart that is human’.” I say. “Where did the mirror link up to?” the doctor asks. “A statue that had a horse on it in front of a high school.” I reply. “Then I traveled to a parallel world. Before my regeneration, I helped stop the Daleks from exterminating everyone. So I might have a counterpart in this world or I might not.” the doctor says. “I don’t know though on your suit, there is an hourglass. Just like doctor whooves in ponyvile and minuette in canterlot or I think she still lives there. Think one of them could be one of your future incarnations?” I ask. “I think one is a future incarnation and the other one is this world’s version of me.” the doctor says. “Let’s focus on the problem right now then try and figure it out.” I say. “Right we do not want them to win.” the doctor says. After a few minutes the Tardis materializes in the Sontaran ship. “We need to hurry and stop them.” the doctor says. “Well. well well. Look who we have here. You will fail doctor. Even with your new companion by your side to help you.” a Sontaran says. “I doubt that. Flurry heart if you can look in your bag?” the doctor says. “Okay?” I say. I look in my bag and see a strange device I have never seen before. I toss it to the doctor and he uses it to disable the controls for the device that can change the atmosphere and sends the Sontarans somewhere else. “What is that?” I ask. “Sonic screwdriver” He says. “And I need to do something real quick.” he says as he pulls out another sonic screwdriver and pulls the Demat lever. When the tardis rematerialized he exited and came back in a few seconds later. “I need to keep a timeline of events. One change of events alters future events,” the doctor says. “Now then where to now? There is an entire planet made of cake. A planet where the population is just dogs. And one that is very futuristic.” the doctor says. “What about all of my duties?” I ask. “Don’t worry about them you did say you always wanted to travel. Did you not?” he says. ‘He has a point. I always wanted to travel and it would be good to help stop evil like my aunt twilight has.’ I thought. “I did. How did you know?” I say. “I just do. Where to then?” he asks. “How about the futuristic one.” I say
No one’s POV.
“THE DOCTOR IS HERE. HE MUST BE EXTERMINATED”
The lights turn on revealing a gigantic figure.
The Dalek Emperor is back and is going to invade the future of Equestria. Will the doctor and flurry heart stop them or will they fail?
There is always hope in troubling times, but for the doctor, this does not come easily. The doctor and flurry heart decided to travel to the future a hundred years to be precise. Only to find out the TARDIS took them five hundred years into the future. Little did they know there would be trouble with Daleks and double doctors.
The console of the 12th doctor’s tardis has changed to be able to be operated with hooves. Flurry heart had told him she wanted to see the future. She decided to talk to the tardis mainly because she figured out easily that the tardis is a living being.
TARDIS POV.
I did not think the doctor would find someone as nice as the young princess of the crystal empire. She has always wondered who his other companions were though there were three I did not recognize at all. That in turn led me to show the doctors previous faces. Both of us guessed the future was being added slowly. “How long will it take to get to the future?” flurry heart asked. Since I could not speak I just made some sounds on the console. “I see. Guess you can’t rush time travel” flurry heart says As she said that I soon realized I was landing.
SUNNY STARSCOUT POV.
As I was heading to the doctor’s tardis I see another police box appear. But it can’t be the same one, this one looks different. Unlike my doctor’s tardis that has a darker blue and a black sign with white text and orange-lighted lettering. This one has a white sign with black text and white lettering. I will need to ask her when I see her.
The door of this tardis opens revealing a grey mained stallion who looks completely different from the ponies of Equestria much like my doctor. The stallion speaks. “Hello, can you tell me where we are? I’m the doctor.” the 12th doctor says. “You are in the year 2101 separated Equestria. And I don’t think so my doctor is a mare, not a stallion. And we?” I say “Then your doctor is a future version of me. I am the 12th doctor. And I am with my companion Flurry Heart.” the doctor says “Future version?” I ask “Did your doctor not tell you about regeneration?” The doctor asks. Regeneration? I did not think it was true. Though now that I think about it the first few words my doctor said when she found out she was a mare were ‘i was a grey mained stallion an hour ago’ so could this be the one before my doctor? “Answer me this then. What number are you regeneration wise?” I ask. “12th. Why?” the 12th doctor asks “This confirms that my doctor is the 13th doctor.” I say The 12th doctor covered his ears “Don’t tell me. I will find out myself.” 12 says. “Right spoilers.” I say “Right I should have asked this first what is your name?” 12 asks “Sunny Starscout” I say Just then an alarm goes off on 12s console. “NOT AGAIN” I hear the doctor say. “EXTERMINATE” I hear something say and instinctively run inside the 12th doctor’s tardis. “This console is much different than my doctor’s console
TARDIS POV.
This random pony just walks in here though she might be one of the next doctor’s companions. And what does she mean different than her doctor’s console?
12th doctor POV.
“How so?” I ask “Spoilers” sunny says “Guess we went too far into the future then?” flurry heart asks “Considering that a future incarnation of myself is here I would say so” I say “When was your target?” sunny asks “1119 twilights rule” I say “Twilight as in twilight sparkle?” sunny asks “Uh yes she is my aunt” flurry heart says Outside the 12th doctor’s tardis, another mare approaches what she thought to be her doctor’s tardis. This mare being Izzy moonbow.
Izzy Moonbow POV.
I approach a blue box that looks like my doctor’s tardis and I hear these words.
“EXTERMINATE”
I instantly run into what I thought was my doctor’s tardis but I was wrong. “Who are you?” I hear a grey-haired stallion say “12 please calm down. This is Izzy Moonbow a friend of mine. Your blue box looks very much like our doctors exterior” I hear sunny say “12? As in the 12th incarnation?” I ask “Why yes, I am. Well, technically there was an incarnation that fought in the time war who did not go by the doctor.” 12 says “To be specific the warrior incarnation” flurry heart says “CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE EXTERMINATE THING?!” both sunny and I said “If I may doctor?” flurry heart asked “Yes. I don’t like talking about them.” 12 said “One word. Daleks” flurry heart says This sends a shiver down my spine
MEANWHILE IN THE 13th Doctors TARDIS.
Hitch Trailblazer POV.
“It has been a while since sunny and Izzy came back” I say “That it has though I have a feeling I know why” a mare said. “Why?” I asked “I remember this” the mare who turns around is the 13th doctor “And what is the problem?” I ask “The Daleks” 13 says 13s monitor lights up showing her previous incarnation “Hello? You there doctor?” 12 says “That would be me” 13 says “Guess I do get younger. Did you change the look?” 12 says “Oh no the tardis changed it herself” 13 says “Doctor. Focus on the Daleks and the future of Equestria being saved from destruction.” flurry heart says “How I missed you keeping me in check flurry heart. Anyways yes let’s go over what we know about equis past, present, and future.” 13 says “Well from what I know before 1001 luna was still on the moon. Further, before that Celestia and luna used the elements of harmony to put discord in stone. But these events don’t correlate to the Daleks motives.” sunny said “Then again it could be because harmony is gone in this time” flurry heart says “I don’t think they would not have still gone after the past of equis even with harmony around. Due to their motives to exterminate all other lifeforms.” 12 says “Exactly” 13 says “I think they are here to invade Equestria now then try the past before nightmare moon.” I say
Flurry heart POV.
Almost as I was about to say that I was surprised. I thought I was the smartest of the doctor’s companions. “You alright princess flurry heart? If I may call you that” sunny asked “I prefer not being called princess and I thought I was the doctors smartest companion.” flurry heart says “You are one of the smartest of my companions.” 12 and 13 said in sync “I would not be surprised if there is a universe where equis is all anthro and not pony” flurry heart says “Oh there is but it requires dimensional travel” 12 said 13 just snickers knowing what will happen. (hint hint) “Why the giggle?” 12 asks “That’s for me to know and for you to find out” 13 says Mean while on the Dalek ship
