Natsu and Lucy stumble upon a strange group of ponies! What are Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Apple Bloom, and Flash Sentry doing in Fiore? More importantly, why is magic disappearing?

After the Infinite Clock incident, life seems to be back to normal at the Fairy Tail guild, with Natsu and Gray going at each other's throats, Erza enjoying cake and beating up anyone who ruins it, Lucy writing her novel, Happy trying to impress Charla, and the rest of the guild breaking out into their daily brawls, obviously destroying things while they're at it. Yup, things have certainly gone back to normal!

Twilight Sparkle thought it was going to be just another trip to Canterlot with Apple Jack's little sister, Apple Bloom. When they run into Rainbow Dash and meet a Canterlot guard called, Flash Sentry, little do any of them know what lies ahead.....

When these two worlds collide, our wizards and ponies will have to band together as one and prevent
an evil that threatens everything they know. However, with the Magic Council doing nothing and magic disappearing, will our heroes be able to stop the destruction of Fiore?

The whole guild was as lively as ever! Natsu and Gray were jamming their foreheads together and glaring daggers at the other's eyes with a competitive gleam shining in their irises. Happy was offering a large fish to Charla, who was turning away from the blue exceed's offering, while Wendy just watched the display in amusement. Erza was enjoying her chocolate cake with white frosting whole-heartedly. Cana was chugging down an entire barrel of beer like no tomorrow. Levy was entranced by the book she was reading contently. Mira, with her cheerful smile plastered on her face, was busying herself to cleaning the dishes and serving the guild members from behind the bar counter. As for the rest of the guild, they were all in the middle of one of their daily fights, throwing around the furniture while they're at it.

The fighting was so intense, that when Lucy walked into the guild, she was just barely able to dodge the flying table that came straight at her head! The celestial mage gave a shout of surprise and shock as she moved out of the way of the object, which had slammed into one of the double doors of the entrance and hit the ground with a loud thud! Rushing over towards the bar before anything else could nearly kill her, Lucy took the spot next to Erza, who hadn't taken notice of her friend's presence due to the cake she was still eating, and slumped into her seat, a tired expression clear on her features. Noticing the blond's demeanor, Mira spoke in a cheery voice, "Good morning, Lucy! Are you alright?"

Said girl sighed before replying to the she-devil's question, "Huh....yeah, I guess. It's just that I was up for hours last night trying to figure out what I should do for my novel and...Ugh! I couldn't come up with one stupid thing!" with that, the celestial wizard began to rant on how she couldn't come up with what the protagonist should do next, finally catching the red-head's attention.

Pausing in her eating, the girl known as Titania, smiled at her distraught friend reassuringly and placed her hand on Lucy's left shoulder and said, "Don't worry, Lucy! When the inspiration comes to you, you will finish that novel! Now, if you would excuse me, I would like to finish my c-" suddenly, white frosting splattered all over Erza, and the entire guild ceased instantly as they stared fearfully at the 'Fairy Queen'. Erza's pupils had shrunk to a fairly small size as she stared down at her now destroyed dessert, which now had a small flame and an ice shard embedded into it's center. Lucy spared a glance at Natsu and Gray, whose faces were completely white as they were petrified to the spot, shaking in terror for what was to come.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, though it was probably only a few agonizing moments, Erza's brown eyes turned from shocked to ice cold, and she stood abruptly from her seat, her red hair igniting flames, shear proof of her fury. Turning towards the rest of the guild, her unforgiving stare landed on Natsu and Gray, who were both still glued to their spot, their faces as white as sheets. With rage in her tone, Erza shouted, "NATSU!!!! GRAY!!!!!" as if on cue, said boys rushed out of the guild with great speed, leaving behind them two trails of dust in their wake, a furious Erza right on their tails, "YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU DID TO MY CAKE!!!!!!!" she exclaimed. After a few more moments of silence, the guild erupted back into it's previous chaos, tables and chairs being flung around the area once again.

"Sometimes, I wonder how those two manage to survive that woman," Lucy jumped at the voice of Charla, who apparently was able to escape from Happy for a moment. The white exceed stood on the stool with her arms crossed as she turned to Lucy, who rubbed the back of her head awkwardly.

"Haha....yeah, I've always wondered that ever since I've met them...." the blond girl laughed a bit nervously. Charla turned back to the chaos that was still going strong in front of her, wondering how she even became a member of such a rambunctious bunch. Just then, the feline's whole body stiffened and her eyes shrunk to a small size as images appeared in her head:

......Magnolia and Fairy Tail crumbling.......

......A purple unicorn surrounded by purple flames, screaming......

......Magic disappearing.......

......The same unicorn fighting side by side with Natsu, giving off extreme magic power.....

......Lucy crying.......

.....Lucy, Gray, Wendy, Erza, Happy, herself, a blue pegasus with a rainbow mane, a small filly with a red bow, and another pegasus with golden armor laying on the ground, not moving......

.....A man with a mutated face, giving a menacing smile.....

......Blood........

"CHARLA!!!!!!!" the white exceed was abruptly snapped back to reality at the sound of Lucy's voice. Stumbling a bit, but regaining her balance, Charla looked up at the mage, concern evident on her features, "Are you okay? You kind of zoned out there for a second," Lucy explained. For a brief moment, the cat flashed back to her vision of Lucy crying, but quickly dismissed it. The last thing she needed was worrying her friends over something that could probably never happen. Saying she was fine and excusing herself, Charla made her way back to Wendy, the visions lingering in her mind as she went. The exceed could only hope that whatever she saw, never came to pass.

In the land of Equestria............

Twilight Sparkle was sorting through all her books in the library using her levitation, making the work go much quicker and easier. It was Sunday, so it therefore was "Book Organization Day", as Twilight liked to call it. Placing the last book on it's designated shelf, the young unicorn mare gave a satisfied sigh as she stared proudly at her work, "Well, that's the last of them," she said. At the moment, the door to the library swung open to reveal the little dragon, Spike, who had on a black mustache, a white hat with a red feather on it's side, along with a matching white jacket, panted as if he had been running. In his left claw was a rolled up piece of parchment.

Astonished to see her number one assistant back so quickly from heading over to Rarity's boutique, for he declared that he was going to try once again to make the beautiful unicorn interested in him, Twilight walked over the dragon, worry evident on her face, "S-Spike, What's wrong? I thought you were going over to Rarity's?" the Element of Harmony asked.

Still panting slightly, Spike gestured to the scroll and said between breaths, "I.....got....this....letter.....on.....my.....way...over.......thought...you.....would.....want it......immediately........" this caught Twilight's attention instantly and she used her magic to take the scroll out of the dragon's grasp.

"Aw, Spike. It was very sweet of you to rush all the way back here to give me this, but you didn't have to. You could have just waited after meeting up with Rarity," Twilight reassured her little brother. Spike blushed in embarrassment and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Well, I just figured that you'd want to see it, so....yeah," was all he said. Twilight smiled gratefully at the dragon.

"Well, thank's again for thinking of me. That is why you are my number one assistant!" the unicorn smiled.

Spike smiled back at her, "Well, aren't you going to read it?" he asked.

Turning her attention back to the scroll, Twilight opened it and read. Little did she know, that by opening up the scroll, it would be the first step into what was to come.........

Narrator: Previously on "Magic's Fire", things have returned to normal back in Magnolia at the Fairy Tail guild. However, Charla had a startling premonition that could determine the fate of Fiore, with what looked to be strange creatures whom she believed never existed. Meanwhile in Equestria, a mare named Twilight Sparkle received a scroll. What does it say and how is all of this connected? There is only one way to find out.......

****************************************************************

Twilight unrolled the yellow-stained scroll and saw that it was written by her beloved teacher and princess, Celestia. Anticipation welling up inside of her, the unicorn scanned the page as she read:

My faithful student Twilight,

I have been quite impressed with your recent letters to me about friendship and I believe that you are ready for a new task. I would be delighted if you came to Canterlot! I have some books that will aid you for this test that can only be found in the Canterlot Library. I look forward to seeing you once again!

Your teacher,

Princess Celestia

Twilight couldn't help the excited grin that spread across her face as she finished reading the letter, excited that she would be getting a new assignment from her mentor. What made it even better? She would get new books! Oh, Twilight's day was getting better and better! Turning her head to look at Spike, the mare said, in an excited tone, "Do you realize what this means, Spike!"

Looking bored rather than excited unlike Twilight, the baby dragon said, "Uh....no. Not really," at this responce, Twilight pouted, but then regained her smile as she walked over to the fire-breather, getting up in his face in the process.

"It means that Princess Celestia wants to teach me new spells, or maybe she thinks I'm ready to FINALLY get into Star Swirl's private lab and library!" Twilight squealed at the possibilities that raced through her mind, adding to her excitement. Turning back to the parchment that was still in her magic's grasp, Twilight read through it again and said in a tone of determination, "We're going to Canterlot today,"

However, Spike only scratched his head, for he had different plans, "Uh....Twilight, is it okay if you can go without me? It's just that I still haven't gotten a chance to go see Rarity since I had to give you that letter, and....." he trailed off, waiting for a reply from the Element of Magic, who stared at the dragon with a blank expression, before a small smile graced her lips.

"Oh Spike, I'm sorry. I forgot that you didn't get a chance to see her. Of course you can go to Rarity's. Tell me how it goes when I get back, okay?" Twilight asked, to which the dragon that was still dressed up smiled gratefully. Making his way towards the door, Spike turned back to the unicorn and smiled once again.

"Thanks, Twilight. I will," he said. Opening the door, both Twilight and Spike were surprised to see that Apple Bloom was standing in front of it, a smile on her face as she trotted in and greeted the two.

"Howdy, Twilight! Howdy, Spike!" the little filly said merrily.

"Hello, Apple Bloom! Twilight greeted back, smiling.

"Hey, Apple Bloom. Sorry, but I gotta go see Rarity!" Spike said with a smirk before rushing out and closing the door behind him, causing Apple Bloom to arch an eyebrow and look to Twilight for answers. The mare only rolled her eyes and giggled.

"Don't mind Spike, Apple Bloom. He's just going to see Rarity. Now, what can I do for you?" Twilight asked kindly. Remembering why she was there in the first place, Apple Bloom smiled.

"Well, I was just at Zecora's and she need me to get some ingredients that I thought ya'll might have since, ya'll know, ya'll like to do experiments and such....." the Cutie Mark Crusader answered a bit bashfully.

"Of course! What are the ingredients? I might have them!" Twilight smiled. Perking up at the response, Apple Bloom dug through her saddlebag she had brought with her and pulled out a slip of paper and handed it to the older pony. Twilight read it and frowned, as she did not in fact have the items on the list, "Sorry, Apple Bloom, but I don't have these here," she said to the bow-wearing filly, whose ears fell and slumped down in disappointment.

".....Oh......" was all she said.

Twilight felt guilty that she couldn't help out her friend's little sister. That is, before an idea struck the unicorn mare. Twilight smiled and said, "But, we CAN find these ingredients in Canterlot. It's a good thing too, because I just so happen to be going there as well. If it's okay with your sister, you are welcome to come along as well," she offered.

Apple Bloom brightened at that, and spoke excitedly up at the mare, "Really!? Ya'll mean it? Oh thank ya'll so much Twilight!" Apple Bloom exclaimed, hugging Twilight by her front legs, making the pony laugh.

"It's no problem at all, Apple Bloom! Just ask AppleJack, then we'll meet at the train station, okay?"

"Okay!"

*******************************************************************

The train to Canterlot was uneventful. It was only when Twilight and Apple Bloom started making their way through the city towards the castle that Apple Bloom began to marvel at the unique and large buildings that towered over her head. The filly was amazed and at a loss for words as she followed Twilight through the streets. Said unicorn didn't pay any mind to the city unlike the red-maned crusader, having grown up in the area and was quite use to it's beauty. The two were passing the arena when they heard a distant voice calling to the Element of Magic, "TWILIGHT!!!" turning to face the owner of the voice, Twilight and Apple Bloom saw that it was none other than the Element of Loyalty herself, Rainbow Dash!

Twilight smiled at the pegasus, who landed a few feet away from the gifted unicorn and earth-pony, and greeted, "Hey, Rainbow Dash! How was the tournament?" she asked. Rainbow Dash had been in Canterlot for the Wonderbolts Unlimited Tournament; a tournament where all the members of the Wonderbolts got to not only show off their incredible speed, but also show off their own talents to the spectators. And of course, Rainbow Dash could not just pass up the opportunity to see such an event with her very eyes! Especially when Spitfire, the Wonderbolts captain, personally invited her. Needless to say, the daredevil pegasus practically squealed like a little filly when she heard the news.

"It's awesome! You should see it, Twilight! There was this part where Spitfire went and-" Rainbow began to ramble on as she recapped the entire day with such enthusiasm evident in her tone. As for Apple Bloom and Twilight, they just exchanged glances and rolled their eyes in amusement at their friend's constant talking, knowing that it was going to take a while. Finally done with explaining every little detail about the tournament, Rainbow Dash turned her attention back to the two females in front of her, curiosity taking over, "So, what are you guys doing here, anyway?" she asked.

"Well, I'm here because Princess Celestia sent me a letter, telling me about a new task she had for me," Twilight replied, a gleam shining in her eyes.

"And I'm here 'cause Zecora needs some ingredients for a potion that I can only find here," Apple Bloom continued.

"That's cool! So, I'm guessing you're heading to the castle?" Rainbow asked.

"Yup! Do you want to come with us, Rainbow?" Twilight asked.

Rainbow Dash shrugged, "Eh, I don't see why not. I mean, the tournament is over for the day, so I guess,"

Twilight beamed and the three ponies made their way to the famous Canterlot Castle. Once the trio was inside, they made their way to the throne room, where they found Princess Celestia along with a few guards, which was normal. When the sun goddess spotted her faithful student and her friends, she gave them a warm grin and spoke, "Hello, Twilight Sparkle. I see you have brought along some friends,"

"I hope that's alright, princess," Twilight asked nervously.

Celestia smiled, "Of course, Twilight. Any friend of yours is welcome here,"

Hearing this, Twilight sighed, before asking, "I got your letter, princess. What is this task?" Realizing that they were getting straight to business, Celestia smiled.

"It is a very important test, Twilight. One I feel you can only accomplish. But first, you will need to retrieve these books from the library-" as she said this, the Princess of the Sun used her magic to pass a small slip of paper over towards Twilight who took it with her own magic as she read through it. Celestia continued, "-and since the library has been renovated just recently, there have been many books rearranged in different areas. Fortunately, I have a guard that knows the arrangements just fine," as she said this, the regal alicorn gestured with her hoof a guard that stood next to her.

Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom looked to see the guard. He was a pegasus with an orange coat and blue mane. He wore golden armor and held in his right hoof a spear that was sharp to the point. His expression was stern, as required for the guards when they were on duty, and stood tall as if nothing on Earth could move him from the spot. Rainbow Dash, Apple Bloom, and especially Twilight couldn't help but stare at the stallion, feeling slightly intimidated by him. Twilight didn't know why, but she felt a strange vibe around the pegasus, which made her intrigued by him.

"His name is Flash Sentry, and he will accompany you to the library and assist you if needed. He knows where all the books can be found if you have any troubles. I hope you find what you need," Celestia finished and stared down at her pupil and her friends, who nodded in understanding. Looking to Flash, he nodded and stepped down and walked ahead of Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom without even acknowledging them as he went.

"Follow me," he said bluntly. Rainbow scowled at his attitude before following him along with Twilight and Apple Bloom. Just because he was a guard, didn't mean he had to be rude.

As Flash Sentry walked ahead of them, Rainbow whispered in Twilight's ear so that only she could hear, and asked, "Is it just me, or does this guy seem brudey?"

Twilight shook her head, "Dash, he's a guard. He's not suppose to show emotion, but that doesn't make him brudey," Twilight defended. Even so, the unicorn mare couldn't deny that there was a tension in the air around the stallion that she couldn't ignore. After passing a few more corridors, they finally made it to their destination; the library.

When she saw how much bigger it was than the last time she was there, Twilight's eyes were practically bulging out of her head in amazement as she gave a smile that went from ear to ear, if that was even possible. with a gleam in her eyes, Twilight squealed in excitement and practically dove into a pile of books nearby. Rainbow Dash snickered and whispered to Apple Bloom, "Once and Egghead, always an Egghead," which caused the filly to laugh as well. The two were so caught up in laughing at the unicorn's antics, that Rainbow was shocked when she saw Twilight grab her by the front hooves, still smiling like crazy.

"Rainbow Dash! Help me get these books from the higher shelves!" Twilight stated in anticipation.

"Wh-WOAH!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed, before Twilight pulled her over to the books and buried her into a mountain of books that Twilight had accidentally knocked over. Apple Bloom was clutching her chest from laughter, and even Flash's mouth curved slightly upwards, before it quickly went back in a straight line.

Once Apple Bloom regained her composure, she remembered why she was there and reluctantly walked over towards Flash Sentry, wanting nothing more, but to get as far away from him as possible, "Uh.....e-excuse me, F-Flash Sentry," at her voice, the pegasus turned and stared down at the crusader.

"What is it?" he asked blankly. Apple Bloom stiffened momentarily before taking a deep breath.

"Where can I find ingredients for potions?" she asked.

For a moment, the guard didn't respond. Apple Bloom thought that maybe he was observing her, contemplating if he should tell her or not. After another second or so, he finally answered and pointed to a door on the right side of the room that read "Potions Lab" on it. Before Apple Bloom could walk towards it, Flash Sentry glared at her as he got in her face, his muzzle scrunched up against her smaller one, "Get what you need, but apart from that, DON'T. TOUCH. ANYTHING. Is that clear?" he asked almost threateningly, making Apple Bloom shiver in nervousness.

Nodding her head vigorously, Apple Bloom galloped over to the door, and stepped inside. The room was small and was dimly lit. Spread all around the room, was equipment that was lazily placed in different areas of the space. In front of Apple Bloom, hovering over a table, was the source of the little light the room had; a green gem. The gem floated over the table and ignited a dim glow that somehow felt soothing to the filly. Apple Bloom didn't know why, but she felt herself being drawn to the object. It was as if a little voice was telling her to touch it, but she didn't know why.

She was very tempted to go and hold the green gem, but Apple Bloom remembered the reason why she was in that room in the first place and found a shelf with bottled potions in them and went to it. Finding the items she needed, Apple Bloom placed the bottles into her saddlebag she had brought with her and turned to leave the room. However, the same gem from before caught her eye and she looked at it, becoming entranced by it's soft glow and soothing nature. the bow-wearing filly was so mesmerized by the item, that she didn't even realize that she had walked up to the table it was hovering over and was reaching for it, "....Touch it....." a small voice whispered in the back of her mind.

Even though it didn't sound familiar, she felt that she could trust the voice and did as she was told; she touched the gem. At that moment, the once soft glow that illuminated the room burst into an intense light, causing Apple Bloom to cry out in surprise and use her hoof to shield the light from her eyes, making her let go of the gem in the process. Instead of falling to the ground, the object remained hovering in mid air, but this time, a vortex formed in front of it and began sucking in air along with some equipment into it. Apple Bloom was horrified when she realized that she too was being sucked into the vortex along with everything else.

She screamed in terror as she grabbed onto anything closest to her, which was a tray from close by. However, her attempt was in vain, as the tray was being dragged into the hole with Apple Bloom. Said filly felt the tears well up in her eyes, and she knew she needed help fast!

"HELP!!!!!" was all she could yell out.

Not even a moment later, the door to the lab burst open to reveal Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Flash, who all looked astounded and horrified at the scene before them, "T-TWILIGHT!!!" Apple Bloom screeched as she began to enter the vortex. Jumping into action, the unicorn rushed over the filly and grabbed her by the hoof, but she too was being pulled in the vortex. Rainbow soon flew over and grabbed onto Twilight's tail and used all of her strength to push against the air current, but to no avail, for she began to slip into the hole with her friend's. Seeing their struggle, Flash intervened, pulling with every ounce of strength he had to pull the filly and mares out of there, not wanting to fail.

Unfortunately, even with their combined strength, the ponies attempts were all pointless, for in they went into the vortex, screaming, until finally.......

Narrator: Last time on "Magic's Fire" , Twilight Sparkle received a letter from Princess Celestia, informing her of a new test that awaited the young unicorn. With AppleJack's little sister, Apple Bloom, joining Twilight to the great city of Canterlot, they meet with Rainbow Dash, and head to the castle. Once they were there, the princess introduced them to a Canterlot Guard called, Flash Sentry, a stallion that does not seem the least bit interested in the mares. Soon, they reached the library, where Apple Bloom found a gem that created a vortex which sucked everyone into it! Now, the ponies find themselves in an unwanted predicament that will be the start of their journey.......

***************************************************************

BANG!!!!!

The four ponied laid on top of each other, groaning in pain. Rainbow Dash laid on the bottom of the pile of equines, for she tried to grab a hold of Apple Bloom while attempting to regain control over her wings while they were all still in the vortex, to no avail. On top of the rainbow-maned mare was the little filly herself, followed by Twilight, with Flash at the very top of the group. All of the ponies had spinning swirls in the places of their eyes, showing just how dazed they were all feeling. Twilight was the first to snap out of her unresponsive state and she soon realized the awkward position she and her companions were in.

Feeling a pressure on her back, the mare turned to find Flash Sentry, still dazed and without his helmet, laying with his head dangerously close to her flank. Once she realized what she was seeing, Twilight jumped straight out of the pile of ponies, causing them all, especially Flash, to scramble to their hooves and stare at the unicorn mare in bewilderment! Said mare was blushing like crazy as she pointed to the stallion, who looked at her with a confused expression. The Element of Magic was so embarrassed, that she couldn't form proper words and instead spluttered them out, sounding more like utter nonsense than anything else, "I-I...Y-you! I-I d-didn't m-mean-!" was all the unicorn was able to get out before Rainbow Dash placed her hoof over her mouth, abruptly stopping the purple mare in her stuttering.

"Woah there, Twi! Do what Cadence taught ya and take a breather!" the daredevil pegasus instructed firmly. After a moment, Rainbow removed her hoof from her friend's muzzle, and Twilight did as she was told. Taking a few deep breaths, the mare regained her composure and smiled gratefully at her friend.

"Thanks, Rainbow. I needed that," Twilight said with a sigh.

Rainbow shrugged, "Don't mention it, Twilight. I just know what you need sometimes,"

"I hate to break up this little friendship moment, but what just happened?" interrupted Flash, with an annoyed edge in his voice.

Twilight looked around the area and noticed that it was a town with a market place in front of them. The atmosphere, though still breathtaking, with a port that held boats on the sparkling water, the blue sky with no clouds as far as the eye could see, and tall mountains behind it all, she could tell the colors of the area weren't as lively and vibrant as they were in Equestria. However, none of that got the unicorn's attention as much as the strange, two-legged creatures that roamed the area, checking out the market place and the ports while going about their daily lives.

With a gasp, Twilight realized what the creatures were, for she had heard fairy tales of such beings numerous times when she was a filly. They were creatures who she had believed never existed, and who were considered to be just as intelligent, if not more so, as ponies. Some of these two-legged beings were even thought to wield magic just like unicorns. these creatures that Twilight was seeing, were humans.

Turning to face the rest of the group, Twilight said sternly, "Come on! We need to get somewhere where no one can see us," without waiting for their responses, Twilight found a small alleyway between two buildings that had barrels in the entrance way and made a mad dash for it, her companions following close behind. Fortunately they got there undetected by the people walking around and they all gathered in a circle. Rainbow Dash, Flash, and Apple Bloom waited expectantly for Twilight to explain her actions. When she remained silent, Flash Sentry spoke up, growing tired of waiting for answers.

"Well?" he asked simply.

Twilight sighed and spoke, "It's a long story, but I think I know what's going on here...." with that, the gifted unicorn explained that the creatures that they saw were humans, and that they were no longer in Equestria and had somehow ended up in a different dimension. Once she was finished, Flash, Rainbow, and Apple Bloom stared at her, astonished and amazed at her explanation. Even though the idea seemed ridiculous, it also did make a bit of sense. Afterall, they could all tell that the atmosphere looked much more detailed and vast then back in Equestria. Not to mention that there WAS people walking around the area instead of ponies.

"HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!!!!???" Rainbow exclaimed out of the blue, causing everypony to shush her immediately.

"I don't know, but I think it had something to do with that vortex. Question is: Where did THAT come from?" Twilight inquired.

Turning abruptly, the Canterlot Guard glared down at the red-maned filly behind him, who shrunk under his gaze, "What. Did. You. Do," he asked in a dangerously low tone of voice, remembering perfectly well that Apple Bloom was the pony in the lab when the vortex came along. Said filly shuddered and could feel the tears pricking up on the corners of her eyes.

"Ah-Ah w-was in t-the lab getting th-those ingredients, a-and th-there was this g-gem hovering and.... I-I d-don't know why, but......I was s-so drawn t-to it, so........I touched it......" Apple Bloom finished, causing the two mares to gasp and for Flash Sentry to slam his hooves down on the concrete ground in fury!

"DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!???" he yelled at the filly, who was now sobbing.

A moment later, Rainbow Dash stood in front of Apple Bloom protectively and said, "Leave her alone! Even if she did open the vortex, she didn't mean to send us here!" she yelled back.

To Flash's shock, Twilight jammed her muzzle against his and glared with a fire he had never seen before, "Dash is right, Flash Sentry! What's done is done. It won't do us any good if we point blame. Now why don't we stop yelling and figure out how we're gonna get back," Twilight reasoned.

Before the stallion could respond back to the unicorn, a shriek behind the group caused them all to turn and see a couple in their mid-sixties standing outside of their door that led to one of the buildings that made the alleyway. The man had a broom in his hand and his wife stood looking over his shoulder.

".......We're dead......." the four ponies thought in unison.

Before any of the ponies could react, the man pointed his broom at them and ran straight at them, causing them all to finally bolt out of the alley as fast as their hooves could take them, the man shouting, "YOU GET BACK HERE, YOU LITTLE THIEVES!!!!!!" Twilight could only assume that the man must have been having a problem with thieves, but at the moment, she didn't care. Hearing a grunt from behind her, Twilight turned to see Apple Bloom had tripped while she was running, and saw that the man was heading straight for the little filly! Turning back, Twilight galloped at top speed and scooped up the Cutie Mark Crusader and ran back in the direction she was going.

Finally, the four equines made it back in the streets of the town, losing the old man as they did so. However, that did not help them in the slightest, for now everyone in the marketplace had their eyes on the four. Some were intrigued, some confused, but most looked terrified at the sight. Everyone in the area, including the ponies, stared at one another, before someone let out a shriek of terror at the sight of the ponies, "AAAHHHHH!!!! WHAT ARE THOSE THINGS!!!! GET THEM AWAY!!!!!"

"I bet those creatures are the thieves who have been stealing our magic!!!!" another in the crowd chinned in.

"What? We would never do such a thing!" Twilight claimed in outrage.

"Yeah, what she said!" Rainbow Dash agreed.

Flash Sentry scowled, "You're not helping," he whispered.

"THEY CAN TALK!!!???" someone yelled.

"GUARDS!!! GET THEM!!!!" a man ordered, which caused at least 20 guards to surround the ponies, who all took a few steps back.

"What now?" Twilight asked.

"Easy! We teach these clowns not to mess with us!" Rainbow Dash proclaimed boldly, punching out her front hooves to emphasize that she meant business. However, Flash had different plans.

"No! You three get to safety! I'll handle this!" he ordered.

"Don't be ridiculous! We're not leaving you here to fight all alone!" Twilight protested. Flash glared at her.

"Do as I say! You are two of the Elements of Harmony! Equestria can't afford to lose you! Besides, you've got a filly with you! Don't let her get hurt!" the orange pegasus yelled. Twilight hated to admit it, but he was right. She couldn't allow Apple Bloom to get hurt. AppleJack would never forgive her. Nodding, Twilight turned towards Rainbow Dash.

"Rainbow Dash! Come over here!" she yelled.

The pegasus groaned, "Ugh.....fine!"

Once Rainbow Dash flew over to Twilight and Apple Bloom, who was trembling on Twilight's back, Twilight conjured up her magic and made its illumination surround her, Apple Bloom, and Rainbow Dash. The man who ordered the guards in the first place shouting, "Their getting away! Stop them!" but before the guards could get to the trio, they poofed away and vanished, leaving Flash Sentry to face off against the guards, who all came straight at him with no hesitation. He didn't show any fear as he too charged at some of the guards who were closest to him! The fight had begun!

Unbeknownst to anyone in the town, the guards, and Flash Sentry, that in the shadows close by, a figure cloaked in black with a hood covering his face, watched and smirked. Not long after, he stocked off into a forest, knowing quite well that the three other ponies were heading into it, and where a certain dragon slayer was hiding as well.......

With a poof and a glimmering, violet light, Twilight, Apple Bloom, and Rainbow Dash appeared in a clearing of a forest. The ponies irises spun circles around their eyes for a moment before they shook their heads to clear them. Once she stopped seeing stars around her, Twilight looked to her friends to check on them, "Are you two alright?" she asked, concerned.

Rainbow Dash grabbed a hold of her head to make it stop shaking, and lazily landed on the ground on her side, and said, "~Y-yeah....just, next time you do something like that Twi, be sure to warn me~" Twilight smiled sympathetically down at her poor friend before turning her head to look at the bow-wearing filly that was still laying on her back, her eyes finally stopping in their spinning motion.

"How about you, Apple Bloom?" Twilight asked.

"I-I guess......" the filly stuttered.

"Don't tell us your the ones who have been causing all this trouble," the trio jumped at the cocky remark that sounded like it came from above them in a tree. Looking up into a tree branch in the front of the clearing, the three ponies could see a young man with salmon colored hair, a strange red insignia on his right shoulder, and a white scarf around his neck, looking down at them with a smirk plastered on his face. Next to the teen was a blond girl with brown eyes, two pigtails in her hair, and had the same insignia as the boy next to her on her right hand, but in the color pink. Floating between the two people was a blue cat with angel-like wings that supported him.

Twilight, Apple Bloom, and Rainbow Dash stared up at the trio atop the branch of the tree in awe, before Rainbow Dash smirked and got up from where she was laying and crouched in her fighting stance, ready for a fight, "Well, if you are looking for a fight, I'm ready to make ya see stars for the next month!" the blue pegasus declared confidently, which made the boy on the tree smirk and jump down and ignite flames in his fists, much to the blond girl's and Twilight's dismay.

Twilight, Apple Bloom, and even Rainbow Dash were shocked when they saw the teen had ignited flames in his hands without the use of a unicorn horn. Not to mention the fact that the male seemed unaffected by the flames that would surely burn his skin off.

"Who is this human? How can those flames not be hurting him? Perhaps this is the magic I've heard about in those stories....." Twilight thought in her mind.

"Aw yeah, now I've got a fire in my belly," Natsu stated calmly. He, Lucy, and Happy had decided to take a job together since they rarely went on jobs with just the three of them. They were able to find a request for catching magic stealers in Hargeon. Natsu and Lucy took the job immediately because it was in the very town where they first met, which was a very special day for them both. They were walking through the forest since Natsu refused to go on the train, and were entering a clearing when Natsu's sharp senses picked up extreme magic power come out of nowhere! He didn't know why, but there was something strange feeling about the magic; it didn't feel like it was magic that you chose to learn or magic that you get from a mentor or some other source. No. It felt more.......natural. It felt like magic that wasn't given, but magic that is already inside of you when you're born.

When he had felt that, he pulled Lucy up in the closest tree along with him, much to the celestial mage's surprise, and waited for the energy to make itself known. When he had seen the trio of ponies, he, Lucy, and Happy gasped and stared in awe as they saw a unicorn, a pegasus, and a normal pony appear out of nowhere! They had watched the scene unfold between the small group and were even more astonished when they saw that the equines could TALK! Sure, Igneel was a dragon and could talk as well, but Natsu had never seen nor heard of any horned and winged ponies hanging around Fiore. For a split second, Natsu wondered if these mares and filly were the thieves of the magic, but he smelled fear, confusion, and utter shock emanating from the small group. Not to mention that the magic they were giving off didn't give off the vibe of being evil.

Seeing as they were not the threat, the dragon slayer relaxed and watched the rest of the scene go on before he made his snide remark, which caused the little creatures to jump. He had suppressed a laugh when the blue pegasus challenged him to a fight. He already liked that pony, and though he knew they weren't anything to worry about, Natsu could never turn down a challenge to fight when it presented itself to him.

Those events bring us back to where we left off, where Rainbow Dash and Natsu stood a few feet away from each other, ready to make their moves. Simultaneously, the two charged, ready to make their blows! However, the boy and pegasus were stopped when Natsu felt two arms wrap around his waist, while Rainbow Dash was pulled by her tail with Twilight's magic, "Rainbow Dash! This is not the time to be messing around! We need to get Apple Bloom somewhere safe!" the unicorn reminded her friend. Rainbow fell to the ground and pouted childishly.

"Aw, but Twilight....." she whined.

"Natsu! What are you thinking, you idiot! We need to get to Hargeon, not mess around with strange animals!" Lucy explained. Natsu slouched in disappointment.

"Aw, man......." he whined as well.

"Jee, Lucy sure isn't fun huh, Natsu?" Happy teased, much to the blond's annoyance.

"SHUT IT, CAT!" Lucy exclaimed, outraged.

"I'll handle this, Rainbow. Calm down," Twilight instructed.

"....Fine...." the pegasus grumbled.

Once she was sure Rainbow Dash wouldn't try anything, Twilight hesitantly walked towards the two wizards and exceed with a stern expression disguising her nervousness. If the humans tried to make a move, only then would Twilight allow herself and Rainbow Dash to fight. Stopping in front of the fairies before her, Twilight scanned the curious faces that looked back at her, her gaze finally landing on Natsu. Their eyes locked as they stared at each other, both wondering what to do next, "Who are you?" Twilight finally spoke up, cutting into the silence. Instead of being intimidated, which was what Twilight was going for, Natsu grinned his lopsided smile that showed off his canines.

"Call me Natsu! Natsu Dragneel! My little buddy here-" he gestured to the flying cat, "-is Happy, and the blond demon that's still holding onto me is Lucy!"

"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME!!!???" Lucy asked furiously, letting go of her partner's waist and pointing a finger at him, a vain showing on the side of her head.

Sensing that there was no trace in hostility around the mages, Twilight relaxed and smiled, "Oh well, in that case, I'm Twilight Sparkle. You already know Rainbow Dash-"

At the mention of her name, Rainbow Dash zoomed over by Twilight, placed her right elbow on Twilight's head as if it were a armrest, put on a large pair of shades over her eyes, and smirked, "-THE fastest flyer in all of Equestria, and the pony who would have TOTALLY beaten you if Twilight hadn't intervened," the rainbow-maned mare bragged, making Twilight roll her eyes in annoyance and causing Natsu to yell in outrage.

"WHAT! WHAT ARE YA SAYING, SHORTY!? I COULD BEAT YOU WITH MY EYES CLOSED!!!!!" Natsu proclaimed, getting into the pony's face.

"OH, I KNOW YOU DIDN'T JUST CALL ME SHORT!!! WHAT'S UP WITH PINK HAIR, ANYWAY!? YA KNOW THAT'S A GIRLS COLOR, RIGHT!!!???" Rainbow Dash boomed back.

"SHUT UP!!! IT'S SALMON, NOT PINK!!! WHAT ABOUT YOUR HAIR!? RAINBOW COLORED HAIR IS WAY MORE STRANGE THAN PINK!!!" Natsu stated.

"OH, YOU WANT TO GO!!!???" Rainbow Dash challenged.

"YEAH!!!" Natsu yelled back.

"QUIT IT!!!" Lucy and Twilight screamed in unison, making the pegasus and dragon slayer look at them, then turn away grumbling.

"If we can stop yelling for a second, I would like to also introduce a friend of mine's little sister. Apple Bloom?" Twilight faced the little filly that remained quiet throughout the whole ordeal and trotted over to the group of ponies, humans, and cat and smiled, holding out her hoof for them to shake.

Lucy, Happy, and even Natsu couldn't help but smile warmly and crouch down at the filly's level and shake her hoof, "Howdy, I'm Apple Bloom! Nice to meet ya'll!" Apple Bloom greeted, making Lucy just want to hug her to death.

"It's very nice to meet you, too, Apple Bloom! I'm Lucy! If you can't already tell, those two morons are Natsu and Happy," Lucy explained

"HEY!!!" said morons exclaimed.

Looking around the area, Twilight realized that the a certain Canterlot Guard wasn't present with them. Worry crept in Twilight's mind, "Hey, don't you think that Flash should be here by now?" she asked.

"Now that you mention it, it has been a while since he told us to run and began fighting those guards on his own," Rainbow added.

This caught the three wizard's attention. Why were these ponies running from guards? What happened to them? "Hey, why are you guys running from these guards? Who's this Flash guy? What did you do?" Natsu asked automatically.

Twilight turned to him and lowered her head down in sorrow, "We don't know why they want us. Someone said that WE were the ones who stole their magic, but we didn't we would do no such thing! Flash stayed behind to fight them off while we went to find safety, and we haven't seen him since!" Twilight finished, her concern and anger welling up in her tone. Apple Bloom and Rainbow Dash patted Twilight on her back, , while Lucy and Happy followed soon after in patting the distraught mare. As for Natsu, he clutched his fist in anger. He was mad. How dare those idiots attack these ponies for stealing their magic just because they held magic within them? Even though he had just met the strange equines, he felt that he had to protect them. He would be sure to give those guards Hell to pay!

".....Don't worry....." he whispered. Luckily, Twilight was able to hear and watched as the teen looked her in the eyes and offered her an encouraging smile, "I promise, we WILL save your friend!" he declared. Twilight smiled gratefully at her new friend, so touched that he was willing to help them after just meeting them.

"......Thank you......" was all she could say.

However, the heartfelt moment was interrupted by another voice. One that was cold and had malice in it's tone, "How sweet. Humans and beasts becoming friends and already making empty promises to each other," was what it said.

Standing abruptly and turning their heads towards the voice's owner, the group saw tall man in a dark cloak with it's hood covering his face. Natsu glared at the man, for he felt dark magic coming off of him in waves. Twilight stood beside Natsu, her horn giving off it's violet glow as she was ready to fire her spells if needed. Like Natsu, Twilight could feel that this newcomer had dark intentions. She would not run away this time. Behind them, Lucy, Happy, Rainbow Dash, and even Apple Bloom glared at the man, "Who are you?" Natsu demanded as he ignited his fist, ready to attack.

"I'm your worst nightmare," the cloaked wizard said simply.

"Oh, like I haven't heard that one before!" Rainbow Dash mocked, crossing her hooves over her chest.

"Oh, but in this case my little friend, I am," raising his arms up, the man flicked his wrist to the side.

Instantly, Rainbow Dash's throat was engulfed by a black mist that rapped around her throat tightly, choking her! The mare gasped and brought her hooves to her neck where the mist was cutting off her oxygen and breathed heavily, trying desperately to get air into her lungs! The mare dropped to the ground as she continued struggling getting air to breath in.

"RAINBOW DASH!!!!!" Natsu, Twilight, Lucy, Happy, and Apple Bloom shouted, horrified at the sight of their friend's choking fit.

Little by little, the pegasus's face began to turn purple as she began losing oxygen...........

Narrator: Previously, on "Magic's Fire", Things have turned from bad to worse for the ponies; after Flash Sentry commands Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom to run for safety, he takes it upon himself to fight the guards that are after the equines by himself! Meanwhile, Twilight and her friends have found themselves in the middle of a forest and come across the three Fairy Tail mages known as Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, and Happy. After their shocking meeting, our wizards and ponies are interrupted by a man in a dark cloak, with sinister intentions. And now, the dark wizard has a hold on Rainbow Dash, choking her as her comrades watch in horror! What will become of the Rainbow-maned pegasus, and how will our heroes stop the foe they face?

***********************************************************************

"RAINBOW DASH!!!!"

Twilight immediately rushed over to the Element of Loyalty and pulled with her magic, desperately trying to break the hold that the black, mist-like substance had on her friend, who was now thrashing and rolling on the grassy ground, choking and her face a dangerous color of purple, "PLEASE STOP! YOU'RE CHOKING HER! YOU'RE GOING TO KILL HER!!!" Twilight pleaded in panic, her eyes filled with fear, dread, shock, anger, and sadness. The man, who still had his arm outstretched with a misty black aurora around his hand, similar to the inky mist that was currently around the blue pegasus's neck, only laughed menacingly at the unicorn's words.

"Hahaha....Don't you see, unicorn? That's what I'm TRYING to do," he responded with pleasure evident in his tone. Just then, a flying ball of fire hurdled itself right at the man's face, which was still hidden from under his hood. The cloaked wizard moved aside, away from the burst of fire swiftly, keeping his grasp on the pegasus's throat. Looking to the source of the flames, everyone, save for Rainbow Dash who was slowly losing consciousness, saw Natsu in a fighting stance, his face full of fury with his veins throbbing out of his forehead, proving just how angered and disgusted he was with the man.

"You Bastard! You let her go, or I'll turn you into a pile of ash!" Natsu declared threateningly.

"Your joking, right? Please. Are you truly going to waste your time with these-" the man gestured towards Twilight and Apple Bloom, who were both now at Rainbow's side, Lucy and Happy along with them, trying to get the magic away from the blue mare's neck, "-beasts after you've just met them? How ignorant of a wizard with your kind of power," the man said, disappointment leaking in his tone. This, however, only angered the dragon slayer further and begin to shoot his intense flames at the man, and for Twilight to glare daggers at the cloaked figure that seemed to avoid Natsu's every blow. Moving from where she was, the unicorn summoned her magic into her horn, and turned to Lucy, Happy, and Apple Bloom.

"I'm going to get that spell off of Rainbow Dash. It may be crazy what I'm about to do, and I know we just met today, but you need to trust me when I say that this will stop this wizard," Twilight spoke with a determined tone of voice.

"Aye, sir!" Happy exclaimed.

"All right! We trust you! What are you going to do, Twilight?" Lucy asked, picking up the pegasus, who was still breathing, but had gone unconscious as the mist was still engulfing her throat, making it still hard for her to breath.

Twilight turned and glared, her magic shining bright upon her horn, "I'm going to show that wizard not to mess with my friends and to not tarnish my kind by calling us 'beasts'," the Element of Magic said in a low tone.

Lucy stared at the pony in amazement, astonished by her claim, yet at the same time, inspired at the unicorn's determination and will to fight for her friends and her kind. In a way, Twilight reminded Lucy of Natsu....

Natsu was getting more and more frustrated every time he missed the man with his flames. Said man kept on dodging them as if they were nothing more than rubber balls that were easily avoidable. The teen was about to let out a growl when he saw Twilight come into view behind his opponent and look at him with her violet eyes. Confusion overtook him before he understood what the mare wanted him to do. Natsu looked at Twilight as if she were crazy. Was she serious? Didn't she realize that what she was asking of him was suicidal? Before Natsu could respond to Twilight's insane plan, he was hit right square in the chest, throwing him up in the air and plummeting to the ground, his body dragging across it, scrapping across the green grass so that it made ragged pathways where his most impacted body parts from the landing hit. Lucy, Apple Bloom, Happy, and Twilight gasped when he landed.

Looking back over to Twilight, Natsu could see through her eyes that she was pleading with him to do what she had silently asked him. For a moment, Natsu was still hesitant to comply, but felt in a strange way that the unicorn knew what she was doing. Getting up from where he was, Natsu engulfed his entire right hand with fire, the oranges, yellows, and reds, dancing across his skin, not even affecting the dragon slayer as he rose his fist in the direction of the man, who smirked, "Aw, what are you going to do now, Salamander? If you just throw that fire at me again, I'll just dodge it like the others you've thrown at me," he said cockily.

Powering up as much magic power that he could muster, Natsu shot out his fist and the flames flew straight at the man, who once again dodge it as if it was nothing and looked at the fire mage, unimpressed, "I told you, Salamander. You're not gonna get me that way," however, Natsu only smirked as he crossed his arms.

"I wasn't aiming for you," Natsu clarified with a smirk.

"What?" the dark wizard asked.

At that moment, purple flames then surrounded the man, who cried out in surprise. The man was so shocked, that he had lost his concentration on his spell he placed on Rainbow Dash, and the blackened mist finally disappeared, allowing air to re-enter her lungs, but she still remained unconscious in Lucy's arms.

"WHAT IS THIS!?" he asked.

"It's the magic that Natsu had tossed at you that came at me. I used a converting spell to temporarily have his power under my control. Right now, it is restricting your movement, so there's no point in fighting it," Twilight explained as she came up by Natsu, her horn glowing brightly.

"YOU BEAST!!! HOW DARE YOU PLACE A SPELL ON ME!? YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! MARK MY WORDS!!!" the man shouted in pure fury and hatred, attempting to break free from the mare's spell, to no avail. Natsu then stomped up the the dark mage, who was still in Twilight's spell, and reached his arms out and grasped onto the man's hood, bringing his face close to his own, Twilight's spell not restricting his movements since he wasn't the spell's captive. Yanking the hood off of the wizard, it revealed a man in his late twenties with military green hair, eyes that didn't match in color, for the left eye was an eerie gold while the right eye was blood red, and a faded scar on his right cheek. Natsu sneered at the man as he held his cloak's collar in both hands.

"If I were you, I wouldn't go threatening people or talking ponies with me around. Now, talk! Who are you and why are you here!" Natsu commanded. The man only smirked.

"I am Fumio, and the reason I am here I cannot say. Though, I will admit that I did play a role in Hargeon's little magic problem. It's foolish, but when those little monsters you've now befriended showed up, I was pleased to see that the town blamed them for their issue. But you, Natsu Dragneel, had to get in the way and now here I am; stuck in this magic's grasp by the very creature we all believed was just in fairy tales. It's a shame that even these beasts aren't strong enough for what's to come......" the man finished, sending chills down, the group's spines, Apple Bloom cowering behind Lucy, who tried to comfort the young filly, but her own uneasiness making her clutch onto the still unconscious pegasus protectively.

"Grrr! I don't know what crap you're talking about, but you have some nerve taking away those people's magic and then pulling it on some ponies! I swear, I whatever crap comes at us, I will NOT go down without a fight and I'll make sure that we all get out alive!" Natsu declared furiously. Twilight watched with wide eyes, unsure of how to respond. So many questions raced through her head as she tried to comprehend what was just spoken. What was this 'Fumio' person talking about? And what are his intentions?

"Haha......We'll just have to see about that, Salamander, but for the time being, I accept defeat. This enchantment has me bound and if I do recall, you have a guard pony to retrieve," Fumio reminded, though in a mocking tone instead of a friendly one. Twilight came up to Fumio and Natsu, her eyes fixed on the man who had tortured her friend, and glared.

"I may not be from this world, nor may I know it's magic and it's traditions, but I will not allow whatever it is you're talking about to happen," looking up at Natsu, who was looking back down at her, the mare spoke with a determined smile, "You made a promise to us that you would help our friend, Natsu. To repay you, I will promise to help your world from whatever is going on," Twilight said, her mind made up. At her words, Natsu smiled his toothy grin, gratitude clear on his face.

Lucy smiled at the scene, and felt something wrap around her leg. Looking down, the celestial mage saw Apple Bloom hugging her leg and look up at her with a warm smile, "Ah will, too!" the filly exclaimed. Lucy returned the smile before she heard a groan and felt shifting in her arms. Looking down, Lucy saw Rainbow Dash rub her throat due to the soreness and look around the area.

"W-What happened......?" she asked, her voice more raspy than usual. At the sound of her voice, Twilight turned to see her friend awake and okay, making the unicorn's smile brighten even more.

"RAINBOW DASH!!!" Twilight squealed as she galloped at full speed and tackling the rainbow-maned mare out of Lucy's grasp and hugging her like a lifeline, "Oh, I was so worried! Are you okay?" Twilight asked, hugging her friend tighter.

"T-Twi-light! Can't-breath.....!" Rainbow gasped through the bear hug, causing the Element of Magic to move her arms away quickly from Rainbow Dash, a sheepish grin plastered on her face.

"Woops...my bad..." Twilight said shyly.

"Come on, Twilight. She just woke up from her.....ordeal. I don't think making her go through it again in one day is a good idea," Lucy laughed sheepishly.

"Boy, Rainbow. If I were you, I sure could go for a fish after that!" Happy commented.

"Are ya'll okay, Rainbow Dash?" Apple Bloom asked worriedly, to which Rainbow smiled and ruffled up the filly's red mane.

"You bet, kid! In fact, where's the jerk that did that to me, anyway? I want to teach him a lesson!" Rainbow Dash proclaimed, her eyes narrowing as she scanned the area, her eyes landing on Fumio who was still stuck in Twilight's borrowed magic from Natsu. The pegasus glared as she zoomed over to the man and pointed her hoof at him, "Listen here. If you EVER do that to me or any of my friends again, I will beat you to a pulp!" before Fumio could retort back, Rainbow Dash turned her back to him and kicked him in the crotch, causing the man to cry out in pain, still unable to move, and for Lucy, Happy, Twilight, and Apple Bloom to wince at their friend's action, while Natsu burst out laughing like a maniac!

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Oh, man Rainbow Dash. I thought I had thought of that! You're awesome!" Natsu complimented, wiping a tear with his finger. Rainbow Dash smirked.

"Natsu, I have a feeling that you and I are gonna get along just fine,"

"Heck yeah!" Natsu agreed, fist-pumping the blue pegasus.

"You've got one of those, too, huh, Twilight?" Lucy sweat-dropped. Twilight only nodded.

"You have no idea......"

It was at that moment, that Twilight realized things would not be the same.......

However, now our heroes must now save Flash Sentury, before it's too late..........

Happy: Things are sure getting strange, huh, Natsu?

Natsu: Tell me about it! I can't believe that magical, sparkly, talking horses with wings actually exist! Who knew!?

Twilight: Ya know I'm right here, right? And shouldn't we be worrying on other issues? That dark wizard, Fumio, nearly killed Rainbow Dash! Not to mention we still need to turn him in and save Flash!

Natsu: Alright, geez. Are all unicorn's this bossy, or is it just you?

Twilight *Ignites magic around horn and glares dangerously*: You BETTER take that back, Natsu Dragneel!!!

Happy *cowers in fear* Oh great, now you've made her mad, Natsu!

Natsu *ignites flames in his hands* Oh, you wanna go? Your on! I'm all fired u-WOAH!!!!! *is thrown up to the sky by Twi's magic blast and disappeared out of sight*

Happy *shrugging* He had it coming to him......

*********************************************************************************

The group of wizards and ponies trecked through the thick forest back to the town of Hargeon, bringing back with them Fumio, who was still imprisoned in Twilight's spell, her temporary cage made of violet flames, restricting his movements. Natsu occasionally added a few handfuls of his flames to Twilight, who would then add them to the hovering cage of fire, thus strengthening the cage's hold on the dark Mage. No one spoke as they continued to walk, the only sounds being the distant chirping of birds and the rustling of the grass beneath their feet and hooves. Apple Bloom nervously walked along side her friends, her thoughts consuming her as she warily looked at her surroundings. The filly stopped in her tracks, catching Twilight's and Lucy's attention. The two girls shared a glance before walking back over to the fidgeting crusader.

"Hey, what's wrong Apple Bloom? Why did you stop?" Lucy asked, concerned.

"Yeah, you can tell us. We won't brush you off," Twilight added.

Again, Apple Bloom nervously stiffened, before looking up at the unicorn and celestial Mage with worrisome, red eyes, "I-It's just, w-what if once w-we get b-back t-to that t-town, those guards t-try to t-take us away.........?" She stuttered.

At those words, both Twilight and Lucy stiffened, realizing the pony's concern. Now that she thought about it, Twilight didn't really think of how everyone would react to seeing her, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom again. Considering that they were accused of stealing the town's magic and fleeing the scene before they were captured DID kind of support the idea that they were the ones to blame. The Element of Magic could only pray that once they show Fumio and explain the situation to the authorities that she, Rainbow, Apple Bloom, and Flash Sentry could go free. The mare was snapped out of her thoughts by Lucy's encouraging words, "Don't worry, Apple Bloom. It's going to be fine; we've got the person to truly blame, so you girls and your guard friend should be fine,"

"She's right," came Natsu's voice. Turning to the dragon slayer, Twilight, Lucy, and Apple Bloom watched as Natsu and Happy made their way to the trio, the flame in crested cage hovering along side them. Natsu grinned confidently as he looked at the filly, "You guys are gonna be just fine now that you have us. And if they even try to take any of you, I'll beat them to a pulp! Right Happy?" Natsu asked, looking to the blue exceed.

"Aye, sir!" Happy cheered. Apple Bloom froze for a moment, taking in the boy's words, before she smiled and giggled, glad that she had new friends who had her back. Twilight too smiled, reminded by the promise he made to help save Flash.

"Hey, guys! I can see the town!" yelled Rainbow Dash as she stood at the entrance of the forest, overlooking Hargeon, "Well, what are we waiting for? Come on, let's go get Flash!" with that, Rainbow Dash flew off, determination etched in her voice. Natsu smirked and grabbed Lucy's hand, causing the blond to blush profusely before she was yanked forwards and running alongside Natsu, Happy flying right above them.

Turning her head towards Apple Bloom, Twilight grinned and scooped up the bow-wearing filly and said cheerfully, "ya ready?" Apple Bloom smiled and nodded eagerly as she clutched her small front hooves around Twilight. Seeing as the filly on her back was ready, Twilight reared up and galloped after the rest of their group, Fumio's fire cage trailing behind them. However, unbeknownst to the group of ponies and wizards, Fumio smirked, for he knew that even though he may have been defeated this time, there was still blood that had to be shed......and soon.

***************************************************************************

Flash Sentry sat in one of the dark, musky cells of Hargeon's local jail. there were thick and rusted chains around his legs and his neck, his armor no longer adorning his body protectively, a feeling the stallion had grown quite accustomed to. Flash remembered after Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom fled to the forest earlier that day. Once they were out of sight, he had turned to face the guards who were charging towards him, positioning himself in a fighting stance before he had lunged himself, his spear as his weapon pointed threateningly at the guard he had charged at, ready to strike a blow.

Unfortunately, luck was not on Flash Sentry's side today, because he had been surrounded by an entire fleet of guards, all of whom were just as skilled, if not more so, as himself and the guards back in Canterlot. Nonetheless, the pegasus fought the entire fleet, his furiosity and determination flooding his senses, dodging attacks and throwing blows with the strength and agility of a true Canterlot royal guard! Alas, eventually, the fleet had overpowered him, and the stallion was forced into the cell he finds himself in now, chained to the wall like a wild animal. Flash Sentry cursed under his breath. He was a disgrace. A disgrace to Canterlot, a disgrace to the royal guard, but most importantly, he was a disgrace to all of Equestria. With that thought in mind, the orange pegasus slumped a bit in his spot, his usual stern face giving in slightly.

As if on cue, two Hargeon guards strutted over to the equine's cell, smug smirks plastered upon their faces as they looked down upon the pony on the other side of the bars, no hint sympathy for the downcast stallion. Upon seeing the two-legged creatures smirk at his pitiful self, Flash straightened up and plastered on his stern expression, not willing to allow these men the satisfaction of seeing him in his lowest point. He still was a Canterlot guard and he would be damned if he were to tarnished anymore of a royal guard's honor by allowing arrogant creatures such as these to see him in such a pitiful state.

"Aw, what's wrong, pony? Mad that we beat you too easily?" the tall guard teased in a mocking tone.

"Well, it's no surprise. After all, we ARE two of Hargeon's best! Still, I was hoping for something more exciting coming from you. Oh well, I guess we are just too good of guards to be beaten by a puny horse such as yourself!" the shorter man boasted, snickering arrogantly.

Maintaining his composure, even though the men's words enraged him beyond words, Flash Sentry said, in a dignified and leveled tone, "You do not deserve the title of being guards,"

Stopping abruptly from their laughing, the two guards looked at Flash with shocked and angered expressions, "WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY?!" they both shouted in unison.

Flash remained calm, "You heard me. You two do not deserve to call yourselves local guards or any type of authority," the young pegasus spoke.

"Say's the one who's behind bars because he couldn't win the fight against us!" the tall guard exclaimed, outraged.

"Yeah! You have no right to talk to us as if we are below you, we won in that fight!" the short guard agreed, smirking victoriously.

Flash Sentry could feel his blood boil, yet tried to remain unfazed. These men needed to be taught a lesson, "Being a guard is more than just fighting, you know. You must abide by certain morals, such as protecting the innocent, giving you life if necessary, as well as displaying dignity, honor, loyalty, bravery, and selflessness, but you two? All that you seem to show is your arrogance. If you were true guards, you would be out in the town, defending it's inhabitants, instead of being in front of me, mocking me of your skill. It is for that reason why you two should not be allowed to call yourselves guards," Flash finished with a hard glare in a stern, yet passionate tone.

The said guards stared at the equine with shocked, yet annoyed expressions, red veins popping out of their foreheads. Finally, the tall man charged at the cell doors, ready to fight as he raised his fist in the air, "WHY YOU-!" he yelled in fury.

However, the man never got to do what he wanted to, for at that moment, the large, metal doors the led to the jail chamber exploded off of it's hinges, flying forward towards to the two guards who squealed like little girls, as they too were flung along with the poor door as it came into contact with them both and eventually collided with the stone wall at the end of the chamber! Flash, astounded and shocked, froze when he heard voices coming in the direction the door used to be secured in, "NATSU! Was that really necessary?!" a female voice was heard. However, the stallion's eyes widened to the size of plates when he heard a familiar voice.

"FLASH SENTRY!!!!"

Turning his head around, Flash stifled a gasp as he saw Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom running and flying towards his cell at full speed, relieved and happy expressions on their faces. But what shocked Flash even more were the two humans behind them with what appeared to be a flying blue cat flying beside them, their smiles as big a his companions when they saw him. Only one thought registered in his mind as they approached:

"What did I miss.......?"

***********************************************************************************

When they spotted Flash Sentry in his cell, Twilight was the first one to reach him. Panting slightly, Twilight skidded to a halt in front of the Canterlot guard who, much to her amusement, had a bewildered expression on his face for a split second. That is until he regained his senses and plastered on his usual stern, emotionless, and somewhat cold gaze upon her. Catching her own breath as the others came up alongside her, the gifted unicorn said, "Thank Celestia your okay!" at the comment, Flash scoffed.

"Of course I'm okay. I thought I told you three to run and wait for me! And what are you doing coming here with those HUMANS?!" Flash pointed his hoof towards Natsu and Lucy, who both glared at the ungrateful stallion.

Natsu scrunched down so that he was eye level with the male pony on the other side of the bars, glaring daggers at him, "For your information, 'pal'-" Natsu sneered the word 'pal' in mock friendly-ness, "-Twi, Rainbow, and Apple Bloom wanted to save you, and needed OUR help! So, how about instead of pointing you fin......uh...hoof at us, you thank us!"

Rainbow soon chined into the heated conversation, "Yeah! We risked our skins to come and get you, and this is the thanks we get?! And for your information, their not just humans, their WIZARDS!" at the mention of wizards, Natsu, Lucy, and Happy smiled proudly, feeling quite special.

Flash Sentry didn't even blink, but Natsu and Lucy thought they could see a slight gleam of interest and even a bit of regret in the male pegasus's eyes. With a heavy sigh, the royal guard looked straight at the group's faces, his gaze passing by all of them, before it finally landed on both Natsu and Twilight. For whatever reason he wasn't too sure on, Flash Sentry felt a strange feeling emanating off of the dragon slayer and unicorn. It was almost as if they had an unknown connection to eachother that even they were unaware of. Brushing it off for now, the orange-coated stallion asked in his serious, guard-like tone, "How did you find me?"

At the sudden question, the group of wizards and ponies laughed awkwardly and scratched the backs of their heads nervously, avoiding Flash Sentry's piercing blue eyes before Lucy spoke up, a bit hesitant, "Uh.... well, it's kind of a long story........"

"I can listen," Flash deadpanned.

"Okay well, um......." with that, the celestial spirit Mage began to explain the whole incident.

*Flashback......*

When the group arrived in the town, all eyes fell on the three colorful ponies before the townsfolk charged towards them in fury, some glancing over to the Fairy Tail mages with smiles and saying things such as, "Nice work for catching those BEASTS, Fairy Tail!" or, "We knew we could count on you guys!"

However, much to the citizens shock and confusion, Natsu stood protectively in front of the ponies with fire licking all across his structured body, his eyes giving off a deadly and threatening gleam at anyone who got to close to the mares and filly. Lucy too stood defensively with one of her golden keys in her hand and her magic whip in the other. Even Happy glared menacingly at the bystanders. Twilight, concentrating on the spell that was keeping Fumio at bay in his flaming cage, used every ounce of her strength to conjure up a spell that could create a protective barrier around her and her comrades, while Rainbow Dash flew about three or four feet in the air, ready to attack if necessary. Finally, Natsu spoke, "If any of you lay a finger on any of them, I won't hesitate to burn you to a crisp!" He boomed with determination. The crowd stood in silence, a few people murmuring about what was going on and why the ever so reliable Fairy Tail mages were refusing to hand over the thieves that stole there magic. Moments later, a man with armor similar to that of the town's fleet of guards, calmly walked to the center of the crowd, stopping two feet in front of Natsu who still held his flames at bay with his hand behind his back.

"Fairy Tail, I welcome you to Hargeon, and I see that you have also brought those......creatures...that are responsible for the disappearance of magic. Excellent! Now, if you would kindly hand them ov-" the man was cut off.

"No way in Hell we're letting them go! Their not the ones who stole your magic!" Natsu defended.

The man cocked his head to the side as some onlookers broke out in murmurs, "Well, if they are not the ones who've caused all this trouble upon us, then who is?" the man who Natsu concluded was the head of the local guard asked.

At the question, Twilight approached closer and stood next to Natsu and used her magic to levitate Fumio's fire prison towards the well-composed man, "This wizard is to blame, sir. He had admitted to stealing your town's magic and tried to frame my friends and I. He even tried to kill my friend Rainbow Dash," at the mention of her name, the said pegasus flew on the other side of Natsu and pointed to the large bruise that was forming around her neck, making a few people in the crowd to gasp in horror. The armored man looked to the man in the cage. Twilight, feeling it was now safe to, deactivated her magical flame prison, which released it's grip on Fumio and the flames were sent back to their original owner, Natsu, who slurped up all of the flames as if he were eating spaghetti, much to Twilight', Rainbow Dash's, and Apple Bloom's shock.

"Is this true?" he asked.

Fumio nodded, "Yes," he confirmed. Now completely sure that they had their man, the large, armored man turned to two guards that were with him and instructed them to take Fumio away. However, before the dark Mage was carried away from the crowd, he whispered very quietly so that not even the almighty Salamander could hear him, a spell that was directed to the very man he just confessed to a moment ago, "I take control of thee. Thou shall abide by thy command," Fumio chanted. At that moment, the head of the local guards, stiffened up as his face went completely blank, and his once green eyes took on a crimson red for a split second as he head Fumio's voice in his head, saying in a whispering tone:

".......Kill them........."

Apple Bloom, who had stayed completely silent while standing behind Twilight, felt an uneasiness overcome her senses as she looked towards the armored man who had two of his guards take Fumio away. She didn't understand why, but she felt as though something bad was about to transpire. The filly's suspicions were proven once she saw the eyes of the armored man turn into a shade of red. The crusader's eyes widened in horror once she saw the now red eyed human reach for his sword as he appeared to be in some sort of daze! "LOOK OUT!!!!" the little filly cried out, making her comrades who had turned their heads away for a moment snap their faces in the direction Apple Bloom had referred to, only to see the head of the guards, who previously was about to let them go, flung himself at them, his sword raised over his head as he got towards them!

Everyone in the crowd screamed in shock and horror as the once calm and collected man became savage and blood-thirsty as he flew towards the Fairy Tail mages and their pony companions. Thinking quickly, Twilight conjured up a spell that blasted the rapidly approaching man away from her and her friends. The onlookers soon erupted into a frenzy of panic as they all rushed to their homes and businesses, some even running to the nearest hiding places they could find! The two guards that were supposed to take Fumio to the jail, rushed over to their fallen leader's side, trying to hold him back as he attempted to charge back to the unicorn that had knocked him off his feet, gritting his teeth as he struggled against his own men's grip! Fumio smirked, happy with his handy-work.

"Well, seems my work is done for now," Fumio spoke to no one in particular before he disappeared into thin air, no one paying the least bit of attention to him anymore.

"What's happened to him? He was fine a minute ago!" Lucy said, looking to her comrades for answers.

"Twilight! You the gifted unicorn here! You've got to know what's gotten into him!" Rainbow Dash said frantically as she looked to the said unicorn mare.

"I'm not completely sure, but I think he's under some kind of mind-control spell!" Twilight responded. Apple Bloom shook fearfully from behind her, knowing perfectly well that Fumio was responsible.

"A mind-control spell, huh? Any way to reverse it?" Natsu asked, igniting a flame in his right palm. Twilight shook her head.

"I'm sorry, I don't. The last time I did a spell like that, my mentor had to break it for me. Oh, if only Princess Celestia were here! She'd know what to do!" Twilight exclaimed guiltily, remembering the time she had cast an enchantment on her Smarty-Pants doll, causing almost all of Ponyville to fight just to get it for themselves. It may not exactly have been a mind-control spell, but it certainly messed with everypony's heads to the point of chaos. Finally, with a aggravated shout, the now possessed man flung his two men who had been restraining him to a nearby brick wall, knocking them unconsious.

"Prepare yourselves, Fairy Tail and you beasts, for now, you all shall DIE!!!" the armored man declared with an eerily menacing tone. With that, he threw himself at the mages and ponies once again, his sword raised threateningly, his eyes thirsty for blood! Before Twilight could conjure up another protective sheild around herself and the group, a fire ball hurled itself straight at the descending guard, making impact straight to his face! The said guard was flown a good distance away from them and crashed into a shopping cart! Everyone in the group saw Natsu standing in front of them, facing the direction the man was just knocked over to.

The fire mage smirked and said, "Sorry, pal. Not today,"

Rainow Dash gaped at the young wizard's attack and flew over to him, an amazed expression adorning her features, "That. Was. So. AWESOME!!!! How did you do that!? You think I could learn how to do something like that?" the dare-devil pegasus proclaimed excitedly, making Natsu smirk cockily.

"Maybe once this all said and done, Dash! But first, why don't you say we handle this guy first, eh?" Natsu suggested, gesturing to the said guy that was currently getting up from his spot in the now destroyed food cart. the man ran to them with a furious look upon his face. Rainbow smiled smugly as she beat her hooves together in determination.

"Sounds pretty good to me. Check this out, Pinky!" with that, the sky-blue pegasus mare flew full speed at the man, causing him to stop in his tracks in confusion. Not a second later, Rainbow Dash rammed head-on into his stomach, bringing him along with her as she smashed them both into a building, causing the wall to smash open, allowing an elderly shop owner to be seen, who was trying to protect himself by placing his hands over his head.

"RAINBOW DASH!!!!" Twilight exclaimed angrily at her friend. Honestly, that pegasus can be so reckless!

Rainbow rubbed the back of her head and blushed in embarressment, "Ha ha.....I guess I over did it," she laughed nervously.

"Are you kidding? That was awesome!!!" Natsu defended enthusiastically, walking along with the others over to the flying mare and the now destroyed wall with the elderly citizen and unconscious guard captain.

"Aye, sir! That was soooo cool, Rainbow Dash! Ya think you can teach me how to fly like you? If you did, I bet I can impress Charla and FINALLY get a date!!!!!" Happy practically begged as he imagined Charla seeing him fly at amazing speeds, completely awestruck as she looked up at Happy with wonder in her eyes.

"Oh, Happy! I never knew you could be so fast! Will you ever forgive me on regecting you all those times?" is what the Charla in Happy's imagination pleaded.

"Of couse, Charla! Would you like to go grab a fish?" imaginary Happy, who, in his mind, had the body of a full grown man with muscles huger than his own head, asked confidently as he posed.

"Of course I would, Happy! You are the strongest, handsomess, most fastest cat I've ever met!" imaginary Charla swooned as she blushed and shook her head dreamily.

Back in reality, the real Happy was slouched over in mid air with a dreamy expression on his face, drooling all the while. Lucy gave the exceed a strange, 'are you kidding me?' look and said flatly, "Keep dreaming, cat," Apple Bloom stood beside the celestial wizard and just giggled with her hoof over her mouth at the site of the feline in La La Land. The feeling of a hoof patting on his head is what brought Happy back to reality. Looking up at the source, the exeed saw Rainbow Dash was the one patting him with a small smirk as she tried to repress her laughter.

"Sorry, Haps! But I don't think you'll ever be as fast as me. Afterall, I am the fastest flyer in all of Equestria! With that said, buddy, I bet I can fly circles around you!" Rainbow Dash proclaimed proudly.

Twilight hoof-palmed her face, "Oh, brother....." she sighed.

"Great, a crazy and hot-headed pegasus. What next, a perverted troll.....?" Lucy sweat-dropped. Why did she always run into the ones who wanted a challenge or to pick a fight? the celestial mage reached the conclusion that she was cursed.

"WHAA!!! Natsu, Rainbow's so mean!" Happy whinned to his adopted father as he flew away with tears swelling out of his eyes.

Rainbow rolled her eyes, "I'm just stating the truth,"

"Pfff, please. Happy would totally outfly you, Spinkles," Natsu commented some-what bored. At the nickname, 'Spinkles' zoomed in on the dragon slayer's face and glarred dangerously at him, a glare he instintly returned.

"What'd you say, pinky?" Rainbow Dash asked menacingly.

"For the last time, it's salmon, not pink!" Natsu retorted, annoyed.

"Uh.......Lucy? Is Natsu always like this?" Apple Bloom asked the blond, sweat-dropping as the dragon slayer and pegasus argued.

"Yeah, but you get used to it. Once you see Fairy Tail, this will seem like child's play," Lucy answered nonchalantly as they saw Natsu throwing flamed punches at Rainbow Dash, who easily dodged them and retaliated by throwing her own punches and kicks at the young man.

"Us? Fairy Tail? What's that?" Apple Bloom asked curiously.

Lucy smiled, "It's the guild Natsu, Happy, and I are in. It's alot to explain, so I'll tell you later," Lucy said, to which Apple Bloom nodded.

"ENOUGH!!!" Twilight yelled as she shoved Natsu and Dash away from eachother with her magic, irratation and annoyance clear on her features, "If you've forgotten, we still have to rescue Flash Sentry if you don't mind!" the unicorn continued with a ominous aroura around her, causing both Rainbow Dash and Natsu to shudder in fear.

"Great, another Erza......" Natsu thought as he trembled next to Rainbow Dash.

"Now, let's go get Flash," Twilight stated, everyone following her as she led the way.

Apple Bloom was about to follow when she was suddenly grabbed and scooped up forcibly, making her shriek in both fear and shock, "AAHHH!!!" once the scream left the young filly's mouth, the group of fairies and ponies turned abruptly and saw, dumbfounded and horrified, the once unconscious guard captain was now fully awake and was clutching onto Apple Bloom with his arm and was holding his sword by him threateningly as he sneered at the group. Twilight could feel her heart stop and for a moment, she felt dizzy. Natsu, however, only felt rage and, if he was being honest, fear as he saw the terrified expression the the Cutie Mark Crusader was throwing them. He felt his flames shooting into the palms of his hands as he glared sinisterly at the man.

"Let her GO!!!" he demanded.

The man nearly smirked as he raised the sword closer to Apple Bloom's cheek, causing her breath to get caught in her throat, "Only if you come with me, or else your little friend will become dinner!" to emphasize his point, the man slid the sword across her cheek, causing her to gasp in pain and for a trail of crimson blood to flow down her face, leaving blood left over on his sword as he licked some of it off the blade and smile sadistically at the wizards and equines. The group grimaced at the disgusting display before Rainbow Dash charged, Natsu closed behind her in flames in his palms, ready to blow the man to the moon!

However, they never got the chance as the man flicked his hand that held his weapon and sent both the fire mage and the mare thrown back to Happy, Lucy, and Twilight, "Natsu! Rainbow Dash!" all three shouted in unison.

The man smirked evily, "Try to attack and she dies!" he announced as he drew his sword closer to the filly, who was now crying and sobbing. Twilight felt cornered; they couldn't attack him, or else he'd surley kill Apple Bloom. If they went with him, then they would pratically be signing their death satificates. At that moment, a lightbulb went off in her head! It might not work, the guard captain could still overpower her, but it was worth a shot. Walking closer to the man, catching everyone's attention, the mare simply bowed in surrender, her companion's stared in asonishment at the action.

"We surrender," she said simply.

"Twilight, what are you doing?" Rainbow Dash asked in shock.

"No, Twilight!" Lucy begged.

"Are you insane!?" Happy asked.

"What the Hell....?" Natsu asked, completely confused.

Twilight ignored them and continued, "Only if you let her go," she finished. The male hesitated for a moment, before he obliged and blantly dropped the filly on the concrete ground, landing on her bum. Apple Bloom ran to Twilight and hugged her gratefully, to which the Element of Magic gladly accepted.

Letting go of Twilight, the young farm pony ran over to Lucy, Rainbow Dash, and Happy, who all gathered around her making sure she was okay, "Are you okay?" Lucy asked worridly, which Apple Bloom nodded, still a bit shaken. Once the young pony was released from his grasp, the armored man looked back at Twilight, who had her head bowed in submission.

"Seems it's time for you and your companions to hold your end of the bargain, eh, beast?" he asked with a smirk.

At that moment, Twilight's horn started to glow it's bright pink aurora, catching everyone's attention. Raising her head up to look the possessed guard captain in the eye, she saw the man step back a few feet away from her in shock. Using her magic to strengthen her spell, a stream of violet light incased itself around her and the man, trapping them in it's grasp, before it morphed into a ball and zoomed straight up, taking both pony and man with it! Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Apple Bloom, and Rainbow Dash ran to where they friend once was, looking up to the sky where the violet ball of magic had taken them.

"What just happened?" Lucy asked, Apple Bloom in her arms.

"I don't know, but I ain't gonna wait here to find out. Happy! Give me a lift!" Natsu ordered.

"Aye, sir!" the exceed complied, lifting up the dragon slayer and flying in the direction his friend went off to.

"Don't even think I'm staying here, either! Wait up!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed before taking off after Natsu and Happy, leaving bhind her a rainbow trail.

"What now, Lucy?" Apple Bloom asked.

"I think we should start trying to look for your friend," putting Apple Bloom down, the celestial mage and Cutie Mark Crusader ran through the streets of Hargeon in pursuit of Flash Sentry.

Meanwhile with Twilight, her magic ball served as a floating cage that kept herself and her opponent secure within itself. It was a spell she had just recently mastered. However, the spell would only last a few minutes, so the unicorn knew that she had to use her time wisely and get back to the ground before her magical ball popped. Currently, the young mare stood in a fighting stance on one side of the ball, while her enemy stood in the opposite direction, anger adorning his features as he said, "You monster! I should have never believed you! What is this sorcery?" he demanded.

"I'm sorry, but I couldn't allow you to harm my friend!" Twilight replied. At that, the man before Twilight began to lung himself and throwing his sword straight at the young equine, who vanished before he could even strike a blow. Landing on the surface of their little magic bubble, the man looked behind him to see the unicorn was now in the spot he was in just a moment ago. With pleading eyes, Twilight continued, "Please! This isn't you! You are under an enchantment, sir! You've got to snap out of it!" but Twilight's pleads were proven futile as the man came at her again, his cold eyes holding no trace of humanity as he came closer to the Element of Magic! Before Twilight could put up a force field to protect herself from the blow, the man's sword caught her chest, slicing through her skin and allowing a little bit of blood to leak through! Twilight cried out in pain and examined the wound. It wasn't fatal or severe, but it still stung. Gritting her teeth, Twilight realized that her opponent would have to be defeated by force, seeing as she could not undo the spell that was placed upon him. Even so, she didn't want to hurt him, seeing as he couldn't control his actions.

Conjuring up her magic once again, Twilight shot a beam of magenta at the man, who shielded himself with his sword, yet still being dragged back forcibly to the curved wall of the magic ball that kept them descended three thousand feet in the air. Growling, the armored captain rushed to pony and swung his sword at Twilight again, who dodged it this time by jumping over his head in what seemed like slow motion. When she landed gracefully on her hooves, Twilight used her magic to create a violet boomerang before she threw at the man. the boomerang flew past him, making him smirk at the mare's lack of aim. That is until the same boomerang turned and came straight at the back of his head and hit him with great force, causing him to gasp in surprise and tumble to the surface of the magic ball.

Their fight continued on like this, Twilight shooting every defense spell she could conjure, shooting spells from her magic blasts to her magic boomerangs. Twilight had to admit, she didn't know a lot of combat spells; all she ever really had to use were her magic blasts, telekinesis, or the Elements of Harmony, but since she didn't have her crown or her Ponyville friends, save Rainbow Dash, who were the bearers of the Elements of Harmony alongside herself, her only real options were either her magic blasts or her magical boomerangs. Even with those, it wasn't enough to defeat her opponent. What was worse? Her magic ball that kept them both secure in the sky was slowly fading with each passing moment!

The unicorn and guard were out of breath as they starred at each other. They had been throwing magic blasts, boomerangs, swords, and knives so much that they had resorted to throwing kicks and punches. Twilight did her best to avoid hurting the man too bad, but he was relentless; he kept going at her with his sword or dagger that she had no choice but to kick him where the sun did not shine, which proved very effective when he grabbed where it hurt and fell over whimpering in pain. Now here they stood, both battered, scrapped, bruised, and bleeding, starring at each other, debating who should throw the next hit. A call from bellow them snapped them out of their little stare match. Looking down, Twilights eyes widened when she saw Rainbow Dash, Happy, and Natsu flying straight at them from bellow, battle faces ready. Natsu ignited his fist as he was lifted by Happy when he came closer to the fading magic ball.

Before Twilight could open her mouth to ask them what they were doing, her magical ball faded completely from under her, causing herself and the guard captain to fall out of the sky! Both screamed as gravity accelerated their speed as they plummeted to the ground, "Hold on, Twilight!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed as she zoomed over to her falling companion and catching her from under her arms. Natsu and Happy were trying to get to the falling man as he continued to get closer to the earth, but it was too late. The man collided with the hard concrete with a huge bang, making the concrete road bellow him to crumble and break from the impact.

As the group landed safely on the ground, they rushed over to the fallen guard captain, crouching down beside him as to make sure he was alright, "Is he okay?" Twilight and Rainbow Dash asked. Natsu felt for a pulse, letting out a breath of relief as he found one.

"Yeah, he's alright. Just a little beat up is all. He'll make it," the fire mage responded.

"Twilight, what were you thinking? Conjuring up that ball of magic and fighting him by yourself! And to do it three thousand feet in the air!" Rainbow Dash scolded her unicorn friend accusingly. She couldn't believe that Twilight, the most reasonable mare she knew, decided to do something so reckless like conjuring up the spell and taking on the man on her own in the middle of the sky. It seemed more like something she, herself would do, not Twilight. Seeing the mare's cuts and bruises from her fight only made the rainbow-mane mare even more concerned. Twilight looked down in shame.

"I'm sorry, Rainbow Dash, but I had to. He threatened to kill Apple Bloom, and I thought that if I could face him alone then I could somehow snap him out of his enchantment, but it didn't work. I conjured that magic ball to send us both to the sky so that you guy's wouldn't get hurt. I'm sorry," Twilight's voice was defeated. She was too exhausted from her fight against the possessed guard captain.

"Hey, there's no need to beat yourself up over it. You did what you thought was best, but ya know what? There's no shame in needing help, alright? With that said, WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE ME UP THERE WITH YOU, I COULD HAVE TOTALLY TAKEN THAT GUY WITH MY HANDS BEHIND MY BACK!!!!!!" Natsu proclaimed angrily as he pumped up his fists and blew some fire out of his mouth, Happy sweat dropping at the sight.

"That's Natsu for you; always wanting to be in the fight," Happy shrugged, causing Twilight and Rainbow Dash to roll their eyes and giggle lightly. They had already gotten accustomed to the two's antics. A soft groan tore the four's attention to the man on the destroyed ground. He mumbled something that Happy, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash couldn't make out what it was. Luckily, Natsu could somewhat make out what it was the male was saying, "...Magic's fire...?" Natsu whispered, repeating what he had heard. Twilight cocked her head to the side as she looked to the dragon slayer in confusion?

"Something wrong, Natsu?" she asked, drawing Rainbow and Happy's attention as well.

Natsu shook his head, "It's what he said, 'Magic's fire'.....have any of you heard about that before?" he asked, to which his three comrades merely shook their heads.

"Twilight, your the magic expert here. Do you know what it means?" Rainbow Dash asked.

Twilight shook her head somewhat distractedly, as she was deep in thought, "I don't think so. However, I get the strange feeling that I've heard about it before, but I can't put my hoof on it. I'll let you know if it comes to me," Twilight responded, tapping her hoof to her chin as she racked her brain for an answer.

"Well, let's worry about that later. Right now let's get Lucy and Apple Bloom and find your friend," Natsu concluded as he stood up.

"Hey, where are Lucy and Apple Bloom, anyway?" Happy asked. To answer his question, they all heard a female voice calling out to them. Turning around, Natsu, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Happy saw the two girls they were talking about.

"Where did you run off to?" Natsu asked as Lucy and Apple Bloom approached.

"We found the local jail. Apple Bloom and I think that Flash might be there. Come on!" Lucy gestured with her hand as she ran off in the direction she and Apple Bloom just came from, the others following close behind. A low moan made Apple Bloom stop abruptly in her tracks. Looking behind her, she saw the guard slowly start to regain consciousness.

Looking around frantically, the filly saw an apple cart not too far from her. How convenient? Smirking mischievously, Apple Bloom galloped over to the cart, climbing onto it, taking a few apples in her hooves, and throwing them at the recovering man, making her friends turn around to see what she was doing, "This is for my friends, ya big bully!" taking a particularly hard apple, and I meanhard apple, Apple Bloom kicked it with amazing force for her small body and hit the man straight in his noggin before he could do anything to stop the forbidden fruit. Once the object made impact with his head, he fell back once more and was, again, unconscious. Crossing her hooves in satisfaction, Apple Bloom smiled triumphantly, "Show's you to mess with a member of the Apple Family and her friends," cheers from Natsu, Lucy, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Happy made Apple Bloom look over to see them run to her with proud smiles on their faces.

Natsu got to her first, as he scooped her up and out of the apple cart and held her as he smiled his trademark grin, "Nice job, Apple Bloom! You sure showed him!" he congratulated the filly.

"Wait until AJ hears about this! She would be proud!" Rainbow Dash continued.

"Great job, Apple Bloom!" Twilight went on to cheer.

"Your pretty tough! You know that, Apple Bloom!" Lucy cheered.

"I'd say you've earned a fish!" Happy proclaimed proudly, obviously not giving up on his fish obsession anytime soon.

Apple Bloom blushed at all her friends claims, before a light bulb went off in her head, "Hey! Maybe I'll get my cutie mark at apple throwing and tossing!" this response only caused Twilight and Rainbow Dash to roll their eyes and for Natsu, Happy, and Lucy to exchange looks of confusion before shrugging it off for now. There would be time for questions later.

"Okay, so what do we do with him?" Lucy asked, gesturing to the once again unconscious man.

"I suppose we take him with us to the jail. It's not safe to leave him out in the open like this," Twilight responded.

"Alright, I guess I'll carry him," Natsu lazily said as he put down Apple Bloom and slung the unconscious guard over his shoulder, "Alright, let's go," with that the group FINALLY took off down the street on their way to the Hargeon jail.

*End of Flashback.......*

"So there you have it. That's how we found you," Lucy finished. Flash Sentry rose an eyebrow as a reply.

"Well then, that does sound quite thrilling, now what's the real story?" Flash deadpanned.

Rainbow Dash and Natsu's jaws practically dropped when he said that, "ARE YOU KIDDING, ME!!!!!!" they shouted in unison.

Twilight stepped up to the Canterlot guard's cell, wincing slightly from an injury on her right leg, "Flash Sentry, I understand if it is a bit hard to believe, but know that we are telling you the truth. You don't have to believe us, but please allow us to save you," she begged.

"You still haven't told me how you know THEM!!!" Flash gestured towards Natsu, Lucy, and Happy. Natsu couldn't help but want to punch some sense into the ungrateful stallion, but for some reason when Lucy squeezed her hand with his, he calmed down immediately. the blond girl had that effect on him.

This time, it was Apple Bloom who answered, "We can explain everything on the way, Mr. Flash Sentry, but first we need to get out of here," she reasoned. Flash Sentry was about to retort back, but given his current predicament, he knew that the filly had a point. Sighing, he stepped back. "I suppose you have a point there. Alright, I'll go with you, but I expect a full explanation as to how to all know each other, am I clear?" Flash asked sternly. Everyone nodded at that before Twilight stepped up to the cell door and used her magic to make a key and opened the lock. Once the orange-coated stallion stepped out of his cell, Twilight engulfed in in a warm hug, catching him and everyone's surprise. It had been a long time since he had been given an affectionate hug, and by a pony who he's barely known for a full day, no less. However, it did allow him to see Twilight's injuries more clearly, and he'd be lying if he said he wasn't concerned.

Once the hug was over, the two ponies pulled away, "Well, I'll go get that guy that's in the lobby and put 'em in Flash's cell," Natsu said. When Flash Sentry heard that Natsu used only his first name, a red vein appeared on his forehead.

"My name's not 'Flash', it's 'Flash Sentry' to you," the orange pegasus said in a slightly aggravated tone.

"Okay, okay, geez! No need to get you feather's in a twist," Natsu said before going back in the lobby to retrieve the unconscious man, Happy following after him. Flash simply huffed before regaining his composure.

A moment later, Natsu came back, dragging the armored guard captain by the back of his armored neck collar and putting him in the jail cell that was once occupied by Flash Sentry. Shutting and locking the door, the pyromaniac turned to his companions, "Well. I'd say it's about time we get back! Come on!" with that, the group of ponies and wizards ran out of the jail and through the streets of Hargeon.

"Back? Where are we going?" Twilight asked, Apple Bloom secure upon her back as she galloped across the streets.

"Yeah? Where are we headed, Pinky?" Rainbow Dash asked, just as curious.

"I too would like to know," Flash Sentry chinned in.

Still running, Natsu turned his head and smiled his toothy grin at his new pony companions as he said cheerily, "To Fairy Tail!"

"Please forgive me, sir. Things became complicated. There were these strange creatures and the Fairy Tail wizards that got in the way a-"

"SILENCE!!!" a man who's face was shadowed demanded, causing Fumio to stop abruptly in his talking, "I do not care to hear of your failure, Fumio. You failed me, you better hope I take mercy upon you, or else you can say goodbye to your pitiful little life!" the man in the shadows threatens, sending a chill through Fumio's spine.

"Y-yes, s-sir. I-it won't happen again, sir," Fumio cursed himself for stuttering.

"Good. Now, be gone! I need time alone," the man commanded.

"Yes, sir," with that, Fumio bowed and exited the room, leaving the other man alone,

"So, it seems that those pitiful Equestrian ponies have made it to Earthland , have they?" turning to the window, the man looked across the vast landscape.

"Fine then. I'll play your little game.....Celestia,"

Welcome to Fairy Tail!

Lucy: Previously, on "Magic's Fire"...........

Happy: After meeting the ponies and capturing Fumio, things were starting to be looking up for us!

Rainbow Dash: Yeah, before that feather-brain of a dark wizard cursed that guard captain and made him go all insane, blood-thirsty psychopath on us! Twilight STILL has some cuts from fighting him! But I knew she'd beat 'em! When it comes down to it, Twilight's egg-head magic is a real force not to mess with!

Lucy: EKK!!! I really don't want to think about what she could do with all that magic power!

Apple Bloom: On the bright side, we saved Mr.Flash Sentry and we were all okay in the end!

Lucy: Yeah! Now it's off to Fairy Tail!

Happy: Aye, sir!

Rainbow Dash and Apple Bloom: What's Fairy Tail?

****************************************************************************

The group of mages and ponies sat in one of the booths of the train as they made their way back to Magnolia. As usual, Natsu was slouched over in his spot as the movement of the train made his usually tan face a sickly green, trying not to barf up all the contents in his stomach. Twilight might have found it humorous to see the once reckless and head-strong dragon slayer reduced to a pitiful state if it weren't for the weird looks she, Rainbow, Apple Bloom, and Flash were receiving by the other passengers around them. Twilight never felt comfortable when ponies were looking at her to begin with, so to have beings of whom were thought to just be make-believe creatures starring at you as if you were the make-believe creature was more than uncomfortable, to say the least. Said passengers were sneaking glances at the equines with shock, confusion, and wonder clear upon their faces, young and old. Twilight could hear a little girl not too far away from their booth whisper to her mother, "Mommy, look! I told you unicorns and Pegasus exist! Can I have one?" Twilight sweat-dropped at the comment, and judging by the uncomfortable shifting and glances she saw from her fellow ponies, the young unicorn knew that they too felt unsure and out of place just as much as she did. Even Flash Sentry, who was standing in his stiff-like guard position was looking around with uneasiness swimming in his eyes. During his time in training, the stallion had been instructed how to react to a certain situation, but this was definitely not one of those situations.

Breaking the heavy silence in the air, Lucy spoke up, "So.......now that we're able to talk without crazy guards and wizards coming after us, would it be okay if I asked how you guys got caught up back in that little....incident back there?" she asked. This question caught all the ponies attention, making them all squirm a little in their spots, especially Apple Bloom. The little filly still felt guilty for ever going near that gem back in Canterlot; if she hadn't been so drawn to the object, then none of this would have happened. Then again, she was also glad that she had found the trinket, because now she had three new and special friends. Still, Apple Bloom couldn't help but wander how her family was going to react once they realized she was missing. No doubt they'd be worried sick about her, especially Apple Jack. The Cutie Mark Crusader also wandered how Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo would take the news of her absence.

"Aw, man! Apple Bloom went on an adventure with Rainbow Dash without me? Lucky!" Apple Bloom heard the young Pegasus say in her head, making her giggle.

Twilight one the other hoof, was unsure where to start. I mean, how do you tell somebody that you come from a different dimension and was brought the their world by a magical gem? Then again, she WAS a creature who, judging by people's reactions whenever they saw the four ponies, was considered to be straight out of a storybook, she supposed that being from a different dimension wasn't so farfetched. Just as she was about to open her mouth, a gold hoof shoe covered it for her, stopping her from speaking. Flash's voice responded instead, "Excuse us for a moment, miss...?" the stallion trailed off, forgetting what he should call the stellar mage.

"Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia," Lucy finished for him, making him nod.

"Miss Heartfilia. We won't be long," he concluded before taking his hoof away from Twilight's mouth and walking down the aisle, the Element of Magic following close behind him.

Once the two ponies were out of sight, Rainbow Dash crossed her front hooves and starred blankly at Lucy and Happy, "......'Sup....." was all she said.

Walking close behind the Canterlot Guard and ignoring the looks she got from the bystanders who looked at the two in awe, both stallion and mare made it to the next train cart that was, thankfully, empty. Now they could talk in peace without the constant stares they've been getting all day. Turning to face the unicorn, Flash Sentry gave her an intense, stern, and somewhat critical glare; the same one she and her friends received when they first met him, "Why were you about to tell that human about where we come from? Have you forgotten that they are strange creatures who we've just met today? We don't know them, so we can't trust them!" Flash proclaimed sternly. Twilight took a step back. She understood where the orange Pegasus was coming from, and as much as she hated to admit it, he did have a bit of a point.

After all, she did just meet Natsu, Lucy, and Happy today, so it wasn't like she knew much of their backgrounds. However, she felt she could trust them; they DID help her, Rainbow, and Apple Bloom out when Fumio showed up and did protect them when they arrived back to Hargeon from everyone who tried to catch them, especially that possessed guard captain. Not to mention that they helped tremendously in rescuing Flash Sentry. Twilight also sensed the trio's magic power, and didn't pick up on any dark or black magic. As crazy as it sounded, Twilight felt that she and her fellow ponies were destined to meet the three wizards. With that thought in mind, Twilight snapped out of her reverie with newfound courage and confidence to speak up for her human friends behalves. Upon seeing her determined expression, Flash was taken aback by her intense and strong gaze.

"I understand where you are coming from, Flash Sentry, and you have every right to be skeptical of Natsu, Lucy, and Happy," pausing in her words, Twilight took a breath like Cadence showed her, then continued, "However, they have gained our trust by saving and helping us throughout the entire day. If they wanted to harm us, or do something to us, they would have, but they didn't. I felt their magic energy, Flash Sentry, and it was not in anyway dark. They even helped to rescue you. In my book, we can trust them enough to tell them where we come from," Twilight finished. She watched as Flash thought over words, contemplating what she had said. The guard heaved a sigh.

"I suppose you are right Twilight Sparkle. I suppose we can share with them our origins, BUT they have to tell us about this 'Fairy Tail' place they speak of first, and I believe that we should wait for that Natsu fellow to get over his....condition before we tell them. He has a right to know," Flash reasoned, to which Twilight nodded in agreement. Turning around to trot out of the train cart, Twilight was about to turn the handle when a sudden, "Wait!" from Flash Sentry made her turn back in his direction in confusion.

"What is it?" Twilight asked, cocking her head to the side. The sudden outburst left her stunned, especially since it came out of the usually calm, stern, emotionless Pegasus. It shocked her even more when she saw the very stallion look to the ground sheepishly while rubbing the back of his neck with his hoof. Looking back up at the unicorn, he sighed.

"I um...just wanted to say Thank You for helping me get out of that jail, Twilight Sparkle. You could have just left me there, but you didn't, so I just wanted to let you know that I'm grateful. Thank You, Twilight Sparkle," he explained as steadily and formally as he could. Twilight's face softened and she walked over to the slightly taller pony and hugged him, causing his expression to turn into one of shock and freeze in his spot. It was his second hug that day and he'll be honest, it caught him off guard. He would never admit it, but there was a small part of him that actually liked the kind gesture. Before he could react, Twilight pulled away and smiled softly up at him.

"First off, you don't have to always have to be formal and call me by my full name. Just Twilight or Twi will do just fine. Secondly, there's no need to thank us for saving you. Your our friend, and we'd do anything for our friends," Twilight responded

Flash's eyes widened slightly at the word 'friend'. It had been a while since he had one, and he couldn't help but asked stiffly, "F-friend?"

Twilight nodded and smiled, "Of course!" she said cheerily.

"It's been a while since I've had one....." the guard said solemnly, forgetting to keep his stern and calm composure in check for once. A comforting hoof made it's way on his shoulder and he turned to see Twilight smiling at him encouraging.

"Well, you do now, and whether you like it or not, we're not going to leave you in a prison cell," Twilight concluded, before trotting out of the train cart, leaving Flash to stare at where she exited. He couldn't help the small smile the graced his muzzle, before he shook his head as if to clear his thoughts. He couldn't allow himself to open up to anyone, at least not yet. He couldn't become vulnerable. The last time he did, he got burned, badly. Even so, at that moment, Flash Sentry vowed to protect Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom from the dangers of this new world. And maybe, just maybe, he could learn how to trust again.

*************************************************************************************

When the Twilight made it back to their booth, she simply ignored the nonstop stares she received as she passed. Once she was seated, Twilight looked over to Happy, who was trying to suppress his chuckles by covering his mouth with his small paws. Looking over at Rainbow Dash, she could also tell the sky blue Pegasus was trying to keep the suggestive smirk off her lips. Raising an eyebrow, Twilight looked to Lucy and asked, "What's so funny?" Lucy simply rolled her eyes and smiled softly, lightly playing with Natsu's pink locks as he laid his head on her lap, trying to go to sleep for the rest of the torturous ride back to Magnolia.

"Happy was just commenting on what you and Flash Sentry were doing that required privacy. Nothing much, just him being his stupid, cat self. I guess Rainbow found it interesting, too, seeing as I literally had to hold her back by the tail from going over and barging in on you two," the blond teen explained, sending a dark glare over to the previously mentioned pony, who sweat-dropped nervously.

Trying to ignore the scary blond, Rainbow Dash slid over in the booth so that she was sitting next to the Element of Magic, a sly smile making it's way upon her lips, "So, what DID go on while you were alone with Flash?" she asked.

"Oh, things are getting steamy!!!" Happy chinned in, hearts bulging out of his eyes as drool made it's way down his chin.

Twilight, after a moment of thinking over her companion's words, was struck with shock as she realized what the blue Pegasus and exceed meant. Feeling her face heating up from embarrassment, Twilight soon covered Apple Bloom's ears with her hooves, not wanting the little filly's young mind be tainted by the meaning of her friends words, "Rainbow! Happy! Keep it down. We have a filly here, and before you continue, you should know that that's NOT what we were talking about!" the unicorn mare clarified, her blush still adorning her cheeks.

"Talking about what?" a gruff voice spoke up, causing everyone, save Natsu, who felt like he was going to die at any moment, to jump slightly in surprise and turn their heads to see the very stallion they were just discussing, walking back over to the booth and stare at them sternly, yet questioningly.

Twilight gulped slightly, before answering, "A-about what w-we were t-talking about in t-the other ca-cart.....~" Twilight inwardly cursed herself for stuttering.

"Uh, Twilight? You can let go of my ears now," Apple Bloom interrupted awkwardly, as the mare's hooves were still plugging her ears without even realizing it. Still feeling embarrassed, Twilight frantically removed her hooves away from the bow-wearing filly and scratched the back of her head sheepishly.

"Oh sorry about that Apple Bloom.....I forgot," the horned-equine laughed shyly.

"Sooo......can I ask what you guys are doing here and where you came from? Sorry if that sounds rude! It's just that....well...." Lucy trailed off, unsure how to tell the ponies that they were thought to be fairy tales in her world. Twilight seemed to understand, and looked over to Flash as he nodded in encouragement. It was now or never.

"Well, that's actually sort of what Flash Sentry and I were discussing in the other train cart, and don't worry about it; we already know that we are not common inhabitance of your world, just as you aren't common where we come from," at Twilight's words, Lucy and Happy starred at the unicorn, dumbfounded. Lucy couldn't help but find it interesting on how that worked. So, did that mean that humans were thought to be myths just as the ponies kind were thought to be in her world? Interesting...... After their brief pause, Twilight continued, "However, Flash and I have also agreed that if we are to be staying in this world for a while with you, then we want to know what you three were talking about in terms of this 'Fairy Tail' that you were referring to earlier. Once you give us information like that, we will tell you guys what you want to know. Sound fair?" Twilight negotiated in a business-like tone.

Apple Bloom perked up at the term 'Fairy Tail', for she remembered Lucy mentioning it before they headed off to find Flash, "Oh yeah! Lucy, ya'll said you would tell me about Fairy Tail when we got the chance, remember? Ya'll said it was a guild of some kind!" the crusader reminded the celestial mage, causing the other ponies to perk up their ears in interest and look to Lucy expectantly.

"Guild......?" Rainbow questioned.

Thinking for a moment, Lucy decided that it was only fair to answer their questions, "Well, Fairy Tail is the wizard guild that me, Natsu, and Happy belong to....." with that, the girl began to tell the ponies everything she knew about Fairy Tail, from it's purpose to it's popularity, but most importantly on how it was like one big family. She told them about her guild mates like Mirajane, Erza, Gray, Wendy, Charla, Levy, Cana, Gajeel, and so forth. She described on how the Master was like the father of the place, referring to the members as his 'children', but Lucy even told the equines, who were listening intently, about how she met Natsu and how he brought her to the guild and that he was a dragon slayer. Lucy didn't fail to mention some of the adventures she and her friends had gone on. By the time she was done explaining everything, the ponies, except Flash who was trying and failing to seem uninterested in the girl's passionate discussion of her beloved guild, practically had their jaws dropped to the floor and their eyes bulging out of their heads. Silence hovered around the group of Fairies and ponies for a few moments, before Rainbow Dash decided to break it.

"That. Is. So. AWESOME!!!!!!!" she cheered, becoming the starting point of Lucy being bombarded by questions and comments from the ponies, except Flash, who only starred in awe at the information he had just gotten.

"So, you all go on jobs!?" Twilight asked eagerly, her excited expression invading Lucy's own space.

"Everyone is a wizard there!?" Rainbow Dash asked enthusiastically.

"Does that cutie mark thing on your hand symbolize that your a wizard from Fairy Tail!?" Apple Bloom asked as her red eyes shown with wonder and awe.

"So you guys get to beat up monsters all the time and even get into fights and parties at the guild!? That's AWESOME!!!!" Dash continued.

"Do fairies even have tails? Hm, I wonder......" Twilight thought out loud, curious as to why the place is called 'Fairy Tail'.

Lucy, Happy, and the still ill Natsu felt cornered by the small space they were now trapped because of the two mare's and filly; Lucy and Happy because they didn't know how to answer all of their questions at once, and Natsu because of the claustrophobic feeling was setting into his body, which did not help at all with his motion sickness. As if knowing how they were feeling, Flash Sentry snapped out of his daze and went over to the rest of his companions and pushed the three female ponies away from the trio of wizards, "Okay, you three. I understand that this news is.....interesting, to say the least, but let's give these mages some space, especially that pink-haired fellow," the stallion reasoned, which made Lucy and Happy send him a silent "Thank you", which he simply nodded in acknowledgement.

"It's.......not....pink....y-you j-jerk...it's.....s-salmon......" Natsu managed to say between gags as his stomach churned along with the movement of the locomotive, causing Lucy to stroke his pointed locks comfortingly, which helped him relax a bit. The said jerk simply ignored the weak insult before finding his place back beside the booth the rest of the ponies sat at.

"So, you said Natsu was a dragon slayer? So he slays dragons?" Twilight asked curiously.

Lucy nodded, not stopping in playing with Natsu's hair, "He's a Fire Dragon Slayer, so that's why you saw him fight with his flames without them hurting him," she answered.

"His dad taught him how to use it. His name's Igneel, and he taught Natsu everything he knows!" Happy contributed enthusiastically.

"I want to meet this 'Igneel' guy. What's he like?" Rainbow Dash asked, already imagining meeting him and learning how to shoot fire out of her bare hooves. The very thought got her pumped to meet him.

"Well, according to Natsu, Igneel is a full-fledged dragon," Lucy said nonchalantly, as if it was common knowledge.

"A DRAGON!!!!????" Twilight, Apple Bloom, Rainbow Dash, and even Flash Sentry shouted, making all eyes from the other passengers land once again upon them, startled by their outburst.

"Yeah, don't you guys have dragons from where you come from?" Happy asked, raising a brow.

Rainbow Dash grinned widely, "'course we do! As a matter of fact, our friend is a dragon! Twilight hatched him when he was an egg and has been raising him ever since!" she explained, catching Lucy and Happy's, and even Natsu's attention, his motion sickness forgotten for the moment.

"DASH!!!!!" Twilight shouted.

"What? I'm just telling them about Spike," Rainbow Dash countered.

"Y-you....raised a.....dragon......?" Natsu asked, still slightly green. Twilight nodded bashfully.

"Y-yeah. I hatched him when I was a filly, becoming my number 1 assistant whenever I need help.....He's also like my little brother......" Twilight smiled fondly as an image flashed into her mind of her little, baby dragon. She hoped he was okay; knowing him though, he was probably trying not to have a panic attack from worry, but she knew he was probably staying with one of her other friends in Ponyville, most likely Rarity. Natsu meanwhile, was barely able to manage the small smile that crossed his lips, though it came out as more of a grimace. He made a mental note to talk to Twilight more about the subject of dragons. Maybe she knew something on Igneel's whereabouts and he could finally be reunited with his father! Laying his head back down on his partner's lap, he immediately felt somewhat better. Natsu didn't know why, but Lucy always seemed to calm his motion sickness down right when he laid down upon her lap. It was never like that whenever Erza punched him in the gut to make him lye down on her lap; Lucy was a different story. The way she ran her fingers through his hair made him feel as light as a feather, and he would always get a weird fluttering in his chest whenever he looked up at her face. He blamed it on his stomach aches, but it actually felt rather pleasing, like he didn't want the sensation to subside. the pyromaniac just figured it was because Lucy was weird, so it made him feel weird.

Apple Bloom, being the ever most observant filly she is, took notice of the fire mage's comfort when he laid back down on the blond's lap. It seemed their relationship was more intimate for them to be just friends. She had to admit, they did look cute together, "So, how long have you and Natsu been going out, Lucy?" the words slipped out of her mouth before she could even stop herself. Needless to say, this caught Lucy's and everyone else's attention, save Natsu, who was able to close his eyes and sleep, hopefully for the rest of the journey back.

"H-huh....!?" Lucy gasped, looking at the filly as if she had grown a second head, while a light blush coated her cheeks.

"Well...isn't Natsu your stallion-I mean, boyfriend or somethin'?" Apple Bloom asked innocently. Happy was silently chuckling along with Rainbow Dash as the two tried to keep the inevitable tears from leaking out of their eyes. Twilight looked rather shocked that Apple Bloom would ask such a personal question, while Flash looked indifferent, cocking an eyebrow in Lucy's direction, as if awaiting her reply. Speaking of Lucy, the stellar mage felt her face rising in temperature a hundred degrees as her steam was coming out of her ears. Where in Earth-Land did that come from? As Twilight tried to explain to Apple Bloom that it was considered rude to ask personal questions like that, Lucy tried her best to look anywhere but at Natsu, pushing him off of her lap, much to his dismay as his face began to return to it's ugly green color, and looked out the window at the passing scenery. As you can probably guess, the celestial wizard was silent for the rest of the train ride.

*******************************************************************************************

When the group finally arrived to Magnolia, Natsu immediately rushed out of the train cart and kissed the cobblestone streets of the town, his motion sickness completely forgotten, "I am NEVER getting on one of those death traps again!" the dragon slayer proclaimed stubbornly once he was done kissing the ground. Lucy rolled her brown eyes at this.

"Natsu, you ALWAYS say that....." the blond wizard scoffed.

"Yeah, but I mean it this time!" Natsu countered.

"Does he always get motion sickness?" Rainbow Dash asked Happy, flying side by side with the blue exceed.

"Aye, he's always had. We think it's a dragon slayer thing. Natsu can't go on any form of transportation unless it's a living thing," Happy responded.

Rainbow Dash smiled evilly, "Well, now I know his weakness. He, he, he......." she mumbled, rubbing her hooves together as if she were devising a plan. Happy and Natsu, having heard her comment, sweat-dropped and Natsu quickly felt nervous. He had barely know the spirited Pegasus for a day and he already felt like he would need to be on guard 24/7 around her.

Not to surprising, Magnolia's residents were thrown off guard by the ponies appearance, along with the fact they were talking. People starred when they strolled through the streets of Magnolia with the Fairy Tail mages. Apple Bloom, feeling self-conscious, moved closer to Natsu as she walked beside him, unsure of what to do, "N-Natsu? P-people are starring at us~" she said in a shaky tone. Natsu glanced at the little filly and looked around the marketplace of the town to see indeed that there were bystanders stealing looks and glances at the equines. Smirking slightly, the fire mage scooped up the crusader and placed on his right shoulder, smiling up at her.

"Better?" he asked her.

Apple bloom smiled in gratitude, "Yeah, thanks,"

Lucy and Twilight smiled at the cute display between Natsu and Apple Bloom. The way he made the little pony feel more comfortable was adorable. Lucy rarely ever saw this side of her partner, and Twilight admired how her new friend could be so fierce and determined, yet still maintained a caring and child-like demeanor when it came to his friends.

"Where exactly is this Fairy Tail guild? Surely we are getting close," Flash inquired, looking around to spot their destination.

Natsu pointed directly ahead of him, Apple Bloom still secure on his shoulder, "There," was his only answer. The ponies followed his finger and, for the second time that day, starred in awe as their mouths dropped at the huge building in front of them; it was a tall structure that resembled a castle that was about four stories if you didn't count the outdoor tower where the bell was displayed, lots of extravagantly decorative windows that still gave off a simple and quaint vibe, torches lining the outside of the fourth floor, with a couple more on each side of the third floor, cobblestone red roofs, and a banter hanging from bellow the bell tower with the Fairy Tail insignia being proudly displayed upon it, showing that the structure was in fact the guild hall of Fairy Tail. A large and beautifully crafted entrance gate stood firmly in front of the massive structure, a fence coming out from each side of it to surround the guild, and the words 'Fairy Tail' engraved into a golden surface above the open, medieval styled gate. Twilight was awestruck by the place; she couldn't help but think that the designs would surely make Rarity drool from the beauty of the structure. The entire building could rival Canterlot Castle in a heartbeat!

"How did I miss that.....?" Flash almost whispered, starring in awe at the building before him.

"Aren't you suppose to be the Canterlot Guard here? If anyone of us is suppose to notice it, it's you," Rainbow Dash deadpanned. Before Flash Sentry could retort back, Apple Bloom jumped down from Natsu's shoulder and ran ahead of them cheerily.

"Come on, ya'll! Ah want to go and see what it looks like inside!" the red-maned filly exclaimed excitedly.

Rainbow Dash flew after her, "You heard the filly! Let's go!" she cheered. However, before the two ponies went through the threshold of the gate, Twilight used her magic to grab ahold of them both, halting them abruptly in their tracks.

"Hold on there, you two. Maybe we should let Natsu, Lucy, and Happy go inside first," Twilight rationalized.

Apple Bloom pouted, "Awww, but why?" the Cutie Mark Crusader asked childishly.

"Think about it; we've been getting a lot of stares the whole day, so how do you think everyone in there will react when they see four strange ponies that they thought were mere fairy tales come walking into the place with no explanation, hm?" Twilight explained. Rainbow Dash pouted and slouched to the ground as she crossed her hooves.

"...Kill-joy......" mumbled the Pegasus mare.

"I believe that is the best option. Don't worry, though; we'll have our chance at freaking them out soon enough," Flash assured Rainbow Dash, in a slightly mischievous tone, accompanied with a smirk. Rainbow returned the smirk. It was the first time the stallion had allowed a little joke escape his lips, she noticed. Natsu stomped ahead of them with his toothy grin.

"Don't sweat it! Once they see you guys, it's gonna be a real party!" the 'Salamander' assured, before stomping off to the entrance of the guild.

"We'll only take a few minutes, then we'll call you guys in and introduce you, kay?" Lucy said, following close behind Natsu and stopping to make eye contact with the ponies before continuing on. As the three mages walked and flew away, the ponies sat with their backs against the fence as the waited for their friends to call them in. Rainbow Dash slouched and pouted childishly as she waited impatiently.

"I'm booorrrred!" she whined, causing a vain to pop out of Twilight's head.

"You can wait five minutes, Rainbow! It's not like it's the end of the world!" the gifted unicorn said in an annoyed tone. The daredevil mare didn't seem to get the message.

"But Twilight!" Dash continued.

"No, you can wait!" Twilight persisted. In turn, Rainbow Dash glared at her friend.

"Sure thing, Mom!" Rainbow Dash sneered.

Twilight glared dangerously, "I am NOT your mother, Dash. Stop being so dramatic!"

"Well, stop acting like you are my mom, Mom!" Rainbow Dash spat.

As the two Elements of Harmony continued to bicker back and forth, Flash Sentry and Apple Bloom sat and watched the scene on the sidelines, sweat-dropping when the two mares continued to throw lame insults at one another. It was kind of shocking to see Twilight, the usually calm and collected unicorn mare, lose her cool so easily. I suppose being around Natsu had somehow rubbed off on her, but one thing was certain: these next few minutes were going to be very long...........

**********************************************************************************************

As Natsu, Lucy, and Happy made their way to the entry doors, They couldn't help but think about how much their lives have changed in such a short amount of time, "What a day....." Lucy breathed tiredly. Natsu turned to look at her and just smiled his goofy grin at her. He knew Lucy was still shocked from everything that happened today, but that didn't necessarily mean it was bad.

"I know. Isn't it awesome, Luce?" He asked cheerily.

"Aye!" Happy replied.

Lucy gave a soft smile. No matter what happened, those two would never change, "Yeah, it is pretty awesome. It's just so much to take in, is all," Lucy explain. Natsu smiled and slung his arm over her shoulders, oblivious to her blush.

"Don't sweat it, Luce! We've got some new friends to pick fights with and go on missions with! And didn't you hear Twilight? She said that she literally raised a dragon, and still is! I bet she knows where Igneel is!" the dragon slayer added happily, hugging the celestial Mage closer to his side, which did nothing to help the blush that was quickly spreading on her face. Without even realizing it, the trio of wizards made it to the double doors of Fairy Tail. Lucy sighed.

"You ready to tell them?" She asked.

"HELL YEAH!!!!" Natsu replied, kicking the two doors open with a loud bang, catching everybody in the guild's attention, "WE'RE BAAACK!!!!!!!!!" Natsu shouted at the top of his lungs, which was no surprise. Lucy and Happy sweat-dropped at his action.

"Why does he always feel the need to make an entrance?" The blond girl sighed.

"That's Natsu for ya," Happy shrugged.

"Oy, Ash-for-Brains! What took ya so long!? Job too difficult for your ant-sized brain?" Gray taunted, coming up to Natsu, not so surprisingly with only his boxers on.

Natsu glared at the ice wizard angrily, "WHAT WAS THAT, STRIPPER!!!!???" he retorted, charging forward and starting to throw punches and kicks at his rival, who began doing the same. Erza went to stop the fight, but ended up getting involved in the fighting as well. Within seconds, most of the guild was fighting as well, brawling like no tomarrow, making a huge dust cloud surround them all. No surprises right there.

"WHAT IN CELESTIA'S NAME IS GOING ON HERE!!!!???" shouted a voice from the doorway. Everyone, startled by the shout, turned to the owner of the voice, only to be left speechless; standing in the doorway, were the ponies, all of which with surprised and slightly concerned faces. Even Flash Sentry was at a loss for words as he observed the inhabitance of the guild. Speaking of the guild, everyone, save for Natsu, Lucy, and Happy, were in the same boat as the ponies. They were frozen, still in the positions they were in while they were fighting, starring stupidly at the four equines with amazement, shock, and confusion. Basically the same reactions as the bystanders from the train and Hargeon. No one moved. No one spoke. A heavy silence filled the air as the ponies and wizards just starred at each other, wondering who would make the next move.

"Oh, hey, guys! Thought you were waiting outside!" Natsu finally broke the silence, his trademark grin appearing on his face. His comrades looked at him in confusion; Natsu knew these creatures? It was Twilight who hesitantly spoke up.

"We were, but then we heard a commotion coming from inside here, so we decided to see if anything was wrong....." the unicorn answered honestly.

"THEY CAN TALK!!!!????" the guild members exclaimed. To say they were all shocked would have been the understatement of the year.

"What is with you humans freaking out every time you see or hear us speak!?" Rainbow Dash hoof-palmed herself.

"It's not their fault, Rainbow Dash! Remember, their not used to seeing ponies like us!" Apple Bloom reasoned.

"She is right, you know. After all, we are from a different world," Flash agreed.

"Okay, can we just slow down for a second. Everyone, meet Twilight Sparkle-" Lucy gestured to the unicorn who bowed respectfully, "-Rainbow Dash-" at the mention of her name, Dash placed a pair of shades over her eyes and smiled cockily, offering a "Sup," while she was at it, "-Apple Bloom-" Lucy pointed to the said filly, who smiled widely and offered a cute "Howdy," which made some members go "awww," at. Finally, Lucy pointed to the royal guard, "-and Flash Sentry," who offered a simple nod. Another moment of silence, before:

"THEY ARE SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!" all the wizards except for Natsu, Lucy, and Happy, shrieked as they all bolted to the ponies, who cowered away, overwhelmed by the sudden attention they were getting. Rainbow Dash and Flash Sentry were clearly annoyed by the comment of them being 'cute', but they were too flustered by the crown to do anything about it. They were bombarded by questions on where they came from and comments about how cute or adorable they were. It only seemed to intensify by the second. Twilight felt so overwhelmed; she suddenly felt bad for cornering Lucy, Natsu, and Happy while they were on the train, and she could tell that the other ponies were feeling just as uncomfortable as she was. Poor little Apple Bloom was crouched underneath Twilight, trying to hide from all of the attention.

"ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!" bellowed a voice from the upstairs balcony. At the sound of the voice, Everyone immediately ceased in their unending commentary and turned to the source of the voice, much to the ponies relief. Twilight looked in the direction of the voice, and saw a small man, probably in his late seventies, standing on the railing of the upstairs balcony with his arms crossed, starring down upon the guild members with beady, gray eyes. Judging by the newcomer's firm and commanding gaze the elder shot everyone, not to mention the guild's reaction to him, Twilight assumed that the small, ancient man on the balcony was none other then Master Makarov; master of the Fairy Tail guild and the one who Lucy spoke very highly of on their journey to Magnolia. The unicorn could feel the Master's eyes gaze upon all of his 'children' observingly, before finally resting his gaze on herself and the three other ponies. What was even more strange and nerve-wracking though, was the fact that his tired eyes seemed to square in on her more than her fellow equines.

Twilight gulped. And she thought the sudden attention from the rest of the guild was uncomfortable enough, but to her, it felt like this man's judging stare was more intense and powerful then any of the other looks she had received that day. Finally, after what felt like years, Makarov spoke, a calm authority and aurora surrounding his words, "Everyone, return back to your previous activities. I must have a word with our....guests in private," he spoke. Almost immediately, the people surrounding the ponies dispersed, some grumbling and pouting at their master's order, but did as told anyway. Twilight, along with the other ponies, didn't know wether to feel relieved or even more nervous. Sure, the suffocating attention from the guild members was finally over, but now they were going to meet the man who was in charge of the entire place, and that somehow made the four ponies even more apprehensive then they already were. Makarov motioned with his index finger towards the ponies, signaling them to follow him to his office.

Hesitantly, Twilight, Flash, Rainbow Dash, and Apple Bloom obliged and followed the short male up the flight of stairs to the second floor, close behind the man as he made his way to a door, which Twilight assumed was his office. Once the four ponies were piled into the room they sat in the four chairs that faced Makarov's desk, where he sat as he folded his fingers together. The man took another moment to stare curiously at the equines, before he finally broke out into a warm smile, "I see the guild has taken a liking to you four. I wouldn't be surprised; those brats have a knack for getting over excited!" He chuckled softly at his 'children's' antics, but he stopped once he saw the apprehensive looked the ponies were giving him. The Master quickly realized that they were nervous of what he wanted to do with them. Makarov sighed, "No need to feel so troublesome, young ponies from Equestria. I will not do anything that makes you uncomfortable," he assured. A moment of silence.....

"YOU KNOW ABOUT EQUESTRIA!!??" Rainbow Dash and Twilight shouted in unison, jumping slightly in their seats as they looked at the old man in astonishment. Right as they yelled that, the door to the office swung open with a large bang, as Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Erza, and Gray pratically toppled into the room, catching the attention of the ponies and master immediately.

The group of teens sloppily stumbled up to their feet. Once they were settled, Natsu bellowed, "ALRIGHT, I'VE WAITED LONG ENOUGH!!! I WANNA KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON HERE, WHY YOU GUYS ARE HERE, AND WHAT GRAMPS IS TALKING ABOUT, NOW-" Natsu however, was hit hard on the top of the head by Erza, who had an agitated expression with a dark aurora surrounding her. Within moments, Natsu's salmon hair had a large bruise visible for all to see.

"Shut it, and let them explain," the red-head commanded in a terrifyingly calm tone. Everyone in the room shuddered at the woman's scariness and were glad her anger was not directed to them.

"Idiot," Grey snickered.

"Alright-" Erza turned to the ponies, a stern look on her face, "Explain yourselves. What are animals such as yourselves doing here in Fiore? Surely this is not your homeland," Erza spoke, her question directed to the equines.

Rainbow Dash gawked, "Hey! Who are ya calling animals, Red?" the sky-blue pegasus challenged, unfazed by the shock reactions Natsu, Grey, Lucy, and Happy gave her, while Erza starred blankly at the pony, unaffected by the nickname she gave her.

"Uh....Rainbow Dash? You remember when I told you about Erza on our way here?" Lucy nervously questioned.

Rainbow nodded, "Yeah. You said she used magic that manipulated weapons and that she was super scary. So?"

Happy answered this time, sweating as he pointed to the red-head, "Well, uh....you see....that's....Erza," he said hesitantly.

Rainbow Dash raised a brow in confusion, before the realization crossed her face as her eyes grew to the size as plates. She looked back at the re-quip mage, smiled nervously, and took a step back as she rubbed the back of her neck, "He, he, he.....oops...." was her only reply.

Erza smiled softly, before regaining her stern gaze once again, "Forgive me for my choice of words. I should have known better, and where you all come from I should have known your kind aren't classified as animals. However, I do believe that we deserve an explanation as to why you four are here," the mighty Titania reasoned in a business tone.

"It's a bit of a long story," Flash chinned in, his voice just as stern as Erza's, "It may take a bit of explaining," he continued.

"We've got time," Grey said nonchalantly, leaning against the wall.

"Yeah, and besides. You owe us big time since we explained everything to you about Fairy Tail, now it's your turn. Come on, spill it," Natsu smirked deviously as he rubbed the palms of his hands together as if he were planning something.

Finally, twilight stepped up, but before she could get a word out, Apple Bloom's small voice beat her to it, "It's all my fault...." she mumbled, yet everyone heard her.

"Huh?" everyone said, dumbfounded. Twilight made eye contact with the little filly, so she saw the clear guilt in her red eyes, and knew that Apple Bloom wanted to tell the wizards, so she remained silent.

"Ya'll are all right. We don't come from Flori...Fiari...this world. We come from a place called Equestria, which is what I'm told is called another...um..." Apple Bloom stumbled with her words.

"Dimension?" Twilight offered, rapping her front hoof around Apple Bloom's small frame encouragingly. Apple Bloom nodded, grateful for the unicorn's help.

"So anyway, I was helping out Zecora and...." with that, the Cutie Mark Crusader explained everything from Twilight and her going to Canterlot, to seeing Rainbow Dash, meeting Flash Sentry, finding the gem that sent them to Fiore in the first place, running away from the outraged citizens of Hargeon, meeting Natsu and Lucy, and their rescue mission for Flash. The fairies listened intently, considering the filly's words carefully as she went on. Natsu, however, only looked at the filly's face. He could see all of the emotions welling up in her eyes, especially the guilt she still felt when she mentioned the gem and on how she was the one that sent them all here. The dragon slayer felt sympathy for the little pony, but at the same time, he was glad she found that gem and sent herself and the others to Fiore. It was because of that gem that they all met, and therefore the reason why they all became friends. Of course, Natsu would never admit that out loud. By the time Apple Bloom was done, her voice cracked with emotion, ".....I'm sorry...I didn't mean to mess everything up...I just..just....." Twilight hugged and shushed her as Apple Bloom broke down in tears, smoothing out her red mane and whispering comforting words to the filly.

Everyone else simply starred down at the mare and filly with saddened expressions, especially the wizards. The Fairy Tail mages could all see the guilt and grief consuming the pony, as well as the sadness in the three other ponies worried eyes. These four equines have been separated from their home, their families, their friends. They were in a strange land where people looked at them as if they were monsters, and have been treated like dirt the moment they stepped foot in the land. Lucy crouched at eye level with the ponies and scooped up Apple Bloom from Twilight's grasp. The filly was still whimpering and buried her face in the celestial mage's shoulder, "I'm going to take Apple Bloom outside and try to calm her down, " Lucy whispered quietly as she walked out of the room, holding the crusader close for comfort.

A moment on silence soon followed. Twilight grimly realized there have been too many of those today, "I understand it's all hard to take in-" she started, "-but it's the truth. We come from a world of magic just like you, but with different inhabitance and different values," Twilight concluded. Grey shook his head to clear it of all the questions the were circling around his mind.

"Okay, let me get this straight; you guys come from a would called Equestria where there are magical, flying, talking horses, and you were transported here by some kind of gem and have no idea how to get back?" the ice wizard summarized, incredulously.

Rainbow shrugged, "Yeah, pretty much,"

Erza spoke up next, "And you say that there was a dark mage called Fumio who tried to frame you for stealing Hargeon's magic supply and somehow escaped when the guard captain became possessed by a spell?"

"That would be how it played out," Flash answered. the Canterlot Guard could hardly believe all of this himself, and he was there.

"Well, it seems your dilemma is very serious, and I can assure you that Fairy Tail will do all we can to get you four ponies back to Equestria," the Master assured. Twilight smiled gratefully at the man.

"Thank you, Master Makarov. We appreciate the help, but I believe there was a reason why we were brought here," Twilight said. Makarov raised a gray eyebrow curiously.

"And what may that be, child?" the old man asked.

"I believe that it is my comrades and I's duty to stay in this world for a while and help with the issue of the disappearance of magic and to stop Fumio at whatever it is he or anyone else is plotting. I understand this is out of the blue, but let me explain. Natsu, Lucy, and Happy saved us quite a bit when we came to this world, and I think that the other ponies and I owe it to them and you for aiding us in this strange world. It's only fair that we repay the favor," Twilight finished, looking over to Rainbow Dash and Flash Sentry, who nodded, showing that they too agreed with her.

Natsu smiled goofily while Erza, Happy, and Grey grinned affectionately at the mare's words. If there was one thing they could all agree on, is that the ponies were definitely special and that they make proud additions to the guild. That gave Natsu an idea as he sprang up from his position and slung his arms around all three of the ponies, catching them by surprise, "Hey, Gramps! How 'bout they join the guild?" the fire mage suggested cheerily. Twilight, Rainbow Dash, and Flash were shocked by the boy's question, yet flattered. It made them, including Flash Sentry, quite pleased that Natsu wanted them to join the guild, but there was one major flaw.

"Uh, that would be great Natsu, but...." Rainbow Dash trailed off, feeling very awkward.

"We aren't wizards. Perhaps Twilight may be able to join your guild, but Rainbow Dash, Apple Bloom, and I don't have magical abilities. Therefore, we won't be able to join," Flash finished, trying to hide the disappointment in his voice. Natsu rolled his eyes.

"Oh, come on! Now that's a load of bull crap! I can sense the magic practically oozing outta ya! You've got magic, you can learn it," Natsu countered, not satisfied with their answer.

"But that's impossible!" Flash shot back.

"Yeah, we're not unicorns or wizards, so there's no way we can learn magic!" Dash added, trying not to get her hopes up too high.

"On the contrary, Natsu may be right. I could sense levels of magic coming off of all of you when you came into the guild. I know this is news to you, but there are many individuals that live their entire lives without realizing that they may have a source of magic within themselves. The same goes for you, Rainbow Dash and Flash Sentry. Even young Apple Bloom has some magic that has resided within her. Yes, you may not be unicorns or wizards, but you come from a world of great magic power, so that alone makes you magical beings," Makarov explained. The two pegasi looked at him in shock.

"So, we can learn magic?" Rainbow Dash asked hesitantly.

"Any kind we wish?" Flash continued, fascinated by the idea of wielding magic of his own.

Makarov nodded, "That is, if you would like to learn it. The decision is completely up to you," Makarov concluded.

Rainbow Dash shot up from Natsu's grasp and flew above him, punching her hooves into the air, "HECK YES!!! Of course we want to learn it! That would be 20% cooler then just seeing it! Imagine all the super awesome magics I could do! Wouldn't that be great Twilight?"

"That would be useful, and I could learn a few more defense spells. What do you think, Flash?" Twilight turned to the said stallion, as everyone awaited his reply. At last, he sighed in defeat.

"I suppose it is a wise idea to learn magic. However, I will only use magic that involves weaponry, otherwise I refuse to participate," the guard answered stubbornly, oblivious to the twinkle in Erza's eyes as she approached him.

"I believe I can help you with that, Flash Sentry. I happen to be a re-quip mage, so I specialize in armor and weaponry magic. I think this magic is perfect for you! You can use magic, yet still maintain your weapon skills. What do you say?" Erza said, excitement overwhelming her at the thought of another re-quip wizard to practice with.

Flash considered the offer for a moment, thinking it over in his head. When he knew his answer, a sly smirk crossed his lips, surprising Twilight, Natsu, and Dash at the fact that the stern and expressionless stallion actually smirked, "I suppose that could work quite well," he responded. Erza's smile broadened at his reply. As for Natsu, Grey, and Happy, they only grimaced.

"Great, another Erza," Happy sighed solemnly. Natsu turned to Twilight with hopeful eyes.

"So, does this mean you guys are joining Fairy Tail?" he asked. Twilight looked to her two other pony companions and saw them nod, giving her their answers.

"Yes, I guess it wouldn't hurt to join Fairy Tail," Twilight replied simply, smiling happily.

"YASH!!! Let's go tell everyone!" Natsu whooped as he threw his arms up in the air and dashed out of the office, Rainbow Dash and Happy flying not far behind.

"Race ya!" Rainbow challenged Happy, who smiled joyfully.

"Your on!!!" the blue exceed accepted, flying beside the pegasus as they disappeared from view.

"Well, better go tell Mira. She'll want to throw a party for you guys," Grey said with a smile, with his shirt gone and his hands in his pockets as he too left the office.

"Come, Flash Sentry. Why don't we discuss the different armors for re-quipping," Erza reasoned, to which the stallion nodded and followed her out as well.

Now, Twilight and her new master were the only ones left in the room. There was a question nagging at Twilight that she couldn't help but ask, and with it just being her and Makarov as the only ones around, it was the perfect time to bring it up, "Master, How did you know that my friends and I were from Equestria? You know, before Natsu and the others burst in," Twilight asked, having remembered the Master comment on the ponies homeland before Team Natsu came stumbling into the office. Makarov sighed.

"I'm afraid it is not the time for that, Twilight Sparkle. Let's just say I have some....history with that area, but I do not believe I am the person to tell you," Makarov answered truthfully.

Twilight nodded, disappointed and uncertain, "I understand Master," was her only reply. As Twilight walked to the door, Makarov called back to her. When Twilight turned around, she saw the small wizard give her a warm smile.

"Welcome to Fairy Tail, my child," Makarov said, affection and tenderness in his tone.

Twilight returned the smile, "Thank you, Master," she replied, before trotting out of the office to greet her new guild mates.

******************************************************************************************************************

Twilight sighed contently as she sat at the bar with Apple Bloom, talking with Lucy and Levy, who the unicorn found out was a bookworm just like herself and a solid-script mage. It was the day after she and her Equestrian comrades first joined Fairy Tail and she already loved it there. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, if not crazy and rambunctious at the same time. Twilight grinned when she remembered the party they had the previous night. It was so exciting that the celebration reminded Twilight of a certain hyperactive, pink, party earth pony who's parties were sometimes just as, if not more crazy than the one from last night. Twilight looked around the guild and spotted Rainbow Dash pinning her head against Natsu and Grey's own heads as the three stared intensely at one another, and Flash who was in a deep conversation with Erza, who was eating a strawberry cake.

Twilight looked down at the area between her right shoulder and her front leg and smiled fondly. Quickly after they announced that they were joining the guild, the white-haired barmaid called Mira had stamped on the insignia Twilight had seen on Natsu and Lucy upon herself, Ranbow, Apple Bloom, and Flash where they asked for the tattoos to be placed. Twilight's guild Mark was multi-colored that matched her main and coat colors almost perfectly; it started with a light pink at the muzzle of the insignia, then went to purple in the middle, and ended at the top with a deep blue. (A/N: Basically it's the Fairy Tail sign on the story cover)

Rainbow Dash had gotten her guild mark in the center of her chest, just below her head. It was also multi-colored, matching her rainbow mane and tail. Flash's guild mark was place on his left cheek, just below his eye, the color a deep blue that matched his eyes. As for little Apple Bloom, she had taken a liking to Lucy, and wanted to be like her, so she had her guild mark located on her lower right front hoof, but in the color of red. For a while, the ponies were faced with the issue of where they were going to stay. They considered Fairy Hills, but decided against it considering on how they had no money and that it would take a while for them to earn enough from job requests to be able to pay.

Fortunately, both Natsu and Lucy were generous enough to offer them refuge in their own homes. Flash Sentry and Rainbow Dash however, decided to stay in the clouds and live there for the time being, seeing as they lived in cloud houses back in Equestria. Imagine the guild's surprise when they saw the clouds outside of the guild hall maneuvered and shaped as fluffy houses! Twilight had agreed to stay with Natsu and Happy while Apple Bloom insisted on being left with Lucy, which Twilight agreed to. However, despite their sleeping arrangements, Twilight ended up sleeping over at Lucy's the previous night. She had woken up to the noises of someone moving around Natsu's house to find said boy leaving threw his window with the blue exceed close behind.

Curious as to what the two were up to, the Element of Magic followed them all the way to Lucy's apartment. Normally, Twilight wouldn't follow someone in the middle of the night like a stalker, that was more on Juvia's part, but she was too tired to really care. When she heard the flustered, yet angered shout of the celestial wizard, Twilight knew she had to step in. Unlike Natsu and Happy, who came in through the window, Twilight politely knocked on the door and was met with an angered, exhausted glare by the blond. Behind her sat a grumpy dragon slayer and cat with two large, comical looking bumps sticking out from their heads, obviously from Lucy punching them hard. Through it all, Apple Bloom sat and watched, holding back her giggles at the silly display. Later, Twilight found out that it was actually very common for Natsu and Happy to break into her house, which wasn't that surprising in Twilight's opinion. The unicorn had only known the two trouble makers for a short amount of time and yet she already expected something like that from them.

"So, when are you planning on taking job requests, Twilight?" Mira asked cheerily from across the bar counter. She handed the said unicorn her drink and smiled warmly at the unicorn. Twilight took the beverage gratuitously and took a sip.

"I honestly don't know. I mean, first we have to find magic abilities that work well for us and then train. I just hope we'll be able to figure it all out soon, especially with the whole magic situation and all," the pony answered honestly. Lucy, Levi, and Mira nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, not to mention we'll need to find a way to get you guys back to Equestria," Lucy added. Ever since she found out about Equestria, the celestial mage has been eager to ask the ponies questions about it nonstop. She was fascinated when the ponies, mainly Twilight, explained their lifestyles and cultures, especially when she heard about the two sisters that ruled Equestria, raising the sun and moon as their sole duties. Levi had also been entranced by Equestrian life, gluing her to her barstool as she listened to Twilight share her knowledge of her homeland.

"That is true, but first the others and I want to help in any way we can to stop this magic issue. Right, Apple Bloom?" Twilight asked.

"Ya know it! Ay can't wait to get started in learning magic! Maybe I'll get my cutie mark by learning magic!" the filly exclaimed eagerly.

Levi raised an eyebrow, "What's a cutie mark?" she asked curiously.

"Cutie marks are those tattoos you see on our flanks. You see, a cutie mark represents a pony's destiny. For example, let's say your destiny involves music, so it's very likely that your cutie mark will be an instrument. My destiny involves magic, that's why my cutie mark is a magic spark. Rainbow's destiny is flying at top speeds, sometimes so strongly to the point of breaking the sound bearer. Flash's destiny is to be a loyal, royal guard. That's why his cutie mark is a shield with a lightning bolt," Twilight explained. Lucy, Levi, and Mira, who apparently overheard their conversation, stared in awe at the new information. Now it made sense why Apple Bloom was so eager to get her cutie mark.

"So your not born with a cutie mark?" Levi asked.

"Nope. It's up to the ponies themselves to find their destiny. Most ponies get theirs when their colts and fillies, though. As a matter of fact, it was all thanks to Rainbow Dash that my other friends and I even got our cutie marks," Twilight smiled fondly at the memory.

"Really? How?" Mira asked.

"It's a long story. I'll tell you later," Twilight assured.

Lucy looked down at the filly who sat in her lap, "So that's why you keep on talking about getting one. It's very important to you, huh?

Apple Bloom nodded, "Yeah. My friends Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle and I don't have our cutie marks yet, so we made a club called the "Cutie Mark Crusaders', where we get together and try to earn our cutie marks!"

Lucy giggled at the filly's adorableness, "That is so cute! Don't worry. I'm sure you'll get your cutie mark eventually,"

"I sure hope so," Apple Bloom agreed.

A sudden shout from the Master rung out through the guild hall, causing everybody and pony to turn to the balcony where they saw Master Macarov stand firmly on the ledge, a grave look on his aged face, "I just received urgent news from the Blue Pegasus guild. Their town's magic is disappearing," the elder deadpanned, arousing shocked and horrified gasps around the hall. Natsu felt his jaw clench and his hands ball into tight fists.

"What do you mean it's disappearing?"

"Do they know who's responsible?"

"You think Magnolia's next?"

The questions swirled around the room, yet no one answered any of them. However, one question was asked that silenced everyone, "Does the Magic Council know about this? Do they want us to find whoever is responsible?"

Everyone looked back at the Master, awaiting his reply, "The Magic Council hasn't responded to any of the issues involving the magic depleting," he answered bluntly, yet with a slight hint of anger in his tone.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEIR NOT RESPONDING!? THIER THE FREAKING COUNCIL!!! THIER SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH THESE KIND OF THINGS!!!!" Natsu exploded, boiling rage and fury lacing every word he spoke. Wisps of flames danced on his arms, signifying his anger. Everyone took a step back, not wanting to get burned by accident from the fire mage.

"I agree with you, Natsu. However, it is not my say of what they consider important, so calm down," Macarov reasoned sternly, to which Natsu did as told. His flames died down until they were completely gone from his arms, much to his guild mates relief. The last thing they needed was the whole guild on fire.

"With that said, since the council isn't aiding in this situation, it is up to us to protect our city and to find the real culprit. And as you all know, we have gained four unique members of our guild, and they have agreed to help our world in this rising threat," at that, everyone cheered for the ponies, making Twilight, Rainbow, and Apple Bloom blush shyly, while Flash only nodded in agreement, looking rather indifferent.

Once the cheers died down, the Master continued, "However, they must learn magic in order to do their part, so it is up to us, their fellow guild mates, to teach them as much magic ability as we can. Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Flash Sentry, and Apple Bloom, you will all train for the time being before you take any jobs. I have asked mages who I believe you will all benefit from to train you and get you all adapted to our world's magic power. Will this be acceptable for you?" Macarov glanced at the said ponies, waiting for their approval.

Twilight stepped off her barstool and nodded, "We accept your arrangement, Master," she replied respectfully.

"I'm ready! I can't wait to get started!" Apple Bloom proclaimed, her red eyes shining in excitement.

"I'm in! Just as long as I get to pound faces into the ground while I'm at it!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed proudly.

"She said that like a real MAN!!!" Elfman whooped, making Lisanna sweat drop.

Everyone turned to the only one who didn't reply yet, eagerly awaiting his answer. Flash frowned, not liking the sudden attention and turned to Erza, who nodded. The Pegasus sighed, "As long as I still get to use my weapons I accept your terms," he answered in a bored tone, yet he couldn't help but feel a little excited himself at the thought of learning re-quip magic.

Macarov nodded, " Very well. You will all start this afternoon and I expect all the wizards I have chosen to be there as well. No excuses,"

Once he was done, everyone went back to their previous activities, some discussing the Magic Council in the process. Rainbow Dash went up to Natsu, who was no longer filled with intense rage, "Hey Pinky, what's the Magic Council?" She asked.

The dragon slayer shrugged, "Basically it's the system that monitors the magic in this world. It's in charge of all the wizard guilds in Fiore. I can't believe their not doing anything about what's going on! Something's up and I'm not liking it," he said in a suspicious tone.

Rainbow just shrugged, "Or maybe their just being jerks about it or getting lazy. It doesn't matter. We can handle this stuff on our own just fine!" she said with resolve before flying off. Natsu, who would usually agree wholeheartedly, felt that this was a different case. He wouldn't say it out loud, but he suddenly felt this overwhelming sensation of foreboding. Something was not right, that much he was certain.

Afternoon came quickly as the ponies went outside and walked to the back of the guild, where they could practice without disturbing the townsfolk. The wizards who would be training them followed behind. They were Natsu, Lucy, Grey, Erza, Laxus, Gajeel, Levi, Cana, and Wendy. Before she walked out, Wendy turned back to see Carla flying in one place, a concerned look on her face.

"Hey Carla, are you okay?" the petite dragon slayer asked her friend.

The exceed snapped out of her reverie by the girl's voice, "What? Oh, uh...y-yes, I'm fine. Just....thinking," she answered unconvincingly. The truth was that Carla was just thinking of the ponies. Though she wasn't completely sure, Carla could have sworn the the equines were the exact same ones from her last vision, but she wasn't too sure just yet. The she-cat would just have keep an eye on the ponies and stay alert for anything strange.

Once everyone was assembled outside behind the guild, the selective wizards chosen to assist the ponies stood in front of the four equines, a strong sense of magic power gathering up around them. It was Laxus who spoke first, "Okay, so here's how it's gonna go down: each of you are gonna display the abilities you can perform, and we will compare those abilities with our own to decide which magic will benefit you all the most. Deal?" he asked, a hard and commanding glare adorning his face. The ponies simply nodded in response. Laxus turned away afterwards, grumbling lowly in an annoyed tone. Rainbow Dash leaned over to Twilight, positioning her hoof on the side of her face so that no one else could hear.

"Is it just me, or does that Laxus guy seem like a human version of Flash?" the rainbow-maned Pegasus asked.

"What do you mean?" Twilight inquired, unsure of where her companion was going with this.

"You know! Cold glare, arrogant, attitude, and acting as if he's all that?" Rainbow insisted.

"You know I can hear you, right?" an annoyed male voice deadpanned, obviously belonging to the stallion who was in fact right beside Rainbow Dash. The sky-blue mare turned to him, her expression blank.

"Hey, all I'm saying is that you and Laxus could really be twins if not for the fact that you two are from completely different dimensions," Rainbow Dash reasoned nonchalantly, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Before Flash Sentry could retort, a dark shadow came over them, sending chills down the two equines spines and nearly making their wings flare up in fear. Erza stood behind them, her height making it feel as though she were a wolf, and the two pegasi were the rabbits she was going to eat for dinner. Twilight, Natsu, and their fellow guild mates were just thankful that they weren't the source of the re-quip mage's rage.

"Flash. Rainbow. Silence yourselves before I do so for you," the red-head said in a dangerously low tone of voice. Rainbow Dash shivered, while Flash gulped, failing to keep the sweat from flowing down his neck.

"Y-yes, m-mam," they both stuttered in unison, their voices cracking from the fear they felt.

And as quickly as it came, Erza's terrifying glare evaporated from her features, being replaced with an approving grin and nod before she sauntered back over to the rest of her guild mates. Everybody and pony let out breaths they didn't even realize they were holding in.

"Well then, let's get started!" Erza announced, determination and authority laced within her tone.

***************************************************************************************************************

By the time the sun was beginning to sink into the horizon, everyone who was outside became fatigued from all the magic they had exerted. Fortunately, they were able to cover plenty of ground in the past hours. Twilight had learned many different spells thanks to the numerous spell books Levi had brought out for her. She had even learned a few moves from Natsu and Grey, who didn't end up fighting each other for once. Flash Sentry trained with Erza, who taught him the basics of re-quipping such as summoning a weapon, and they practiced sparring for the rest of the day. Rainbow Dash became a quick prodigy with lighting magic, which she learned from Laxus. Since Rainbow was a weather Pegasus back in Equestria, the skill came naturally to her and she decided to specialize in weather magic, specifically lightning.

Unfortunately, despite all the progress the three equines had made, there was one of them that wasn't having such luck. Apple Bloom had tried everything, but alas, was not able to find the magic ability that was for her; she had tried everything from cards magic with Cana to sky magic with Wendy, yet nothing seemed to work. Apple Bloom was understandably upset and decided to throw in the towel as she sat underneath a nearby tree and watched enviously as the older ponies found their magic skills no problem, while she sulked and felt miserable. She must have been off in her own world, because the little filly didn't notice the youngest dragon slayer walk up beside her until she felt a delicate tap on her shoulder which aroused her from her daze. The Cutie Mark Crusader looked up to be met with the kind, brown eyes of Wendy, who smiled warmly at her. Apple Bloom returned the smile, albeit more sadly than cheerfully.

Wendy noticed the young pony's sorrowful demeanor immediately, and sat beside the young filly underneath the tree that swayed gently in the breeze. The two girls didn't say anything for a few moments, just sitting and watching their guild mates prepare to return to the guild hall. Finally, it was Wendy who cut through the silence, "Some day, huh? I don't think I've ever seen the guild so excited to train," Wendy spoke. Apple Bloom nodded, though it seemed that her mind was elsewhere. Wendy frowned.

"You know, there's still a bunch of magic abilities in the guild that we can try! I just know there's one that will be perfect for you!" the young girl said enthusiastically, trying to cheer up the crusader beside her. Another moment of silence dragged on, and Wendy thought that Apple Bloom wanted to be alone, but as she moved to get up, a small voice stopped her.

"Do you think I'll ever find it?" Apple Bloom asked in a whisper so small, Wendy almost missed it even with her enhanced senses.

"Find what?" the Sky Dragon Slayer asked curiously.

"Find the magic that's meant for me. I can't do any magic that anyone tries to teach me....not even yours," Apple Bloom said, looking at Wendy with sorrowful red eyes. Wendy was about to say something, but Apple Bloom wasn't done, "I just can't seem to do any type of ability like the rest of you! Rainbow Dash was able to learn lighting and weather magic, Flash Sentry was sparring with Erza and re-equipping no problem, and Twilight has already mastered her own magic techniques and is just learning some new spells! And what about me? Nothing!" the little pony cried, her voice raising enough to cause a few heads to turn their way, including Natsu and Twilight. Wendy, not knowing what else to do, sat with the young filly and hugged her, trying to sooth her with encouraging words.

"I'm sorry that I can't help you with learning magic, Apple Bloom, but don't give up just yet! Grandina, the dragon who raised me, always said that every living soul has some kind of magic power that is destined for them, even if they can't find it at first," Wendy explained reassuringly. At the girl's words, Apple Bloom calmed down, yet snuggled closer to her new friend as she looked up at her with teary, red eyes.

"R-really....?" the pony stuttered out, clinging on to hope. Wendy smiled and nodded.

"Really. You just haven't found that magic that's destined for you, but I know you'll find it. Believe it or not, there are two types of magics out there, like ability-type magic and holder-type magic. Ability magic is the magic that comes directly from within us and we can control it to our will, but holder magic is magic where you can learn any type of power you want and use it to your advantage. There are always going to be all kinds of magical abilities out there, you just need to uncover yours. And don't worry, if there's one thing Fairy Tail has taught me, it's that we will always be with you every step you take, so don't worry. With us you'll find your magic ability for sure!" Wendy conclude, striking a thumbs up to emphasize her encouragement.

Apple Bloom smiled a genuine smile this time and wiped the tears away and hugged Wendy, "Thanks, Wendy. I appreciate that, and I know I'll find out what it is my magic is suppose to be, just as I'll find out what my cutie mark is as well! I got to go, I'm gonna go find my special ability! Bye, Wendy!" and with that, the bow-wearing filly dashed off, ready to go and find the magic she was destined to train with. Wendy smiled and waved cheerily to Apple Bloom, before the sound of a throat being cleared made her turn her head to be met with the smiling and touched faces of her guild mates, humans, exceeds, and ponies. Even Gajeel held a small smirk as he looked at the Sky Dragon Slayer.

"W-what?" Wendy stuttered self-consciously. She had no idea they had an audience.

Erza smiled, "You are truly wise beyond your years, Wendy," was all the great Titania said, which made everybody and pony else nod their heads in agreement.

Wendy blushed.

Apple Bloom dashed off as fast as her little legs could take her, scouring the town and looking at any shops that held magical items. Apple Bloom knew that, being an earth pony, that she was likely more equipped for having holder-type magic, considering on how all the earth ponies back in Equestria usually never manifested magic power unless they came into contact with some sort of magical property. Apple Bloom knew Wendy was right; there was some type of magical ability that was meant for her, and she was determined to find it. Anything to be able to help her new guild in the crisis their world was in. The young filly shivered at the thought of what Master Macarov announced to the entire guild earlier that day, and it angered her that the Magic Council wasn't doing anything about it. All the more reason to find a magic she was capable of as soon as possible. The faster she found her magical ability, the faster she could be of more help to her friends. No matter the costs.
