upon Twilight Sparkle getting Clownified after visiting a circus. Equestria is soon going to become clownified after Twilight makes something that would change Equestria forever.
On a average day in Ponyville, Twilight visits a all Clown Circus that appeared, however, her visit became something stranger. When meeting the ponies who run the circus, Twilight ends up clownified. Even stranger, its permanent and her clown form along with her new personality beccome her new self. To make it more stranger, Twilight wants to clownify Equestria after her friends get clownified.
As Equestria becomes Clownified, the mane 6 start to have fun in their new nation. Nothing Bad can happen, right?

It's a peaceful day in the town of Ponyville. Ponies getting ready for the upcoming winter, Ponies were working, and even preperation for the running of the leaves was going on. While everypony was working, some were enjoying the weather. Surprisingly, several ponies were going all nuts and crazy over something that recently opened in their town. It was something that was making alot of ponies excited.
At the Friendship Rainbow Kingdom Palace, Twilight was seen in her living room laying down, looking. She was going through book, to book earlier. Although she is into books, she was starting to get bored, very VERY bored. While she was laying down, she was staring at the ceiling, During the time. It was by now she realized her friends were right; she needs to get out more.
While she was laying down, Spike came in. When he saw Twilight laying down in complete boredom, he couldn't help but laugh. Seeing Twilight bored was something he doesn't see everyday. Usually he sees her with a book in the library and not coming out. However, he decided that it was time to get Twilight out. "Come on Twilight, why don't you go out and walk around town." Spike encouraged.
"Come on Spike, I get bored easily walking around town."
"Twilight, being indoors being bored isn't good. Besides, ponies are outside having fun. Even....maybe you might go to that new place that just up."
Getting up, Twilight looked at Spike with question. "New....Place?"
Spike then showed Twilight a flyer. Getting up, Twilight read the content on the flyer. As she read, she noticed it was talking about a new circus that opened up in Ponyville for all of Equestria to see. Judging by the looks of it, it seeming was an all clown circus. Furthermore, it mentioned that the audience can participate. This made Twilight eyes shine. The last time she's been to the circus was when she was a filly and Cadence took her. She loved it, even the clowns. Even now, she always wanted to go to a circus again. Getting up, she began walking with Spike. "Do I have an duties on my schedule today Spike?" Twilight asked.
"No Twi, no Princess duties, no Audiences, nothing..... You are going to see the circus, aren't you?"
"Well duh, I haven't been to one in years."
Upon reaching the door, Twilight walked outside and then proceeded to go to town. Spike, however stayed behind since he is going to help Rarity with a pet project she has. While walking through town, Twilight saw a huge circus tent on the outside of the town. Staring at the tent bought back memories, to her, it feels like she is a filly again.
At that moment, Twilight reached the tent. Approching, she saw that the tent was closed. However, a note on it said the show starts at 1:30, Which Twilight noted it was only 1pm. "Guess I came early." Twilight said to herself, only to be started by a voice.
"Someone here?" A Voice said as the tent open revealing a clown mare. Surprisingly, she noticed Twilight had wings. Thinking quick, she bowed respectfully. "Princess Twilight Sparkle? W-welcome to the circus, I guess you here to see it?" The mare asked in surprised.
"Yes, I heard it recently appeared. i guess this is the cirucs."
"Sure is. Oh, my name is Magic the magician by the way. Since.....your a member of royalty, we can let you in early."
As Magic went in, Twilight followed and she saw the inside was alot bigger. While she walked with Magic, Twilight noticed there were ALOT of clowns in the tent. More over, everyone in the tent was a clown. It was like an all clown circus. As they walked, Twilight looked at Magic. "So....this is an... all clown circus?" Twilight asked curiously
"Precisely Twilight. Our Ringmaster, Sasha, created the clown circus."
Twilight couldn't help but smile. Of all the things she heard of, a all clown circus was one of the silliest things ever. To her, it felt like a goofy circus, but, a very interesting one. Among all, the clowns in the circus were seemingly having fun, while some where ponies. Suspicously, this kinda question, however, she didn't want to bother, because she wants to avoid causing a problem. Right then, they entered what seemingingly to be a dressing room. Magic walked next to the mirror and looked at Twilight. "So.....Have you ever clowned around before Twilight?" Magic asked with a grin on her face.
"Uhhhh, no why?"
Magic let out a small giggle. "Because as of today, your new life of clowning around starts."
Right when Twilight was going to speak, Magics horn glowed and a clown nose appeared on Twilights nose. Just at that moment, Twilight felt weird. It felt like, something was happening to her. "W-what is going on?" Twilight asked nervously.
Magic then smiled. "Trick you never seen before. The Ringmaster created, but you will know it, soon."
Unexpectedly Twilights mane began restyling itself on its own. Surprisingly enough, it changed color to a Cotton Candy Blue with Red and Pink Stripes. Twilight looked in the mirror and gasped. "Oh no. Oh nononononono. Undo this." Twilight pleed.
"Sorry.....there is no way to undo this. My apologize."
While the transformation is happening, Twilight heard what seemed to be faint circus music and laughter. Unexpectedly, Twilight began to giggle, and somehow was shocked with disbelieve hearing herself giggle without doing it willingly. Now, Twilight became afraid when a neckless with a star on it appeared around her neck. Struggling to get it off, the music and laughter started to get louder, even to the point it was becoming distracting with every change that was happening. Then, a pink and blue Rainbow streaked dress appeared on Twilight covering her mane and cutie mark. "S...Stop....please.....I-I beg you." Twilight cried.
After blue blue shoes formed on Twilights hoofs, she saw in the mirror that her face had pink blush on it, trying to wipe it off, she noticed it won't fade. Lastly, the biggest change happened, Twilights eyes. the light headedness continued as if her personality was changing. and just at that moment, Twilights eyes became bright pink, and her eye lashes expanded and curled, unkowingly, her cutie mark changed. After 30 seconds late, the music and laughter died down. At that moment she looked at Magic. "Ready to be the greatest alicorn clown, Princess Twilight Sprinkle?" Magic asked
Twilight Sparkle, who is now Twilight Sprinkle. "Of course silly, Princess Twilight Sprinkle, the Princess of Clowns is born ready. Hmm, maybe I should be called both Twilight Sprinkle, and Twinkle Sprinkle." Twilight giggled.
A Promise
Twilights day became the most funnest day ever. Before the preformance, she was clowning around, even talking to the founder, Sasha, and got along with her quite well. When ponies came in, she began preforming. While preforming, she made alot of ponies laugh. First she was riding on a pink circus ball, juggling, pieing some ponies, and even making jokes. Shockingly however, Twilights friends were not there. They were probably busy.
When the performance ended, Twilight was given her own room in the circus tent. Thinking clearly, she made a special door linking to a secret door in her palace. Afterwards, Sasha gave Twilight the pink circus ball, and wanting to be goofy, Twilight rode it home. As she approched her castle, Twilight open the doors and rolled the ball in, and into the relaxing room. Unknowingly, Spike was in there, and was shocked at what he saw. "T-Twilight is that you?" Spike asked only to hear a giggle, and saw a pony, who was indeed Twilight, but different come from behind the ball.
"Of course Silly willy. Who did you think it was, the candy mare?" Twilight repllied giggling.
Seeing this Spike jumped. Twilight wasn't herself. Spike tried to slap himself awake but it didn't work. Upon the fifth slap, he came to realization he wasn't dreaming. This was INDEED Twilight. Panicking, Spike was about to get a scroll, but Twilight stopped him. "Spike what do you think your doing?" Twilight asked?
"Contacting Celestia, you need help."
"Spike, I don't need help, this is the new me. The circus made me new."
Hearing this, Spike dropped the pen in shock. He couldn't believe it, Twilight was now a clown, and looked Brainwash. Twilight then saw a tear forming in his eye. Thinking fast, Twilight pulled him into a hug. "Spike, don't cry. turn that frown upside down. Be happy." Twilight said with a little giggle.
"B-but your no longer you, y-your different."
At that point, Twilight went to the couch and hugged Spike. Feeling sorry, Twilight Sprinkle looked at Spike. "Spike, even though I am a clown now, and I am ditching my egghead self to be a much more sillier and clownish pony and this is my new look, can you promise me something, an unbreakable promise?" Twilight asked, so she can avoid Sasha getting in trouble.
"W-what? I-I mean, your different...what makes me think I can trust you?"
"I will ask Rarity to bring you gems, even some sapphires. Not lying,"
"Okay....what is the promise?"
Twilight then began to tell Spike the promise. The promise was simple; Twilight gets to clownifiy the palace into a clownish theme, while Spike must promise to become a clown. However there is one thing Spike had to follow. Understanding that the circus is still new, Twilight made Spike vow not to tell Celestia about the circus magic until she is ready to know about it, to avoid Sasha getting in trouble. After a minute of thinking, Spike looked at Twilight. "Deal. But....promise that are friends know." Spike added
"Promise."
With that, Twilights horn glown and the whole palace began to change into a clowny version. Additionally Spike noticed that while it was changing, Twilight was smiling and giggling, which Spike smiled at happy how Twilight is. After about 50 seconds, the castle was all clownish in Twilights favorite color, Pink. Twilight then smiled at her own castle and looked at Spike. "Well Spike, you ready?"
"I-I Guess."
Giggling, Twilight horn glown and a clown nose appeared on Spike. "Then get ready for a much fun life of clownhood."
The next day started a great day for day for Twilight. When she went to had breakfast, Spike began to goof off with twilight. Since becoming a clown, Twilight and Spike had been having such a fun day yesterday. During their breakfast, and goofing off, they were telling jokes to one another, even laughing like crazy. After breakfast, Rarity came over and delivered some gems that Twilight had promised. Upon seeing Twilight, she asked her why she looks different, and, to cover it up, Twilight told her a lie, just to protect the Circus.
Shortly after breakfast, Twilight and Spike went and got their circus balls and began to clown around in a room Twilight created for this. Surprisingly, Owlicious, who was watching em clown around, was also having fun. Together, Spike and Twilight began juggling together tossing pins, and balls. Judging by their faces, they were having fun. Additonally, Twilight hasn't stepped one hoof in the library. While they juggled, Owlicious was tossing pies at them. At that point, Twilight looked at Spike. "Hey Spike, what do you call a magic owl?" Twilight asked giggling.
"What?"
"Hoodini."
Hearing the punchline, Spike fell on the ground laughing, especially Twilight. To them the joke was really funny. While they were laughing, they heard somepony enter the castle. Letting out her laughter, Twilight got up and looked to see who it was. Walking to the hallway, she saw it somepony who she didn't expect to visit. It was the ringmaster, Sasha. Twilight walked to her and smiled. "Hello Sasha." Twilight greeted.
"Hello Twilight, how are you?"
"I'm clowntastic." Twilight replied with a giggle.
When she joined the circus, Twilight got along with Sasha really amazingly. Surprisingly, they got along really well. Especially during the performance where Twilight was doing a fantastic job entertaining. Not only that, Twilight learned that Sasha has a dream of living in a nation full of clowns.
Since the circus is still preparing for the next performance and it starts in several hours, Twilight, Spike, and Sasha decided to clown around. While clowning around, Sasha revealed at least 5-8 ponyvillians became clowns. This made Twilight giggle, ponies becoming clowns will make Equestria much a fun and happy place. However, Twilight had a plan. "Hey Sasha, am...I able to clownify my friends?" Twilight asked.
"You mean your five friends who helpped you save Equestria multiple times?"
"Yes."
"Sure....If I may suggestt, I would start with somepony that means alot to you."
Twilight then smiled and giggled. "Well, they will have to come to the circus first."
Suspicion
In Sugarcube corner, the mane 5 were hanging out. Unexpectedly, Discord was with them. Today was there usual hangout day. Unlike anyother day, this was the time of year they can hang out more often. Even for Fluttershy, since her critters are preparing for hibernation. However, Twilight wasn't with them.
While hanging out, they saw few ponies whom were looking like clowns coming in and getting snacks. Not knowingly, the mane 5 nor Discord didn't know why. One by one, clowns were coming in getting snack, even causing em to get suspicous. Unlike previous days, this one was getting suspicous. Even since when the circus opened up.
After the last one left, the mane 5 and Discord look at one another. To them, it was like something you don't see everyday, especially when its not Nighmare Night. They were filled with questions, like what was going on, or if they were dreaming. Applejack was even surprised. "What the hay is going on? Do any of yall feel a little freaked out over this?" Applejack asked.
Rainbow rolled her eyes. "No kidding Applejack. If I had a guess, I think Discord is up to something, aren't you Discord?"
Discord then picked Rainbow up. Since Rainbow started to befriend Discord, she had been getting a littlee suspicous here and there with his random chaotic abilities. Unkowingly to her shock, Discord couldn't have done it. Even though Discord caused several problems in the past, this one wasn't his doing. "Come now Rainbow, you think I would do this now would you? I mean, its pretty obvious this is....how do I put this so you can understand...." Discord said nervously.
Fluttershy looked at him with curiousity. "It...It's not good isn't it?"
Discord Sighed. "Yes, reason is, is that the magic I am sensing is not oridnary magic. Nor doesn't originate from Equestria."
Silence broke em all. Hearing that its not equestrian magic was one of the most surprising things ever. Not only that, it seems what ever is causing the ponies to become clowns must be magic related. While they were thinking, Rarity remembered something, when she went to Twilights to deliver Saphires for Spike that Twilight promised, she saw something different about Twilight. When she saw Twilight, she was all clown even looking like the other ponies and all giggly. "Come to think of it.....Twilight was dressed like a clown also when I went to deliver gems for Spike." Rarity pointed out. "If..... I had to guess, it must be something dealing with the circus that..."
At that moment, the girls saw somepony riding a circus ball outside. Examining closer, they were shocked to see who it was; It was Twilight, whom, surprisingly, looked different and, clownish. As they watched, they saw her heading to the circus, not only that, but, from what they saw, they saw some strange magic happen, causing an inanimated object to grow legs an litterly run away while somepony was chasing it like crazy. Witnessing this caused them to look at eachother shocked and speechless. Their friend, their alicorn friend, has now gone clown and possibly a circus member. Not only that, this was not like Twilight. She always goes in her library and reads books.
"Shall.....one of us go to the circus and see what is going on?" Rainbow asked curiously.
"Well, since you asked Dashie, how about you go check. You and Twilight are close friends after all."
Realizing she should of kept her mouth shut, Rainbow knew they were right. She is Twilights best and close friend. Feeling worried, Rainbow got up and looked at the circus tent. As she took a deep breath, Rainbow walked out of sugarcube corner and followed the path to the circus tent. Little did she know, something was going to happen.
Rainbow Dash's turn
The walk wasn't long for Rainbow Dash to reach the tent. Luckily, no pony was walking around, possibly since they were busy. Although Rainbow was waiting to go to the circus with her friends when it first opened, plans changed. Witnessing what she saw, she had a bad feeling something was up.
When Rainbow approched the tent, she noticed it was locked. Reminicsing that one time, she remembered when she recovered from her injury and was out of the hospital and wanted to finish the book, she was sneaky enough to sneak back in the hospital in order to finish the Daring Do Book. Using this, Rainbow waited till someone came out, and fastly, Rainbow snuck in.
While she walked through the circus tent, she began to search for her best friend. Unexpectedly, she slightly felt wrong for breaking into a circus. Not letting that bother her, she continued to search until she arrived somewhere. Right infront of her were houses, not oridnary ones. Looking at em, she found one that looked out of the oridnary. It was a lavender house with pink mixture. Straight away, she knew one thing, that was seemingly Twilights. As she was approching it, she heard something from behind her. "How did you get in here?" Sasha asked acting like she was surprised.
Rainbow jumped and looked behind her. Her eyes were gazing upon something Twilight sees in the other world; A Human. "W-wheres my friend Twilight?"
Dodging the question, Sasha smiled. "You must be Rainbow Dash, one of the heros of Equestria and a member of the Wonderjokers?"
"Hey! They are the Wonderbolts, where is my friend? I saw her come here. She is no clown."
Just at that moment, a pony appeared in front of Rainbow, right next to Sasha. Upon seeing this, Rainbow knew who it was. "Hello Dashie. I guess your having a "Dashing" day." Twilight joked making herself and Sasha laugh.
Rainbow couldn't help but look with shock and disbelieve. She wasn't dreaming, or hallucinating. This WAS Twilight. However she looked very different. "Oh no nononononono, this can't be true. This aint Twilight. Twilight is supposed to be an eggheaded princess of friendship, not a clown" Rainbow said scaredly.
Twilight onlyy could giggle like it was a joke. "My name is Twilight "Twinkle" Sprinkle now Dashie. My old life was SO boring, being an egghead and bookworm all the time was Sooooo boring and no fun. Being a clown is so much fun. I mean even being part of a all clown circus like this is fun." Twilight said with a grin. "Even, I want to make everypony a clown, because Clownquestria will be so much fun, happier and sillier if we are all clowns. Speaking of which, I want you to join Dashie."
Rainbow now couldn't believe what she heard. She now understood this is Twilight. Additionally, the strange magic must be circus magic and it must of done something to her. Rainbow was lost at words. Her best friend, HER Bestest friend, wants to clownify her. Now, she was nervous. "I-I am not a clown Twilight." Rainbow said trying to control her embarresment.
"Well, maybe this will change your mind." Twilight giggled as she singled sasha to use her magic. At that moment, Rainbow saw a clown nose on her nose. Within that moment, Rainbow felt weird. She then felt her mane growing long, she looked and saw what was happening. Something strange was happening. Not only that, but the bottom of her mane curled into a ball and became a bow. "W-What is happening?" Rainbow asked.
Neither Sasha or Twilight were paying attention. Next, a neckless appeared around Rainbows Neck which had two comedy masks on it. While some things where happening, Rainbow felt light headed and saw something horrifying. Glimpsing at it, she was in a feild and saw Sunflowers with happy looks who started singing.
Covering her ears didn't work but while they sang, Rainbow released a giggle. On and on the song went on and Rainbow went through more changes. First she was struck by a Rainbow which then converted into a Rainbow clown dress on her. Next, the lightheadedness was really going at her that it made it increasingly foal like, causing her to have a filly mind. Trying to communicate, all that could come out of her mouth were giggles. Just then, she felt paint on her making rainbow circles. Then came the circus shoes, following her eyelashes becoming pointier, while her eyes became pink. Finally, her cutie mark changed.
With it complete, Sasha approched Rainbow Dash with a smile. "You okay, Skittle Giggle?" Sasha asked?
Rainbow, now Skittle Giggle, looked at Sasha and Twilight and giggled. "I feel Clowntastic, like I can clown around all day. I'm sorry for doubting you my Clowny Best Friend Forever." Skittle said smiling.
With that, Sasha smiled and walked away. Twilight then gave Skittle a tour. Through out the tour, Twilight and Skittle began to laugh and have a fun time. Upon the tour ending and walking towards Twilights clown house, which now was made into a house Twilight and Skittle will share as CBFFs, Jullie, the ballerina clown walked up to em. "Sorry to bother you Twilight Sprinkle, and new clown....but do you know where I can get some new clown themed clothing for my wardrobe based off what type of clown I am?"
Skittle looked at her and smiled. "Well, me and Twilight Sprinkle know somepony who may help you." Skittle replied. "Right Twilight?"
"Oh yes. And I believe she may be next to be clowned."
In Ponyville, the circus was becoming quite a hit. Ponies were all going in and coming out happy after seeing the show. Among some of them, some became clowns. During the past three days, Twilight "Twinkle" Sprinkle, and Rainbow Dash, who is now known as Skittle Giggle, became such a clown duet. Like Twilight, a special door was created in Rainbows house, to their circus home in the tent. While they were clowns, Twilight bought em both unicycles and clown suppllies.
When they preformed, Twilight and Skittle were dubbed by the audience, the silliest and funniest clown duo. Sasha was even surprised that with their close friendship, they became a clown duo she never seen before. The audience laughed wheen they did something funny. Surprisingly, the other clowns even put some sort of thing inside their house to transform Twilight and skittles into the different type of clowns the others are, from witch, to doll, to ballerina, and other types of clowns to try something different and can even change em back to there original clown selfs.
Now, in Ponyville, Rarity and Pinkie were hanging out. Applejack was busy, while Fluttershy was having her weekly tea party with Discord. However, the reason Rarity was hanging with Pinkie was due to something suspicous. In sugarcube corner they were sitting together having some hot chocolate together. "Pinkie...have you been noticing something weird has been happening since the circus came?" Rarity ask worriedly.
"Well Duh, Ponies have been happier and Ponies are becoming clowns. I sense this might be a fun thing."
"Well...this is kinda strange in my opinion darling. I mean, ponies have been acting differently when they come out as clowns."
While they talked, they saw somepony, or more like Something enter sugarcube corner. As they watched they saw she got something and paid for it. At that moment, she came to their table and sat down. To them she looked like a different type of species. At that moment, she looked at em. "Oh, uh...sorry." she said.
Thinking quick. Rarity noticed she was what Twilight saw when she goes to the other world. "No worries darling. You can sit with us."
"Thanks. Oh, my name is Sasha, I am the ringmaster and founder of my circus. You must be Rarity, and....Pinkie Pie. The ones that save Equestria with Twilight a bunch of times with your other friends."
"Sure are."
Feeling welcome. Sasha then took a seat by them. While she sat with them. Rarity and Pinkie noticed she was a clown. While they sat together, Rarity told her about herseelf, and about her boutique. Meanwhile, Pinkie told Sasha that she is a party planner and a employee at sugarcube corner. While Sasha listen, she smiled at them. After they finished, Sasha looked at Rarity. "You know, if you like, you can help out the circus with wardrobe and such." Sasha said.
"I will love too."
At that moment, Sasha smiled. "I will have Twilight and Skittle come to your place at somepoint."
It was at that moment, Rarity looked at her with worry. However, she didn't want to bring the question up. Knowingly she would complain and be dramatic about it, but, she didn't want to cause a scene in public and cause trouble. Surprisingly, they then saw Two Ponies come in. One of em was a alicorn with a cotton candy blue, red and pink mane, with a blue clown nose, and wearing a pink and rainbow dress. The other had a Rainbow mane with a pink clown nose, with a comedy mask neckless in a clown dress with Rainbow spots on her legs. Rarity knew who they were. Twilight looked at Skittle. "That was very funny Skittle. The way she was running to catch her stand, that was funny." Twilight giggled
"I learned everything from you Twinkle. We are a clown duo and Clowny Best Friends Forever after all."
After getting their snacks, they walk to a table and sat down. When Skittle sat down, Twilight heard a noise coming from Skittles seat. It was then Skittle realize she sat on a whoopie Cushion. The whole room fell into laughter. Even Mr. and Mrs. Cake were laughing. Not only that, but even Sasha found it funny. Unkowingly to Rarity's surprise, she heard one pony saying she liked this new Princess Twilight. While the room was laughing, Rarity and Pinkie finished their snack and went their way. However, what Rarity didn't bother to notice, was when they left, something bright flashed in Sugarcube Corner. When Pinkie looked at Sugarcube Corner, she had a big smile, when she saw that the ponies in there became clowns. Pinkie then started to have a feeling, that Equestria will soon become the most goofiest nation ever in do time.
Welcome to Circus Boutique
The day was becoming more fun for Twilight. About twelve to twenty percent of Ponyville residents were clownified. While this was going on, Skittle went to hang out with Jullie and the other clowns in the circus tent. Twilight was walking through ponyville. While walking, the residents, who started to love the new Twilight, called her by her new name. Not only that, but Lyra asked Twilight if she can go hang out with the old gang sometime, which Twilight agreed to.
While walking around, she saw some clown ponies riding their circus balls, juggling, and even messing around. Witnessing this, made Twilight giggle and honk her clown nose. Seeing this not only made Twilight happy, but not only that, but it was making Sashas dream of living in a clown nation come true. Just at that moment, she arrived at her destination, Carousel Boutique.
Taking a deep breath, Twilight opened the door and entered. "Rarity, you here?" Twilight asked
"In the back darling. Come in."
Proceeding, Twilight walked to the back and saw Rarity. not only that, but she saw clown outfits that fit Sasha and the others. Twilight giggled. "Those are clowntastic Rarity." Twilight complimented.
Rarity turned and look at Twilight. "Thank you Darling. Um....how is your clown life Twilight?"
Twilight then giggled and used her magic to make balls a appear and start juggling. "Well, I can say that it SO much fun then my BORING egghead life. I mean, I am now not only a Princess of Friendship, but like a Princess of Clowns. Like its so much fun preforming and making ponies laugh."
Rarity then giggled and smiled. "Well, i for one accept this new you Twilight. Even....though Rainbow got clownified by...you, your still my friend, even she is. I can tell Rainbow is happy, even though it was....willingly which I don't like. Anyway, want to have tea?"
Accepting the offer, Twilight followed Rarity to the kitchen. When they arrived in the kitchen, Twilight sat down in a seat while Rarity made the tea. 2 minutes later, Rarity came and poured them both cups and sat down and chatted. While drinking, Twilight looked back at the dresses and back at Rarity from time to time. Even Rarity noticed. "Is something there you like darling?" Rarity curiously asked
"Nothing, its just....I am thinking of you as a clown."
"Me, a clown?"
Twilight giggled and nodded. "Well you seem to be making Clown outfits for the circus since its a very "Clowny" Circus, and....have you considered becoming one?"
Rarity then thinked for a moment. her, as a clown, now that would be something. "Well, I guess I can. But what do you mean become a clown?"
At that moment, Twilights horn glowed and a red clown nose appeared on Rarity nose. Trying to figure out how it appeared, Rarity began to feel weird. She felt light headed as if she didn't eat or something. First she felt something appearing on her. Thinking fast so Rarity can see this, Twilight took Rarity to a mirror and she saw something form on her head, it was a clown tiara appeared on her head. "W-whats happening?" Rarity aksed confusingly.
"You soon will see, Glimmer." Twilight replied with a giggle.
At that moment, Rarity then saw that she was no longer in the boutique, but in a area which looked like a circus show for clothing styled. While seeing this, she saw a pony in seemingly a suit for buisness there, like he was there for an interview. Rarity, who had a Rainbow bow appearing on her mane, up to him disgusted and looked at the suit. She gaged. "That is the worst type of fashion I ever seen in my entire life. "Rarity growled only to realize what she said. "D-did I just say that?"
"Indeed Glimmer, Your inharriting the ability to only sense fashionable clowny wear for any type of clown."
"M-my name is Rarity....what the?"
At that moment, looking in the mirror again, she saw what seemed to be a dress forming, like it was a gala dress, but suited for a clown. Next she saw Clown frills appear on her hoofs. Rarity was even feeling confused what was happening. Even she was saying random stuff. "P....Please....m-ake it stop..." Rarity pleeded.
After diamonds formed around her eyes along with eye shadow on her eyelids. She then heard a voice, this time like it was announcing her. Next thing she knows, she is walking on what seems to be a Catwalk with clown ponies around her. Closing her eyes she felt something more was happening. While it was happening, the clowns were waiting for her to speak. As they waited, they saw her eyes open, which were now pink. Rarity was no more, she has been reborn as Glimmer Joy. Feast your eyes Clownestria. The best clown fashion Designer Glimmer Joy is here." Rarity, now Glimmer, announced as the crowd cheered.
With the transformation complete, Glimmer, and Twilight went and finished their tea. After finishing, Twilight cast a spell and a door appeared in Glimmers bedroom connecting to her clown house in the tent. After a brief talk, Twilight looked at Glimmer with a silly look. "I guess your ready to Clownify your boutique.
Glimmer looked at Twilight and smiled. "Oh I'm sure am Darling."
With that, Twilight and Glimmer began to work. Twilight smiled. Two friends were clownified, only three more remained. And, the next one she was going to Clown was Fluttershy, but....she needed to do a different tactic to not make Fluttershy scared. However, she decided to wait until she can clownify her. After all, she has to now help her Fashion Clown friend prepare for the Grand Openining of Circus Boutique.
Planning a Royal visit
In Canterlot Palace, Celestia was seen in the dining room eating. After a long day of audiences Celestia now has time to do whatever she wants. While she was enjoying her cake, the royal guard were making sure Celestia is safe. At this time, Luna came in and sat by her sister. Usually during the day, Luna does daydream scaping to see if any bad dreams were happening during day dreaming.
While she waited for Celestia to finish what was in her mouth, she had something on her mind. She overheard that something recently opened up in Ponyville and is becoming a hit. She wanted to tell Celestia. "Hey Tia, how long has it been since we...well you know, had a circus in Equestria?" Luna asked.
Celestia then looked at Luna after wiping her mouth. "Been some time. Why?"
"Well, a Circus has been running in Ponyville, and its a hit. Even the runners are like the beings Twilight sees in the other world."
Dropping the fork, Celestia looked at Luna. A Circus, with the creatures Twilight saw running it? She looked at Luna as if she was crazy. Unfortunately, she can tell Luna wasn't lying. Indeed, she was telling the truth. Thinking back, it was a VERY VERY long time since they been to one. "What are trying to say?" Celestia asked.
"Are we....able to check it out Tia?"
At this time, Celestia began to think. Ocassionally, they schedules are Ruling, audiences and meetings. Certain Ocassions, they go to different places for royal matters, even for royal visits. One guard however went to go look at a schedule for Celestia. Knowing Celestia, they have less time to do some "fun" things normal ponies do when not working or such. Wasn't long till the guard came over and mentioned they have tomorrow of. Hearing this, Celestia then made arrangements to take Luna to the circus without guards.
Sattisfied, Luna began to dine in to her pie that was bought to her. Tomorrow was going to be fun for them. However, she didn't realize something was going to happen in the future. Something that would change em forever. Even that would turn the Royal Guard, into the Royal Jokers. However, after swollowing her food, Luna then remembered something. Something she saw in Twilights dream that was very funny. "Hey Tia, wanna know what Twilight was dreaming of?" Luna asked wanting to start a conversation.
The next day, Ponyville was becoming more wackier. The population of ponies becoming clowns through out the town was fastly growing like a wildfire. Unexpectedly, to the towns shock, Celestia and Luna visited the circus. When they visited, the unexpected happen, when they came out, they were clowns who renamed themselves Sunny Shines and Giggle Moon. Although they visited the circus, they decided to remain in town. Unexpectedly, to Discords surprise, he found this new "clown age" thing quite fun and enjoying.
To Applejack, she found this shocking. Surely she would go up to the ringmaster and complain about the whole thing, but, it became a change of plans when Celestia and Luna got clowned. When that happen Applejack had a odd feeling something was going on. More over, she knew that ponies who were afraid of clowns wouldn't like this.
While hanging out with Fluttershy, they were having lunch together. Amongst the whole clown trend, they were quite surprise when they passed by what was formally Carosuel Boutique, but now Circus Boutique on their way to lunch. Although, Applejack found it weird Rarity's Boutique became Clownified.
While eatting, Fluttershy was looking at some clowns goofing around, everytime they did something funny, Fluttershy laughed. Even Applejack let out some laughs, but saw Fluttershy laughing alot. "Do.....you like clowns sugarcube?" Applejack questioned.
Letting out her laughter, Fluttershy looked at Applejack. "I do Applejack. I love clowns ever since I was a filly when mom took me to circuses."
"Is....Rainbow Dash into clowns?"
"She enjoys seeing clowns do funny things, which is why she developed a pranking hobby,"
While the two chatted, they saw Twilight and Skittle clowning around. Learning that Twilight and Rainbow got clowned was quite a shock for em, even since Discord confirmed it was no oridnary magic, but a magic he began to name Clownification. In time they got used to the new Twilight and Rainbow. When Twilight and Skittle hang out with their friends, they usually make them all laugh, surprisingly, even Rarity, now Glimmer Joy causes laughter. Not only that, but Starlight Glimmer, who now is friends with Twilight and her friends after the time travel incident, accepted the new Twilight.
At that moment, Starlight flew down and landed by the table where Fluttershy and Applejack are. "Hi Applejack, hi Fluttershy. How's your day?" Starlight greeted with a friendly smile.
Fluttershy smiled at her friend. "We're doing great. Um, are you...okay with the clown trend going on?"
Hearing this made Starlight giggle. "I am okay with it. I mean, dealing with Twilight Sprinkle is...kinda strange, but its kinda silly. She explained what the spell does. What it is it's basicallly a type of magic Sasha has due to her clown nose. It makes you go through transformation, changes, even say or do something unexpectedly, like giggle, and it does something to your mind to clownify the pony. But, to make Twilight happy and make my friendship with her grow, I promised to be clownified sometime."
When hearing what the spell does, Fluttershy and Applejack were surprised. To them, it was like a altered version of Discords Disharmony spell, but more silly. in Applejacks opinion, this spell seemed to be awful and she didn't like it. Fluttershy however didn't mind, she felt like it was making ponies more happier. Circumstantially, the majority of ponies who were clowned seemd very happier then usual. At that moment, Fluttershy looked at Starlight. "So, what is Twilight up to? I mean, we saw her with Rainbow." Fluttershy asked nicely.
"Well, Rainbow now goes by the name Skittle Giggle now. But, Twilight will be coming to your house later today, she...wants to talk to you about, well, being a clown. I-I hope you dont mind."
Hearing that made Fluttershy chuckled and smiled. "Well I don't mind, but....she needs to remember that I am shy and...well, have to talk me into agreeing. I...kinda dont want to be...well you know..."
At that moment, Starlight walked over to Fluttershy and put a hoof on you. "She remembers about that, so she willl work things out with you. Don't worry. Anyway, I am going to go help Glimmer Joy."
With that, Starlight went her way. After she left, Fluttershy then bidded bye to Applejack. While Fluttershy walked home , she began to think of what it be like to be a clown. However, her stage fright was in the way. But, Fluttershy was sure going to be in for a surprise. And she was going to know what a clown is like.
Fluttershys decision
The day proceeded on, and Twilight was walking through town. While she was walking, she saw that the ponies who became clowns having fun and being goofy. Among it all, some buildings became clown themed. Amoungs them all, Celestia and Luna were playing around also. From looking at everything, she ended up giggling and honking her nose. Almost everything in ponyville became circusy and clownish.
As Twilight continued to walk on the path to Fluttershy's cottage, she saw Skittle riding her circus ball in what seemed to be the ballerina clown look. Although Skittle always wore her regular outfit as casual wear, the ballerina clown outfit was one of her favorites. Surprisingly, Glimmer Joy even made her the outfit. Amazingly, Skittle did some tricks on her ball as she was riding it around making Twilight giggle as she saw her moving towards her Cloud house, which somehow turned into a clownish cloud house.
Just at that moment, Twilight approched Fluttershys cottage. Taking a deep breath, Twilight knocked on Fluttershys door. As she saw the door, open, she saw Fluttershy standing there, when she saw Twilight, she started giggling like a filly at a party. "Hi Twilight Sprinkle, you came to hang out?" Fluttershy giggled.
"Yes, and to talk about...you know."
"Well, come on in my Clowny friend."
Both Twilight and Fluttershy then walked into Fluttershys cottage. Ever since the circus has opened up and ponies were becoming clowns, Fluttershy was giggling a lot when she saw the town folks acting silly. Even Discord somehow was having fun with this clown trend. Since this was all happening Fluttershy was even planning on going to the circus. Just as they sat dowwn, Twilight Sprinkle looked at Fluttershy. "Fluttershy, I....want to ask you something. You know that like, me and...other ponies Clownification was a force transformation, right?" Twilight asked
"Oh...my....That's...kinda wrong."
"Well, I wanna ask you something. Since.....you do not like to have anything done by...force, d....do you want to be Clownified by me?"
Fluttershy then stared at Twilight Sprinkle and raised an eyebrow. "Can you be more specific?"
Twilight then explained to her about the transformation in detail. While she explained, she went into full detail about the effects, such as changes to physical appearence, the mind alteration part, aand everything else. As Fluttershy listen, it seemed that ponies were clowned by the said magic Twilight mentioned. Cloncluding everything, Fluttershy began to think really hard. Twilight waited as Fluttershy was thinking. Moments later, Fluttershy looked at Twilight. "W...Will it hurt me?" Fluttershy asked nervously only to hear Twilight giggle.
"Of course not silly, its painless, you will only feel lightheaded while the transformation happens. Don't worry its painless."
"....Okay, I....decide, Twilight Sprinkle.....can you....make me a clown?"
Nodding, Twilight then used her magic and a clown nose on Fluttershys nose. Willingly, Twilight decided to help Fluttershy remain calm and at peace whle the transformation happens. First, Fluttershy began to feel light headed, as if she didn't eat. To her, it felt really weird. "Ugh...my head." Fluttershy groaned.
"It's part of the process, Shy. Just keep thinking of happy and silly thoughts. I will warn you when the next thing occurs. Oh, fair warning, you...may have a minor hallucination and...say something unexpected that you dont usually say."
While the Lightheadedness continued, Fluttershy then saw she was outside, and saw cages by her house. Among it all, were animals, running around wildly, seemingly out of control. Even a bear was running around. Seeing this, Fluttershy felt like that they must of escaped. Unkowingly to her, she looked them. She was using the stare. "Get back in your cages, all of you." Shy said only to realize what she said. "D-did I just..."
"Relax shy, thats part of the effects. I think the part with laughter and circus music is coming up, along with an outfit appearing. Just talk to me if it gets annoying."
Right on cue, Fluttershy saw herself infront of a crowd of Ponies. Around her, were her animal critters, who were dressed as clowns and juggling, Among em all, Angel was dressed like a magician clown performing tricks. All around her, laughter and circus music was heard. Just then, Fluttershy felt weird, like something was forming on her. A dress, of three different colors and that looked very nature clown like started to form. Next, around her neck, was like a leave like colar forming, following a pair of butterfly wings appearing on her. "Fillies and Gentlecollts, next up is are nature clown with her animal friends, Nature Humor." A pony announcer said.
"W...who's ready to laugh at my funny animals." Fluttershy said as she realized what she said.
"Relax shy, like I said, its part of the process." Twilight reminded as she looked at Fluttershy. "Alright, now.....it's almost done. Take deep breaths shy, your mind is going to alter. it wont hurt."
Listening, Fluttershy did what she was told as the mind altering kicked in. The laughter was going on alot now along with the music. Even, Fluttershy saw she was preforming. Finally, Fluttershys eyes turned pink. Just then, Fluttershy then looked at the crowd and began giggling as she began juggling the objects that her animals tossed at her, even leading to be juggled by her critters.
After a while, Fluttershy then saw she was back in her Cottage, and saw Twilight in front of her smiling. The lightheadedness was gone, and Fluttershy was now giggling. Even, Fluttershy saw circus equipment and her house was now different. "Now then, you ready to have some clowntastic fun, Nature Humor?" Twilight asked as she honked her nose.
Fluttershy, now Nature Humor giggled and looked at Twilight. "I was born ready."
After that, Twilight and Nature began to hang out and chat for a while. After a while, Twilight bidded Nature goodbye and went her way. As Nature began to relax, she began to think of everything goof she can do now. while relaxing, Discord then appeared. As usual, he is going to hang out with his friend. However, he then saw Nature. It was then he realized, that Fluttershy was now part of the trend. At that moment, he then laughed and put on a goofy outfit. "Oh ho, this is going to be fun."
It's now Monday and Ponyville was becoming real crazy. Over the course of the week the Circus was seemingly becoming quite a popular place. Surprisingly, some of those who attend came out as clowns. Ever since Twilight became a clown, most of Twilights friends became Clownified.
At the farm of Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack was waiting for her friend, Coloratura, to come and visit. Ever since Svengallop was fired as Coloratura manager, and had his right to be a manager revoked, Coloratura took a hiatus from her career to hang with her friend. When Applejack found out, she was happy.
As Applejack was sitting on the couch, Big Mac walked up to her, looking worried. "Applejack? What is going on in Ponyville? Does....it seem different then normal?" Big Mac asked curiously.
Applejack then looked at Big Mac. "Ya mean the Clown trend, right?"
"E...Eyup. What is going on?"
Applejack then sighed and looked at Big Mac. "Ah....Ah don't know. But, don't let it bother ya. Unless it gets out of hoof, then it's an issue."
Right at that moment, Applejack heard a knock on the door. Being the big Brother, Big Mac gladly opened the door for Coloratura. Coloratura then was greeted in and walked to Applejack. After greeting one another, they went to the kitchen and Applejack bought out two mugs of cider. Bringing em to the table, Applejack sat down and smiled. "How was ya trip Rara?" Applejack asked.
"It was amazing Applejack, I haven't felt this free before. I...am glad that Svengallop had his Managers right taken away for abusing my fame. Although.....Ponyville seems a little sillier." Coloratura giggled.
"Yeah, ah...kinda noticed."
"Speaking of which, have you heard of the Clown Circus. I found this flyer."
Coloratura then bought a flyer and showed Applejack. As Applejack read she was shocked, but amaze at what she read. From all the things she heard of, a all Clown Circus was one of the strangest, but strangely a entertaining idea of a circus ever. "Ah heard of this before. We suggested this to Twilight when she was all bored and stuff.. But....come to think of it, she somehow....changed when she returned from the circus."
Coloratura took a sip of her cider and looked at Applejack curiously. Unkowingly to her, she wasn't aware of what was going on. "I'm....confused."
"Well, when we saw Twilight, she was riding a big pink circus ball through town, and....looked like a clown. Ah saw her mane color and look has changed, her tail, and she started to wear a clownish dress and clown nose Even some of our friends joined in this trend. Ah....honestly have no clue what is going on."
Needing to explain, Applejack began to explain what she is talking about. As Coloratura listened, she could hear the Applejack is nervous about the whole thing. First and forremost, Applejack mentioned the way Twilight changed, like, something happen to her. Next, Applejack explained that the trend was going around Ponyville. As Applejack went on and on, Coloratura smiled, and walked to Applejack and put a hoof on her. "Relax Applejack, your stressing yourself over this. Besides, it's not like it is magic." Coloratura assured.
"H..how can you be so sure?"
"Applejack, let's pretend and say it is magic and....let's say it changed your friends personality, and clowned them. For example, think like if I got clowned, do you think I will still be your friend?"
Applejack thinked long and hard. While she began to think, she visualized it. In her mind, she thinked she was overreacting. Looking at Coloratura, Applejack then visualized if she was part of the trend. "I...guess I will still be your friend if that happened." Applejack responded.
Coloratura smiled and hugged Applejack. "See? Your just overreacting. If I ever got clowned, I would never reject you if you didn't join in. Even if I did got effected by whatever is causing it and my personality changes, I will still be self aware."
As they finished their cider, Applejack took the dishes and put them in the sink. Upon finish cleaning them, Applejack then decided to go and walk around Ponyville with Coloratura. Putting her hat on, they then began to walk to the door and went outside. Heading to the path to Ponyville, Applejack then saw Big Mac. "Will you make sure Applebloom does her homework Big Mac?"
"Eyup."
"Good, but keep an eye on her."
Musical Rodeo
Walking through Ponyville felt different for Applejack as any other day she's been in town. Usually on days like this, the town is usually busy; Ponies working, hanging out, even Lyra and Bon Bon sitting on the bench, but, ever since the now seemingly popular circus came to Ponyville, the town has been getting extreamly different with the clown trend happening, even since towns folks were laughing before they got clowned. Although Applejack was going write to the princesses about having an investigation be put in effect due to the strange trend and personality changing, but what Coloratura said was catching her off guard. Even since Spike has been clowned too, she couldn't send the letter.
As she walked through the town, she saw ponies juggling, riding circus balls, and ponies laughing. While walking, she saw Bon Bon making Lyra laugh. While looking at it, she saw Bon Bon put a clown nose on her; While watching, she saw a lot of changes happen to Lyra. When it finished, Lyra began to acting goofy, even going through a whole transformation. This led Applejack to cringe and shiver. Rara also noticed, and wrapped a hoof around her. "Relax Applejack. Just calm down." Coloratura said.
"How can I when all mah friends have been...?"
Right when she was going to finish her setence, she saw her clownified friends began to come over riding on circus balls. To Applejack, she even noticed Pinkie was also riding on one and Clownified. While they were riding, they kept bumping into eachother while approching Applejack and Coloratura. Seeing the silliness made Coloratura giggle, along with Applejack, whom was trying to hide her fear.
When they approched, they sorround them and began to lay on their Circus balls, completely trapping em in the middle. "Hi there Applejackie. Having a fun walk in Clownyville?" Twilight asked with a giggle as she honked her clown nose.
"This is Ponyville Twilight! W-why are you doing this, this ain't like you!"
At this point Twilight leaned on her ball going straight to Applejacks face and honked her nose much to Applejacks annoyance. "Silly Applejackie, my old life was dull and boring, you should no better. No one liked the egghead me, when you and the girls told me about the circus, it made me realize who I truly wanted to. Besides, the girls love being clowns, even Pinkie Pie."
At this point, Applejack was panicking. Coloratura noticed and patted her on the back before speaking. "Applejack, she is still your friend. Like I said, even though they changed, they still remember their old lifes and friendships."
Hearing this made Twilight smile. While Coloratura was calming her friend down, Twilight began to imagine Applejack as a clown. A Rodeo styled clown. She visualized Applejack walking on her circus ball preforming rodeo tricks, and having fun. Seeing this made Twilight giggle. After seeing Applejack calm down, she saw Coloratura step forward. "Twilight....can you clown me? I...want to show Applejack there is nothing to worry about." Coloratura said.
When hearing this, Applejack was stunned, "R-Rara...y-y-you can't be serious? A-are you?"
Coloratura nodded. "I am, it's so I can show you there is nothing to worry about."
Twilight began to think for a few minutes. While she was going to clown Applejack, Coloratura was asking if she can be clowned first. As she looked at Applejack, she can tell she was nervous. For two minutes she began to think of her decision. After a while, she looked at Coloratura and smiled. "Sure. But only if Applejackie becomes a clown too."
Upon hearing this made Applejack start to feel like she was going to pass out. Hearing something like this sounded like total blackmail, even since it seems to be against ones own will, which, from what she saw, the transformations were seemingly looking like they were showing signs that it's unwilling. While trying to remain calm, she saw Rara to go through the transformation. She saw her holding her head, and such. Even, her mane and tail began to turn into Clownish colors. However, to Twilights surprise, she was telling Rara the process.
Three minutes have flown, and suddenly, Rara was no longer herself. Her eyes were now the pink color like every pony else, and her outfit was a Clowny version of her Countress Coloratura outfit. Applejack even was frozen, seeing this. She was broken out by the sounds of Rara giggles. She approached Applejack with a goofy grin. "Ready to join Applejackie? Come on, don't you want to make Clowny Rary happy?" Rara, now under the name of Clowny Rary asked.
While Applejack was trying to think of bolting and alerting the princesses, she began to think that the Princesses might of joined the "fun" already. However, she noticed that her now "Clowny" friends will not let her escape. Applejack was starting to feel panic and was thinking of escaping, but, she couldn't because she was trapped. Knowing that she wouldn't be able to escape, Applejack knew that she had to do one thing she will regret, surrender. Sighing, Applejack looked at Twilight. "You....win. Clown me... I will be a clown, just to make my friends happy." Applejack said as she saw a smile form on their faces.
Soon, a clown nose is put on Applejacks nose, with a smile seen on Twilights face. At this point, Applejack began to feel lightheaded. While the lightheadedness began to happen, Applejack began to see and hear cheers, calling her by a certain name, "Rodeo Jumper". While trying to remain calm, Twilight place a mirror in front of her, and in the allusion itself, Applejack saw the mirror. First, she began to see a rainbow bow appear on her body and a poke-dotted bow appear on her tail, as if, it was magically doing so. While Applejack was trying to remain calm and collected, Clownish and silly thoughts began to go through her head, while witnessing clownish rodeo boots appeared on her for hooves.
Next, was shocking, her mane began to change color and began to mix with pink and light blue streaks. The last body appearance was a skirt that was green with Pink Hearts, Red Apples, and Blue diamonds on it, with Brown fur on the bottom. Finally, her eyes began to change as well as her cutie mark. As her eyes began to change to total pink. As the transformation began to complete itself, Applejack began to notice the allusion fade, and see Twilight and co grinning. "Ready to have clowntastic fun Rodeo Jumper?" Twilight asked giggling calling Applejack by her clown name.
Applejack, now Rodeo Jumper looked at them and began to giggle. "Aha ready for Clowntastic fun as a silly filly." Applejack said, hopping on her clown ball that was created.
Seeing that now all her friends are now clowns, Twilight began to ride her clown ball around town. With the mane 6 now clowned, the mane 6 were no more, now, they were known as the Clowny 6. Riding around town, Twilight then decided it was time to combine her friends houses with her clownish palace. All that remain, was her student.
