Why Me?

“I can’t believe this is happening to me.” The tall figure said to himself as he flew through the night sky with great speed as pegasi followed right behind him.

“All I wanted was to order Asura’s Wrath online but NO I just had to read that stupid email from what’s his face.” He said as he flew down and took cover behind the trees in a forest and watched as the pegasi flew past him.

Sigh

After waiting for a bit a tall bipedal creature with massive wings and was white as snow with glowing red eyes and bright orange glow on his sides with shoulder spikes.“Finally now that things are calming down a bit maybe I take a breather. I need to get the hell out of here and find a way home because I’m not staying here any longer.”

“Well things can’t get worse from here. I still can’t believe I was turned into who know’s what the hell I am now. I guess a frost demon like the ponies said but I need a different name since Merrick isn’t a good name….I figure it out when the time comes.” He thought to himself.

The Frost demon didn’t know where to go but he did know one thing for sure and it was to get home, but the question is How? Just as he exited the forest things just got worse for him. Standing in front of him were two young Alicorns and he knew just who they were. Princess Luna goddess of the moon and princess of the night although she was young and brighter she still looked just as menacing when she was older in the show.

But she was the least of his worries for a White Alicorn Princess Celestia goddess of the sun, princess of day, but she was a bit shorter and had pink hair (or mane) instead. They stood before him and had a blank expression Except for Luna as she just glared at him. “Huh she’s actually kinda cute...wait why did I just think that?” He thought to himself shaking the thought from his head as he got into a defensive position.

“Who are you and why are you attacking these ponies?” Celestia asked with a stern voice.

“Attacking…..you are the ones attacking, not me I didn’t do anything to…” But was soon interrupted as Luna used her magic to throw him into a tree.

“Silence Fiend!!!!” She shouted.

“OW!!! How is this fair I barely know how to use this body DAMN OUCH!!!!” He said.

“Luna we need to do this calmly not with brute force.” Celestia said.

“Oh come on it’s so boring doing nothing at the castle. I hadn’t had fun in a long time and fighting a monster could be exciting...Please!” She begged her sister. Honestly he didn’t expect that but still the thought scared him.

“If he’s evil then we can kick his flank...okay” She said with a wink and Luna smirked and that only scared him more.

“Seriously what the f*** is happening? What is happening right now?” He thought to himself.

“What are your intentions fiend?” Celestia demanded raising her voice and he could tell she was just as anxious to kick his butt to and he wouldn’t have any of that so he had to play smart if he wanted to get out of this in one piece.

“Well?” She asked again.

“Well….you see...I...don’t know….PLEASE DON’T HURT ME!!!!!” He said as he covered himself with his hands expecting them to charge at him but it never came.

“Wait you have amnesia?” Luna asked with a wide eye expression.

“Umm….yes I don’t know who I am anymore?” He said as the expressions on their faces changed to that of remorse and confusion. “Well that isn’t entirely a lie until I can come up with a new name.” He thought with a chuckle.

“You don’t need to worry I’ll just be going and we can forget this ever happened sound good….okay bye.” The Frost demon said as he tried to walk out but was stopped by a pink barrier.

“Where are you going? You're coming with us to the council so we can figure out what to do with you.” Celestia said with a smug look.

“Oh no no nononono that ain’t happening I need to find out how to get home. So LET ME GO!!!

“Hmm No.” Both of them said with a giggle and levitated him off the ground.

“NO!!! you trolls this isn’t fair.”

“All's fair in war, white.” Luna said with an adorable smile.

“White seriously Luna. That’s the best you can come up with?” Celestia asked.

“I agree with Celestia.” He said.

“And how do you know my name?” She asked. Soon that caught their attention back towards him. Realizing his mistake he tried to think of an excuse.

“Rumors I have been….hearing rumors about you two.” He said as a stream of sweat dripped from his head, hoping they would bye it.

“Really like what?” Luna asked curiously.

“Umm….not much I’m afraid only that you two raise the sun and moon now.”

“Well you aren’t wrong.” Celestia said.

“Well now that we know each other please LET ME GO!!!” He shouted

“No.” They both said as they laughed at him.

He had no where to go, he was trapped by ponies let alone two girls. It was a hard blow to his pride and the worst part about it. They treat him as though he was a pet.

“Why does the universe hate me so much.” He thought to himself. They soon took off heading towards Canterlot where his life could be decided.

“Why me?” He said out loud.

“What’s wrong it’s not like something bad is going to happen to you.” Luna said.

“Yeah that definitely makes me feel a whole lot better. How do I know that they aren’t going to kill me or turn me into a garden gnome or or make me clean your rooms for eternity.” He asked.

“We know how to clean our rooms thank you very much and I don’t like your attitude. It isn’t nice to rude to a girl. Especially since we can turn you into...a uh frog yeah a frog.” Celestia said with confidence even though he knew she was bluffing.

“Okay then turn me into a frog...I.Dare.You.” He said with a smirk. She didn’t do anything at all and neither did Luna. “That’s what I thought, now can you please let me go?” he said with pleading eyes.

“Hmm….No.” Celestia said with a big toothy grin and Luna just laughed.

“You trolls this isn’t even fair, I didn’t do anything. I DIDN’T EVEN DO ANYTHING!!! You could have at least let me defend myself from your magic. I only been here for two days and already I’m being treated like a common criminal.

“Maybe if you would stop calling us trolls then maybe you would already be out by now.” Celestia said.

“So we are taking you White to the council to figure things out.”

“Okay the least you could do is STOP.CALLING.ME.WHITE….If anyone is picking a name it’s me so screw that name, White, that name makes it sound like I’m an old Grandpa.”

“Then What do we call you then?” Celestia asked.

“Umm….you can call me…” Oh come on think man it ain’t that hard to find a name, maybe something with Shadow in it. “Umm How about Shadowblade yeah Shadowblade will be my name until I die today.” Shadowblade said with a twitching eye and a large creepy grin. But that didn’t bother the two sisters in anyway.

“What you aren’t going to die.” Celestia said.

“Oh yeah well how do you know?” Shadowblade said.

“I just know…” She said with reassuring smile. Which was very cute and…. “What am I even thinking need to be tough and think of anything that isn’t adorable, like a spoon yeah a spoon that ain’t cute.” He thought to himself.

“Do you mind if we call you shadow?” Luna asked, which snapped him back to reality.

“Huh oh yeah you can if you want I guess.” He said.

“We will be there shortly in about….5 minutes at the least.” Celestia said.

“Will I have enough time to make a will?” He asked.

“YOU AREN'T GOING TO DIE!!!” Celestia shouted with annoyance. He saw how annoyed she was and thought he might as well have a little fun.

“Well excuse me for asking….I didn’t think you cared.” He said with a smug look.

“I do care and I’m telling you that YOU! AREN’T! GOING! TO! DIE! OKAY!!!” At this point Celestia was a red as a tomato and Luna and Shadow were both laughing at how red she was.

“HAHAHA TIA YOUR FACE IT’S PRICELESS HAHAHAHA!!!!”

“Luna you promised not to say my nick name out loud.”

“Tia. That name actually suits you.” He said with a smirk which only enraged her to drop the barrier and charge at him.

“OKAY THAT’S IT!!!” She said as he mane went completely on fire and her eyes glowed white. He knew he was dead meat and the worst part about it. He does know one thing though, he’s going to regret it.

“I said this once I’ll say it again…..WHY ME?!!!” He said as he flew off to avoid the rage of the White Alicorn.

Hello everypony The Commander here with news on Shadowblade in Equestria.

First off One I would like to thank all of you for favoriting this story, honestly I thought it was going to turn out badly and end up like my first few stories. But would look at it now. It's amazing on how fast it became popular in such a short amount of time. Also honestly I wasn't sure I wanted to continue this story because I justed winged it. I didn't have a plan really. But now I do so I plan on making this story about six to seven chapters long at the most

So expect the next chapter to be out within a week or more I don't know. It really all depends on how I want to go about it. Anyways since I'll be working on next chapter check out my other stories on my page and leave any comments below

“Can’t you take a joke….AH!!!” Shadowblade said as he was laying on the ground while Celestia was breaking his leg.

“YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL ME TIA!!!” She said as bent his leg more.

“Okay, OKAY!!! I’m SORRY!! WHY WON’T YOU HELP ME?!!!” He asked Luna.

“Because this is just hilarious hehehehe you're the first one in a long time to get her angry.” Luna said as she took a bite from an apple.

“PLEASE CALL OFF YOUR SISTERRR!!!” He shouted in agony as his leg was bending the wrong way.

“Tia I think he’s learned his lesson.” Luna said.

“Hmpf….fine but if you dare call me Tia again I’ll break more than just your leg next time.” Celestia said as she shot a glare at Shadowblade.

“Good...to...know….Now please put my leg back in place….”

“Please!”

“Alright this will just take a second.” Luna said as her horn began to glow.

One second later

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!”

“Um?...are you okay Shadow?....Shadow?” Celestia asked.

One trip to the hospital later.

“Well you appear to have a few broken ribs, a bruised leg, a black eye, and you appear to be missing a tooth but other then that I think you’ll be fine as long as you stay in bed for about three weeks.” A nurse said to him as he had bandages wrapped around him and a cast on his leg.

“Thanks...for the help!” He said as everything began to hurt. “Just don’t trust what those two say to you. They are the embodiments of evillll!” He said pointing at Celestia and Luna who were smiling sheepishly.

“I’ll keep my eyes on them for you.” She said with a wink as she left the room.

“Hey are you feeling better?….hehehehe” Celestia asked in embarrassment.

“Oh I don’t know….everything hurts, my pride is shot and to top it all off I got my ass kicked by two girls. So tell me do look better to you!” He said with sarcasm and a bit of anger.

“We said we were sorry!!!” Luna said with a bit of irritation.

“Look we were irrational and I shouldn’t have hurt for calling me by my nickname….”Celestia said as she blushed a bit.

“Oh gee ya think?” Shadowblade said.

“Anyway we don’t want you to hate us and we kinda want you to be our friend if you want to that is?” Celestia asked.

“Yeah in all honesty I want to be friends with you too. I mean sure it’s not everyday that a pony you meet that tries to kill you on the spot wants to be your friend. But we want to be your friends.” Luna said as she blushed.

“Hmm….well I guess I could forgive you. But first no more hitting me I think I’ve been to the hospital enough as it is. Also I would like to be your friend too.” He said with a grin and soon all of them were laughing.

“Yeah we’ll be best friends forever.” Celestia said with a massive grin.

4000 years later.

Celestia was in the middle of the old castle of the two sisters alone looking to the memories of joy that she had with her friends and family. But soon everything disappeared and she soon ended up in the center of a grass field.

“What’s happening?” She asked in horror. Soon the sky turned grey and laughter filled the air and a familiar frost demon appeared in front her as a pony though.

“Hahahaha well,well well well aren't you a sight for sore eyes. Princess Celestia my old pal.” Shadowblade said with a wicked grin.

“Shadowblade what do want?” Celestia said with surprise.

“Oh don’t play dumb Tia. You knew I’d be back. I have been very busy for the past 4000 years. I’ve been making plans, chatting with old friends and preparing for my glorious return.” He said as his mood soured a bit.

“Shadowblade you know what I did was for the greater good and you almost killed us all.” Celestia said. Glaring at him as her horn began to glow.

“Hehehe well everything was going fine until you came along and ruined everything. But I’m looking past that because we're going to be playing a game.” He said with a smirk.

“What kind of game?” She asked regretfully.

“It’s simple really. Let’s how long you can keep me from returning. Whether you want to or not you can’t stop me from returning but I would LOVE to see you try.” Shadow said with a wicked laughter.

“Luna and I already stopped you before and we’ll do it again if we have to. I don’t want to fight you Shadowblade please I just want us to be friends like before. Please I’m begging you to stop this nonsense and amend the bond we once had.” Celestia said with sadness in her eyes.

“Oh it’s cute that you think I’ll forgive you just like that. But revenge doesn’t work that way. HAHAHAHAHA!!!”

“Then leave this place you don’t have dominion over this world.” She said with rage.

“Hmm maybe not right now Tia, but things change. THINGS CHANGE!!! HAHAHA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”

Soon Celestia awoke in her bed screaming in horror.

“No….this...this can’t be true. It just can’t be.”

“Tia?” After hearing that Celestia turned to see Luna on her balcony. “What is wrong sister?”

“It’s him. He’s coming back” Was all she could say as tears began to stream from her face.

“No,no that can’t be true?”

“It’s true but....” Celestia continued to sob before she could finish.

“It’s alright sister. After everything we’ve been through we’ll get through this….together.” Luna said with a comforting smile.

“I know it’s just he’s gotten more powerful and I fear that not even the elements will be able to stop him this time.” Celestia said as she wiped her tears away.

“I know that with Twilight and her friends help we’ll be able to stop him.”

“I hope so Luna.”

I hope so.

“Well it looks like Shadowblade has decided to play a game with Celestia. Hehehe….but what he doesn’t know is that I’m the one pulling the strings. But let’s see where this goes. After all I still have a lot more pawns to play in my little game. HAHAHAHAHA!!!
