There is always hope in troubling times, but for the doctor, this does not come easily. The doctor and flurry heart decided to travel to the future a hundred years to be precise. Only to find out the TARDIS took them five hundred years into the future. Little did they know there would be trouble with Daleks and double doctors.

DALEKS INVADE EQUESTRIA PART 1

The console of the 12th doctor’s tardis has changed to be able to be operated with hooves. Flurry heart had told him she wanted to see the future. She decided to talk to the tardis mainly because she figured out easily that the tardis is a living being.

TARDIS POV.

I did not think the doctor would find someone as nice as the young princess of the crystal empire. She has always wondered who his other companions were though there were three I did not recognize at all. That in turn led me to show the doctors previous faces. Both of us guessed the future was being added slowly.
“How long will it take to get to the future?” flurry heart asked.
Since I could not speak I just made some sounds on the console.
“I see. Guess you can’t rush time travel” flurry heart says
As she said that I soon realized I was landing.

SUNNY STARSCOUT POV.

As I was heading to the doctor’s tardis I see another police box appear. But it can’t be the same one, this one looks different. Unlike my doctor’s tardis that has a darker blue and a black sign with white text and orange-lighted lettering. This one has a white sign with black text and white lettering. I will need to ask her when I see her.

The door of this tardis opens revealing a grey mained stallion who looks completely different from the ponies of Equestria much like my doctor. The stallion speaks.
“Hello, can you tell me where we are? I’m the doctor.” the 12th doctor says.
“You are in the year 2101 separated Equestria. And I don’t think so my doctor is a mare, not a stallion. And we?” I say
“Then your doctor is a future version of me. I am the 12th doctor. And I am with my companion Flurry Heart.” the doctor says
“Future version?” I ask
“Did your doctor not tell you about regeneration?” The doctor asks.
Regeneration? I did not think it was true. Though now that I think about it the first few words my doctor said when she found out she was a mare were ‘i was a grey mained stallion an hour ago’ so could this be the one before my doctor?
“Answer me this then. What number are you regeneration wise?” I ask.
“12th. Why?” the 12th doctor asks
“This confirms that my doctor is the 13th doctor.” I say
The 12th doctor covered his ears
“Don’t tell me. I will find out myself.” 12 says.
“Right spoilers.” I say
“Right I should have asked this first what is your name?” 12 asks
“Sunny Starscout” I say
Just then an alarm goes off on 12s console.
“NOT AGAIN” I hear the doctor say.
“EXTERMINATE” I hear something say and instinctively run inside the 12th doctor’s tardis.
“This console is much different than my doctor’s console

TARDIS POV.

This random pony just walks in here though she might be one of the next doctor’s companions.
And what does she mean different than her doctor’s console?

12th doctor POV.

“How so?” I ask
“Spoilers” sunny says
“Guess we went too far into the future then?” flurry heart asks
“Considering that a future incarnation of myself is here I would say so” I say
“When was your target?” sunny asks
“1119 twilights rule” I say
“Twilight as in twilight sparkle?” sunny asks
“Uh yes she is my aunt” flurry heart says
Outside the 12th doctor’s tardis, another mare approaches what she thought to be her doctor’s tardis. This mare being Izzy moonbow.

Izzy Moonbow POV.

I approach a blue box that looks like my doctor’s tardis and I hear these words.

“EXTERMINATE”

I instantly run into what I thought was my doctor’s tardis but I was wrong.
“Who are you?” I hear a grey-haired stallion say
“12 please calm down. This is Izzy Moonbow a friend of mine. Your blue box looks very much like our doctors exterior” I hear sunny say
“12? As in the 12th incarnation?” I ask
“Why yes, I am. Well, technically there was an incarnation that fought in the time war who did not go by the doctor.” 12 says
“To be specific the warrior incarnation” flurry heart says
“CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE EXTERMINATE THING?!” both sunny and I said
“If I may doctor?” flurry heart asked
“Yes. I don’t like talking about them.” 12 said
“One word. Daleks” flurry heart says
This sends a shiver down my spine

MEANWHILE IN THE 13th Doctors TARDIS.

Hitch Trailblazer POV.

“It has been a while since sunny and Izzy came back” I say
“That it has though I have a feeling I know why” a mare said.
“Why?” I asked
“I remember this” the mare who turns around is the 13th doctor
“And what is the problem?” I ask
“The Daleks” 13 says
13s monitor lights up showing her previous incarnation
“Hello? You there doctor?” 12 says
“That would be me” 13 says
“Guess I do get younger. Did you change the look?” 12 says
“Oh no the tardis changed it herself” 13 says
“Doctor. Focus on the Daleks and the future of Equestria being saved from destruction.” flurry heart says
“How I missed you keeping me in check flurry heart. Anyways yes let’s go over what we know about equis past, present, and future.” 13 says
“Well from what I know before 1001 luna was still on the moon. Further, before that Celestia and luna used the elements of harmony to put discord in stone. But these events don’t correlate to the Daleks motives.” sunny said
“Then again it could be because harmony is gone in this time” flurry heart says
“I don’t think they would not have still gone after the past of equis even with harmony around. Due to their motives to exterminate all other lifeforms.” 12 says
“Exactly” 13 says
“I think they are here to invade Equestria now then try the past before nightmare moon.” I say

Flurry heart POV.

Almost as I was about to say that I was surprised. I thought I was the smartest of the doctor’s companions.
“You alright princess flurry heart? If I may call you that” sunny asked
“I prefer not being called princess and I thought I was the doctors smartest companion.” flurry heart says
“You are one of the smartest of my companions.” 12 and 13 said in sync
“I would not be surprised if there is a universe where equis is all anthro and not pony” flurry heart says
“Oh there is but it requires dimensional travel” 12 said
13 just snickers knowing what will happen. (hint hint)
“Why the giggle?” 12 asks
“That’s for me to know and for you to find out” 13 says
Mean while on the Dalek ship

“The doctor is here. Exterminate him”
