After he defeated the Shadow Dragons, Goku leaves the Earth for Equestria where ponies live in peace

After Goku defeated the Shadow Dragons, Shenron appears to inform the gang that the Earth must be parted from the dragonballs so as to prevent the reemergence of the Shadow Dragons. Goku, as the happy-go-lucky adventure-seeker he is, decides to join the dragon on its last voyage seeing as the Earth is safe in Vegeta's capable hands. What Goku doesn't know however is that not only is he leaving the planet, he's leaving the entire universe to a new world where the dragonballs would be treated as they were meant to, a thing of extraordinary magic and power: something to be revered. And that world is Equestria.

Goodbye Old Friends

As our hero lays on the ground completely exhausted, Shenron emerges from the once again pure dragonballs. As the dragon gazes at the saiyan warrior's body, his eyes begin to glow causing Goku to glow as well healing all his wounds. "Now arise Goku."

Goku wakes up to see the familiar dragon without the familiar darkened sky that would follow. Seeing this turn of events Goku tells the dragon with a satisfied grin on his face,"So all of the Shadow Dragons are gone."

The dragon quick to respond. "Yes, but do you know why they ever had to appear at all?"

Posed with this question Goku can only nonchallantly retort. "Kind of."

The dragon intently looks at the entire group as he prepares his response. "The dragonballs were overused. Following the barrage of enemies of your past, a final wish was made causing the balls to crack under the pressure of the negative energy. The dragonballs were intended to be a thing of extraordinary magic and power, something to be revered. Not for the ease of the method, but for the dream of never having to use them. I am afraid I must seperate myself and the Earth from the dragonballs for a long time."

"I gotcha" Goku exclaims as he acknowledges the dragon's decision and kindly asks Shenron, "But for old times sake, would you mind listening to one last little request I have?" The dragon understandingly this last request. "One last time." And for the last time Goku makes Earth's final wish. "When the door to Hell was opened, the Earth had no time to recover when the Shadow Dragons started destroying even more. So many people have died. If this is anyone's fault, it's mine. I take full responsibility. I just wish that the people of the world didn't have to die for nothing. The fight was never theirs to win or lose but they all lost anyway."

And with his glowing eyes, Shenron confirms, "This your final wish is granted." the dragon proceeds to ressurect everyone who died from the cataclysm that had taken place. After Shenron had completed his final task, the dragon said with finality. "Now I must say goodbye."

Looking up at the dragon, Goku asks him. "Does that you're leaving us for good?"

After that the dragon lowers his head to Goku. "Are you coming along?"

With a nod of his head, Goku consents. "I should've known it would end this way."

He then jumps onto the back of the dragons head to see his eternal rival Vegeta run to him. "Wait Kakarrot. Where are you going?... *gasp* You're going to train alone."

With that, Goku only responded with a shush. "They're in your hands now. Goodbye everyone!" The dragon raises his head with Goku standing on top being circled by the dragonballs.

His wife Chi-Chi cries out to him. "Goku, you're crazy! You don't even know where he's taking you!" Those he left behind begin to reminisce as they say farewell to their beloved hero. Bulma recalls finding Goku as a child in the woods and whisking him away on the quest for the dragonballs beginning the long and arduous journey that led to this very day. "The decades have certainly seemed to fly by."

Shenron and his passenger make a few stops to Master Roshi's island to bid farewell to Krillin, his best friend, and Master Roshi, his first martial artist master as well as a trip to Hell to be seen off by the Namekian who literally went to Hell for his sake. Farewells taken care of, Goku rests on Shenron's back failing to notice or refusing to react to the dragonballs merging with his body. "Where are we going anyway Shenron?" The dragon responds. "To a world where magic is as it should be, something to be revered."

Equestria: Ponyville

The sun brilliantly shines over Ponyville as the purple unicorn mare, Twilight Sparkle emerges from her two-story tree house to greet the new day. As she stepped outside she was greeted by cotton candy party pony Pinkie Pie. "Good morning Twilight. My Pinkie Sense has been acting up all day and I've been shivering all over since last night. That can only mean one thing. This one's gonna be a REAL DOOZY!"

Right after Pinkie finishes her sentence, the skies turn pitch black over Ponyville as dark clouds form and begin to spin with an eerie gold light emitting from the epicenter. The two ponies rush to find their rainbow-maned friend Rainbow Dash sleeping on a cloud nearby to be rudely awakened by the dark clouds above as they roar expelling something from the fearsome vortex before the other two ponies can even reach her.

With a little interrupted nap crankiness and a dutiful salute, Rainbow Dash flies to the crash site of whatever came from the clouds yelling to the other ponies. "Don't worry about it. I'll take care of whatever that was!" Twilight yells back in response as she retreats to her library. "I'll let the Princess know about whatever this is right away!"

Rainbow Dash found herself in the dead center of the Everfree Forest investigating whatever it was that came from the sky. With the dark clouds in the sky and the natural darkness of the Everfree, even Rainbow finds it difficult to tell which way she's going until she sees the same golden glow up ahead as the one that appeared in the sky not too long ago. When she finds her way to the source of the glow, she finds a small ape-like being with more hair on its head than anywhere else she can see. As she tries to figure out what exactly this... thing is she sees the gold glow seperating itself from the being and form seven orbs to spin around the being, fly up at least ten thousand feet above ground, then dispersing in completely opposite directions with a distinct yet inexplicible sound in the air accompanying their departure.

After everything Rainbow and perhaps all of Ponyville has just witnessed, the skies return to normal and the little monkey wakes up. "Where am I?"

Rainbow immediately trots up to the creature with an enraged look on her face. "What was all that with the dark clouds and bright lights? You woke me up from my nap!"

Goku, quickly getting up and ready to defend himself only to put down his fists when he understood the nature of the rainbow-maned mare's question. "Dark clouds and bright lights... YOU MEAN THE DRAGONBALLS?!? What happened? Where am I? What's going on?"

Welcome to Equestria, Goku!!

View Online

We look to the center of the Everfree Forest to find both Goku and Rainbow Dash staring at the sky as the dark clouds dissipate and looking back at each other as they both look at each other in disbelief of the reality with which they are faced. Rainbow Dash deciding to take charge of the situation and decides to begin the conversation. "So... with all that just happened, do you think you can explain any of it?"

Goku trying to piece together the situation as he backtracked the series of events that had transpired in his head, he comes up with only one explanation. "The dragonballs. They float real high up in the air then seperate to different places all over the world."

Rainbow Dash not even trying to understand a word of what he just said, she just nods then points her hoof and Goku's head in the direction of Ponyville. "It'd probably be the best idea if you explained all of that to Twilight. She lives in a giant tree house. You can't miss it."

Putting two fingers on his forhead and closing his eyes, Goku feels out the life energy of these non ki-using ponies to find the tree house in question. "Okay, I know where it is now. Wanna race there?...Oh, that's right! I don't know your name."

The rainbow mare stands up proudly as she prepares to make her introduction. "I'm Rainbow Dash, the best flyer in all of Equestriaaa..." She stops her introduction only for her jaw to drop at the sight of Goku flying already more than halfway to Ponyville. "How does that even...?"

As he flies away from the Everfree Forest, Goku manages to yell audibly to Rainbow Dash. "By the way my name's Goku!"

Ponyville: Outside Twilight's Tree House

The saiyan speed demon arrives only to be joined by Rainbow not even five seconds later with an angry look on her face. "That wasn't even fair! You took off before I could finish my awesome intro."

Goku, laughing a bit at what the mare had just said, he couldn't help but be reminded of his granddaughter Pan. "You know, you act just like my granddaughter!"

Rainbow Dash, not even attempting to grasp the thought of this... this child(?) possibly having grandchildren, knocks on Twilight's door to be welcomed by the purple baby dragon Spike. "Hi Spike. Is Twilight in? We kinda got a weird situation on our hooves."

Spike, looking at Goku in awe, walks around the saiyan to discover (and play with a little) Goku's tail. As Spike grabs the tail, Goku falls to the ground like Superman when exposed to Kryptonite lightly kicking the dragon. "LET ME GO!! What'd you do that for? That's not very nice you know."

After Spike had his fun, he let Goku's tail go and helped him up from the ground. "Wait right here. I'll go get Twilight."

Watching Spike walk up the stairs to get Twilight, Goku then turns to Rainbow Dash. "So... What exactly was that?"

Rainbow excitedly responds as this is one of the few things that she can actually explain and understand in full detail. "Oh that's just Spike. He's a baby dragon that Twilight takes care of and he helps her around her library as well as all of Ponyville as her Number One Assistant."

Spike makes it to Twilight's study to find her hoof deep in books and proceeds to snap her out of her scholarly daze. "Twilight, Rainbow Dash and... something she brought with her want to talk to you! I think it may be about what happened last night."

Twilight, jerking right out of her chair, runs downstairs to see Rainbow Dash and Goku. She couldn't help but think of a million questions to ask the saiyan, "What are you? How did you get here? Where are you from?" and other questions along those lines.

Goku, taking a deep breath as he prepares to give his long, detailed explanation. "My name is Goku and I'm a saiyan from Earth. The dark clouds and bright lights from earlier this morning were caused by the dragonballs. They split into different directions after they're used."

The purple unicorn taking detailed notes of what Goku was saying, she continues her interview. "So the lights that split in different directions were these 'dragonballs'? And what exactly are they?"

Right as Goku is about to respond, Twilight interrupts him. "You know what? We should wait for Princess Celestia to hear the full explanation. I sent her a letter right after what happened earlier and she said she would be here tomorrow to investigate the matter. She knows about things like this better than anypony. In the meantime Goku, feel free to spend your time getting to know everypony. They're really friendly. You'll make friends in no time. Now if you excuse me, I have some schedules to keep. Rainbow I'm trusting you to show Goku around." Rainbow Dash dutifully salutes the purple mare and pulls Goku out the door and into Ponyville.

After about half an hour of walking around the market, the roars of Goku's stomach reverberate all around Ponyville warranting his question to the cyan pegasus. "Is there anything we can eat around here? I'm starved."

Thinking of a solution for Goku's hunger, Sugarcube Corner, Pinkie Pie's home/workplace, is the first place that comes to mind. "How about Sugarcube Corner? Pinkie Pie makes lots of delicious cupcakes and other pastries."

Contemplating the decision for food in his head, Goku recalls his incident with Majin Buu when he and Vegeta were nearly absorbed along with chocolate bars and various other candied treats by the digestive fluids of the pink beast. "... No thank you. Is there anywhere else I can eat?" Sure it may have been a long time ago when it actually happened, but an experience like that is something that isn't exactly easy to forget.

"Okay" Rainbow Dash accepts his decision and brings up the only alternative she can think of. "How about Sweet Apple Acres? All the apples you can eat!" The second Rainbow finished her sentence, she saw Goku drooling at the thought of the feast ahead. Rainbow Dash and soon Applejack will soon learn what happens when one tells Goku "All you can eat."

The Appleocalypse

View Online

With the wooden gates of Sweet Apple Acres in sight, Goku and Rainbow Dash trot toward the Apple family's barn for what Rainbow told they saiyan there would be all the apples he could eat. With the thought of all the glorious food still fresh in his mind, Goku still can't resist leaving trails of saliva as they trek on forward. "All... the... apples i can eat." He muttered with every step.

They make it to the entrance to the farm being met by the orange country pony sporting her trademarked stetson hat. "Well howdy Rainbow Dash." She pauses to stare at the saiyan as his eyes are fixated on her apple-marked flank. "And what's this lil' critter ya brought with ya?" She then extended a hoof to him. "Name's Applejack."

Goku snaps out of his food fantasy back into reality. "I'm Goku and Twilight told me get to know everyone. Rainbow Dash told me this would be a great place for dinner." After answering Applejack's question, he resumes staring at her flank managing to ask the question long on his mind since he saw the orange mare. "Are those apples?"

Applejack more than willing to answer Goku's question since he clearly didn't know anything about cutie marks. "Mighty nice ta meetcha Goku and yep that's my cutie... AAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!! What the hay d'ya think yer doin'?" She screams in pain as the saiyan grips onto her flank with his teeth. After a hard buck, she shakes him off her flank and sends him flying toward a tree.

Watching this all happen in front of her, Rainbow Dash can't help but fall over laughing at the spectacle. "Priceless!! Totally priceless!! I can't wait til Pinkie hears about this!" Rainbow continues to roll over in laughter.

Right after she noticed she had knocked her little guest against a tree, Applejack rushed to his aid. "Goku, ya'll alright partner?"

The saiyan raises a hand to ward Applejack away a bit. "I'm alright. A little shaken up, but I've had worse." Getting himself back up from the base of the tree, Goku feels a thump to the head and instinctively catches the thing that fell on him from above, an apple. Intently staring at the fruit he now holds in his hands, Goku's stomach roars as it reminds the saiyan of his famous appetite.

Slighty frightened... well more like utterly disturbed by the saiyan's gut as it roared as loud if not louder than an adult dragon. "Thats right. Ya'll told me ya were starvin' when ya first got here. Wanna come in for a bite ta eat? We got plenty." After her kind invitation, Rainbow Dash and Goku follow Applejack inside the barn for an Apple family feast.

Sweet Apple Acres: Apple Family Dining Room

Kindly showing her guests the dining room, Applejack rallies the rest of the Apple family to greet their new guest. "C'mon everypony! We got ourselves a new guest just itchin' fer some grade A Apple family hospitality."

As if commanded by a field marshal, the Apple family lined up ready to sound off. The green, elderly pony takes the initiative and introduces herself. "Ahm Granny Smith and ahm these fine ponies' grandmother."

The red-maned filly also follows her grandmother's example. "Ahm Applebloom, Applejack's younger sister."

Last and certainly not least is the big, red colt himself. "Name's Big Macintosh. Her brother."

After this final introduction, Goku also introduces himself to the Apple family. "My name's Goku and I'm starving!" Goku exclaims with pride with a little hint of agony at the hand of his bottomless pit of a gut.

Granny Smith takes the reigns of command now as she rallies the troops. "Ya'll heard 'im! Now let's show Goku here what the Apple family is all about!" Granny yells as the youngins completely coat the table with apples and apple-related delicacies in the blink of an eye before him.

Goku can only look in awe at the feast that was so readily prepared for him without a moment's notice. Without hesitation, the saiyan dives in to devour every last bit of it down to the very last morsel.

The Apples only watch in awe and astonishment as this child continues to reel in the table sheet for access to the food as he works himself further back cleaning every plate and dish in his path.

"Look at 'im go... Now that is what ah call a healthy appetite." Granny thinks loudly to herself as she and her grandchildren continues to gawk at Goku seeing as he finished every plate on table letting out a rather large belch. *BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURP*

Finishing his first round, Goku presents one of the plates to Granny Smith. "That was delicious! Can i have seconds?"

Hearing his request, Granny is more than happy to oblige. "Ya'll heard 'im! Time for round two!" With that, the Apples, again in the blink of an eye, cover the table with apple treats.

As Goku continues consuming what is now the twelfth round of apple treats, Applebloom walks up to Granny to deliver unfortunate news. "Ummm Granny, we kinda ran outta apples. We don't even have enough to feed ourselves tonight."

With a look of distress, Granny has no choice but to break the news to the saiyan. "I'm sorry Goku, but it seems that we ran outta apples and it'll take us up until sunset to get enough from the orchards for ourselves."

Feeling guilty for eating the food that they were gonna eat for themselves, Goku can't help but want to help the ponies who so kindly took him in and fed his saiyan appetite. "If you want, I can help you with the apples. It's the least I can do."

Granny, not wanting to impose on her guest kindly shows Goku to the door to see the orchard. "This is the orchard of Sweet Apple Acres and we're gonna have ta buck apples from all these trees. Ya sure ya wanna help with that?" The old pony asks trying to intimidate Goku out of wanting to help as she truly doesn't want to burden her guest with the work only to have the opposite effect.

After seeing the orchard from ground level, Goku decides to fly so he can see the entire orchard from a bird's eye view. "Is that all? Sure, it'll be a piece of cake. I'll have all the apples you'll need in five minutes flat."

The rest of the Apple family along with Rainbow Dash stare at the saiyan as they try to figure out how it's even possible that he can fly.

Applebloom being the first to speak what's in her, as well as everypony else's mind. "Is that even possible? How can he fly without wings? Well, however he does it, it's still amazing." That said, everypony else nods in agreement as their jaws continue to sag on the floor looking back at each other to assure each other that their reactions were appropriate as they also watch the saiyan move so fast toward the orchard that it looked as if he teleported. "Eeyup."

Sure enough in the five minutes he dove into the orchard, Goku returned with what looked like a mountain of red delicious apples. "Like I promised, I picked and sorted every apple in your orchard five minutes flat." He slightly panted as he dropped the apple mountain next to Granny for everypony to see. "Just call it my thanks for the food." He said with a satisfied smile on his face.

Even though he single-handedly ate their entire food supply, the Apple family simply could'nt stay mad at the saiyan. Especially since he was able to almost an entire day's work in only five minutes. All at once, they call out to their new friend as he and Rainbow Dash leave to their next destination. "Ya'll better come back and visit sometime ya hear!"

Then Applejack, still rubbing her sore flank, calls out to the saiyan once more. "And if yer ever lookin fer work, yer more than welcome here at Sweet Apple Acres!"

Looking to his rainbow-maned escort with excitement in his eyes, he descends next to Rainbow Dash. "Boy am I stuffed! Where to next Rainbow?"

With a mischievous smirk on her face, Rainbow thinks of taking Goku to see Pinkie since she would most definitely want to hear about everything that happened at Sweet Apple Acres. "How about Sugarcube Corner? Pinkie Pie just has to meet anypony new to Ponyville, and you're no exception Goku... even though you're not a pony. Besides, I'm sure that the two of you will get along just fine." She then turns away from Goku so she can speak quietly to herself. "That plus she's gonna laugh her flank off when I tell her about Applejack's cutie mark."

The Welcoming Party

View Online

After the events that transpired at Applejack's estate, Goku and Rainbow Dash had elected to make Sugarcube Corner the next item on their itinerary. They are presently waiting for a reply as Goku already knocked on the eatery's door.

"Hello! Anyone home?" The saiyan asks as he keeps knocking on the door. "Rainbow Dash brought me here so I can meet someone named Pinkie Pie." And right as he finished the sentence, the door slams open knocking Goku off the porch rolling to the bottom of the stairs.

At the sight of this Rainbow attempts to conceal her laughter at the saiyan's expense by putting a hoof over her face ultimately failing as a small giggle escapes her hoof. She then rushes to Pinkie's side as she is openly laughing at what she had done. "You think that's funny? You just gotta hear what happened back at Applejack's earlier."

With blinding speed even for Goku, Pinkie rushes to help the saiyan up from his fall and pulls him inside the pastry shack to see a familiar purple unicorn enjoying a cupcake. "Is this the thing you were talking about Twilight?" Twilight responds with a nod as she has her mouth full of cupcake and a book in her hoof at the moment. "I just have to show you around Goku!" Pinkie then proceeds to drag Goku around for a grand tour of Sugarcube corner. "This is Mr. and Mrs. Cake. They're the owners. I help them out from time to time though." She continues her tour as she shows him the Cakes' merchandise. Everything from cupcakes to three-layer cakes, Goku is shown and given a sample of everything on their menu. "So Goku, what do you think?"

Goku only managing to speak between breaths as he feasts upon a small mountain of sweets courtesy of the Cakes. "Simply delicious!" He then thinks to himself. "No wonder Buu likes this stuff so much!"

After finishing the "small" feast, Pinkie once again approaches the saiyan with her diabetes-inducing grin. "If you like that, then you're going to absolutely love what I have planned for your party!" The joy proved to be contagious as even Goku failed to hold back a grin of his own. "I can already tell we're gonna have so much fun!" Her excitement completely apparent as she bounces off the walls.

Twilight then finishes her little snack and approaches the cotton candy pony. "Sorry Pinkie, but Goku's welcoming party's gonna have to wait. He still has to meet Fluttershy and Rarity and even then he's still gonna have to meet Princess Celestia tomorrow." Slightly disheartened by the unicorn's response, Pinkie then turns to Rainbow Dash who has been waving her over for some time now.

While Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie carry on with their conversation, Goku and Twilight decide to have one of their own. "So Goku, how are you liking Ponyville so far? The unicorn asks with intrigue.

"Well Rainbow Dash and I went to Applejack's place after we left your house and we had a great time! They had lots of food and I helped them pick apples after. It was lots of fun." The saiyan recalls with a smile on his face.

She then follows up on Goku's comment. "Do you want to come with me so you can meet Rarity and Fluttershy then? They should be leaving from their usual get-together at the spa soon and I'm sure they'd love to meet you."

"Sure. Sounds like fun. It'd be a great way to relax after everything that's happened today." Goku replies as he lets out a deep sigh.

Rainbow then picks her head up to yell to Twilight from the other side of the room. "Hey Twilight, you think you can take Goku off my hooves for a while. I'm gonna be with Pinkie a while." The cyan pony then returns her attention to Pinkie as she resumes relaying the events at Sweet Apple Acres to the party pony.

Twilight then leads Goku out the door. "We're going to Fluttershy's place next. Knowing Rarity, she's probably going to want to take your clothes and spend the night making 'the perfect look for you.'" She continues as they make their way to Fluttershy's cottage.

Near Everfree Forest Entrance: Fluttershy's Cottage

"You know, I probably should have noticed this place when I passed it flying into town earlier." Goku laughs out loud as he confesses to Twilight who is now escorting the saiyan in Rainbow Dash's stead.

The unicorn knocks on the door to be received by a rabbit. "Oh hi Angel Bunny. Is Fluttershy home?" The mare inquires to the hare. Angel then hops to Fluttershy's side to alert her of her guests waiting at the door.

Fluttershy then quickly gallops to Goku as he immediately attracts her attention. "Hi Twilight. And who is this little guy you brought with you?" She then proceeds to give Goku a bear-hug. "Ooooh he's just too adorable! Just look at his cute little tail, his tiny nose, and those endearing eyes!" Fluttershy continues as she holds and cuddles the saiyan like a little girl to her favorite stuffed animal. As Goku is thoroughly contained in Fluttershy's grip, Angel casts a death glare upon the saiyan as he watches from the other side of the room.

Trying to escape the abnormally strong grip Fluttershy has over him, Goku manages to briefly utter a few words from the little breath that was squeezed out of him. "Let go. Can't breathe."

She then releases the saiyan from her herculean grip and rushes to his aid. "Are you okay? I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you or anything. I just lost control of myself." Fluttershy then prepares a first aid kit and looks to Goku with a depressed look on her face.

Seeing the troubled pegasus, Goku then puts his hand on Fluttershy's head. "It's okay. I know you didn't mean anything by it. By the way, my name's Goku."

With her frown turned upside down, Fluttershy once again embraces the saiyan (with less strength mind you.) "I'm Fluttershy and as you can tell by the animals in my home, I care for all the animals in and around Ponyville. It's nice to meet you Goku. Why don't you and Twilight come in for some tea?" Twilight and Goku reply only with a nod as they each take a seat in wait for tea courtesy of their host.

"Fluttershy's really nice." Goku attempts to strike up a conversation as he and Twilight wait on their tea.

Wishing for the time to fly by, Twilight also engages in small talk. "Rainbow Dash told me what happened with Applejack earlier at Pinkie's. I can't believe you did that." The unicorn carries on as she lightly giggles whispering to the saiyan. "Her flank really?"

Goku then laughs at his own expense along with Twilight. "Well I have been known to think with only my stomach. It didn't exactly help that she smelled like apples too."

As the two continue to laugh together, Fluttershy makes her entrance. "The tea is ready. It's herbal. I hope you like it." She then gives each of them a cup leaving the tea pot in the center of the table for all of them to enjoy. "So Goku, how do you like Ponyville?"

The saiyan putting down his cup after a few sips directs his attention to the pegasus. "Everyone here is really nice and they all welcomed me with open arms!" Goku then laughs at his own comment as he realizes what he just said. "Well not as open as yours Fluttershy."

Fluttershy laughs while slightly blushing with embarrasment. "Honestly I don't know what came over me either. It's not everyday that I see a... what are you exactly?"

"Saiyan. I'm a saiyan." Goku autonomously responds as he has grown weary of having to explain what he is countless times already.

The three continue their conversation recalling Goku's experience throughout his tour of Ponyville until Twilight directs the subject toward Rarity, the last of the Mane Six who Goku has yet to meet. "We still have one more hour until the Princess sets the sun for the day, so let's get you to the Carousel Boutique where we can get Rarity to fix up your clothes. Celestia knows how she'll react if she sees you meeting the Princess in an 'uncouth manner.'"

Twilight and Goku then get up from their seats as they prepare to depart. "It was a pleasure meeting you Fluttershy, but Twilight's right. These clothes have seen a lot of use and if what she says is true, then it'll be best to get it over with now. Thank you for your kindness." Goku then returns a hug to Fluttershy. "Hope to see you again Fluttershy." He then returns to Twilight as they make their way for the Carousel Boutique.

Ponyville: Carousel Boutique

The two have made their way to the Carousel Boutique with half an hour, according to Twilight, until the sun sets for the day. Twilight once again decides to take the initiative and knock on Rarity's fancily designed door. "Hello Rarity? Are you there? There's somepony new I want you to meet."

Shortly after Twilight had asked, she heard a distant yell from inside. "I'll be there in just a minute darling! I'm just finishing up this last piece... and done! Don't wait up! I'll be right there!" Goku and Twilight hear her as she gallops down the stairs then look to see the marshmallow unicorn as she opens the door. "Well hello Twilight. What may I ask is the reason for this particular visi... OH MY CELESTIA LOOK AT THIS FILTHY FILTHY BEAST! His clothes are so beaten and his hair... HIS HAIR IS SO... I can't even describe how horrible it looks to me." Rarity screams in horror as she looks upon the dirt-coated saiyan.

Goku, slightly irritated after waiting for Rarity to finish her rant, pokes the white unicorn to get her attention. "I'm sorry for getting dirty from crossing over from another world and crash-landing in the middle of a forest." Goku finishes as he lets out a deep sigh from frustration talking to himself. "It's weird that Bulma used to be like that." He directs himself back to Rarity. "Twilight told me that you would be able to fix up these clothes for me?"

With a look of disdain, Rarity glares at the saiyan. "What nerve! You dare to ask a pony you barely meet for a favor without so much as an introduction? Where are your manners? Not only that, but you also act so rudely to me before doing so."

As he levels with the diamond-flanked mare, Goku takes a deep breath and exhales to relax. "I'm sorry about that. I just had a really long day and I took it out on you. My name's Goku."

Finally pleased with Goku's change of behavior, Rarity presents herself in a lady-like fashion. "My name is Rarity, but you may call me Miss Rarity if you wish, and of course, I would be more than happy to repair these dregs of clothing. Just give me until tomorrow and it will be as good as new."

"Okay, I'll have to hold you to it Rarity." Goku declares as his fatigue begins to take its toll causing him to fall over.

Twilight then picks up the saiyan. "Sorry Rarity, we're gonna have to cut this visit short. Goku needs his rest so he can meet the Princess tomorrow and explain everything that's going on." The purple unicorn levitates Goku as she takes him to her tree so he can rest for the night, but not before stripping the saiyan to give his clothes for Rarity to repair. "Good night Rarity!" Twilight screams as she leaves. What Twilight doesn't know though is that Goku isn't completely out and there is a full moon tonight. By the time they make it to Twilight's home, she's carrying a red-coated giant easily bigger than Big Macintosh that somehow obtained a pair of baggy yellow pants.

The Reception

Ponyville: Twilight's Treehouse

Celestia has set the sun for the day and Twilight is carrying an unconscious Goku as he has been exhausted from the events of the day. "Spike, Goku's going to be staying here tonight so he can meet the Princess bright and early tomorrow."

The purple dragon, already preparing the guest room, looks to see the giant red ape his sister levitated in. "That doesn't look like Goku to me. Wasn't he shorter when I met him earlier?" Spike points out as he looks at the sleeping saiyan in confusion.

"Your guess is as good as mine, Spike. When the moon rose, he just changed into this. Maybe we'll be able to get an explanation tomorrow." Twilight then proceeds to take Goku upstairs to his quarters for the evening. "All I do know is he's hard a tough day and, like anypony else, he needs his rest." She then put him on the bed in a fetal position so he can fit without any of his limbs dangling off the sides. "I really hope somepony can explain this. This is like the Pinkie Sense all over again." The mare goes to her own room for the night as she continues to rack her brain over the saiyan.

Canterlot Castle: Celestia's Quarters

"Dear sister, dost thou sense this immense energy as well as us?" A blue alicorn exclaims in panic as she barges into the room.

"Yes Luna, I do. But what does this mean? In all my life I have never felt a force as strong as this. Yet in spite of this immense power, I don't feel the slightest bit of hostility in it." The white alicorn also expresses her concern as she tries to rationalize it. "All we have to go on is this letter my student sent me earlier this morning. I have told her that I would investigate the matter first thing tomorrow."

Dear Princess Celestia,

This morning it was scheduled by the pegasi that it would be a clear sunny day. Yet a dark, spiral of stormclouds seemed to spawn over the Everfree Forest and expand over Ponyville. These clouds were accompanied by a golden glow in the center followed by what sounded like a dragon's roar. After a few seconds, the golden glow concentrated itself and crashed into the forest's center. Not too long after, the same golden glow then formed itself into what I counted to be seven orbs that spun around in a circle and split themselves apart in different directions. The dark clouds quickly dissipated after the orbs had split. I am submitting this letter to you for this is something I, nor anypony have ever seen before and hope that you would aid us in figuring out this situation.

Your faithful student, Twilight Sparkle

"Dark clouds, golden glow, and seven orbs." Celestia thinks to herself as she tries to put all the pieces together. "Perhaps it has to do with that energy as well. I might be able to figure it out when I get to Ponyville tomorrow. For now I must rest. Good night Luna." The sun alicorn lays herself to rest as she gestures a shoo to Luna.

The Next Morning-Ponyville: Twilight's Treehouse

*yawn* "Where am I?" Goku gets out of bed as he looks out the window of his room to see the sun risen once again. He walks downstairs to see Twilight and Spike talking to their ruler, Princess Celestia. "Morning Twilight, Spike, and... who's the taller, white horse?" He asks as he gestures toward Celestia.

Twilight immediately reprimands the saiyan with a quick whisper. "She's not a horse. She's an alicorn and our ruler at that. Also, I meant to ask you last night. What happened? When the sun set and the moon rose, you suddenly grew turning into what you are now."

Goku then looks at himself in the mirror to find he is in his Super Saiyan 4 state. "I guess I went Super Saiyan 4 instead of turning into a giant ape. Well how about that." He then proceeds to undo the transformation right before their eyes. "There we go."

The unicorn then directs herself to her teacher. "Princess Celestia, this is who I was talking about. This is Goku."

Celestia directs herself to Goku, giving him a look that seemed to peer into his soul. "As my student must have told you before, I am Princess Celestia, ruler of this nation Equestria. It's a pleasure to meet you Goku."

Goku, never knowing the appropriate etiquette for meeting royalty, nonchalantly addresses the princess. "Twilight said that you raised and set the sun. I was under the impression you were a god or something."

The alicorn, always quick with a response, answers the saiyan's inquiry while giving one of her own. "They praise me like one I guess, but I actually do raise and set the sun. It's a special type of magic only I can and must do. So Goku, Twilight told me about what happened yesterday. Do you think you could tell us what happened?"

"Sure. It's a long story though. You might wanna take a seat." Goku states as waits for them to be seated before proceeding to tell them his epic tale.

"It all started with these magical balls called the dragonballs. There are seven in total. When you bring all of them together, you can summon the eternal dragon to grant one wish. Well it used to be one wish, but that's another story. Anyway, we got ourselves into trouble a lot with the fate of our planet and sometimes the whole universe at stake. So every time trouble came, we would use the dragonballs to bring back all the innocent people that would die. What we didn't know was that when we used the dragonballs, they would fill up with negative energy each time. Eventually, they cracked from the pressure and the shadow dragons came. They reeked havoc all over the planet and it was up to me to defeat them. After I defeated Omega Shenron, the dragonballs were pure again and the original dragon, Shenron, came out of the dragonballs without a summon. He said that he needed to take the dragonballs away from the Earth so they wouldn't have to rely on them or me anymore and I went with him knowing they'd be in good hands. Next thing I know, I'm here and the dragonballs are split again like they used to except this time there's no dragon radar to find them."

After taking their time to soak in everything he said, Celestia walks up to Goku. "Wow. I... I don't know what to say. I am truly astonished. I was looking into your memories the whole time. I apologize, but I felt obligated to because I feared that with your immense power, you would be a threat to my little ponies. But now I see I couldn't be further from the truth. Your life and everything that happened in it. You literally went to hell and back for the sake of others." Celestia then hangs her head down in shame only to lift it up in determination. "You need not worry Goku. We'll help you find the dragonballs. We'll-"

Goku stops the princess before she can continue. "No. If I've learned anything it's that the dragonballs shouldn't be used so much. We shouldn't need them. If someone happens to find all seven on their own then it's ok, but there's no magic in something if it's only a means to an end. Let someone find them eventually. They'll be spread all over the planet not to be used again for a long time."

"Very well. But what of this Shenron? He brought you here did he not? Since you're so far away from home, what exactly do you intend to do from now on?" Celestia looks to Goku with curiosity.

The saiyan, unable to come up with anything, gives his honest response. "I'll just hang around Ponyville I guess. I already made some great friends here and I don't think I'd be comfortable anywhere else."

DBZ Universe: Hell

"We learned our lesson last time yes Doctor Myu?"

"Yes Doctor Gero. We didn't have enough manpower last time. That is why we are getting the assistance of all who have fallen at his hand. Muahahahahahaha!"
