A friendship game disaster turns a group a friends from 7 girls to 8. But when two girls start to feel a spark for one another and one is called back to EQ for a few days, what will happen?
(Set a Few weeks after the Legend of Everfree)
While helping out at the Car wash to raise money to fix Camp Everfree. Sunset gets a message from Princess Twilight requesting Flame Dash to come back to EQ urgently. Sci-Twi offers to come with, for research and mostly to bond with Flame. Flame rejects her offer not knowing if the request was because of danger. What will happen when Twilight sneaks into the portal and follows Flame?
I have a seemily large favor to ask of not you, but our friend Flame Dash, I need her to return to Equestria as soon as she can.

"Are you serious? That's all she wrote?" I groaned, running a hand through my red and yellow mane. Sunset closed the book before turning to me. "Yeah, That's it. I can't imagine what she needs though?" Sunset sighed, putting the communicater between us and Equestria back in her school bag.
"Flame , do you thinks something wrong with the Princess?" Rainbow questioned me, still balencing the soccer ball, that she had been playing with, on her knee.
"I have no clue." I stood up, pushing my chair back and taking the last sip of my drink from the local cafe my friends had stopped at. "But she said she needed me to return as soon as possible, and thats not really a good sign.." I turned to grab my bag as everyone stood up. I caught a glance of Twilight, she was bitting her bottom lip and twisting her purple and pink tresses with her finger as if she wanted to ask a question. I blushed, slightly smiling at the bookworm as I slid my bag over my shoulder.
"What am I suppose to tell mom and dad? My sister just disappears out of thin air- or excuse me, The Universe." Rainbow chuckled a bit at the end. "I don't know Dash, just tell them I'm staying at a friends for a few days, school project reasons. It's spring break anyway, they shouldn't be too worried." I waved a hand at her in a shooing motion.

I pushed the glasses up on my face as I followed Sunset and the girls. We were going to the school to meet Flame at the statue.
"Hey guys!" I heard her voice and looked up, seeing the Auburn~skinned girl. I giggled realizing how much she looked like she could be Sunset's sister and not Rainbow's. Flame was giving everyone hugs and stopped for a second before coming to me
"I'm going miss ya Twi" I gave her a smile, trying to hide my blush as she hugged me. She turned around looking at the statue "Well here goes nothing" The girl said, walking towards the portal
"Flame wait!" I called, bitting my lower lip before continuing "Do you think maybe..I could join you? On the trip to Equestria, I mean it's a great opportunity for me to gather intellectual research on the magic in Equestria.." I twirled my hair inbetween my fingers.
"I don't think so Twi" I looked up at her as she said those words "I mean, we have no idea why Princes Twilight wants me. It could be extremely dangerous and I don't want any of my friends in danger." She continued, I opend my mouth to respond but I felt Applejack put a hand on my shoulder "Ah think Flame is right, Twilight"
Sunset stepped in "For once I agree with Flame." I could see the rainbow-haired girl's sister cross her arms out of the corner of my eye. "Once?" She question, laughing a bit, Sunset rolled her eyes and grinned at her before looking at me "We dont know whats going on, on the other side of that Portal. It's wise to just let the girl Princess Twilight called go."
I sighed "Okay."

I fell onto a hard crystal floor. A bookshelf started to wobble unsteadily and I scrambled up to my feet
"I mean hooves?" I thought
I looked down and sure enough, I was back in my pony form. My shiny Auburn colored fur and wings. My Cutie mark which consisted of a yellow lighting bolt in a red flame was right on my flank. My eyes darted up to the room I was in, I scanned the bookshelves that cotaminated the room, I laughed to myself.
"Thats Twilight for ya"
"Flame Dash! I'm pleased how fast you could make it!" A Purple Alicorn trotted up to me, I took in their appearence. Dark purple and pink tresses, a Star for a CutieMark.
"Well how was I suppose to react when all you left was an urgent request for me to come to Equestria?" I joked a bit at Twilight. She shook her head, a slight smile before ushering me to follow her "I have to show you the reason I needed you! C'mon!"
I followed the Princess, stumbling over my hooves a few times and earning a giggle from Twilight. I puffed my cheeks out in annoyance "Hey. I didn't see you ease into your body when you first came to my world." I smirked as she blushed.
"Flame Dash!" They said in unison, both flying at me and tackling me in a hug. "Long time no see huh?" I laughed, standing up and using a hoof to dust myself off. Twilight looked between me and my counterpart
"Okay I knew that this would happen but I'll probably never get used to it." She said as she walked to what seemed like a table. "Uh...Scorch?" Rainbow called me my nickname she had given me when I first lived here to tell my doppleganger and I apart. "Yeah?" I turned around to see her pointing at my flank, my cutiemark was glowing
"What the-?" I was cut off when I heard Twilight speak "That's why I called you," A seemily holographic map showed on it with my Cutie Mark floating around a castle. It wasn't Twilight's but it seemed to be located in the Everfree forest.
"Since I've recieved this castle my friends and I have had this map to summon us when a friendship problem was underway. But this time the location it has summoned you seems to be different then a friendship problem-" It was my turn to cut the purple-furred princess off. "But why did it summon ME? I mean,I don't even live in this universe." I looked down at the pendent on my neck, which I was glad had made it through the portal. Twilight tilted her head as if she was in thought before continuing "Well, As I've known you have lived her before yes? It's possible that since both you and your counterpart are part of the Magical occurences of both of your worlds and you've been here before, The map had picked up on your Mana through some kind of magical inference between our worlds and decided to summon you."
I ran her sentence through my head a few times before nodding slightly "Makes sense.. I guess." I looked back at the map. "So um, where does the map want me to go?" I asked, Rainbow appeared above me, flapping her wings as she looked at the map. "Hey Twi, Isn't that the Castle of the Two Sisters?"
"That it is Dash." Twilight looked at me "I assume you've heard the tale before?"
"Yeah. I have." I was about to ask what exactly I was doing until we heard a crash from deep in the castle. My counterpart and I looked at each other, Rainbow and Twilight copying our attention before flying of towards the sound. I struggled to stay afoot for a few seconds but eased my way back into my flying and was soon besides Rainbow. We all landed as we arrived at the room we heard the sound come from. Well the others landed, I fell straight on my face but hurriedly bounded up. "Gotta fix that landing" I thought
Twilight was the first to enter the room and we all followed. I saw a purple flank sticking out of a pile of books tht must've fallen ontop of whoever it was. "Ugh..." Came the voice from under the books, My ears perked up as instantly reconized it. I looked towards the portal and sure enough, it was just shutting down as if someone came through.
"Twilight...?" I asked, hearing both whoever was under the books and pony Twilight answer. Equestria's Twilight did a double-take as I sighed, trotting over to my worlds Twilight and grabbing her tail between my teeth. I pulled her out and she landed on her flank. A bit dazed.
"Twi, Did you seriously follow me?" ------------ "Twi, Did you seriously follow me?" I heard, I could only assume it was Flame. Shaking my head and adjusting the glasses on my muzzle?
"Okay Twilight, Calm down. Your just a pony in a magical universe full of them! Nothing out of the ordinary." I took a deep breath before smiling sheepishly "Suprise?"
--------- I slightly laughed as I saw Flame Dash shake her head at her worlds Twilight.
"Well hey, you can't blame her for wanting to research 'pony' magic." I laughed "You would think so wouldn't you Twilight?" She rolled her eyes, looking at me "This could be a learning experience for her Flame-" She cut me off to add a few words "Call me Scorch while I'm here, It'll help keep the two Flame Dash's apart" She waved for me to continue "Okay. Scorch. It can be a great opportunity for her to learn about the ways of Equestria. Figuring you all have magic own don't you think it would be great for her to know where it comes from?" The other world's Twilight's face lit up at this. Scorch adverted her gaze away from me to her Twilight and back to me. She sighed once again "Alright..But do you think you could teach her few basic spells?" She asked, I nodded
"No problem" The other Twilight shrieked and jumped onto her hooves stumbling for a moment much like Scorch had when she first got here. "One question though" I turned towards my purple-furred counterpart, noticing a few differences. One she had glasses, two her coat and hair was a smidge darker and she lacked the wings. "What should I call you? So we won't get confused if anyone calls us by our name?"
"How about Sci-Twi?" Scorch asked before busting out in laughter as her Twilight shot her a death glare "How about just Sparkle for me?" I nodded and smiled.
It's been a whole day of Twilight teaching Sparkle some basic spells. Levitation and such, I was also informed that I wasn't the only one the map called, suprisingly Twilight's student, Starlight Glimmer had been called also. Sparkle already had her mind set on coming with me to the castle so I just laughed and told Starlight to bring one of her friends, which seems to be a blue unicorn named Trixie with a HIGH ego. Kinda reminds me of Dash.
I laughed again "Something Funny?" Starlight asked, we were currently packing Trixies 'house' with a few important items for the trip. I looked around to find Trixie helping Sparkle out. "Oh nothing... It's just funny to see how much Trixie reminds me of Rainbow Dash." Starlight thought for a moment before letting out a giggle "She does doesn't she?"
"Watch out!" I heard the slightly raspy voice of Trixie call, I instinctively flapped my wings, sending me into the sky. Starlight had formed a telekinatic shield around her and a bag hit it. I descended down to the ground and looked at both Sparkle and Trixie who looked at us sheepishly. "Sorry" Sparkle spoke "I still need a bit of work on my levitation"
"A little?" Trixie asked, raising an eyebrow at Sparkle. I rolled my eyes and Starlight groaned "Trixie!" She scolded before turning to Sparkle "Your doing great Sparkle, don't worry about Trixie.. Let's just say she's a bit jealous of your potential." Starlight showed a smug grin to Trixie who blushed but tried to scoff "Me? The Great and Powerful Trixie isn't scared by anypony!"
"Trixie there's a changling behind you." Starlight busted out laughing as the magician screamed and ran into her trailer, locking the door behind her before looking out her window "Ha Ha, Very funny Starlight." Trixie mumbled
Sparkle and I exchanged glances before giggling.
----------- A shimmering pink aura appeared in my view as I adjusted the glasses on my muzzle. I had to say, It was alot harder then it looked. "Then Rainbow realized she was halfway to school with her pajama's still on! She took off running back home faster than I thoight anypony could!" Flame- I mean Scorch was infront of of us, flying backwards. It amazed me how fast she caught on but this world's Twilight did say she lived here before.
I must've zoned out again because whatever Scorch said made Starlight and Trixie laugh loudly. I smiled at how it seemed like she coukd make friends wherever she went, Something I could never do...

"Bit for your thoughts, Sparky?" I asked the darker purple-furred pony as she sat next to me. Everyone had decided to camp out for the night
"Bit?" Sparkle asked me, her glasses slightly falling. She adjusted them with her magic and I smiled.
"She's getting the hang of that."
""Ah, Sorry. Seems like I'm slipping back into this worlds language. Any way, Bit is this world's equivalent of money. It's like saying 'Penny for your thoughts?'" I explained "Oh.. I don't know. It's just, I feel like I don't belong here.... It feels like I'm at Crystal Prep all over again.." My ears perked up before flattening, I looked at her with concern.
"Sparky...? Why do you feel that way? Everyone here loves you!" I looked at her confused as she stood up, I stod up and began walking when she started. "That's not what I meant Flame.."
"What no Scorch?" I thought before mentally scolding myself "Stop being such a smart flank and help your friend Flame Dash!"
She continued "Everyone here is great! Just like a CHS but you all can do something I can't... Trixie is great enough with her magic to be a magician, Starlight and everyone back in Ponyville all have something special about them...your a great flier and we've been here the same time!" She sighed and sat back down, we had walked a ways from camp but I could still see the smoke in the sky from our fire.
"Sparky... We've been here two days. Two Days! And your using Levitation spells better than alot of ponies that lived here! Just imagine if you had the same amount of time to learn as anypony else?" I slowly flapped my wings, I lifted mysel into the air and flew infront of Sparkle az she lifted her head to look at me. "Twilight Sparkle! Man, You've amazed me how fast you learned! You should have seen this world's Rarity when she first tried to learn. She couldn't even lift a book! But here you are, adjusting glasses, lifting bags, mugs, maps within two day's of learning!" I landed on the ground infront of her, giving her a friendly nuzzle that still made me blush.
"You've gotta give yourself more credit Sparky.." ----------
I smiled gently as Flame continued to talk, laughing at the part when she described thus world's Rarity. The nuzzle she gve me... It made me feel safe... That and the words she said... They made me feel like I belonged.
Just like how her and the girls made me feel at home at CHS. She bumped her flank against mine as we stood up "I guess your right." I gave her a smile "When am I not?" Came her responce, I rolled my eyes slightly as she laughed. She had the confidence of her sister, granted she showed it alot less often.
"Hey Scorch..?" I turned to look at the red and yellow mane pegasus. "Hm?" I heard her hum, she was looking at the sky. I followed her glance and saw a big, bright, shining Moon. I stopped in awe.
"I-It's beautiful..."
"Yeah.... It's a sight huh? Equestria's pretty great... " I heared her sigh contently, I glanced back down to see her with a goofy smile on her face. "Scorch...Do you miss Equestria?" Her eyes widend at this "Well um... Yeah I do.. I really do.." She looked back at the sky.
I smiled a bit, This was her home. The one she knew before our world. Of course she would miss it...
"Did you ever think of moving back?" "What's with all the question's Sci-Twi?" I rolled my eyes at the nickname but she continued "Well.. Honestly, Before I went to CHS I did, I really thought about it. But... Once I met Applejack, Pinkie, Rarity, Fluttershy... Rainbow! I was finally reunited with my Sister. Then I got Sunset and finally you" We were sitting once again, but we were already at camp. She put a wing around me and pulled me into a hug. I blushed slightly an hesitantly laid my head on her shoulder. "Couldn't leave one of my Best friends now could I Sparky?"
I smiled up at her "No, You couldn't" She nodded, giving me another goofy smile. "Bingo." She never backed away from the hug, but I didn't care. We had our comfortable silence.
And until I could gather the courage to tell her how I felt...
I woke up, back in my tent. I blushed when I realized I must've fell asleep with Scorch, yawning I walked out of my tent suprised to see Starlight and Trixie were still sleeping but hey.
"Early bird gets the worm"
I laughed at myself as I thought that, noticing the flap from Scorch's tent was still open "She's actually awake early by choice for once?" I mumbled looking for the sister of Rainbow. My ears picked up on a rustling not too far away, since I've turned into a pony some of my senses heightend. I started to trot to were I heard the noise expecting to see Scorch.

I landed back on my feet as I struck the rock infront of me. My flaming sword floating next to me.
"Scorch?" I turned around, seeing Sparkle looking at me in awe. The golden pendent around my neck stopped glowing "Hey Sparkle..." I rubbed the back of my head
"How...I thought only Unicorns and Alicons could use magic?"
"Techinally they are the only ones, but my pendent made it through the portal" I glanced downwards at the pendent around my neck then back at Sparkle "You know how my power is controlling fire back home?"
"Uh-huh..."
"Well, Sparky we don't know what this mission is about." I sat on a rock, Sparkle walking to sit next to me. "And I don't know if it's going to be dangerous or not.. I had to bring my pendent so I could use my magic, I have to protect you guys if anything were to happen..." I sighed looking at the mare next to me. "But... I can't do it, I'm no where near strong! Why did the Princess call me Sparky? I'm just a clusmy pegasi in this world.. "
Sparkle shook her head "Wow....The Great and Powerful Flame Dash is having doubts?" I glared at her, earning a giggle from her before she smiled gently at me.
"Scorch...The map called you." She put her hoof on my chest, I looked up at her "It could've called anypony," I smiled as she started using Equestria's words "But it didn't...It calledyou and if thats not enough proof tht your strong, I don't know what is." She gave me another gently smile, I sighed giving her a playful push "I thought I was suppose to cheer you up." I stood up.
"You already did, now it's my turn to return the favor."
------- "Trixie Come on!" I shouted, Scorch and Sparkle had already started to move again "Coming, Coming! Jeez no need to rush..."
"Ugh.." I rolled my eyes, continuing after the Pegasi and Unicorn infront of me
"Ten Bits that those two are togther." Trixie smirked, I looked at Scorch and Sparkle "Them? Eh Probably not yet" I raised my eyebrows suggestively and Trixie and I laughed. Scorch had turned her head to look at us "What's funny?"
"Oohhh Nothing..." Trixie and I said, smiling to each other before starting to laugh again
"Oookay then.." Her head turned back to face infront of us when a castle came into voice "Bingo." I heard her say as she started to fly towards it. Trixie, Sparkle and I started to trot after her. Scorch looked around the outside of the Castle before pushing on the door, which had rusted again even after Twilight told me her and the girls had fixed it.
"Hold on." I said has my horn started to shine blue,I casted a spell that made some od the rust on the door disappear. Scorch pushed on it again and it started to open. The rest of us helped and it opened all the way.
It was pitch black and Scorch landed back on the ground. We shared a glance before nodding and walking infrontof Trixie and Sparkle. My horn shining brightly to illuminate the room, I looked out of the corner of my eye to Scorch. Her necklace and eyes shined a bright gold as a lantern of fire appeared next to her, it floated alongside her as we walked. I had to admit, being a Pegasi and having the magic to contol fire looked pretty cool.
"It's safe guys! Come in!" I heard Scorch yell, followed by the sound of hooves walking as Trixie and Sparkle appeared beside us.
"Do...Do we really have to be in here... In the dark...?" I heard Trixie whimper. "Is the Great and Powerful Trixie scared of the dark?" I said smugly "Shut Up Starlight, As I s-said the Great and Powerful Trixie isn't scared of anything or any-!"
"BOO!"
The echos of Sparkle and I's laughter could be heard throught the castle as Scorch snuck behind Trixie and scared her. "Scorch! I am so going to kill you!!!" Trixie yelled as she chased Scorch down the hall
"Hey guys wait up!!" Sparkle Shouted as we ran after them -----
"Hey guys wait up!!!" I heard Sparkle yell but I was too busy laughing while galloping away from Trixie. "The Big and Scaredy Pony Tri-!" I felt the ground beneath me disappear faster than I could even open my wings up, both me and Trixie fell into a cold hard room. I tried to fly back up to the top but whatever opened for us to get down here closed immediately.
Trixie's horn lit up as I summonded a ball of Fire next to me, lighting up the room we were in. It seemed like a basement "Great! Scorch this is all your fault! If you didn't pull that stupid joke we wouldn't be down here!"
"Still worth it." I laughed seeing her groan "Your just like your sister"
"I know, I get that alot." I smirked before starting to walk, she followed after me.

We looked around trying to find Scorch and Trixie who just disappeared into thin air. My ears flattened as I walked over to Starlight a bit, weakly lighting my horn alongside hers
"Scorch?! Trixie?!" Our yells echo'd off the walls , Starlight sighed "Well, Seems like it's the two of us right now... " I glupped, I already felt like a downfall with 3 other ponies around me. Now there was only one, making me a bigger weakness...
"Yeah..."

"Hello?? Starlight?! Sparky?! Where are you guys!?" I yelled, just resulting in my voice coming back to me in a echo "I think we kind of lost them when we fell through the floor genius." Trixie mumbled
"I don't see you coming up with any wise ideas" I spat back, before hearing a sqeak "What the heck? Trixie you alright?" I turned around but I instantly froze as I saw a pair of red eyes looking at me. A horn was glowing from the shadow's also and a bright green aura had Trixie suspended in the air.
"Tsk Tsk...Wrong ponies but still important enough." The eyes landed on me, a deep voice spoke. A burdy looking colt emerged from the shadow's. His fur was dark blue with specs of white on his fur. His hair was shot, spiky, black as I took his appearance he stepped closer to me, Trixie still in the air.
My pendent and eyes instantly glowed gold as I summond my flaming sword beside me, I spread my wings.
"Who are you?" I demanded, All the confidence I could muster was in my voice. He just chuckled, using his magic to throw Trixie back over to me before taking yet another step. A black aura waved surronded him, I sheilded my eyes with foreleg. Trixie doing the same before her eyes widened and she ran behind me.
"Hu-?" I looked at the colt...Or what used to be a colt "C-C-C-Changeling!!!" Trixie yelled. The changeling stood before us, tall and broad. His hair was now dark blue and silky. His beady, red eyes glowed through the darkness as he laughed. His fangs fully shown.
"I thought the Changelings were reformed?!" I yelled, bringing the sword infront of me.
"Ah the Traitors yes, My Queen and I. No." He grinned maniacally "Allow to introduce myself, I am BloodFang King of the Changelings." He smirked and his horned glowed "And your worst nightmare!" He launched a beam of magic at Trixie and I, I instantly formed a shield of fire infront of us. Barely blocking the magic in time.
"I didn't sign up for this!!" Trixie yelled, dodging another blast, I just rolled my eyes.

A crash came from down the hall as Starlight and Sparkle continued down it, Sparkle froze and Starlight glupped. "Uh.... N-Nothing to be scared of.." Starlight stuttered, making her horn shine brghter as they continued to walk, Another crash followed by a yell startled the two mares before Sparkle's ears perked up and her eyes widened.
"That was Scorch!" She started galloping towards the noise, the student of Twilight following.
Sparkle kept galloping, her slightly lit horn brighting the way for her. She stopped abruptly.
"Sparkle did you find them??" Starlight's voice echo'd through the hall.
"Y-Yeah..."

"Scorch! Are you okay?!" I saw Trixie crouching by Scorch, who was on the ground. Her wing and side was cut badly, I heard Sparkle gasp as she ran over to her. My horn glowed as I looked at the Changeling that did this, Trixie quickly explained what happened as BloodFang just smirked. His horn shone as he shot a spell at us, I quickly formed a telekinetic shield around the four of us.
He sent multiple attacks at the shield, I struggled to keep it formed
"Star-Starlight.....Let it open..." I turned my had to see Scorch wobbily standing up, her pendent and eyes glowed weakily as she formed her sword by her again "Are you crazy?! You can't fight like this Flame!" Sparkle yelled at her, Scorch just shook her head
"We have to atleast get away from him for now....Starlight let the shield down!" I did, Scorch instanly ran towards BloodFang, narrowly dodging a blast before slashing her sword at him.
"Lets go!" My horn lit up as I sent a spell at him, it exploded on contact and I teleported us out of the castle. Scorch instantly collapsing on the ground. Sparkle instantly ran over to her, Trixie following her.
I looked at the Two Sisters Castle, It didn't seem like BloodFang was following us until I heard his voice "I'll give you two moons time, and when it passes, I won't hold back" I heard him laugh before disappearing back into the castle, I levitated the unconscious Scorch and placed her on my back "We need to get her back to the castle, now." ------------
I opened my eyes to see myself in completly darkness, I was floating but I wasn't even flapping my wings.
"I'll be watching you."
I heard a voice and instantly whipped my head around "Sparkle...? Starlight? Trixie?" I called, but it just echo'd
" I'll always be watching."
My reflection appeared infront of me, but something wasn't right. My eyes were glowing a blood red and my reflection had a sinister grin.
"Because no matter what you think."
The reflection reached out for me and I screamed, instantly trying to fly away but my wings wouldn't work.
"I am your true form." --------------- I groaned, trying to open my eyes but the pain that shot through my body was unbearable. I let out another groan and heard shuffling of feet....hooves?
"Scorch?" I heard a boy's voice, Spike. I reconized the voice easily. "Mmm.." Was all I could say at the time. I heard him gasp followed by the sound of his tiny feet moving and a door opening "Guys!" I heard him yell.
I opened my eyes slowly, my eyes adjusting to the bright that was over me. "Why is it so bright??? I thought before hearing multiple voices call my name, I saw Sparkle, Twilight, Starlight and suprisingly Trixie enter the room before
"Scorch! Are you ok?" Sparkle was the first to ask. I looked at everyone before sitting up on the bed I was in. "Yeah," I groaned a little bit "I'm fine.." I shook my head, the pain disappearing slowly. "What....What happened?" I asked groggily, looking back at my wings to see my right wing was wrapped. Starlight explained everything and also told me I had injured my wing pretty bad.
"Two moons huh? We're going to need to prepare...It's going to go by in a blink of an eye." I said, everyone nodded in agreement. "But first, You and Sparkle need to go back to Canterlot high and recover." Twilight said, just then I had realized that Sparkle's torso was also wrapped. I instantly got out of my bed and trotted over to her.
"What happened?" I asked, worry in my voice. She just waved a hoof "One of the stray blasts of magic hit me. I'm fine though Scorch.. and I'm glad you are..." She finished. ------------- Me and Sparkle had went back through the portal returning to Canterlot High with alot of stress on our shoulders. We would have to return to Equestria in one month so we could have a moon to prepare
"I guess I can call you Twilight now?" I joked as she walked with me, she giggled. "And I can call you Flame."
"Man, I'm glad my real name is just as awesome as my nickname" She playfully swatted me "And what. Twilight isn't?"
"Nope, Twilight's perfect." She smiled at me as I said that before adjusting her glasses, we had decided to go suprise the girls about being back and talked about a way to explain what was going on in Equestria to them. But there were two things on my mind that I couldn't shake off along with that same voice from my dream. What was the dream and what did it mean. I couldn't shake thoe two questions out of my head and as I talked more and more with Twilight I heard the Voice again, louder and stronger.
2 weeks has passed since Twilight and I returned from Equestria and we told the girl what was going on. Two more weeks until we went back to prepare. Pinkie decided to throw a Party for us to get our mind of it, Typical Pinkie huh?
I was wearing a simple outfit, A red blouse shirt, denim jeans red and white vans and sunglasses, My sister wore pretty much the same outfit except everything I had that was red, was blue for her.
"Rainbow did you bring the drinks?" I asked, we were helping Pinkie set up the party before hand. "Uh...Yep!" She looked in the backseat of my car and plopped back down in the passengers seat. "Good, We don't need you forgetting the Drinks and forgetting to put on Clothes, Not pajamas." Her face turned red and she hit me in the shoulder "Shut Up." She mumbled and I laughed, starting the car up.

"Come on Sunset Please." We had finished preparing for the party and were waiting for the guests. Fluttershy, Pinkie, Rarity and Twilight were playing some sort of guessing handband board game? Headbandz I think it was called, Rainbow and Apple Jack were playing a video game,but currently I was begging Sunset to let me ride her motorcycle.
"Just wait Flame." She said and I sighed, I heard giggling and saw all the girls lookng at us "What are you laughing at?"
"Nothing Flame." Rainbow said,a slight smirk on her face before turning back to her game which she was currently losing.
I rolled my eyes and was about to sit down "Hey Flame? We don't have enough bags of chips for the party? Do you think you can get us some more?" Pinkie asked
"Uh...Sure?" I sighed, standing back up as I made my way to the door, Twilight offered to come as I opened the door "Okay, Thanks." I laughed a bit as I closed the door "Little too competitive in there?"
"Yeah..." Twilight giggled a bit as she pulled her purple scarf up to cover her nose. ------
"Good Cover Pinkie" Rainbow Dash praised as she shut the game off.
"Yes, I must agree, I'd never thought we'd get th darling out!" Rarity started to pull out presents from behind Pinkie's couch as Sunset and Rainbow hung up a banner that said 'Happy Birthday Flame Dash!'. ----------
It was quiet between Flame and I, but now a awkward kind of silence... More like a comfort kind of silence.
We were quick to arrive at the store and grab our item we we're sent for, On our way back I keep my head towards the ground.
"Hey...Twi? You all right?" I ran into something before I responded, I felt hand's steady me. I realized Flame had stopped and was looking back at me but I didn't notice. I blushed, backing up a bit and messing with my fingers.
"Ah....Nothing...Just thinking how we could help Princess Twilight out...." Came my response as I saw Flame's expression drop a little and I remembered, Equestria was her home before here, and now it was in danger. I stepped closer to her, hesitantly grabbing her hand "Hey..." I thought I saw a blush on her face "Equestria will be alright ok? We'll figure out how to stop BloodFang no matter what..." I didn't know where the confidence I showed came from but I felt Flame's hand tighten around mine..
"Yeah...Your right.." Her smile made my stomach lept as we started to walk back, we never let go of each others hand.
"TWILIGHT!!" I screamed, the scenario running through my head again. Bloodfang, the light, the look of terror on her face...
"AHHHHH!!!"
I sped up as I heard scream, I felt the wind on my fur as I achieved a sonic boom. I made my way towards the scream and what I saw made my heart stop.
Twilight was laying on the ground her fur matted with blood. I ran over to her and crouched beside her using my muzzle to nudge her "No.....No...NO!" Tears ran down my face, her heartbeat was gone.
"Hahahaha..."
My head was resting on Twilights fur as the tears continued down my face. I growled lifting my head towards BloodFang.
"How could you?!?" I cried, Sparky's limp body behind me.
"I loved her...." I thought, my eyes widened. That's what I felt around Sparky... Love..
"I LOVED HER!!!" I screamed, tears streaming down my face faster. I left the ground as I launched myself at BloodFang.
"YOU'LL PAY!"
---------- "Agh!" I sat up, my blanket in my hands. I could feel the sweat on my forehead. I pushed my blanket off me as I walked to the bathroom, passed the heavily asleep Rainbow. I chuckled, turning on the light, I closed the door. I ran cold water and splashed it on my skin, sighing as I looked in the mirror.
"Love huh....I...I love Twilight..."

[iTimeskip a day] Everyone was gather'd at AJ's farm for the day, Twilight and I have to go back to Equestria in a week. May as well have good time huh?
"Hey Flame C'mon! It's time for lunch!" Pinkie shouted "Coming!" I jumped down from the tree I was in and ran into the barn, nearly knocking Twilight down. "Ah , Sorry!" I said, embarrassed, I crouched down and took the glasses Spike held up to me. "Here..." I helped Twlight put her glasses back on. She giggled slightly.
"It's alright Flame." She spoke softly, I blushed "U-Uh....Right..Well lets get to the food huh?" I laughed a bit, Twilight shook her head." Typical Flame.." Was all she said as we walked, I laughed "Yeah. That's me."
------------- Nighttime fell quick as we decided to have a sleepover at Aj's. I heard Rainbow, Flame, and AJ laughing as Sunset told a story. Pinkie, Rarity, and Fluttershy were outside looking at stars. My glance fell on Flame, I smiled as I ran my hand over spike's fur, I looked down to see him smirking at me.
"What?" I flushed a light pink. Did he see me..?
"Twilight and Flame, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-" I covered his mouth, I was fully red now."Be quiet!" I shushed him, letting go of his mouth he busting out laughing. I pouted.
"Hey Sparky?" I looked up, Flame was over me. I took in her apparel, Plain black pajama pants and red shirt that had her cutiemark on it's chest. I smiled, even with how simple she dressed, it always made me smile "Yeah Scorch?" I smiled, I Ioved the way how the nicknames we used in Equestria started to become our nicknames in this world.
"I was...Uh wondering if you wanted to go on a walk with me? Aj, Rainbow, and Sunset are too busy telling stories." She rubbed her arm. "Sure." I smiled, leaving Spike with the girls inside, I stood up. Flame opened the door as we walked out. "Thanks.." I flushed slightly. "Uh huh..." Flame mumbled, I looked at her, she seemed like she wasn't there. "Hey Flame?" She didn't respond, I stopped and hesitantly grabbed her wrist, stopping her. "Hey Flame? Are you okay...?" She flinched, I hurriedly let go.
"H-Huh?" Her auburn-skinned face was fully red, was she...
"Blushing?" I thought as she stuck her hands in her pockets and rocked on the heels of her feet.
"Are you sure?" I asked, watching the red and yellow hair girl rock, she chewed at her lip as she looked up. "Y-Yeah... Everything's peachy." I knew she was lying but before I could even as again she called me.
"Hey Sparky? Look." She nodded up and my gaze followed her. "Whoa...." My mouth dropped open in awe. The sky was filled with bright stars. "Is this how it is on Aj's every night?" I wondered out loud, I saw Flame shrug and giggle out the corner of my eye. "I think so. I mean... Every night I'm here. It's beautiful.." She sighed and I saw her look at me
"Just like you..."
"H-Huh?" My face burned bright red. Her's copied my exact shade. "U-Uh Nothing!"
"No....What did you say...?" I was mentally smiling, I heard what she said, I couldn't believe what she said. She....She actually liked me!
"Alright! I said your beautiful,Very beautiful..."This time, I showed my smile. I walked over to her a gently tugged on her shirt, bringing her down to my level as I kissed her. I felt her tense for a second before feeling arms snake their way around my waist. I let go of her shirt and wrapped my arms around her neck.
It had been a week since I had confessed to Twilight.
"Accidentally" I thought, but hey it worked out! But, It's kind of been hard keeping it from our friends, Twilight thinks it would be awkward if they knew, even though I'm 99.9 percent sure Rarity and AppleJack are dating..
But now going to Equestria, I'm not sure how long we'll be there, or how long I can hiding.... If Twi gets hurt....
"Nevermind that.." I thought as our group continued towards the mirror. I was walking near Twi, our hands brushing every now and then as we continued.
Pinkie Pie engulfed both of us in a hug before our other friends joined.
"You two come on back safe A'ight?" AppleJack said, I nodded, we both said our goodbye's before walking into the portal, I closed my eyes.
"Here we go...."

We both landed onto the cold, crystal surface. My coordination much better than last as I actually landed on my hooves. I glanced behind me as Flame made her way through the mirror, stopping stretch her wings, she shook her fur and her necklace shook with her. She looked up at me and smiled "Hey beautiful..." I blushed and nuzzled my muzzle into her fur. "Hey..." We heard hooves coming down the hall and quickly stepped away from each other.
"Glad you two could make it a little earlier than planned! We need to have last minute preparations come on!" Princess Twilight appeared through the door and left as quickly as she came. Flame instantly let her feet, flapping heher wings she waved for me to follow her with a flick of a tail.

An hour had passed. I think? My Equestria side is still a bit rusty. I flapped my wings, keeping myself off the ground as I followed Twilight down the hall, I bumped into Sparky, smirking as she looked up at me a red tint on her face as she stuck her tounge out. We made it out to ponyville and towards Trixie and Starlight outside Twilight's castle. Sparky went back inside to train with Twilight meanwhile the three of us talked.
"So who's stronger between you two?" Trixie asked, smirking, both Starlight and I answered at the same time. "Me, Duh." We both stared at each other "I don't get my magic from a necklace." Starlight smirked, I chuckled "Even if you don't, doesn't say something that your magic's weaker than "Necklace" magic." I shot back, grinning as she raised an eyebrow and smiled.
"Well theres only way to find out." Trixie used her magic to slam a heavy bar of wood on the floor for dramatic effect, I laughed. "Magic duel!"

We walked into a nearby forest, Everfree I believe? There used to be legends about how bad this place used to but Starlight and Trixie said it was fine, I shrugged and went along. It wasn't long before we arrived in a wide open plain, Trixie sat on the sideline, somehow managing to get popcorn on her way here "Whoooo Starlight let's go!"
"That's just wrong!" I cried, jokefully as Starlight laughed, Trixie smiled and took her hat off her hand "What? The Great and Powerful Trixie, Is just being loyal." She glanced at Starlight, I smirked before she called the start "Go!"
I instantly flew into the air, narrowly dodging a blast from Starlight. My eyes glowed as my necklace did also, a stream of fire formed itself next to me and shot at Starlight, she formed a barrier, blocking it before it made contact. "Not bad..." She said.
"Thanks. But I'm just getting started." I smirked and formed a sword next to me, landing on the floor I ran, cutting a blast from Starlight in half before striking her. She flew back, but easily stopped herself with her magic and placed herself on the ground, she smiled a bit. "Well, So am I!" She shot a gigantic blue beam at me, and it hit before I had a change to move. I hit a tree and flopped down, shaking my head "Nice power..." I stumbled before standing again, I ran at her before trying to take flight but before I could try it seemed that she shot another beam I couldn't dodged.I flew back, My wings seemed like they wouldn't work as I fell into a bush. "Scorch?!" I heard the two yell, worried. "I'm fine! Just stuck!" I lied, walking out the bush. "Now let's continue." I was about to form my sword again before I heard a growl.
"T-T-T-Timberwolves!!!!" Trixie yelled, Starlight's eyes widened and we all began to run, I shot a stream of fire at the Timberwolves but it didn't seem to do much. "I used too much power in the battle with Starlight." I thought as I tried to take flight, I felt a pain in my wings as I flew up, I looked back but saw nothing. I felt a searing pain through my leg as I looked down, The timberwolf had bit me. I cried angerily fprming a ball of fire and throwing it at Timberwolf, succesfully dislodging his teeth. I shook off both Starlight and Trixie who were giving me worried looks, despite the pain. "Get out of here you two! I hold them off till your gone and fly out!" I yelled at Starlight, who shook her head and told Trixie to run, but she wouldn't either. "It's either all of us or none us!" Trixie said, in a shaky voice but still meaningful.
My eyes glowed as I smiled at them. I looked back at the Timberwolves and saw Starlight and Trixie step near me. Their horns lit up with magic as I struggled to take flight again, no one noticed. My fire formed around me.
And then everything went black.

I saw Scorch's flame's surrond her in the corner of my eye, but as quickly I saw that I heard a thump, and she was one the ground, out cold. "Scorch!" I heard Trixie shout, before running over to the Pegasi. I looked back toards the wolves and took a breath. Light surronded my horn as I blasted them, shattering every single wolf. Trixie was already putting the mare on her back as my horn returned to normal, I shot a worried glance at Scorch, who's wings seemed to be getting purple by the minute. The flashback of her smacking against the tree in our duel went through my head.
"Oh Horseapples..."

"Twilight!!" I heard two voices and could easily recognize the two now. Twilight raised and eyebrow until taking flight out of the room we were in, I heard a gasp and poked my head out the door to hear better. "Scorch!!" My heart stopped as I heard Twilight exclaim Flame's nickname. I dashed out of the room and towards where I heard Twilight's voice to see Flame on Trixie's back, unconscious, her leg seemed badly beaten, and her wings...
"Scorch!" I ended up yelling, runnng over to Twilight who now had floated Scorch to the floor. I dropped next to on the floor. "What happened?!?!"
My eyes watered up as Scorch began writhing in pain in her unconscious state. "What happened to her?!?" I asked again, my worry finding it's way into my voice. "We uh.." Trixie began, Starlight cut in. "Well we uh.. We kinda went into Everfree and..." She explained the duel, Scorch crashing into the tree, the Timberwolves..
"Are you guys serious?!?" My counterpart scolded, "Equestria is this close to being in trouble and you decided to go into Everfree?! Where you could hurt yourselves?!" Twilight continued, pacing back and forth, she lectured the two. My eyebrows furrowed with anger, I wanted to shout at the two but then looked down at Scorch, I knew getting hurt herself was partly her fault, but the way she looked, I couldn't be mad at her.... definitely not now.

I was floating through the seemingly endless darkness once again, and the voice I had once forgotten was right at my doorstop. Chanting those same words as before. My image of what seemed like a evil version of myself showed up again, the words, the images, I knew to ignore it, it wasn't real.
Or is it?
I had to find a way out, a way to stop this madness. My eyes widened as image of BloodFang appeared, his eyes glowed red and he roared.
"YOU'LL SOON SEE, THE MONSTER WITHIN YOU."

I shot awake, sweat dripping down my face again. I slammed my muzzle into my blanket.
"Wait...Blanket?" I thought, confused as I looked around. It was night time, Sparky was on the floor beside my bed, asleep. I remembered the events from the early day and put two and two together. I sighed and quietly stepped out of the bed I was in, groaning quietly when I stepped on my injured hoof, which was now wrapped up. I looked at my wings to discover they were also covered in the silky, white bandages. I shot a quick glance at my girlfriend-
"Marefriend?" The thought quickly ran through my mind. She was sleeping peacefully and my pain instantly seemed to go away at that moment. I thanked Celestia that she actually liked me like I liked her, she's way to perfect to be mine...
I walked out of the room, careful not to wake the sleeping mare and walked through the castle halls. It was night time, but I didn't feel tired at all, I continued my walk until I heard two voices coming from a room. My closet Equestria friends so far, I could easily tell who they belonged to.
"Starlight...? Trixie...?" I poked my head through one of the gigantic two side doors, two heads turned my way before shouting my name. They ran up to me, tackling me with a million questions. "Yes. I'm fine guys." I waved them off, even if I was in a lot more pain then I let on, Starlight narrowed her eyes at me, not believing the lie I told.
"Scorch..."
"Okay, Okay. So maybe not everything is peachy but I'm fine, really." I sat on the floor, they went back to their normal spots. "So...What did Twilight and Sparky say?" I asked, a bit nervous.
"Twilight got really angry with us." Starlight answered, her ears dropping until they perked up again. "Buttttt Sparkle was really worried for you." She raised her eyebrows and looks at Trixie. "Is there anything a auburn colored mare can tell us?" Trixie finishes, mischief in her tone. My face turned red and I stuttered "N-Nothing! She's just my friend that's all!"
They laughed and I turned my red face away from them, pouting a bit. ------- I yawned, opening my eyes. "I guess I fell asleep?"I wondered, I still laid on the ground, Trixie and Starlight unconsciously cuddled by each other infront of me "Knew it.." I mumbled, a slight smirk on my face. I laid my head back on the ground and willed my eyes to close but they wouldn't. J yawned again, "Guess I'm wide awake" I stood up, taking a bit of pressure off my injured hoof as I walked to the room I was previously in last night, to see a yawning Sparky. It took my breath away and I unconsciously smiled at how cute she was. Her eyes locked onto me and she looked at the empty bed and back to me. "Scorch!" She cried, galloping to me, she threw her hooves around my neck and nuzzled her muzzle into my fur. "Your okay.." I heard her mumbled into my fur.
"Well no duh, I'm amazing." I decided to joke around, Sparky let go of me, fixing her glasses on her muzzle easily before giving me a stern look. "I'm serious Flame! What was I suppose to think when Twilight and I leave you outside one moment and Trixie and Starlight are running in with you knock out the next moment!" She scolded me, I rubbed my hoof against the floor "We didn't mean to worry anyone really... I just, I don't know... I needed something to get my mind off of BloodFang." I said, my ears dropping down in regret. Sparky's faced softened at this. "Scorch..."
I hadn't told anyone about the recurring nightmares I had, not even Sparky. But it felt like she always knew exactly how I felt.
She walked over to me and nuzzled me once more, my heart starting beating a bit faster. She pulled back, blushing also but smiling. "We'll be fine. We will say Equestria." She said, sounding more confident then I thought she ever could. She really had changed since she came from Crystal Prep. I smiled, kissing the top of her head, her face turned beet red and I giggled. "Yeah...We will..."
Twilight,Starlight, and Sparky were outside, working on more challenging spells. Now that Sparky had gotten the hang of the basic spells, Spike, Trixie and I were inside, working on my magic.
My wings and hoof were still wrapped as I summonded my flaming sword next to me. Spike had a block in hand as he had Trixie use her magic to throw it at me, I stepped to the side and slashed my sword, cutting the block in half. I breathed heavily as the sword disintegrated into thin air, something that was unusal for me after such a easy task.
"I'm going to take a break guys..." The dragon and mare nodded, walking out of the room. I sat on the cold, crystal floor, looking down, I was able to see my reflection. I smiled, running my hoof over my image "It's great to be back... If only the conditions were different." I mumbled to myself, standing up and beginning to walk outside. I was able to catch glimpse of the 2 Unicorns and Alicorn outside before they saw me, I decided to sit down where I was, keeping myself hidden. I had to admit, Sparky was doing great with Equestria magic.
She was currently using a shielding spell that reflected the others attack back at them with more power,she was able to conjure it up but didn't know how to exactly pin point where she was reflecting to. My gaze drifted to her face, how she would bite the bottom of her lip in concetration. I could feel my face turn into a goofy smile when I watched her try again, how adorable she was. That was one of the thing's I loved about the bookworm so much, the way she would never give up on anything until she achieved it.
I was enjoying watching their practice until that same voice sounded in my head.
"You're not going to win"
I looked around, only seeing ponyville infront of me and the castle doors behind.
"Just give up now before someone gets hurt." I sat back down and closed my eyes. "No, No one's getting hurt. I won't let them." I tried to fight the voice without making noise, but the next thing I knew I was floating through the black abyss once again.
My wings were free and the pain in my hoof was gone. I flapped my wings and suprisingly I moved,I flew through the blackness until I ran upon a white circle. Hesitantly, I placed my hoof on it and it went through like a holographic image. I pulled my hoof out and saw that the end was covered in blood. I yelped and shook my hoof free of it.
"F-Flame.....Dash...." My ears perked up at the different voice that I knew instantly. "Sparky???" I shouted, my voice echo'd. I closed my eyes.
"This isn't real...." I recited in my mind before cracking my eyes open. I saw Bloodfang infront of me and I jumped back, my wings outstretched. "What do you want...."
"What do I want? Oh Flame Dash," He walked closer to me, his horn glowing as he launched a blast at me, I didn't move quick enough, it hit my chest like it was a bullseye, leaving several cuts that bled. I groaned and looked up at his face which showed a malicious grin "My sweet little pony... I think you know." An Image of all my friends back at CHS showed up. Slowly, one by one they each disappeared until only Sparky was left.
"And I think I'll start with her." He grinned and I heard Sparky scream as her pictured wavered, my eyes widened.
"Sparky!!" I yelled, the pony version of her showed infront of me, her face terrified as she looked around. Her eyes landed on me and she called my name, sprinting towards me.
"Flame Dash!" I heard her call again, I sped up my running but before I made it to her a green aura tore through her. An ear piercing scream filled the black abyss. "Twilight..." I mumbled. "SPARKY!!!!" I yelled, tears streamed down my face.
"SPARKY!!" ~~~~~~~~~~~ "SPARKY!!" The shield I had formed around me disintegrated as I lost my focus. My head turned towards were I heard the scream, seeing Scorch sitting next to the castle doors, her eyes closed and her chest injured. I ran over to my marefriend, Twilight and Starlight quickly in suit. I nudged the mare with my muzzle when I reached her. "Scorch!" I yelled, the auburn pony didn't respond, only continued to shake. My heart broke, seeing the woman I loved in fear like this. Twilight and Starlight saw the condition of her chest and their eyes widened, they both ran off to get a first aid.
"Scorch! Please wake up!" I wrapped my forelegs around the mare, shaking her. Her eyes popped open and I let go, my eyes were misty with tears as I sighed in relief. Scorch blinked before standing up and hugging me. I blushed but returning the hug, burying my face in her fur, an action that I knew soothed her, It also made me feel safe. I pulled back before eyeing her chest with concern. "Are you okay??"
She looked down at the cuts and her eyes widened. "Oh my Celestia.."
"What?" I asked, adjusting my glasses, her ears folded back to her head.
"I have something I need to tell you...." --------- Starlight, Trixie, Spike, Twilight and I sat in the castle's map room. Each at one of the 7 chairs. Scorch had her injury cleaned and patched up by Starlight and Trixie. Now she was telling us the story ofthe past few weeks, the recurring nightmares she had, the way it seemed to get even more realistic everytime.
"And this time I wasn't even asleep...Plus my injury made it's way through my dream...." She sighed. Her eyes glanced up at all of us and her gaze paused on me. I held a serious face, feeling hurt that she hadn't told me about this. Her marefriend! Her gazed dropped back down.
"Injury making it's way from the dream world to the waking world, it's usually a mind over matter situation," My counterpart began. "Do you have any clue if you were sleep walking at any point and time?" She asked my girlfriend.
"No, I woke up in the exact same place I was before, I wasn't even asleep anyways! When I heard the voice I closed my eyes, next thing I know I'm floating in some type of black void." She bangs her head on the table, groaning. "I don't understand this."
Twilight took in everything she said before nodding and jumping down from her seat, "Spike. To the library, we have research to do." She trots out, Spike following. Scorch glaced my way again and I looked down. "Sparky...?"
"I can't believe this has been happing for weeks and you didn't tell me! I'm your marefriend for goodness sake and you didn't even think to tell me?!" I shouted, feeling anger swell up inside me. I didn't even care that I had just given away our relationship. Her ears folded back once again, I sat up from my seat and walked out.
My ears folded back to my head as Sparky left. Starlight and Trixie looking at me in shock of what just happened.
"So...You and Sparkle are dating!" Trixie yelled, Starlight floated a towel over her face to shut her up. "Trixie..." She warned, before looking at me. "Scorch... Are you okay...?"
I was still looking down when she asked, I couldn't figure out what I was feeling right now. Hurt....Anger at myself for not telling Sparky was one thing. I closed my eyes and shook my head. "I'm fine. Just leave me alone!" I spat, it came out harshly and Starlight stepped back. "I-I'm sorry..I didn't mean to... Ugh!" I banged my head on the table which held the map infront of me. I felt a hoof on my back and looked up to see Starlight rubbing my back, a look of concern on her face, Trixie was behind her. I looked at the door that Sparky left through once again.
"I'm an idiot."

I walked to the room I stayed in for the time being, a purple aura surronded the doors as I slamed them shut. I sighed, plopping myself on the ground. We had been in Equestria for a little over 2 weeks now, I had been dating Scorch for almost a month.
"I can't believe she didn't tell me!" I muttered, frustration building inside of me. My mind cut back to what I said to her in the map room, the way her eyes widened in shock as I yelled at her. "Agh!" I yelled again, using my magic to throw a pillow across the room. My gaze fell on the floor.
"Did she not trust me?" I thought, before another question wormed it's way into my mind.

I mutered annoyed, she stopped laughing but smirked. "Sorry, Sorry it's just this one right here is taking too long to get with our Twilight." She nudged my doppleganger who also blushed. "Now Rainbow, this ain't the time for jokes, alright sugarcube?" Aj said with a bit of a scolding manner. I played with the straw in my shake, not even bothering to drink any.
"Now Darling," Rarity began "Why didn't you tell Sparkle in the first place?" I sighed. "I didn't want her to worry!" I pushed my shake away from me, any appetite I had was gone. "But I only made things worse..." I mumbled, Fluttershy rubbed my back. "Now Scorch, Ah know where your coming from but ya got to be honest with Sparkle, ya hear?" AppleJack told me, I just nodded. "Darling, We know you care about her alot," Rarity shot a glance at my counterpart who's face was red as she slid under the table. I smile a bit at that, how we both act the same when it comes to our Twilights. "But like AJ said dear, if you truly care for her you have to tell her the truth. That's what a relationship is. No secrets, especially not one's causing harm." She finished, I turned my gaze towards the ground. "I know I know...But now she hates me..." I bit my lip as my ears dropped once more. "Scorch... Sparkle could never hate you...." Fluttershy spoke up, her timid voice somehow loud and clear. "She's just upset."
"Yeah, upset cause I'm a fool.." I sighed,Pinkie appeared infront of me. "Scorch turn that frown upside down!" I looked up at her, a blank stare etched on my face. "Now Pinkie..." AppleJack began "Pinkie, Deary I don't think a party could help Scorch now." Rarity joined in, Pinkie pouted before sitting back in her seat and drinking a milkshake. I chuckled a bit, shaking my head at the pink pony. "What am I going to do..." I muttered. The seven pony counterparts of my friends looked at each other before looking at me. "Yeah, I'm here visting and heard you guys were doing a show. Is it to late for me to have a spot?" I used to be a Wonderbolt when I lived back Equestia, but it was long ago. "Of course!" Spitfire nudged me. "It's always great to have an original back." I grinned.
Spitfire took us to the locker room. I made my way to the corner, a locker shined as thought I never left. I smiled as I looked at the name engraved on it. 'Scorch.' Spitfire came behind me "Kept it in good shape for return Scorch." I thanked her as she walked out, pulling my suit and glasses on, I joined Flame and Rainbow outside . I could see out of the corner of my eye, a hot pink hot airballon float through the clouds, contation our pony friends. I caught glimpse of Sparky and glupped, walking away. ------------ Twilight and Starlight put enchantments on us one by one, allowing us unicorns and earth ponies to walk on the clouds which usually only pegasi and alicorns were allowed to do as I've been told. I adjusted my glasses as we walked towards were the Wonderbolts were preforming. Despite my earlier frustration I was excited, it wasn't everyday I could see magical flying pegasi perform now was it? My thoughts drifted off to Scorch,looking around I only found her doppleganger. My mood dropped a bit, I missed her I will admit, even if I was annoyed with her.
I bent down and started to stretch my wings, just how I always did when I was about to take flight. I heard the announcer getting the ponies excited. Next thing I knew we were walking out, about to start the show.

"And Scorch!" When I heard my name I shot into the sky, A trail of yellow and red behind me. Thunder sounded as the crowd 'Oh' and 'Ah'd. My eyes caught a glimpse of our friends sitting on a cloud near the front. Sparky's eyes were lit up in awe as SpitFire and Soaring flew around the crowd. I smiled and folded my wings close, so did Rainbow and Flame Dash. We began to free fall and right before we fell out of sight we propelled into the sky again. Once we were almost right in front of the sun we dove again, picking up speed as a rainbow aura surrounded rainbow and a yellow and red aura surrounded my doppleganger and I, we hit our marks, shooting forward and pulling up before we ran into the crowd as we performed our sonic booms.
The show continued, almost at the end before a chill made me shivered. I looked down at our friends and I felt the chill again. Before I knew it I was flying at Sparky and spreading my wings in front of her, a green blast hit me on my chest, sending me falling through the whole in the clouds. I could see Rainbow flying for me as I cracked my eyes open, dazed I opened my wings to stop myself from falling anymore
"Scorch! Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm good." I shook my head before looking at Everfree.

The show ended not long after the event, I had managed to convince SpitFire that it was a stray blast of magic from a few fillies playing around.
I walked out of the WonderBolts locker room, a little later than the rest of my team. I continued to walk until I came across my counterpart.
"Ah! Rainbow headed back to the castle with everyone, I stayed back." She said, but added "You ready?"
"Yeah... But first I need to find Trixie. You go ahead, I'll catch up." She nodded and flew off the cloud. I remebered Trixie saying that her and Starlight were heading into town for a few things, so off to ponyville I went.

I climbed out of the hot air ballon with the help of AppleJack. Everyone was still talking about how amazing the show had been, Scorch had convinced them that the blast that struck her was nothing to worry about, but the Princess and I knew better...
"Sparkle? You alright, sugercube?" Aj questioned, I snapped out of my daze. "Uh, Yeah! Sorry." I rubbed the back of my head, Rarity was looking in my direction. "Are you sure darling?"
"Yeah! Of course!" I lied, sticking my tounge out and smiling a bit. That seemed to fool them as I walked in the castle behind Rainbow.
Scorch...
"Anyone have any idea were Scorch is?" My ears perked up as I heard Pinkie Pie mention my marefriends name.
"She went to go find her other amigos." Flame Dash said behind us, as she walked in. "Yeah, something about finding Trixie before coming back." She finished as she sat in her chair. "Now, who's up for a game of Truth or Dare?" She questioned, I glupped.

I nodded to Trixie and Starlight who made their way to the side of the castle. I mouthed a silent 'Thank you' as I walked in the castle, looking for Sparky. That was until I heard a bunch of cheering and whooping coming from a room. I trotted towards the map room and cracked the door open, a smirk filling my face as I saw Flame Dash hesitantly,but surely kissing Twilight.
"Get her tiger!" Rainbow whooped, both Flame and Twilight pulled apart, their cheeks cherry red. "It's about apple pickin' time! Nice dare Pinkie." Aj snickered, I chuckled as I walked in, silently I tapped Sparky on her shoulder. She was laughing at the two also, her eyes brightened seeing me and I smiled sheepishly before turning around and beckoning her to follow me as I flicked my tail. I walked outside, Sparky not far behind me. I sat on the ground, the moon already starting to show itself in the sky. She sat by my side as I looked at her, she still seemed a little down from the fight before.
"Sparky-"
"I'm sorry!" She squeaked out, It caught me by suprised as she continued. "We've only been dating a little over a month and I'm sorry that I yelled at you for not telling me about your dreams. It's really none of my business and I understand if your not comforta-" It was my turn to cut her off as I placed my lips on hers. Silencing her, I pulled away and her cheeks were tinted pink.
"Sparky, You were absolutely right for telling me off like that.." I sighed, "We're in a relationship, and that means that we share things with each other. I don't care if it's only been a little over a month, I love you Sparky. You've been my best friend for how long now? We've been through how many obstacles at CHS, Camp Everfree, Heck, even the Daring Do movie set!" I took a breath, looking at the mare I loved infront of me. "You've accepted me for who I am." I motioned to the world around us. "A pony from a freaking alternate universe!" She giggled a bit at that, I smiled before my ears folded back. "Sparky... I should've realized this earlier, I shouldn't have hid this from you, but I didn't want you to worry about me. I love you and I never want you to think I don't trust you, because I do."
"Twi... I'm sorry. I love you." I called her nickname from CHS to show her just how much I cared, tears were in her eyes but she smiled, nuzzling my cheek she whispered. "I love you too, Scorch."It was her turn to place her lips on mine, mybears twitched as I kissed her back and a 'BANG' sounded through the air. We separated and heard the laughter of our friends from inside the castle doors. Sparky looked up and gasped when she saw purple and pink fireworks filling the sky. They spelled out 'For my one and only'. I knew how cheesy it sounded but hey, for Sparky I would be cheesy mare in an instant. Fireworks continued to explode in different colors, our friends finally deciding to come outside and see what the noise was about.
"It's Fireworks! Yipee!!!" Pinkie yelled, running towards a small bump in the ground and sitting on it, as she stared at the fireworks with sparkles in her eyes. Rarity and Apple Jack walked passed us, followed by Rainbow and Fluttershy as they all at to the side of Sparky and I. I craned my neck to turn around, seeing Sparky and I's counterpart's sitting by the castle doors, side by side as Twilight slowly leaned her head on my dopplegangers shoulder. I smiled and turned my head back to my marefriend as our friends watched the show with us. I felt her intertwine her tail with my and I sighed happily. spreading my wing to wrap it around her shoulder, pulling her closer to me.

"Now!" Starlight yelled, I took flight and focused on my pendent as my eyes began to glow, a mixture of red and golden yellow swirling in the atmosphere around me.
It was one week left until Bloodfang said he would return, one more week until Equestria would have to face him. I shook the thoughts from my head and I returned my focus onto Starlight in front of me, who conjured up a large beam of light before sending it at me. Fire instantly covered me as a defense mechanism before I broke the tight bond and flew directly at the princess's pupil. My sword joined at my side before I slashed the sword shaped flame at Starlight, she reflected my attack back as soon as it touched her barrier, making the flame break and strike me. I dropped as my eyes stopped glowing as the flame completely disappeared as I closed my eyes with small groan, pain aching through my wings.
Starlight broke her barrier before running over to me, "Scorch? Are you okay I didn't mean to-"
"I'm fine."
I interrupted her before standing up, stretching my wings which were still slightly swore from weeks prior.
Twilight, Trixie and Sparky were across from us, practicing their own magic. I smiled as I caught Sparky's eye and she smiled back at me.
"I love you." I mouthed to her.
"I love you too."
"I love you too."
I mouthed back to the auburn mare across from me with a slight blush tinting my cheeks as I smiled. Turning my head and using my magic to adjust the rims on my muzzle, I zoned back in as Twilight started to talk again about Trixie and I's next task.
"Alright, Sparkle, I want you to focus on your reflection barrier and Trixie I need you to-"
The alicorn was cut off as a ball of magic floated in front of her muzzle before bursting into a cloud of sparkles, making Twilight sneeze. My ears twitched as I heard low snickering, turning around to see Starlight's horn glowing faintly and my mare friend laughing, her wings keeping her barely above the ground.
"Starlight! S-Scorch!" Twilight yelled through another sneeze before her eyes narrowed at the two ponies who just continued to laugh, Starlight's horn lighting up once again as she disappeared and Scorch using her wings to propel herself into the sky and out of Twilight's range.
The purple alicorn looked around before deciding to teleport after the lighter colored unicorn.
Trixie and I looked at each other before laughing slightly, I felt a wing wrap around me as I turned my head, seeing Scorch now beside me, still giggling from earlier.
"You know she's going to kill you if she catches you right?" I giggled, fixing my rims once again and seeing her stick her tongue out at me before smiling.
"Then I'll just be sure she doesn't catch me."
Days seemed to pass quicker the closer the two moons got to being up. The sky was already dark blue as night fell once again.
Scorch sat outside of the castle's doors, tail swishing slowly behind her as she looked at the sky and back down. Another nightmare having struck her minutes before.
"Hey.."
Scorch turned quickly, hearing the unexpected voice before relaxing upon seeing Sparkle, "Hey Sparky." She grinned, slightly shaky as she returned to her old position. The purple unicorn frowned, hearing the shaky tone of her marefriends voice before taking a spot next to her.
"Another nightmare..?"
Scorch's experssion dropped at the mere mention of this, "Yeah.. More vivid than the last.."
Sparkle started to speak, only to get cut off.
"I'm scared Sparky... What if-.. What if we can't stop him? What if Equestria gets..."
"We're not letting that happen." The purple mare spoke, eyes locked on her girlfriend as she frowned and nuzzled her again. "We'll stop him.. You'll save Equestria.."
Scorch looked down at her, slight fear showing in her eyes. The girl that Sparkle had grown so used to being cocky and sure of herself was breaking down slowly infront of her.
Sparkle adjusted the rims on her muzzld before leaning in and kissing Scorch, who immediantly returned the action before pulling away.
