One day I woke up in Equestria in Fluttershy's body!
"I don't know how it happened, but apparently I am in my favorite character's body!" "I wouldn't mind being in my own pony turned body," "BUT REALLY!?" "WHY DID I HAVE TO BE IN FLUTTERSHY'S BODY!?" "no offense flutters..." It's okay...
It was just a day like any other ordinary day. I ate breakfast, went to school, and came back home afterwards, because let's face it, nothing interesting ever happens at school... When I got home I went straight to my bedroom to play some Mario Maker. I was getting bored of trying to create another level, so I turned off the system and decided to watch some MLP on Netflix. I picked an episode and pressed the OK button on the TV remote. The episode played out as normal until.
"My Little Pony, My..."
"Skip!" I said without hesitation. pressing the fast forward button on the remote. Now I know what you're thinking, 'Why are you skipping the intro?' Well, let's just say I don't like the intro, It's annoying.
I continued to watch more, when there was some blue lightning sparking from the television. I then saw a bright light and blacked out.......
(Knock! knock!) I woke up to a knock at the door. 'Who could that be?' I thought as I lazily got up and slowly trekked to the door. I gave out a big yawn.
(Knock! Knock! Knock!) "Calm down, I'm coming!" I quietly shouted half to myself. 'Hang on, why does my voice sound like that?' I wondered. I just dismissed it though.
(Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock!) The person outside was yelling something, but the walls muffled out the sound. I was getting annoyed so I increased my walking speed. "I'm coming! I'm coming! Gee, what's the rush!?" I said reaching for the door. I opened the door with my right arm, it swung inwards.
On the other side of the door flying in place was a cyan pegasus that I knew all too well. She had a rainbow colored mane, and magenta eyes.
"Yo, what gives?" she said in her raspy voice, "I thought you were coming to Lake Fore-Stunt to help me practice my awesome flying tricks!? Oversleep?" My only response was to stare in awe with my mouth open. I didn't know how to respond. 'This can't be real! I've got to be hallucinating!'
"B-bu wha... huh? bu... but how?" I stuttered. "Not real!" I shouted slamming the door closed and turning around to lean my back against the door in a comedic manner. 'It's not real! It's not real!' I keep telling myself. I slowly opened the door to see if she was still there, and to my dismay... she was. "But Y-you... you're Rainbow Dash!?" I shouted. I couldn't believe this. Rainbow Dash was at my front door. I felt myself get dizzy and then, I blacked out...
"I hope she's here!" I said flying down to Fluttershy's cottage, "She said she'd be there!" I arrive at the front door and decided not to land, because... Um.... Well... I just like to fly alright!? I went to the door and knocked. (Knock! Knock!) "Fluttershy?" I said. I waited 5 or so seconds but no answer. So I knocked again. (Knock! Knock! Knock!) "Fluttershy??" I waited 2-3 seconds, but still no answer. I was getting impatient, so I started pounding on the door. (Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock! Knock!) "FLUTTERSHY!" I yelled. I then heard yelling. not very loud yelling, but still yelling nonetheless.
"I'm coming I'm coming! Gee! What's the rush!?" shouted Fluttershy opening the door.
"Yo what gives?" I said, "I thought you were coming to Lake Fore-Stunt to help me practice my awesome flying tricks!? Oversleep?" For a few seconds she didn't respond, she just... stared.
"B-bu wha... huh? bu... but how? Not real!" she shouted slamming the door on me.
"What the huh?" I said shocked. 'I didn't know Flutters could shout that loudly...' I was trying to figure out what the hay just happened, when the door opened again.
"But Y-you... you're Rainbow Dash!?" she shouted. But before I could respond she feinted...
"Um... Fluttershy?"
Sweet Apple Acres
Pinkie pie was helping Applejack with gathering apples.
"You guys! Come quick! Something's wrong with Fluttershy!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Ah can't go nowhere Dash, I've got Apple trees to buck!" exclaimed Applejack.
"You go ahead." said Big Mac "I'll take care of these apples!"
"Are ya sure?" asked Applejack.
"Eeyup!"
"Then let's go let's go let's go!" shouted Rainbow Dash.
Twilight's Castle
Twilight was experimenting with chemicals at her castle when somepony burst through the door.
"Twilight!" shouted Rainbow Dash.
The shock made her accidentally spill too much and created a small explosion into her face.
"This had better be good!" said Twilight.
Rarity's Boutique
Rainbow dash came into the boutique to find Rarity running back and forth trying to put together a dress.
"Oh dear. Oh no! No no no!"
"Um... Rarity?" asked Rainbow Dash. Rarity stopped running for a second.
"Oh, Hello darling! Um I'm sorry I can't talk right now, I have a very Important order to fill and the deadline's tomorrow!" said Rarity
"But it's-"
"Darling whatevers on your mind it can wait till tomorrow. Somepony very popular needs this dress for a performance in canterlot!"
"But it's- Wait... you mean Sapphire Shores?"
"Sapphire Shores? Oh no no no no, This is for the one and only Sky Diamond! Oh, but I can't find my pink thread anywhere!"
"Um... Isn't it right there?" asked Rainbow Dash pointing to a spot under a table next to one of the legs.
"Oh..." said Rarity embarassed. "I seem to have ran passed it." She then picked it up with her magic, put the end through the eye of the needle, and started sewing. She was too occupied in her work to listen to what her friend was saying, so Rainbow Dash just left.
Later
"What happened?" asked Twilight.
"Is she?..." started Applejack.
"No, she's just... I don't know what happened, she just feinted on me!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Tell us what happened." said Twilight levitating a notepad and quill in front of her.
"Well I knocked on the door and there was no answer, so I knocked again and still no answer. Then I started pounding on the door and she finally answered."
"You were pounding on the door?" asked Pinkie.
"No Pinkie, I wasn't hitting it that hard! I was just getting impatient." replied Rainbow Dash. "She opened the door and just... stared at me... It was weird!"
"That is weird..." said Applejack. "Did she say anythin' to ya?"
"No, not to me... She was stuttering, not making any sense. Then she says I'm not real, and slams the door in my face!"
"Hmmm... Staring.... Stuttering.... Not real.... Slammed the door... Very unusual!" said Twilight writing everything down. "Anything else?"
"Yeah! She opened the door again, but this time very slowly. And she totally freaked out!"
"Freaked out?" asked Twilight.
"Totally! She was acting as if she's never met me before!"
Twilight looked back at her notes trying to put the pieces together. "Hmm... Perhaps she has amnesia?"
"Look! She's coming to!" said a voice that clearly had a southern accent. I opened my eyes to see what appeared to be a lavender unicorn in front of me.
"Twilight Sparkle!?" I said shocked. "Okay this has got to be a dream! But then again I don't ever dream!" I wanted to test something so I poked her. "Oh my gosh! You're real!"
"Well of course I'm real and... WOULD YOU STOP POKING ME!?"
"Oh, sorry!" I said with an apologetic smile. "Wait, why do I have hooves!?" I said looking at my yellow hooves. "I need a mirror!" I shouted.
"Over there!" shouted Pinkie pointing to the bathroom, not even questioning why I need a mirror. I didn't stop to thank her and took a look in the mirror. In the mirror I did not see a human, I saw a pony, ears and all. My pelt was a butterscotch yellow, and my mane was a bright pink. I was a pegasus. The only thing that wasn't different was my blue eyes. I couldn't believe it. I was Fluttershy.
"I'M FLUTTERSHY!?" I shouted. Then I screamed the most manly scream I could conjure, or at least It would have been manly if I wasn't a mare.
'Who's there? What's happening? Why can't I control my body?'
"Fluttershy?" I said out loud
'Who are you? How do you know my name?' she said.
"Calm down, everything's going to be fine!" I said trying to comfort her.
The girls were looking at me with confused looks on their faces. "She's lost it!" proclaimed Applejack. I couldn't help but laugh at that.
"What's so funny?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"What AJ said, it was hilarious!" I say laughing
"Ah don't get it!" said AJ
"Ok imagine Pinkie in my situation," I said pointing to the party pony. "and you say 'She's lost it!' Well, she's never had it!" I exclaim laughing hysterically. Surprisingly they are all laughing. Even Pinkie Pie.
"That is so, true!" said rainbow holding her gut in hysterical laughter.
After everyone was done laughing I asked "Where's Rarity?"
"She couldn't make it, she had a very special order..." said Twilight who upon further inspection was actually an Alicorn. "Wait! Are you starting to remember?"
"Um... actually..." I started "You probably won't believe me, but I'm not Fluttershy..."
"WHAT!?" shouted everyone.
"What do you mean you're not Fluttershy?" asked Twilight.
"You're not a changeling are you!?" said Rainbow Dash accusingly.
"I'm not a changeling!" I said rolling my eyes.
"Then where's our Fluttershy, Huh?" said Rainbow.
'I'm right here!'
"I'm not sure how, but I think she's in here," I said pointing to my head, "and this is her physical body too."
"You can hear her thoughts?" asked Twilight.
"I think so."
"What's she sayin' right now?" asked Applejack.
'I'm so scared, but I think i'll be okay...'
"She's scared, but she thinks she'll be okay."
Pinkie's face turned to sadness, "Poor Fluttershy!"
"I'm sure she's fine Pinks!" said AJ
"Listen, my name is Kevin, and I'm a human from another world."
"Human? You mean you're from Canterlot High?" asked Twilight.
"No, I'm from another world, but you're on the right track!"
"Wait a minute, if you're from another world and just got here, how do you know our names?" asked Pinkie. I was shocked to say the least. I wouldn't have expected Pinkie to ask that question. Twilight maybe, but Pinkie?
I cleared my throat, "Yeah... about that..." I said, "Where I come from this world and all of the adventures you have in it are just fictional stories on a screen..."
"So what you're saying is.... We're famous!?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"You could say that..." I replied a little unsure.
"Awesome!" says RD
"Hold on!" said AJ "So you're sayin' we're made up?"
"Humans have very big imaginations."
"But if we're made up... Then what's the point of anythin!" Asks AJ
"Well if you think about it Applejack Canterlot high could also be considered fake but we can actually go there."
"We would if you actually let us go there." Says Rainbow crossing her arms annoyed.
"Hey it's not my fault there's other versions of you! It would get confusing!" Explained Twilight.
"Well um... Have you heard of the multiverse theory? That could be it." I reply shyly. Twilight gasps.
"You know the multiverse theory!?" Shouts Twilight grinning widely.
"Mhm..." I say rather embarrassed "It's just a theory though I didn't expect for this to happen."
"Anything else we need to know Kevin?" asked Twilight.
"Um... I'm not a mare..." When I said that they all had shocked expressions on their faces. Nopony spoke a word. Rainbow Dash was the one to break the silence.
"That must be so weird!" AJ then bumped Rainbow. "Ow! Hey!"
"Rainbow, that wasn't nice!" said Applejack. "Sorry bout' that!"
"It's okay AJ!" I said. "So Twilight, do you believe me?"
"We'll see, It's not that I don't trust you it's just that I need more info!"
"How about an official tour of Ponyville from, yours truly?" asks Pinkie with that smile of hers.
Pinkie was showing me around Ponyville. She told me the names of everpony we crossed paths with. Even though I don't remember most of them. We arrived at Sugarcube Corner. I already know the name of the place from the show, but I just let Pinkie Pie do her thing.
"This is Sugarcube Corner!" said Pinkie with her right fore-hoof around me giving me a buddy hug. "Which is where Mr. and Mrs. Cake make the most delicious cakes!" Pinkie and I then headed West.
We walked... Well actually, Pinkie happily trotted while I followed close behind. We were at the center of town, when Pinkie turned her head in my direction. "South of here is Sweet Apple Acres!" She said Pointing her hoof to the left. (my direction) "My best friend Applejack, and her family harvest and sell apples at their apple farm!"
"Gee, I would have never guessed!" I said being sarcastic.
"Hey, did you know I grew up on a rock farm?"
"I did," I replied "but how does one FARM ROCKS? It doesn't make sense!"
Pinkie placed her hoof on her muzzle tapping her chin. "I'm not sure..." she said slowly.
My right hoof met up with my face. What she said was totally worthy of a facehoof.
"So Kevin, tell me more about yourself."
"Well, my favorite color is blue, I was born the 27th of September and-"
"What year?"
"Huh?"
"The year silly! What year were you born?" I could hear giggling from the real Fluttershy.
"Oh! 1999."
Outside Carousel Boutique
Pinkie's tour ends at the Carousel Boutique.
"And here is the Carousel Boutique!" exclaims Pinkie. "My best friend Rarity is the best designer of dresses and fabrics in Ponyville!"
"Let's go meet Rarity!" I held the door with my left fore-hoof. "Ladies first!" I said half jokingly.
Pinkie bounced with glee into the Boutique all Pinkie style. "Thanks!!" she said "You're such a gentlecolt!" After she finished that sentence, her head popped back from around the door. "Or... should I say gentlemare?" 'What?!' She then disappears from sight again.
I placed my hoof over my face. "Ugh!"
Carousel Boutique
I walked into the Boutique to see Rarity running around back and forth.
'Probably worrying about that special order.' I thought.
'She looks distressed' said Fluttershy in 'my' head. 'Maybe you should talk to her'
"Hi Rarity!" I said.
"Fluttershy! Darling, are you alright? I had heard something had happened, from Rainbow Dash. But I was so caught up in my work that I didn't listen! Can you EVER forgive me!?" said Rarity holding her right fore-hoof against her forehead.
"Um... Rarity?"
"Oh, what am I talking about? Of course you forgive me! We're best friends!" Interrupted Rarity. "Here try this on!" Her horn glowed a light blue. She then fitted me with a blue dress.
"Rarity..."
"Oh hush now dearie, I know exactly what you're about to say, and it looks simply divine on you!" she said. "Of course I wasn't quite done with that as of yet, so if you'll allow me to sew in some sapphires then-"
"Rarity!" I shouted cutting her off. Rarity jumped at my sudden outburst.
"Or perhaps, just leave it the way it is?"
"Rarity listen," I said. I'm not really Fluttershy..."
"I beg your pardon?"
"Well...." started Pinkie taking in a deep breath. 'Oh dear!' I thought. I knew exactly what was about to happen, and I'm sure Rarity did too.
"ThisFluttershyisn'tourFluttershybecausethisFluttershyisactuallyahumanfromanotherworldnamedKevin!AndthatKevinisn'tamarehe'sastallionwhichisreallyreallyweirdonceyouthinkaboutitbutthegoodthingisthat FluttershynotthisFluttershybutourFluttershycanspeaktothisFluttershythroughFluttershy'sbrain!" She said taking a deep breath of air into her lungs before ending her rant with a smile.
I honestly didn't understand a single word of what she said (neither did Rarity), but If you must know. Here is a Pinkie-to-English translation.
"This Fluttershy isn't our Fluttershy because this Fluttershy is actually a human from another world named Kevin! And that Kevin isn't a mare he's a stallion which is really really weird once you think about it! But the good thing is that Fluttershy not this Fluttershy but our Fluttershy can speak to this Fluttershy through Fluttershy's brain!"
'How did she even say all that in one breath?' I thought.
'That's just Pinkie being Pinkie!' replied Fluttershy.
"I don't follow..." said Rarity.
(I explain)
"Oh dear! I am so sorry! if I had known-"
"Rarity, it's all right! Besides," I look at my reflection in the mirror. "this dress looks really good on me! You truly have an eye for fashion!" I said trying to make her feel better, which I succeeded in doing.
"Aw, why thank you for the compliment!" said Rarity. She levitated the dress off of me, and then Pinkie and I walked out the door.
I placed my hoof on my face. 'Ugh! Really!? "This dress looks really good on me!?" Did I seriously just say that!?' I thought.
'Um... yes?'
'Ugh! That was a rhetorical question! You don't answer a rhetorical question!'
'Sorry...'
Ponyville
On the way back to the cottage, I ran into Derpy. Heh, literally! my head was hurting a little but I was a ok. I rubbed my head.
'Ow...'
"Are you alright?" asked the grey mare.
"Yeah Ditzy, I'm fine."
"How do you know my name?"
"Well..." I thought for a minute. "Do you want me to lie to you or-"
"Just tell me the truth." she said with an unamused face.
"Okay, you're probably going to think I'm lying, but-"
"Ah, Derpy! There you are!" I was interrupted by a third voice. "Oh, Hello! Sorry, I didn't see you there! Fluttershy, right?" the voice belonged to Time Turner.
"Not exactly..." I said
"Whatever do you mean? Twin sister?"
"No..." I said 'I've gotta ask him!'
'Ask him what?'
'Nothing you need to know!'
"Let me answer your question with another." I said. "Does the term blue box mean anything to you?" He put his hoof under his chin as if he were thinking. 'Probably faking' I thought.
"No, I don't believe so... Ditzy? Do you know anything about a blue box?"
"No."
"Alright, this is going to sound crazy and maybe insane, but..." I had to say it! "I'm actually a human male named Kevin and I watch this show called My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, that is about this world and the events that happen within it!"
"Ok...." said Ditzy Doo
"Well, nice to meet you... Kevin." said Time Turner
"Bye..." I said.
Fluttershy's Cottage
Back at the cottage I say goodbye to Pinkie, and say hello to Angel Bunny. (even though he can be stubborn at times.) He was shrugging to me. "Where was I?" I asked. Angel nodded. "Well you see, Pinkie Pie was showing me around Ponyville." He cocked his head to the side. "Well the thing is I'm not Fluttershy. I'm just in her body." Angel gave me a shocked look. "Hang on Angel." I said. "Fluttershy? Where's the food kept?"
'In the kitchen, go around the stairs'
Sure enough, I found the kitchen. I opened up the fridge and got 2 apples for me, and a carrot for Angel.
I expected him to throw it at me wanting carrot cake or something, but he started eating it without a hitch.
'That was unexpected'
After eating we were all tired. I took Fluttershy's body upstairs and into bed.
"Good night Angel." I said as he hopped into his cute little bunny bed.
I arched my back and stretched my wings trying to wake up. 'Wait, wings?' I thought. I tried to remember what had happened yesterday. 'Oh yeah, I'm in Equestria...' I rubbed my eyes with my hooves, and felt some kind of soft fabric over my eyes. 'That's strange, why is this here?' I wondered. I opened my eyes, but all I could see is black.
'Morning Kevin.'
'Morning Fluttershy.'
'What's going on? I can't see a thing!'
'I was wondering the same thing.'
I pushed the fabric off my eyes.
"Hi there!" said a familiar voice.
'Aah!'
'Ah!'
I looked left and right but I saw nobody but Angel in his bunny bed.
"Huh?"
"Up here!"
I looked up to see a pink pony hanging from the ceiling with plungers on her hooves.
'Ah!!'
"Aaaahhh!!"
"Aaaaahhhh!"
I fell off the bed with a THUD.
"Wakey wakey sleepyhead!"
'That pony is so random!'
"Pinkie Pie what are you doing here?! You scared the feathers right off of me!"
"I can't tell you that! That would spoil the secret!"
'What the hay is she talking about?'
"Now put your blindfold back on! I have a surprise for you!" she said covering my eyes with the fabric and pushing me downstairs and out the door. I could tell because of the way the ground felt.
'What could she have planned for me? Think Kevin think!' My mind still needed time to fully wake up, so I couldn't think straight. "Pinkie, where are we going?!" I shouted "I don't trust anypony to push me around blindly!" 'Did I REALLY just say that? These equestrian terms are getting to me!'
"You'll see!" She said pushing me to who knows where.

Pinkie finally stopped pushing me. The air felt a little colder and the ground felt smooth, so I must be inside. I felt my blindfold come off, and the light invaded my pupils. I had a few seconds to adjust to the light.
'Where am I? Why did Pinkie drag me all the way here? Wait... Please don't tell me this is what I think this-'
"Surprise!" exclaimed at least 30 ponies, maybe more...
'Aah!'
'Aaannd... it is...'
Pinkie ran off and came back with a bunch of instruments 3 seconds later. And then she began to sing.....
"Are you seri-"
"Happy, Happy birthday! Your day is filled with cheer!"
With a smile Pinkie got in my face, so I backed my head away. 'Okay...'
"Happy, Happy birthday! We smile when you arrive!"
"On your special day I'll make you, THE HAPPIEST PONY ALIVE!!!"
Pinkie then jumps high into the air while several confetti cannons fired, shooting out confetti and streamers.
As her song finished, I couldn't help myself from laughing.
"P-P-Pinkie Pie!! What is all this!?" I asked in laughter.
"Well duh!" said Pinkie with a frown, which returned to a smile. "It's your Happy Birthday Party! Well actually it was originally a Welcome to Ponyville Party, but when you said today was your birthday I had to change the banner to Welcome to Ponyville/Birthday Party"
"Um thanks, but I'm not really into birthdays anymore."
"WHAT!?" shouted Pinkie who was apparently sensitive about my statement. "How, how? HOW do you not like birthday parties?!"
"I don't know," I said "I just don't see the point of birthdays anymore."
"You mean I planned this entire party for nothing!?"
"No, I didn't say that. I will gladly enjoy this party!" Pinkies eyes lit up with excitement. "But this party needs one more thing..."
"More punch bowls?" asked Pinkie.
"No, it needs... LESS BALLOONS!" I then grabbed every single balloon and brought all of them up to Pinkie's room.
"Uh, what are you doing?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Yeah, what are you doing with all those balloons?" continued Twilight.
"Well you see, I don't like it when balloons pop." I said
'I don't like that either'
"Seriously!? What's a party without balloons?" yelled Pinkie.
"A party I can enjoy?" I said. It looked like She was going to explode, but then.
"Okidokeloki! If you're happy, then I have accomplished my mission!"
"Aaaaahhhh!"
