As night descends over Paradise City and the streets are less noisy than in the daylight. Oscura Galaxia was by the Waterfront, gazing at the sea, being annoyed about something, primarily related to DangerDean. As tears roll over her cheeks. She was planning something she never thought she’d do, but has to under certain circumstances. The plan...was to eliminate DangerDean.
A few seconds later, a voice was about two feet away from her. “What are you doing, Oscura?”
Oscura heard the voice instantly and turned around. The voice came from Rainbow Dash doppelganger with a Wonderbolts-style outfit, but the outfit was dark grey with cyan lightning bolts. She, like Oscura, has a nemesis as well, Rainbow Dash. Oscura was waiting to know who the Rainbow doppelganger was.
“Who are you?” Oscura asked her, after she wiped a tear from her cheeks with a hoof.
“I’m Midnight Skies,” she then spoke. “I’ve heard that you had problems with a certain pegasi, the one who drives a red Rossolini Tempesta.” Oscura nodded as another tear was waiting to roll down her cheek. “To be honest, I think you need a little help with your adversery with DangerDean,” Midnight continued. “I also hate Rainbow Dash as much as you hate him. So tell me, why are so upset?” She then asked.
“He... keeps destroying my Uberschall. And it makes want to slap him with my armoured hoof... right... at his damn face!” Oscura spat out, vemonously.
Midnight was surprised at what Oscura said to her. She then thought of a plan.
“I know, Oscura. Why don’t I team up with you to defeat him, so I can teach Rainbow a lesson or two.”
Oscura’s tear-ridden eyes then lit up.
“That would be a good idea.” She then spoke and then shook hooves with Midnight.
She then proceeded to her cyan Jansen XS12 and then, heard a roar of an approaching car.
Midnight raised her hoof up in the air as a signal to a purple Watson Revenge Racer that was slowing down in order to park. The door opened and what stepped out brought a face of amazement from Oscura. The pony was a Starlight doppelganger with a grey-ish tint. Her outfit was simillar to Oscura’s but the black horseshoes she was wearing had purple dragon tribal symbolisms which glowed in the dark. Her full black leather outfit with light purple outlines also has the symbolisms on the flank area. Her helmet was also similar to Oscura’s but without the patternation. She, like Oscura, has a leg-band on her right leg, but this one was purple with a black symbolism of five flames forming a five-point star. Her eyes are also blood red like Oscura’s when her anger is at beyond breaking point.
Oscura felt like she had a found another ally to make sure Danger never sets foot in Paradise City again.
“Oscura Galaxia,” Midnight then announced. “Allow me to introduce our newest member of our team, which is known as the... Alliance of the Extreme Darkness: Estrella Dragonheart.”
Estrella looked at Oscura and then, after a couple of seconds, she shook hooves with Oscura.
“So... you must be Oscura Galaxia.” Estrella spoke, “I heard a lot about you in the past, aren’t you the pony that hates a pegasi named DangerDean.”
Oscura nodded as she didn’t want to explain it too much as may cause her to implode with rage.
“I think... we have a task our on hooves... to eliminate Danger and his pathetic team,” Oscura then announced. “And we will be the rulers of Paradise City.”
Then, Oscura, Midnight and Estrella all raised the hooves and felt lightning bolts making contact, making a spell to make their eyes give a demonic red colour and then... all three of them felt powerful, extremely powerful.
“Now... that’s settled then... Danger... it’s time... you pay the ultimate price.” Oscura said, in a deep and evil voice.
Meanwhile...
The heroes have been cruising for in Big Surf Island for a hour and a few seconds later... the wheels of the dark green Hunter Spur drifted to a complete stop at North Beach. The rest began to stop by casually slowing down, accept for Danger and Rainbow, who decided to do the same thing and parked with the front of Danger’s Tempesta and Rainbow’s P12 facing each other at about eight inches apart. Danger, Rainbow, Starlight, Pinkie, Aria, Sonata and Sunset all got out of the cars and then gazed at Paradise City.
Twilight and Rarity told the six heroes that they would stay by the Crystal Summit Observatory and tell them if they encounter Oscura. Danger was completely fine with it. After about ten seconds, Rainbow heard the roar of a car approaching towards her. She then patted on Danger’s flank to grab his attention. What Rainbow heard was green Nakamura SI-7 with black flames in it’s livery, Aria apporached Danger knowing that it may be an ally of Oscura as the SI-7 spun into a drift and parked facing the front of the Tempesta and the P12.
The door opened and what stepped out, brought a bit of a surprise to Danger. The pony was a slightly dark, greyish-green female pegasi with a mane consisting of brown, red and orange which matched her tail respectively. Her cutie mark was a half-lion, half-dragon creature breathing fire with it’s back on fire as well. Her eyes were similar to Rarity’s but the irises were purple and that when she closes them, it’s red, slightly pink makeup became visible to the eyes of Danger. Her name... was Blazing Lionfire, Blazey for short.
“Danger? Is that you?” Blazey then spoke. Danger’s eyes then lit up as he heard his name being called.
“Blazey!” He then shouted as he rushed to Blazey, hugging her in a span of a few seconds. Aria swore she heard her surname being spoken, but ignored it and began to wonder about Danger.
But Rainbow had beaten her to it. “You two know each other?” She then asked Danger. Blazey then faced Rainbow as she and Danger seperated.
“Yes, we have,” She spoke. “I known him since he was a filly and became friends ever since and we’ve been through a lot, including Sombra’s assumption of the Crystal Empire, when Twilight became an alicorn, and the Battle of the Bands.”
Rainbow became shocked as Blazey can remember every event that transpired in Equestria. That gave Danger enough time to ask her a question relating to Oscura. “Blazey, have you... by any chance... encountered a unicorn called, Oscura Galaxia?”
Danger asked her. Blazey thought a moment. “Yes, I have.” She then answered.
“Then tell us,” Starlight then spoke as she wanted to hear the full story.

“OK,” Blazey responded to Starlight. “But I must warn you all, this story is one you wouldn’t wanna hear for the second time around.”
Danger’s eyes half-closed in sarcasm. “Oh, boy. This may lead to a sob story soon.” he thought to himself.
Blazey then took a deep breath and began her story of the time she encountered Oscura.
“It all started about two weeks ago, when I was cruising on the Waterfront Palza with my sister, Sparkling Lionfire but I call her ‘Sparky’. As you can probably nothing special was going to happen. Until, we reached the Wild Cats Baseball Stadium. Both of us encountered the LMP-shaped car on the oncoming lane, driven by Oscura. I can’t remember what it was.” Blazey began as Rainbow, Pinkie and Danger sat on the front of their cars, getting interested in the story.
Blazey then turned to her attention to Danger.
“Danger, what was the car that Oscura drives?” She asked him.
“That would be the Krieger Überschall Clear-View. ” Danger responded.
Blazey nodded. She now remember what Oscura was driving at the time of the event.
“We then decided to take a U-turn to towards Oscura. Sparky thought we were going back to Lone Stallion Ranch, but I had a plan.” Blazey continued. “I decided to give the rear of the Überschall the smallest of nudges. This pissed off Oscura extremely. What I did there... Was asking for vehicluar warfare. Oscura then took a 360˚ turn to get behind Sparky.”
Danger then interrupted because he had a question to ask.
“What car was Sparky using at that time?” Danger spoke.
“The same car you’re siting on but it’s colouring is orange and it’s the same style as yours.” Blazey replied.
“Oh, she uses a Tempesta too? Wise choice of car, I must say?” Danger said, being satisified with the vehicle choice.
“Can I continue?” She asked to anypony.
“Sure, you may, Blazey.” Rainbow then replied to her question.
Blazey thanked Rainbow and then she continued. “Sparky knew she was Oscura’s first target. She tried to use her boost ability, but it was too late. 200 meters from the Plaza, Oscura pitted Sparky into a wall back at the Waterfront, then her Tempesta rolled about 5 times before coming to a rest on it’s roof.”
“Sweet Celestia on a unicycle!” Rainbow thought to herself.
“Despite my SI-7 being slower than her Überschall and my sister’s Tempesta,” Blazey continued as tears started to flow her eyes. “I got out of that mess unscathed. My sister on the other hand, not so much. Five seconds after Oscura headed west towards the center city, I got out of my car and rushed towards my sister. I hoped she was alright because it was... A nasty crash for her. I used my magic to roll her car back onto its wheels. I then open the driver’s scissor door and pulled Sparky out the car and place her body on the sidewalk. Her body was riddled with a plethora of scars and her mane was all ruffled into a mess.”
“Just like Adagio’s.” Aria thought to herself, in a sarcastic mood.
“After her car dissappeared to Grange Hill Junkyard, I carried her injured body to my SI-7 and I placed my hoof on her head and she was quite warm.” Blazey continued. “This worried me slightly as she was also out cold. I then placed her in the passenger seat and I drove towards the Junkyard very carefully as I didn’t want to injure her more.”
Both Starlight and Sunset put their hooves in their mouths after what they both heard.
“If you all think the likes of Nightmare Moon, Chrysalis, Sombra, Cozy Glow and the rest were completely insane. Oscura is all of them combined. So don’t ever mess with her... Ever!” Blazey then warned the heroes. “If you do... The consequences will be severe!”
Danger was shocked at the story Blazey gave to him and the rest of his friends. “I feel like I don’t wanna hear that again for the rest of my life,” he thought to himself as he wiped the sweat of his head.
Then, a couple of seconds later, Blazey then realised something.
“I have to dash now. I think my sister may be expecting me soon,” she then announced. She waved goodbye to the heroes as she made her way towards her SI-7. She then revved her engine and drove off.
Rainbow, who was also shocked by the story, turned her attention to Danger.
“That was literaly minutes, minutes, of my life I’m never gonna back!” she exclaimed as she go off the front of her P12.
“I know, Dashie, you thought that story wasn’t the best story that you heard,” Danger replied to her comment. “But I now know one thing, Oscura has multiple enemies on her plate. Enemy number one: Myself. Enemy number two: Blazey.”
“That list could go on forever you know, Danger,” Starlight pointed out as she walked towards him.
“She’s right, you know, Danger.” Aria then spoke. “If Oscura plans on erasing us from the Paradise City... And preferably Earth all together. We need more members for our team.”
This led to Sunset raising a question on Aria’s statement of being in a team.
“I didn’t know we were in a team, Aria.” Sunset said, having only came to the realisation.
“Danger called it: The Legion of... Speedfreaks. As Danger’s nickname is in fact: The British Speedfreak,” Aria replied to Sunset’s comment. “Remember, Danger, we need... More... Members.”
“Don’t worry, Aria. I know a few pegasi, unicorns and earth ponies who can help us.” Danger then spoke, with a sense of confidence.
“I hope you have a plan for this, Danger.” Sunset said as she also became worried over the matter.
“I’ll be explaining the plan in a few hours,” Danger then replied. “We just have to wait under our assistance arrives.
“Who?” Rainbow asked as she wanted to know who Danger called.
“You’ll see, eventually.” Danger replied, with a half-cunning, half-evil smile on his face.
While the Legion of Speedfreaks await for their assistance. Estrella Dragonheart is waiting for somepony at the Naval Yard, She knows that the Legion is preparing a plan to destroy anything that the Alliance has.
“This is our judgement day, we will strike at 2300 hours and 59 minutes and 59 seconds and Danger must be ready.” Estrella wondered as the time reached 21:38 in the evening.
Then, Estrella heard the engine of a gloss pink Montgomery Hawker approaching on the horizon. After a few seconds, Estrella raised a hoof into the air as a signal for the Hawker to stop.
After the Hawker stopped, a pink earth pony emerged from the driver’s side of the Hawker. This earth pony looks a lot Pinkie Pie, however the only difference is that she was wearing a dark-pink shiny metallic suit with dark grey spikes around it and horseshoes that reached up to her knees.
Estrella was pleased to see Anti-Pinks as she needed more members for her alliance.
“So, Anti-Pinks, what sort of business do you have to share with me?” Estrella asked the pink earth pony who looks like she is going to kill someone in the next week.
“Nothing much really,” Anti-Pinks replied. “I was just cruising on the streets in the center of the city. I hear that you have a plan to eliminate a certain pony.”
Estrella nodded and used her magic to display a red Rossolini Tempesta in a circular beam of light. Anti-Pinks knew from the beginning that it was Danger’s Tempesta.
“I’ve also heard that somepony hates him, but he’s seems like a decent stallion to be...” Anti-Pinks said, but was interrupted by Estrella slapping her in the face. “Ow! What was that for!” Anti-Pinks exclaimed as she felt the impact from Estrella’s armoured hoof.
“You’re right about the ‘somepony hates him’ part. But why did you say he was decent!?” Estrella spat out, being angry over Anti-Pinks’ previous comment.
“Oh, sorry. My bad.” Anti-Pinks apologized after realising her mistake. “So... What’s the plan?” she then said.
Estrella’s anger dissipates quickly as she knew she had to explain a plan to her.
“Well... My friend Oscura is busy gathering an army consisting of every clone she has.” Estrella said, while displaying a grey unicorn stallion wearlng dark grey metal armour and a ‘OG’ legband.
“Clone?” Anti-Pinks commented as she was getting interested in the plan.
“Yes. Oscura has made a infinite number of the same unicorn stallion using it’s DNA as a template... And with magic... Dark magic of course.” Estrella responded. ”Do you want to see what she’s done so far?” She then asked Anti-Pinks which led to a nod from her. The two got into their cars and proceeded to the Waterfront.
Meanwhile, Oscura was making some final changes to her massive legion. The legionnares wearing a helmet with only one red star on were standing next to Carson GT Nighthawks. The legionnares with two red stars on their helmets were standing next towards their Carson Thunder Shadows. The elites however, who were beside Nakamura Rai-Jin Turbos, have helmets with three red stars and a red dragon symbolism.
Oscura was joined by an alternate version Applejack in a dark-western outfit and goes by the name of Rotten Apple. Next to Rotten Apple was an alternate version of Rarity with a purple punk-style mane and a similar outfit to Oscura’s but in purple and with black knee-length horseshoes and goes by the name of Diamond Rush. Next to Diamond Rush was an alternate version of Fluttershy when she was a goth. However the gothic outfit she was wearing was darker. She also goes by the name: Shadow Wings.
All three of the ponies heard the noise of Estrella’s Revenge Racer and Anti-Pinks’ Hawker from about 750 meters away. Oscura and Midnight looked towards the two cars and both of them raised a hoof in the air, signaling them to stop.
Estrella and Anti-Pinks both got out their cars and proceeded to Oscura. Both of them bowed as they made visual contact with her.
“How did your little cruise go?” Oscura asked them both.
“Very well, Oscura.” Estrella responded. “And... I’ve explained the plan to Anti-Pinks over here.”
“Very good.” Oscura complimented. “We now an vehicle army at our disposal so they can patrol around Paradise City and locate Danger’s team. But first... I got to speak to my army,” she then said.
“Do what you gotta do!” Anti-Pinks spoke out.
Oscura turned to Uberschall and then proceeded to climb and stand on the roof. After she did this, she cleared her throat and began her speech.
“Loyal soidlers of the ‘DangerDean Extermination Force. We have an enemy we need to deal with. It’s DangerDean, himself.” Oscura began. “He and his pathetic team has been ruining my own sanity. So much in fact, that I want PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE! HE HAS COMPLETELY DRIVEN TO ARMAGEDDON IN THE SPAN OF TWO DAYS, TWO WHOLE DAYS! EVERY DAY I LOOK HIM IN MY OWN FANTASY... IS ANOTHER WOUND TO MY ALREADY BURNED SOUL. HE MUST PAY FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE TO ME, SO WILL HIS FRIENDS! SOLIDERS, I KNOW THAT WE DON’T HAVE TO THIS, BUT WE UNTIL ONE SECOND TILL MIDNIGHT BEFORE WE STRIKE! THEN, ON THAT MARK... WE MUST FIGHT HIM!” She then shouted, venomously.
All of Oscura’s soldiers shouted like a riot in celebration.
“GO FORTH MY LOYAL BROTHERS! ONWARDS FOR... VICTORY FOR A THOUSAND, THOUSAND YEARS.” She then announced in her voice of rage.
After all of her soldiers saluted and a voice of 15000 engines can heard for miles. The cars then sped off in lines of 10 until about a few minutes, all of her soldiers are now on patrol, surveying Paradise City.
Midnight Skies then approached Oscura and was in awe of speech.
“That was a good speech, so determined... So evil... So...awesome!” Rainbow complimented her.
“Thanks, I need to gulp some water after that.” Oscura replied has she magically took out a water bottle from her Überschall and gulped very quickly.
As Oscura’s army inspects Paradise City, the time hits 22:50 and the Legion of Speedfreaks were in Grange Hill junkyard, still waiting for their ‘assistance’ as Danger calls it. The team currently consisting of Rainbow, Pinkie, DangerDean, Sunset, Starlight, Aria, Sonata, and Blazey. If they did strike with only eight 8 cars against an army of 15,000 cars. The chances of survival are slim to zero and Danger knows that Oscura is more evil than ever before and she will not rest until the playing field is more in her favour.
Meanwhile, Aria was talking to Rainbow Dash about what sort of help Danger called to assist them in the fight against Oscura.
“So... Do you know who he called, by any chance, Rainbow,” she asked, wanting to know the full story.
Rainbow thought as she was getting concerned as to what Danger had pulled off.
“Not really,” Rainbow Dash said. “But I assume he’s got it covered. It just... What will Rarity and Twilight think about all this, because since we heard the cacophony of engines.”
“Are you alright, seriously, Dashie?” Aria then blurted out as she noticed she became down all of sudden.
“No.” Rainbow responded as she let out tears to her eyes. “They may be captured and...”
Then, concern hit Aria like a bullet.
“And what?” Aria spoke as her tone changed to horror.
Rainbow then let out a sob as she came to the truth.
“They may be...” Rainbow struggled to speak as the horror had reached breaking point. “They may be... They may be...”
Starlight then approached the two ponies and wanted Aria’s attention.
“Aria!” She annonuced as she saw Aria comforting Rainbow Dash.
“What is it, Starlight?” Aria responded as she faced Starlight.
“Danger would like to see you. He may have the help we needed. He’s parked north of Maguire Road.” Starlight then announced. What she didn’t see was the fact that Rainbow was crying, probably relating to Twilight and Rarity being captured by Oscura.
Starlight then took Rainbow Dash inside to cheer her up. While she did this, Aria got into her Hunter Spur and drove off.
Meanwhile, Danger was enjoying himself and talking with a group of fearless racers from Equestria. The pony that Danger was talking to was a male sapphire-blue pegasi stallion with a white and red Thunderlane-esque mane and a cutie mark consisting of a fireball and a white six-pointed star. His vehicle choice was a light blue Carson Inferno Van and he goes by the name ‘Star Blazer’.
Beside him was a light-pink with a light-grey tone female unicorn with a mane style similar to Starlight’s. However, the colours were white and cyan and her cutie mark is a diamond with two white lightning bolts on each side. She is also standing next to a white Rossolini LM Classic which she chose because she has a Rarity-esque personality. She is even the sister of Star Blazer and she goes by the name ‘Diamond Blazer’
Standing next to her was a dark crimson female peagsi with black and light purple mane in a style similar to Twilight’s, she, like Danger, has a guitar on her cutie mark, but it had two fireballs with it’s trails forming an ‘X’ and the guitar was in the center of the fireballs. She was also sitting on her front of her purple Carson Annihilator with black stripes as it’s livery. Her name is ‘Crimsonia Dragonsfire’.
“It’s been a pleasure to meet you,” Danger complimented the group. “I told Starlight that I’ve found help.”
“You are very kind, Danger.” Star Blazer said as he heard Danger’s compliment. “So... This Oscura you told us about, your her nemesis, is that right?”
Danger nodded as he had a flashback to when Oscura stood on her wings in rage.
“Danger, I just heard from a pony called Blazing Lionfire that Oscura’s forces are patrolling Paradise City.” Crimsonia spoke. “But they’re not patrolling around Big Surf Island.”
“Why would she not patrol Big Surf Island?” Star Blazer then asked her.
“I don’t know why, though.” Crimsonia responded.
Danger then thought of something.
“I think I know why.” He announced. “Oscura is planning to ask the Legion of Speedfreaks at 1 second till midnight and she intends to not leave us alive after the battle begins.”
Crimsonia became shocked at what she heard from Danger’s mouth.
“How do you know this?” Crimsonia asked him.
“The law probability, may I ask?” Diamond Blazer suggested.
“I don’t think so.” Danger responded to both of them as he shook his head, not thinking is was by pure coincidence. “I think I slightly heard at what she shouted out about 10 minutes ago. By Celestia’s will, she never that good at speeches.”
Crimsonia then heard the roar of Aria’s Spur approaching. “Aria’s coming Danger.” She told him.
Danger then turned towards the approaching Spur which spun into a 180˚ turn and parked facing eastbound. Aria then stepped out saw the four ponies.
“Hi, Danger.” She then greeted him. “I see you brought a few friends with you.”
“Sure thing, Aria.” Danger responded. “I’m waiting for another for somepony else, so you four go back to the junkyard and I’ll meet you when I’m finished.”
“OK, Danger.” Aria said after she heard his command and with that, Diamond, Star and Crimsonia headed back into their vehicles and drove back to Grange Hill.
Three minutes after the four left, Danger heard the roar of another car. The car approach was a black Hunter Racing Oval Champ stock car and Danger thought it was Oscura for a moment. Another thought was that stock cars were meant to be speedways, not on the roads. But that car was an exception.
After the stock car pulled up behind Danger’s Tempesta, Sombra stepped out and headed towards Danger. “I’m gonna be enslaved aren’t I.” Danger thought as he faced the former ruler of the Crystal Empire.
“Sombra. We meet at last.” Danger spoke with a hint of evil in his tone.
“I’ve not come to enslave you, Danger, I’ve come to offer you a deal.” Sombra said with a sense of concern.
“Go on, I’m listening.” Danger responded. He can tell he’s not planing to pull a trick behind his flank.
“Well.” Sombra began. “I’ve heard from Grogar and Tirek that somepony called Oscura Galaxia is being so unhappy and sent out tens of thousands of troops to end you. I had to escape from the city in order to reach you. Under her nose, to be precise. I’ve decided to join your alliance to let you duel Oscura, one v one.”
Danger realised that the offer was tempting.
“Normally I would say no to your plans... But you have gained my trust. But remember this, she intends to leave no survivors.” Danger said having accepted Sombra’s offer.
“Understood.” Sombra responded to Danger’s warning.
Oscura was getting extremely angry with Danger as she was gazing towards the sea, she knows that he may have heard her speech about eliminate him and the fact that he plans to race her across Equus in the human world.
Two seconds later, Midnight Skies approached her with a face of concern.
“Are you okay, Oscura?” She asked her, wondering what was the matter.
“NO, I’M NOT!” Oscura venomously spat out.
Midnight clearly wasn’t ready for what Oscura has to say next.
“I don’t like where this is going.” Midnight thought to herself as she saw Oscura’s tears flowing like Rainbow Falls. “Why, I may ask?”
“Well,” Oscura began. “I was having flashbacks to when he deliberately crashed into my car, MY PRECIOUS ÜBERSCHALL!” Midnight stepped back a bit because Oscura’s saliva was dripping off her cheeks.
“My legion will make sure that he doesn’t continue doing this. What I think he was doing, in my mind... is a crime.
“Why’s that, Oscura?” Midnight asked.
Oscura facehoofed, wishing that she haven’t have heard that.
“Because, Midnight, that every time that I see a hero doing something brilliant for the nation, no matter big or small, I claim it as a crime and... it disgusts me,” she spat out, having become tired of when her allies become incompetent.
“Noted. Perfectly noted.” Midnight said as she finally got the picture.
Oscura then wiped the tears of her eyes and was ready to talk to her nemesis, DangerDean.
“Do you think I should talk to that... ghastly maggot of a pegasus, now that we captured two of his allies?” She asked Midnight.
She then nodded as Oscura her magic to turn on the radio to communicate to Danger. But something struck Midnight.
“Who are they?” She then asked.
“Rarity and Twilight Sparkle.”
Midnight’s eyes lit up in realisation.
“Now would you excuse me?” Oscura then demanded.
Meanwhile...
“I don’t like what may come in the future,” Danger said to himself as he was en-route to Grange Hill, with a look of regret when he made the deal with the former ruler of the Crystal Empire. “But I know there’s two possibilities: Firstly, he could help my friends against Oscura and he wants me to challenge her in a race across Equestria and possibly throughout the continent. Alternatively, he could pull a trick behind us and enslave us, one by one. So I don’t like my chances.”
Then Danger’s radio was displaying a call sign. Danger knew that this would be from Oscura because he smell a trap from a 10 mile radius and when he pressed the screen to recieve the message, the pony displaying on the screen... was Oscura. A ravaging chill sped down Danger’s spine like a bullet from his Scorpion EVO. Danger stopped his Tempesta as he was half a mile from the junkyard.
“Took you long enough!” He spoke, giving a tone of annoyance to Oscura. “I haven’t noticed any of your army yet. Now why might that be?”
Danger was driving Oscura mad, like he always does.
“I’m not playing any of your games here, Danger.” Oscura spat out. “My army has been locating you to two hours on Paradise, and we haven’t found you and taken you prisoner. So tell me. Where are you?”
Oscura’s voice turned into a low-pitched snarl as she demanded DangerDean where he is located.
“I’m not giving any info away to any evil psychopath like you!” Danger snapped back, having had enough of her voice.
Oscura though, was having none of it.
“I really, really, REALLY, REALLY, HATE YOU!!!” She then growled as her eyes turned blood red and tears flowed down her cheeks. “You... are my nemsis. I’ll never forget the first time we met back in Equestria, I hope we never, never in a million years, we cross paths again. I REALLY HOPE YOU BURN IN TARTARUS, DANGERDEAN, YOU HEAR ME! BURN IN TARTARUS!”
Danger then switch the radio off as it was getting a bit annoying and a few seconds later, Oscura was on the radio again.
“Ugh, she never gives me a damn break, does she?” Danger said to himself while he recieved the message again.
“HOW DARE YOU!” Oscura spat out, with a voice of every known word that symbolises anger. Danger knew he was in trouble because he cut Oscura off.
“What have I done now?”
“YOU... YOU....”
Danger became a bit concerned to what Oscura may shout out next.
“STUPID, ANNOYING, WRETCH OF A PEGASI” Oscura’s rage caused her eyes to turn red with a display of total rage.
Danger’s eyebrows raised instantly and he turned the radio off again because he was getting tired of her shouting all the time. He then arrived to Grange Hill, trying to ignore the fact that he made Oscura’s life a living hell. When he stopped his Tempesta, Aria was waiting for him, with a look that could melt an entire soldier from Oscura’s army. Danger lowered his window into order to speak to Aria.
“What is it, Aria? You look like you’re having Battle of the Bands flashbacks.” Danger spoke, immediately that something is wrong with her.
“It’s Rainbow.” Aria responded, with concern in her voice.
Danger, however, was not buying this.
“What about her?”
“She thinks that Oscura may have captured Twilight and Rarity.” Aria then responded.
After 5 seconds, Danger thought of something.
“Can I borrow Starlight and Crimsonia please?” He asked Aria.
“Why?” Aria questioned as Danger got out of Tempesta and brought out a red and white drone that he made himself and a controller for the drone from inside the building.
“You do know that everypony back in Equestria is counting on us, right? Rainbow’s your friend! You can’t just leave her to bring out more tears than she has!”
“I’m aware of that, Aria.” Danger responded, having previously ignored Aria’s question of whether or not Equestria was counting on the Legion of Speedfreaks to defeat Oscura. “If Rainbow is right, the chances are they may not survive another day. That’s only problem number one!”
“What’s problem number two?” Aria then asked him.
“We have 64 minutes and 20 seconds before she strikes and brings more than enough damage to make us never come back to Paradise City ever again. So... I’m going to deploy my BSRU.” Danger announced.
“What does that mean, Danger?” Aria said as she was confused to what he was doing.
“BSRU, British Speedfreak Reconnaissance Unit.” Danger then explained. “I worked on this six months before me and Rainbow raced on Paradise City.”
“I’ll go and get Starlight and Crimsonia like you asked eariler.” Aria then announced, with a gloomy tone.
3 minutes later, after Danger finished preparing his reconnaissance unit, Starlight and Crimsonia arrived to notice that he had a plan and an itch that needs scratching.
“What is it, Danger?” Starlight asked him.
“I’m going to deploy my reconnaissance unit to see if Oscura has captured Twilight and Rarity. Sweet Celestia, she never gives us a break!” Danger responded.
“It’s Oscura, don’t question it!” Crimsonia then snapped.
“Danger’s right, Crimsy.” Starlight then spoke, trying to calm her down.
“I suppose. But what about this reconnaissance thing you set up, Danger?” Crimsonia asked him.
“I was just getting to that, actually.” Danger responded while setting up the drone camera from his Tempesta. “Starlight, could you get the two drone altitude meters and the drone carmera so that Crimsonia can use it for me?”
“Sure.” Starlight complied and went to the building to get the things Danger requested.
But as Starlight was doing this, a red and white baby male dragon named ‘Soulblaze’ appeared to talk to Danger who was finishing the syncronizing of the built-in drone camera to the touchscreen in his Tempesta.
“Er... Danger?” Soulblaze asked, wanting his attention.
Danger then faced the drake and was surprised to see him appear.
“Oh, nice to see you, Soulblaze.” Danger greeted him. “Have you been checking Blazey’s sister yet? Because I know she’s worried about her after that horrific crash a couple weeks back.”
“Oh she’s doing fine, she woken up now. me and Sunset bandaged her up eariler. But we let her talk to Aria about what happened that day.”
Crimsonia was wondering about something.
“Who’s Blazey’s sister, Soulblaze?”
But before he could respond, Danger was on cue to say the name.
“Sparky Lionfire. I’m glad she’s still alive.”
Crimsonia now realised who Soulblaze was referring to.
“So Danger, what are you doing now?” Soulblaze then asked him.
“I’m doing a recon mission because Aria told me that Rainbow thinks that Oscura has captured Twilight and Rarity.” Danger then responded.
10 seconds later, Starlight returned to the group with the items Danger had requested.
“So... are we ready?” She then announced.
Danger nodded and gave an instruction to Crimsonia to give any readings that may come up on the scanner attached to his drone. He also told Starlight to pliot the drone while he and Soulblaze operated the camera and the scanner.
“OK, Starlight, fire that baby up.” Danger then commanded Starlight.
Starlight then began raising the altitude of the drone before Soulblaze pressed a button to operate the cloaking device which caused Starlight to look on the camera next to her, rather than using pure guesswork.
“What’s the altitude, Crimsy?” Starlight asked Crimsonia.
“500 feet.” Crimsonia replied.
Starlight was coping with flying drones, she thought it was like flying kites, which was unknown to the rest of the group, especially to Danger.
After about 5 minutes and crossing the bridge, the drone had reached the mainland, which was unknown to Oscura’s army.
“OK, so... head east towards the Wild Cats Baseball Stadium and keep the height about 450 feet.” Danger then announced.
Starlight told Soulblaze to look at the camera with her just in case she sees Twilight or Rarity appear on the screen.
After about 30 seconds, Danger was getting a reading and the beep was getting faster and louder.
“OK, OK, hold the party wagon!” Danger spoke, as he lower the volume of the beep sound effects.
“Did someone say... PARTY?” Pinkie exclaimed as she heard Danger say her magic word.
“Nononononononononononononononononon, I didn’t say it PINKIE!” Danger snapped as sweat poured his head.
Crimsonia facehoofed as Pinkie sighed in disappointment.
“Why does she always to that?!” Crimsonia complained.
“It’s Pinkie, don’t question it.” Danger responded. “Anyways, I got a reading. 20 feet west and then land the drone on the left sidewalk.” He then announced.
After Starlight did this, Soulblaze rotated the camera till he found to two mares.
“Danger, we found them.” Soulblaze announced, seeing a white Hunter Grand Marias and a purple Jansen X12.
“Brilliant, are they captured on not, cause that’s what’s worrying Rainbow.” Danger then asked the red drake.
“Er... no, it doesn’t look like it.”
Danger was wondering for a definite answer.
“OK, Soulblaze, scan their vehicles, because they may have hidden inside the passenger footwell.
“Sure thing, buddy.” Soulblaze responded, he then pressed the scan button and after a second, the two were on Danger’s screen. Danger then grabbed his radio and then he spoke: “Twilight and Rarity, do you both read me?”
Twilight got out of her footwell and use her magic to grab her microphone.
“Yes we do, Danger.” Twilight responded. “And before you ask, no, we aren’t captured but we did get our hooves wrapped up with rope ten minutes ago, but we got out of the imprisonment."
“That’s very good to hear!” Danger sighed in relief. “Do you think you can make it back to Grange Hill?” He then asked her.
“That may be tricky cause Oscura's forces are everywhere. If she finds out that we escaped, she’ll have both me and Rarity’s heads.” Twilight responded looking around.
“I have a idea.” Danger announced and then pressed a button to spawn in an set of Oscura’s guard armour to both Twilight and Rarity’s vehicles.
“Oh, good idea. We’ll use this as camouflage to trick her and then we’ll scarper to your base.” Twilight thanked Danger.
“Thanks, Twilight. Good luck.” Danger greeted as he was about to tell Rainbow the good news.
While Danger's drone was returning to Grange Hill, Twilight and Rarity put on their guard armour that Danger had teleported previously, Twilight went into deep concern as she was surrounded by numerous Nakamura Rai-Jins and Carson Thunder Shadows left, right and centre. After about five seconds, she decided to make a run for it. Rarity followed suit two seconds later.
"I hope she never finds us." Twilight thought to herself as she saw Oscura head northbound towards the Crystal Summit Observatory. Rarity, however, was not liking her armour she was wearing because she thought it was not classy and that dark grey wasn't her colour.
Back at Grange Hill, Danger's BSRU landed on the roof of his Tempesta as a landing pad. He was also very happy to hear that Twilight and Rarity were now en-route to the junkyard. While Danger was putting the drone back inside, for the next time he wants to use it. Aria was listening to her radio in her Hunter, out of pure boredom and want to pass the remaining 45 minutes before the DangerDean Extermination Force strikes.
Rainbow meanwhile, was sighing with relief as Danger told her that Twilight and Rarity were en-route to the junkyard. After she finished, four cars were approaching from the east and Twilight and Rarity were also approaching towards Rainbow Dash from the west. The cars coming from the east were an orange Carson Fastback, a green and orange Jansen XS12, a pearlescent pink and black Rossolini Tempesta GT and a orange Carson GT Flame driven by, Applejack, Lightning Dust, Tempest Shadow and Spitfire, respectivly.
Danger then heard the engines and rushed to Rainbow where all six occupants of the cars climbed out the cars and wanted his attention. After about two seconds, Lightning was first to speak.
“Good to see you, Danger. I heard you wanted help with neutralizing this... Oscura thing you keep blethering about.” She said as Twilight and Rarity took off their armour and threw it into the sea as they didn’t necessarily need it and Rarity absolutely hated wearing it. She knew that Danger was talking to Lightning so she kept her anger after Danger finished.
“It is obivously my pleasure, Lightning.” Danger responded to Lightning.
“So let me get this, straight.” Spitfire then spoke. “Are you going to say that Oscura... is who is your enemy.”
Danger was getting annoyed over Oscura every passing second.
“Yes, Spitfire. About that...” Danger said as he was interupted by an panic-filled Sunset as she rushed towards him.
“Danger! DANGER!” She shouted as she wanted his attention.
“Sweet Celestia, Sunset! You look like you’re having flashbacks to when you became a demon in the human world.” Danger repsonded as he saw sweat dripping from Sunset’s jaw and neck. He can tell something was wrong with Sunset.
“It’s Blazey! She has seen a picture of somepony she didn’t want to see.” Sunset said as tears followed through her eyes.
Had Danger not known this beforehand that Blazey has memories of previous villians of Equestria, such as Grogar, Tirek, Cozy Glow, etc. He also thought it could be somepony new, probably an ally of Oscura. Danger rushed towards Blazey with Sunset, Applejack, Lightning and Aria following him.
After about five seconds, Tempest had a question of her own. “Spitfire, who could it be?”
Spitfire was looking concerned to who Blazey saw. “Don’t know, Tempest.” Spitfire replied. “It could be a prelude to alliance with Oscura.”
Meanwhile,
Blazey was dripping with sweat and tears because she saw a picture of a unicorn, who looks like Sunset, but she was wearing a full leather outfit, similar to Oscura’s but lighter coloured. She was also wearing the same helmet and royal horseshoes that Oscura wears.
Starlight was trying to look away from the photo and try to focus on Blazey herself, but to no avail. When Danger arrived, she used her magic to bring the photo towards him.
“Chill, Starlight! OK, why is Blazey trying to have a panic attack?” Danger asked, trying to rectifiy the situation.
“Look at this!” Starlight demanded as Danger took the photo with his right wing at looked for about a minute.
“I don’t know who this is, Starlight, but it looks like a possible ally of Oscura.”
Blazey was sweating so much that she asked her sister, who was still recovering from the crash with Oscura, to comfort her.
“Don’t worry, sis. It will be totally fine when this all blows over.” Sparky said as a tear ran down her light-lavender cheeks. Her cyan and red mane was still messed up from the ordeal. Sparky knew that she is not fit for another session of Oscura’s brutality. Her lavender eyes dropped a tear to the ground.
Danger, meanwhile was still trying to figure who is on the picture. But Lightning Dust who had a look of pure confusion and anger blended turned her attention towards him, she wondered why Rainbow Dash was on his team.
“Er... Danger?” She asked him. Danger meanwhile, looked busy, but in reality, he wasn’t.
“Something on your mind, Lightning?” Danger replied after he conceded defeat on trying to work out who was on the photo.
“Can I have a private word with you?” Lightning Dust then asked
“Maguire Road?” Danger suggested.
“Sure.” Lightning replied.
After about 20 seconds, Twilight noticed that the red Tempesta and the green XS12 were gone.
“Where are they’re going?” Twilight thought to herself as her eyes half closed in annoyance
Meanwhile, Danger and Lightning had arrived on Maguire Road where they parked by drifting onto the oncoming lane, facing south.
“What is it, Lightning Dust?” Danger asked her.
“Well,” Lightning began. “I noticed when I was coming towards the junkyard, a pegasi named Rainbow Dash, Did you realise beforehand that me and Dash don’t get along?”
Danger became oblivious to what Lightning was talking about.
“No, why?”
“I can tell you.” Lightning continued. “She had my Wonderbolt dreams shattered into a million pieces.” Her voice turned to rage, “I even had to form my own team of daredevils to prove that lame fire pegasi that took my badge away.”
Danger was still not buying it. Even though Rainbow is his long-time friend, he knew that she was refering to Spitfire, the Wonderbolts and her Washout team. Danger was never a fan of the Washouts, A flashback consisting of Spitfire and Lightning struck him like a thunderstorm. Danger soon realised that the reason the why she created the Washouts, it was because Spitfire kicked Lightning out of the Wonderbolts... because of Rainbow! But Rainbow never told Danger this about a decade.
But just as Danger was about to speak, Rainbow’s P12 was coming onto to where he and Lightning parked.
“Danger, what are you doing?” Rainbow asked she saw Lightning’s eyes slowly turn to anger.
“Well, I-“ Danger responded but was interrupted by Lightning.
“Rainbow, would you like to explain to Danger why... you got me kicked from the Wonderbolts? NOW!” she demanded but Danger was trying to persaude Rainbow not to do it because it would make matters insurmountable.
“Lightning... listen to me.” Danger said, trying to calm Lightning down. “Look, I know you and Rainbow haven’t had the best of history, ever since your darkest hour. But we have a bigger threat to focus on... Oscura Galaxia and her friends. So you really need to put the past into the moon.”
“Meaning?” Rainbow asked as she thought Danger had gone insane.
“It means that you and Lightning have to set your differences aside and focus on defeating Oscura.” Danger answered as he turned his attention towards Lightning.
“You must trust me on this, Lightning.”
After about ten seconds. Lightning came to her decision.
“OK, Danger. I understand what you said. We will set our differences to one side,” she said after shaking wings with Danger.
Rainbow facehoofed and she thought Danger had lost the plot. Afterwards Danger and Lightning both got into their cars and headed back to the junkyard. Rainbow followed two seconds later.
Meanwhile, Estrella was having a conversation with the pony who was on the photo that Blazey saw which terrified her, Inferno Tempest, sporting a red Watson 25 V16 Revenge.
“So, what do you think of DangerDean and his pathetic legion.” Estrella asked her as she could see the anger in her eyes.
“From what I’ve heard from Oscura, he seems to be making her life a living misery.” Inferno said. “Why does she hate her such much?”
“Inferno, if you ask her that, she will implode!” Estrella warned her.
“That’s very, isn’t it?”
“Yes.”
As Estrella and Inferno talked, Midnight Skies watched in pure disapproval as she faced Big Surf Island. While she did this, Rotten Apple was looking like she is ready to eliminate her nemesis, Applejack.
“You look ready, Rotten Apple! We’ve 30 minutes till midnight still to wait.” Midnight said as she saw her warming up, ready for the big assault.
“Sure thing!” Rotten Apple said, full of cofindence. “Ah’m ready to teach this pegasus a lesson or two, right about now.”
“I know you are. But you need to wait a bit longer.” Midnight said, sternly towards the impatient Rotten Apple.
Meanwhile, back in Big Surf Island, Sparky had taken the bandages off as she was fully healed and she didn’t need them anymore. Aria was looking pleased with her, because she now thinks she ready for the big battle with Oscura.
“Good to see you in your new strong, dependable self.” Aria said she saw Sparky looking happy with herself.
“It sure does feel good to be back to my former self. I’m sure Blazey would think likewise.”
Aria nodded as she knew that Danger is planning a meeting in around 20 minutes.
While the Legion of Speedfreaks preparing their plan to end the threat of the Alliance of Extreme Darkness, Oscura had finished her journey across mainland Paradise City. Normally you think she would feel calm about it. But no, she felt like she was going to kill somepony with the next 20 minutes, preferably DangerDean of all ponies, which means complete insanity. Inferno Tempest approached the Überschall with concern on her face as she saw the angry face of Oscura Galaxia.
“Oscura?” Inferno said as she saw her eyes turn blood red by the rage fuelling her body.
“DONT YOU OSCURA ME!” She snapped as she breathed heavily. “I’ve heard from one of my loyal soldiers that... Rarity and Twilight Sparkle... have escaped!.
Inferno gulped as Oscura’s voice deepened.
“I-I-I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she stammered, hoping to not drive Oscura into a mindset that can blow up a nuclear bomb. But that was to no avail.
“Inferno?!” Oscura said, angrily as Inferno stepped back a few paces before being dragged towards Oscura’s face by her magic.
“You know something? I’m not gonna miss you when you’re gone. Because sometimes, I have some of the worst allies in the universe. Bar none. Do you know why? Because... when I first met DangerDean, he unleashed a haymaker on my car back at the bridge to links Big Surf Island to the mainland. For the past 12 months, I’ve been planning my ultimate plan to seek my revenge on him. AND I WILL HAVE IT, NO MATTER THE COST!” Oscura boomed, beginning her rant of why she hates Danger so much.
Inferno, meanwhile, was shaking by what Oscura is doing to her continuously.
“No, I haven’t!” Oscura snapped as she continued her rant. “Do you why I haven’t finished yet, Inferno? Because... you don’t know how much I hate him. He was perpetually destroying my Überschall for about two weeks. Do you know what I mean by this? No, you don’t! Not in a thousand millennia from now.”
Estrella saw Oscura in her new phase of anger and wanted her to stop her outburst.
“Oscura. We have just under 20 minutes before we attack and you’re complaining already! Could you just not?” Estrella said, trying to calm Oscura down.
Oscura meanwhile, who’s eyes are still blood red, heard what Estrella said and released Inferno from her spell. Inferno took three deep breaths before a familiar face appeared out of nowhere, the leader of the Dazzlings, Adagio Dazzle, who was wearing the same identical outfit as Oscura, but she had dark red paint on her cheeks.
Estrella, who first saw Adagio in this new form, wanted to know why she joined the Alliance of Extreme Darkness.
“Who are you, this new member of our team?” She questioned her as Adagio’s eyes turned into a similar red that Oscura’s eyes are.
Adagio took a deep breath and a thought of Aria and Sonata pictured in her mind.
“I’m Adagio Dazzle. You may think I’m one of the member of the Legion of Speedfreaks which is led by that crimson pegasus that I’m pretty sure that this... weird abomination of Twilight-“ Adagio said before being cut off by the sound of Oscura’s Desert Eagle being pointed at her face.
“Choose... your next words... very carefully!” Oscura hissed as she heard the comment that Adagio made. “I’m not Twilight Sparkle, I’m Oscura Galaxia.”
Adagio could see the mistake she made and to apologize for that mistake. But Oscura doesn’t take apologies too kindly.
“Remember Adagio, if you call me something that I don’t like again... I’ll make sure that tomorrow will be your last day you’ll ever live in this universe!” Oscura then warned her.
Estrella was getting annoyed over Oscura’s behaviour as of recent. She gave Oscura a ‘Why do I even bother’ kind of face and before she could speak, Midnight Skies had had enough of the argumentive and totally demanding Oscura.
“Seriously, if you want to rip Adagio’s heart out, do it when we NOT facing against Danger! Seriously, you are basically the most inadequate team in the universe! We have bigger things to worry about like... I don’t know, focusing on Danger, FOCUS ON DANGER!”
Estrella agreed with what Midnight had to say. But that caused Oscura to literally implode with rage and created a visual nuclear bomb explosion that created a red glowing mushroom cloud that could be seen from Big Surf Island. The first pony to see this was Lightning Dust, who was in awe of the sight that just occured. With 15 minutes until the battle of Paradise City starts, Lightning Dust rushed to see Danger who had his a purple Carson Thunder Custom which was approaching towards the junkyard and as it preparing to slow down, Lightning directed Danger towards the mushroom cloud. Danger was also in complete awe at what Oscura did as of recently.
“That is probably the most beautiful thing I’ve seen tonight.” Danger said as the red faint glow reflecting on his brown eyes.
“What are you on about?” The pony of the Carson Thunder Custom said as she trotted towards Danger.
“This mushroom cloud that’s currently about... 5,000 feet about the mainland right about now.” Danger responded as he pointed to the pony who was wearing a Washout-style flight suit but the colours are dark lavender and light gray.
“Oh yeah, that is cooler than just racing in the clouds producing 900,000 volts of electricity.”
Danger became confused as to what the pony on his left said.
“Sorry, what!”
“Oh sorry, forgot to introduce myself, name’s Rolling Thunder. Member of the Washouts.” Rolling then said as she stepped out of the Thunder Custom.
Danger now realised and eventually shook wings with Rolling Thunder.
“Glad to meet you, name’s DangerDean aka ‘the British Speedfreak’,” Danger then introduced himself.
“Oh yeah, the British Speedfreak, I’ve heard a lot about you from the Wonderbolts, Lightning Dust etc,” Rolling then said before her voice turned slightly sinister. “The list could on forever.”
Danger’s eyes suddenly rose after what came out Rolling’s mouth just this second.
“Danger, you givin’ me a look that is 85% surprise, 14.74% shock and 0.26% that you want to neturalize a certain pony who despises you.” Rolling then criticized Danger in a slightly hostile tone.
“Sorry, I couldn’t think of anything for that preivious comment you made. But now, to the matter at hand.” Danger then announced as he turned his attention to Lightning Dust. “Can you get all members of the Legion of Speedfreaks, please?”
Lightning then brushed wings on Danger as sign of ‘Sure thing, Danger’ and flew towards inside the junkyard building.
After about 5 minutes and with the mushroom cloud created by Oscura had vanished. All of the members joined and encirlced Danger as he had a plan to tell everypony.
“Why do you think he summoned us in this vicinity, Crimsy?” Star Blazer involuntarily asked Crimsonia because he didn’t know what was going on.
“Probably because Danger has a plan to make Oscura have a night she won’t forget about.” Crimsonia replied. She knew Danger has a plan and what he doesn’t know is that Equestria is counting on him.
“Ah should hope so.” Applejack then said, worrying over the risk that somepony on Danger’s team would get killed. “Cause this Oscura thing is just plain messin’ up his mind.”
This led to Twilight being concerned over him, much more compared to Rainbow, who knew that now is the time to give Oscura a nightmare she won’t forget.
Danger meanwhile, was standing on the roof of the Tempesta ready to explain his plan. He was wearing his combat uniform which is a flying suit, similar to the Washouts outfit but his was dark red and an imprint of five white lightning forming a ninja star around two white rings. He was also wearing a Washout-style helmet which on the top was a im-print consisting of two ‘D’s with one upside-down.
“OK, here’s the plan,” DangerDean began after he cleared his throat. “we will set of for Paradise Keys Bridge at 5 minutes till nightfall when we approach the mid-point of the bridge, we will wait until exactly 23:59:50. That’s when I fire a red flare to signal our attack. What lies between me and Oscura... is 15,000 cars consisting of Carson Thunder Shadows, Carson GT Nighthawks and Nakamura Rai-Jins. We will split out into two groups: Nomad and Shuriken.
I will be leading Nomad, consisting Rainbow, Aria, Twilight, Lightning, Rolling Thunder, Sunset, Sonata, Blazey and Sparky. Star Blazer will lead Shuriken which will consist of the rest of the legion, except of Spitfire and Tempest Shadow, because they... will be providing us intellgence on how many of Oscura’s forces we have destoryed or are still at large.”
“Which group you propose that Spitfire and Tempest will provide intelligence for.” Rainbow then asked Danger.
“Well, Rainbow,” Danger replied. “Spitfire will provide intel for Shuriken. Same goes for Tempest but for Nomad.
Spitfire and Tempest felt OK with this as didn’t want their flanks surrounded by Oscura. As the time approaches 23:52, Danger jumped for the roof of his Tempesta, while doing a double front-flip and landing on the ground creating a red field of electricity with the Legion of Speedfreaks being immune to any damage it takes.
“So... are you ready?” Danger then announced after the electricity dissipates.
“Danger... we are born ready.” Rainbow replied as a visual red lightning storm crackled but with no rain.
“Oscura... you’re in for a wild ride tomorrow.” Danger then said to himself in a slight evil tone.
After Danger had explained his plan to the rest of his team, Inferno Tempest and Estrella Dragonheart were beside the Wild Cats Baseball Stadium with a mixture of confidence and worry on their faces.
“Estrella, are you worried over what Danger’s forces are?” Inferno asked as she saw a tear flow down Estrella’s left eye.
Then concern flowed through Estrella mind like a waterfall. Inferno was trying to get her attention, but it fell to deaf ears as she heard the roar of about 20 engines as the time struck 23:55, the time when the Legion of Speedfreaks set off for the Paradise Keys bridge. Inferno now realised why Estrella was sweating bullets eariler. If the Alliance of Extreme Darkness loses this battle, Oscura will takes the situation into her own hooves, if it means Oscura duelling Danger, one-on-one.
Inferno then groaned in ignorance and stormed off to the Waston Revenge and headed to the Marina. Estrella didn’t care in the slightest as to what Inferno was doing. Two possible scenarios can happen right now for her in the span of 4 minutes and 20 seconds.
The first is that she decides to join the fight with Oscura against Danger. The second is that she could opt of the battle and wait for the chance to vanquish her nemesis, Starlight Glimmer. But knowing Oscura’s reputation, she would be classed as a traitor to the Alliance of Extreme Darkness she decides to go for the second option.
After about two minutes of a dilemma, Estrella realilised that she had a score to settle with Starlight. She knew that Oscura was waiting for the moment that see would bring Danger to his downfall. But what she doesn’t know is what sort of tricks Danger can pull off. Estrella then headed back to her Watson Revenge Racer and followed Inferno to the Marina.
Meanwhile, Oscura was meditating on a dark magic field consisting of red draconian symbolism around two rings and in the middle of the field was a symbol consisting of two dragons to form a ‘X’ shape. Midnight Skies however, had no time to meditate because she saw Estrella and Inferno coming from the Wild Cats Baseball Stadium. After they both stopped, Inferno then rushed to Midnight as she Oscura meditating and having visions of what life would be like if she captured Danger and putting her Desert Eagle, square on his face.
“Inferno, what’s with the face?” Midnight then asked Inferno, waiting to know to full story.
“Well Midnight,” Inferno began, “It appears we seem to have a possible traitor on hooves.”
Estrella was shocked to hear what came out of Inferno’s mouth.
“What! No! I just had a dilemma, that’s all!” Estrella objected angrily. This doesn’t convice Inferno in the slightest.
“Yeah, a dilemma over whether or not to join in the fight against the Legion of Speedfreaks, Estrella! What were you thinking off!” Inferno spat out, trying to pin Estrella to a mental corner.
Estrella was trying to explain that she had a score to settle with Starlight Glimmer, but to no avail. Having heard enough of the dispute being Inferno and Estrella, Midnight smelt a scent of treachery on the horizon but didn’t want to expose anything to the rest of allies: Rotten Apple, Shadow Wings, Anti-Pinks, Adagio Dazzle and most importantly, Oscura.
“Estrella,” Midnight then spoke, “We have less 50 seconds before the Legion of Speedfreaks attack us. Could you not bring the tram to an abrupt end, please?”
After about 10 seconds of slience, Estrella sighed and a tear rolled down her right cheek and apologized to Inferno for snapping to her eariler.
Meanwhile, on the Paradise Keys bridge. The Legion were at the middle section and were waiting for the time to reach 23:59:50. Being experienced in these situations before, they didn’t make any noise, but if they did, Oscura would hear it and their surprise attack would vanish into thin air.
“Tempest and Spitfire, we are waiting for the signal, all vehicles accounted for.” Danger said as he grabbed his CB with his wing. “How many seconds before I fire the flare?”
“About 10 seconds.” Tempest responded.
Then a thought occurred to Danger before he fired the flare. If the Legion did in fact face the 15,000 strong force of Oscura’s army, it would mean that another obstacle emerged to make his life more difficult if Oscura hadn’t been messing with his mind for the past nine years. But another memory occurred to Danger. Relating to the evil doppelganger of Rainbow Dash, Midnight Skies.
When she and Danger first met six years ago in the human world, Danger was racing in one of his fully-customised muscle cars and Midnight challenged him to race back in Danger’s flagship city, Danger City. The race went on for about three hours before Midnight crashed into the back of delivery lorry at 100 mph, Danger then made a sharp U-turn and rushed towards the wreckage.
Luckily for Danger, Midnight’s car wasn’t in flames and she was only shaken after the impact. Also, there were no other occupants who were using the lorry at the time of the crash. Midnight scrambled out of her car and sat on the road, leaning onto the door of her car to take some deep breaths when Danger arrived at the scene. Danger felt a lot of emotions when he saw Midnight battered and bruised from the crash. She could been killed, but he knew she was a fighter and that she would battle on, no matter the cost.
After the flashback, Danger then fired the red flare to signal the move and then he fired another flare, this time a cyan-green hybrid-coloured one. The flare that emitted an electro-magnetic pulse with affected all of the Rai-Jin’s, Thunder Shadows and the Nighthawks all in one shot. The 15000 soliders of Oscura’s army... were immoblised and eroded into the atmosphere.
Rainbow knew that he had a flashback and decided not to question his logic.
Meanwhile, Oscura saw the particles of her army floating away towards the north-east and because of this... her eyes turned into a Sombra-esque colour, but in red and black, her helmet, leather outfit began to show blood-red patternation by the amount of rage building up inside her. Then, the colour of her tears turned blood-red. As the Legion of Speedfreaks headed towards Lone Stallion Ranch, the Legion’s former base in Paradise City, Oscura rushed towards her Überschall Clear-View and sped off heading for Danger. The rest of the Alliance of Extreme Darkness rushed into their cars and followed her.
Danger, however, got a message from Tempest Shadow saying that the Alliance of Extreme is now on the move. Danger then rushed for his CB and ordered Nomad group to keep heading west and Shuriken group to head north to the Crystal Summit Observatory.
Then, 20 seconds later, Aria saw a gloss yellow Kitano Touge Sport driven by Shadow Wings and knew that she was an ally of Oscura, judging by what she was wearing. She then shunted the back of the Kitano, causing it to go through a gate and crash head-on into a wall.
Oscura heard Inferno say on her radio that Shadow Wings is out of the fight which made Oscura even more angry and ordered Rotten Apple to head to the Crystal Summit Observatory.
Rarity meanwhile was waiting for her CB to sound when, Rotten Apple was on the attack, She waited for the orange Carson Opus to appear at King Avenue, as she was on 2nd Street. Rotten Apple didn’t see the fast approaching Grand Marais and was side-swipped in the passenger side by Rarity and the Opus barrel rolled four times before coming to rest on it’s roof.
With Rotten Apple out of contention, Nomad stormed past Lone Stallion Ranch junkyard and headed north to the Windfarm when Rainbow saw a pink Montgomery Hawker driven by Anti-Pinks and asked Danger to sandwhich the Hawker and Anti-Pinks underestimated the tatics of the Legion, especially when the leader of the Nomad group is DangerDean of all the peagsi in the group. The grinding of the Hawker lasted for about 5 seconds when Rainbow and Danger applied the brakes which Anti-Pinks didn’t not and crashed into a barrier, head-on, similar to Shadow Wings’ crash back in the Naval Yard.
With Anti-Pinks out the Legion’s way, Estrella, Adagio and Inferno decided to head to the interstate to see they can spot any reserve troops that hadn’t been victims of Danger’s EMP blast. But that was a mistake as the Shuriken group where already on the interstate heading northbound. As a result, all three of them were taken out by the hooves of Twilight Sparkle, Crimsonia Dragonsfire and Diamond Blazer.
So all that remains for the Legion was Midnight Skies and the final boss, Oscura Galaxia who was apocalypticly angry as her eyes began to fire up and her leather suit patternation glowed brighter.
Twenty minutes later, Nomad group were now at cruising speed having heard from Star Blazer that they took out Estrella, Inferno and Adagio in one fell swoop. So the Legion were at peace, but that... was only a pause when Lightning Dust saw a Jansen X12, the regular version of her XS12 coming from her right mirror. She saw Midnight Skies looking determined to end Rainbow Dash now, but she was not going to let that happen.
“Danger, there is a X12 coming towards you, 100 foot gap between you and Midnight Skies.” Lightning warned Danger as the X12 overtook her.
“Leave this to me.” Danger replied as he turned towards the interstate where he knew that group Shuriken would be and heading towards South Rouse Way.
Midnight then saw the maneuver and followed him towards the interstate junction.
After Danger joined on the interstate, the much faster Midnight Skies shunted the rear of the Tempesta, Danger quickly regained control but did lose some speed doing so before moving to left side of the interstate. Midnight Skies didn’t see this manoeuvre as defensive but as offensive as Danger quickly steered right and in respone, Midnight tried to avoid the Tempesta, but to no success as the front of her X12 sideswiped the front of Danger’s Tempesta and rolled twice before resting on it’s wheels. Danger’s Tempesta meanwhile, richocheted off the barrier before coming to a stop.
Danger felt shaken after the crash and felt a bit of dèjá vu because of the crash Midnight had back at Danger City. The crash was reminiscent in his mind. Danger climbed of his Tempesta and rushed to the beaten up X12 and Midnight Skies was out of breath as the impact with the Tempesta took the wind out of her. Danger was concerned as she was one of her friends before Oscura corrupted her mindset and made her hate his friend, Rainbow Dash
A minute passes and Midnight got her breath back.
“What happened? Oscura? Where are you?” Midnight wondered looking across.
“Midnight?” Danger interrupted, trying to avert her from looking for Oscura’s assistance.
“That voice,” Midnight said to herself, “Is it... you Danger? No it can’t be... him? Can it?”
“Midnight?!”
“Danger!”
Midnight then remembered who was trying to grab her attention.
“Oh Danger, I’m really sorry. I shouldn’t have a grudge on your number 1 friend, Rainbow Dash so hard. I... I have a confession to make, Danger. I have now realised that joining the Alliance of Extreme Darkness... was one of the worst decisions of my life!” Midnight confessed as tears started to flow down her cheeks.
Danger was moved by the confession and then sat down beside Midnight.
“So tell me, Midnight, why did you have a grudge against Rainbow?” Danger then asked her.
“Well...” Midnight began. “It started back in Equestria about three years ago when I was cruising through the skies overlooking Cloudsdale, Twilight’s Castle and even Ponyville in some cases. I saw you and Rainbow that one day and I’m pretty sure you both were also planning to talk to Twilight Sparkle about a very important topic, regarding the Legion of Doom.”
“You mean Sombra, Chrysalis and all that crazy folk who seeks destruction of Equestria?” Danger then asked.
“That’s right. I was looking over the window that day, the rest of the mane 6 didn’t really care what was above heads and because of that... I left Equestria and I travelled about 10,000 miles and I found a land that is basically the equivilant of Oscura’s haven. After I entered the building, I was looking from somepony that’s-“ Midnight continuted before interrupted again by Danger.
“Do you hear that?” Danger then announced.
“No? What?” Midnight replied in a confused tone as she look left and right and then, to her horror, the engine of Oscura’s Überschall Clear-View echoed instantly from the north.
“Midnight, are you ready for this survival session?” Danger asked Midnight.
Midnight’s eyes then watered as she didn’t want to be agonised by Oscura. She then nodded and rushed to her X12 which was still driveable but needed a repair shop, the same goes for Danger. They both got into their cars and sped off to one of the interstate’s shortcuts and get to thr repair shop as fast as possible.
After landing the jump, Danger didn’t see the Überschall coming from his passenger side and because of this, Oscura T-boned the passenger side of Danger’s Tempesta so hard, Danger himself was ejected out of the driver’s door and slided onto the sidewalk while his Tempesta rolled three times before rest on it’s roof. Oscura then got out of her damaged Überschall and at the same time, Rainbow’s P12 saw the wreckage and slammed the brakes hard.
Danger, who was still feeling the injuries after sliding about 30 yards on the sidewalk, heard the Desert Eagle primed and aimed at his face.
“Well, well, well. It seems the tables have been turned, DangerDean! And now... the time... for my revenge... has finally come!” Oscura then announced as she layed a firm and heavy magical field around Danger’s neck.
“Oscura, no matter how you hard try,” Danger said, weakly and in pain, “There is no chance you take me alive, not in... ugh... a thousand years.”
Oscura smiled as she watched the injured crimson pegasus stallion try to lift himself up, but the weight of the magical field prevented him from any sort of movement.
Rainbow, watched in horror and with tears flowing down her eyes as she can’t stand to see her friend injured and in agony.
“Pitiful, I must say.” Oscura said as she trotted towards Rainbow’s P12 with Rainbow herself now out of her car and keep the field around Danger’s neck permanently and her Desert Eagle locked and loaded at his face.
“Rainbow Dash, I must say you have fought valiantly throughout this battle with so much courage... that mind is bleeding me dry of it’s own volition.” Oscura then said to Rainbow, no really congratulating her whatsoever.
“Oscura... I... want you to stop harming Danger. BECAUSE NINE YEARS IS FAR TO LONG!” Rainbow boomed, trying to show symphathy towards the stricken DangerDean.
“I must say Rainbow that I like it when you get worked about some stupid, imcompetent, putrid pegasus!” Oscura then spat out.
“I DON’T CARE, PUT THAT GUN DOWN!” Rainbow demanded.
Oscura’s final stage of rage was now showing, while it was flaring up, Aria, Lightning, Sparky and Blazey were approaching the bedlam between Oscura and Rainbow.
“Oh my gosh! Danger, are you alri-“ Aria then exclaimed before being forced back by Oscura.
“Danger is not alright,” Oscura growled, “he was destined to be my arch-nemesis, HE ALSO DIDN’T BELONG HERE ANYWAY! So... I ask you all around me, are you willing to surrender, because you don’t... the trigger will be pulled and Danger’s fate will be sealed now, your answers in 60 seconds... and counting.”
Aria then noticed Danger’s eyes were closed and tried to get Rainbow’s attention.
Rainbow didn’t cry yet because she knew he had some strength left him.
“Oscura, please don’t this, please!” Rainbow wept as wiped tears with her hoof. “Danger is my friend, my icon if I’m down in the gutter, my last piece of the jigsaw of my life. And... to this day, if I wish to see him die... I will go out with him.”
Aria became shocked at what came out Rainbow’s mouth.
“The same is if his mind is plagued by you, Oscura.” Rainbow continued. “His courage is what keeps me alive to this day... But there something you have forgottern, Oscura.”
“What’s that!”
“Danger... is my brother.”
One second later, a red powersurge exploded from Danger was lying and the field that was around his neck... shattered into pieces, Danger’s body began to glowed orange and yellow and after another five seconds, Danger lifted himself slowly back up with the red lightning beams touching his back. His Washouts-style flight suit’s coloured began to turn into an artwork of flame and his eyes glowed like a rekindled flame.
“Oh my gosh!” Aria, Rainbow and Lightning exclaimed in unison as they saw Danger in his new form.
Danger then faced Oscura with electricity flowing around his body.
“Oscura, you know when you said to me that I can’t run away from you forever nearly a decade ago? Well, it turns out that... was a LIE!” Danger boomed and then fired a red laser beam at Oscura. She quickly fired her own beam in response and caused the sky to show crimson explosions in the sky.
After two minutes, something was fired out of stun gun and the beam Danger was slowing coming towards Oscura, but before it reached her face, the beam stopped as Oscura was tasered with 75,000 volts of blue electrictiy and Oscura screamed, causing red coloured thunderstorms and visual fire tornadoes were whirling around at 175 miles an hour, and after the firetornadoes vanished and the storm stopped, Oscura fell on to the surface of the road, stunned but not unconscious and revealed the pony who fired the guns... Midnight Skies.
As Danger’s electricity visage dissipated. He realised that Midnight had betrayed Oscura and if she did betray her eariler she wouldn’t live to see another day, but she did it the right time when Oscura was pre-occupied with Danger.
“We got to get out of here!” Midnight then announced as she fired a portal-based weapon to the start point of the Paradise Keys bridge. “I set the portal for Danger City, Danger where you will be safe until she unleashes her rage again.
“I hate to say this, Danger but... Midnight’s right.” Rainbow then confessed. “Group Shuriken, Tempest Shadow, Spitfire and the rest of Group Nomad are on the other side of the portal. I asked her to set the GPS location to the Legion of Speedfreaks’ headquaters on 160th Street and as you go towards the junction at 26th Avenue, it’s the first building on your right.”
Danger was satisifed with what he thought was Rainbow’s arch-nemesis was actually a good ally of him.
“Right! Danger City... here we come!” Danger then announced as he rushed towards his Tempesta which was at full health after the electricity blast and revved the engine and blasted off towards the portal at Paradise Keys Bridge with the reminder of Group Nomad and Midnight Skies following suit.
