It was another beautiful day in ponyville. There was a blue sky, with few clouds, a small breeze, and a sweet scent of spring filled the air. It was the start of spring in ponyville, everypony was tired from winter wrap up and today was a perfect day to relax.

“I don’t know” Fluttershy stammered weakly.
”oh come on darling, isn’t there somepony out there that you like?” Rarity asked while she was getting her face mask, with cucumbers on her eyes.
It was their mouthly spa day, rarity and Fluttershy usually went together to relax and talk about their month, but today every pony decided to join. Making Fluttershy a little more nervous than usually. It wasn’t like she talked much during the spa day with just rarity, but now she really didn’t want to say anything with so many eyes on her.
”Rarity, really I’m fine, I have my animals and....”
”Maybe if we put you on a blind date!” Pinkie cried before cannonballing in to the hot tub where Twilight and Applejack sat.
”Oh, please don’t.” Fluttershy said very softly.
”Ohhhh, Pinkie, that’s a marvelous idea” Rarity said with a smile. ” We could pick each one and see if their just right!” she said squealing gleefully.
”You really don’t have to” Fluttershy protested quietly.
”Rarity, maybe it’s not the best idea to go messing with somepony’s romantic life” Rainbow Dash stated in the corner next to Rarity, Rainbow didn’t really like the spa very much, so she was refusing to do any of the spa activities but she still wanted to be around every pony, so she came anyway.
”Ya, I’m with dash on this one” Applejack said while twirling her hoove in the water.”Y’all have to remember this is Fluttershy your talk’n about.” She said in her country accent sounding concerned.
“oh nonsense, it’s because you two already have a special somepony!” Rarity exclaimed.
“Rarity, that has nothing to do with it, besides Twilight, doesn’t have somepony!” Rainbow said.
Fluttershy hung her head as Twilight said ”HEY, don’t bring me into this!” glaring at Rainbow across the room.
”Fine dear, but really Fluttershy, do you like....”
”RARITY, just quite it!” Rainbow yelled. Makeing the unicorn jump in her seat a little. Not being able to see with the cucumbers covering her eyes made her a little jumpy. Not only making Rarity jump, Rainbow made Fluttershy jump.
Fluttershy looked at Rainbow at the same time Rainbow looked at her. Fluttershy mouthed the words thank you. While Rainbow just gave her a slight nod. ————————()———————-
They finished their spa day in peace after that, there wasn’t anymore yelling at each other. Rarity didn’t speak much after Rainbow snapped at her neither did Fluttershy.
When it was time to leave and every pony went their separate ways, Fluttershy’s only thoughts were of Rarity’s question,”do you like sompony?” she blushed a little bit, because their was only one pony that came to mind and he wasn’t even a pony. He was a being of pure chaos.
It was Tuesday,a few days after Fluttershys eventful spa day, and Fluttershy was getting ready for her Tuesday tea with her friend Discord. She was making the tea, when Raritys question and a following answer to her question poped into her mind once more.
Did she like him? she asked her self silently. She shook she head, how could she like him. Discord was her friend and he probably wouldn’t return the feelings if she said anything about it.
Fluttershy finshed making the tea, placed it on the coffee table in her front room, she then started to make cucumber sandwiches. Discord always said she made the best cucumber sandwiches. She blushed a little thinking about it.

Fluttershy soon finished making the sanwiches and just sat down on her couch when a knock was heard at her front door.
She trotted to door, opened it, and she found Discord flouting in mid air with his back faceing her.
She giggled softly. ”Why, hello stranger may I help you?”She asked giggling to herself.
Discord turned around to face his friend. ”Hmm, I may have lost my way on my travels.” he said playing along with a smirk.
”Well, please do come in traveler. I have tea and sandwiches, make yourself at home.” Fluttershy said opening her door wider to let him in, with a rather large smile.
”Thank you for being so kind” Discord said while slowly flouting in to the cottage.
”Your more than welcome” Fluttershy said, closeing the door with a smile on her face. When she turned to face Discord, he was already flying to the cucumber sandwiches with a small squeal.
”You made cucumber sandwiches!!” Discord said with excitement. He took a bite out of one and his head exploded! Literally exploded! ”This is Amazing, Fluttershy!!” Discord exclaimed.
”Oh thank you ,Discord, I try my best. Just for you” Fluttershy said while sitting down and picking up her tea cup.
”You spoil me, my dear” He said looking at her with his red misshaped eyes.
Fluttershy blushed and hid behind her light pink mane.

Tuesday tea was finally over, after jokes, amazing tricks (mostly discord making tricks with his magic), talks about life, tea, and two helpings of cucumber sandwiches . Fluttershy and Discord cleaned up their tea, Gave each other a hug, and said their farewells.
Fluttershy then finished the day feeding her animals, cleaning around her cottage, and catching up with her favorite pet, Angle bunny, but there wasn’t much to talk about he was getting hunger so Fluttershy has to go make him dinner.
When it was starting to get late and the sun was starting to go down, was when Fluttershy actual started thinking about what happened during her Tuesday tea with Discord. She went through all the conversations they had, ever detail she could recall.
She had already took a bath and was in bed when she realized.. “I-I d-do like h-him” She said softly to herself , blushing a bright red.
ok Fluttershy, you can do this. Fluttershy thought to herself. She was going to Rainbow’s house to talk about her “problem”. As She was walking on the long dirt road that lead to Rainbows house, she silencely talked to herself .
Rainbow dash will understand, right? Fluttershy asked herself. she had to, she has Sorin, her special somepony..... I will just ask her about how they told each other they liked each other! she declared in her mind.
Fluttershy came to the edge of Rainbow Dash’s house. She spread her wings, shakes them a little and lifted off the ground. ”ohh, come on Fluttershy, no chickening out” she said out loud, as she landed on Rainbow’s porch. She silencely grumbled and ring the door bell.

”Why do you want to know?” said rusty voice of Rainbow dash. Fluttershy and Rainbow were sitting in Rainbow’s light blue,and cloud shape living room.
“I’m just curious....” Fluttershy said in a shaky voice. She had asked her what did she say to sorin when she realized she liked him? But it came out wrong....
“ Umm... is this about what Rarity said at the spa, because Fluttershy, you don’t have to like sompony.”
”No not at all Rainbow, I just wanted to know... if that’s ok with you” Fluttershy said with a nervous grin, as she hides her face with her mane, that hides her cheeks that were tinted with light red.
”Well, I don’t know I think Sorin just ask me to go out with him and we just hit it off” Rainbow Dash said with scrunched up face trying to remember, since it had been a few years ago.
”Oh ..” Fluttershy said softly. This wasn’t helping her at all, but she still held her grin.
”Yeah I know not so romantic as Rarity, makes it huh.” Rainbow said rolling her eyes.
“I guess so...” Fluttershy softly said.
The rest of the visit was a blur, they talked about flying, Rainbow Dash trying to become a wonder bolt and how Sorin was helping her, they also talked about tank Rainbows pet and how he just came out of hibernation but one thing came from this visit that was stuck in Fluttershys mind when for the rest of the day, it was the fact that she was now on her own....
Maybe it won’t be so bad, besides Discord is Bold, Brave, chaotic, childish, immature for his age......” Oh No”
“Come on Angel, just eat your carrots.” Fluttershy whined. She had put a bowl of carrots in front of her pet, Angel bunny.
Angel was situated in front of Fluttershy with the bowl in the middle of them. He glared at the bowl. He forceful shoved the bowl, making the carrots scatter everywhere. Angel stuck his tongue out at the carrots and hoped away.
“Now Angel, you can’t just go throwing food like that.....”
Suddenly her front door was smashed into millions of pieces, Fluttershy yelped and jumped into the air, and looked towards the remands of her door. It was frightening knowing that it was so easily broken, but it wasn’t as frightening as the pair of red glowing eyes staring at her from the doorway.
Her eyes widened in fear and she retreated a step backwards. That earned a growl from the figure in the door way.
She retreated a another step back, her wings fluttered open ready to fly if needed. The eyes followed her movement. “ you think that’s going to stop me.” It hissed with a husky male voice.
She couldn’t speak or move. “You’re too weak and pathetic to fight.” it hissed. “You can bearly look at your own shadow with out jumping in fear.” It said with a clearer male voice.
She expression went from fear to confusion. She knew that voice... “Discord?”
Discord growled and before she could process or react he lunged, teeth out, and aimed for her throat.....
“AHHHHH!?!?” Fluttershy sat up in bed screaming. Her mane was stuck to the back of her neck from sweat, her breathing was heavy, and she was... crying. She wiped away her tears with a hoove and got out of bed. l’ve never had a nightmare like that before she thought.
She went downstairs to the kitchen. She wanted to make her self some tea. Tea always helped her sleep after a nightmare.
When she finshed makeing her tea, and started cleaning her mess. She heard a snap and husky male voice “Fluttershy?”
She whimpered. She heard that voice more than once. She poked her head from the kitchen doorway to find Discord standing in her living room, with his back facing her.
“Fluttershy!” Discord called again turning around. “Fluttershy, oh thank Celestia!” He said stepping closer to her, but stopped when he heard her whimper in fear. “Fluttershy, what’s wron....” she has been crying. he thought
He sat on the floor and put his arms out with his eyes closed. “Come here.”
She whimpered again but not in fear but in relief. She ran to him, threw her hooves around his middle, and sobbed into his chest.
And all Discord did was run his claw threw her mane, till she finally calmed down.
“Fluttershy, tell your old pal what’s wrong...”
“Oh, Discord it was horrible..” she said sniffing, still having her head on his chest listening to his heart beat.
“What my dear, tell me and I will end its suffering.” He said the end with a growl.
“ it’s w-as j-just a dr-ream.” Fluttershy said.
Discord soften “ oh...” he paused “tell me.”
“ w-well maybe you don’t want to know, you won’t like it” she said lifting her head from his chest and looked into his eyes. He was quiet for a long time.
“Was it me?” he whispered staring into her eyes.
Fluttershy visibly gulped. She looked away from his eyes. She couldnt look at him.
He slowly put his paw to her face, to face him again.“Tell me” he softly said. She gulped, took a deep breath and told him very thing.

“D-do you think o-of me as a m-monster?” Discord asked stuttering. Fluttershy told him everything, every detail.
They were in the same position they were in for awhile now. With him in front of her and her looking up at him.
“N-no Discord, of course not it was nothing but a dream.” She said looking into his eyes
“Just a dream Fluttershy, friends don’t dream of their friends as a monster!” Discord said raising his voice, his anger level riseing.
“N-no I-I don’t think of y-you as a m-monster” Fluttershy whimpered.
“Fluttersh......” He was interrupted by another one of Fluttershys whimpers, but now she covered her face with her hooves.
“I’m sorry” he said looking away, tears now clouding his eyes.
“No I’m sorry, Discord I don’t think of you as a monster.....I just.... I..” She shuddered
Discord looked back at her, he put his paw on her shoulder “it’s ok, I will just take my leave dear.” He was about to teleport when a hoove stoped his claw.
“Please don’t go.” Fluttershy said. When she realized what she said she blushed.
“And why should I stay, if your having nightmares about me then maybe I shouldn’t be here!?” Discord said.
“Discord it wasn’t you..please just.... stay with me I don’t want to be alone...”she said
“ Fluttershy....” he paused, thinking.” Of course dear... I will stay....” Discord said He couldn’t just leave her like that.
“Thank you....”Fluttershy said “Thank you” She softly mumbled, hugging him once again and nuzzles her face into his fur. He slowly floated up into the air bringing fluttershy with him to where she was now laying on his chest. He softly ran his fingers threw her mane.
After minutes of floating Fluttershy filled the silence with soft snores, that can be bearly heard. And Discord just kept on brushing her mane until sleep was beckoning him.
“Don’t worry Fluttershy” he whispered on to the top of her head.
“I sometimes have that dream too.” He said letting sleep take him.
Never in Discord years of living did he once have a dream where there was nothing but darkness, not the kind of darkness that made him go insane or betray his friends for power, it was the kind of darkness the soothes. It was a strange feeling, but it was a feeling he craved after he met Fluttershy, just hanging around her made him feel fuzzy and......normal.. Everywhere he went he knew he was out of place...different, but with her.... Strange, when one has nothing to dream about, their left with ones thoughts...

“Hmmm” Discord hummed to himself calmly, as he slowly woke up. He blinked his eyes, and yawned deep. He felt warm, it could have been the fact that a small light yellow Pegasus was laying on his chest.
Discord smiled to himself, thinking how in the past she feared him, thought him evil, but now she lay on his chest with his arms around her, and with no fear of the creature that held her.
How beautiful can you get Fluttershy He thought while slowly brushing the strands of her mane softly. In response he got a purring sound from her throat. Discord chuckles when a pair of tile eyes open. “Good Morin”
“Good morning” she said picking her head up from his chest and yawning. “Sorry about falling asleep.” She nervously said.
“Don’t you fret my dear, I like this.” He said while looking at himself and her still floating in midair, still holding each other.
“OH” Fluttershy said with her cheeks tinted red looking down. She quickly leaped in to the air next to Discord. “ I’m so sorry I-“
“Fluttershy, it’s fine” Discord said while floating to the floor. “Any bad dreams to last night?” He asked.
“No... it was a peaceful dream last night.... thank you.” Fluttershy said while landing on the floor.
“That’s Wonderful.” Discord said while walking over the couch.
“Discord, can I ask you a question?” She asked looking to the floor and letting her mane cover the side of her face.
“You just did, my dear” he replied with his back towards her.
“ Discord, I mean for real.” Fluttershy said while looking up at him.
Discord turned his head and raised an eye brow, he sat on the couch and slowly replied “Of course ask away.”
“Have... have y-you ever fell in l-love with somepony.” Fluttershy sputtered, looking anywhere but his eyes.
Discord almost died right there Why is she asking such a question? Does she like a stallion? he thought to himself worried. He took a few moments to find the correct words. “Yes, twice....” he said. Because it was true he did fall in love twice, once with a immortal Princess but that ended badly and the second time he fell in love with his best friend. A little mortal Pegasus that saw the good in him that he never knew existed until he met her.
“Oh..” Fluttershy replied looking down.
“Why do you ask dear?” Discord asked not looking away from Fluttershy for a moment.
“We-ell I have a-a friend that I li-Ike but I don’t know I-if he likes me..” she said with a blush on her cheeks. She slowly slide one of her hooves in the ground waiting for a reply. When she didn’t get one after some time she looked up at Discord, hopefully she could read his expression, but when she looked up she was met with a pair of soft lips on her own kissing her passionately. She tensed, then Slowly relaxed into the kiss, putting her front hooves around Discords neck pulling him closer to her.
All Discord could think when he started to kiss her was that he hoped he was right, about her liking him and not some other stallion. And when she put her front hooves around his neck to pull him closer and deepen the kiss he knew he was right. He slowly entangles his claw in her hair and later his paw on her back.
Long minutes past until they family came up for air. When they did break the kiss, their breathing was heavy and their hearts were pumping. “ I like you too” is all Discord says. Then he disappears into nothing. Fluttershy is left confused until she hears a knock at the door.
“ Fluttershy dear, its Rarity... Twilight wants all of us at her castle immediately.”
Fluttershy puts her hoove to her lips she just...he just.... we... she smiled, Discord knew she was there that’s why he disappeared. “Ok Rarity, I’m coming.” Fluttershy said and went to open the door. And as she and Rarity ran to Twilights, her smile never wavers.....
