It was dark times when Equestria's top villains, Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow has defeated the creatures of Equestria, including me and my friends. Now, with the powerful magic of both Discord, Celestia AND Luna, they are even more powerful with the magic of Grogar. But that all changes a week later.
... In the Dragon Lands (for obvious reasons)...
"What do you three want?" Twilight asked with hatred as she looks through a magic mirror that showed Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow.
Everyone from all the animal kingdoms stood with her, including her friends and the other animal leaders.
"Oh, just nothing. Okay, just ONE thing for all you losers," Cozy Glow said as she stood on the left of Chrysalis. Tirek stood between them.
"We know you all are hiding in Dragon Lands, the only place that is "too hot" for the Wendigos. But it's also hot for you due to your fur and types of skins. I can see the sweat dripping down your heads which already let's me know that you can't stand the heat forever," Tirek said.
Twilight glared at him, but then looks back at her friends and family. The Yaks were panting alongside the Buffalo and the princesses and her friends as well as the entire Pony nation of Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasai. She sees that Thorax and his Changelings were getting their chitin based scales fried. And the Hippogryffs and the Griffons were fanning themselves with their feathers. Despite the fact that all the creatures were disgusted, but they did thank the Dragons for using their tongues to try and cool them off. Heck, Smolder was using her long tongue to help cool her friends with her saliva. Spike was licking Thorax while Ember was licking Pharynx. Twilight hates it, but she couldn't help the fact that the magic draining centaur was right. No offense to the Dragons, but the Dragon Lands were too hot for creatures with fur, feathers, and chitin. She looks back at the trio, mainly at Tirek. "I can't believe I'm saying this, but you're right Tirek. We can't survive here. But at least the Dragons are doing what they can to keep us cooled off. No offense," Twilight said to the Dragons.
The dragon race, including Spike, Ember, Smolder, and Garble looked at Twilight. "None taken," they all said in unison.
"You can't stay there forever. After all, we combined our magic to cast a cloning spell on the Wendigos and now there are hundreds of them waiting to come "extinguish" your firepower. And not even your Dragon friends can stand the upcoming blizzard will come," Chrysalis pointed out.
"Well, fire melts ice, Bug-Face," Rainbow Dash said.
"On the contrary, Professor Dash, despite the fact that fire can melt ice, but with the extra "ice-power" we have, not even the Dragons will be strong enough to protect you. Because the more ice there is, the higher the chance that not even a little spark of ember, or a flank-load of fire, lava, and magma will burn through. Meaning, you're doomed!" Cozy Glow retaliated.
"Since there's nothing about Dragon Lore in pony books, you mules probably didn't think that Dragonfire, is actually the lifesource of your precious Dragons friends," Tirek said.
Twilight's ears start to flop down.
"That's right, Princess Twilight, all the Dragons, including your little, precious Dragon brother, will lose their fire..." Tirek started.
"No. Stop!" Twilight said but more angrily.
"...and soon cease to exist!"
Making them... extinct!" Chrysalis said with a smile.
"And once the Dragons are gone, we can steal the power of the Bloodstone Scepter and absorb its power, making us immune to fire! Haha!" Cozy Glow laughed.
"So either you surrender to us, or your Dragon friends will cease to exist," Tirek offered in a sinister way.
The Dragons however stood their ground, telling the Mean 3 that they'd rather die protecting their friends than be cowards for the rest of their lives.
"Looks like we have our answer," Chrysalis stated.
"Fine. But maybe we'll leave you with some Wendigos and wait for you as we give one final chance to surrender," Tirek said and he closed the magic mirror with his horns.
"What are you doing?! We could take them down right now!" Cozy Glow yelled at Tirek.
"We could probably be turned to stone at any minute if we rush over there now. We need to work on making the Wendigos more powerful rather than go Dragonslaying. Besides, we're not even working together. Chrysalis, you are acting like you will rule this world when we agreed that the three of us will rule together."
"Makes sense because you failed twice to take over the world by impersonating as Shining Armor's wife and kidnapped all the important ponies when you didn't think that Starlight, Trixie, Thorax, and Discord would save them," Cozy Glow pointed.
"You're just as bad as her! All you think about is power when we really need to instill fear into the hearts our enemies. Not to mention that you tried to become more powerful twice. And becausee of you, Discord managed to free Starlight, who then freed Twilight's friends, and try to stop us with help from all of Equestria. We need to start trusting each other."
"Oh, really? Because that worked so well with Discord," Chrysalis said.
"And you took his powers anyway when he helped you round up Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasai so you could gain their powers. So why should we trust you?" Cozy Glow questioned him.
"Fine! I did betray Discord! But it was because he was nothing but a big, dumb, softie who cared for Fluttershy until I convinced him to join me and be free to do whatever he wants. But just like that, he would have betrayed me just like Scorpan did all those years ago. And let's not forget that I have the power to drain most of the dangerous creatures of their magic. Except Dragons and those who can't perform magic. But l hope you don't try any funny businesses and try to betray me. Otherwise, I will drain the both of you of your magic. Truce?" He asked as he puts a hand.
"Let's make it clear that we're not buddies, but evil friends," Chrysalis stated as places her right hoof into Tirek's left hand.
"I guess I can wait a little longer to get more power," Cozy said as she placed her left hoof into Tirek's right hand.
...
"Of all the most vile things to say, they had to say that!" Twilight shouted as she paced back and forth.
Twilight was walking through a jungle that was somehow next to the Dragon Lands. She looks up at the night sky and remembered what Princess Celestia told her.
...
"Take these, Twilight. These Primal Power Stones will help you on journey."
Twilight looks at a green circular pill with a yellow color in the center of it. "It's a pill?" she says dumbfoundly as she raises her right eyebrow.
"Take the green one to help grant you power unlike anything before, and this red one to help return you back to normal."
"Back to normal?" "No time to explain. Take it now." "Okay," Twilight said and she uses her magic to put the red pill into her saddlebag. "Here goes nothing," she said as she uses her magic to levitate the green pill from her right hoof and into the air. Then, lunges her head forward to put in her mouth. Next, with a levitated body of water, she drank it from the air, signaling her that it fell down through her throat.
...
"I wonder what kind of power this magic does. Maybe a mana boost?"
Twilight heard noises from the bushes and out from the bushes were 10 wendigo frogs. And they started running at Twilight.
Twilight pulls back and brings her hooves in front of her. Then, her heart started beating faster. The creatures stopped and watched Twilight go through a change.
"Eeeeyaaaahhh!" She screamed in pain as she felt pain like never before. Her left hoof was cracking and blood splurted out everywhere, and started to sprout wolf-like paws and fingers with super long, razor sharp claws. Her chest started grow brown fur and increases in muscle mass in a female way. Her tail started to grow more longer and furryier as it turns black. Her wings started turning black and turned into furry wings. Her teeth started cracking and falling out as fangs started popping out from her gums as her muzzle turned into a snout. Her horn remained, but curved itself like a rhino horn while red veins started to surround her irises and pupils while her mane turns black. Then, with a strong blink, blood splattered everywhere and her eyes turned yellow. She felt both her forelegs and her hindlegs become arms and legs as they started to become more muscular. She stood up, then pushed her torso forward a little as a lot of black popped out from her back like a giant hairdo.
Whatever she went through... was over. And now, she feels like her anger has risen. And not only that. But she felt hungry.
The wolf creature that was Twilight, layed on her front side; tired from the big fight she was in. She heard twigs snapping on her right and saw that it was Spike.
"Thank God you're here, Spike!" Twilight said in thought.
Despite the massacre that was displayed in front of Spike, he ran over to her with her saddlebag that she dropped during her painful transformation and the fight she was in. But he had a bag, too. He took what looked like a yellow capped needle.
"I know you're in a lot of pain, Twilight. But it's the only way for the time being," he said. Then, with the needle, he pierced the super thick right upper arm of his wolfy sister.
Twilight started to feel a little bit of pain, but then grew smaller and in a white flash, Twilight was back to normal.
"Ohhh, my everything hurts." "That was some battle there, Twilight." "You saw me? Oh, Spike! I'm sorry for scaring you." "But you didn't. I'm glad you stopped those things." "But.. the blood? The insationable hunger that I had?" "Twilight, focus. Turning into a Werewolf could probably help all of Equestria with the other stones as well." "MORE?!"
Twilight and Spike made it through the jungle and somehow fell into a sewer.
"Spike, that's the last time I let you direct me through a jungle at night." "Sorry."
Later on, Twilight and Spike ventured through sewers solving puzzles and fighting off Wendigo Mutants. Then, they made it into a big mausoleum. But the sister and the brother stopped their stinky sightseeing only to hear giant footsteps that were made by none other than... a giant mutated rat.
"I hate rats." "Werewolf Form, remember?" "Oh, yeah. Hrrk!" Twilight grunted as she lunges her body forward in pain and turns into her Werewolf Form again.
Twilight felt the pain, primal rage and primal hunger return once again as she grew in size, muscles, and fangs. Soon, the battle started to commence as the giant rat swung his right paw at them. Luckily, Werelight managed to quickly wrap her tail around Spike's waist as she made a huge evasive jump. And then she started to somersault forward in the air and come back down and deliver a powerful slash with her left paw; killing the creature instantly.
After that was done, Spike pulled the needle out from his bag. In truth, it was a really tiny needle, which doesn't hurt much. Twilight stood on her two legs and lifted her left paw under Spike's feet, leading Spike to fall onto her giant paw. With his right paw, he injects the transformation reversing liquid into Twilight's right shoulder to, well, reverse her transformation. As soon as Spike pulled the needle out, Twilight started to cringe which told Spike to jump onto her back and clench the fur between her wings tightly to hold on as she shrinks, with her claws and fingers shedding back into her body, her fur shedding and falling onto the ground underneath her, and fangs popping out while new flat teeth grew back. Finally, her horn straightens out as she turns back to her normal self as the brown color turned white, and finally back to her original color. She falls onto the pile of shed fur, panting. Spike remained on her back, until he saw a yellow light beaming from in between the giant rat's left fingers. (More specifically, its index and middle fingers.) Spike stepped off of Twilight's back and stood on her right side until he started walking to the giant mutant with the yellow light. When he reached its menacing paw, he used his left paw to push the index finger away and used his right paw to grab what was inside.
Twilight started to wake up with a moan. Spike heard, and ran over to his sister and started speaking as he ran. "Twilight, look! I found a Primal Stone between the rat's index and middle fingers!" He finished as he stopped in front of her with his paw in front of her face.
Twilight, however, sensed it had a smell, thanks to her nose that Spike unknowingly placed in front of. She covers her nose with her right hoof and took the pill with her magic and walked over to the sewer to clean it, despite its murky substance. Then, with a water bottle, thanks to Spike, she drank the water that carried the pill down inside her throat. Next, she started gasping for air like she was underwater. "Can't... breathe!" She said as she held her neck with her hooves and accidentally fell into the water. Spike ran over to the ledge with a gasp. Then he saw a yellow light glowing from within the water. Then his eyes widen as a face came out of the water.
"Spike, are you okay?" Twilight asked.
"Um, Twilight, I think you turned into a purple seapony that looks more fishy than pony-ish," he said as he points his left paw at her.
(Twilight's P.O.V.)
I raise my right eyebrow in confusion at what my brother just said and looked down at the water and look at my face. I gasped as I saw six gills, three on each side of my neck. I move my head to the right as I look at my reflection where four spines were poking out of my head with my head fins with the color of my mane with my purple stripe and pink stripe as they went down to the center of my back. My head looked more like that of the residents of Seaquestria. Instead of fins for hooves, I had what my Werewolf Form had, four fingers in the form of thin stems and pink fins in between them. I still have my equine bone structures for both my arms and legs. Except my legs weren't there, only a tail with dark blue fins just like my dorsal fins. Unlike my Seapony Form, I had pony teeth with four long fangs. Well, two that were long on the top that could stick out of my mouth, and two small ones that hide within my mouth. My wings looked exactly like the two times I was a Seapony. My eyes were still the same, but the white part of my eyes were colored yellow.
"Fishlight," Spike said. Twilight looks back at Spike in confusion and to what he just said.
"What?" She asks... with her head back due to the fact that she's still swimming in sewer water.
"Think about it, Twilight: you look more like a fish than a Seapony. But, I guess you can still call it a Seapony Form due to the fact that you're part fish. Not to mention your horns now a stem with a light bulb," he pointed out with his left finger.
Twilight looks up at her "horn," only to see that it was indeed now a dangling lightbulb. "Oh! I'm part angler fish. Which would explain why I have two long fangs protruding from my mouth," she says through her sentence with her right fin on her chin as she looks to the left. Then, the two heard rocks splashing into the water and realizing that the cave was about to collapse. Twilight grabbed her brother by the hips and pulled him into the water just as soon as a piece of the ceiling landed right where Spike was standing.
While underwater, Spike was having a hard time trying to breathe because he was pulled into the water without taking a deep breath. Twilight thought of something, and then she placed her brother in front of her face, and she placed her lips on his lips and started to inhale and exhale air into his mouth. But, only for a bubble to come between their lips until it encased his entire head just like the first time they visited Seaquestria due to the Storm King's invasion. Spike started to breathe frantically in Twilight's arms as she let go of the bubble that came from her mouth.
Spike sighed in relief. "Thanks. But how did you that would work?"
"I didn't count on blowing up a bubble, but at least you can breathe. I'm sorry for not warning you, but you would have been flattened like a pancake if I hadn't pulled you in."
"Thanks... and good point," he said with his left finger. Then he looked behind the left side of Twilight's face and saw a bright light, along with sinking rocks. "Look, Twilight! A way out!" He said as he pointed his right finger to a big hole.
"Good job, Spike! Now we can get out of here," she said as she twirled her body to the right for Spike to gently grab hold at the bottom of her neck. And, just like magic, she lit the brightly, dark waters with her lightbulb and started swimming fast as well as avoiding any falling rocks.
Outside the sewers...
Twilight and Spike emerged with Spike's bubble popping as soon as their heads came out of the water.
"Well, whaddya know, we're out of that stinking place," Spike started.
"And now we're in... a swamp," Twilight finished with disappointment. (Think of it like a bird's eye view.)
"Say, isn't this the place where Fluttershy delivered those frogs as well as us encountering that Hydra?" Spike asked.
Getting a good look around from right to left, she discovered that he was right. "You're right, Spike, we are at the Foggy Bog Swamp. Let's hurry before we run into that Hydra," she suggested.
"(Chuckling): Hehe heh, good idea,... "Fishlight," he snarked.
"You're really calling me that in this form, aren't you?" She asked.
"Yup. Just like Werelight, your Werewolf Form, too," he answered.
"Well, at least it's better than "Wolflight" or "Merlight," she replied.
"Do you want me call you by those names?" He asked.
"Do you wanna walk back to the Dragon Lands... by yourself?" Twilight replied.
"Nope! Werelight and Fishlight are better names," he replied back.
"Good. Now, let's continue on our journey to save Equestria," Fishlight said as she started swimming through the surface of the water.
"Okay, but, you won't really let me walk back by myself, now would you?" He asked as points his left finger to the sky and back at Twilight.
"Don't worry, Spike, I wouldn't really leave you behind, or let you walk back by yourself," she answered.
Spike gave a "phew," as he swept off a sweat gland from his forehead as they continued to skim through the water, without catching any unwanted attention.
After travelling through the swamp, Twilight and Spike found themselves in a cave full of those frog monsters accompanied by another one. However, this one is even bigger than the rest of them.
"Looks like we have another big battle. Go hide, Spike," Twilight said.
Spike hopped off Twilight and went to find cover in the form of a giant rock.
After the battle and switching from both Werelight and Fishlight, the giant frog monster had a stone and a pill under its tongue. After cleaning the two, Spike puts the dark blue stone in the bag while Twilight swallows the pill.
Twilight was soon encased in ice as she went through her transformation from within until it exploded
Twilight turns into a seven foot giant with white fur on both her front and back legs while still leaving her hooves visible. Her mane and tail were also white. She had a little build as four fangs protruded from her mouth. Her skin color as well as her horn turned into a deep blue hue. Her eyes were yellow just like her werewolf form. She was an Ape Wendigo while still appearing like her pony self. She looked at her muscles and felt the power running in her veins; she must've gain more physical strength. She continues to scan herself until she felt a sneeze coming on. Too late to stop it, she accidentally freezes her little brother in ice. Luckily, he was a fire-breathing 🐉.
"Sorry."
"It's alright. Now, as an Ape Wendigo/Unicorn hybrid, you now possess super strength and have ice-breathing powers. I guess we'll call this form "Ape-light" with a hyphen or just "Ice-light" with a hyphen."
"I'll go with option B."
"Ice-light" with a hyphen, it is. Now, let's get out of here."
Ice-light raises her right hoof in front of Spike and turns it upside down for him to climb on. Once he was on her head, the two walked off.
Until the next Primal Stone lands them in Manehatten where Twilight defeats a giant blob monster with her new form. However, the boss battle was a dud as it didn't have the Primal Stone they were looking for.
The two managed to get to a factory of sorts and saw a giant savage griffin in the way. Twilight fought it of course, utilizing both her three beast forms and her normal self. She manages to blind it with her magic as it crashed onto the ground. Another yellow stone and orb was in the Griffin. She used to magic to pluck it out, causing it to die. After cleaning the orb, she swallows it and turns into a griffon herself.
The back of her where her legs were turned into lion legs as her forehooves were now eagle talons. Her beak was just like Rainbow's friend, Gilda, and her head was like Gabby's, only it was more pointed on the back of her head. Her wings gained a new set of feathers under the first ones. Her tail was just like a lioness with the same dark blue color with a pink point.
"Alright. Let's see... uh... How about... "Grifflight?" Spike asked.
Twilight replies with a nod. Then, they continued on their journey until they had to deal with a giant, mutated spider. Twilight, with her new form and help from Spike were able to kill it and move on with their adventure to find the last five Primal Stones.
