They had lost... the rebellion was no more. Then again, he should have expected this sort of thing. You cannot defeat a goddess. The angel we see, is an angel with beautiful white angelic wings. His name was Spike, and he is a angel created by Faust herself. He was currently inside a large room that was created by the angels as a court room. The highest angel that used to judge was Lucifer Morningstar, but he was the angel that lead the rebellion. Brother Michael, was the only one who was capable of doing the judging now.

The faces before him had looks of fear, but that was covered with anger and to some extent: disgust. Spike cackle at them. His skin was beautifully smooth, and his hair was as black as the night itself. His eyes were emerald green. Before it showed life, and eagerness to help. But now, it showed nothing but anger and hatred. The angels before him were shocked by what had happened. Spike's forehead was bleeding on one straight line. He had gotten that from Michael. He was no brother anymore to Spike...

The angels were sitting around in a circular fashion, and the highest angel at the moment: Michael, was preparing for a long Speech. Spike was tied with his hand behind him that were behind a large pole. Spike looked at every angel in the room, and showed nothing but anger at that moment. He then cackled like a mad angel. "I know you can hear me Faust." spike said, in a taunting voice. The other angels gasped in shock, that he had not adressed their goddess in a formal fashion. "Your nothing but a coward! You hide behind other angels, and expect them to do your work! You will regret this one day Faust."

The angels were angry. Very angry. He thinks he can talk about their goddess that way? He was not getting away with it. Spike looked around and started to smile a evil smile. He wanted them to get worked up and beat him up. They would be proving his point if they did. Spike saw how all the angels were pretty close on flying over and do just that. The small wooden reeling looked beautiful, with all the holy carvings on it. Michael was just about to fly over to him and beat him up, when the two double doors behind Spike opened. He grinned.

There was a light orb that would have been seen as a normal angel if it wasn't for the fact that the angels themselves knew it was Faust her highness. Spike couldn't sense what Faust was feeling. "So you actually came. Perhaps you aren't a true coward then. Now do us all a favor and kill me. It will show your TRUE colours." Spike said, in a voice that showed that he knew something the other angels didn't. They all thought he was lying, but he has an ability that prevents him from telling a lie.

"Spike Solaris, i don't know what lies Lucifer told you, but whatever he said is wrong. I don't hate him." Faust said, in a heavenly voice. The other angels became wide eyed at that revelation. He caused a whole rebellion and her highness is not angry? "He is the only angel strong enough to rule Hell. Without him, there would be genocides across earth. My creation."

Spike scoffed with anger and mockery. Who was her highness to believe that he had been lied to? She may be a goddess, but she sure missed that there would be a rebellion. He and his fallen brothers and sisters may have lost, but the war will continue on until they win!

"So, what are you gonna do to me? Torture me? Michael already looks like he wants to smash my face in. Just like a demon!" Spike said, with such anger Michael froze. Had he just said that he acts like a demon? How dare he-

"He is no demon Spike, he is a warrior who protects the humans and other creatures from other dimensions. As for your punishment, i will be sending you to a world where you will be reformed." Faust said, making the other angels stare at the goddess' orb in absolute disbelief clear on their faces. Spike barked out laughing like a mad angel.

"What makes you think i won't just corrupt them and make them into my slaves?! I can do that you know!" Spike said, with laughter in his voice. Faust smiled to herself. She may be a orb, but she has a face like every creature else. She truly loves all of her creations. She knows what Spike was saying was true, but she knew that he wouldn't do so. She sensed that he wanted to do good, and could feel that he knew he messed up. She hates nothing.

The orb that Faust was in started to shine brightly, and the angels had to cover their eyes. They didn't want to bother her highness with a problem like that. Although, Faust wouldn't mind, as she wants to show love to all her children. Spike closed his eyes as the light grew to bright. He hoped he would die, and come back as a demon. He felt how a surge came over his whole body, and how he started floating. He didn't dare open his eyes, as he thought he'd become blind from the bright light. He felt it over his whole body. Then, it was dark, completely pitch black dark...

How utterly pathetic this situation was. He was surrounded by darkness, and he didn't know where he was. Limbo? He wasn't sure. He tried to reach out into the darkness, but there was nothing there. He didn't feel anything hard underneath or above. He was simply... floating. That was what he was doing. Floating.

He didn't know how long he was floating, but he knew it had been a long time. He felt how he was sucked away, as if something was grabbing him. He was then forcefully dragged, and dragged. Finally, after what felt like an eternity: he reached... something. He didn't know where he was until suddenly.

KRAUSCH!

The sound of an egg exploding into billions of tiny pieces. He felt how he grew into a large creature. He could see everything made in the world he was in. He did not know what was happening to him. Then, he suddenly felt a warm sense of magic. Or he believed it was magic as his father used a sense of it.

He was transformed into a small being again. Spike didn’t know why he was so tiny. His eyes then widened as he looked up towards the fixed roof of the building he was in. He couldn’t believe it. He had been put into a child's body of whatever creature there was. He felt very, very angry all of a sudden. How dare Faust send him to a different dimension in whatever creature he was in, and as a child nonetheless?!

He didn’t pay attention to the voices as they were talking about something mundane. He was only thinking about how he was gonna have payback on Faust. He needed to find Lucifer, and make the second wave of the rebellion with him. Strengthen the military and burn the angels who were nothing more but cowards who hide behind a being who doesn’t even care about them, and uses them for her own personal gain!

He felt a pair of eyes on him, and he looked up and saw that there was a majestic looking horse or pony. Her eyes were pale, light grayish magenta, her mane was light cerulean, light turquoise, very light cobalt blue, and pale heliotrope. It was flowing to a non existent wind, and she was looking at him with curiosity. Spike felt very angry, and wanted to attack them, but he knew that he couldn’t.

The name of the one looking down at the young fallen angel was princess Celestia. She was curious about this one being. She felt a sense of strong darkness inside of him, but also extreme light. She was completely confused by this. There had been no creature in history that had that. Then again, it could be because it was a dragon. She had never in her history even been remotely close to a baby dragon. ‘Peculiar,’ Celestia thought, as she looked down at the baby dragon who looked angry.

Celestia used her magic to levitate the young dragon out of the basket he was inside of. The royal guards who had arrived on the scene looked mildly confused. They had seen a creature just a few seconds ago with those colours. Celestia had a look of longing in her eyes. She always wanted to have a child, but had never found the right one as she had been working for all these years with her royal duties. Now though, she maybe had the time to help the young dragon.
“Your highness, what happened? We saw a large creature here, and saw that you flew off towards this place.” One of the royal guards said, in a concerned voice. Celestia didn’t pay him any heed. She was solely focused on the draconic child in her magical aura, which was gold like. The guards didn’t do anything, as their princess didn’t seem to be in any sort of danger.

“I’m fine, soldier. I’m just a little amused. This filly right here,” Celestia said, pointing towards a tiny filly with moderate violet eyes, dark sapphire blue with moderate purple and brilliant raspberry streaked mane and tail. She had a pale, light grayish mulberry coat. She had a big mulberry coloured star with white stars on her flank which was her recently earned cutie mark.

Celestia then took off with the dragon child and started a new adventure with the child. Spike didn’t realize that he had gotten the exact same name he already had, both first and last name.

Ten years later

Spike was together with Twilight Sparkle, on the way towards Ponyville after the pathetic pony had found an ancient book explaining how the mare on the moon would return to bring eternal night. Spike didn’t care as it was better to live in the darkness then the light. He had become a slave to the pony known as Twilight Sparkle after she had asked where he was. Celestia, his adoptive mother, had assigned him to help the useless pony.

Twilight had then met some other disgusting ponies who later became the element bearers. Spike knew that they would succeed in their campaign as he had seen the visions. He could see visions that would make a normal pony or princess question him.

Spike had helped Twilight get fitted into the small town known as Ponyville. She had quickly become popular, and the mare on the moon turned out to be princess Celestia’s sister. Spike had not been surprised the slightest, much to the suspicion of Twilight and Applejack.

He was currently in his bedroom, and was looking into a body mirror. His scales were purple and his spike’s were green. His eyes were one of a predator. He then used his inner strength, and brought out his wings. He looked back at the mirror and felt himself feel a sense of sadness. His wings were as white as anything pure. The feathers would make anyone with sins cry their eyes out, and the beauty of them was far too great. Then, he used a spell that he had taught himself, and brought forwards a large demonic knife. He then closed his eyes, as his small scaly fingers reached behind him and started cutting them off from him. He didn’t wince, he didn’t open his eyes, and he didn’t do anything to stop himself. It was simply a disgust from his past. Blood was dripping everywhere, and he was gonna use a potion to clean that up. He felt drops of blood coming out of him. Spike was then finished with the first wing. He then started the same process of the left wing.

After he was done, he turned around and checked his back. All he saw was two large scars on his back that showed where his angelic wings had once been. What he didn’t realize was that aunt Luna had seen everything.

“It is simply a painful disgusting reminder of the past.” Spike said, as he looked at where princess Luna had once stood. He had a sneaking suspicion that she might know his secret, but he didn’t care. Why should he?

Two years had flown by, and Spike was more powerful than ever. He was still hostile to certain ponies like Blueblood who was terrified of him. Blueblood had tried to throw him out of the castle, when Spike had shown him pitch balck eyes that showed no mercy whatsoever. Spike had then halfy killed him. Almost. Spike did not intend to get arrested for nearly killing an idiot of a stallion prince.

Spike and Luna’s relationship had become stronger than ever. She was so happy to have a non snobbish relative, even though it may not be by blood. They had gotten to know each other well, and Spike wanted to learn so much about her. She felt special in that sense. She had never told him that she had seen him cut off his wings that did not look like dragon wings. They looked so angelic. She felt like she wasn’t in any position to question him about that.

Although she had a theory that he might be an angel. Because he had told her a very interesting story that might be his past life or life. He had explained it like this:

“I don’t know auntie Luna. Some stallions simply want some mare for their body.” Spike said, as he tried to sooth his aunt who was angry and depressed that the stallion she had taken a liking to simply was interested in her body.

Luna was beside him to his right but didn’t say anything as they stood on her balcony, looking up at her beautiful night sky. Spike felt calm, but he knew those stars were illusions of Faust. He didn’t know why, but he felt like he should tell her his life story when he was an angel.

“There was once an angel that I have forgotten the first and last name of, but anyways. A fellow brother of his was telling him how he would be way better than Faust and that they should rebel against her. The angel agreed, and helped him out during the rebellion. The angel that wanted to be like Faust was Lucifer Morningstar the son of the morning. He failed the rebellion. The angel was arrested, and by Faust herself, was sent to a different dimension to answer for his crimes. He was gonna learn to redeem himself, but the legend says that he is not interested.” Spike said, making Luna turn to him and had a look in her face. One that Spike didn’t see. It was a look that spoke thousands of words. She had a look that one uses when they are listening to someone's life story. She had a feeling that this might be his story and not a random angel.

“Interesting story. What happened to him afterwards?” Luna asked, hoping that she could hear what her dear nephew was thinking. She truly loved Spike, In more ways than one…

“Some say that he was reincarnated as a creature and is living somewhere. Angry that he lost the rebellion together with his angel brothers and sisters and is waiting for his revenge.” Spike said, looking at Luna who had a grim look on her face. She felt a pang of empathy for him. She was waiting a thousand years for her revenge, just to realize she wanted some recognition. If she had known that, she wouldn’t have tried to genocide the ponies. Then again, what difference would it have made anyways? Not so much.

She felt sad for her nephew if that was his true story. She wanted to hug him and tell him he was loved, but he didn’t seem like he was that kind of dragon to begin with. He held a lot of anger and frustration over what he had done. If he regretted it, then that was something Luna didn’t know. He didn’t seem to have regretted it. Then again, he was not very clear with his body language either.

Spike was at this very moment, in the Crystal Empire, trying to help the ponies of the Crystal Empire by not dropping the Crystal Heart. It would help them against the dreaded King Sombra. Spike was standing on some kind of reeling and knew that he was gonna fall off at any given moment. Then it happened. He fell…

He lost his grip on the Crystal Heart and he felt how he was getting angry because of it. He tried grabbing the Crystal Heart but it wasn’t working. Then, when Spike thought he had failed everypony and creature. Princess Cadance flew in and saved the Crystal Heart and Spike. Princess Cadance, although her full name is Mi Amore Cadenza, she is a alicorn mare married to Twilight Sparkle’s brother Prince Shining Armor.

She has light purple eyes, moderate violet with moderate rose and pale gold streaked mane and tail. She has a pale, light grayish cerise coat. Her wings were wide as Spike rode on her back as she used all of her strength to fly and carry the Crystal Heart with her magic, plus Spike who was riding her. She felt the air in her lungs burning as she did her best not to pass out. Spike was looking around and saw where KIng Sombra was standing. He was standing on black crystals that were tainted with corruption and revulsion. He had a shocked look on his face as Cadance proceeded to land on the crystal ground. Her subjects have called her “The Crystal Princess.”

“The Crystal Heart has returned. Use the light and love within you, that King Sombra does not.” Cadance said, making her subjects bow when the Crystal Heart was placed in the middle point of the whole kingdom. Spike showed his love. He may not like the ponies, but the Crystal Ponies was the number one exception after everything they went through.

The ground of the Crystal Empire started to shine pure white light. It shows how much the ponies love and cherish. Yet, there are still many wars that the ponies created themselves. Spike could only shake his head at the sheer stupidity. He wasn’t gonna clean their messes. He had no time for such things.

After they had saved the whole empire, they traveled back to Canterlot where Twilight heard she had passed the test. Spike simply rolled his eyes. When asked why he had rolled his eyes he then proceeded to say: “Twilight got the test yes? Well, Princess Celestia never said that she had to solely rely on herself. If she can’t make sacrifices then how is she supposed to succeed in everything else?” Princess celestia had then walked out and smiled down at Spike and looked at the Element Bearers.

She had told them that it was true, and that Twilight can’t always rely on herself. Spike had simply nodded and continued to roll his eyes at the dumb mare. Celestia had giggled and Applejack asked Spike how he knew how Celestia thought.
“Applejack, I am the assistant of Twilight Sparkle, who is my mentor, teacher, and sister. She has taught me everything I know. I was on every lesson Twilight had with her highness. Besides, I have learnt how to read poker faces for a very long time. She also never said that it was specifically Twilight who had to do it. I thought it was easy.” Spike said, as he shook his head at the farmer.

Celestia had stifled a giggle and Twilight had shook her head at Spike. Not out of anger or disappointment, but because he was so smart. Tartarus, maybe even smarter than herself!

That night, when everypony was in bed, Spike was looking into the body mirror in Canterlot castle and felt something on his back. Suddenly he felt immense pain as his back felt like it would break at any moment. Spike was on the floor having a coughing fit as he tried to cover his mouth. Then finally, his scales let out two large wings. Spike turned on the light and looked shocked. His wings were one of angels but they were coal black from corruption. Spike was shocked. How and why had he gotten them?

Spike was walking through the halls of Canterlot Castle and hated the feeling that radiated of from Princess Celestia. It reminded him of Faust, and he was really considering simply killing her because of it. As tempting as that was, it was not her fault. She was the light that the ponies and some other creatures needed and he would be in the wrong if he killed her. Even though, he has wanted to do it for some time. She keeps doing the same mistake over and over again. Throwing her enemies into Tartarus thinking that they will be reformed that way.

“Pure idiocy. . .” Spike said, out loud not looking at the royal guards who looked at him confusedly. The halls he was walking down had many windows and he occasionally looked up at the sky to see if his real mother was watching him. He knew that she was, but he didn’t want to admit that it was comforting. He was supposed to hate Faust, and he does, but it is not as strong as he had expected and to some extent, hoped. He does want to start another rebellion but the will power is not as strong, it is as if something in Equestria was reforming him. Ha! Implausible! The only one he ever spends time with fully was Princess Luna who needed help with learning the speech that the modern ponies and creatures use. Spike on the other hand had a thing of falling into the old dialect without realizing it. Princess Celestia had thought him the old speech and even told him about his ‘aunt’ while the others had no clue at all. Spike had also had visions about her return and was not frightened the slightest when she returned. Not because of the visions, but because she was way weaker than him in comparison.

“I do wonder what is going on in Heaven. . .” Spike said, with a sense of anger. He was so caught up in his own sulking that he forgot to check his surroundings without being obvious. Princess Luna was spying on him and was making sure that he didn’t blow in anger at somepony or creature except if they were snobbish. She wouldn’t allow him to kill them but allow him to really hurt them physically and mentally. Hopefully, the snobbish ponies would then understand that not every creature will bow before them. She was a little surprised about his grunting and he looked out the windows. She wondered what he was truly thinking about but she wouldn’t dare use Legimency on him. He was in every sense of the word: powerful. She had a feeling that she would regret it if she tried and she’d rather not ruin her relation with Spike with her curiosity. Some secrets were better left unanswered and she knew that Spike had answers that could devastate her. She knew so just by looking at him, the way he walked, looked, and acted. It showed that he was the one in control of everything.

She had noticed that a lot of snobbish ponies had been very intimidated by his lack of care and showed that he was not arrogant because he knew that he was more powerful than some mere ponies who had a lot of money. Spike had been put in a situation a few days ago where he had to fight some of the nobles with their literal hooves. Spike had smiled evilly, and before they knew it, they were clutching their sides and had been kicked in the face several times until they started bleeding. Everypony had seen how the royal guards had not done anything because. . . well, they had no idea why they did not intervene it was as if he was some creature important.

Spike reached the room he wanted to be in and opened it. Inside, was several expensive-looking pieces of furniture that had gold tints on them. There were portraits of different heroic creatures that helped Equestria through the ages. Spike didn’t pay attention to any of it as he had no interest in saving the idiotic land. The Magic Of Love, Friendship, Sun, Moon, and Harmony? None of it was real. Or well, for him it wasn’t real. To him, it was just some cheap excuse some creature made up and then it just got stuck in the ponies’ head.

He walked towards a balcony that revealed the whole land of Equestria and the moon. Spike looked up and felt a sense of sadness and anger. Luna looked at him with sorrow and decided that she would try to comfort him. Spike wasn’t aware of her presence. He was too stuck in his own grief trying to comprehend what had happened. “It was always something wrong that happened to me. What is it that I have done to deserve to be in this land?” Spike said, out loud thinking that it might ease his sorrow a little, but it only brought more questions to him. He was in a land where the creatures very easily forgive each other, but if you are a different creature, then that is a whole other matter. He wondered why he received this punishment. Maybe Faust wanted him to unite the creatures? He then smiled sadly, but it had an evil twist to it. He would do the complete opposite, making his creator hate him! That is what he will do. . .

He suddenly felt a force wrap around him. It was fur and two large hooves around his chest. He felt a pony’s snout on his back that made him question what the pony was trying to accomplish. Spike then asked the one question he already had the answer to. “Who is there?” Spike heard a sad giggle and the hooves went away from his chest, making him able to turn around and see that it was his aunt that stood there with a sad smile on her face. Spike felt bad for asking a quite obvious question. His fake mother was too busy listening to snobbish idiots that have higher demands than a demon.

“It is me, dear nephew,” Luna said, in a friendly voice. Spike nodded a little bit and smiled warmly at her. Luna returned it because she knew it was a real smile. She couldn’t help but feel the warmth radiating off from him and it made her feel safe and want to be closer to him. She walked towards him and hugged him, much to his surprise. Luna felt how he stiffened, but then he relaxed and returned the hug. He felt happy that he was close to somepony that cared about him. Well, if other ponies cared about him, then he was not paying attention to them.

Luna felt like she had won when she felt him relax from her embrace and hug back. She did not want to let go, but she knew that she had to at one point. Spike was thinking the same thoughts as he did not want to let go of his dear aunt, but he did not exactly have a choice, to begin with. He and she had the stuff to get done. He had the training to do and auntie Luna had her royal night duties to attend to. She had night court and that was quite important, although, he had noticed that she had completely stopped listening to the nobles. Everypony, especially the nobles, knew of Princess Luna’s dislike of them and did not listen to them unless if it was somepony like Fancy Pants and Fleur De Lis. Those type of ponies were the one’s she tolerated as she had a deep respect for them. They would not whine about something like to high tax rate, other creatures in Canterlot, or other stupidity like that.

Finally, they let go and they looked at each other. Spike had an unreadable expression on her face while Luna had a secret look of desire, one that Spike strangely was not aware of. They smiled and looked in unison at the moon and saw the light emitting from it with the help of the sun. Spike felt a sense of peace within his heart. It was as if when he was with Luna, he could be himself and not worry about his problems. It was a lovely feeling. Luna was feeling the same thing, but there was one thing that she wanted an answer to from Spike, and she hoped that she received a truthful answer.

“Spike, where do you go during the night? I don’t see the door to your dream, and even then, I am not able to enter the dream at all.” Luna explained as she turned towards Spike who was still looking at the moon. He knew that it was an inevitable question, but he loved the moments where he did not have to answer these questions. Spike looked away from the moon and shifted his gaze towards Luna who was looking at him with a gentle gaze. Spike took in a deep breath and decided to tell the truth.

“I train during the night. I don’t need sleep at all. In fact, rest is something dragons don’t need, the dragons that do it have become too soft. It has come into their lazy blood, I don’t even believe that Dragonlord Ember is aware of this weakness, to begin with. Although, we don’t write down our habits, and if we have, it has been written in ancient draconic, to begin with.” Spike said, making Luna look at him with fascinated eyes. No need to sleep or rest? She wondered where Spike had been able to learn this ability. Ponies need their sleep, to begin with, and If they don’t their body will eventually collapse from exhaustion and will sleep until the body has enough to be able to do the common things a pony needs. Spike looked at the moon again and did not see the look of understanding on Luna’s face. She had a feeling that if he was truly an angel that has fallen, then he does not need any sleep or rest as it is their duty to watch over all the creatures that Faust has created.

“That is impressive, Spike.” Luna said, as she saw the light bluh on Spike’s face making her giggle inwardly. Spike felt a little sheepish that he got such a praise from Luna, but he knew she meant well. “Say Spike, would it be okay if i joined you? When you train i mean, i doesn’t have to be tonight.” Spike looked at her with a little bit of shock. She sounded like it was something she desired. She could not help but fear that she might get rejected after what she requested but that was only for a few moments before she felt Spike hug her and felt his warmth.

“Yes auntie woona, you can come tonight unless if your busy.” Spike said, the name he said when he was small to make her her giggle a little bit. Spike could not help but smirk in victory when she felt her blush against his scales as she was feeling another type of feeling that one should not feel for their nephew. He loved being a fallen angel. It meant that he could do some things, that normal angels would never do in fear of being cast out by Faust. He shook his head as he was reminded of his failures.

“Well then dear, nephew,” Luna said, as she was still blushing but tried to sound normal. “Where to?” Spike grinned as he decided to use his dragon wings and flew together with his Equestrian aunt towards the Everfree Forest. He was thinking deep about what he wanted to show her, and see how she would react to his violent tendencies. He was looking forward to it. Spike was unaware that Faust was looking directly into his eyes as the white globe smiled as Faust saw her creations having clear affection for each other but decides to ignore it. She would have the Princess Of Love come visit them and she knew that the Princess would be able to tell them the truth. That they love each other more than a aunt and nephew.

Spike had noticed many things when he was cast out of Heaven that was affecting him. He tended to have explosive anger, but he did not know why that was. Just the other day, he had found a little colt that had been bruised badly and many of his wounds looked to be infected. When he had seen it, he had exploded in anger and had literally beaten everypony in claw fights, not even caring that his stamina was not as strong as it used to be. The nobles of Canterlot except ponies like Fancy Pants and Fleur De Lis had grown terrified with him and ran away as soon as they saw him enter the market. Luckily, he actually enjoyed the whole thing. When he had found the pony that did it to the poor colt, he had beaten the pony so hard that he believed that brother Lucifer might have heard the screams. Not that he cared anyway. The days became brighter with the scorching hot sun being unforgiving and moving closer towards the time of the year where the mares go into heat while the stallions try the flee the literal planet from the horned crazed mares.

Spike knew that if Lucifer was in Equestria that he would love that bit. He laughed. The ponies and the lustful demons would without a doubt enjoy each other. Spike was planning on flying towards a certain point in Equestria that opens the door between Heaven and Hell. he was going to Hell and was planning on staying there for an entire weak. He was hoping to also speak to Lucifer about the failed rebellion and see what they could do about their terrible loss. But he had an itching feeling that Lucifer did not want to talk about their loss. It was not surprising. Who would want to speak about their greatest mistake?

Spike had also noticed that Luna had a certain look in her eye when she looked at him. Normally he would have gone for the angel of love, but he was not exactly on speaking terms with them, or they would simply ignore his letters and messages overall. Spike had no interest in contacting them as he wanted to prove to them that he could take care of himself without the help of filthy angels. He may be a fallen angel, but that was it. He was a fallen angel, not simply an angel. He had a lot more power and he could easily genocide entire races’ if he wanted to.

He had wanted to genocide the humans, but Spike knew that the humans would genocide themselves in the end because the humans were simply that stupid. Always fighting over something that they technically don’t need but say that they do so it is justified in the end. Spike shook his head. He could see why the demons would love the humans for their sheer lack of care about what they do. Spike also found one thing hilarious. The humans say specifically that incest is morally wrong, yet, they have done many things in history that is more morally wrong than incest. Why Spike thought about incest was because that it was the only occasion that humans actually mention morality. Humans had no morals. End of the discussion, if they did, then why did all those humans murder women and children, genocide their own race, rape and murder other humans for their pathetic gains. Humans were simply not fit to exist at all, they are unfit to even rule nations, to begin with. They are scared of aliens because they are afraid that they will be treated like animals like they do to them.

Spike shook his head as he was marching down the streets of Canterlot, noticing that he received many fearful looks. Not because he was a dragon, but because they had seen him do certain things towards snobbish ponies that had crossed him in a very bad way. The ponies never seemed to be themselves afterwards. He was looking to buy some water that he would turn into wine. He knew that he could simply get water somewhere and turn it into wine, but he was feeling a little bit lazy, so he decided to head towards a mundane shop.

The shop he went to was the biggest one that had many things that belonged to many different creatures culture wise. There were many shelves that were stocked with different mundane products that the creatures around Equestria were addicted to. Spike found the water he was looking for. It was water that was the mundane version of purified. It had not been blessed by a priest, but it had been thoroughly cleaned which was why it was seen as the non religious version of purified water. Spike paid the stallion who worked there and looked at the water intently as he walked towards the caslte, not giving a feather about the odd looks he was getting. Just when he had entered the castle and was about to go to his room, he heard his name being called. “Spike!” He turned to his left and saw the blue-coated alicorn that he so much liked. he did not know why, but the alicorns’ presence always brightened his day. He walked up to her and hugged the living daylights out of her. Luna did the same and she was then put down as she looked at the bottle that Spike had in his hand.

“What you have there? Ordinary water?” Luna asked, as she inspected it. She did not recognize the logo on the front that had two spears crossing each other with the moon rising over the horizon. It had the name: Night Water and it made Luna feel a little bit more happy that there were someponies that cared about her. Spike nodded as he opened a door that lead to a hallway and headed towards his room, his aunt in tow. He wanted to show some of his powers for her, but he did not know how to present them. He would have to figure something out.

When they reached his room, Spike saw the glass that he had been drinking from earlier that day and made sure that it was clean for when the wine was in the glass. His aunt looked at him curiously as Spike open the bottle of water and poured it inside of the glass and saw to her shock that it became red like. . . wine? Spike poured it to the brim and handed the glass to her and she was lost as to what to do. She then took a careful gulp and she was amazed by the taste and texture. It tasted like raspberries and was thick and delicious in its liquid form with alcohol in it.

“I hope you like it. It was a little trick I have thought myself.” Spike said, as he saw Luna look at him with amazed eyes. She knew that it was his angelic abilities, but she knew that he did not want to talk about his past before he ended up in Equestria. She had come to accept the fact that Spike is not a normal dragon and that he is in fact a fallen angel. She did not know how she managed to accept it, but she did and she felt happy. She wanted to know more about him and what it was like to grow up in Heaven with a God and Goddess that ruled over the different dimensions and had their children that were angels that watched over the weaker, herself included as she believed that her nephew was without a doubt the most powerful creature In the whole land of Equestria and could torch the whole lands if he felt like it. She would make sure that that Blueblood made Spike angry enough so she could witness Blueblood get torched. It would mean that she had one less problem to deal with.

“It was delicious, Spike. Where did you managed to learn to turn water into wine?” Luna asked, wondering if she could possibly learn the ability as she was quite fascinated in managing to do so. She would never have to worry about running out of wine in the first place! She could simply pour water into a cup and boom! There the wine was. Spike looked at her with a large hint of happiness, feeling proud of himself. He did not think that Luna would be so easily convinced, but he did not exactly care either. He was more interested in to getting to know her better and learn about her family and learn about how she was loved but her family. She had the one thing he had always strifed for and that was a proper family where they could all be proud of each others achievements. He did not mind the fact that he was a fallen angel creature and that his parents were Gods, but he wished that they had properly guided them to the path that they could potentially take and be supportive. But you could not have everything in life. Spike chuckled, saying life reminded him of his sister who was named Life.

“A magician never reveals their secret~” Spike said, in a teaseful voice that made Luna smirk at him. It was as if she was asking for a dear. Perhaps he was. Luna walked over towards him and she placed the glass on a nearby table so she did not spill out its contents. Luna hugged Spike with playful seductiveness and it made Spike chuckle a little bit. He remembered that his sister, Death, tended to tease the other angels knowing full well that they would be looking at her in a very unholy way. You would think that a Goddess and God punished her severely for it but they did not at all. They weren’t even angry at her and simply told her that it was natural that she had feelings for her brothers and sisters in a different way and did not scold her for corruption as many humans in the human world believed God did.

“Well, now i am really curious. What secret tricks is it that you use to make water turn to wine?” Luna asked, as she looked into his eyes with strong hints of desire that Spike was clueless about. Spike chuckled a little bit at her comment, but did not say anything. He simply looked at her with a playful blank expression until he hugged her and pressed his chest against hers. Luna let out a sound of surprise until she grinned as she felt the feeling of being in the air. She felt Spike’s scaley arms around her as she was spun in a circle.

The moment lasted quite a while as they were simply enjoying themselves and smiling at each other. They looked into each others eyes and felt the warmth of the sun as they leaned closer and closer towards their mouths, but before that could happen, the door to the room was yanked opened and inside stepped a pink-coated alicorn mare with indigo, pink, and gold mane and tail that were in streaks that made the mare look even more beautiful. The mare wor a small golden crown with a purple diamond in the middle and purple dot on the top. Her eyes were purple and she was looking at them with an excited look, but then she looked a little sheepish.

“Well don’t stop your kiss because i am here, do continue!” Princess Cadance said, as she looked at the two, waiting for the scene to unfold in from of her eyes but that did not happen as the Princess of the moon and night started whistling innocently and the fallen angel looked at his imaginative watch that was not there and walked out of the room and headed for whervere he was going. “I messed up didn’t I?”

5 - The Dinner

View Online

Because Princess Cadance was in Canterlot, she was there for quite a lot of reasons. She was there because she felt the urge her brother in law had towards her aunt Luna, and she felt the same love Luna had for Spike. So naturally, she decided to travel to Canterlot and make sure that they accept their feelings for one another. She did not care about the whole incest thing as there really is no point in it. Even if they truly were blood-related, she would still have made sure that they responded to the feelings that they had for each other. Love is love and it always has been, but then when ponies and other creatures hear that they are related, it instantly changed and it is ‘disgusting’ ‘illegal’ and whatnot.

Cadance was tired of hearing those type of comments from creatures who are so backwards in their way of thinking, that they don’t notice that they are hurting the one’s they are accusing. As she was walking towards the dining hall for dinner, she bumped into Spike who was looking out the window, gazing at the stars. Spike did not seem to notice that he had been bumped into as he continued to stare out the window and the stars. Cadance looked out and tried to find if there was anything he was specifically looking at but found nothing.

“Sorry about that, Spike. I did not see where I was going.” Cadance apologized, hoping that she could gain his attention. It worked as he turned to her fully. She was a little horrified as she saw the cuts and bruises over his whole upper and lower body. There were big and small bruises and wounds that did not look like they had healed properly. Spike did not look like he cared as he looked at Cadance with a curious gaze, then he told her it was completely fine and went back to staring out the window.

“It's fine, Cadance. everypony and creature get lost in their thoughts.” spike said, waving the apology and looked at the stars before he decided to head to the dining hall for dinner. He realized that Cadance was also heading there and asked her if she was interested in walking with him. “Cadance, are you interested in walking with me to the dining hall? I assume you are heading there anyway.” Cadance nodded and they walked together to the dining hall and noticed that the whole royal family was there.

Princess Celestia, Luna, and prince Blueblood was there and was waiting for the other two to come. Spike sat down at his designated seat which was beside Luna which made Cadance grin. Spike sat down beside Luna who was blushing lightly as she felt the warm feeling emitting from Spike. She felt so safe and preserved. Cadance was giving them a devious grin. Cadance looked quite evil, but in a good way and for a good cause. Blueblood was simply minding his own business, not interested in angering Spike in any possible way. Celestia was trying her best to strike a conversation but no one was willing to talk much except Cadance.

“So Cadance, how is it in the Crystal Empire? I hear that most mares there are smitten with Spike.” Celestia said, winking at her son in question who did not look to give a flying feather as he was secretly drinking wine. “I have even heard that all of them I believe are trying to arrange marriage contracts there.” Spike looked at Celestia and Cadance with a cold gaze as he heard the word marriage contract. He was not marrying anypony through a marriage contract and certainly not someone he had no clue about.

“Things have been well, and you are right: the Crystal Ponies has indeed tried to get marriage contracts with Spike. I have all told the same thing; that Spike already has a lover.” Cadance said, making Spike look at her as if she had finally lost it. Celestia only laughed as Luna hid behind her hair but was blushing madly. Blueblood was still minding his own business. He had grown to respect Spike and did not want to ruin the relation he had built with him, so he remained quiet. Spike decided that he would ask the one question that was on his mind.

“And what will happen when they realize that their beloved hero does not have a lover?” Spike asked, with a grin as he saw that Cadences’ grin became bigger. “Does it then mean that I get the Empire?” Celestia looked at her son as if that was the most ridiculous thing in the world. Luna looked at Spike and for some reason imagined herself with him, married, and had two children. She could not help but smile at the lovely thought. Cadance looked like she had won and said in a tone that was mocking but still serious:

“Yes, if I am wrong, then the Empire is yours. If I am right, then I get to organize your wedding.” Cadance said, making Celestia look at her weirdly. That was her job. She then shrugged and decided to deal with it in the future. The dinner continued and Spike was noticing that he was getting funny looks from Luna who was giving him a look of longing. It was not one from an aunt, but one from something else. He just could not place his finger on it. He was truly oblivious as to what the feeling was. Cadance was grinning as she wanted to see them get into a relationship and have their happy ending.

When dinner was over, Spike was walking towards the garden to enjoy the stars and cold air. He knew that Faust was looking at him to spite him, but he could not avoid a literal Goddess. He would have to do something extremely drastic to achieve that and he knew that Faust would know why he did it and he would pretty much just get away with it and he would only feel angrier than usual. He felt a presence near him and he instantly knew it was Luna as she was radiating a warm feeling that made his heart flutter. Luna lay beside him and they looked at the stars together.

“It truly is beautiful isn’t it?” Spike asked after they had been quiet for quite a while. Luna nodded as she snuggled closer to Spike and he felt his body become fluttery. He felt amazing near Luna and she felt the same thing about him. They looked at the stars for a few hours before Spike decided that he needed to train in the Everfree Forest. Luna saw him fly off in the distanced, and she noticed that his wings changed mid-flight. It changed to his angelic wings that were coal black. But there was something. . . different on them. There was a hint of white in it.

6 - Suppression

View Online

Spike was in the forest with a large sword that was coloured in red with a black handle on it. The blade was red coloured and where you held it was black. The two things that went from left to right had carvings of angels that fell from Heaven. Spike training in the Everfree forest as he had nothing better to do. He could not afford to stop training as he had to be prepared for everything. He could not afford to lose any battles. He had a feeling that Luna was watching him from a distance, and he could not help but try to impress her with his fighting skill.

The sword swung from left to right in the most violent ways possible. He used his feet to move around and pretend that his enemies were attacking him. He made it all up in his mind and it was getting more realistic, and that had its advantages and disadvantages. The advantages were that he was well prepared and could fight against himself in that sense as he only expects to fight against those of his high calibre. The disadvantages were that there was no resistance. There was only air and that was no good because it would mean that there Is a high possibility that he might get sloppy.

“Dear nephew, that is impressive.” A voice said that made Spike turned around and smile. The Princess of the night was smiling at him and looked rather happy with what she was seeing. Spike walked up to her and she walked up to him and they felt each other's breaths as to how close they were.

“Thank you, aunt Luna. What are you doing here, stalking me?” Spike asked, making Luna blush and she got very quickly defensive of herself.

“No, no, no!! I. . . I was just flying by to meet a friend, yes, a friend.” Luna said, making the lie up on the spot. Spike grinned like a lunatic at his aunt. He knew that she was a good liar, but she seemed like a child this time. Her poker face would have made other politicians cry in shame at that moment. Spike looked into her eyes and he felt her blush. The warmth coming from her was natural and was from the adoration she had for him. Spike moved closer to her and Luna felt her hormones go into a frenzy. She wanted to jump into his arms right there and then. But she refrained from doing so.

Luna looked into Spike’s eyes and would have flinched by the look he was giving her. It was one of hatred, but it was not at her. She had seen that look before. . . in herself. She wanted to help him dearly, but she knew that he would not listen. Although, it was always worth a shot. She blushed as she touched him a little bit and felt his strong arms and stomach. She would not mind falling asleep with him. . .

Spike pulled her into a hug and they felt their warm bodies pressed together. Luna blushed but she felt like she was winning the lottery. Spike just enjoyed the warmth that was emitting from her. They both enjoyed it and wished it would have lasted forever. The sensations they were feeling were lust and to some extent: greed. Spike maybe a dragon and can control it a million times better than dragons, but Luna was still a mortal being compared to him. Luna was doing everything in her power to not jump at him and bang him, while Spike was simply ignoring his urges which was not a good idea.

When they left each other's embrace, they felt the coldness around them and heard the leaves ruffle each other. The moon and stars were clear in the sky and that was simply perfect for the two love birds.

“That was. . . interesting,” Luna stated as she tried her best to not look at her nephew in the eye. Spike nodded and looked up at the stars and then looked at the red-faced mare that was blushing madly. He chuckled a little as she turned redder.

“Indeed it was,” Spike replied as they both embraced each other again. Luna felt on top of the world as she felt the scales brush against her coat. It felt so right. Spike was observing her as they were pressed together. Spike then looked into her eyes and they were mesmerized by her. The cold gaze that she usually wore was gone. It was only gentle and kind. They moved closer and closer. Spike and Luna were touching noses and they then did it. They kissed. It was delicate, warm and filled with passion. Luna felt her stomach become butterflies. Spike then pulled her closer to him and they went deeper. Luna allowed him entry and they kissed deeper. They did not stop until they had to breathe. Spike was amazed and he felt different. Instead of hatred, resentment, anger, despair and other emotions, he felt love. Actual love, not just something made up at the moment. Luna felt it too, and she felt amazing. When she looked into her nephew’s eyes she felt like she had won. She knew he was the one. Everything was right.

Spike smiled at her with adoration and affection. Luna smiled back. “You know how to swing a sword. Maybe we could train sometime?” Luna asked, hopefully as she looked at Spike. The dragon in question smiled at his aunt and nodded. He usually trained alone, but he could use some company. “Where did you get the sword?” Spike looked at her and saw that she looked curious.

“I found a sword and decided to go to a weapon’s customizer and coloured it. It was expensive but worth it.” Spike said, lying with ease. Luna knew he was lying and she understood. He did not know if he could tell her. She understood completely. She did not blame him for it. If she was in his position she would have done the same thing.

“Good, well, do you want to travel to the castle with me?” Luna asked as she prepared herself to fly away. Spike thought about it and nodded. He felt finished with his training. He took the sword and used his powers to hide it. The last thing he needed was his mother asking trillions of questions as to why he was holding a sword. The trees did not seem as hostile like they were before. Spike took Luna’s hoof and together, they flew towards Canterlot Castle and they felt giddy and happy.

7 - Never Drink Alone

View Online

Spike was inside of his bedroom that had a small bar where several hundreds of different types of alcohol were. He had been drinking for some time. He knew that it wasn’t the best idea and that there were other ways to grieve one’s sorrow, but he was too tired to do the other methods. He was drinking some vodka and was walking down the memory lane of his life, from the beginning to now. The alcohol was not affecting him but if he was depressed or angry when he began, then there was another effect that was not pretty.

He had not been depressed or angry when he began drinking, but he had not been happy either. He felt a presence in the room and believed it to be Luna so he turned around with a smile but he felt shocked and anger flares up when he saw someone else entirely. The creature in front of him had white wings that looked purer than anything he had ever seen alive. She had brown eyes and looked at him with some sense of caution. Why would she not be cautious? He was one of the angels that rebelled and showed as much arrogance, hatred, and resentment as Lucifer Morningstar.

“Hello, brother.” She said, making Spike clench his claws in utmost anger. He did not have the time to look at this angel. Just looking at her made him feel angry. She was wearing a white robe that covered most of her private areas. Her legs showed the veins that were inside of her flesh. Spike chuckled a little bit as it made him believe that she was weak. Demons did not need such things, and yet, here she was: looking powerful and able to take him on without any sort of problem. The spear she had was as long as her body and the sharp point of it looked a little damaged as some pieces were missing. Spike would have normally helped her, but since this was his sister he was not interested. He decided to not remember her name but he knew that she would say it to make him remember in hopes of making him feel more guilty. She wore shoes that looked like they belonged to the modern human world with brown leather around her feet. She saw the expression Spike had on his face and knew that it was a terrible idea of coming, but she knew that Spike needed to know that not everyone had given up on him.

“Spike, I am so happy to see you.” She said, making Spike scoff aggressively. He did not believe her words at all. He was tired of hearing the lies, but what choice did he have? He had to listen to them and be consumed by them and be eaten alive by it. She noticed this and looked to the floor as she felt the accusing gaze of her brother. He always had a way of making his enemies feel frightened. She was his sister and she was feeling like a child that was caught stealing candy.

“I don’t believe that for a second. What is it that Faust wants? I have more important things to do than to be her pawn.” Spike said as if it was facts. She felt anger as she heard what he said. He had some guts to say that. He looked and sounded like he believed them as well. She did not know if she was gonna lash out in anger or whatever. She could not do so. He was drunk most likely. She then face-palmed herself as she remembered that angelic creatures can’t get drunk along with demons.

“No, she did not send me here. I came here with my own free will.” She said, making Spike laugh a cold laugh. It sent a shiver down her spine as she heard it. No emotion. It did not sound natural and she was frightened. The way he laughed. It sounded evil. She knew he had fallen, but his laugh had changed so much. Before it had so much love and life, now, however, it sounded angry and empty, like something was missing.

“Yeah right, like that would ever happen,” Spike said, as he looked at his sister. She looked down as she let a few tears fall from her eyes. She knew that there was no convincing him as he was like a wall that would not fall no matter how hard you tried to break it. “Say whatever it is that Faust demands of me, then leave, I have had enough of being an angel. I am nothing more but a demon now and I know that you are afraid of becoming one. Like all the other cowards.” She sucked on her breath.

“I am telling the truth, Spike. I truly came with my own free will. I know you don’t believe me, but it's the truth. I came because I know how lonely you are. I am already breaking several rules by doing this right now. Could you not show a little bit more appreciation?” She asked as she looked at her brother that seemed surprised by the way she talked. Spike turned his whole body towards her as he had at one point turned around to drink from his vodka. He looked at her with emotionless eyes and she was getting worried. He was not acting normal. She was hoping that he would do something. Anything, even yell at her to go away.

“You were never one to follow the rules no matter how hard Faust tried to make you follow them,” Spike said, travelling to his memories and remembering the good times. She chuckled as she remembered all of the times she had been yelled at for breaking the rules. Spike and Lucifer were the only one’s that were ever responsible in the whole family with taking care of things while she broke the many rules they had.

“No, what was the fun in following the rules?” She asked, making Spike look at her with curious eyes. She was always rebellious, but she still fought for Faust. He wondered what was going through her head at those moments of the war going on. Two sides fighting for power and riches that are higher than anything anyone could wish for. He was amazed that she was not tempted by what Lucifer had offered. Then again, the one who usually breaks the rules has a heart of gold in reality. So perhaps she was never interested in what Lucifer offered.

“I would have said that you would have made a great demoness, but your heart is made of gold because of how much you care,” Spike said, making her grin widely at him. The grin made him chuckle. She looked devious and a little bit devilish when she grinned.

“I take that as a compliment.” She said, as she then took the vodka bottle from Spike and took a few large gulps of the vodka. Spike was amazed. He did not think that she would drink at all. The rebellion changed all of them for the better or worse. When it came to her, he was unsure. She did not look or seemed to have changed. She looked like she was her normal cheerful devilish self. She would have been a great ruler of Hell. He knew it. Just by looking at her, he could see how the demons would do all she asked them to do.

Spike then looked at the stars and chuckled a little bit. He knew that Faust was listening to their conversation. No matter what dimension you are in, she was always watching. Spike knew that it did not matter if she heard or not, but it did not matter.

“It is time to go, Spike.” She said as she stepped towards h balcony to take off towards Heaven. Spike nodded as he got his vodka bottle back. He took a large gulp. He saw her wings that were pure white. She then turned around. “Spike, would you be so kind as to show your wings for me, only one more time?” Spike contemplated if he was gonna do it or not. He knew that she was here on Faust’s orders, but he decided to surprise little ol’ Faust. Spike showed his wings that were pure black. He then spun around not noticing his sister's shocked eyes as she saw a large white spot.

“Lovely wings.” That was all she said. She turned around and she flew away from the balcony and headed towards Heaven. Spike chuckled a little bit.

“Goodbye Rey-Rey,” Spike muttered to himself. Neither he nor Rey-Rey had noticed that they had been watched by Luna who knew about the whole angel thing, but there was another one that had heard the conversation that should not have heard it, and that was Princess Twilight Sparkle. Her eyes were wide of what she had just heard.

Spike was in his room drinking some old wine he had found in his backpack. He does not remember putting it there, but he decided that it didn’t matter. He had drunk the whole thing within an hour and he was looking out the window of his balcony. He was looking into the direction of Heaven and could not help but feel left out. He sighed as he threw the bottle down to the floor and stepped in it to make himself bleed a little. He usually did this so that he doesn’t grow soft as the other angels do.

He then removed the glass with the help of his powers. He was pretty tired, but he couldn’t sleep. It was one of those nights again. He felt like something was missing from his life, but he could not figure out what. He was getting lost in his thoughts when he heard a knocking at the door. He sensed that it was his aunt. He smiled a little bit as he walked over to the door and opened it. There in all her glory, stood Princess Luna with her blue coat that looked chilly, but comforting. He smiled at her as he allowed her entry. The room had been pretty chilly a few seconds ago as he was feeling a little bit angry, but now it was warm and felt welcoming.

“Hello dear nephew, I was just checking up on you to see how you were. You looked pretty angry the last I saw you when you were walking through the castle halls. Is everything alright?” Luna asked, with evident concern on her face. Spike felt a little taken aback by the fact that she cared so much. He did not mind, but he still felt like she worried herself over nothing. Whatever he does is his very own stupidity to take care of.

“It’s okay, Luna, I was angry over something else.” Spike shrugged off as he walked closer to her. She walked closer to him and she felt herself moisten a little bit. She moved closer until their faces were inches apart. She felt her nephew’s breath and it smelled of burning but something else as well, like, alcohol. She assumed that he had been drinking. She did not mind, as she knew that he had his personal problems to take care of. Luna then made a very bold and life-changing move. She kissed him. At first, it was tentatively but then it was filled with passion. Spike was caught by surprise, but he soon returned it. His heart was racing faster than it had ever done before, but it felt good. Luna felt the same. She wanted to learn about Spike as much as possible, but she did not know if he would tell her the truth. The room felt lighter and Luna felt her “high” come to her. She then felt two scaly claws grip her gently and lifted her into the air and landed her on the bed.

“Want some wine?” Spike asked as they lay there on his bed. He had a clear view of the stars and Heaven. He had a look of longing, but that quickly disappeared as he looked at Luna who looked at him quizzically, trying to figure him out. She had noticed that when he looked towards Heaven that it looked longing, and then other times he looked up there hatefully. She did not want to get him mad at her for trying to figure him out, so she left him alone. She nodded and he used his powers to get the wine bottle.

Spike did not bother about covering the fact that he could do magic or use them. He never has, the others in his “family” just believed that he used some cheap magic tricks that any creature could do. He noticed that Luna had seen it, but never commented on it.

“So, how has your night been?” Spike asked as he poured for Luna then himself. He had conjured some goblets that held the angels' crest of purity and love that showed their holy white wings. The round goblets were made out of pure gold and shone in the darkness because of the light from the moon. Luna saw that there were some words on the goblet below the white wings and she likes what she read. “Ac Purus Amor” Love And Pure.

“My night has been good, could have been better, but it is best to not complain.” She stated as she sipped her wine. Spike chuckled as he was remembered by the time he had accidentally complained. It did not turn out well, but he wasn’t punished, only taught a lesson by one of his brothers. He drank his wine and smiled a little bit as he liked the taste of it. It reminded him of home. He poured himself some more as he got thirsty.

They stayed like that for a while, drinking their wine and occasionally talking a little bit. Luna asked Spike a little bit about himself, about things that she and her sister would not know about. Spike then told her a little bit more about himself. He told her about his secret hobbies like how he enjoyed investing his money, all of it. He had earned quite good from the stocks he had earned back. He had no idea if Twilight knew, but he knew that she would eventually find that he had a couple of million bits in his vault.

Luna was impressed with her nephew. He was willing to invest money knowing that he was bound to lose some of it, but did not look like he cared about that. Because of it, he is even richer than her and her other nephew and sister. He could buy Canterlot and still be the richest creature in Equestria. She chuckled a little bit. She had hitten the jackpot. . .

“So, want to go on a vacation one day?” Spike suddenly asked as Luna was drifting off to sleep as the sun started to rise. She looked at her nephew in surprise. Vacation? Where? She did not have the time for such things but the offer did sound quite pleasant. She wondered where they would go. Was there anywhere they could go in the first place? She was getting lost in her thoughts and felt the breeze hit her as the window had been opened up by Spike. Her eyes were looking intently at the covers as she thought about the possibilities. Spike looked at her and felt her body was limb as she thought about his offer.

“It will be just you and me~” Spike spoke seductively as his right claw reached to her left hoof. She let out a sound of surprise and was looking into the form of her nephew who looked at her lustfully. She then started to grin wider than Nightmare Moon over could and cackled a little bit. She used her magic to make sure nopony heard them. She knew that if her bat-ponies heard her moan like that they would either think she was in pain or something else. It was a possibility that they would attack Spike even though he is a prince. But she knew exactly who would win. The Fallen Angel.

“Let’s see what you got,” Luna replied lustfully.

“Twi, are ya really sure Spike said those things?” Came the question from a farmer that sounded cowboy-ish with the dialect. She wore a cowboy hat and had an orange coat with white freckles on her face. She had blonde hair and green eyes. She had three red apples as her cutie mark on her right and left flank. She was sitting on a throne that had her cutie mark on it around the top for all to see and was sitting with other ponies in the room that sat on their respective throne. She looked at the lavender coated mare with dark bluish mane and tail with indigo and pink line.

Twilight Sparkle had just finished explaining to them what she had heard Spike and the other creature talk about. She saw the disbelieving looks on their faces. Well, Pinkie Pie sat there normally but kept claiming about how she had some “contract” with the author of the story to not reveal the secrets. Actually, when she thought about it, she did not seem shocked or surprised the slightest. She in fact had muttered to herself “finally” as if something had finally happened. There was a mare with a blue coat, rainbow mane and tail and moderate cerise eyes. She had a cloud with a lightning bolt that had rainbow colours. Her name was Rainbow Dash and she was awfully quiet. She stared into space and did not say anything. The room was tense from the suspension from Twilight.

“Yes! I literally heard him say those things, I can show you my memory if you want to hear for yourself.” Twilight was frustrated, why didn’t her friends believe her? Did they seriously believe that she would lie about something like this? Her face was morphed into a frown as she thought about it. Another pony noticed this.

“Darling, it is not like we don’t believe you. It is simply too far-fetched. Do you really believe that little Spikey-Wikey is an angel from Heaven?” Came a voice that sounded posh and upper-class. She was marshmallow coated with a beautiful indigo mane that was swirled to the left and her tail was swirled as well. She had blue eyes and make-up on her face. She had three diamonds as her cutie mark. She looked at everypony in the room but Rainbow Dash was still not saying anything. Applejack narrowed her eyes in suspicion.

“Oi! Rainbow, aren’t ya gonna say anythin’ bout’ this?” Applejack questioned, receiving no response from Rainbow Dash. She was simply in her thoughts, not looking at anypony. As matter of fact, she looked like she had made some sort of realization as she looked like she had seen a ghost.

“What is there to say...?” The voice sounded weak like she had given up on something dear to her. Her blue coat seemed to have almost turned grey. She looked so... broken. It was like she had lost all hope and could not be talked out of it. Twilight raised a brow but received no response from the athletic pegasus.

Twilight had both of her hooves on the cutie map and was looking at Rainbow Dash, her mane looked like it had turned grey like when Discord had made them turn against one another. Twilight thought that Rainbow would laugh at the idea of Spike being an angel or something as high as their Princess’ but she wasn’t laughing, she had a look on her face that showed... acceptance? It was hard to read. The others were now concerned for her. Did she know something the others didn’t? They hoped so...

The air around the room was relaxing, cold against their coats and their breaths were warm. Their hooves were placed on the cutie map, trying to get a better look at Rainbow Dash. Said pegasus had her face on the cutie map, not facing anypony’s gaze.

Twilight got up from her throne, walking around so she could hug her athletic friend. That is what she did, but she felt nothing from the pegasus, not stiffness, no shoving, nothing... She had most likely expected it and that was understandable. They gave each other hugs all of the time. This was nothing new.

“How about this, I show you the memory of what I heard and then you can decide for yourselves?” Twilight questioned, leaving Rainbow’s side and walking back to her throne. The other ponies in the room looked at each other. There was a yellow coated mare with bubblegum mane and tail and moderate cyan eyes. She had three pink butterflies on her flank.

The mare looked like she wanted to object but nopony paid her no heed. She very much believed that Spike was an angel but she believed that he might be something else as well. He did not fight with fairness when he trained...

There was a mare with a light pink coat and bright pink mane and tail. She had three ballons as her cutie mark, the one in the middle being yellow and the one’s to the left and right was blue. She had light cerulean eyes that currently looked bored from all of this, not even fazed by any of it.

“Twilight, does it truly matter? You have seen how he is. He literally is a Fallen Angel that is very resentful towards anything that has anything to do with Faust and her creations.” Pinkie Pie asked, sounding bored but wanted to hear her friends’ answer.

Twilight looked at her friend in shock. “Pinkie, it really does matter. This is years of lies! He has never told us anything about this and I want to find out why, but first things first, I need you to see the memory.”

Twilight charged up her horn and there was a whitish glow emitting from the tip of her horn. The whiteness then spread throughout the room and before they knew it, they were inside of Twilight Sparkle’s memories. Little did they know, (except Pinkie) their whole world was about to come spiralling down after hearing what the conversation was all about.

10 — The Sword

The wind caressed his scales as he walked through the Everfree Forest. He had left Canterlot Castle a few minutes ago to train, he was bored and had nothing better to do. The darkness around the tall trees that looked intimidating covered most of the sky with the help of the leaves.

He moved his left and right leg forward, trying to reach the location he would be training in. In his right claw was a sword that was made from angelic metal, the blade was blood—red coloured, the grip of the sword was metal and had carved in stems of flowers on it. His front and back area had nice muscles showing that he trained often.

He breathed in and out, calming his nerves as he walked past the trees of the Everfree Forest. His face contained no emotion, completely set on getting to his location.

The leaves under his feet were crunching, the grass was wet and muddy. Spike would clean himself later, right now, he needed to lose some steam. He has contained his emotions for far too long, it has made him explosively angry as of late. He has not seen a flicker of Twilight or her useless friends.

Ahead of Spike, a few hundred feet away was the training area. The place was circular and had many trees, it was also a dead-end if you were running from the Timberwolves or other creatures of the Everfree. To his left and right were trees and other places of the Everfree that he has explored.

Spike walked past two trees from his left and right and was getting closer to his location, his sword was dangling as he walked closer to the training area, the darkness around his scales was enveloping him, it was getting closer to taking him over, he was getting closer to becoming a demon...

Spike grinned sadistically, he had no problems about turning into a demon. He was more than happy to become one, but he felt something inside of his body trying to stop it. It was like his mind was trying to stop the evil from covering him from head to toe. Spike walked past a tree to his left and he spun with both of his claws firmly on the sword and cut the tree in half.

The tree fell to the ground, making some rabbits that had been in the area run away from the sudden events.

Spike looked at the fallen tree and scoffed. He turned towards the training area and he started walking once again. He wasn’t grinning anymore, he was smiling like a mad demon. It wasn’t a pleasant sight to see, his mouth stretched from ear to ear.

His left claw was clenched into a fist, his right claw was still holding the sword. Suddenly, he fell to the ground because his whole body was burning. He let out a painful demonic scream, he dropped the sword, his claws were hugging him to comfort him. He felt as though his scales would get ripped off from him. A pool of darkness envelopes him, his withering and rolling around on the muddy, wet ground did not cease.

He could not contain his screaming even if he wanted to, the burning sensation on his scales was too much.

Suddenly, it stopped but he did not feel like himself. Slowly, he got up from the ground. He looked at his scales. They were black. Coal-black. Spike looked to where his sword had landed and picked it up. Suddenly, he felt like laughing. He did...

That night, every pony in Ponyville heard the demonic, evil laughed come from the Everfree.
