2 idiotic brother's slapstick adventure to save Equestria.
What happens when two brothers, one a crazy jackflank and the other a mischievous smart-ass team up with the Mane 6 and go on a crazy adventure to save Equestria, stay tuned to find out. Epic Cover art credit goes to Aurora Heartnote.
Its was a peaceful day, birds were chirping and the sun shining brilliantly, the ponyfolk enjoying the beautiful day in the park. Comedic Arts was enjoying a nice picnic with his new marefriend Flitter and her best friend and room mate Cloud Chaser, who was suppose to be meeting his featherbrained brother Blitz for a blind date but as usual was late.
'Where the hay is he at' Comedic thinks to himself looking to Chaser who was growing very impatient, "I'm sure he's on his way" He reassures her "Knowing him he just lost track of time." He looks to Flitter and smiles nervously before looking around hoping to see Blitz flying toward them but only sees other ponies enjoying their day at the park.
"You better not mess this up featherbrain" He mumbles under his breath annoyed that his brother still hadn't showed up "I worked hard to set you up with this date."
Suddenly and without warning he hears somepony yell "HEADS UP..." before hearing something impact the tree next to them. What he heard next was the object falling out of the tree literally impacting EVERY branch on the way down before hitting the ground with a loud thud. There laying before them was Blitz sticks poking out of is coat and covered in tree sap.
"Fine of you to join us..." Comedic says annoyed "Quite the entrance you made.
Groaning in pain from the crash Blitz quickly pulls himself up off the ground. Grinning he starts pulling the sticks that were lodged in his wings then attempts to pull off some of the tree sap stuck to his coat to no avail. "Sorry I'm late. he says still fighting with the tree sap "Lost track of time then got tied up listening to the old bat of a neighbor we have tell me how immature I am."
"You immature...naw who would ever think that" Comedic says sarcastically "Any ways you already know Flitter" He says smiling and giving Flitter a peck on the cheek "This is Cloud Chaser the mare I told you about" He points to Cloud Chaser who is looking quite annoyed at her late date. "Chaser this is my bone headed brother and room mate Suicide Blitz, we just call him Blitz."
Blitz was taken back by the beautiful mare his friend had set him up with. Chaser had walked up to Blitz and extended her hoof, "Its a pleasure to finally meet you" she says forcing a smile. Blitz being the "ladies man" that he is stood there with the goofiest grin on his face before replying. "Pleasures all mine" in some form or another.
Still awed by the beauty that his brother was trying to hook him up with Blitz quickly composed himself, "I've heard alot about you" He says not able to take his eyes off of Chaser. "Hope I can make a good second impression" He grins as he thinks about his entrance.
"Hope you do too" she says smiling "You seem like a cool dude." Blitz felt his face get red.
"I try" he squeaks.
"Well why don't we get back to out picnic" Comedic says "Don't wanna let all this go to waste." He picks up a hay and daisy sandwich and takes a bite. "So Blitz what what was with the crash landing" He says as his curiosity got the better of him. "I know you enjoy hurting yourself and all but on an occasion like this?" He had a point Blitz made it a personal hobby to hurt himself is the dumbest ways possible, his cutie mark was even based off his "talent".
"Well," He replies thinking back to the events right before his crash landing "I was looking for you guys and wasn't paying attention to where I was going and flew into a flock of birds." He rubs the back of his head and blushes, obviously embarrassed. "I lost control and plummeted conveniently into a tree." He chuckles poking at the dried tree sap still stuck to him.
Despite their questionable introductions Chaser and Blitz soon find themselves talking and telling each other more about themselves. "Yea I've been working at the weather factory as a cloud wrangler for about 3 years now" Blitz explains "As for hobbies I like seeing what kind of cool stunts I can pull off." He brags.
"Why don't you put your money where your mouth is and show us a trick or two." Comedic says with a grin "Unless your scared"
"HA me scared?" Blitz states "You should know better then anyone I'm not afraid of anything" He says taking off in a blur of black and red. "I perfected this trick myself" He gloats "Its called <insert clever name here> and I'm the only one that can pull it off" He bolts off into the sky to start his little act. On the ground Comedic was laughing at the fact his bone headed brother was so easy to get riled up.
"You ladies are gonna want to see this" He chuckles as he looks to Flitter and Chaser.
"Ten bits says he crashes into the tree again" Comedic says jokingly "Either that or he will pull it off and somehow crash afterwards." They all look up to Blitz who is prepping himself for the trick. He had pulled it off only once before and failed to countless times. 'You can do this' He thinks to himself 'You pull this off and that beautiful mare is as good as yours' With a determined look he prepares to start.
"HERE GOES NOTHEN" He yells as he plummets towards the ground faster and faster. Just feet off the ground he spreads his wings and pulls out of the dive and shoots off into the sky doin flips and twirls and rolls and other tricks.
"Whoa that was amazing" Chaser gasps "I didn't think anypony could pull out a dive like that and just keep flying" She say there slack jawed and eyes agape.
"Meh he got lucky" Comedic says somewhat disappointed. "He couldn't do it again if he tried"
"Is that another challenge" He turns to see a grinning Blitz standing behind him "I love nothing more then proving you wrong" He looked to Chaser, winked and smiled before looking back to his brother.
"Alright then lets make this interesting" Comedic replies "Fifty bits says you can't pull it off again." Being easy to trick Blitz takes the bet without even thinking.
"Your on" He says taking off into the sky for the second time. "Have those bits ready for when I get back" He says getting over cocky.
"Yea yea just go fail so you can pay me already" Comedic says egging Blitz on eve more.
As he ascends into the clouds he thinks to himself 'You've already done it once how hard can it be to just do it again' He reaches the same altitude as before and stops to catch his breath from the flight up here. "Here we go again." He shouts as he starts his dive towards the ground. As he pulls from his dive he spots Chaser and shoots her a grin, she replies with her own grin and a wave. This throws him off just enough to loose control and careen straight into the tree he crashed into earlier.
Unable to control himself Comedic falls on the ground laughing his flank off. Still dazed from the crash Blitz stumbles over to them from the tree, again covered with sticks and tree sap. "Well that didn't go as planned." he mumbles before falling to the ground.
"Oh no Blitz" He hears Chaser say as she races to him "Are you alright that crash was bad" Blitz chuckles as he looks up to her, "Yea I'll be fine" He reassures her "I've been in way worse crashes then that and walked away from them. 'Not how I planned on reeling her in but eh good enough' He thinks to himself.
Chaser and Blitz get caught up in their moment and don't notice Comedic trotting up to them still laughing with Flitter behind him telling him he shouldn't laugh at his brothers misfortune. "Hate to break up the love birds but a certain pony owes me fifty caps." He says still chuckling. Blitz and Chaser break their stare and blush heavily.
"We're not love birds." She says defensively "I was just checking to make sure he was ok" He says with a bad poker face.
"Yea of course you were" Comedic says sarcastically before turning to his brother for the bits he was owed.
"Really" Blitz says "I just ran full speed into a tree and you wanna do this now?" He looks at his brother who has the biggest troll face on.
"You bet I do" He raises his hoof to gather the bits he was owed "You lost fair and square now pay up."
Blitz looks at him annoyed and a little pissed off. "Gonna have to take an IOU I don't have it right now." He smirks "Remind me I'll give the bits to you when we get home later." He shakes Comedic's hoof to seal the deal.
"You know I'll bug you till you pay up right." He says smiling.
"I told you when we get back I'll pay you so lay off." Blitz says annoyed.
After bickering back and forth for a few more minutes they turn their attention back to the girls. "You two must be getting tired" Comedic says "Its been a long afternoon, why don't you let me and Blitz walk you two home."
Without hesitation Chaser steps forward and says "We would love that" Realizing what happened she blushed and steped back "I mean if you guys really want to."
Comedic and Blitz both chuckle. "Would be our pleasure" Blitz says with a huge smile, "Why don't we get going."
As the group of ponies make their way from the park to Cloudsdale, Comedic and Flitter fly almost close enough to wreck into each other and behind them Blitz and Chaser spend the trip exchanging smiles and flirty looks. "You think those two are gonna hit it off?" Comedic asks Flitter just loud enough for her to her but not loud enough for the other two to hear him.
"I think they already have." She replies looking back a the two flirting with each other. "They just don't know it yet".
Upon arriving in Cloudsdale in front of Chaser and Flitter's house Comedic pulls Flitter aside for a goodbye kiss and hugs, leaving Blitz and Chaser standing there by themselves.
"I had fun today and it was awesome meeting you." Blitz says blush and scratching his head, "We should do this again sometime."
Without saying a word Chaser walks up to him and kisses him on the cheek, "It was cool meeting you too and I agree we should do this again sometime."
She starts to walk inside when Blitz speaks up. "You uh busy this Saturday?" He says turning red "Me and Comedic were gonna go to a Wonderbolts show and I would love for you to come with us, hes gonna ask Flitter to go so I kinda figured you might wanna go too."
Without missing a beat she replies, "I'd love to!" Over excited Blitz blurts out, "Fine its a date..." Before stopping himself "I mean sweet I can't wait."
Smiling Chaser gives him another peck on the cheek and replies "It's a date, and this time don't be late." She walks inside followed shortly by Flitter.
"So what did you think of her?" Comedic asks "She's pretty sweet isn't she" Seeing his brother with that look on his face he couldn't give up the chance to mess with him. "Ooooh I see," he says with a grin, "Blitz and chaser sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I..." before being cut off from a punch in the gut from Blitz,
"Knock it off peckerweed it isn't like that," He says getting all serious, "I think I really like her, like like her I mean."
Recovering from the shot to the gut Comedic coughs and says, "Well if that's how you really feel I can't give you too much crap over it, I can't go around c-blocking my own brother after all..." He is silenced by another jab to the gut.
"I already told you it isn't like that" Blitz states for a second time, "I'm not gonna say it again."
Coughing and laughing Comedic composes himself, "Alright man lets just get home I'm tired"
After a short flight they reach their home on the other side of Cloudsdale. "Alright man I'm gonna hit the sack" Comedic yawns as he makes his way to his room, "Don't stay up too late we have work in the morning."
"Yea I know," Blitz says "I'll be fine" He walks into the living room and sits down on the sofa, "I'll see you in the morning" He says as his brother walks into his room and shuts the door. 'Don't know how you pulled it off but you got the girl' He thinks to himself as he starts to nod off.
A/N-I know this is suppose to be about these two idiots being on some crazy adventure, I'm getting to that, figured I'd give them a proper introduction and set some stuff up for later I manage to not mess it up. Hoping to have the second chapter done by tomorrow. Stay Tuned!
A/N I apologize now for the list of mistakes there are in this chapter, my proof reader/editor was conveniently offline so I did what I could on my own.
Blitz was awakened by a loud slamming on the door, half asleep he stumbled to the door, "Who is it?" he mumbled, "You have any idea what time it is?" Looking at the clock which read quarter to 'its too early to be awake'.
"Royal guard please open the door." the person on the other side says,"It's a matter of the highest importance."
Panicking Blitz storms into Comedic"s room to see his brother sprawled out snoring like a train. "DUDE WAKE UP" Blitz shouts trying to wake his brother up to no avail, "Son of a b....." He says in a panic. Then he gets an idea. Rushing into the kitchen he fills the largest pitcher he could find with ice cold water and rushes back to his brother's room. "All right shithead don't wanna wake up eh," Despite still being in a panic he laughs as he dumps every last drop onto Comedic"s head.
"HOLY CRAP" Comedic shoots out of bed "Captain we sprung a leak...." Before realizing what had happened, "You motherf..." He glares at Blitz who is now on the verge of tears from laughing so hard before being snapped back to reality by the guards pounding on their door.
"Dude the royal guard is here looking for us..." Blitz says regaining his composer "I have no idea why..."
"Well answer the damn door idiot," Comedic says stumbling to the door and opening it, "How can we help you today..." He says to the now pissed off guards.
"You and your brother need to come with us now," the guard says sternly, "Princess Celestia requests your presence in Canterlot."
Standing there dumbfounded by what he is hearing he manages to force a few words, "Just a moment let me find my brother, he's around here somewhere..." He shuts the door and proceeds to look for Blitz who has vanished into thin air. "Where the hell did he go?" he asks himself scratching his head in confusion. Then from the closet in the living room he hears shuffling and things falling down. "Oh that's where he is" He says opening the door just to be hit in the face with an umbrella.
"YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME...." Blitz shouts before realizing it was just his brother. "Heh...opps?" He says with a cheeky grin, "My bad..."
Rubbing his face where the umbrella impacted Comedic explains why the guards were there looking for them. "Yea they say Princess Celestia summoned us for something" He explains.
"Wonder what the Princess wants with us?" Blitz ponders, "We're just average ponies what could we possibly be needed for."
Pondering the same thing Comedic replies "I don't know but we'd be best not to keep those guys waiting," looking to the door and picturing the three pissed off guards on the other side, "Those guys weren't too happy with our little show."
Agreeing Blitz climbs out of the closet (har har). "Right then lets not keep our guests waiting" He says walking to the door and opening it. "Heya fellas..." he says as the guards stare daggers into him.
"We have a chariot waiting for you two," one of the guards says, "Sorry to rush you but we must get going"
With that Comedic and Blitz follow the guards to the chariot giving each other confused looks the whole time. "I swear I haven't done anything too illegal," Blitz says feeling paranoid "Least not that I'm aware of."
They reach the chariot and climb inside, "This is pretty fancy," Comedic notes, "Wasn't expecting them to send something like this."
"Seriously," Blitz agrees, "These guys know how to travel in style." He pokes at an ornament, poking a little too hard and knocking the part off the chariot, scared that the guards might see he quickly tosses it away.
"I saw that, do you have to break everything?" He shakes his head and facehoofs.
"No idea what your talking about," Blitz denies doing anything, "It was like that when we got here..." He grins and makes the worse poker face ever,
The trip to Canterlot was uneventful and boring, both Blitz and Comedic both fell asleep and slept most of the trip away.
Upon arriving at Canterlot Comedic was the first to wake, he pokes Blitz few times to try to wake him up with no luck, then he remembers what Blitz had done earlier and thought this was a perfect time for payback. Once landed he asked one of the guards where the closest sink was, unfortunately there wasn't one nearby.
'Hmmm' He thinks to himself watching his brother sleep, drooling all over himself, 'GOT IT." An evil grin spread across his face. 'This is gonna be good.'
Careful not to wake his brother too soon Comedic climbs back into the chariot. Three. Two. One...
"BLITZ WAKE UP WE"RE CRASHING GET UP NOW" He shouts shaking his brother violently.
Unaware of his surrounds Blitz jumps up and takes off flying straight into a pillar and falling to the ground with a loud thud.
Still not fully awake he rubs his head, "The hell man what the hay was that about?" He says shooting Comedic a dirty look, "I coulda really hurt myself you know."
Still laughing Comedic wipes a tear from his eye, "Payback is a bitch ain't it."
Too busy shooting insults at each other they didn't notice one of the royal guards walking up to them, "Ahem," he says trying to get their attention. "If you could follow me the Princess will see you now." He motions to the massive door at the front of the palace.
As they step inside they are confronted by a pink mare who despite never meeting them before was extremely happy to see them. "H! I'm Pinkie Pie!" She stopped inches from Comedic"s face before turning to Blitz, "So who are who guys?" she asks never breaking her ear to ear smile.
"Well I'm Blitz and this is my brother Comedic." he says pointing to his brother who is still stunned by the Pinky encounter.
"Its so great to meet y...." She starts to say before being cutoff by a orange mare wearing a stetson.
"Whoa there Pinkie, calm yerself, give 'em a chance to breathe." the orange mare says "Hey there name's Applejack." she extends her hoof to Blitz and they shake.
"Oh good your here," a voice says from behind her, "The Princess told us you would be coming." Applejack steps aside to reveal the talking pony. "My name is Twilight Sparkle and I see you've already met Pinkie and Applejack."
"It's a pleasure meeting all of you," Comedic says snapping out of his daze, "Any idea why we are here?"
"The Princess wouldn't tell us until you two arrived," Twilight says, "She stepped away for a moment so I thought we should all get acquainted." She introduces the other three mares who had been standing there the whole time. "This is Rainbow Dash." She points to a cyan pony with a rainbow mane and tail.
"Whats up" She says
"And this is Rarity" She points to a white mare with an elegant purple mane and tail.
"Pleasure to meet you darlings." The mare says smiling and waving.
"And last but not least Fluttershy" Twilight says pointing to a yellow mare cowering behind her.
"Hello" she says barely loud enough to hear.
"Its nice to meet you all." Blitz and Comedic both say.
They all take turns talking and getting to know each other, none of them having any idea why they were there. About fifteen minutes go by when the large door at the back of the room they were in opens revealing Princess Celestia herself. They all bow out of respect before being pulled into the next room.
"I'm glad you could all make it.' The princess says with worry in her voice, "I'm afraid I have troubling news." All the ponies in the room went from being confused to concerned in a matter of seconds.
"What kind of bad news?" Twilight asks, "And what does it have to do with us?"
"I'll get to that." The Princess explains. "But first the bad news," She walks over to a wind and stares off into the distance, "I take it none of you have ever heard of Black Storm?"
"Nope" Rainbow says
"Can't say that ah I have." Applejack pipes in
"Ooohh he sounds scary" Pinkie says making a weird face.
"He sounds absolutely dreadful" Rarity says over dramatically.
"Actually I have" Twilight says, "I read a book about him once," She goes into further detail, "About five hundred years ago he attempted to overthrow the throne with his army of miscreants. "But was defeated by an unknown hero that to this day remains a mystery."
"Right Twilight aside from two things." Celestia explains, "First he wasn't defeated but banished to a distant land and has returned to finish what he started then." The princess turns her attention to Blitz and Comedic, "And secondly. we know who the 'mystery' hero was, well I do anyways" She walks up to the two who haven't taken their eyes off the Princess since she entered the room. "That hero was Iron Hoof, your great great great great great great (had enough yet?) grandfather." She points to Blitz and Comedic who are speechless...at first...
"Wait wait wait you mean to tell us our great (x6) grandfather was some kind of hero, and that he saved Equestria from this Black Storm guy?" Comedic says says sceptically before bursting into laughter, "Oh that's rich" he says through the laughter.
"Yes" Celestia says without missing a beat, this quiets Comedic.
"Wow really your serious" he says still not believing what he is hearing. "Well what does him doin all that have to do with us?"
Quiet through the whole thing Blitz finally speaks up, "So those stories dad used to tell us were true?" He says shocked, "I always thought he just made all that up."
"I'm afraid not." Celestia says.
"So wait you brought us here just to tell us this?" Comedic says recovering from his laughing fit. "Wouldn't it have been easier to just write a letter or something?" He is caught off guard by a knock to the back of his head from his brother.
"Quit bein an ass," Blitz says annoyed with his brothers tone towards the Princess, "Show some respect, I'm sure there's more to it if you'd just shutup and listen."
"Indeed there is Blitz," Celestia agrees, "You two don't know it but you both have a power buried deep inside you that is the key to defeating Black Storm once and for all."
Again Comedic is struck down laughing hysterically before being cuffed upside the head again by Blitz, "Damn dude you gotta stop doin that." He says rubbing the back of his head.
"So let me get this straight," Blitz says, "Us, a couple of average factory workers somehow hold the key to saving Equestria from some pissed off dude our great (x6) grandfather banished over 500 years ago?" He scratches his head as he tries to comprehend all the info.
"That"s correct," Celestia says, "If you two refuse to help now I'm afraid Equestria will be doomed."
"Ok ok," Comedic says getting serious, "Say we believe you about all this, how are we going to go about unlocking these 'powers' you speak of."
"By training with my guard, you will be pushed to your limits and beyond until the powers reveal themselves."
Shocked by the answer he received the two stand there for a moment before speaking, "You mind giving me and my brother a minute alone to talk this over?" Comedic asks "This is kind of a big decision"
"Of course," Celestia says. "But please hurry I;m afraid time is something we don't have."
"We'll be right back," Comedic says sarcastically as he drags Blitz off into a side room, "You believe this crap, I mean cmon seriously."
"Actually I do," Blitz says to Comedic's surprise. Dumbfounded by what he is hearing Comedic plops down on his hunches and goes slack jawed. "I think we should do it." Blitz says his mind already made up.
"Your kidding me right?" Comedic blurts out still not believing what he is hearing. "I mean cmon REALLY?"
"Yep," Blitz states proudly, "And your not going to change my mind about it."
"I ....uh...ugh fine but don't come crying to me when those guards tear you apart." He says looking to his brother.
"Heh it's not me you should be worried about." Blitz says with a grin
"What are you trying to say." Comedic says catching the joke.
After a few more minutes of bickering they return to the Princess and the six other ponies.
"We'll do it" Blitz says proudly, "When do we start?"
"First thing in the morning," Celestia says "You will be staying in Canterlot for the duration of your training, same goes for the six of you." She turns to the six mares, "I can;t take any chances of you getting injured or worse."
"If you say so," Comedic says going back to being a smartass, "On one condition though."
"Whats that?" Celestia asks.
"This Saturday Blitz and I have a date with our marefriends and we will not miss it." Comedic states.
"That's fine." Celestia says with a smile, "I'll have the guards show you to your rooms, get some rest your training starts in the morning."
A/N Thanks to those who are taking some kind of enjoyment in this story, I wasn't expecting that. It got a lil serious in this chapter but the comedy will resume soon enough.
The next morning Comedic and Blitz wake up to their normal routine, taking an hour or so to just wake up before breakfast then the get ready to start their training.
"So you really think this is a good idea?" Comedic asks his brother remembering the discussion they had the day before.
"Yep," Blitz answers with a grin, "For once we get to do something important and meaningful."
"Meh whatever helps you sleep at night," Comedic replies in a smartass tone. "I still think this is a bunch of crap."
Annoyed by his brothers pessimism Blitz ignores him and walks into the kitchen and fixes himself some toast and a cup of black coffee his typical breakfast. "You know one day we are gonna look back on this and I'm gonna laugh at how wrong you were." He says taking a bite of toast, "For once in your life have some faith."
"I think your full of it," Comedic says, pouring himself a glass of juice. "But if it will shut you up I'll play along."
"You know mom and dad would be proud of us for doing this," Blitz says catching Comedic off guard, "just wish they were here to see."
"Meh" Comedic replies, "I think its more like they woulda been disappointed if we hadn't done it." His pessimism rearing is ugly face again.
"Whats your problem," Blitz says shoving his brother causing him to spill his juice all over himself , "Whenever something big like this happens you wanna run off and hide."
Comedic, who is now pissed turns to his brother and shoves him back, "Who's hiding?" He shouts at his brother, "Its called reality, you should try it."
He looks down to see if his clothes had been ruined by the spilled juice when he is caught by a hoof to the face. He looks up to see his brother glaring at him, "Hows that for reality puss." He spits.
Laughing and wiping a few drops of blood from his mouth Comedic lunges at Blitz hitting him with a well aimed shot to the jaw. After exchanging shots for a good five minutes they both stop. Bloodied and bruised they both start to laugh.
"Your my brother and I love ya but you really know how to piss a guy off." Blitz says spitting a tooth into the sink and poking as his fattened lip.
"Yea well your one to talk." Comedic says poking at his newly blackened eye, "This is going to be fun to explain."
After cleaning themselves up they both make their way to the guards training yard. Still sore from their scuffle they were both hoping it would be an easy first day, they couldn't have been more wrong.
"AND WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU TWO PUSBUCKETS," they were greeted by a drill sergeant as soon as they arrived, thinking fast Comedic came up with the best excuse he could.
"He fell up some stairs," He says pointing to Blitz, "And I had a run in with a door frame..." He chuckles making a bad poker face.
The drill instructor seems to buythe lame excuses and proceeds to yell at them some more. "My name is Sergeant Silver Blade and Princess Celestia tells me I'm to push you meatbags to your limits, and further." He glares at Blitz who gives him a grin. "AND WHAT ARE YOU SMILING ABOUT!" Blade yells, a vein popping out of his forehead, Blitz quickly wipes the smile off his face. The instructor's attention is drawn to Comedic as he bursts into laughter. "AND WHAT IS SO FUNNY YOU SORRY SACK OF ROTTEN APPLES!."
At this point Comedic is in tears from laughing so hard, "Dude in twenty years I have never seen someone shut Blitz up that fast," he says through the laughter, "that was hilarious." Not sharing his amusement the Blade cuffs him upside his head, Comedic quickly goes from laughing his flank off to being really pissed off, "You lay another hoof on me and I will end you..." He manages to say as he gets face to face with the instructor.
"Heh tough guy huh," Silver Blade says as he goes to try and hit Comedic again, but before he gets his hoof half way, there is a blur of black and red and Comedic has the instructor pinned to the wall on the other side of the room. "I told you, lay another hoof on me and I would end you...I wasn't joking."
Blitz quickly pulls his brother off the instructor before he can do any more harm, "Whoa there tiger I think he gets the point." Blitz chuckles as he tries to calm his brother, "He's just doin his job no need to get violent."
"He started it." Comedic growls staring at the wide eyed slack jawed pony that was their instructor, "I warned him."
Blade sits there still stunned from the incident, "He is so fast," He whispers to himself, trying to make sense of what happened, "I blinked and he had me across the room, pinned to the wall and ready to tear my head off." Then he turned his focus to Blitz, "And his brother, was able to calm him down by just asking him to, Princess Celestia might just be right about these two."
"You know you shouldn't talk to yourself ponies might think you're crazy." Blitz says startling Blade. "Just fyi you'd do well not to piss my bro off again, I won't always be around to calm him down when he gets mad."
"Indeed," Blade agrees as he gets up off the ground, "Well boys I do believe your training is complete." He says walking off, "Now if you'll excuse me I need to go give my report to Princess Celestia." He trots off leaving Comedic and Blitz standing there as confused as ever.
"Did he really just say that..." Blitz says "We were here for all of what twenty minutes and he says that our training is complete?" He bolts off after Blade leaving Comedic standing there with his blank stare. "YO BLADE WAIT UP" he shouts not getting an answer. "For the love of...." He bolts room to room looking for the instructor before hearing voices coming from behind one. He tip toes up to it and begins to eavesdrop.
"Wait you were out there with them for twenty minutes and managed to find their hidden elements?" He hears a voice say that he recognizes as Celestia's.
"Yes ma'am" He hears another voice say, he quickly deduces it to be Silver Blade, "The one named Comedic I'm sure is the element of rage, I have no doubt about that." He says squirming and poking at the bruises from his earlier encounter with Comedic.
"And his brother?" Celestia says eager for more info, "What is his?"
"I believe he is the element of peace." Blade says, "Never in my years have I seen someone calm someone that was angry enough to kill, with a mere touch of a hoof."
"Well lets hope your right, if the Elements of harmony are to defeat Black Storm they are going to need these two to hold off his armies long enough for them to banish him." Celestia explains, "For the sake of Equestria lets hope your right..."
"I'm positive your highness," Blade replies, "But I thought you said defeating Black Storm was depending on Comedic adn Blitz?" Giving the princess a puzzled look he awaits her response.
"Well it does..." She sputters, "Its up to them to hold off Black Storms army long enough for the Elements of Harmony to banish him once and for all."
Giving the princess a 'That's messed up' look he replies, "So you lied to them..."
"No I merely twisted the story a little to our advantage." She says, "I told them unlocking their 'powers' were the key to defeating Black Storm, and they are, just not in the way they think."
"So you lied to them..." Blade says, "That's not very honorable your highness, if I may be bold enough to say."
Blitz who has heard everything is both shocked and appalled that Princess Celestia herself thought she needed to lie to him and his brother to get them to agree to this quest. "I can't believe she lied to us," he stutters "All she had to do was tell us what we really had to do and I still would have agreed to it."
Trying to think of what to do he slowly backs away from the door but in the process backs into a decorative armor set sending it crashing to the floor. Afraid the he would be caught he quickly flies off but not before Blade spots him flying away.
"Well Princess, Looks like we have ourselves a problem." He says looking back to Celestia
"Who was it.." She says the look on her face turning to dread, "It was one of them wasn't it..."
"It was Blitz and judging by the way he flew off he was there for awhile." Blade says, "Wouldn't be surprised if he heard out entire conversation."
The Princess, who is now pacing back and forth, speaks up, "I'll deal with them, just make sure your men are ready to move out when the time comes."
"Yes Ma'am" he says saluting her and then proceeds to leave before stopping and turning back to her, "You think after hearing that you can still convince them to go through with this?"
"You said it yourself Blitz is one of the lost two Elements of Balance, Peace as I recall" She says pondering, "And I hope his brother has enough sense not to attack royalty...at least lets hope so.."
"Indeed, now if you'll excuse me I have a training to get to" Blade says saluting the Princess once more and walking away.
"Now how am I going to go about convincing Blitz that this is just a big flop..." She ponders to herself, "Wait I think I may have an idea." She rushes off to set her plan into motion. "For the sake of Equestria lets hope this works."

Looking desperately around for his brother Blitz wipes a tear from his eye, "Can't believe out own Princess lied to us," He says in disbelief, "And me being stupid believed it." He hits himself a few times in the head before knocking himself off balance and careens into Comedic who hasn't moved.
"Damn dude you know there's better, less painful ways of getting some pony's attention right?' He says rubbing his head, "And whats with you and crashing ALL the time?"
"Not now we need to go," Blitz replies to his brothers surprise actually being serious, "I'll explain when we get back to the room just come on."
"Fine fine geez pushy much." He says as he follows Blitz back to the room, curious as to what is making his normally humorous brother be so serious.
Upon arriving at their room he finds Blitz sitting on the couch with his face buried in his hooves, "Mind telling me what this is all about?" Comedic says growing concerned over his brothers current state.
"She lied to us." he replies looking at his brother revealing sheer betrayal in the look on his face, "You were right the whole time." A single tear rolling down his face.
"Wait who lied to us, what are you talking about?" Comedic asks even more confused
'CELESTIA!" his brother shouts surprising Comedic enough to stumble backwards, landing hard on his rump, "Everything she told us was a lie, all she needed from us a couple reckless scapegoats, we weren't the key to defeating Black Storm we were just needed to hold back his legions while the Elements of Harmony could banish him again"
In a mix of confusion and anger by his brothers rant Comedic stands up and replies, "I need to give a certain princess a piece of my mind..." He turns to start heading for the door when Blitz steps in front of him.
"No, I think we should just go," He says trying to talk some sense into his brother despite being just as furious with Celestia, "No need to waste anymore time here."
"Move..." Comedic says glarign at his brother. "I won't say it again..."
"I won't let you get yourself killed," Blitz stands solid, "These bastard's aren't worth it"
Celestia having chased down the two brothers now sit outside there door eavesdropping on their argument.
"Maybe you didn't hear me..." Comedic says growing more and more furious, "Move or I will move you and I won't say it again." A vein popping in his forehead.
"And I said I won't," Blitz remains defiant in the face of his brother, "I will not lets you get locked up or worse over a stupid lie, lets just go home and go about our lives and forget about this place."
"Oohh you don't understand brother," He look sup to his brother to reveal his glowing red eyes, "I don't think I can control this..."
Blitz sensing what was happening felt something ignite inside him as he started to emit a greenish-teal colored aura, "Don't do it Comedic..." He manages to say before being tackled by his out of control brother.
"I warned you...." His brother says in a voice that wasn't his own, "Now I can't stop it..."
Celestia aware of what was happening yells for the guards, hoping they could stop this before the brothers tear each other apart. "GUARDS COME QUICK!" She shouts, afraid to enter the room by herself she waits hoping the guards reach her in time.
"Guess there's no talking to you then," Blitz says getting ready for the inevitable fight, "Shoulda figured that."
"ENOUGH TALK!" Comedic shouts as he charges his brother only to get into a hoof lock staring contest, Blitz's eyes were now glowing a greenish color and the aura he was emitting was becoming larger, Comedic had also started emitting an aura of his own, his a black and red. Then something happened, the two auras touch causing a small explosion throwing the two brothers violently across the room.
"What the hay was that?..." Blitz says confused, "Did we just cause that explosion." Then he noticed his brother standing up getting ready to charge again. He quickly stood up and looked to his brother, "We don't have to do this, just stop before we kill each other...." He tries one last time to reason with is out of control brother.
"I told you its too late for that.." He brother growls before preparing to charge, "You best be ready..."
Just then the guards arrive to the aid of the Princess, "You must stop them now, they are going to kill themselves with this senseless fight!" she states, "Go now!"
The guards burst through the door only to see the two brothers charge full speed at each other, each raising their right hoof for a final blow, only to meet hoof to hoof in the middle causing another explosion that tears the room nearly in half, knocking the guards and princess back into the hall. Both brothers are violently throw to opposite sides of the now destroyed room knocking them both out.
Princess Celestia though stunned by the massive blast was not knocked out and observes a now third pony in the room, laying motionless where the two brothers impacted. A blue pony with a black and green mane, and a cutie mark that looks like a red and teal yin-yang lay there not moving.
"Could that be..." The Princess says wide eyed and mouth agape, "...the true form of the Elements of Balance?"
Then she notices the pony start to stir.
"Ugh my head," the pony says. vision and mind still clouded the pony stumbles around for a moment when..."Why do I feel and sound different," the pony says in a voice resembling Comedic's only a little more....girly.
"Where the hell am I am why do I feel like this" A voice in the ponies head says, "Fricken Comedic always having to mess crap up."
"Blitz?" Comedic looks around for his brother who he had just heard but only seeing Blitz's unconscious body laying in the rubble across the room, "Where the hell are you I can hear you but where are you talking from?" Comedic looks around frantically trying to figure out where his brother's voice is coming from.
"Uh dude...I think I'm in your head" Blitz says, "I think that explosion merged us somehow and now I'm stuck in you head in control of most of your thoughts and emotions, and it seems as though you have control over motor functions."
Blitz is cut off by an outburst from Comedic, "GET OUTTA MY HEAD!" he starts freaking out and trips over a broken board and landing on his back, upon this happening he notices something missing, or should i say a few things missing..."DUDE WHAT THE HELL WHY AM I...I MEAN WHY ARE WE A MARE....!" Comedic jumps up and goes off on another rant to be quickly calmed by his brother.
"Now that your finished," Blitz remark's, "Being a mare explains a lot, your voice and loot, and these weird emotions I keep feeling."
"Screw you and your stupid emotions, I want my...." He is cut off quickly by his brother.
"Yea no need to say it I know what you mean..." He says "No need to get graphic."
Celestia still somewhat dazed from the blast makes her way into the room, wanting to get a closer look at this new pony. Comedic and Blitz are too busy bickering to notice her standing behind them.
"I thought it was just a myth..." She says in awe, "I knew you two were the lost Elements of Balance but I never thought you were capable of this..."
At this point the brothers had stopped bickering amongst themselves and turned their attention to the shocked princess, "So the liar makes her appearance..." Comedic says starting to get angry again only to have it put down by his brother.
"Remember I control your emotions now so there will be none of that, its what got us into this mess." Blitz states before letting his brothers emotions go.
"Fine we'll do this your way." Comedic agrees, calming himself and giving the Princess her chance to explain.
"This will be easier to explain with you two in your regular bodies," She says, "That is if you are able to control yourselves."
Not amused and still somewhat irritated Comedic snaps, "I said I'd do this your way didn't I?" The surprises Celestia who backs up a little afraid of what might happen.
"Right well lets get you two back into those bodies," She walks up to them her horn glowing, "This may be...unpleasant."
With a bright flash Comedic and Blitz find themselves back in there bruised and beaten bodies, pains and all.
"Ahh man my head," Blitz complains holding his head, "Feels like I just flew through ten trees then into the side of a mountain" He quickly turns and loses his guts all over the floor.
On the other side of the room they hear Comedic cheer and carry on, "IMA STALLION AGAIN WOOOOO!" before realizing what he was doing, "What you have no idea so don't judge me." He looks to his brother who is still holding his head, then turns his attention back to Celestia, "And you have a lot of explaining to do..."
"That I do." The Princess says dropping her head in shame, "I hope you know I never meant for this to happen, and judging by what I've seen I couldn't have been more wrong about you two."
Seeing the guilt and shame on the Princess's face Blitz and Comedic couldn't help but feel a little sorry for her. after all she was just doing what she thought she had to do to save her throne, and who were they to question that. "So why didn't you just tell us the truth from the start, I still would have agreed," Blitz says looking to the Princess.
"I know, but I had to be sure I had you two on board for this otherwise this quest was all for nothing." The Princess explains, "That is still no excuse for to to lie though and that I deeply apologize for."
"Well I forgive you," Blitz says with a smile, "Comedic might not be so easy though."
"You want my forgiveness?" Comedic says looking into Celestia's eyes, "Then you tell us here and now what our true purpose is on this little adventure, and no lies this time."
"It was going to be up to you two to hold off Black Storms legions long enough for those 6 ponies you met yesterday, the Elements of Harmony, to banish Black Storm once and for all." She explains, "Without you two there doing that the others wouldn't have the time to properly channel their magic to banish him, so what I told you yesterday wasn't all lies."
"My brother was right, all you had to do was tell us that to start with and nothing would have changed, we still would have helped no matter what."
"Next question, what was that other pony we were back there?" Comedic asks, "And why were we a...mare?"
"As for what you were you somehow merged your powers and became Balancia the true form of the Elements of Balance," she explains on, "As for being a mare I don't know, what I do know is the power you two contain in that form is outstanding..."
"So how did we end up in that form, all I remember is charging feel speed at Comedic and then there was an explosion and I woke up in his head as that other pony?" Blitz asking confused as ever.
"Again I don't know," The princess says, "Up till now this was only know as a myth, no one as actually ever seen this happen before." The princess ponders the situation, "All I know is you two need to figure out how you did it and learn to control the release of that form if you are to do you part in the up coming battle."
"Yea I guess we can't go around destroying everything trying to unlock it." Blitz chuckles, "Kinda defeats the purpose of using it."
"First things first," Comedic cuts in, "I need to sleep." Looking around at the scrap heap that was their room he turns to the Princess, "Don't suppose you have another room available?" He asks with a grin.
"Of course, I'll have the guards take you there now so you can get your rest, tomorrow I'll introduce you to the security team that will be accompanying you and the others on your journey."
"Wait a security team, what do we need them for?" Blitz and Comedic ask in unison.
"You didn't honestly think I would send you two off alone with the others with the way you act, did you?" Celestia says with a laugh.
"Yea good point." the brothers agree before heading off to rest, after all it had been a long and brutal day.
A/N- Just a heads up the next chapter might take a few days for a couple reasons, I felt like I rushed this one and I don't like that, and two I need to do some character building for the group of OC's I'll be introducing next chapter.
A/N If I somehow royally mess your OC up please tell me, I'm going by what I have so unfortunately I had to make some of it up, a few of you didn't send me actual pic or descriptions of your ponies so I'll try to make those ones fit. As for the others let me know how I did. The initial descriptions will be brief, don't worry though they will all get their moments. xD
"Sergeant I see you have your team assembled," Celestia says looking around the room at the "interesting" group of ponies the Sergeant had chosen, "Mind telling me who they are and what they do?"
"Sure your Highness," He says turning to his team, and pointing to a large green unicorn with a black and blue mane, "This is Rhino, ex CPIA, one of the best spies Equestria has to offer, and don't let his size throw you off, I've seen him pull off things I thought impossible."
He turns his attention to two others who seem to be fiddling with some kinda of contraption and bickering amongst themselves, "These two are our engineers, Gears," He points to the brown unicorn with a green mane, "And Dark Lightning," He points to the other a black pegasus with a red mane and tail. "These two can build anything out of anything for whatever reason you need something built." They turn to give the Princess a quick look before returning to there work.
"Next we have Vortex," He points to the black pegasus with green shades sitting in the corner of the room twirling a green handled sword in the air. "He's who we call when things get, lets just say up close and personal." He turns to another much larger pony leaning up against the far wall, "And while we are on the subject of up close and personal this is Drax, I've seen this guy put ponies twice his size through walls like they were made of newspaper."
"Looks like you have yourself one qualified team Sergeant," The Princess says looking around the room at the ponies he had chosen, "I would like to add one more to your team," Celestia turns and in walks in a white and red Pegasus, "Allow me to introduce Red Cross, retired from my personal guard, one of the best medics to ever join my guard and a good friend."
"Beg your pardon your Highness but we already have to watch out for those two idiots and those six mares." He sighs "We really don't need anymore dead weig...."
He is quickly cut off as Red Cross unsheathes his blade and drives it into the floor, causing all the ponies in the room to jump, "I assure you sergeant, Red Cross can more then take care of himself." Celestia chuckles.
"R...right anyways" the sergeant quickly changes the subject, "Where are our two guests of honor?" Referring of course to Blitz and Comedic.
"I believe they are still sleeping." Celestia says, "I'll send a guard up to wake them."
Smiling evilly the sergeant says, "I have a better idea," He turns to Dark and Gears who now have ear to ear grins on their faces, "Whata say boys, why don't we give our friends our own special wake-up call."
"Oh I got just the thing," Dark says pulling a small firecracker looking object from his bag, "This outta wake em up REAL fast."
Gears laughs in agreement, "Yea and if that don't work I have a lil something that might."
After bickering amongst themselves Dark and Gears decide a little competition to see who's gadget would work best at the expense of the sleeping brothers. "Who ever wakes up first wins." Dark says chuckling as he sneaks up to Comedic's room and opens the door revealing the sleeping pony, who is drooling on himself and snoring loud enough to wake an entire city.
"Heh your on" Gears says opening the door to Blitz's room only to find he is already awake. "Well horse apples your suppose to still be asleep."
Confused and bewildered Blitz manages to respond, "I'm always up early...wait who are you?"
"You'll know soon enough" Gears says as he turns to leave and looks to Comedic's room where Dark had probably already set his plan into motion.
Before he had a chance to think there was a loud BANG followed by Dark running out of the room laughing hysterically. "Dude run." Is all he manages to say before zipping past Gears.
There standing in the doorway to his room is a very very pissed off Comedic was face looks like somepony blew a firecracker up in his face then painted it neon pink, "When I find that son of a b....I'm gonna kill him..." He manages to say through the rage.
Hearing the racket outside his room Blitz lets his curiosity get the best of him and he goes to investigate. He opens his door to find a speechless Gears, "Whats all the commotion abou..." He attempts to ask before seeing his brother, "WAHAHAHA!" he falls on the ground laughing followed thereafter by Gears
Paralyzed by laughter Gears doesn't notice Comedic walk up to him until Comedic is towering over him, "Where is he...." Comedic asking in a voice reserved for the darkest evilest demons.
"Pffff....that way...." Gears manages to say through his laughter before going into another laughing fit.
Comedic makes his way down the hall passing Blitz who has nearly laughed himself into a coma, "You had better not have had something to do with this." He says to his brother as he heads off to look for the pony responsible.
After a few more minutes of laughing Blitz and Gears decide they'd better go find Comedic and Dark before one of them got hurt. "So what was that you guys used on Comedic?" Blitz says still chuckling, "The look on his face was priceless."
"That was Dark's handy work and I do believe he used one of his explosive dye packs." He explains, "I had no idea he was goin to take it that far to wake him up though."
It had just occured to Blitz that he was suppose to have been pranked too had he not already been awake, "Wait a second you were gonna pull the same gag on me weren't you?" He said turning to Gears.
"Oh no I wasn't gonna take it that far," He begins to explain, "I was just gonna set a smoke bomb off in your room and make you think there was a fire." He chuckled.
"Oh..." Blitz says scratching his chin, "Even I'll admit that's not a bad idea."
They are quickly drawn to a loud crash and yelling coming from down the hall, "I think Comedic found his guy." Blitz says running towards the commotion, Gears not far behind him.
Upon arriving at the room where all the ponies had been waiting for the brothers they find Dark on one side of the room laughing so hard he was on the verge of passing out and Comedic on the other being held back by two guards, "Cmon I'm just gonna kill him a little." Comedic says struggling against the guards, "I promise I'll only make it hurt a little..."
Wanting to avoid destroying any more rooms Blitz quickly talks his brother out of killing Dark, at least for the moment. They proceed to introduce themselves to the rest of the team they would be traveling with and not soon after the six mares they met on the first day arrived. After everypony was done making their introductions they all went their seperate ways for the day, Comedic and Blitz both needed to get ready for their dates with Flitter and Chaser and the others needed to prepare, for tomorrow began their epic quest to save Equestria...if they can manage not to kill eachother before then...
A/N Again sorry for it taking so long, for some reason I had a lot of trouble with this chapter and it probably sucks, don't fret it will get better I promise, If I messed your OC up somehow lemme know (preferably not violently xD) and I'll go back and fix my mistakes. All the OC's will have bigger parts throughout the story I just wanted to get them introduced. All the OC's and their backstories go to their rightful owners, thanks again for letting me use them.
The following morning everypony was up early to prepare to depart on their quest to save Equestria, Blitz and Comedic the last two to show up to noponies surprise, they had a long night with their dates afterall. As they all gathered in the meeting hall the sergeant turned to the group and proceeded to speak.
"I have a late comer to the group, figured I'd give you all a quick introduction before we leave," He turned to reveal a pony that looked like he had seen a few too many fires way too close, "Let me introduce Triple Chain" Chloride, demolitions expert and pyromaniac."
All the ponies in the room just stared at the pony who looked as though he had a few too many drinks the night before. "Nice to meet you all." He managed to say before stumbling to a chair and falling into it.
"Well now that the introductions are over with," The sergeant says walking to the middle of the room, "It will take us a couple weeks to reach our destination, we will be stopping at quite a few small towns on our way to resupply." He points out their first stop, "We will be dropped off by chariot in Ponyville, from there we will make our way by train to Fillydelphia where we will stock up and prepare for the next part of the journey, I will go over more when the times comes."
As the group of ponies prepare to leave they are stopped by Princess Celestia, "I just wanted to thank you all for doing this...."
She is interrupted by the Sergeant, "Save it for when we get back." He walks out of the room followed by the rest of the ponies. "You have an hour before we depart, makes sure your prepared and set before then." He walks off to his private room leaving the other ponies to do what they pleased for an hour.
Blitz looked to the others, "I gotta go do something, I'll be back within the hour." He flew off leaving his brother confused.
"Where the hay is he going." He says as he takes off to follow Blitz, "Wonder where he's going?" Comedic wondered as he trailed his brother, staying far enough behind him as to not be noticed.
After flying for a few minutes it occured to Comedic where his brother was going, off in the distance he could see his destination, Canterlot Memorial Cemetery. He was going to their parent's resting place, "Why would he be coming here?" Comedic began to wonder. He watched he brother land next to a simple but very decorated headstone. He landed nearby and began eavesdropping on his brother.
"Hey Mom, hey Dad," He hears his brother say, "Been missing you guys." A single tear rolls down Blitz's face as he remembers the last time he spoke to his parents.

"Why do you always have to go around spouting this crap!" Comedic yells at his father, "You got Blitz believing half this crap!" He stormed out of the room leaving his father infuriated and a scared Blitz sitting in a corner huggin their mother who was scared out of her mind.
"Don't you take that tone with me boy!" Their father said storming after Comedic, "I raised you better then that"
Blitz stayed with his mom for a few more minutes until he had calmed her down, then they heard a loud crash and commotion coming from the kitchen, Blitz shot up and sprinted to the kitchen expecting the worst, only to find just that when he got there. Laying on the floor was a bloodied Comedic and towering above him was their father ready to give him quite a beating,. Before he had a chance he is tackled by Blitz who yells "RUN!" as he tries to hold his own father down so Comedic could get away. Their mother had made her way to the kitchen and was now watching in horrors at the events taking place.
"GET OFF ME" Their father yelled tossing Blitz aside and into a shelf, the contents falling all over him his father now turning his attention to him, "I'll teach you to interfere." He gets ready to hit Blitz he he is caught off guard by a punch to the back of the head, he turns to see Comedic still bloodied standing before him.
"Leave him out of this..." He scowls
"Back for more eh boy," he spits as he confronts him, "It's time you learned your place." He rears back and prepares to swing at comedic when Blitz dives in between them taking the hit instead and falling to the floor knocked out. Their terrified mother jumps in between Comedic and his father before anymore bloodshed could take place.
"Enough...please" She pleads, "Just go!" She yells at Comedic.
As Blitz started to come to he could feel the tug of his brother dragging him out of the house, "What happened?" He asks, "Is mom alright?"
"She's fine" His brother replied, soon after he passed out, little did they know they would never see their parents alive again. At this point Blitz had given up holding back his tears, he missed his parents and regrets not getting to say goodbye.
Seeing his brother in ruins Comedic slowly makes his way to Blitz who is now resting his head on the tombstone, his tears rolling down his face and landing on the stone.
"You know I miss them too." He said patting his brother on the back, "I only wish I could go back to that night and just redo the whole thing." A tear rolling down his face. "Lets head back, we gotta get ready to head out."
Without saying a word Blitz simply nods and turns to take off. The trip back was uneventful, neither brother saying a word.
Upon arriving back at the palace they are greeted by Dark and Gears, even they notice the mood the brothers are in and just go about their business not wanting to cause any problems.
"I'll be in my room, I got a few things I need to do before we leave." Blitz says walking off towards his room. "I won't be long."
Wanting to give his brother some time to himself he makes his way over to Gears and Dark to see what the two were working on.
Upon entering his room Blitz closes the door and walks over to the closet, taking out his saddlebags and a small plain box. Setting both on his bed he puts various items in his bags, setting the box to the side. After packing a few things he turns to the box and slowly opens it, inside are his fathers old Royal Guard dog tags, a few metals and an old worn picture of his parents. He could feel a single tear roll down his cheek and land on the picture, he quickly wipes it off and puts everything back in the box then places the box in his bag.
There was a loud knock on his door, "Hey Blitz you coming?" He heard his brother ask, "Everyone is ready to leave we are just waiting on you."
He puts his saddlebags on his back and takes a few deep breaths to clear his mind. He makes his way over to the door and opens it revealing Comedic waiting patiently. "Let's do this." Blitz says with a smile.
He follows Comedic and they meet up with the rest of the group.
"Alright ladies and gents lets get goin" The sergeant says motioning them all to board the chariots.
And so the "epic" journey began.
A/N Again sorry for it taking so long and this chapter is probably bad, I kinda just pulled some stuff out of nowhere. and I needed to introduce an OC that I forgot about last chapter so yea.
The group of ponies after setting off from the Canterlot Palace flew towards their first stop, Ponyville, to stock up on supplies and provisions. And for a few of them to say their farewells to family and friends.
"I'll go make sure our train is on schedule," The sergeant says to the mix matched group of ponies, "Try to stay out of trouble till I get back." He looked at Dark and Gears who both looked back and grinned. "I mean it no shenanigans." He turns and walks off towards the train depot, leaving the group to do as they pleased till it came time to leave.
Applejack headed off to her families farm to say her goodbyes to them, Twilight headed off to her library to fetch a few books for the trip, Rarity headed for her boutique to make sure her parents had come to fetch her little sister, Rainbow Dash had flew off to somewhere unknown, only saying she would be back shortly. Pinkie Bounced off to her home to pack some cupcakes and other treats for the trip that she insisted on. Fluttershy quietly walked off towards her cottage to make sure her animals were set for her absence. That left Comedic and Blitz with the rest of their security team pondering what to do while they waited.
Triple Chain, mumbled "I need a drink." before stumbling off to the local bar. Followed by Rhino, Vortex and Drax.
"We'll keep him out of trouble." Drax chuckles as he heads off towards the drunken pony.
That left Blitz and Comedic standing there like a couple fish out of water. It was then Blitz relized something, they passed over Everfree forest on their way in and he had never visited it before, he figured a nice walk would be good before they set off. After letting his brother know he set off towards the forest, Comedic decided to tag along in case his brother decided to get himself in trouble, as he lied to do quite frequently.
"Wait up!" He yelled as he ran after Blitz, "I'm comin too." They made their way towards the forest, unaware that danger was not far behind.
A mysterious figure watches them from behind a nearby tree, "Yes go take your little walk," The figure says.
As Comedic and Blitz near the forest a creepy chill runs down Blitz's spine, "I dunno," He says nervously, "Maybe this isn't such a good idea after all."
Comedic being the wise ass that he was began to jeer and poke fun at Blitz, "Aw is lil Blitzy scared." He said making a funny face, "If your scared we don't HAVE to go in." He says with a chuckle.
"Not scared..." Blitz states, "Just a bad feeling is all." He looks around getting a feeling they are being watched, before heading into the forest followed closely by Comedic.
As they walk down the overgrown path they are speechless at the beauty of the forest, the flowers and plants with their vibrant colors. The sound of birds in the trees was almost memorizing.
"See I told you there was noth..." Comedic starts to say before being blindsided by a dark mysterious figure. Blitz jumps around thinking his brother had tripped or run into something and finds himself face to face with the figure. He jumps away startled.
"Wh..who the hay are you" He asked in a mixture of fright and anger as he looks at his unconscious brother laying on the ground, "And what the hell did you do to him?" Blitz started growing angry, which was out of the ordinary for him and took quite a bit to actually make him mad, the sight of his injured brother was enough to set him off.
"Don't you worry about who I am," The figure says, "All you need to know is who sent me." He began laughing maniacally, "I am an agent of Lord Black Storm and I was sent here to kill you and your idiot brother." While the figure was going off on his evil introduction he failed to notice Blitz charging at him full force, that is until he was tacked to the ground.
"You hurt my brother you motherf...." Blitz starts to say before the agent throws him to the side, almost without effort.
"You worm you really think you stand a chance without your brother here to bail you out," The agent yells as he proceeds to try to beat on Blitz, "Even with your brother you would have no chance."
"Well that was your first mistake," Blitz says laughing and spitting out some blood, "Thinking I need my brother to protect me." He lunges at the agent and manages to land a solid hit to the side of the head causing the agent to stumble backwards. "Second mistake was underestimating me." Blitz laughs as he throws another punch only to have it get blocked and end up taking a hit himself.
"Looks like we got a fighter," The agent laughs in his maniacal laugh as he hits Blitz repeatedly, "Least your making this somewhat fun." He hits Blitz one more time hard enough to almost knock him out. "Enough of this, I'm going to finish you both off and claim my reward, though I think I'll have some fun with this..."
Back at the bar the others had all settled down and were enjoying a drink, not long after Red Cross had decided to join them, they all sat around a table discussing their backgrounds and skills when Rainbow Dash walked through the door.
"Have you guy seen Blitz or Comedic, they have been gone awhile." The tone in her voice suggested maybe she was worried about them or one of them at least, Blitz to be specific, she has had a secret crush on him since they met at the palace.
Lucky for Blitz the feelings she had would save his life, as the other speculated on where the brothers could be Red Cross pulls out his pocket watch and points it towards Dash, through it he can see the predicament the brother have gotten themselves into, and without saying a word he sprints out the door and takes off towards them. Dash having a feeling something was different about Red decides to gather her friends and follow him.
Blitz could only lay there helplessly has the agent picked his still unconscious brother up and pin him to a tree, "You get to watch your brother die." He cackled, "And there nothing you can do about it." The agent pulls out a blade and presses it to Comedic's neck, Blitz now full of rage but unable to move due to his injuries could only look on in horror as the agent toys with them.
All of a sudden there is a loud crash and a blinding light, as Blitz regains his vision he sees the agent frozen in place and a pony standing off to the side. Unable to make out who it was Blitz was just glad whoever it was showed up when they did, they had saved his brother from his gruesome fate.
"Heh who do we have here," the agent laughs as he begins to thaw, "Another pony come to play?" He drops Comedic and turns his attention to the pony standing before him. "Looks like this might be fun." He cackles as he charges at the pony only to be stopped dead in his tracks by the ponies frozen blade.
"The name is Red Cross and I was ordered to protect these two and that's exactly what I plan to do." He states as he takes a swing at the agent, grazing his chest and leaving a moderate slash. "I will cut you down here then your boss is next."
The agent looked to his wound and just laughed, "Is that so," He said as he begin laughing hysterically, "When I'm through with you not even Celestia will be able to save you!" The agent pulled a large blade off his back and charged at Red who despite being pushed back was able to block the attack, it had been years since he was in the guard and it left him somewhat rusty, never the less his princess gave him a task to protect these two and he would not fail her.
"I was given this duty by the Princess herself and I will not fail her!" Red states charging at the agent again and again only to be blocked and parried. He was very rusty and it was showing. As he and the agent traded blow it was apparent he would need something extra to defeat this foe.
"Looking tired," the agent says laughing, "You arent giving up on me are you." He laughs as he lunges at Red time and time again. At this point Red's sword was showing signs of strain, it hadn't seen action like this for quite some time.
The agent could see the Red was growing tired, wanted to end this so he could get back to his main focus, killing the brothers, he swung as Red making him block, in which he kneed him in the gut knocking him down. "As much fun as this is I have work that needs done," he laughed, "it's been fun but this is where it ends." He raised his blade to administer a final blow when they heard yelling in the distance. It was the six mares they were traveling with.
"Hey Red where are you," one of them yelled, "we heard a bunch of noise over here you there?" Unaware of the fighting up ahead the mares made their way towards the place they heard all the ruckus coming from. Then they saw it, Blitz laying there injured and unable to move, Comedic still knocked unconscious and the agent about to finish off Red.
"NNOOOOO!!" Applejack yelled as she ran towards them, tackling the agent right before he took his swing, the hit was a hard one and it left Applejack stunned.
"Stupid mare," the agent hissed, "I'll teach you to interfere." the agent holds her down and raises his blade ready to run her through when he hears a roar behind him, "Huh whats this," he turns to see a very angry Red standing face to face with him, "Like picking on mares do you." His eyes began to glow and time almost came to a stop.
Unknown to the mares who had been given their respected elements before leaving Canterlot, they had all been carrying them with them at all times, the elements began to glow and shot away from the mares, to their surprise. They created a perfect hexagon around Red and in a flash of spectacular light a set of armor with the symbols of the elements materialized on Red. The mares could only stand there slacked jawed from shear shock, even Applejack who was moments away from death could only stare in utter surprise.
"Love and tolerance, ha, your about to get your flank kicked." Red says grabbing the agent and throwing him against a tree, Red looks down to Applejack and smile, "Why don't we show out friend here how you buck apples, he laughs and notions towards the agent's nether regions. Applejack only smiled as she figured out what Red meant.
"With pleasure," She laughed, "Ah'm gonna enjoy this." She laughed has she turns with her back to the agent and bucked him full force directly in his jewels. The agent nearly fainted from the impact but was shaken back to reality by Red.
"You threaten my mission, then you threaten to kill an unarmed mare. You sir are not worthy of a death by my blade, tell your boss I send my regards." With that Red pulls his blade back for one final swing, "Taste the rainbow mother f......" He swung his blade leaving a rainbow trail behind it and striking the agent with the flat side sending him flying off into the forest.
From behind him he can hear Rainbow Dash say, "Hey wait a second that's my line..." Red just laughed as he went to tend to Applejack's injuries then turned his attention to the badly injured brothers. The mares were still shocked and confused as to how Red used their elements to summon his armor.
"So uh Red," Twilight stepped forward and tapped Red on his shoulder, "Whats with the armor?"
"I'll explain later right now these two need medical attention," He said getting serious, "I need someone to help Blitz over here." He looked to the mares who were happy to help. Rainbow Dash especially, who rushed to Blitz's side and helped him up and over to where his brother was laying.
"I need you to just sit here and sit still," Red said to Blitz who was starting to look a little nervous, unsure of what Red us up to, "This will only take a second." With that Red spread his wing as wide as he could and thrust them forward sending a whitish colored wind past Blitz and Comedic.
Blitz, who was expecting the worst cringed but quickly stopped when he realize his would were healing and he actually felt good. The he noticed his brother starting to stir. He poked him in the shoulder in an attempt to wake him up.
Comedic, completely clueless to what had happened woke up in a panic thinking they were still in a fight and without thinking socked Blitz right in the mouth.
"Dude what the hey was that for?!' Blitz asked holding his mouth, "I was only trying to wake you up."
Comedic who was now aware of what was happening laughed as he apologized to his brother, "Sorry, guess I got a little carried away there." Then he noticed Red in his armor. "What's with that armor?' He asked confused.
"I said I'll explain later..." Red said somewhat annoyed. "Lets get out of here before we get anymore more unwanted surprises." He turned to walk away followed by the six mares.
"So what the hell happened?" Comedic asks turning to Blitz, "I only remember saying something to you then bam"
Blitz started explaining to Comedic what had happened, "I guess the guy we're after knows about us and sent an assassin to get rid of us," He explains, "If it wasn't for Red there we would both be dead."
Comedic couldn't believe what he was hearing, "I'll have to thank him later," He says, "Right now I could use a drink."
Both brother laugh as they make their way out of the forest and start walking towards town.
Back in town Twilight had only one thing on her mind, she needed to report the attack to Princess Celestia. As she entered her library she went straight to her desk and pulled out a blank parchment and a quill and began to write,
Dear Princess Celestia,
I am writing to you to notify you of an attack today against Blitz and Comedic, they are both ok but the situation is getting serious. Black Storm is aware of our intentions and has deployed his agents to try to stop us.

After having Spike send it she awaited a response, and in no time at all the Princess sent her response,
Dear Twilight Sparkle
I appreciate the update and want to inform you that I will be making a trip to Ponyville tomorrow to check on the brothers.
Princess Celestia
She set the letter down and decided she should let the others know that Princess Celestia would be visiting them tomorrow. She headed off to the one place she knew she would find the, the local bar.
A/N- Phew that one took me awhile, special thanks to Red Cross, quite a few of his ideas helped this chapter along. I should be getting chapters out more often now also, had some Rl stuff come up that kinda got in the way of writing.
A/N Just a warning but some of the things in this chapter may be offensive, please be assured I do not hate anyone that is either Bi or Gay, anything I used in this chapter was for comedy only. You've been warned (No there's no clop just messed up jokes.)
After finishing up at the library Twilight makes her way to the local bar. As she gets close to the part of town where all the bars where she sees the neon signs, The Stumbling Stallion, Lone Pony Pub, and The Clumsy Clover. She had never been to this part of town nor to any bars so she had no idea where the group would be.
"Guess I'll just have to go to each of them until I find them." She says to herself as she makes her way to the first bar, The Clumsy Clover.
As she walks inside it becomes very apparent that the group wasn't here, she is stunned by what she see's, Braeburn and Caramel in the far corner making out like its noponies business. Carmel-apple with nuts anyone? After seeing this she quickly realizes what kind of bar it is and quickly leaves before she is scarred any worse. "Nope not in that one..." She says still terrified at what she had seen.
She approaches the next bar, The Stumbling Stallion, and begins to hear loud music and cheering coming from inside, "Yep this is the one." she says with a chuckle. As she enters the bar the music becomes loud. Flinching from the overly loud music she makes her way inside and sees Blitz and Comedic locked in an epic drink-off. Rhino and Red were sitting at the bar sippen on soda's Triple Chain was next to them passed out with his face buried in a sandwich of some kind. Drax and Atomic are off in a corner drinking what looks like Cider, then there was Gears and Dark, doing what they do best, tinkering with some kind of gadget while juggling their drinks.
"Stallions.." she says shaking her head as she spots her friends sitting at the end of the bar laughing amongst themselves at the stupidity of the two drunken brothers. She approaches them and takes a seat at the bar, and orders herself an club soda, "So how did this get started?" She asks pointing to Blitz and Comedic who were still slamming out shots like their lives depended on them.
"Well it all started when Blitz spilled Comedic's cider." Rainbow Dash explained "Then made some wise comment like 'you couldn't handle that much alcohol anyways' then next thing you know they are going at it." She laughed as she took and other drink of her Appletini.
"So why is no one stopping them?" Twilight asks, "They are going to drink themselves into a coma."
"Nah," Applejack pipes up, "Ah reckon they will just pass out 'fore that happens." She chuckles as she returns to her drink.
Over at the table were the brothers were drinking themselves into a stupor, Blitz decides a little trash talking was in order, "Looking a little tipshy there bro." He said with an obvious slur, "*hic* You aren't getting drunk on me now are ya." he laughs as he takes another shot.
"Ha not even close *hic*' Comedic says as he too takes another shot, "Gonna take a lot more then thish to get me drunk."
"Well I shay we take a time out *hic*, Blitz blurts out, "I need to use the john."
"Hhheeyy no puking that is an automatic lossh." Comedic says pounding his hoof on the table.
"Yea yea I know." Blitz says as he stumbles off to the restroom.
But of course Blitz being Blitz decided he would trip over nothing and slam into a stallion sitting at the bar. Covered in the cider he had been drinking the stallion turns to Blitz, who was trying not to laugh at the sight of the stallion drenched in cider.
Seeing this the stallion flips shit and lunges at Blitz who is caught completely off guard and is knocked into two more stallions sitting at a table, spilling their drinks all over them. Now facing three very pissed off and drunk stallions the rest of the crew decided it would be best to bail him out, after all Red had already saved his ass once and didn't want to have to heal his stupid ass again. As the stallions backed Blitz, who was still laughing his flank off, into a corner they heard a voice from behind them.
"Aight guys I think he gets the point," A voice is heard from behind them, they all turn to see Rhino standing there straight faced and calm as a breeze. "Why don't we go sit down so nopony gets hurt eh?" He motions towards the bar. This only enrages the stallions more and one takes a swing at Rhino and misses.
Rhino simply looks at the stallion and says, "Big mistake." And in a blink of the eye Rhino has the stallion pinned to the ground and crying for mercy. Seeing their friend in trouble the other two stallions turn their attention to Rhino. Rhino calmly lets the stallion go and brushes himself off before looking at the other two. Before he has time to speak they both charge him, he easily dodges and watches as they plow into another group of ponies.
"WHAT THE HAY!" one of them shouts as he turns and clobbers the stallion that ran into him. Pretty soon the entire bar was in one massive fight. Ponies breaking chairs over each other and smashing bottles across others heads.
In all of this Blitz somehow drug his brother into the fray and they were now attempting to taking on a large group of very angry ponies. They smile and laugh as they look to each other.
"You ready for this?" Blitz says laughing
"You bet your ass I am." Comedic says looking to the group of ponies surrounding them.
All the meanwhile Red had made his way to the stage and hand began to play to go along with the fight.
Back on the floor Blitz and Comedic got ready to charge in when Blitz took off without warning, careening towards the group who jumped out of the way as Blitz flew past them and face first into the bar knocking himself out cold.
"That idiot..." Comedic says as he facehoofs before being picked up and slammed down on a table. Groaning he stands back up ready to throw a beating on the dude that just slammed him. There standing in front of him is a stallion that would make Big Mac look like a filly. "Damn you're a big sum'bitch." He laughs as he throws a punch that merely bounces off the stallion. He just laughs as he grabs Comedic and chucks him across the bar.
"Daaamn," Comedic says as he stumbles to his feet, "I'ma beat your ass now cmer." He says walking back towards the stallion.
"You just don't know when to give up do you." The stallion laughs.
"You sir don't know who your talking to," Comedic says as he stumbles up the the stallion, "I'm as stubborn as a mule." He say as he turns to a mule sitting at the bar, "No offense."
"None taken." The mule replies
On the other side of the bar Gears and Dark only looked on and laughed as the bar was being destroyed. "You wanna get in on this?" Gear asks as he turns to Dark.
"Nah," Dark replies, "No need." He looks to Comedic who is about to charge a the large stallion again, "Sides its fun watching those two hurt themselves."
Comedic gets ready to throw another punch when the stallion picks him up and slams him through the closest table, which happens to be Drax's and Vortex's, and in doing so covered both of them in their drinks. Vortex reaches for his blade but is stopped by Drax. "I got this." Is all he says before standing. The whole bar seemed to stand still.
Outside the Princess had arrived in Ponyville and was looking for the group of ponies. She had over heard some ponies talking about some troublemakers at one of the local bar and figured it was who she was looking for, this she had no doubt of. "Leave it to those two." She says shaking her head. As she neared the bars she hears a loud ruckus coming from one of them. "Oh Blitz and Comedic what have you done."
As she nears the bar a pony flies through the front window and lands at her feet. She can only stand there in surprise. As she look sup she sees Drax, on the other side brushing his hooves as he made his way to an empty table. Nopony had noticed the princess yet and the fight tore on. She stepped over the pony at her feet and stepped inside.
As she steps inside the bar almost freezes as they see Princess Celestia herself standing before them. The ponies quickly compose themselves and bow before her.
"What is this about?" She asks looking around at what was left of the bar. "Who is responsible for this?"
Everpony in the bar points at Blitz who is still unconscious on the floor.
"Coulda guessed that." Is all the Princess could say.
Stumbling up to the Princess and still very much drunk Comedic greeted her before passing out.
"We need to get these two back to Twilight's library, so they can sober up and tell me what happened in the woods." The princess states, "Drax you don't mind dragging these two back would you?"
"Not at all your highness." He says has he lifts Blitz and Comedic onto his back and headed off towards the library.
Followed by the rest of the crew they all head off towards the library, "I think I'm gonna enjoy traveling with these two," Dark says with a laugh, "With them around it gives the Sergeant somepony else to yell at."
A/N - Again I apologize to anyone who may have been offended by anything in this chapter. I'm hoping this chapter is funny enough to make up for that fact that it is pretty bad. And I'm hoping only Red and Rhino are the only two that don't drink or I'm gonna have a lot of fixing to do. xD
I've decided between my mental state and my treatments to postpone my store for the time being, I have niether the energy or the motivation to write at this point. Maybe when my treatment is done here in a month or so and I get to feeling better I'll continue but for now I'm done. Sorry for the inconvenience.
